Cosmetic surgery is elective, and therefore a patient's health and well-being are more important than the outcome. It is relatively common for plastic surgeons to perform multiple cosmetic procedures during a single operation. Because plastic surgery is a form of art, this approach can be advantageous in that it can allow a surgeon to continually assess and fine-tune a patient's overall appearance as he or she works to sculpt the patient's body.

Like all other surgeries, cosmetic surgery involves expenses associated with anesthesia, the surgical facility, and the surgeon's fees. By undergoing multiple procedures at once, a patient might be able to achieve some savings in these areas. Plus, some surgeons offer bundled procedures at a discounted rate. Therefore, a prospective patient might be interested in a multi-procedure operation as a way to possibly achieve the comprehensive results he or she desires with a smaller investment of both time and money.

Nevertheless, there are also some disadvantages associated with a multi-procedure approach to cosmetic surgery. As with any other form of surgery, plastic surgery involves some level of risk, and when multiple procedures are performed during a single operation, that level of risk can be amplified. One area of concern is the increased potential for complications, such as bleeding and infection. A further concern is the risk associated with the extended time a patient must spend under general anesthesia, which can lead to an increased chance of cardiovascular problems and a longer and more arduous recovery period.

Factors to Consider in Determining the Optimal Number of Procedures

So, exactly how many cosmetic procedures can be performed at once? There is no clear-cut answer to that question. Rather, the number will vary based on several key factors, including the patient's age, baseline and cardiovascular health, and pain tolerance; the nature of the procedures; and the skill levels of the surgeon and anesthesiologist. Some other important considerations include:

    • The area(s) of the body to be treated – If the focus of the surgery is on a single area of the body, such as the face or breasts/abdominal region, it might make sense for a surgeon to perform complementary procedures during one operation. For example, if a patient desires a tummy tuck and breast augmentation, a surgeon might perform both during a single surgical session as a way to achieve overall rejuvenation in one step for the patient.

    • Time available to devote to healing – Even though combined procedures result in a single recovery period, this approach will usually lengthen and intensify it. Therefore, if a patient can only take off one week from work to devote to healing, a surgeon might advise against having a tummy tuck and breast augmentation performed at the same time. On the other hand, a tummy tuck/breast augmentation combination surgery might be a feasible option for a patient who is able to take off two full weeks from work to recover.

    • The surgeon's recommendations and preferences – While it is often possible for a surgeon to perform more than one cosmetic procedure during a single surgical session, patient safety must always be the top priority. Therefore, recommendations will often vary among individual surgeons and for individual patients. For example, a surgeon might feel comfortable performing a four-hour "mommy makeover" – which entails a tummy tuck, breast augmentation, and breast lift – on a healthy thirty-two-year-old, but that same surgeon might not recommend a simultaneous rhinoplasty and liposuction for an older patient. Furthermore, surgeon fatigue is a key factor to consider as well, and a surgeon must take into account his or her own limitations and comfort level and advise the patient accordingly. Prospective patients must keep in mind that cosmetic surgery is an art form, which often requires a surgeon to take his or her time in order to achieve an optimal result.

In general, combining a few relatively minor procedures can be safe for a healthy patient when an appropriate time limit on anesthesia is enforced and a suitable treatment plan is selected. Some examples of commonly combined plastic surgeries include an eyelid lift, face lift, and neck lift; breast augmentation, breast lift, and tummy tuck (a "mommy makeover"); and a tummy tuck and liposuction.

Consult with a Board Certified Surgeon

As rewarding as a cosmetic transformation can be, it is vital for a patient to understand the risks of surgery before consenting to any procedure. Safety should always be the number one factor in planning cosmetic surgery, and the decision to combine multiple procedures – or to undergo any type of plastic surgery, for that matter – should be made carefully under the guidance of a trusted and qualified surgeon who is experienced in performing the procedures sought. To ensure an optimal outcome, prospective patients are advised to consult with a cosmetic surgeon who is Board Certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery.

HostGator is a webhosting provider Company. Do you know what is web-hosting? In this 21st century, if you don't know what is webhosting then you are way behind the new generation. This can also affect your business. When you want to make your web site whether it's a business website or a personal website then you need to take some space on rent on the Internet. The space provider company is called web hosting company.

Webhosting comes in a different forms and HostGator offers different types of webhosting solutions. In this article, we will look at different types of webhosting services provided by hostgator. HostGator offers shared hosting, VPS hosting, dedicated hosting and reseller hosting.

    Shared Web Hosting

The most common type of webhosting is shared webhosting. In the shared webhosting, one server is shared among many clients. So the name is shared webhosting. Since one server is shared by many different customers, shared webhosting is cheap in pricing.

HostGator has three different options for shared web hosting. Hatchling plan, Baby Plan and Business Plan.

    1) Hatchling Plan

This is the cheapest plan at HostGator Company. You can get one month of service for only $3.96 per month. This plan offers one domain webhosting, unlimited domains, unlimited space and shared SSL certificate. Hatchling plan is good only if you are sure that you will need only one domain webhosting. If you are unsure of it and might need to host another domain then I would suggest you to select Baby plan.

    2) Baby Plan

In baby plan, you get unlimited domains webhosting, unlimited web space, unlimited bandwidth and shared SSL certificate. This is appropriate for most new users. This plan starts from $6.36 per month. If you don't have any requirement for the private SSL certificate then you can use this plan.

    3) Business Plan

Business plan starts from $10.36 per month. In business plan, you get unlimited domains webhosting, unlimited disk space and unlimited bandwidth. You also get private SSL certificate and free IP address. This the most costly plan in shared webhosting category.

    VPS Webhosting Plans

In VPS webhosting also single server is shared among many clients but in VPS the server resources are allocated. In VPS service, sharing clients are very limited per server. HostGator offers five plans in VPS hosting. These plans are Snappy 500, Snappy 1000, Snappy 2000, Snappy 4000 and Snappy 8000. In each plan, you will have different CPU, RAM, Disk space and bandwidth allocated.

    Dedicated Web Hosting

This is the most costly solution for hosting. In dedicated hosting, one server is assigned to one client. Hostgator offers dedicated hosting from $174/month to $374/month. Each plan offers different processor from Intel Xeon Dual core to Intel Xeon Quad core and 4GB RAM to 16GB RAM.

    Reseller Web Hosting

In Reseller web hosting, customer has power to sell it to other clients. HostGator reseller web hosting plans start from $25 per month to $100 per month. In reseller web hosting, you only get a shared hosting plans. So you can only offers shared hosting to your customers.

Article Title: A Complete HostGator Review – is HostGator Worth Your Money?

    *********************** ARTICLE START ***********************

If you are a web developer or doing any other business online, you need to have a solid and robust web hosting service provider. The main reason you need a reliable web hosting provider is that you can then concentrate on your main work without worrying about the hosting issues. If you have to waste your time to deal with web hosting company due to downtimes and server failure then you won't be able to concentrate on your real business.

So you need a web hosting provide which actually takes worry out of your head and give you a full time to do your work and still offer a very good hosting service.

HostGator is a company which was founded in 2002. Currently hostgator has 12,000 servers under their management. HostGator has a huge customer base of around 400,000 clients.

Now do you think any company which provides not so good company can grow with such a large amount? I am sure you will be agreeing just by watching the total number clients that HostGator is a good hosting service provider.

    How is Service

The company has different plans from shared web hosting to VPS web hosting and from dedicated web hosting to reseller webhosting. HostGator services starts from as low as $3.49 per month to $349 per month.

To review the webhosting company, I will check the performance in three different parts, Uptime, Support and Price.

    Uptime

For any web hosting company, this is the first major thing. If your web site is getting lots of downtime then you might lose your business. So you need to make sure that any web hosting provider you select, should offer up to 99.9% uptime.

To measure the up time of the company, we checked it though third party service. We found that half of the months, HostGator offers 100% up time. That's really amazing compare to other web hosting providers. When hostgator doesn't offer 100% uptime, then also it offers at least 99.95% uptime. So for uptime, we will give 5 out of 5 stars to hostgator.

    Support

Support is also another major thing you need to look at. If you are not getting proper support from hosting company then you might get more downtime or it can affect your productivity.

HostGator offers support through many different channel. It has tall free phone support. Then HostGator also offers email and live chat support. I like the live chat thing. If you want to do something with your account then you can directly chat with Hostgator support executive and your problem will be solved immediately. Sometimes you might have to wait for few minutes in live chat but that's worth compare to email support.

    Price

Now since HostGator offers such a solid service, you might think that HostGator hosting should be costlier than other hosting service providers. That is not the case. As I said you can get a shared hosting account with as low as $3.94 per month.

Also if you use any coupon code then you will get a discount of 30%. So price should not be a major factor while selecting a HostGator.

HostGator also offers domains registration service but I won't suggest you to register a domain through HostGator because domain registration charges are higher at HostGator then other registrars. HostGator is good only for hosting and not for domain registration.

If you want to make a web site then you will need to purchase web hosting. Of course, if you give a web site making order to some other company then you may not be aware of hosting. You need to get that knowledge but if you want to make your own website then you must be aware of web hosting.

When you make a website, all your web pages are served from the server residing somewhere on the internet. You get a web space and an internet connection from this server. The company which provides this type of service is called web hosting service provider.

You need to have good hosting service provider if you want to grow your online business. There are many providers out there. If you search the internet for a good web host then you will definitely find many options. HostGator and DreamHost are two well-known web hosts.

When you purchase a web hosting subscription, you need to select the plan. There are basically three plans that every web hosting company offers. 1) Shared Hosting Plan 2) VPS Hosting Plan & 3) Dedicated Hosting Plan.

    Shared Hosting Plan

This is the basic plan. If you don't have any idea about what web hosting is then you should always go for this plan. In the shared plan, you and many other clients like you will share the same server resources. Since server resources are shared between many clients, shared hosting plan is very cheap. You can have a full month of hosting for unlimited domains with unlimited web space and unlimited bandwidth for just $9/month and even cheaper if you use the promo code.

    VPS Hosting Plan

VPS stands for Virtual Private Sever. As the name suggests, you get a private server but only virtually. What does the meaning of virtual? Well, you get an account with the full access on the server but your resources are allocated and fixed. You can't use more than allotted resources on the server. There are many VPS clients on the server but the number clients are less compare to shared clients.

    Dedicated Hosting Plan

In dedicated, you get a complete separate server. One server for each client. Dedicated plans are very costly. It starts from at least $100 per month to few hundred dollars per month. This is the costliest plan. Dedicated servers are only used when you have very high web traffic or your web site runs particular applications.

There is one more hosting plan called Reseller Hosting which you will find at only few web hosts. In Reseller account, you have permission to resell the allocated web space and bandwidth to other clients. Reseller hosting is also a very good business if you can get clients.

You might think that why do you want to spend money on hosting when you can get a hosting free from sites like blogspot and wordpress. Well, if you use blogspot or wordpress service then you don't own the domain name. Now you can change the domain name but the thing is that all your files will reside on their server. They might delete them if even by mistake their terms of service is violated by you. So don't make a mistake of hosting your important web files at free services.

I hope now you know why you need web hosting. So just sign up with one and have fun.

Pregnancy is not only a life-changing event, but a body-changing one as well. Hormonal changes that prepare the body for the developing fetus can greatly affect the skin, either in a positive or negative way. Unfortunately for most pregnant women, they are not so lucky in these aspects leading them to believe that the pregnancy glow everybody speaks of is nothing more than a myth.

In most cases, the skin can turn into a nightmare during pregnancy. Thankfully, just like pregnancy, most of these problems are temporary. Most of the time, these resolve on their own, however, some would require special attention to restore its pre-pregnant state.

    1. Stretch Marks

This is one of the most common skin concerns women have during and even after pregnancy. Some even joke that stretch marks are not really a problem, but rather it's just these new moms simply earning their "tiger stripes."

Stretch marks form when the body grows faster more than the skin is able to keep up. The elastic fibers underneath end up breaking, which results to stretch marks.

According to AmericanPregnancy.Org, almost 90% of pregnant women form stretch marks, and these may appear as either pinkish or reddish streaks. These form in the breasts, hips, thighs, and/or the abdomen. The amount of weight gained and genetics play a role in their formation.

You can minimize the appearance of stretch marks by massaging the skin every day with a moisturizer to improve circulation, which also encourages the growth of new tissues. Applying lotions that contain Vitamin E or creams that contain Alpha Hydroxy Acids (AHA) are also good preventive measures by improving circulation and keeping skin supple.

To reduce the appearance of stretchmarks, creams and laser treatments like Thermage have been proven to be effective.

    Melasma

Melasma or chloasma is more commonly known to us as "the mask of pregnancy." It is caused by an increase in the production of our natural skin pigment – melanin, during pregnancy due to hormonal changes. This causes an uneven skin tone as dark gray-brown patches appear on the face. Almost 70% of pregnant women are affected by this. The good thing about melasma is that it will gradually fade on its own once your hormone levels have finally settled after pregnancy.

It is important that you should know that sun exposure triggers melasma. So to avoid aggravating the darkening, it is best that you apply a broad-spectrum sunscreen that is at least SPF15. Make sure that you put it on every day, regardless of the weather.

Also, for women who use the pill as a birth control method, you can ask your doctor if you can go for estrogen-free or progestin-only pills. The reason is that estrogen can worsen your melasma.

There are various treatment options for melasma, and this includes, hydroquinone, tretinoin, corticosteroid, topical medicines, chemical peels and microdermabrasion. But before you choose any treatment, you should first check with your doctor which is the safest and best to work well with your skin.

    Acne

If feeling bloated and heavy isn't enough to make pregnancy uncomfortable, acne also wants to get into the picture. Some women suffer acne all throughout their pregnancy, thanks again to hormonal changes which cause the skin to produce more oil.

While pregnant, it is not advised to use anti-acne products because these might be dangerous to the fetus when it gets absorbed into the blood. It is best that pregnant women stick to a strict cleansing routine instead to avoid acne and breakouts.

Even after having the baby, it also pays to be cautious about the acne products you use because it can get into your breast milk. Avoid salicylic acid-based formulas until after you have weaned your baby from breastfeeding.

    Skin sagging

Sagging skin is actually one of the most dreaded skin changes that a lot of new moms have after pregnancy. Not only does it limit their clothing choices, but it also affects their self-esteem. That is why a lot of new moms are scouring to find effective ways to manage this problem.

We all know how skin can be so resilient, and pregnancy is the perfect example. Skin can always stretch back after getting pregnant, but there is no guarantee that it would be the same as it was. Some experience severe sagging, while others are fortunate to have it moderately.

Treatments include skin tightening lotions, laser treatments Thermage CPT, Cryolipolysis/ Fat Freezing or an abdominoplasty, which is also known as a tummy tuck. These help the new mom restore her pre-baby belly, reduce the apperance of stretch marks and tighten the skin.

    Varicose and Spider Veins

These two are common problems of the skin in the lower extremities during pregnancy. Varicose veins are enlarged that can either be bluish, reddish, or flesh-colored. They bulge from backs of the calves or on the thighs, and may even form around the vagina and buttocks during pregnancy.

This is caused by weak or damaged valves in the veins and is aggravated by the hormonal changes in pregnancy. Other worsening factors include increased age, medical history and lack of movement. The increased blood volume during pregnancy can also cause the veins to enlarge.

Spider veins, on the other hand, are smaller versions of varicose veins, but they tend to be much closer to the skin surface. On inspection, spider veins look like spiderwebs or tree branches due to their short and jagged lines. They usually appear on the face, neck, upper chest and the arms.

Spider veins do not hurt and they often disappear after delivery. It is caused by blood that is goes back up the blood vessels, sun exposure, and hormonal changes.

Treatments include compression stockings, sclerotherapy (a procedure where a chemical is injected into the vein causing it to shut and wither) and surface laser treatments that send strong bursts of light into the skin that causes veins to lighten or disappear.

•Cladosporium is one of the most common molds found indoors and outdoors. The other most very common types are Penicillium and Aspergillus.

•Cladosporium is also a common outdoor sooty mold growing on lawn furniture, fences, tile roofs, shower grout, and stucco walls where it feeds on microscopic tree sap droplets and dust. Note that outdoors this fungus is in low cellulose environments where dust and sap provides food, and water is not abundant but where condensation and humidity may provide some moisture. These are similar harsh environmental conditions as to those encountered in ducts, in air handlers, and on the metal enclosures of air handlers.

•Cladosporium is usually black but it is not typically classed as one of the toxic molds. The black coloration may be melanin that protects it from the suns UV rays especially when growing outdoors. Inside dark AC units it is often black or grey and velvety.

    The Problem with Cladosporium

As a full time West Palm Beach Mold Inspector I find that Cladosporium is one of the most problematic molds, at least in my area. The reason it is such a concern is because of its habit of hiding inside AC units. Of course it is not the only mold growing in AC units but it is by far the most common one. It hides out and grows in AC units and ducts for years undetected and often causes allergy and asthma type reactions in the homes occupants for months or even years before the source is discovered and remediated.

The best way to deal with it is to:

    1) Have the interior of the ducts and the interior of the AC cleaned in accordance with NADCA standards.

    2) Limit the introduction of food sources (dust) into the AC. Limit dust by using good filters, and seal openings in the AC enclosure so dust cannot bypass the filter. These openings occur where condensation drain lines, thermostat wires, and refrigerant carrying copper pipes penetrate the AC unit's metal enclosure.

    3) Limit the introduction of needed moisture by setting the thermostat to auto and not to on, and do not allow excess humidity into the property through open windows and doors when it is hot or humid outside.

Cladosporium is one of the most underrated problematic mold problems in homes today because of its effect on people's health, and because of its prevalence in so many homes.

Despite it being an extremely common problem many inspectors overlook it because they do not open AC units, or remove the filter, or smell the air coming out of ducts during inspections. Many homeowners ignore it because it cannot be seen. But it is still a serious issue that must be properly addressed if we are to breathe healthy air.

If your home is in some rainy area, for example if your home is in a tropical or sub-tropical area like Miami then mold in the AC is much more likely. Chances of these types of problems occurring are very great in areas where the air is often moist.

Unfortunately proper remediation of ducts and AC units is hard to come. Duct cleaning can stir up more problems than it solves if not done correctly so do not have it done unless the system is truly contaminated and problematic. I would not recommend routine duct cleaning for maintenance reasons.

If you truly have a problem with mold in your ducts or AC do not ignore it any longer. Ignoring such problems can result in health problems such as allergy and asthma in your family members.

If you suspect mold in your AC have the system and its duct work inspected by a trained and certified mold inspector and properly remediated in accordance with NADCA standards or some other similar nationally recognized standards.

How to Trade With Binary Options

Binary Options offer a simple way in which to speculate on financial investment markets. It is this trading simplicity which has attracted so many new traders to the financial markets. It has also contributed to making this particular method of trading one of the most popular. You don't need to be a master of financial trading to profit from using this method. In addition the process of placing a trade is as simple as you will find in the financial world.

Here we look at the basic process that you will need to put in place when placing a contract in your account. This is a three stage process which takes you through the identification of a trading opportunity to actually buying a live contract in your account.

    Decide On the Asset

The first thing that you need to do is decide on the financial asset that you want to trade. When you first start out this can prove a difficult decision, given the large range of assets which can be traded via from your binary brokers account. You need to make sure that you pick an asset that you can follow easily and feel confident in. Many markets such as those concerned with commodities may not be the ideal choice when first starting out. These markets tend to be more volatile and more suited to more experienced traders. The higher level of volatility makes them harder to profit from. Market indices and stocks tend to be a little more predicable in their movement. These provide a good place to start out with your trading.

    Choose the Asset Direction

This is of course the key decision you will need to make if you are to register a profit. The Call and Put option let you profit if the market moves either high or lower than your entry point. To be able to make the correct market call you will have to determine the most recent trend of the asset price. You then need to decide if this trend will continue or reverse. A strong trend is a good indicator of a solid move from which you can profit; however you will need to be confident that this will carry the movement all the way to the expiry time that you set on the contract.

    Set the Expiry Time

Once you have determined the trend of the market, you next need to work out when you want the contract to expire. Most binary traders will make use of hourly contracts. These are set to expire on the hour. End of day contracts (which expire at the end of the trading day) are also popular among traders. However increasingly you will find that brokers are offering more 'granular' contracts. These will allow you to profit from moves over just 15 or 30 minutes. You can even place fast paced 60 second binary contracts which expire in just over a minute with some brokers. Whichever length of contract you select, you need to ensure that if reflects your prior analysis.

The three steps to profiting from your binary trading are outlined above. They are the only things that you will need to consider when trading. Being able to execute your trading effectively will help you to increase your chance of success in the markets. Learning how to trade binary options is simple if you follow these basic rules. In doing so you will set yourself on the path to making good a good level of binary options profits in your account.

Article Title: Can I Receive an Attunement by Distance?

    *********************** ARTICLE START ***********************

    Is distance healing really possible?

The idea that we are able to send healing to one another through time and space is a concept which can be very difficult to even fathom, let alone accept. It is an idea which seems almost science fiction like and is something which is often met with some doubt or perhaps disbelief.

But as we progress on our healing and meditative pathway, and as we start to do more and more distance healing sessions for people (with consistent results!), it does indeed become quite clear that whilst we may not understand this concept clearly enough, it definitely does seem to have a positive effect on the person receiving the 'distance healing'.

We often hear of many success stories of people who are sending & receiving energy by distance and most notably we can see these stories appearing nowadays through the practice of Usui Reiki.

Understanding the process of 'an attunement'

Now that we understand a little more about distance healing, the next step is to understand what an attunement does. What happens during an attunement and is this so different from distance healing?

For those of you who are unfamiliar with the term 'attunement', it is typically described as a very sacred process whereby the vibration of an individual (or a living thing) is being raised or 'attuned to' a particular set of divinely guided energetic frequencies.

If that all sounds way too complicated, you may think of the attunement as being a process of receiving access to a very special set of energetic healing tools. Once you have received the attunement, you can then call on these healing frequencies through a variety of ways. Invariably, we are often taught to access these energies through meditation, self-healing and in doing healing work for others ie in a healing session environment.

In very basic terms, it is this 'giving access' part which makes the attunement so sacred and so very blessed. By receiving an attunement, it can help to strengthen our connection to the energies being offered through a particular energy based healing system.

Why do I even need an attunement'?

It is often said that you must receive an attunement from a fully qualified lineage holder of the energy based healing system you are learning before commencing with your practice. This is a most important point and it is sometimes something which some people ask why it is deemed to be so necessary.

From a philosophical perspective, we should be able to open ourselves up to receiving any kind of energy based healing practices without receiving an attunement. After all, we are all one inter-connected source of divine energy so how can anyone truly say that you can't connect with these energies? And this is most certainly a very valid point!

From a practical perspective though, if you try to practice any form of Reiki or energy based healing without the attunement, you are not really practising with the same intensity as you could be. You haven't received the 'special access' to these energies that the attunement provides you with.

As an analogy, you can think of the Reiki energies as being like the sun. You are the grass receiving the lovely sunlight on a clear sunny day. You are warm and receiving benefits. Now think of the attunement as a piece of glass which magnifies the sun's rays so that you can quickly feel the heat. This is a good way of thinking about the attunement process and your teacher.

Can I receive an attunement by distance?

The answer here is a little bit of a 'grey area' as we are seeing many newer forms of Reiki and energy based healing offering their attunements by distance. The more traditional forms of Reiki such as Usui Reiki and Karuna Reiki suggest that attunements be provided in person.

Most people would generally agree though that if you can give healing by distance then it is surely possible to also give and receive attunements by distance. And this does definitely seem to be a common-sense answer here, especially as we factor in the divinely guided aspects of these healing practices and the interconnected-ness of all.

Add to this a vast array of lovely and uplifting distance attunement experiences which have been given many times in these newer forms of Reiki (refer below) and you may start to lean towards the idea that to receive an attunement 'by distance' is actually no different than receiving an attunement in person. As always, it is our intention which is so important after all.

From our own experiences, we would also add that the efficiency and effectiveness of the distance healing attunement also seems to strengthen as the sender's vibration is raised and expanded.

So let us now look at a few examples of some of these newer forms of energy based healing where attunements can be received by distance. We note here also that most of these practices are offered by donation or suggested donation.

    i) Celestine Reiki:

Celestine Reiki is a very uplifting and invigorating set of energies with all attunements being offered by distance and by donation. These attunements are being offered as part of the Unified Pathway To Light and help to connect you with the deeply loving and blissful energies of 'the new consciousness'. The practices are very simple and deeply purifying and can be completed in around 10-15 minutes.

    ii) Kundalini Reiki:

Brought through by Mr Ole Gabrielson in Denmark. This mode of healing is offered to recipients by distance for a 'suggested' donation of around $40 per attunement. These attunements combine the Kundalini energies from within us with the universal energy which is Reiki to form 'Kundalini Reiki'. This system is taught over 3 levels and often is less than a week. The healing practices are very simple and easy to learn.

iii) Pathway To Light - The Golden Mile

A series of very unique (and free!) healing attunements for the new consciousness - all offered for free online / by distance. In this system of healing, you are led through a series of healing based attunements which have been divinely designed to uplift your vibration closer towards the love of the new consciousness. There are no meditational or self-healing practices required and each attunement is completed in around 15 minutes. This is now being offered in one very simple and easy ebook format.

    iv) Maitrijusha & Maitrijusha(Ni)

A beautiful addition to any healing toolkit. These teachings provide you with a beautiful cleanse as well as a set of two very special Master Healing energies which are used to combine other energetic frequencies. These teachings are best suited to people who are working with many forms of energy based healing.

    Conclusions

Whether you can receive an attunement by distance or not depends on your own personal preferences and the type of energy based healing practice that you are wishing to receive an attunement for.

For those of you who are wishing to receive a Usui Reiki attunement, generally these are given in person, although you can now find different Reiki Masters on the internet willing to offer you attunements by distance.

For other energy based healing practices, as you can see from the above examples, you can find a number of different energy based healing systems that provide you with 'by distance' attunements, often by donation (or suggested donation).

Please just take caution before you pay money to someone claiming to offer distance attunements. We would humbly suggest that you do an appropriate amount of inquiry first to ensure that you are in fact receiving an attunement rather than just an 'airy' promise before you make your payment.

Please be sure to review any website carefully and examine whether there is love & light being offered to you in these practices and whether the 'Master' is of a vibrational understanding of the practices that are being taught.

May this information help you on your quest towards more love & light in your life and may your journey forwards be filled with love, joy and happiness!

    Namaste.

SEO stands for Search Engine Optimization. When you want to rank higher in the Search Engine, you need to perform certain tasks. These tasks help you gain ranking the search engine. Performing such tasks is called a SEO.

There are two parts of SEO. One is On-page optimization and second is Off-page optimization. In on-page optimization, you do different tasks to your website. These tasks include setting title, meta description, meta keywords and internal link structure on the web site. You create a good content and make a sitemap of your website so that your site is easily accessible by search engines.

In off page optimization, you try to promote your website outside. That means you make a promotion on social networks, social bookmarking sites and on many famous blogging platforms.

    Hosting and SEO

So how Hosting is related to SEO? In on-page optimization, there is one more major factor which is considered. That is page loading speed. Page loading speed depends on server's performance and many other factors. Your website coding also plays vital role in page loading speed.

Server's performance is depends on the hosting. If your hosting service provide is not good in proving the good service then your server performance might be degraded. If your hosting service provider is expert in its field then your server performance should be very good.

There was a time when speed wasn't an important factor in on page optimization. Since the time Google has officially declared that page speed loading time is counted in search engine ranking calculation, all the major search engine provides are considering it to integrate in their algorithm.

So how can you measure the performance of a server? Simple, there are many third party service out there which you can use to get the response time of a server. All service provides have different response times for different content management platforms. Some providers are good in wordpress hosting and some providers are good in magento hosting. You need to select the hosting provider depending on requirement.

    Other On-page Speed Factors

Suppose you now have a solid hosting provider and offers amazing service but still your page speed loading time is much more. What will you do? If that's the case then you surly have poorly written code on your website. But don't worry. You can easily fix this issue. You will just need to know where you need to make changes.

So how will you find where you need to make changes? Google has introduces a page speed extension for chrome and Mozilla firefox. Install it on your browser then open your webpage and run the page speed extension on your website. Analyze the result and you will know what you should do to improve the page speed.

There are some basic tips like minifying .js and .html files. Making the small images where big images are not required. Then you need to use the browser caching functionality.

So now you know how you can improve the performance of a website. But if you don't have good web hosting with quick response time then you can't improve your site's page speed loading time. So keep this in mind and purchase a good hosting.

If you are reading this article that means you are aware of HostGator hosting company. If you don't know what is HostGator then don't worry. I will include that information in this article too.

HostGator is a Hosting provider company. Now don't tell me that you don't know what hosting is. Really, you don't know what is hosting. Don't worry. I'll explain you. When you want to make a website, you need some space on the internet where you can put all your website related files. You might need to keep some images and video files as well as html files. The company, which provides you space on the internet, is called hosting company.

If you want to make a website then you definitely need to purchase hosting account. HostGator is a big name in hosting industry. HostGator offers different services from shared web hosting to dedicated web hosting and VPS web hosting to Reseller web hosting. You might not be aware of this but all web hosting companies offer discount for the new customers. HostGator is no exception.

This article is all about what's the maximum discount you can get while subscribing for HostGator. When you want to sign up with HostGator, search for different promo codes on the internet. There are many web sites which offer coupons for the HostGator.

HostGator has mainly two kinds of coupon codes. One type of promo codes offers 25% discount and the other type of promo codes offers $9.94 discount. Now it's clearly understandable that 25% coupon code is much better than $9.94 off code. So should you use 25% off code? Of course, not.

The code $9.94 is very much useful if you want to just try HostGator service for the first month. When you use $9.94 off coupon code, you can get the first month of hosting for just 1 cent. Can you believe it? You just need to pay the penny for the entire month of hosting service.

Now if you want to subscribe for HostGator for more than one month then you can always use 25% off promotional code. That way you can save more money.

25% or 30% - Which Codes are Available?

Well, generally you will get 25% off coupons but there are few affiliates of HostGator who has access to 30% discount code. Now you understand that 30% is more than 25%. So if you can find 30% off coupon code then you should use 30% coupon.

I know of someone who offers 30% discount. Just use the coupon code hgcarjd30off to get 30% discount. At the time of writing this article, the code is valid. Now don't come to me if that code doesn't work for you.

    50% off HostGator Coupon

It's not that HostGator offers maximum of 30% discount. It also offers 50% discount. 50% discount codes are available only on special occasions like Black Friday or Cyber Monday. If you can wait till those special occasion then you can get 50% discount. In 2014, HostGator offers 50% discount on Red Cross day and also offered 45% discount on Cinco de Mayo day. So you just need to keep the watch on hostgator offers.

Shopping for designer purse products and fashion accessories can be an expensive proposition when going through traditional retail stores. However, you can save money by finding a wholesale distributor of bags online that will save you money while maintaining the high quality expected. However, there are usually certain catches when purchasing from wholesale handbag distributors that you may need to be aware of before you start your shopping.

What is a Wholesale Distributor of Bags?

A wholesale distributor is generally a business that sells to retail stores in bulk, offering them the items at low prices so they can re-sell them to the public. However, there are wholesale distributors that offer their goods directly to the public as well, such as a distributor of bags, purse and other accessories.

However, there are usually catches when the public is allowed direct access to a wholesale distributor. Namely, that they often have to buy their items in bulk as well just like the retailers have to do. This may be problematic for some who wish to buy from wholesale distributors, but there are times in which they may sell their items individually as well.

How to Find the Best Wholesale Distributor of Bags Online

One of the best places to start is with a simple search on Google or other search engines. The wholesale distributors who sell to the public should be easy to find using this method. However, finding the best ones that offer the purse, bag and accessories will take a little more digging.

Look for Reputable Wholesalers: You should look for wholesalers that not only offer their goods to the public, but sell at reputable retail stores as well. Plus, they should offer high quality items that can be verified as not being counterfeit. The reputable ones can be checked out for their overall quality.

Standards: Once you have found the reputable wholesale distributors, you can start narrowing down your search by seeing what rules or standards they have for purchasing their items. Many will offer them in bulk and only put items on sale individually that the retailers didn't want. If you have a buying group formed, you can make your purchase in bulk so that several of you can get in on the savings.

Price: You should be able to look over the prices and check them against each other. First, start with the normal retail price and then see how much you are saving on average. A wholesale distributor of bags should offer a considerable discount for their items.

Once you have found the right wholesale distributors for your needs, you can then take advantage of what they have to offer. Remember that having a buying group means you can purchase when you want, but also keep an eye out for sales of individual items, especially at auctions.

Today, wholesalesion is writing about these experiences, offering practical advice for consumers looking for ways to save money when purchasing items such as designer bags at wholesale prices.

Do you want to start online business or do you currently have offline business and want to take it online? The path for both the solution is same. You will have to go online. There are first few basic needs which you need to satisfy in order to start online business. In this article, we will take about what you need to run a successful online business.

    Making Web Site

The first thing you need to do for online business is that you have to have a good website. First you need to register your domain name. Once the domain name is registered, you will need to have hosting.

There are many companies out there who provide a good web hosting service. DreamHost and HostGator are the two main hosting companies. You can purchase the package from any one. Once the hosting account is set up, you need to point your domain name to the hosting account.

When the hosting account is setup, you need to have a good website. If you know the DreamWeaver, you can make your own website. If you don't know it and just don't want to mesh up with html coding then you can install any content management system on your website. The most common content management system is a wordpress. You can install wordpress on your website and let the other work leave for wordpress.

Managing site is very easy with Wordpress. There are many professional designers available who can actually change the complete design of your website. You can also hire them to make your website.

    Promotion

Once you have a website up and running, you will need to have start the marketing promotion of you website. You will need visitors on your website. After all what is the meaning of having a good site if it can't get you customers.

The promotion can be done in two ways. One is Pay Per Click marketing and another is Search Engine Optimization.

In Pay Per Click marketing, you will give some money to the companies like Google or Yahoo or MSN. Now these companies will display your website on top of their organic search results. Whenever a visitor comes to your website, you will have to pay a charge for visitor. The visitor's charge is different for different users. The main advantage of PPC marketing is that you get instant traffic. The main drawback of PPC marketing is that you can lose lots of money in PPC campaign if you don't understand what you are doing.

Search Engine Optimization is a free way of marketing. There are two parts of search engine optimization. One is one page optimization and another is off page optimization. In on page optimization, you need to make sure that your all web pages have a keyword rich title, description and meta tags. Also you need to make sure that your site is easily accessible.

In off page optimization, you need to get backlinks from different sites. You can get links from social network sites or social bookmarking sites or any other sites.

So now you know what you need to have an online presence.

We all like to save money when making our fashion purchases. By making our purchases wholesale, we can do just that. Buying things wholesale has long been a pastime of United States retailers. Somehow, goods must eventually make their way from the maker to the buyer and the major way to make this happen is through wholesalers. These wholesalers provide retailers products at discounted prices, which they can then sell to their customers via the online marketplace or, retail stores or various other places with heavy traffic.

Wholesale and retail relationships are fairly simple. First the product is made by the wholesaler. Then a retailer will purchase the product in bulk, which reduces the amount that they are required to pay for the product. Retailers will then mark up the prices of the product a certain percentage in order to make a profit.

While this relationship is great for the retailer, it isn't that great for us as buyers. One solution for this problem is to make our purchases directly from the wholesaler. But, how do we get into that lucrative market? Luckily for us, wholesale industries are expanding in the United States and it is becoming easier to find special prices directly through wholesalers while avoiding retailers. Below are some easy ways that you can find great deals and some ways to stay safe when tapping into the wholesale market.

Watch out for fakes. When you are making your purchases through a wholesaler, be sure that you are examining the product carefully. Some wholesalers claim to offer authentic products, which will turn out to be counterfeits in the end.

Try out some new designers. This can be a great opportunity for you to learn more about some of the emerging designers that are just making their mark. By purchasing from them wholesale, you can both try out a new design and help out a designer in getting their product out into the world.

Search online. The internet has become a great place for finding wholesaler distributors. You will also have the opportunity to look into a variety of wholesalers and decide which options you most desire before making a purchase.

The max international business opportunity I write about is not so much about making money for me personally.

It is a rewarding way to be thanked for building a sales team dedicated to athletic performance and helping other people live healthier lives.

Can you earn enormous amounts of money becoming a max international associate?

That all depends on how driven and determined you want to be.

That isn't the overall reason for writing this post. If your only goal is to make money from max then you may not be as successful as you want to be.

What I mean is your head and heart have to be in the right place first.

    People Over Profit

I have been a max international associate for the past few months and their company motto is the way I have tried to live my life.

The benefit of helping people, whether it be by way of a kind word, coaching, mentorship or sharing nutritional and financial knowledge to makes ones life happier is my goal.

It reminds me of what Christ said,

It is more blessed to give then it is to receive -Acts 20:35

I decided first to be a preferred customer in which you are able to purchase products from Max for your nutritional needs.

Research and studying the positive effects of glutathione and the amazing work Dr. Robert Keller did in creating MaxGXL was my main reason for taking it one step further, paying the $49 for the starter kit and becoming an associate.

What does the Starter Kit allow an Associate to do?

By purchasing a Starter Kit and generating a minim of 50 CV, the new Associate becomes qualified to:

    1. Buy at Wholesale and sell at retail

    2. Enroll Preferred Customers and earn a 25% bonus on their purchases

    3. Enroll new Associates and earn a FastTrack Bonus (discussed below)

    4. Access the Back Office (filled with tutorials, products you can purchase etc)

The ability to earn income while you are sleeping or regardless what you are doing is in stark contrast to the majority of people who trade time for money.

This is done to the peril of being away from loved ones and family.

It is almost as if it is engrained in us to be taught since we are young and that there is simply no other way.

    Seth Godin says it best,

If all we do with these tools is teach compliance, that's all we are going to get. School can and must do more than train the factory workers of tomorrow

Residual Income vs Trading Time In Exchange For Money

Which of the two would most people pick. I think the obvious answer would be residual income but sadly most people don't know what it is and choose the latter.

    Residual means it reoccurring.

You could be driving on your way to work, playing with your kids, cooking dinner, sleeping and low and behold money is in your account.
