Does anyone really need life insurance? The answer is yes along with a it depends. It depends on what your family and personal needs are. Just about everyone needs some type of life insurance. We have to get car insurance and home owners insurance because it is a requirement. It would make sense to insure the breadwinner. If the paycheck goes away, how do all of the bills get paid?

Everyone has a different answer because , again, it depends. On the financial services side, life insurance makes people think about death. Yes, it is going to happen and there is no guarantee of today. Young folks will tell you that they will get it later. If you are 21 and in perfect physical condition, 21 is a great time to get insurance. Insurance rates are primarily based on health. If you have high blood pressure, diabetes, or another medical condition, it is tougher to get a good rating for an insurance policy. You may get insurance but pay a higher premium. If you are young and healthy, in most cases, you can get a high dollar insurance policy at a low rate. For those that do this, you will look back on it and remind everyone how smart you were.

As you get older, even if you stay healthy, the rates will get higher. On television, you see a lot of commercials on guaranteed rates. Those rates can be high as the people that would get a high insurance rating still pay that guaranteed rate which doesn't factor in what a persons health is. Simply put, a healthy person can potentially pay a very high insurance premium.

Most insurance policies, varies by state, have a free look period. When you process and make a payment on an insurance policy, you still have to get it approved. While you are waiting for approval process, you still have coverage as long as you made the initial payment on your policy. If it processes and the payment is too high, you can cancel the policy. You will receive refund for initial payment. There are times where the payment is lower. There is definitely a benefit to go through the process.

Your health screening for your policy is normally good for one year. If you got the best rating and low premium, you can use the screening again if you need more insurance. My example is myself. I am going to add a permanent life policy to my other insurance policies. I currently have the third best rating. Last month, I was diagnosed with diabetes type 2. I already have treated high blood pressure. Since I have a policy that was placed within the year, I can request to use the screening from last year. This allows me to keep a good rating and secure a decent premium. Otherwise, I am sure my premium will be higher or I may not qualify for insurance. Once again, it depends.

I would definitely say to get at least get information. You can shop around for best rates just like for car insurance. It makes sense to get life insurance to protect your assets . It also makes sense to get it while your age and health keeps the premiums low.

In August of 2010, the family made the move from sunny and not humid Southern California to very humid Indianapolis. The kids were 13,11,and 8 at the time. I figured that it would not be a big deal for them. I should have realized early that my children were not summer outdoor kids even in California. They were more in tune with video games as opposed to finding some friend that had a swimming pool on a hot day. My wife had lived in Central New York so I figured that she would get acclimated pretty quickly.

Our day one after the moving trucks left the house in California was simply a flight to Indiana. We flew and went right to a home with nice, central air. We got there late enough at night to try to catch fireflies on a cool evening. We were scheduled to meet the movers the next morning at 8 AM. The next morning was a monster weather day. My families first full day in Indiana would be 95 degrees with 90% humidity. After talking up Indiana and the manmade fishing lake we had, they were not ready for this. The movers were not ready for it either. At about noon, we were seeing the heavy humidity and losing weight while standing still. We wanted a HVAC specialist to help us suck the humidity out of the house. This was not meant to be. The air conditioning unit could not compete with the humidity. By about 4 PM, it was as hot in the house as it was outside.

To offset this, we took our children to a cool restaurant. This helped the overall attitude. Although, by the end of day 1, they were ready to go back to Southern California. When the movers finished, we ran the air conditioner which finally started to function. I volunteered the family to stay in a 90 degree house. They responded with "no". Our nice ending was that we went to a friend's house already air conditioned to 75 degrees for the rest of the night. To this day everyone remembers August 9th of 2010. The day that the heat monster sucked the air conditioned family into a day of heat and humidity.

From a fathers side for hope, the kids really liked to be able to go across the street and fish every day. If they didn't want to fish, they would catch and watch frogs. After about a month, they got used to the humidity anyway. It sure wasn't easy. It became a learning lesson move. There were learning lessons involved as each person adjusted in there own way. It was the kids first public school since kindergarten. My wife was leaving her friends along with community and church support. It was a new challenge for me.

I have moved 28 times over a short lifetime so far. I love to fish and hang out with the family. I'm thinking that the move to Northern California will be our final move.

When all is said and done, this is just my opinion. In 2009, I got my first smart phone which was an Iphone. It was awesome. I basically had a phone that could do most everything. I could text, download and use apps, listen to music, watch a movie, check company e-mail etc.

There were no dull moments as I did not mind waiting anymore. I had something to do. I could play on my Iphone. I had an Iphone all the way up to November of 2014. My son came home one day raving about a Samsung S5. What was so great about a Samsung S5. When you are getting information from someone that wants one, everything is great. I ask about the music and downloads. His first response is the music is free, all you want. He goes on to share that you just have to download the music apps. How is the camera and photo quality. It was outstanding. I have never seen photos that quality from a phone.

How much are the ringtones? There is no charge for the ringtones. Your music app will create them from your downloaded music. How about security of the phone from malware and viruses? I had a few people tell me about bad experiences from viruses. However, they were corrected and there are apps available that protect the Android from security issues. That is a victory for Apple. I did not have any security issues over five years.

How is the battery life? For the Samsung S5, It lasts a good 24 hours on existing battery. It also has additional power settings to adjust to save battery life. If you are down to 20% and you turn on ultra save for power, it will last almost two days. With this setting, you only have access to phone, text, and the internet. With my Iphone, I had an additional battery case as it would run out of juice during the work day. With the extra battery case, I had no issues.

For Siri, I stopped using it. It never recognized my voice. It did recognize my son's voice. If knowledge of phone technology was a class in school, he would get an A. The S5 recognized my voice right away. I use it every day especially for directions. I have heard that this was a big improvement on the Iphone 6. I have not seen it first hand yet.

So far, I am pretty happy with my Samsung S5. I also have to say that the choice was between the Samsung S5 and the Iphone 6. I had an Iphone 5 when I traded it in. To be fair to the Iphone ambassadors, I don't know how much better an Iphone 6 is than an Iphone 5. I will be sticking with the Samsung S5 until the S6 should come out. It saves me money everyday. I don't think that you should have to pay via Itunes to get more. If you are an Apple ambassador, I would suggest you see if you can test an Android smart phone. It is a personal choice. You have nothing to lose. You should get the best bang for your buck.

In 2009, I had a basic flip phone and thought I had something. I couldn't text, had no apps , or internet. I switched companies that I worked for that year. I was introduced to a new phone about two weeks later. It was called an Iphone. The Iphone had apps. I could text and I had the internet.

You have to understand. This is a person that was impressed just to have a cell phone that could make calls. Being able to put a gold case on my phone was impressive. You have to also understand that I do like new gadgets. I am a learning techie. I like new technology. It just takes me awhile to learn it.

Anyway, I have an Iphone now. I am an Iphone ambassador. That actually changed my way of living. I never had down time anymore. My work e-mail was on my phone. I was in the loop on everything. There was an app for just about anything you could want. It was only a simple search to look for one.

I would pick up all apps that were free. If I liked the way they worked, I would upgrade. If you could design a popular app, that would be a great way to earn some extra income. I'm sure the guy that created the "Angry Birds" app would agree with me. I got hooked on my phone.

When I went to appointments, I did not mind waiting as long as it didn't impact work. I go to the waiting room and start surfing. First, I check on my email and get it updated. If I was looking for something to buy, I would search Ebay and Amazon.com. I could also just jump on a game. The phone is also a great conversation starter. If people aren't texting, they are willing to talk about an app or a game they are playing.

The downside about enjoying your phone is that you always want more. At the time, I had an Iphone 3G. Each upgrade of the Iphone made me want another. There was some financial impact to each upgrade. Very few of the upgrades were even exchanges. If it was an even exchange, it would add another two years to your existing contract. If you have a good cell phone carrier, that is not a big deal. If you are not impressed, you have to think before upgrading. I am a techie wannabe. This did not stop me from upgrading.

I did notice with Apple that I was constantly paying for something extra. Of course, I never have to worry about any internet security issues with Apple. If I wanted a ring tone, normally I would have to buy it. If I wanted music, I would have to buy it. If I wanted to change themes on my phone, it wasn't possible because I had to jailbreak the phone. All in all, I was happy with my Apple until one day my teenage son came home bragging on an android. I will catch you up with my next short story comparing the Iphone to the android.

Suburban railway systems, one of major public transit tools, are trusted by a huge number of mass people from all over the world for their regular travel to and from work. Beside the urban transit system, electric trains have turned into a common way for travelling within metropolises in Europe and Asia. Very fast bullet trains in China, Japan and Europe enable journey by massive numbers of people by not consuming fossil fuel. Petrol/octane fueled cars and gasoline powered aircraft liquidates fossil fuel which is very bad for our environment. IGBT develops the motor drive technology greatly by ejecting snubber circuits and enhancing the operating frequency of the inverter circuit implemented to provide power to the motors.

Train traction has become one of the utmost taxing applications for power electronic modules due to the tough weather influences like moisture, dust and comprehensive temperature span. Power electronic gets into trouble from the trembles within the trains besides the electric and thermal load. The high number of acceleration and deceleration rounding operation causes extreme demands concerning power and thermal-cycling ability.

High potent IGBT modules are applied to meet the special needs of this particular infliction. These modules are specifically designed to be used in transportation and analogous applications. For achieving dependable, secure and cost-effective operation, IGBT devices in voltage classes 3.3KV, 4.5KV and 6.5KV with improved mechanized and thermic features are placed in trains around the world.

High-speed switching IGBTs are used in main circuits by modern train traction systems. This high-speed switching lessens electromagnetic noise which is generated by the primary motor and enhances the efficiency of energy conversion. Traction system for trains employ an induction motor as the main driving motor and a VVVF inverter as a control unit, and they have improved remarkably as AC equipment especially because the main circuit semiconductor elements have rapidly improved.

Today, more than 20 years after the initiation of application, new equipment is 100% designed for AC driving. Since the history of the shift to AC has largely depended on the technological advancement of main circuit semiconductors, Mitsubishi Electric Corporation is in an advantageous position in the industry, with the development of main circuit semiconductors, the manufacturing of chips, and the assembly tests of conductors all performed successively within the company.

Recently main circuit semiconductors usually employ a two-level main circuit configuration, consisting of IGBTs that can perform driving control with low power consumption, and an intelligent power module (IPM) that is equipped with a driver and protection functions. The main circuit semiconductors available today have much more delicate mechanisms which are becoming closer to ideal converters.
