Small group photo tours and photo holidays are becoming increasingly popular in places like Myanmar, Bhutan, Vietnam, Cambodia, Africa, Europe and the United States.
And why not? Why not have a great holiday and learn something of value in the process? Why not have a lot of fun with other like-minded people and make some great new friends? Another meaningless week of cocktails on the beach in Cancun? Please.
Now it's true the cost of photo tours can be quite high, up to $900 a day for some "celebrity" level photography tours, but they can also be as low as $250 a day. It all comes down to the level of accommodation and the fees charged by the photographer(s).
It's also important to understand when shopping around, that the most well known and most expensive photographer's, as often as not, do NOT make the best tour leaders and instructors. Look for inside local knowledge from a photographer, not just a once a year pop-in to pick up some easy cash.
With technological advances in cameras over the last 15 years, interest in photography has taken off like a rocket, and more and more people are making it at least a "serious" hobby. The high level photo tour offers the hobbyist the guidance of one or more professional photographers as well as the insider location access. Often pro level photographers also take these tours, to learn new techniques from someone who has already mastered them, and/or for the instant location access that would otherwise take a lot of time and energy to find on their own.
What to Bring on Photo Tour - Travel Light!
Every photographer has their own way of doing things. Some are minimalists with one camera, an 18-200mm zoom and maybe a back-up point & shoot. No tripod, no flash. Others are equipment fiends with four a five cameras & assorted lenses, filters, and a tripod so heavy it wouldn't wobble in a hurricane. Most of us are somewhere in the middle, and much of what we bring is determined by our shooting style.
Just keep in mind that with most photo tours being 10 - 14 days of continuous travel and photography, often getting up before the dawn, they require a lot of energy. Carrying around a ton of equipment can quickly become an unnecessary drag on that energy.. The only exception would be for a shooter who is doing something very specialized where the extra gear is a necessity. And this is the key - bring only what is necessary or very likely to be used. Photography is much more about the photographer than the equipment, and you'd be amazed at how little some of the best shooters in the world carry.
Try not to bring hard cases on photo tour. They are heavy, difficult to pack into vehicles and the small aircraft often used in more exotic locations like Burma or Africa. Soft cover bags with well padded inserts that fit your essential gear, and into the smaller sized overhead compartments (or under a seat) on the aircraft are recommended.
Consider brands like Think Tank & Lowe Pro, as well as a two bag solution: one bag that fits everything you need to take on board the plane (including laptop or tablet) and a smaller bag to take only what you'll need for each day's shooting. Your clothes & toiletries bag should also be soft and as small as possible.
For more details and to learn what it's actually like on photo tour, please stay tuned for this continuing series of articles.

There is nothing that is more picture perfect or that sets off a room like a burning fireplace. Not only does a fireplace look great, but there is nothing as cozy or as romantic as a couple sitting on the floor in front of their fireplace, whether the couple is younger or older. Now some people do not want to handle all the maintenance of a traditional wood or gas fireplace. There is another option, a lot of people are looking at purchasing electric fireplaces. So the next question is what are the benefits of having electric fireplaces as opposed to the traditional fireplace?
One of the key elements or advantages of buying electric fireplaces is that if you don't have a fireplace already installed in your home, the electric ones are much easier to install. Now you can even buy electric ones that you can install yourself. The reason they are easier is for one main reason. Traditional fireplaces burn and make smoke, so they need a chimney for the smoke to exit through. With the electric fireplaces there is no smoke at all, so you do not need a chimney. That is a huge advantage when adding a fireplace after the fact.
Now another huge advantage is that you do not have to chop wood, which is huge for people who are older or possibly have a bad back. Because when you chop wood that is a lot of physical labor, or you could buy wood from some-one who has already chopped it, but that could be expensive. Now if you have a gas fireplace, you have to buy gas. Anyone who watches any news broadcast knows buying gas is never cheap. The great thing about going electric is that they run off the electric you already have in your home, so yes your electric bill may go up slightly in comparison to the other options.
Now another huge advantage that a lot of people love about electric fireplaces is the fact that they require less maintenance. Maintenance of your fireplace is essential no matter what type of fireplace you have. The reason maintenance is so important is because proper maintenance prevents fires and dangerous accidents. With the traditional fireplaces you have to clean the ash out with the electric ones there is no ash. Electric fireplaces are also considered one of the safest ones to have.
Now if you have decided to go electric then the next question is where to get yours at? Now there are certainly many places that you can go and look at all types of fireplaces, but we here at www.westfurnishings.com have a wonderful selection for you to browse through. Our excellent trained staff can answer any questions that you may have so that you can make the best selection possible. Article Title: Traditional Hot Water Bottles Versus Microwave Bottles: Which is Right For You?

The humble hot water bottle is enjoying a spectacular comeback, as more and more people are looking for more environmentally friendly and cost-effective ways to stay warm during the colder months. With so many new hot water bottle products on the market, deciding which product is right for you can be a bit overwhelming. Here are some features and benefits of both traditional hot water bottles and newer microwave bottles to help you decide which may be right for you.
Traditional hot water bottles are tested and true. Since their introduction on the market in 1903, rubber hot water bottles have been used by individuals, hospitals, and other organizations to keep people comfortable and warm during cold nights. Traditional hot water bottles are simple to use and don't require any special equipment. Filled with hot water and sealed shut, they stay warm for a long time. Newer models come in a variety of designs, prints, and colors. Novelty covers are also available in hundreds of designs, and can be changed to suit the season or the user.
Traditional hot water bottles are perfect for someone looking for the most environmentally friendly and cost-effective product. Unlike microwave bottles, hot water bottles only need hot water to be effective. This also makes them ideal for someone who needs a hot water bottle for camping or other outdoor activity where electricity may not be available.
The disadvantage to these types of bottles is that they are prone to cracking over time, and must be inspected regularly to ensure the rubber is not breaking down. The must be drained, dried, and stored properly to maintain effectiveness. Additionally, hot water bottles are not built to withstand strong pressure, and may leak or explode if squeezed too tightly. For this reason, they cannot be left in bed while a person sleeps, and must be removed. This can limit their effectiveness by requiring the removal of the hot water bottle before it has cooled completely.
Microwave bottles are similar in shape to hot water bottles, but work much differently. Instead of needing to be filled with water, microwave bottles have a core that heats up in the microwave, providing warmth for hours after heating. Microwave bottles are covered in a soft plush fabric, and are available in a variety of colors and fabrics. Unlike hot water bottles, the covers are not removable and cannot be changed.
The advantage of microwave water bottles is that they are not prone to leaks or explosions from undue pressure and can stay in bed overnight, allowing the user to enjoy the maximum benefit of the product. This also makes the product safer for use with children, who are not always as careful as adults. Microwave bottles can be cleaned with a damp cloth to keep them free from dirt and germs, and don't suffer from the same tendency to crack or dry out as regular hot water bottles do.
The disadvantage to these types of bottles is that they are not suitable for use outside of the home or hotel due to the need for access to a microwave. Campers, outdoorsmen, or even someone looking to take a hot water bottle to an outdoor sporting event may prefer the convenience of a traditional hot water bottle that can be filled and used almost anywhere hot water can be found.

Article Title: What is a Hooty Owl? Why Children Love This New Microwave Owl Product

Hooty Owls are part of the resurgence in popularity of hot water bottles. Traditional hot water bottles are made with rubber or PVC, filled with hot water, and used to warm a bed before sleep. Prone to leaks and explosions if faced with too much pressure or overuse, hot water bottles are not recommended for use with young children, and should be removed from a bed before sleep to avoid potential injury. Although loved equally by adults, Hooty Owls were designed specifically with children in mind. A Hooty Owl looks like a plush toy of a cuddly owl. Covered in soft synthetic fur or quilted material, Hooty Owls act like hot water bottles by giving off heat, but double as a child's plush toy.
Hooty Owls have an inner core that heats up when placed in the microwave, and then retains heat for hours after. Hooty Owls are around 10 inches (25cm) tall, making them small enough to fit in most microwaves, but large enough for a child to hold and cuddle. They are covered in soft material that makes children want to hug them, and that acts like insulation against the direct heat from the inside of the product. Their big eyes and colourful designs are made to put children at ease. Lightly scented with lavender, Hooty Owls help encourage sleep through scent, softness, and warmth.
Similar to any microwaveable product, a few common sense safety practices will help ensure safe use. For instance, you should always follow the manufacturer's instructions regarding microwave times, and check that the Hooty Owl has room to rotate fully in the microwave while heating. Remove the owl carefully and let it cool for the recommended amount of time before handling to allow hot spots to cool and the heat to distribute more evenly. Check the heat level before giving the Hooty Owl to a child. The outside surface of a Hooty Owl can be wiped down with a damp cloth to keep it clean and free from germs, and can remain on display in a child's room when not in use.
The Hooty Owl was the original product designed to solve the problem of hot water bottles not being recommended for use with children. Children love to hug and squeeze, and hot water bottles run the risk of leaking or exploding under such pressure. Hooty Owls were designed to be easy and safe to use, without the need to fill with water or worry about leaks. Since their release, new Hooty Friends have come on the market, including a sheep, a pig, a puppy, and a bear. Each Hooty Friend has the same soft lavender scent and warm inner core, and offers a soft cover made for squeezing.
Hooty Owls and Friends offer parents peace of mind and convenience, while providing a warm hug to children at night. During warmer months, they can be enjoyed without heating, letting the soft lavender scent help lull children to sleep without the heat needed in winter.

*********************** ARTICLE START ***********************
As every organization aims to establish a website in today's market, hosting services have been a hot topic in recent years. Although web hosting services such as shared server, virtual server and dedicated server ruled the market of web hosting services for years, Cloud hosting services has secured the driver's seat of the hosting services at present. Today, the majority of companies prefer cloud hosting services because of some convenient and crucial reasons that supersede web hosting services. For instance, cloud hosting services minimize the amount spent on hardware and provide better downtime. Also, the processing speed provided to users is faster than that of web hosting services.
Although the list of cloud hosting service benefits is long, it is imperative to choose the right cloud hosting service provider because the selection of wrong provider may invite negative outcomes. Hence, you should know certain factors and consider them effectively to choose the most suitable cloud hosting provider for your website.
Selection of a cloud hosting provider kicks off with understanding individual needs. It is crucial to be aware of what you want from your website and hosting service. For instance, if you want your cloud server to store a tremendous amount of data and provide appreciable speed, you should opt for a leading cloud hosting provider. It is critical to understand your needs because the selection of an unsuitable service provider may fail to yield positive results which will ultimately result in loss of money, time and effort. You can make a list of the factors that you would like to avail in your cloud hosting service. Once you're done with it, you can proceed to the next step, ie evaluation of services.
Available in the market today are dozens of cloud hosting providers. But, as all that glitters is not gold, all the cloud hosting providers are not genuine. It is important to pick the right provider for your website because you will be availing its service for a long time. Hence, before appointing a company, contacting a couple of firms (who satisfy your list of needs) for a free trial version would be useful. You can evaluate the services of all the providers and pick the right one. However, there are certain factors that you should take into consideration while evaluating a cloud hosting provider.
Uptime and Load Balance: The first thing that matters to website owners is uptime. Every website owner wants his website to be available over the internet all the time. The uptime holds utmost importance for websites that are used for online business. An outage of these websites may result in loss of money, customers and reputation. It may also give your competitors a golden opportunity to steal your customers who switch on to them because of your temporary absence. Outage on a holiday can be excessively annoying because it would affect your business negatively. Therefore, it is very important to know the uptime promised by the cloud hosting provider. You should check the approximate interval between outages and notice how they manage to tackle the same. Some companies guarantee to provide 99.999% uptime in order to gain attention of clients. You should check whether the company really manages to perform as guaranteed.
Some cloud hosting providers maintain a load balance of their servers. This means that when one server is down, another server is used to provide backup of uptime. Corporate enterprises that establish a website for online business should check this type of cloud hosting providers.
Flexibility to choose Cloud: There are different kinds of clouds. Some cloud hosting providers offer multiple choices to clients whereas others have just one offering. Clouds built on open sources are known as open clouds whereas those which are built on proprietary models are called proprietary clouds. Generally, open clouds proves to be better than the proprietary clouds because vendor lock-in is not present and innovation that a product receives is more in open clouds. Therefore, you should see to it that the cloud hosting provider gives you the flexibility to choose the right cloud for your website.
Support: Website owners or maintainers may not have a clear knowledge about everything related to the cloud. Certain situations may arise when you get struck at a step and do not have any idea what to do next. For example, you are creating your own server and you get struck in one step in between the procedure. In such case, you would like to fall back to the cloud hosting provider. Hence, you should make sure that the cloud hosting provider you're choosing will give you 24 hours a day support.
Security: It is one of the most imperative factors for some business corporations that prefer cloud hosting service. Companies that store important data in cloud look for providers who can provide ultimate security so that the data cannot be accessed or hacked by any third party. Not all cloud service providers offer this service. Therefore, if high security is one of your needs, look for a company that promises a complete security solution.
Provider's Overview: Before appointing a company, you must check certain things. It includes the reputation of the firm, its experience in the field and reviews of its past clients. A cloud hosting company that exists in the market for more than 4 years and has been showing excellence in its service will have a good reputation, appreciable experience and positive customer reviews. Therefore, have an in-depth survey of the provider before you decide the fate of your online business.
Price: Budget always plays a vital role in the selection of a cloud hosting provider. If your aim is to avail appreciable service, never go with the companies that attract you by offering the cheapest price. Remember, quality of service shouldn't be bargained over the price. You should choose a company that satisfied all, or at least majority of your needs, and charges a reasonable price.
Once you have evaluated every factor effectively, you can make sure which cloud hosting provider will be most suitable for your business. You can appoint the firm that satisfies all your needs to get ahead of your competitors' websites in near future.

Basic Garage Door Maintenance Tips
The biggest reason why a lot of people spending hundreds of dollars on garage door repair is because they neglect their garage doors on a regular basis. Every day they open and close it whenever they leave their homes, and again once they return from wherever they're from, but most won't even think twice about doing regular maintenance work on them.
Most of the time, garage doors will exhibit signs that they're not as in shape as they should be. Weird noises, slow movement in opening and closing and garage door jams are just some ways by which you can tell that your garage door needs some attention. However, people are too busy with their lives and simply call in a technician whenever something bad already happens to their garage doors. However, this can all be prevented if you follow these tips:
• General cleaning – Your garage door is susceptible to the elements, and it's not surprising that debris, dust and other particles can accumulate in the tracks and hinges, preventing your doors from opening and closing fully. This can be prevented simply by cleaning the hinges, tracks and other parts of the garage door regularly. When you hear a noise when your door opens, it's probably because something is stuck in the tracks.
• Lubrication – Aside from dust and debris, your tracks and hinges are also vulnerable to rusting and deformities. Each time your garage door opens and closes, the parts sometimes scrape together, and in some cases, the edges become sharp, jagged and deformed. To keep things running smoothly, make it a point to oil the hinges, tracks and coils of your garage door every now and then. Not only does this make your garage door more efficient, it also lengthens the lifespan of its parts.
• Wiring check – If you're using an automated garage door opener, you may need to check on the system every once in a while. This is especially true in cases when you notice that the doors are opening slower than before, or if it stops suddenly every now and then. Check the fuse, circuit breaker, motor and cables to see if they're in good working condition. If your door is still opening and closing slowly, check the springs to see if they can bear the weight of the garage door panels.
Although there are many things you can do on your own, it's still probably a good idea to have a garage door technician on-call to conduct professional maintenance on your garage doors every now and then. While this may seem like an added cost on your side, it's still way cheaper than having to pay for a repairman when your garage door breaks.
Maintenance work requires a bit of attention, care and maybe even money. However, it is still a better option compared to shelling out a lot of money in the future when your garage door gives you problems simply because you didn't take proper care of it.

How To Change The Springs Of Your Garage Door
Out of all the parts of a garage door, the torsion springs are the most important of them all. It's the one that bears the weight of your entire garage door each time you open it. Because of this, it's usually the first part that starts to show problems and compared to other parts of your garage door, it's the one that deteriorates the fastest.
You might start to notice problems with your springs when your door starts to open more slowly than before. Also, there might be times where in your door would stop opening for a moment, before working properly again. It's best to repair your torsion springs when they start to show signs of wear and tear. If you wait until a major mishap happens, it might involve other parts of the garage door, meaning more expenses when you have it repaired.
While some people might want to leave the replacement to professional garage door technicians, it's an easy thing to do on your own since you won't need to tear apart your whole garage door to change the springs. To be sure, have a friend or neighbor around to help you out just in case.
Before you start with the installation, make sure you have all the parts you need so you don't need to stop the installation halfway because you forgot something. When getting new torsion springs, make sure they are the same size as what you have in your garage door right now. Before going to the store to buy new springs, measure your old spring's diameter, length and wire size so you know which one to buy.
Make sure that the garage door is closed and that the automated system is unplugged. Take out the bracket pins to disconnect the garage opener from the door itself. Use C-clamps to keep the door in place so that it doesn't fall on your while you're changing the springs.
Use an adjustable wrench to loosen the winding cone bolts on the springs and place a winding rod into the winding cone. The bar should start turning if there's still tension left on the spring while you're removing the bolts. To prevent accidents, make sure to keep a certain distance away from the winding cone while you're working.
Once the tension is lifted from the spring completely, you can now loosen the bolts on the other parts of the torsion spring. Using a ratchet, you can now detach the bolts that secure the spring to the central cone. Once all connections have been detached, simply slide the spring off towards the cable drum. Make sure to put markings on the area where the spring was, so you know where to install the new ones. You must also loosen the cable drums as you need to remove it to replace the springs. Once you slide up the new springs, you can reattach the cable drums.
After reattaching the cable drums, you can now set the new springs onto the center cone. Use the same winding rod to wind the springs. While you're wounding it, the spring should get longer. Once wound properly, you can now secure the bolts into place. Make sure to reattach all connections you took off before you changed the springs. Now all that's left is to oil the springs and to check the tension by opening the garage door to see if you did the repairs properly.

Long before bookstores were filled with titles on the law of attraction, celebrated optimist Oscar Hammerstein II penned the lyrics for South Pacific, and advised us all to "keep talkin' happy talk" if we wanted positive things to be fulfilled in our lives.
Not everything always works out in a Rogers and Hammerstein musical. Life can be tough, even when sung on stage. But one message always remains; holding on to core values like courage, optimism, honesty, and truth is essential for your spirit and your dreams, no matter how circumstances unfold.
Popular advice about moving toward our dreams usually mentions our human tendency to attract what we don't want, because we focus so much on our problems and irritations. We all keep a running commentary as the moments tick by, silently or sometimes out loud. Have you listened to yours lately? How does it rate on the "happy talk" scale?
If you need to, just change the words.
Sometimes the words we use to express our irritation far outweigh the circumstances. Think how often people say, "Gosh, I hate it when drivers cut me off like that! I hate it when parents let their kids scream in the store." Or similar complaints.
It's like a knee jerk reaction. Our ego will happily have little tantrums if we let it. But the good news is we really are in charge. We have the power not to be annoyed, or inconvenienced, and instead to be calm and focus our thoughts beyond our circumstances.
In an interview for the book This I Believe: The Personal Philosophies of Remarkable Men and Women, Hammerstein said he felt a person could only be happy by accepting how imperfect we all are. So, there is no reason for non-happy talk about those around us. They are only being human, just like us.
Relish little blessings.
When we focus our attention to little everyday blessings, and things that make us smile, there is less room in our thoughts for irritation and complaining. When we realize what an abundance of blessings we already have, it becomes easier for us to welcome the idea of greater abundance into our lives.
Shut off the negativity, and sing the song. Okay, it doesn't have to be the "Happy Talk" song. Any song will do that lifts you up and gets you refocused on the good you want to see grow in your life. But, I admit, I sing it, and I have sung it more times than I can count, even if it's just the refrain. Happy, sad, up, down, it's always good to be thankful for our dreams. Because without them, we'll never "have a dream come true."
Has how you talk made a change in how you see your life? Tell us your experiences, or a favorite happy song, in the comments below. We enjoy hearing from you.

Designing an optimal floor plan for a facility that utilizes a pallet rack system can be an arduous task, as there are many factors that come into play. The most important things that need to be taken into account are the types of goods that you will be storing, the type of equipment that you will use within the facility to load and retrieve those goods, and how much space that equipment needs to safely maneuver while picking loads. Considering all of these vital facets will enable you to design a functional layout for your facility that will lead to maintaining an efficient operation, the top priority of all business.
Seek Professional Assistance
While going through the task of designing a floor plan can be done alone – or with the help of those in your company – it is always best in this situation to enlist the services of a qualified professional. Having an individual with extensive knowledge of pallet racking systems, material handling equipment, and professional warehouse space planning will undoubtedly lead you on a more direct path to constructing a work area that promotes productivity. This way you will ensure that your rows of racking are properly spaced, that you have created enough storage bays to properly meet your needs, and that you have the amount of access to your loads that you require for loading and retrieving goods.
Consider Your Goods
The types of goods you are storing will unquestionably play a role in the type of pallet racking system that would work best in your facility. The size, shape, and weight of the products all must be considered, because this will determine how large your bays need to be and how much weight the overall racking systems needs to be able to support.
Pallet rack systems vary in regards to weight guidelines, though each racking manufacturer clearly identifies the specifications in regards to each specific system. These guidelines should always be strictly adhered to, as overloading any portion of the system could severely compromise the structural integrity of the system and cause it to collapse. That's why it is important to identify what your heaviest load will be, so you can be certain that the racking system you intend to install will sufficiently and safely be able to support your goods.
Consider Your Equipment
When designing a pallet rack system layout, making certain the equipment you plan to use – forklifts, pallet jacks, and other retrieval equipment, as well as specific pallets – is compatible with the system is crucial. In regards to your material handling equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, you will need to make certain it has the capability to access the loads, in terms of reaching high enough and deep enough into the system. Meanwhile, using pallets that meet design specifications is essential, as smaller pallet models can't be securely stored and larger pallet models could overlap and push other pallets off support beams.
Consider the Area for Equipment to Operate
While most industrial lift trucks can operate in tight spaces, it is important to leave ample room so that you can avoid costly damage. A forklift coming into contact with a pallet racking system is an all-too-common occurrence in warehouses throughout the US, and the destruction caused by collisions can be costly. Leaving plenty of space between aisles and at the end of rows could help combat these problems from occurring, making it important to address the situation in the design of your facility's floor plan.

Article Title: Warehouse Special? Issues to Consider Before Renting a Facility With a Pallet Rack System in Place

*********************** ARTICLE START ***********************
Renting warehouse space is a common practice for many businesses in this day and age. The cost to lease per square foot can be a much more affordable alternative for many business owners as opposed to appropriating the sizeable amount of funds to build a new facility. It is not out of the realm of possibility to find a facility available to lease that already has an existing pallet rack system constructed inside. If that happens, it could very well prompt one to think they just stumbled upon a deal that is too good to be true. The biggest question that remains: Is it? It could be, but you would have to do some homework to truly find out. While it might seem like a tremendous deal on the surface, delving deeper into how well stable the systems is and whether or not it has the storage capabilities to meet the needs of your business will allow you understand whether or not the facility is truly a solid choice to set up shop.
Make Sure the System is Structurally Sound
Some degree of skepticism should be expressed with just about any used product, but especially when it comes to used pallet racking. After all, this is the storage system you are trusting to securely store your business's goods. If you are considering renting a facility that has a pallet racking system in place, you must ensure that the industrial shelving is structurally stable. You can certainly conduct your own inspection of the equipment, looking for such things as physical damage like dents, cracks, and bent pieces, as well as rust and corrosion. However, the best course of action is to hire a trained pallet racking expert to conduct a thorough examination of the equipment so that you can truly get an accurate gauge on the system's strength and the security it can provide for your goods. If you're goal ultimately is to land a package deal on the facility and equipment, which would inevitably save you some money, the last thing you'll want to have to do is learn that the storage system can't be used and you have to come up with the funds for a replacement.
Pallet Racking Load Capacity Guidelines, Access, Density Are Keys
Just because a pallet racking system may be in place doesn't mean it can meet your storage needs. For instance, if the previous tenant was storing plastic toys and you deal in heavy machinery parts, the system may not be designed to support your loads. You will definitely need to look into the load capacity guidelines of the existing storage system to know whether or not it could be utilized.
On a similar note, you will need to check the accessibility the system provides to each palletized load, as well as its storage density. If you need access to every pallet but the pallet racking in place is a gravity flow system, then it might not be suitable. And, if you need a system that provides dense storage capabilities but rows of single-deep pallet rack are in place, it might not work, either.
Growth and Expansion Possibilities
The goal of every business is to grow, and that's something you must keep in mind. While the system in place may meet your goals now, make sure to think about how and if the facility can serve you in the future if all of your business goals are met. If the pallet racking system can be expanded, either upward or outward, or even reconfigured to free up some additional storage space, then that keeps the door open as to whether this facility might work. If not, you may want to consider alternative facilities.
