Lots of Las Vegas visitors want to visit the South Rim but don't because it's more than 270 miles from town. That's about to change because now there are airplane tours to this rim that take just 60 minutes to reach it, thus turning this adventure into an easy 1-day excursion.

Daily Flights

This airplane tour departs three or more times a day every day of the year. It goes over Lake Mead, Hoover Dam and the Grand Canyon before landing at Grand Canyon National Park Airport in Tusayan, the small town that sits adjacent to the Park. It's a great flight over and savvy travelers will try to sit on the left side of the aircraft in order to see even more of the Canyon.

There are several variations of this tour. The cheapest is the basic one and it includes a 2.5-hour bus tour inside the National Park. There's another option that comes with a 2.5-hour Jeep 4x4 tour and it covers more of the Park's famous lookouts and landmarks than the bus. Of the two, I prefer the Jeep because I think it's the more efficient way to get around.

The last option is the most expensive and comes with a helicopter tour from the South Rim to the North Rim and back via the Dragoon Corridor, which is the widest and deepest section of the Canyon. This tour also includes a bus tour inside the Park that is similar to the most basic option's. No other tour compares to the views, thrills and value you get from this particular package.

Types of Aircraft

Airplanes used on these flights are either a de-Havilland Twin Otter or a Beechcraft 1900D. The de-Havilland is totally customized for sightseeing. Its wings are attached to the top of the aircraft so you can see below. In addition, its cabin and windows are oversized so you can comfortably enjoy the flight and the view. Seating is challenging as there are two seats on one side and one on the other.

The Beechcraft is a bit more like a jet with it's wings attached to the body and not the roof. Windows are oversized and the cabin is very sleek. It's also a longer-bodied aircraft and all seats are window seats because there's only one on each side. Tours that utilize the Beechcraft tend to cost more so be prepared for the extra expense. Frankly, both aircraft have their pros and cons so pick the one that works for you.

These airplane tours are all-inclusive and come with all taxes, fees, surcharges and Park entrance costs. Transfers to and from your Las Vegas hotel are also included, as is lunch and a professionally trained pilot-guide. The de-Havilland aircraft include trip narrations that have been translated in up to 10 languages, including Chinese, Japanese, German, French and more.

Conclusion

I hope this article about Grand Canyon airplane tours proved helpful as you plan your National Park trip. Frankly, planes are the best way to get to this rim because it only takes 1 hour. In contrast, going by bus or rental car takes up to 5.5 hours one-way with the total roadtrip clocking in at 11 hours! I recommend you book these flights over the Internet and in advance as they regularly sell out during the summer months. So let's get airborne. It's going to be one grand adventure!

Las Vegas is a terrific location from which to take a Grand Canyon helicopter tour. But don't settle for a basic flight. Instead, take one that lands at the bottom and get ready for the trip of a lifetime.

So Close!

Las Vegas is just 125 miles from the Canyon and it's a distance that helicopters can do in 45 minutes. En route, you'll fly over Lake Mead, Hoover Dam, the Colorado River and some of the most pristine parts of the Mojave Desert.

But what makes these flights super special is the fact that they can fly below the rim and land (such flights are banned at the South Rim, which is located in Arizona near the town of Tusayan). Even more, there's a bunch of great add-ons you can option.

The most affordable landing tour goes to the bottom for a Champagne picnic. Bottom time is 30 minutes, which is plenty of time to toast the Canyon and explore the base, cliffs and the nearby Colorado River. Then there's the option to add a boat ride and the Skywalk to the package.

Glass Bridge

The Skywalk is the all-glass bridge that lets you walk 70 feet past the edge until you are standing 4,000 feet over the bottom. The views from the bridge are spectacular, especially of Eagle Point and the Canyon to the north.

There are two kinds of Vegas helicopter tours. One is basic and the other is deluxe. The basic departs from Boulder City, which is a 30-minute shuttle ride from Vegas. The deluxe, by contrast, conveniently departs from The Strip and includes hotel pick up and drop off by limousine. Finally, the deluxe includes an extended tour over the Las Vegas Strip.

Both the basic and the deluxe use the superior EcoStar 130 helicopter. What makes this aircraft fantastic is that it's 20% larger than standard choppers. The extra size enables it to be outfitted with stadium-style seats and a 180-degree wraparound windshield.

RSVP

I do recommend you book landing tours early. They have a tendency to sell out. My advice is too purchase these tours at least two weeks in advance. The best time is actually after you have your hotel room booked. This way you'll be sure to get the best flights and the best seats at the best price.

I also recommend you book your flight via the Internet. This is where the discounts are and you can save up to 35 percent. The reason for this is that you are being rewarded a discount for self-serve. Key thing to remember, however, is to complete you booking online in order to qualify for the special rate.

Conclusion

I hope this article about Las Vegas helicopters that land at the bottom of the Canyon helped. My recommendation is take a deluxe flight that departs from the Vegas Strip and includes an extended tour over the Strip from the Stratosphere Tower to the Luxor Pyramid. And make sure to book online and in advance. These trips are in high demand and sell out frequently.

Many people fail to realize how large canyons can be. They also fail to appreciate the natural beauty of these creations. When you want to experience this Nevada wonder in infinite detail, you may consider touring it by taking the only vehicle equipped for such travel. You can sign up to tour on one of the Grand Canyon helicopters and fly over this creation without having to climb the formations or ride a donkey down to its bottom.

You might wonder if it is safe to travel on one of these vehicles. As you can find out online, the pilots that handle each helicopter are trained to fly safely. They know how to avoid flying into the rocks or brushing past the cliffs. You can sit in the copter and look out without fear of crashing or being in danger.

When you look out on the canyons, you could see wildlife and formation that you have never before witnessed. For example, if you have never seen flocks of deer traveling together, you may see such wildlife by riding on a copter. You might take in the sights at your leisure while allowing the trained professionals to navigate the vehicle.

Likewise, the canyons are full of cacti. These exotic plants do not grow in many places in the country. If you would like to see the natural vegetation, this touring option can be the ideal choice for you and your travel companions. The copter can sit several people all at once.

If the cost is a concern, you may be interested in package deals that allow you to save money. When you go online, you may consider the package deals available for purchase. The deals are updated routinely, giving you a chance to find one that suits your budget. The package deals are sometimes cheaper during the off-season during the busier travel seasons.

You also may wonder what sites you will see as you take one of these touring packages. The copter will fly over formations like the Dragoon Corridor, Lake Mead, and Hoover Dam. You can visit these formations without having to drive to them or take another form of transportation like a bus or taxi. The pilots will fly from rim to rim, giving you the chance to see all of these sights in one trip.

Booking such a tour can be easy when you visit the website of the company that offers this service. You can chat with an online agent who can answer questions about pricing and other amenities. The chat option is available regularly throughout the day. You may also click on links on the company's website to find out information on your own.

Tours of the Grand Canyon can be a way to see this natural formation up close and personal. You might see wildlife and vegetation that you never have before seen. You likewise could look at the formations that make up unique landscapes. The pilots who fly tourists around the canyons are trained to navigate the area skillfully.

A total chip or even the entire device can collapse, if just one very small circuit within an integrated chip stops working or fails. Wouldn't it be fantastic, if it could repair itself, and repair itself so quickly that the user never realized there was a fault?

A self-healing system has been developed by a team of engineers from University of Illinois. It is capable of reinstating electrical conductivity to a faulty circuit in less time than it takes to flicker. Aerospace engineering professor Scott White and materials science and engineering professor Nancy Sottos are the leaders of this team of researchers. They disclosed their results in the journal Advanced Materials.

"It simplifies the system," said chemistry professor Jeffrey Moore, a co-writer of the paper. "Rather than having to build in redundancies or to build in a sensory diagnostics system, this material is designed to take care of the problem itself."

Now-a-days manufacturers are putting as much density onto a chip as possible because electronic devices are evolving to execute more advanced tasks. Because of this kind of density, reliability is compromised. For example, failure stemming from unstable temperature cycles as the device operates or exhausts. The entire device can be shut down because of a failure at any point.

"In general there's not much avenue for manual repair," Sottos said. "Sometimes you just can't get to the inside. In a multi-layer integrated circuit, there's no opening it up. Normally you just replace the whole chip. It's true for a battery too. You can't pull a battery apart and try to find the source of the failure."

Except some significant applications – like instruments or vehicles for space or military functions where electrical failures cannot be replaced or repaired, most other consumer devices are intended to be replaced with some frequency, adding to electronic waste issues.

In the past, a system for self-healing polymer materials was developed by the Illinois team and they opted to adapt their technique for conductive systems. They disseminated very small microcapsules which are tiny as 10 microns in diameter, on top of a gold line acting as a circuit. When a cleft inseminates, the microcapsules break open and release the liquid metal contained inside. To reinstate electrical flow, the liquid metal fills up the gap in the circuit.

"What's really cool about this paper is it's the first example of taking the microcapsule-based healing approach and applying it to a new function," White said. "Everything prior to this has been on structural repair. This is on conductivity restoration. It shows the concept translates to other things as well."

Because of the immediate filling of the crack by the liquid metal, the current flow is interrupted for mere microseconds by a failure. It is attested by the researchers that 90% of their samples healed to 99 percent of initial conductivity, even with a small amount of microcapsules.

Being localized and autonomous are the other advantages of the self-repairing system. Only those microcapsules are opened, which are intercepted by crack, so repair only takes place at the point of damage. In addition to that, no human interference or diagnostics is needed, which is a blessing for those applications where accessing a cleft for repair is not possible, such as a battery, or searching for the source of a failure is very difficult, such as an air- or spacecraft.

In case you have not done well in CAT, don't get disappointed. CAT is not the only gateway to career in Management, there are more avenues to look up to. One of them is to appear for MAT, 2016. With a good score in MAT, there are greater chances that you will land up in a good MBA institution and have a good career ahead.

Most of the students appearing for CAT are not aware about MAT. They have a wrong perception that MAT will not lead you to a good B School. It's a wrong conceived notion. Many good MBA colleges use Management Aptitude Test (MAT) score to admit students in MBA and other management courses run by them like PGDM etc. MAT is a national level test which was approved by. Govt. of India, Ministry of HRD.in 2003. MAT score is being used by more than 600 national and international B-Schools to admit students to MBA. So MAT can be your stepping stone for a bright future in Management field.

MAT is conducted as the National Entrance Test for admission to MBA and other equivalent programmes by the All India Management Aptitude Testing Service (AIMATS), New Delhi, on the behalf of various participating institutes approved by the Government of India, MAT results are widely accepted. Most of the AICTE approved Management Institutes, Management departments of Government and private universities and All India Management Association - Centre for Management Education (AIMA-CME) recognise and accept MAT.

Many students are in dilemma that what is the basic difference between CAT and MAT or which is a better option for getting admission in MBA/PGDM. The truth behind the question is that , that CAT gives admission in top business schools like IIM's , FMS, etc and is very tough to crack. Not even 1% of the students appearing in CAT exam are able to get admission in high repute B Schools . For rest of the students , MAT is a good option. MAT is a gateway to many other good B schools and is easier to crack. MAT exam is all about Time management and aptitude.

MAT is conducted at various test centers across India and at certain overseas centers also. Each year MAT is conducted four times, in the months of February, May, September and December. This is a two and a half hour test and its score remains valid for one year.

Admission to good MBA/PGDM programmes is available on the basis of MAT score. If you are considering pursuing MBA in 2016 based on February or May,2015 MAT score, then many B schools across the country could offer you admission in their MBA/PGDM You could also try your luck in the comparatively new campuses of some of the top ranked B schools.

Many high repute Business schools consider MAT score for MBA as well as PGDM. The success story of MAT is a long way back. Every year lakhs of students sit in the MAT exam and get admissions in good B Schools. Hence don't loose hope and prepare well for the MAT exam and have a flourishing career ahead.

The schools with placement of high pay packages in good companies are the ones who are considered to be the best. The success rate of such institutions is also high in the pyramid.

Thirdly, the most essential resource for any institution is the Faculty. The faculties with high credentials and experience are mandatory for B schools. They should use innovative pedagogy for teaching and should have impressive profiles to add to. The faculties should encourage the students to take new projects and have market exposure.

Fourthly. The institution must have best infrastructure with all the modern amenities including hostel facilities. The wi-fi campus, good library with voluminious books, e-resources, etc are the facilities which should be available for the students.

In today's competitive environment, everyone is searching for the pathways which can enable them to achieve their goals. The most difficult question for any graduate today is the selection of right course for him. Its the right time for the institutions to lure the graduates towards the various Management course. The biggest dilemma which management aspirant face is- MBA or PGDM? The confusion is enhanced with numerous business schools which have emerged claiming high achievements and placements for the students. It has become very difficult for aspirants to first chose the course (MBA or PGDM) and then to select the best college amongst the various colleges.

The most important aspect for any graduate is to understand the difference between MBA and PGDM terms of Recognition as well as qualitatively.

A Masters in Business Administration (MBA) is a degree course offered by the colleges affiliated to the universities and is approved by UGC and AICTE while the Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) is a diploma course which is offered by the institutes and is recognised by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE).

MBA is a two years degree program which is affiliated to any of the recognized university whether foreign or Indian. The complete curriculum of the course is as per the university norms and regulations. The fees structure of the course is designed by the university itself.

Post Graduate Diploma in Management(PGDM) is a diploma course offered by institutions which are an autonomous body. It means that they are not affiliated to any university. Such institutions cannot offer MBA degree .They offer diploma to the students. The curriculum to be taught is designed by the institute itself instead of university. The institute has complete say in designing the fee structure. There is no influence of university on the fee of such programs due to which the tend to demand high free structure..

An MBA from any institute with good repute and infrastructure is a good option for graduates. Moreover only MBA's can apply for government jobs.

As MBA is a university course , it has an added advantage of experienced faculty and infrastructure. The college has to fulfill all the norms of the university and has to abide all its rules and regulations. Moreover the fees structure is also less. At the same time, a PGDM from institutes like ISB, IPE, XLRI or such top institutes has a brand value and are readily accepted by the industry. But its not worth pursuing PGDM from other B Schools. PGDM's are acceptable only in the corporate world but one cannot apply for government jobs. The fee structure of PGDM's is also very high.

Still The big question is :Which is the best MBA or PGDM?

Well, the scholars says, the course value depends on the quality rendered by the institute whether it is MBA or PGDM. If the institute is inculcating quality and professionalism amongst the students, then the course is worth , irrespective it is MBA or PGDM

Companies are concerned about talent. It does not bother them whether it's an MBA or PGDM, But of course , if an individual wish to go abroad for work MBA will not have recognition problems while PGDM students might have to take equivalence certificate.

Hence , while choosing the institution, aspirants should look for the brand of the business school. A Brand can take them to high place in their career.

The obtained data can be used further for selecting new materials and to enhance the quality of existing ones and to evaluate suitable applications of materials with different properties.

Fire Resistance Test and Flammability Tester

Whether testing, industrial equipment or running tests for research and development, manufacturers are keen to meet the requirements of different customers by manufacturing best testing machines. Moreover, complete testing facilities to test the fire or flammability resistance of products ranging from textiles or fabrics to Automotives, floor assemblies to penetration seals and fire doors. These flammability tests are performed with the help of testing instruments which strictly adheres to some national and international standards.

The testing procedure is carried out in a combustion cabinet made up of stainless steel with the measurement 381 mm length, 203 mm width and 356 mm height. The instrument incorporates holes at the bottom to permit air ingression along with a ventilated clearance at the top. The device is also equipped with a glass window that helps the users to observe the development of any ignition after placing the sample inside the cabinet. The sample is placed horizontally in a U- shaped specimen holder. Make sure that the end of the specimen is situated above the Bunsen burner that shows that the free end of the test sample is exposed to the small natural gas flame that is kept under test.

Analysis of the burning sample is completed when the flame inside the chamber either put out or complete its travel to the last measuring point. Now the burning rate can be measured easily.

For standard applications, a burn rate less than 100mm per minute is acceptable, but some vehicle manufacturers have stiffened the needs to specify slower burn rate. The test with flammability tester offers highly accurate and reliable results and take flammability consideration.

In laboratories, many times, there is a need of ways to see the microbes for different reasons. Microbes are extremely tiny particles that are invisible through naked eyes. Until the introduction of microscopes, it was not possible to see and study the microbes properly. In the modern times, the microscopes are the best way of studying and analyzing the extremely tiny particles or organisms for scientific or experimental purposes. The microscopes magnify the image of the microscopic objects to a bigger level so that they are easily and clearly visible. They are used in industrial laboratories and educational institutions. When selecting microscope, there are two main factors that are considered that are magnification power and resolution. Magnification power sib responsible for increasing the size of the image and the resolution is the ability of the microscope to maintain clarity of the magnified image.

There are various types of microscope used in industries that are as follows.

匹onventional microscope including compound and stereo microscope

ç–‹igital Microscope

謬raditional Microscopes with a provision of digital eye attachment

The selection of a microscope should be on the purpose for which it would be used along with ease of use. Some microscopes might be easier to operate as compared to others.

Conventional Microscope

Traditional microscopes have two different types that are binocular and monocular. The magnification that can be achieved by the traditional microscope is up to 100X. These instruments are usually used for observation of slides prepared for fragile samples. In this sort of observation, the light is passed through the sample and the reflected light is received by the eyepiece with a magnified image of the sample. The slides for the testing are available in the market and can also be prepared manually by the user. The monocular microscopes are best and easier to use but they are not [preferred for the observation which takes long time. If you need to observe the sample for a long time continuously, a binocular microscope would be best for you.

The stereo microscopes are the ones that have lower magnification and are used for observing the comparatively larger objects such as rocks, leaves, insects etc. these types of Microscopes are mainly uses for educational purposed.

Digital Binocular Microscopes

Digital binocular microscopes are used in industrial laboratories for studying skin, textiles, polymers, joints and so forth. These microscopes produce a digital image which can be easily viewed and stored in a computer. The software that comes with the microscope helps in time lapse photography.

Conventional Microscopes with Digital eyepiece

When a digital eyepiece is attached to a conventional microscope, it becomes a combination of convention and digital microscope which provides best working of both conventional as well as digital microscopes. The digital eyepiece is actually a digital camera which takes photos in very less time and can be easily connected to the computer so that the images could be stored in the computer for reference in future.

A microscope is a primary need for any industrial or educational laboratory for better analysis of test samples.

Writing a dissertation is not a very easy task. It is complicated and tedious and requires sufficient time. Professors expect a good and well-researched dissertation from the students. But many students due to acute academic pressure or limited knowledge about the subject fail to prepare a dissertation according to the expected standards. In these situations, the professional services can relieve these students from all the worries. The popular and experienced services are competent to provide the best dissertations to the students.

Dissertation writing can be complex if the students do not follow a proper procedure. In the middle of the task, they can feel helpless and end up making an inferior quality document. So, here are two important suggestions to the students who are going to make their dissertation.

•A thorough research on the topic is necessary before making the dissertation. Some experts comment that 'more you research, the more you know and better the dissertation becomes'. The most reliable sources of information are educational websites, journals, books from the library etc.

•Though few students do it, but a precise planning of the dissertation is also necessary. In the planning stage, the students should make an outline of the dissertation. It also helps to chalk out the strategy and the approach for the dissertation.

Though the format of the dissertation can change with topic, subject or university but overall the format remains the same.

Dissertation format

•Title Page

•Table of Contents

•Acknowledgements

•Introduction

•Literature Review

•Methodology

•Findings

•Discussion

•Recommendations (if required)

•Conclusion

•References

•Bibliography

•Appendices

Each segment of this format is essential to make an impeccable dissertation. Generally, the students face considerable problems in developing certain aspects of the dissertation, especially, literature review, methodology, findings and analysis and conclusion. The dissertation writing experts can help these indigent students to prepare these segments.

Benefits of availing dissertation services

Dissertation help is not a new term in academic world. There are many students who avail this special service to get their projects done. But the students must ensure that they chose an authentic and reliable website. As in the recent years many websites have mushroomed in Australia, so it is important to choose an experienced service. An authentic service can be identified through their website and the quality of the samples they provide. The students can also have a look at their dissertation writing company profile and find out their rankings in different review websites. Some of the benefits of using these services are as follows:

•The services always provide impeccable dissertations prepared by following the appropriate methodology.

•The academic experts with their profound experience are competent to make perfect interpretations and analysis of the findings.

•The content of the dissertation is completely plagiarism-free. Some services also provide an anti-plagiarism report with the dissertation.

•The content of the dissertation is written in pure Australian English. It is free from grammatical, spelling and punctuation errors.

•Many students suffer due to lack of knowledge about referencing styles. The services can provide them flawless citations in any referencing format.

Another advantage of using these services is that the students can get themselves relieved from their anxiety to finish the work in time. The services always provide the dissertations much before the deadline so that the students get sufficient time to proofread the documents. They can take an undisturbed preparation for the final examinations by taking this much-needed assistance.

These services not only provide a dissertation but also the students can learn from these documents which provide an in-depth analysis of the subject. They can consult the dissertations before their examinations too.

MBA dissertation writing is the most popular task in master's degree course. Most importantly, it puts students under a lot of pressure. You must submit the best dissertation you can produce in order to get your degree on time. Unfortunately, for the students, it takes a lot of time and effort, and time is something you cannot spare while studying at the higher level. This is why students are increasingly turning to professional writing services to write good quality dissertations.

Internet is overpopulated with the numbers of expert writing service providers. These writing services not only give you helping hand in writing MBA dissertations, but also give you the opportunity to refer to expertly written sample MBA dissertation for UK universities. It makes the task easier for the students who usually struggle with MBA dissertation writing.

If you think it is easier for you to handle UK dissertation writing by yourself, here are few professional tips to write impeccable dissertations.

General tips for dissertation writing:

•Probably, the main reason behind the students' failure to produce good quality MBA dissertation is the lack of coherent single driving question or one that is too broad to handle. For example, 'developing a growth strategy for small firms' or 'the secret of business success'.

•There are good prompts, but not ideal to pursue dissertation writing. Your MBA dissertation should have a focused perspective, workable question. On this matter, you can take expert dissertation assistance UK from a reputed writing service organization.

•Work with existing theories and frameworks. If you do not have time, resources skills or credibility to come up with new models, you are welcome to take dissertation services UK. By getting expert help, you will find easier to stay motivated.

•Always remember that you are engaging in dissertation writing with the purpose of recommending something to your readers. Your recommendation should be two-fold. First, few practical recommendations for the subject, second, some more general suggestions for the field or other companies facing the same situation. To achieve this combination, you could select a title that always reminds your dual aim. For example: Use 'developing entry strategy for a new start-up – discussing the case of Venturecorp' instead of 'Ventures strategies for start-ups' (too general) or 'a strategic plan for Venturecorp' (too focused, not academic enough).

Structuring MBA dissertation

Dissertation is 20 percent evaluated on the quality of its structure. In a well-structured dissertation, it is always easy to understand the central idea behind it. If you want to convey your thought to your readers properly, you need to refer to the following structure for dissertation writing:

The most common dissertation structure applied in various disciplines,

•Executive Summary

•Introduction

•Literature and theoretical background

•Research hypothesis

•Methodology

•Results

•Discussion

•Recommendations

•Conclusion

•References

•Appendices

Make sure that your every chapter has an introduction and conclusion. This can be the same for the section within the chapters. Dissertations that fail to provide good 'signposting', readers will fail to continue the reading.

Most of the students feel the need for professional guidance when it comes to choosing a thesis paper topic. It can be sometimes frustrating while finalizing a topic – whether that would be the best one to explore the ideas and also competent to fetch the best grades. The examiners always look at such theses which are authentic, set in the context of the respective course and precisely written and executed. Students should choose such topics in which they are comfortable.

How to choose a thesis writing topic?

The students should provide substantial time to choose their thesis writing topics. It is not like an eureka moment, rather a topic that involves a definite procedure. The process is:

•Idea generation

The students conceive an idea from different sources. In the initial stages, the students should remain open to all kinds and forms of ideas. The students usually take much pressure by searching a fresh idea, but it is not always necessary. Sometimes the students can also think of new perspective on the same topic. It would have the same effect on the examiner.

•Testing

This is a crucial stage where the students test the validity of the respective idea. It involves checking if enough information is available, conducting simple experiments, asking for expert opinions and evaluating the proper access to the resources. It will help to decide whether the respective topic for thesis is feasible or not.

•Elimination or Selection

In the last stage, the students settle for the respective topic and reject it due to the unfeasibility. It is not a good idea which is impractical and where limited information is available. If the students choose a poor topic, even creative and insight knowledge cannot get them good marks.

If the students reject a topic, then the whole process is again repeated where they consider all the potential thesis topics.

No matter what the thesis topic is, the students need to collect sufficient information about the topic before starting to write. If the students are still clueless about how to write a thesis then they should take the assistance of the professional thesis writing help services.

Some examples of thesis paper topics

The thesis paper ranges from business to legal issues, from current affairs to health. The Australian students should always choose such topics which are suitable and relevant to their field of study. Sometimes the professors too assign the students five or six topics from which they need to choose the best and appropriate one.

Some examples of such research paper topics are:

•Business - What should be minimum wages of the laborers?

•Legal issue - Should juvenile offenders be prosecuted as adults?

•Education - College athletes should be paid. Your opinion

•Media - Paparazzi activities should be limited. Your thoughts

•Government policy - The effectiveness of universal health coverage in developed economies

•Social Issue - Why and how the children are used for war?

•Health - Do the excessive usage of social media contribute to addictive behaviors such as drugs, alcohol etc?

•Environment - Are we doing enough to save our planet?

While some topics seem to be interesting for the students, other ones simply make them feel helpless. The only way to get rid of this helpless situation is to take help thesis topic services. There are various dependable websites that provide quality assistance to the students. Other than thesis paper topic help, they also provide expert thesis papers at affordable prices. In the recent years, various services have mushroomed hither and thither of Australia. Students should avoid these websites and avail the service of experienced and trustworthy services.

Availing these services means getting hassle-free service and scoring high in the exams!

One of the most intriguing and extremely interesting things that marketers are into is the rise of the Marketing Automation software where the techniques allow online businesses to help email marketing campaigns effectively use personalized and optimized content in converting web page visitors into purchasing customers. Basically, marketing automation could provide and generate significant profits and revenues to companies for a relatively better return of investment.

Marketing automation is not a simple feat to execute but combines with an extremely effective content or email marketing techniques, everything is possible. But marketers also have to understand that strategizing and hard work is essential to make the automation work its magic. Moreover, the understanding the marketing automation has in it all the tools for digital marketing and email marketing campaigns to generate leads and grow a profitable business is a misconception that needs to be corrected. With this thought email, marketers would often opt to buy email lists instead of generating well-targeted leads.

This marketing move is essentially for small businesses with limited resources and for those small companies which couldn't hire a dedicated it to maintain and manage the company's database. Pointing this out, it's best for these companies to avail of free trials offered by marketing automation software sellers to be able to evaluate if automation would be effective for their business before actually buying the software.

Most email marketing campaigns would initially gain the best advantages from marketing automation as it is like adding growth enhancers rather than providing a solid foundation for the email marketing campaign. The use of marketing automation software cannot achieve its full potential if the essential components have not been properly completed and there are already leads that have been generated.

Reality is that when an online business starts to grow, it would really be more daunting to maintain customer engagement and it would be the best option to hire email marketing specialists or a marketing director who can focus on conversion programs. Hence, the entire marketing program would grow further and managing all the important components such as highly-optimized content creation, email marketing schemes, creation and updating email lists, establishing social media marketing techniques and sending emails to customers when blogs have been ported would need double the effort and hiring another marketing specialist would not really be the best option. The best thing to do at this point is to automate it.

To sum it all up, marketing automation software aids in streamlining, automating and measuring the efficiency and effectiveness of all the marketing tasks to help rev up the sales and ultimately the profit of the company. With the help of the automation software, online businesses could easily manage some other marketing processes such as the integration of the customer data and segmentation that could eventually help improve customer relationship. The software and its services are the best option to replace manual and recurrent marketing processes focused on email marketing campaign execution and management opening up all new marketing processes possible.

While other companies are busy tinkering on those computer keyboards, bludgeoning their brains to come up with a highly informative and relevant content that can be used for an effective marketing campaign; wouldn't it be a great idea to spruce those emails a bit and add a little humor? People sometimes get tired and annoyed of those emails they receive constantly from email marketers stating the same things over and over again. It would really be great to integrate unique ideas in creating the email, like humor for example.

Humor is something that could really captivate people's attention to read on because of curiosity as to what the business page has to offer; humor could really be one of the peculiar yet effective business tools. Being too professional in the approach in creating an email, a slideshow presentation, and videos can bore the audiences and make them hesitant to click and go to the business page. Some experts say that to be able to achieve connection with the audience or potential clients, the email marketing campaign should aim at the heart and not just the mind while still being professional in their emails and newsletters.

Infusing a little of those humorous yet witty statements could really catch the attention of the email recipients because for a fact it may be one of the best ways to grab the attention of a potential customer as humor in its basic sense is humanizing and surprising. There are actually different ways to integrate humor in an email marketing campaign; here are some ideas:

• Doodle with the LOGO and make it fun. One of the eye-catchers that brands have is their logo. When the audience sees something interesting or peculiar about it, they couldn't help but click on to see what more fun things the business could provide them with. Fun logos create a retentive image to the brain captivating the audiences' attention.

• Use some funny cartoon character or a comic strip that is related to the brand. When cartoons or any funny character is used in the marketing campaigns, it is very important that it will not incur any copyright issues. This too will create a great impact by generating tons of interaction from the recipients.

• Put up a wacky and hilarious promotional campaign. One of the best ways to catch the attention of an email recipient is by letting them join contests with really cool prizes. Companies could either put up a contest like giving a mascot a really cool and hilarious name. The audience themselves will laugh at their ideas and what will be more exciting is giving them the chance to vote for the best idea.

These are only some of the funny and ideas that have been used in email marketing and have been proven to be really effective for most successful brands. Engaging with the audiences through their emotions by the use of humor generates more audience engagement as most people are more convinced when emotions are involved.

Businesses all over the world are consistently finding the most efficient ways to establish a powerful online presence, brand credibility and viability in the multifaceted world of entrepreneurship where competition becomes tougher each day.

Through time, beating the odds have truly become daunting and strategizing would still be the best option; hence improving email marketing campaigns to keep up with the fast-paced industry.

Email marketing has been and will still be one of the most powerful ways to get any brand's message across potential clients and customers. Having a targeted audience as email recipients is one of the many essential aspects of any email marketing strategy, creating the content to be sent to these customers is another; and getting the email recipients to open is yet another of the greatest challenges. But email marketers also have to realize the opens are not enough and click-throughs would be more significant.

Escalating the click through rates is one of the dilemmas of most online businesses as they are more often below the average and may sometimes stay that way for a relatively long period of time and worse, click throughs may even fall deeper. This is something that companies have to ponder on and boost their click-through rates for about 55% or more; here's how:

• The very first thing that should be done is to initially improve email open rates. The main objective of every email marketing campaign is to have customers click through and land on the business website, but having these recipients to open the emails and read on is also something quite difficult, so here's what marketers have to do;

• Create an attention-grabbing subject line.

• Have a targeted email list. There is no use sending the emails to millions of recipients because they might not be the suitable people to send the messages to because different people have different interests and preferences and basically most people get annoyed by the tremendous number of unwanted emails. Segmenting the email list to interested individuals most likely would do the trick.

• Keep sending the emails consistently and not sporadic when the business just has to sell something to the recipients, this may discourage the customers from opening the rest of the emails or worse, they may even unsubscribe.

• Including social sharing options in the email marketing scheme has been proven one of the effective tricks that could significantly increase the click-through rates for about 30% to 55% especially when three or more social sharing sites are being used. Direct recipients of the emails may not be interested in the business' brand, but some of their friends and followers might be, so there is a greater chance that click-throughs from the recipients' extensions can be achieved effectively.

• When hyperlinking, using direct keywords are far better than the generic links as email subscribers would exactly know where it will lead them to. Doing this, potential customers would not hesitate to click on and visit the business web page.

• NEVER use a lot of links that lead customers to different sites as this will overwhelm them. When this happens the essence of the emails will not be understood by the recipients. Lead the audience to one place as much as possible. Confusing them with a lot of sites and pages would make them click away from the website and the email marketing campaign would definitely be a lot farther from achieving high click-through rates.

• TEST the email marketing campaign and refine every detail that needs to be improved. By testing, an email marketer could effectively troubleshoot the flaws of the campaign and be able to formulate a more efficient one.

Email marketing is a really proven effective and practical approach to efficiently reach a targeted audience and convert them to devoted and dedicated customers for any online business. Email marketing has worked wonders in bringing brands to another dimension by significantly increasing their sales as well as their financial gains and profit.

Email marketing is continuously paving the way for more businesses to achieve success by helping the brand achieve dominance and powerful online presence and this is most probably because the email marketers or the email service providers are exceptionally competent. Here are the essential traits email marketers should have to be successful in their email marketing campaigns:

• Highly-successful marketers know their audiences well. As budding newbie email marketers attain their expertise in this field, they should be able to learn more things about their audiences. Email marketing is a balanced combination of audience targeting, segmentation and providing relevant content. He should be able to make important judgments as to who fits the email list based on their interests and send contents that are appropriate and suitable. Here, quality is still best over quantity for the email marketing to really be successful.

• An exceptional email marketer always provides his subscribers with relevant and informative content. A mixture of both promotional and highly informative content is what's necessary to show the audience their expertise and insights about the brand. Focusing mainly on the promotional aspect and expecting for orders would jeopardize the email marketing campaign; treat every customer special. But, incorporating promos, discounts and sale events would definitely entice the audience, and with a highly optimized content, an email marketer would definitely achieve a really high click through rate and customer engagement.

• An effective and efficient email marketer is goal-oriented. This means that he has a goal for each email sent to the subscribers. Here, what brings the best results would be a very specific call-to-action. And again, it should not mainly focus on making a sale, but building a strong bond or establishing subscriber engagement.

• An excellent email service provider should always keep abreast about the best practices and adhere to it. Permission, in email marketing, makes the recipients feel that they are valued by asking the recipients for permission to include them in the email list. Indicating clearly where the emails are coming from and making the subject line very specific would definitely entice them to open the emails and eventually click through to the business website.

• Giving more attention to the details is really imperative and copywriting and editing skills is a basic ingredient to becoming a successful email service provider. Grammar is expected especially in corporate emails as poorly-written emails will create a negative impression on the email recipients.

• As email marketing constantly evolve, proficient email marketers should be extremely innovative in being creative with the formats of very content they send to their values subscribers in terms of formulating different approaches in creating a highly engaging subject line and body. One of the best strategies that most successful email marketers use is by integrating a little humor into the newsletter and emails because they believe that this could establish a stronger customer engagement because of the involvement of emotions.

Could you be turning off visitors on your website without even knowing it?

Unfortunately that's exactly what many online business owners are doing on their websites.

When you think about it, people perusing your website are potential clients deciding whether or not to call you or purchase from you. They're looking for a reason to like you… are you qualified to help them? Will you solve their problem? Will you relate to their needs?

And having a properly done "About" page helps visitors answer these questions.

After reading this article, you will be inspired to take a look at your existing About page, or put one up on your website if you don't have one, and ensure you have the best practices in place to showcase not only you but your business too.

Do you have an effective About page on your website? Leave a comment below and tell us why!

It's about them, not your personal resume

When writing your About page, you want to put yourself in the mindset of someone learning about your business for the first time and ask yourself "what would I want to know about this person or business?"

The answers to that helps you create compelling content for your about page. Here's 10 tips that will help you know what to include in your About page for your website:

1.Consider its Importance - Know that your About page is often the most visited page of your website. This critical content is key to building trust, credibility, and boosting conversions.

If you don't have an About page, it's time to develop one. And if you do have an About page, review it to see how you can enhance it to make it more connective with your audience.

2.State your Cause - Many consumers today are socially conscious. They want to know ways that a company is making a difference in their communities. In fact, many consumers will go an extra mile or pay more for products and services from companies who support environmental and social causes that they care about.

If your company doesn't currently support any philanthropic efforts, now is a good time to align yourself with a cause and share about it on your About page.

3.Distinguish Yourself; share what sets you apart. Are you specialized in your niche? Have you earned notable awards? Do you have a unique approach? Do you serve a specific geographic region? Tell the reader what your unique selling point is and why they should choose you over the competition.

4.Keep it Consumer Focused - While you are writing about your company and what you do, it's more important to write in a way that shows how all of that benefits the consumer. In reality, your About page is not at all about you - it's about THEM and how you can best serve them. Remember: Features tell, but benefits sell.

5.Tell your Story - Engage with consumers emotionally by sharing your story. Write in first person and make it interesting. Show your personality and share what inspired you to start your business. Who is your mentor? Why are you passionate about this field of expertise? Reveal any turning points that truly transformed what you do and helped you create your unique approach. Tell about the results you have helped others to achieve.

6.Build Credibility - Tell potential clients how you're qualified to help them. Your About page allows you to not only share your expertise but also introduce your team members and their credentials.

You also want to list any media mentions your company has received, any professional or business associations your company is a member of and share any books you have written.

7.Get a Little Personal - If you are a small business owner or entrepreneur, people want to know the person behind the business. Tell us about your experience and background. Share personal tidbits like what you do when you aren't working, where you live, and who you live with (spouse, kids, pets).

These juicy tidbits create strong connection points. If you share that you are a crazy cat lady, you'll be an instant hit with the cat lovers in your fan base.

8.Add Photos - If you are a solopreneur, be sure to add a professional headshot. Hiring a professional photographer will ensure you have a nicely framed photo with good lighting.

This is also an opportunity to have a more relaxed picture that shows your personal side but it still needs to reflect you in a positive manner so that people can maintain that professional image of you. It may be an outdoors picture or show you doing your favourite hobby.

Larger businesses can have a group photo and even have each of the employees share a little bit about themselves that reflect their personality.

9.Update it Regularly - Review your About page regularly to make sure it still reflects you and your business accurately. You may have had staff changes or perhaps there are new awards or credentials to list.

10.End With a Compelling Call to Action - Every page on your website should have a call to action. Ask visitors to take the next logical step to doing business with you. Share how they can find out more, get a quote, or get started today.

Bring in the Professionals To Make Your Business Shine!

Writing about yourself is hard; I've worked with many clients who have said writing the About page was the toughest piece of content to write for their website. If you are not a star writer it may be time to hire a professional.

A marketing firm can write an About page that will set you apart while building the credibility and emotional connection needed to compel people to want to do business with you.

Does your About page need a little work to take it from boring to compelling? Share in the comments section below your biggest takeaway after reading this article.

Roman Catholics appreciate the separation of Church and State and obey the law of the land. (Romans 13: 1-7) That law provides the right to dissent openly and honestly. Catholics are saying this in response to the US Supreme Court Ruling on Obgergefell Vs Hodges. The highest court in the land held that the recognition and provision of same-sex marriage is a fundamental right guaranteed by both the Due Process Clause and the Equal Protection Clause of the Fourteenth Amendment to the United States Constitution.[2][3]Only thirteen states are affected by the Marriage Equality ruling. Marriage Equality is already the law in the State of Washington.

Forty-four percent of Roman Catholics living on Benson Hill believe the tradition of Marriage is unique to male and female couples. It has existed that way in every culture, they claim, since before recorded history. Scripture, they believe, clearly defines the blessings of marriage between a man and woman. The Catholic Church promotes and defends the institution of marriage as the union of one man and one woman.

• Those Catholics who study scripture, and trust their leaders and the Catechism for guidance, respond to their questioners fraternally, "Your love may be equal, your state rights to marriage are equal, but you are not married in the eyes of the Roman Catholic Community." They point out the theme of Marriage between male and female throughout sacred readings. They begin with the Old Testament creation stories in Genesis through the story of Isaac and Rebekah and continuing through scripture, end at the final metaphoric Book of Revelations, as the basis for their dissent.

• Tradition supports an equal amount of space in the Catholic world-view as scripture. They believe that the Roman Catholic Catechism outlines, in intimate detail, the ideals to help them grow closer to Jesus and to help make life joyful and marriage successful. The Catechism is a refined version of the vision of all the greatest Catholic thinkers of the ages. An excerpt: 1605 Holy Scripture affirms that man and woman were created for one another: "It is not good that the man should be alone."92 The woman, "flesh of his flesh," his equal, his nearest in all things, is given to him by God as a "helpmate"; she thus represents God from whom comes our help.93 "Therefore a man leaves his father and his mother and cleaves to his wife, and they become one flesh."94 The Lord himself shows that this signifies an unbreakable union of their two lives by recalling what the plan of the Creator had been "in the beginning": "So they are no longer two, but one flesh."95

• Catholic Bishops Statement: The unique meaning of marriage as the union of one man and one woman is inscribed in our bodies as male and female. The protection of this meaning is a critical dimension of the "integral ecology" that Pope Francis has called us to promote. Mandating marriage redefinition across the country is a tragic error that harms the common good and most vulnerable among us, especially children. The law has a duty to support every child's basic right to be raised, where possible, by his or her married mother and father in a stable home.

•Catholics believe that only through sexual difference can a husband and a wife give themselves completely to one another – so completely that "the two become one flesh" (Gen 2:24). True marital union is not possible without sexual difference.

Fifty six percent of Catholics agree with the ruling of Supreme Court Justice Anthony Kennedy, speaking of the rights of gays who desire marriage. Justice Kenned opined that they, "reveal that they seek not to denigrate marriage but rather to live their lives, or honor their spouses' memory, joined by its bond."

• Catholics cite their religious community's beliefs when they take the anti same-sex marriage posture. When they cite the antiquated, rigid rules of the Catechism, they demonstrate a lack of imagination, vision, creativity, and growth in God that she has made available to us through our creation in her image. In fact, Catholics retort, those are only some of the gifts identified in the Catechism as part of the Grace we receive from the Supreme Being to help organize our families and grow in the Spirit.

• A Transgender individual says, "With no further qualifications, this is who I am. But you say a Y chromosome is the final determinant in who God intended me to be. Did God give me free will, and the promises that go with it, or am I predestined to be a lonely, confused recluse? "

• A college freshman speaks out, "My family is Catholic. I wish one of them could give me a logical explanation of how Marriage Equality takes away somebody's rights. "

In the dissenting opinion Justice Roberts said, "If you are among the many Americans - of whatever sexual orientation - who favor expanding same-sex marriage, by all means celebrate today's decision" But do not celebrate the Constitution. It had nothing to do with it."

"Marriage is the permanent and exclusive union of one man and one woman, for the good of the spouses and for the procreation and education of children. One man, one woman, for life." Catholic Bishops

Men and women are equal and different. Sexual difference is essential to marriage and raising children. Ignoring or removing "the difference is… the problem, not the solution" (Pope Francis).

There are a number of levels to consulting; everything from offering services of manual labour through to providing business or technological skills and intellectual effort to corporations. The common thread in this is that you have to market your services, sell the project and negotiate terms for its completion, complete the project, and last but not least, get paid. With my experience being in business and information technology consulting, my discussion herein will focus on that level of enterprise.

So what is a consultant and what does a consultant do?

•A consultant hires him/herself out to businesses/corporations for fixed or variable periods of time to perform a service needed by that business entity.

•A consultant, in most instances, will be at a completely arms-length business distance from the client corporation and will therefore not receive any benefits from the corporation that an employee would (medical, dental, holiday pay, etc.).

•A consultant usually must pay for all equipment, tools, computer equipment, supplies, and software that he or she needs to utilize while on the consulting engagement.

•All costs related to getting to the client location to complete the consulting engagement are usually borne by the consultant unless otherwise negotiated with the client prior to the engagement commencing.

•A consultant is often an individual proprietorship or "one person/small business" corporation.

•To work, a consultant needs to find each new client and secure a consulting contract for each engagement.

•A consultant when working, usually submits periodic invoices to the client (bi-weekly, semi-monthly or monthly) and then must wait to be paid by the client based on the payment terms defined in the client/consultant agreement/contract

What does it actually take then to become a successful consultant? First you have to put in the time to learn how to find and sell yourself on projects. This can take years depending on the discipline chosen. To be successful, you will then need:

•The Education – For Example, At Minimum, a College Degree to be Able to Cross Borders to Consult in Other Countries (Eg, Trade Nafta Status – for USA and Canada cross border consulting projects or;

•You work as an affiliated representative of a consulting company allowed to complete projects in the target country or "state/Province" of that country – they would handle your cross border qualification

•The Resume – to Document Your Experience Levels to Prospective Clients

•Probably a Portable Computer and Your Own "Toolkit" of Current Project Delivery Applications, Templates, Agreements, Proposal Examples, Deliverable Examples, etc.

•Usable References – They Will Call Them!

•Access to and posting your resume and/or qualifications to several field related "Staffing/Resourcing Databases"

Being a Consultant requires learning how to…

•Find clients for your services including learning how to:

oLeverage existing contacts to sniff out new project opportunities

oUse project resourcing bulleting boards

oWork LinkedIn, Google Plus and Facebook

oUtilize "Project Headhunters"

oCollaborate with major consulting firms

oBuild your CV, Skills Matrix and Usable Reference List

oBuild quality proposal templates, Request for Information (RFI) templates, etc.

oCreate agreement templates, travel & expense templates, non-disclosure agreements

oBuild "Trade Nafta" and other acceptable cross-border documentation for international opportunities

oNegotiate contracts with client prospects

A few summary comments, as a consultant, you have the freedom to work for whoever you want and do whatever project you want – and this keeps life exciting. But remember, as a consultant, you must take care to ensure you get paid – you do not have the same safety nets that an employee has – such as Labour Boards, etc.. Consulting can be very financially rewarding – but remember, every time you finish an engagement, you are in effect once again unemployed and looking for your next project. Can be stressful for some…but exiting for others.

Article Title: Is Secularization Good For Interreligious Relations?

*********************** ARTICLE START ***********************

According to some sociologists (Peter Berger, Grace Davie), secularization – in a sense of a gradual demise of explicit influence of religion in public life, state politics, legal framework, but also the lessening of the proportion of people who identify as religious – is something quite particular and limited to Europe, and those elites outside Europe that have been strongly influenced by European culture. While this may be a slight overstatement – countries like China and Japan, for instance, have experienced their own secularizations which were neither entirely independent from nor entirely due to European influence or colonialization – it is certainly fair to say that, overall, religion has been and still is on a decline in Europe, as shown by most sociological indicators. At the same time, Europe is becoming religiously and ethnically more plural. We can notice this in many ways, but perhaps most clearly in arts, sports, and education, but also, although to a lesser extent, in politics.

Is the ongoing European secularization beneficial or harmful for interreligious relations and cooperation in Europe? The answer is not straightforward. Critics note that European secularized liberal culture is becoming an increasingly inhospitable environment for those who come from religiously more conservative traditions and cultures. It would seem that Europe has notable difficulties in accommodating such (usually minority) religious cultures, even when they are not posing a violent threat to their fellow Europeans at all. This can add to the tendency towards social and political isolation of such groups, and make improvements in interfaith relations and cooperation more difficult.

However, it is hard to deny the benefits of the standard modern approach to affirming a secular state. This approach, which owes a great deal to the philosopher, John Locke, still has much to offer – not necessarily in terms of directly increasing interreligious cooperation but by enabling a more equal platform for interreligious relations in the public domain and before the law, in comparison with the situation where a particular religion is affirmed as the state religion. According to Locke, the state should exist for entirely secular reasons. It should be concerned with civil or worldly interests, such as "Life, Liberty, Health, and Indolency of the body; and the possession of outward things such as Money, Lands, Houses, Furniture, and the like." The state shouldn't be founded on explicitly theological principles and it shouldn't privilege any religion. While Locke himself arrived at this conclusion from a mix of Protestant theological and secular ethical reasoning, one of his central arguments stems from a philosophical reflection on the nature of belief: the state cannot demand from its citizens to follow a particular religion since belief is not a sort of thing that one can be forced into, or even 'will oneself into' for some extrinsic good.

From a modern Lockean perspective, then, a consistent secularity of the state can be thought of as the best guarantor of religious freedom for everyone within a secular state, within certain limits (it is unacceptable for anyone to inflict harm to other citizens in the name of one's religious beliefs, for example). Consequently, while this might increase competition among religions for its followers (as this is perhaps most clearly seen in the case of the US) in comparison to state religion situations, it also works against the imbalance of power among religions by actively working against state protectionism towards the majority religion or life-stance (or, towards a particular minority, as it also happens). Surely this feature of the secular state is beneficial for interreligious relations.

But there are, of course, complications. Firstly, one has to recognize that, in reality, there are significantly different kinds of secularism at work in Europe. What is more, these differences have a lot to do – paradoxically, for a strict Lockean – with the dominant religious tradition of the respective cultures in which the different secularisms emerged. Sociologist José Casanova distinguishes between three different "patterns of secularization": the Nordic Protestant, the Southern Latin Catholic and the American. He writes:

"The Nordic pattern is characterized by a peculiar integration of the religious and the secular, which is manifested in the fusion between church (ecclesiastical institution), state and nation. The Latin Catholic pattern of laicization is characterized by a rigid separation of the religious and the secular and by civil-ecclesiastical and laic-clerical antagonism. The United States offers a third dynamic of secularization without confessionalisation. With laicist France it shares a secular separationist model of disestablishment of ecclesiastical religion at the state level, while radicalising the Protestant model of diffusion of the religious and secular boundaries in society." (José Casanova, 'The Two Dimensions, Temporal and Spatial, of the Secular', in Secular and Sacred? Edited by R. van den Breemer, J. Casanova, and T. Wyller, p. 21.)

Following this distinction which could no doubt be further expanded and refined, it is interesting to note the following. The Nordic countries which appear to be the most secularized in Europe in terms of the explicit belief in God by its citizens, are characterized by a relatively high degree of religious toleration compared, for example, to Eastern and Southern Europe. However, it is the Nordic countries where there is the most ambiguity between the secular and the sacred in the public sphere, not the ones where there is the strictest separation.

To see how this is possible, we need to note that the Nordic model of church-state and sacred-secular relation is based on the distinctly Lutheran approach to abolishing the sacred canon laws of medieval Christendom and placing legislation entirely under the domain of the secular ruler. It was also, however, based on another Lutheran principle, that of 'salvation by faith alone', the consequences of which was that "any kind of legislation connected to the spiritual was thought to be wrong" (R. van den Breemer, J. Casanova, and T. Wyller , 'Introduction', in Secular and Sacred?, p. 13.). Since the only legitimate way of relating to God is through faith for Lutherans, and since this is not the domain of the state but the church, Lutheranism provides a strong theological affirmation of the secular, ie a theological justification for the division of labour between the church (salvation of souls) and the state (secular matters, justice, security, etc.), while the church which has historically 'performed the salvation of souls' for the state was, of course, Lutheran, and officially so.

In the modern times, we have a somewhat different situation in European Nordic countries (significantly less popular belief, a notable presence of religious minorities, etc.), but the one continuous with the traditional arrangement. While these traditionally Lutheran countries have been, as Casanova says, "characterized by a peculiar integration of the religious and the secular, which is manifested in the fusion between church (ecclesiastical institution), state and nation", they are also countries with a high level of religious toleration as well as good interreligious relations and cooperation, as shown in the strong, co-operative responses by religious leaders and believers of all major faiths in these countries to either right-wing or Islamist terrorist atrocities in recent years.

On the other hand, we can find a similar complication for the principled Lockean picture of the secular state from a quite different context. In the traditionally Catholic countries where the secularist part of the public, as a rule, pushes for as strict separation of church and state as possible, we usually have more polarized and conflict-ridden relations between the sacred and the secular. And this is often not so conducive for the advancement of religious pluralization or better interreligious relations as one would, perhaps, expect. In the countries where religion has experienced at least some form of revival and, more controversially, 'political come-back' after the fall of communism – eg Poland, Slovakia, Hungary, Slovenia and Croatia – the stronger religious-secular polarization (interwoven with the right-left political divide) tends to squeeze out any 'third party' from the public debate, such as minority religious voices. Since most of such voices don't fall neatly into the Catholic-vs-secularist split, they are often pressured to decide 'on which side they are on'. This puts a strain on interreligious relations, since such pressure, which often has political ramifications, can create animosities between majority Catholicism and minority religions which have little to do with faith or theology, as they are predicated more on the imbalance of power and access to political influence.

So, it is very hard indeed to offer any grand or clear-cut answer to our initial question: is the greater secularization good or bad for interreligious relations in Europe? It certainly depends a lot on what kind of secularization we are talking about, which religious tradition provides the background culture for the pattern of the secularization: are we talking about the Nordic Protestant, the Southern Latin Catholic, or any other –mixed, or Calvinist, or Eastern Orthodox, or Muslim – background context? In addition, are we talking about a post-socialist context with its recently revived mainstream religions assertive in the public space, and in this sense a post-secular reality, or not?

These and other social factors will co-determine interreligious relations in respective parts of Europe, sometimes decisively so. In my experience, however, I also noticed numerous times that Europeans of all faiths and none, while dependent on these contexts, also find constructive and cooperative ways of relating which transcend these contexts. Such self-initiated cooperation can at times notably influence their surrounding social and political realities, although this may not always be easily visible.

Grand Canyon is regarded as the most popular tourist destination for adventurous holidaymakers. This place offers a lot to thrill seekers as there are so many different adventurous activities that one could enjoy. There are service providers that offer Grand Canyon flights from South Rim as well as Las Vegas which provide you the opportunity to see this place from an aerial view.

These flights are provided by both small private planes and helicopters which allow you to see the beautiful natural attractions from above the sky. Although many people would do hiking along the South Rim trail path but the view that you could see from the sky is just spectacular. Its something that you shouldn't miss and you would remember this experience for your lifetime.

Its better if you book your helicopter or airplane flight in advance because during the peak tourist season it becomes extremely difficult to book a flight over the Grand Canyon and you may miss such a wonderful experience just because you didn't make a booking prior to your visit. Their price rates may also increase during the peak season. You will come across many different service providers who operate in this particular area.

A flight above the Canyon is an adventure in itself because you would fly through the most significant and spectacular areas of the valley. Depending on your location, you could either book your flight from Las Vegas or South Rim. These places are regarded as ideal for holidaymakers.

There are other ways to see the valley as well but the view that you gather from above the sky is just unbeatable. On the other hand, if you use a car you would have to navigate your way through which could be fun but you need to navigate correctly otherwise you'll get lost in this beautiful place.

The good thing about the flight tours is that they run throughout the year and it depends on your preference whether you opt for a landing tour or an aerial tour. The aerial tour would take you back to the same place from where you booked your flight. Whereas the landing tour gives you the opportunity to have an unrestricted access to the Grand Canyon. You can get off your flight and enjoy other activities and then take back your flight again.

Internet is the best place to look for discounted airplane and helicopter flights to this beautiful place. As compared to a bus tour, it may cost a bit expensive but every single penny spent would be worth it because a flight allows you to see approximately 160 miles of scenery from above. While, a bus tour would just allow you to see 30 to 40 miles of scenery.

These tour flights are specifically designed to provide comfort ride to passengers so you whole journey will be easy and comfortable. You could choose between different time slots and the most popular time slot is the morning flight because the air is much clear and visibility is better as compared to afternoon flights.

At Horizon IT you are granted access to senior management expertise and the opportunity to collaborate with some of the best in the business – in an environment that's both supportive and fun. What you get is the hands-on experience and real-world accomplishments that can actually launch a successful career.

Horizon IT does not fall into the same category as many other companies. Making a difference is a priority. If you want your next career move to prove to be a life-altering experience, then Horizon IT is the clear choice. We're looking for people who are web aficionados, passionate, brain-picking, young and relaxed, fun, innovative and winners.

At Horizon IT we don't just make and sell our solutions, we actually make use of them. Every day. To collaborate, imagine, argue, rescue, solve and create.

No matter how busy we are, Horizon IT makes time to contribute through volunteering and fund-raising. Some of the causes we support include children with cancer. We care. About our society. And about the future.
