*********************** ARTICLE START ***********************
Millionaire digital entrepreneur Stuart Ross spent some time on the beautiful island of Mauritius in the Indian Ocean where he shot a video about, "What the 'New Rich' know that other people don't". He talks about the 3 main principles that the 'new Rich' use and implement to create a life where it's not just about the money. But it's more about the lifestyle of earning more, working less and enjoying life.
Give Value First
One of the first principles that the new rich implement and understand is so important is to 'give value first'. This is the #1 Rule of the 'new rich'. It is now easier to do this in the new digital economy than it has ever been in the history of marketing.
The 'New Rich' understand that to be always selling is a very broken business model. This applies whether you're in real estate, recruitment or retail sales.
The off line business model is still to this day very much about 'sell, sell, sell'. Well, online that just does not work in the long-term and in the off line world things are going to have to change if a business wants to be successful.
The businesses that do not adapt will run into trouble. The 'New Rich' are aware of this and what they understand is that by 'giving first' you are able to form and create relationships. The well known way of phrasing this is, 'know, like and trust'.
Online this is something that can be done in order to form a 'way-in' and a relationship with potential clients. So the way to do it online is to give first. That could be things like giving a free report, a free report brochure, a free download.
Give something that is informative and educational around a product that you are promoting. It could be free videos and it doesn't even have to be professionally done in a studio. What can you do to educate potential customers. What can you do to provide more value around what you are offering.
The amazing thing about this new digital economy is that reports, brochures and videos are easily downloadable. You do the work once they can be downloaded or streamed online once, a few times or hundreds of times. It does not cost any extra regardless of how many times they are watched or downloaded.
The best customers expect to be 'given to' first. It's the ice-breaker. It's the 'way-in' to form that relationship. Give value first.
Distribution Channels
The next thing the 'New Rich' know and understand is the importance of distribution. Think of a retail store. It's a shop in a static location with the same passers by. What the 'New Rich' know is that you've got to get online to open up your distribution channel. Stuart has a global audience for his business the Six Figure Mentors (SFM) & Digital Experts Academy (DEA). There is no reason why you could not have a global audience.
As Stuart did, you could shoot a video in Mauritius, or anywhere on the globe, and it could be watched by anybody around on the world. The way you do this is by investing in your marketing education and learning new skill sets.
One of the mistakes that people make is that they go and learn online marketing but forget about the first rule we have been discussing so far - giving value first. And as much as they know about how to open up a Facebook account and create ads online and all they are doing is the same as everybody else is doing… just selling, selling, selling
Selling should be secondary to giving first. You create value first and then you learn to distribute that value through all of the mediums now available like Facebook and other forms of social media. It's amazing what can be created in such a short period of time by understanding those 2 principles the 'New Rich' understand - value and distribution.
Invest in how to distribute your message, your value, your content, blogs, etc. and watch what happens.
Information Marketing
The third important principle the 'New Rich' understand is the value of information. This is the 'information age'. Information marketing is one of the best business models to be in.
Even if your main business is not information you can normally start to incorporate information marketing into your business model. It will help you scale your business and it may even help you get out of your existing business.
Well, why information marketing. Because it's the most profitable and the most valuable thing you can offer to the world today. People are looking for information all of the time.
What about some common problems that people want to solve, like quit smoking, improve their lifestyle, earn more money, get healthier and fitter. Now start to think about how that information can be provided in this new information age.
It can be provided through downloads, eBooks, PDF's, through video streaming and online membership sites. It can be provided off line through the likes of workshops. You can find the customers for the workshops by first providing value online.
You could now sell an eBook on this topic for $40. Think about how many you could sell a day - 1, 10, 100's, 1000.
As long as people could find the product through your distribution channels, you could create a good relationship with your potential customers/customers by providing value to them. It's not going to cost you anything for people to download the eBook. They can download it and get immense value from it and get them on the course to losing weight.
You can also have a membership site that provided videos that showed people how to take their exercise regime to the next level and keep that weight off and really feel confident about their body and good about their health.
You could also offer a 3 Day Workshop Seminar where customers could come along and learn all about new cooking recipes, new diet plans and the best methods to travel without diverging from their diet.
Just imagine being able to provide that kind of information where someone can now live a healthy lifestyle for the rest of their life. What do you think the value is to individuals who care about their health?
Another example could be that you are an affiliate of Stuart's with Six Figure Mentors (SFM) & Digital Experts Academy (DEA). You would have information that enables people to never have to work a job again. To never have to be commuting to a job. To be able to go where they want to, when they want.
To be able to work less hours. To be able to work from home. To be able to do the school-run every day rather than having to rely on someone else doing it for them.
How life-changing is that information. Well, that's a real life example of what Six Figure Mentors (SFM) & Digital Experts Academy (DEA) are able to provide. SFM & DEA can provide free reports talking about how to get into business online. This provides immense value.
What would that be worth to you? What would it be worth to learn from people who can give you the skills and information to live a 'lifestyle by design'. No job, no commuting, no trading time for money and be able to write your own pay check. You would be able to then scale that pay check by having an internet business and work from wherever you happen to be in the world.
I hope you agree that's a phenomenal business model. It's a 'win-win' situation. People that have that kind of information can make money by sharing their expertise on how to get healthy, how to loose weight, how to get fit, how to design your lifestyle and how to build a successful business on the internet. This kind of information is absolutely life-changing.
Why is it a 'win, win' situation. Think of the outcome for both parties. The information marketer selling the products will be able to create a business they love, provide value to the world and are passionate about what they do. This could be you!
The customers are getting the information that's going to change their lives for ever. They're getting information that will enable them to really create lifestyle around their choosing. You can not put a price on that.
The reason why it's so beneficial to get into information marketing and why it's one of the best business models to be in, is that it's a true 'win, win' situation.
Information is lasting and offers more value to society than anything else. What can be provided is education, information that really gives people the control and do what they want with that information and completely change their lives.
So to recap. The principles are:
1. Give value first
2. Tap into the distribution channel of the world-wide-web
3. Provide information in the new digital economy
Promote Products That Give Great Value
What makes it even easier to get into this type of business model is that you don't have to own your own products or services. You can be an affiliate. As an affiliate your main responsibility for the distribution of the products and services and the learning of the marketing strategies to distribute those products and services.
To be really successful as an affiliate you should market something you are passionate about - something you believe will help more people and change more lives. In this way it becomes easier.
Do not promote crappy products. This is a big mistake a lot of people make online. They go out and promote a lot of crappy products that they don't been believe in, just because they think it's going to be the quickest way to make money.
The best long-term strategy for building a sustainable business is to focus on providing value and finding and promoting products and services you feel amazing about. Those that you know are going to help people and change their lives for the better.
You can do this by writing glowing reports, producing blog posts, creating ads and doing reviews. You will get paid each and every time a person that you've referred makes a purchase of the products or services you promoted. This is the best way to get started online - as an affiliate marketer.

*********************** ARTICLE START ***********************
Every one of us has wondered at one point in our life what lies ahead. The future fascinates us for good reason. Prophetic knowledge has been something man has hungered for since creation. We wonder what fate might have in store for us as we seek to control our own destinies. It seems, however, that we have gotten more interested in what we don't know about the future than what we do know about the present.
It was always our intention to keep moving forward and never stay stagnant in one stage or another, but the urge to know what the next stage holds in advance is engrained in our nature. Knowing the future would be a great skill if only it was possible. I was told that there's no psychic in existence who's capable of predicting the future. How was I told this and who told me? For that, it's better if you read my article, "The Spirits."
What real psychics can do is access your energy connection and retrieve the information it contains as it relates to your experiences along the path. (How they do this is for another article.) For now, know that it's not so much a future prediction as details of the choices you've made before arriving here in the physical dimension. What does that mean? It means a psychic can't foresee the future, but they can see the path you've chosen to take in this lifetime. This path may or may not be in accordance with your ultimate desires, but it's still your decision alone.
In the grand scheme of it all, you don't need the information from a psychic to travel on your path. You must be intent on finding it for yourself, and when you depart this world, you will review the life you chose to live and compare it with the life you planned on living.
We're not judged for wanting to know, nor should we suffer from the knowledge we receive. And if you decide that you wish to know the choices you've made for the life ahead, understand that this prediction is not set in stone; it is only that – a prediction. After all, the path you take is your choice. If you've originally chosen to act one way, but wind up acting in another, your path will not be fulfilled and you may view the psychic providing the information as a fake.
If your curiosity overtakes your instinct and you wish to know what life choices you've prepared, you should at least arm yourself with knowledge on how to distinguish a good psychic who truly wishes to help from one who just wants your money. For instance, an authentic psychic will never ask you for any information except maybe your name. I will give you some other guidelines you need to follow in order to realize your true path as well.
A truly gifted psychic will allow you to ask the questions you want answers to; a fake one will control the dialogue and instead ask you a lot of leading questions. Never call a psychic either. You want to be present and allow them access to your energy. Even though there are a few psychics with the ability to retrieve information about you through methods other than accessing your energy, it's not advisable since they are so rare and indecipherable from their counterparts. Also, fake psychics will promise spells and healings, and on most occasions, will provide you with only good words about your future; a real psychic, on the other hand, will tell you the good and the bad, and won't make promises they can't keep.
So here's the long and short of what you need to do: 1.) Never reveal information about yourself. Not your birthday, occupation, place of birth, or any other personal details. 2.) Speak to others who you trust and get reliable recommendations. 3.) Look for isolated psychics and not those who mingle in big crowds. Remember, psychic ability is a gift from God that can't be turned on and off like a light switch. A true psychic will have a hard time sensing many people's energy at one time, and will therefore avoid crowds.
Once you've set your mind on receiving guidance and not predicting the future, locate a true psychic using the criteria I set forth above and visit him. Allow him the time he needs to retrieve the information and hear what he has to tell you about what should happen in the next six to 12 months. Once you have the information, you must act on it. Don't sit still and wait for everything to happen on its own. It just doesn't work that way. Set yourself on that path, and if you're able to walk it, then you're dealing with the real McCoy. Then, on your next visit, which should be right after you've learned he is true, allow yourself to be even more open.
Let us know of your experience so we may share it with others.

Article Title: Why Don't I Have Faith?

*********************** ARTICLE START ***********************
For as long as I can remember, I had doubts about the faith I was born into. Then, as I grew older and became familiar with the world's other major religions, I came to question the need for faith in any religious movement at all. You see, I have a personal problem. I don't have faith. When I was a boy, I always assumed that my youthful, underdeveloped psyche prohibited me from seeing what the faithful around me saw. But as I grew in years, I came to doubt that youthfulness played any part in my religious reticence. I found myself still unable to understand how stories written centuries ago could cause a person to have such blind faith, no matter how irrational the story's underpinnings were.
My dilemma is not new, nor is it mine alone. The argument of faith versus reason has been ongoing for ages, with reason based on scientific evidence and faith referring to a belief held regardless of the evidence. So I started my journey in search of understanding. I had to know why I lacked the capacity for faith; why I don't see what the majority of the world takes for granted. I read every holy book I could lay my hands on, thinking that perhaps through the act of reading, one of these books would so profoundly affect me as to ignite my faith. I also read many excerpts from each religion as they feverishly attempted to reconcile faith and reason using their own philosophies. For instance, speaking for the Roman Catholic Church, St. Augustine said, "The object of faith is that which is absent from our understanding. We believe that which is absent, but we see that which is present." And according to Jewish philosopher Levi Ben Gerson, "The Torah cannot prevent us from considering to be true that which our reason urges us to believe."
Many religions claim that reasoning is deceptive, and that only through faith can we truly become aware of God. Yet those words, just like so many before, failed to penetrate my soul and give me any great new understanding. My cynicism later intensified after I noticed that as scientific discovery became more prevalent, all religions (without exception) adjusted their reasons for requiring faith in order to comport with science. Why after all the reading and explanations do I find myself still leaning toward reason? Why do I still question? Why don't I simply follow like most other people? Why don't I have faith?
All of a sudden, it hit me one day. I had found my own faith. It finally made sense why I wouldn't follow. I did not, however, have a name for it until I started conversing with the spirits. They called it "evolution." Through them, I learned that I had evolved beyond the contemporary religious experience and that my new faith could be summed up as follows: "I believe in God, but I don't follow or believe others based purely on their words." I'm no longer bound to one particular path. I'm a Pathian, and I walk my own path just as God intended. I see with great clarity that my way is the right way, and I'm good not because of some inflexible religious doctrine, but because I choose to be in order to advance my soul.
I know many of you will read my book, where I claim to have received word from spirits in another dimension, and you'll say, "Just like religion, asking me to believe what you say is based on faith as well." To this, I say, "Not true." The sole purpose of the book, regardless of its origin, was to awaken your inner ability to seek your own truth, your own path; to make you a contributor to the progress of our evolution rather than a follower of some religious movement with no true spiritual value.
I also realize that no matter how many questions the spirits answer, there will always be those who say, "Why should we believe you and not the words of our holy books?" To which I answer, "Do not believe anyone but yourself when it comes to seeking out your own spirituality." I would like you to ask yourself this: Where would our children be if their education did not exceed one book? The answer is simple. They would be highly limited in their intellect, mentally static and unable to develop. They would never improve. Now ask yourself this: Do I want my spirituality limited this way or do I want it capable of improvement? If you answered the latter, why then would you limit your spiritual knowledge to just one particular book?
I have found my faith. It may not be what's common, but it is what's right. By becoming a Pathian, you'll open your mind to the countless paths available to you. I know many of you will claim my arguments to expand the mind are silly, baseless and blasphemous. And I will find myself wondering why, with all the clarity around us, why you still remain faithful to some inherited religious path whose philosophies negate reason at almost every turn.

One of the most important ways to change your lifestyle and eating habits is to change the kind of snacks that you consume. Healthy snacks will help cut your calorie intake and they will increase your nutritional intake. A healthy snack list is important so that you are aware of what is acceptable or not especially if you need to make conscious decisions on eating a healthier diet. Some of the benefits of having a healthy snack list is you are able to monitor what you are snacking on, healthy snacks are nutritious so that you enjoy better health and feel more energetic, they contain less calories than sweet, salty and unhealthy snacks and they help you to lose weight and keep the weight off.
One of the most popular snacks choices that is both nutritional as well as delicious is fruit. Fruits contain natural sugars which make them delicious and they work as a substitute especially when you are looking for something sweet to eat. They contain a lot of water which is perfect for keeping your hydrated and for detoxing if need be. They have a high percentage of nutrients such as vitamins which are good for your body and your skin and fruits are a good source of lasting energy. A healthy snack list of fruits includes apples, bananas, berries, peaches, citrus fruits, mangoes, strawberries, watermelons, cantaloupes and so many others. Fresh and dry fruits have roughly the same nutritional value so you can snack on both kinds. It is better to go for fresh fruit rather than canned fruit as fresh fruit does not have additives, preservatives and in some cases, extra sugar.
Vegetables are similar to fruits as a healthy snack option. Vegetables have plenty of nutrients, they have a lot of fiber which keeps you feeling full for longer and helps in bowel movements. They improve your skin tone and texture and help in weight loss. This is because they have very little calories and they will fill you up for longer. A vegetable healthy snack list includes carrots, celery, broccoli, peas, beans, tomatoes, cauliflower, squash, zucchini, cucumber and peppers among other vegetables.
Other foods on the healthy snack list include nuts and whole grains. Nuts have a high calorie count but they also contain god oils which are essential for good hair, ail and skin development. They also keep you feeling full so that you are not tempted by unhealthy treats. It is best to eat unsalted nuts and do not eat too many especially if you are watching your weight. These can be cashew nuts, peanuts, walnuts, macadamia nuts, brazil nuts and many others.
A healthy snack list of dairy products and drinks you can snack on include low fat dairy cheese, low fat and natural yogurt, fruit and vegetable smoothies, fresh fruit juices, low fat milk and water. Dairy products such as milk, yogurt and cheese are a good source of calcium. Water will keep you hydrated and it does not contain any calories.

Did you know that the cost of treating termite damage costs more annually than cleaning up from damage caused by fires and wind? And the troubling part is, termites are easy to thwart ñ if you practice preventative termite control. Warm, moist humid conditions, such as places in the southern states like Texas, Louisiana and Florida are most vulnerable, although all of the United States can be affected by both drywood and subterranean termites.
Instead of wondering whether you need pest and termite control, you should schedule routine maintenance for your home. It is an investment and should be a part of your regular maintenance like mowing the lawn or cleaning your gutters. Compare the termite control cost versus having to vacate your home because of an infestation and you will probably decide that having a professional treat your home is the best scenario. If you are still holding on tight to your wallet, do you know what the signs of termites are? Sometimes, you donít know until it is too late but there are a few warning signs to watch for:
1. Signs of dead termite bodies or even those alive
One of the first signs of the subterranean variety of termites is the presence of winged, flying termites. They resemble flying ants only they have straight antennae. You will likely see them swarming around light sources as well as vents, windows, lighting fixtures and doors. Even dead termite bodies around the areas are cause for concern.
2.Presence of termite structures called mud tubes
You know you will need the best termite control possible when you find the mud tubes that termites travel in around cracks in your foundation, on plumbing pipes, chimneys, around baseboards, supporting piers, behind home siding and a variety of other fixtures that lead into the home. These mud tubes are approximately the diameter of a drinking straw.
3. Presence of hollow-sounding wood
One way to check for possible termite infestation is to tap along your wood walls, baseboards and anywhere else there is wood and listen for hollow sounds. Using the end of a stick or screwdriver, tap the areas. If you hear something other than a hollow sound, this could indicate signs of damage. You may even see signs of blistering in wood too.
Termites, especially the subterranean variety are totally preventable. While there are some do it yourself termite control products and methods, the best way to eradicate them is through a professional pest control service. They have the licensing, access to stronger products and the know-how to treat for termites effectively. Ask about termite control baiting systems versus the liquid barrier methods when booking an appointment
You can use do it yourself termite control prevention methods indoors as well. Keep a close eye on prime termite location areas, such as attics, basements, kitchens, and bathrooms. These rooms are most prone to becoming moist and humid, which is attractive for a termite colony. In addition to this, be sure to watch any collections of old books, stored documents, or old carpeting as well, as termites have been known to feed on these things as well. Learn more about do it yourself termite control today!

In the United States, there are three types of termites that could infest residential and commercial dwellings ñ subterranean, drywood and Formosan termites. There are three ways to identify termites: how they swarm, the droppings they leave and the damage they create. Typically, you only have to worry about subterranean and drywood termites.
Over 90% of damage in the United States is caused by subterranean termites. All termites eat cellulose which can be found in wood products such as lumber, home siding, cardboard, and paper. Drywood termites typically can be found in the warmer band of states that stretch from Florida to California. A subspecies of termites that affects wet wood is common in the Pacific Northwest area of the United States such as Northern California, Oregon and Washington State.
Thanks to central air and heat, termites can be found all over the United States and your home can be affected, even if you are not located in one of the 'hot' zones. Theoretically, ten to fourteen colonies could exist per acre of land so your home right now could have several housed under the ground beneath your home.
Just like the cockroach, termites are very hardy. They have been able to survive for thousands of years and are able to adapt quite readily to changing environments. Termites typically live near or above water tables and below the frost line, so it stands to reason that your home will be located near a colony.
Termites don't have anything against you and your home. They cannot distinguish between the wood in your home and wood in a forest. Both wood sources have the cellulose termites need to feed and thrive. They have microbes called protozoan in their bellies which are able to break down the cellulose into something easier to digest.
If you have a basement foundation or even one with a concrete slab, you are susceptible to termites. They can wiggle into the tiniest spaces, up to 1/64 of an inch! No concrete slab is impermeable. There are always minute cracks, especially around fixtures extending from them like those for plumbing and electrical conduits. Since termites can work 24/7, they will eventually find a wooden food source. The chemical trail they leave is easy for other termites to follow so eventually an infestation occurs.
Moisture is necessary for termites to survive and they can easily die if they are exposed to air or sunlight. The tunnels they create protect them from the elements. Once they find a way into your home, they could find a feast inside your walls, baseboards, wood flooring, wallboard and more. The best defense against these invasive critters is regular maintenance and pest control to prevent an infestation from occurring.
Get the facts visit our website today and learn more. An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure. With termite damage causing thousands and thousands of dollars make sure you take the time and educate yourself. Termites Spell disaster. Know the facts

When you decide to remodel your home, or if you are in the process of building a new home, you should consider designing an accessible bathroom. It is always better to anticipate your future needs in the when remodeling the bathroom, which will save you time and money in the future. A properly designed accessible bathroom adds a great deal of functionality to your everyday routine. Equally important, if designed correctly, you should have a stunning aesthetically pleasing bathroom.
When you start the bathroom design process, think about the unique needs that someone who starts aging may have. Special consideration should be given to a person's balance, vision and mobility when designing your bathroom. Since an additional person may need to help with the bathing process, make sure that there is adequate shower space to include an additional person, walker or wheelchair.
Many seniors have some level of vision impairment. Make sure that there is enough lighting in the bathroom. Enhance the lighting by adding in a LED drain light to help with maintaining your bearings in the bathroom as steam builds up. Make sure there is sufficient light at night. You may want to install nightlights that light up the hallway leading to the bathroom as well.
There are several different elements that you should think about during your bathroom renovations with regards to the balance and mobility of seniors. Grab bars are a wonderful safety element that can be installed in both the bathing and the toilet areas. You can also install a toilet that is in a higher position, to make it easier to get on and off. Slip-resistant flooring is a great option since a bathroom contains a lot of moisture, and can make it very prone to slips and falls. If you install large-format tile in the shower area, it creates a level surface that you can easily put a shower bench or removable shower stool on to make the bathing area safer. You may also want to consider no-threshold showers or walk-in bathtubs to increase the safety level in your bathroom.
If you live in an area that has warmer temperatures, may not need to have a shower door or curtain at all. You can create a true wet room, which makes the entryway into the shower uncomplicated and allows space for a caregiver if ever needed.
A few other safety tips for your accessible bathroom modifications include putting in a panic button, which can be connected to your home alarm system in case of an emergency. You may also consider installing a pull-chain safety monitor switch or if there is not an area near the toilet or bathing area that it can be installed, you may want to wear a wireless device instead.
All accessible home renovations should incorporate your signature tastes, be appealing, and thus value-enhancing. There is no need for accessible home improvements to ever look or feel institutional in any form or fashion.

Are you thinking of taking a bus tour of the Grand Canyon? Smart choice. These trips are fun and very economically priced. But to get exactly what you want, use the following three key tips.
My first tip is decide which rim you want to visit before you arrive at your destination. In this case, the destination is Las Vegas, NV, which is home to the majority of Canyon 1-day bus tours.
Starting Points
There are also trips that originate from Phoenix, AZ, and most of these are custom van trips. Personally, I'm a fan because the number of passengers is limited to 12 and you and your fellow travelers somewhat dictate the itinerary. However, for the purpose of this article, I'm going to focus on Las Vegas.
There are two rims: The West Rim and the South Rim. The former is closer to Las Vegas while the later is farthest. Total drive miles to the West is 120 and to the South it's 277 miles. Drive time is 2.5 hours and 5.5 hours, respectively.
In addition to distance, the rims are very different in terms of weather and landscape. The West Rim is very hot during the summer and mild during the winter. The South, by contrast, is temperate during the summer and very cold (which chances of snow) in the winter. Please take this information into consideration when considering what to wear.
The Scenery
From a landscape perspective, the West Rim is arid Mojave Desert while the South, which sits at an elevation of 7,000 feet, is vegetated with Ponderosa Pine. Indeed, the West is packed with incredible vistas, but it's mostly famous for the Glass Bridge. The South, on the other hand, is where you go for natural scenic beauty.
My second tip is pick a bus tour that comes with options. This mostly applies to travelers going to the West Rim. To be specific, you can add tickets to the Grand Canyon Skywalk into your package, as well as helicopter rides to the bottom and a boat ride down the Grand Canyon river. The top South Rim option is to add a rim-to-rim helicopter ride.
My third tip is actually a combination of two. Basically, it goes like this: purchase your bus tour online and in advance in order to save even more money. Truth of the matter is that online rates are always much cheaper than offline, retail prices. Further, you're bound to find special offers and promotions on the Web but be careful as they are loaded with terms and conditions. After that, book ahead of time by at least 72 hours as rates creep upwards after that (both online and offline).
Conclusion
I hope this article on the top 3 planning tips for the best Grand Canyon bus tour proved helpful. The first step is picking the rim you want to visit. Next, try to get a tour that includes side trips like the Skywalk. And lastly, book over the Web prior to arriving in Las Vegas. It will save you money. Have a great trip!
