Tours can be a great way to see new sights and have new experiences in a relatively short time when you are in a foreign area. Because of this, though, it is something a great many people often seek to indulge in while on vacation. This, in turn, can make enjoying your time into a bit of a chore as you dodge and maneuver around others. This does not have to be the case, however.
Many areas now offer these kinds of adventures from the air or by water rather than simply by land. Taking to the sky to get a better view of the Grand Canyon or onto a raft to take a trip down-river can be a unique method of capturing memories. Just about any trip you can conceive of can be managed if you are willing to take a look around online and off for the best provider.
This can be a great way for those with an aversion to flying to face their fears while having a look at some beautiful scenery. Often the scope and scale of what they are seeing can be enough to make them forget about being off the ground. If nothing else, it can be the best attempt at working around what would otherwise be an obstacle to a good time.
As mentioned earlier, tourist traps are so named for a reason in most cases. You may run into huge crowds, have to deal with long lines, and so forth. Again, taking to the skies or waters can be the ticket away from all of the hassle while still making the most of things. Naturally you can expect to have a guide with you who will not only show you the best of the area as well.
Something that can concern would-be trip-takers is safety. Your guide, again, however, will often be there in order to ensure that you do not run across any problems. Furthermore they often possess intimate knowledge of an area which can include great spaces for photo opportunities or special zones where views can be truly spectacular.
As such you might also consider providing the opportunity to a friend or family member as a gift. Often these trips can be tailored to individual desires, meaning that no two adventures have to be the same. It could be that someone has always wanted to see the Grand Canyon or that they have special memories of it from past visits, but whatever the case it can be a means of giving someone a fresh experience.
Also you might consider what exactly it is you want to see and how you want to see it. Some portions of a given tourist area can only be or are best accessed through a path that does not involve being on your feet. Going from rim to rim of the Grand Canyon, for example, is much more time consuming if you are on foot, whereas a plane can take you between the two quite easily and comfortably.
Tours can come in a wide variety of forms and sometimes more opportunities exist than people know of. Whether it is for yourself or a loved one, finding a trip you can not only customize but also use to avoid crowds and other hassles can be a great way to spend leisure time. Remember to take your time when browsing the options and you should have no trouble finding exactly what you want.

When a person is looking for an enjoyable way to enjoy the wonders of America, he can tour the Grand Canyon by bus on a full day tour, a half day trip, or a night adventure. A person should consider his budget, the amount of time he has to spend and just how much he is willing to spend on the trip. Below are some benefits of taking a Grand Canyon Rim coaches.
The drivers of the coaches are great tour guides. The drivers are professionally trained tour guides and are familiar with the road. They provide entertaining information insights during the trip. The luxury coaches are fun to travel in. They are state of art coaches with lounge-fashion seats, over-sized windows and television sets. The trip is comfortable and smooth. The rides are great for groups, families and individuals.
The trip is cheap. The tours start at eighty dollars per person and consist of guide, three hours at the Rim and lunch. A person also gets to see Hoover Dam and Lake Mead, where the driver will pull over for a photograph taking.
The van tour is an all-day tour that takes fifteen hours to complete. Trips that include drop off and pick up at Las Vegas hotel, leave at 7 a. M. The rim is two hundred and seventy seven miles east of Las Vegas and the ride takes about five and a half hour.
Individuals are always advised to dress for the season. During summer people should take with them t-shirts, hats, running shoes and shorts. Individuals should also bring with them water and sunglasses as well. It gets chilly at the South Rim throughout the winter, so, people should be ready for brisk temperatures, as the elevation of the Rim is 6,000 feet.
One should book in advance in order to get the best seats. The front seats and the middle seats are the best sections. This is because they have better views and air-conditioning. One should reserve early so as to nail down some seats. If you are travelling in a group you should also book in advance. If a group makes its reservation late, the group members will be scattered about the van or they will be forced to negotiate with other travelers to swap seats.
Grand Canyon van tours go to the South Rim or West Rim. The West Rim is well-known for things such the Grand Canyon Skywalk. The South Rim is where people go for scenery. The trips to the West Rim consist of helicopter trips to the bottom and a pontoon boat trip down the Colorado River. South Rim trip include a helicopter trip across the Dragoon Corridor.
Las Vegas is an exceptional place to take a Grand Canyon bus tour. Before a person chooses his trip provider, he should first decide which rim he wants to visit. One should also determine if he want attractions like the lookouts like Mather Point or the Skywalk. After one decides what he wants, he should then aboard the van, settle into his sea ready to experience the wonders of the world.

Lots of travelers visiting Las Vegas or Arizona want to take a Grand Canyon helicopter tour. To put you on the path the one that best meets your needs, here are a few tips that will help you choose between aerial and landing tours.
For some, the decision is already made for them. By this I mean visitors starting out from such Arizona cities like Phoenix, Sedona, Flagstaff, Williams and Tusayan. From those starting points, the only option is air tours.
The reason for this is that the National Park Service and the Federal Aviation Administration have banned helicopters from flying below the rim and landing at the bottom. This restriction is due in great part to reducing noise and air pollution. To that extent, I'm in total agreement.
Further, the options available at South Rim (Arizona) are pretty remarkable in and of themselves. Travelers can choose from a 30-minute or a 50-minute flight. Both are extraordinary, with the shorter one going from the South Rim to the North Rim and back. The longer flight does the same but also includes everything up to the eastern boundary.
If you are in Las Vegas, you can choose between air and landing trips. This is because the West Rim is outside the West Rim's jurisdiction and not subject to federal regulations (in fact, the entire West Rim is located on sovereign Hualapai Indian tribal lands).
Thus the most popular landing tour is the one that that lands at the bottom for a Champagne picnic alongside the famous Colorado River. For those seeking even more adventure, consider adding on a boat ride down the majestic waterway, too. There's also a flight that includes the bottom and the top and the Skywalk!
Indeed, Las Vegas has its fair share of aerial tours as well. Like landing trips, they go over Lake Mead, Hoover Dam and the West Rim. But instead of landing they loop back to Vegas once they fly by the Skywalk. Speaking of the Glass Bridge, you can't miss it - it's one of the world's greatest outdoor attractions and is an amazing site from above.
Pay attention to is the helicopter you'll be flying in. There are basic helicopters and they get the job done. You'll primarily find them on air-only flights. However, if you get the chance, try to get on board a deluxe EcoStar 130. These helicopters are state-of-the-art and feature 25 percent more cabin space, 180-degree wraparound windshields and stadium-style seating. If you are taking a Vegas landing tour, there's a good chance you'll be on one of these. If you are departing from South Rim, these choppers are only available on the deluxe versions of 30-minute and 50-minute tours.
Regardless of destination, helicopters tours are popular and often sell out. To make sure you get a seat, always book in advance. I usually recommend you reserve your seats at least a week ahead of time. Not only will you get your seats but also you'll get to choose from some of the best flight times. Further, book your tour online. That's where you'll find the best prices. But make sure you complete your booking on the website. Otherwise, you might not qualify for the Internet rate.

The truth is out there. Not the truth about space aliens, but a truth about how to sabotage negative thinking and beat depression that often comes with it.
When we are depressed we close ourselves down, until our world is very small. Left alone it can even get so small that are thoughts are all we hear, and our depression is all we see.
What to do? Get up, get out there, and make someone else's day.
One little discussed feature of depression is that it doesn't multi-task well. It wants you to concentrate on feeling bad, which it depends on to feed itself. When you begin thinking about making someone else happy, it gets confused, and forgets what to do.
Depending on how depressed you are, getting out there may not be easy. It works best when you are in the vague, grey stages. But it can be a lifeline to keep you from sinking further down.
The marvel of deliberate kindness. We've probably all seen bumper stickers encouraging us toward "random acts of kindness." And that's a wonderful idea. But to short circuit the stages of depression, it works best to be deliberate about what you want to do.
Being deliberate helps you focus on being friendly for other people's sake, and to forget about yourself for a while. You are not going out to put on a brave face, or parade how sad you feel. Your purpose is to go out and spread some sunshine for a change.
Here's how it works.
It's pretty simple, really. Go to the grocery store, the mall, or run some errands that need doing. Greet each salesperson or checker with a great big smile. Look them right in the eye, ask how they are…and really mean it. Call them by name, and allow yourself to feel genuinely grateful that they have been there on their feet all day, just so you could shop.
I can't explain what happens, but I have experienced it time after time. Maybe our faces actually change. Maybe we simply start to feel better. But people do respond. They do smile back far more sincerely than their little canned greeting requires them to do. And you are on the receiving end of all those smiles.
When we do this enough, our own smiles feel more comfortable. They rest on our faces like they belong there. Strangers walking by may start to comment on what a lovely day it is. We may hum a happy song.
Let your mind enjoy a vacation.
After you've been outside smiling at people, you can also find a quiet place to smile at yourself. A walking meditation in a park, or sitting quietly, allows your mind to appreciate this chance to lighten up.
Take in all that positive energy that other people have given you, and just bask for a while in feeling good. Be thankful for everyone you met today, and be glad you made someone smile.

Halloween will be here soon and in honor of the freaky holiday, I want to show you how to get savings so spooky on Grand Canyon tours that you'll be yelling "trick or treat" at the top of you lungs!
Everybody is under the impression that it's best to wait until they arrive at their destination in order to get the best rates. That's simply not true. In fact, it's downright wrong. Go about it this way and I assure you that you'll be paying more – much more – than the guy sitting next to you en route to the National Park.
How is this so?
Well, think of tour companies like, say, a national airline. The closer you purchase a ticket to your desired date of departure, the price goes up. This is especially true if you book within 24 hours of take off. If you want to go completely crazy, buy a ticket the day of the tour.
Of course, it doesn't have to be that way. All you have to do is plan. My recommendation is that you book your tour at least one week ahead of time. Not only does this nearly guarantee you seat, but it also gives you access to the most departure times and regularly scheduled tours.
That's enough reason for me. But I know some of you want more, so let's take the conversation further.
In addition to RSVP, I urge you to consider buying your canyon tour on the Internet. Lots of folks tell me they don't feel comfortable paying with a credit card online. I understand. I was like that, too. But over time, it's the only way I now book travel. And, over time, I've narrowed down the travel sites that I feel are safe for online transactions.
Let's be honest. My primary reason is saving money. I always thought it was the same for everyone, but that's not so. At any rate, I've said it before and I'll say it again: the Web is home to the best deals on National Park tours. Indeed, you'll find offers in your hotel or on a sign off the highway or on the Las Vegas Strip. Stay away from those – they are geared toward the last-minute traveler and will cost an arm and a leg when done.
There's one thing you need to be cautious about when booking online. Always complete the transaction on the site. Doing this seals the deal and qualifies you for the special rate. You'll know you've successfully done this one you received a confirmation email in your inbox. Don't worry if the email isn't there imediately as it can sometimes take up to 45 minutes.
Conclusion
Halloween savings abound on Grand Canyon tours, especially helicopter flights, airplane rides and bus tours. To reap your rewards, follow my advice regarding reservations and online bookings. October is a great month to visit the National Park. Temperatures are nice and the overall weather is great. Just get up here before I eat all the candy.

There are a lot of different ways that you can make money today, and most of them will require you to do a lot of work. Whether you get a job or you study hard and jump into any career path, often times the way to make money is to put in a lot of hours. If you're not keen on doing that, you could venture into a whole new way of making money, one that relies heavily on service more than anything else. If you're not aware of any opportunities that are available right now, perhaps you need to look at Motor Club of America with new eyes.
When you look at becoming a member of the Motor Club of America, you are not just joining any old group, you are going to be getting serious benefits and the promise of making a lot of money. The promise is not delivered in just a marketing speech, it is something that is given to you through affiliate marketing. This is not your traditional form of affiliate networking, however, as you can make a lot of money by simply living your life.
The opportunity flourishes in a very unique way, making sure that you are able to share the experience that you have with the membership and show off the benefits that they may need. For instance, when you sign up, you will be getting a full range of automotive services that others charge an arm and a leg for. By simply being a member, and doing nothing, you will have access to roadside assistance, towing, and so much more. That will give you peace of mind that is hard to come by in other ways.
Just having your membership is a great thing, but you can always rely on a little bit of a push when you recommend the service to others. When someone else joins the club and starts to use their membership, you will gain a commission. If they share their experience with someone else and they too sign up, you will continue to gain commissions. This can turn into a lot of money over time, and it's all done with simply recommending services that motorists need on a regular basis.
This may all sound like something that is too good to be true, and in theory it is just that. But you will need to realize that there is more to the opportunity than meets the eye. When you peel back the options that abound in order to make a few extra dollars, you will find that this sort of commission structure is unheard of, and is really giving people options to make more money. You can work within the boundaries of a part time framework, or you can make it your mission to create a full time opportunity out this, and even if you don't want to work within the boundaries of affiliate marketing, you can still take advantage of the services they provide. It's honestly, the easiest way to make a little extra money today.

When searching for opportunities to earn money online today, you will get hit with a lot of different results. Many of the results that you will get will be tough to get started with. It's for that reason that you should look into options that are not just about making big money, but rather, providing services that you may use on your own. It's when you have a combination of services and financial opportunity that you will truly find something worth investing your time into. One such option is known as Motor Club of America.
MCA, as it is also known as, is one of the best and easiest ways to make money today. The reason why this is a good option is because it provides motorists with something amazing for their initial purchase. When you become a member, you will be able to get involved with a company that has been around for a long time and has been able to not only help meet the needs of drivers around the nation, but also give an opportunity for those that want to make a little money as well.
The way you can earn money online through this opportunity is simple. You promote the services that you utilize as a member, and get people to sign up. When they sign up, you will get a commission. It's that simple. There are going to be some skeptics that will assume that this is not possible, or it's too complicated to really move forward with, but that's not true. It's actually pretty simple, as there is a built in audience that will come to you when you are a representative that is giving people this option.
Every single car owner will need help at one point or another. Whether it's due to mechanical issue, or a tire blowing out, emergencies happen on the road and that's why this service becomes easy to promote. Roadside assistance, towing, tire changes, even lock outs are common place for car owners, and they can end up costing a great deal. Instead of paying a lot of money to get these independently serviced, motorists can simply sign up for an MCA membership, pay an annual fee, and then get all the support they need, when it matters most.
This form of affiliate marketing is not something that is going to cause you a lot of headache, in fact, it's going to be one of the most compelling resources that you have to earn an extra income. Some people may find that it's a bit difficult, and that's OK, if you don't want to earn money online in this manner, you can easily just use their services without trying to earn an extra buck. This very well may be the only service on the web today that gives you amazing benefits whether or not you recommend them to others or not. It's this type of amazing opportunity that will get you moving forward, keep your vehicle on the road, even if there's an emergency situation that you'll need to contend with.

*********************** ARTICLE START ***********************
Original article by Jamie McIntyre published in 21st Century News.
I have been bullish on property as an investment strategy for as long as I can remember. Most average Australians believe they need to win Lotto and pocket say $2 million to retire.
This is based on the premise of that $2 million sitting in the bank and hopefully earning 5 per cent per annum ($100,000) to provide a decent retirement income.
However, by becoming financially educated and taking action with effective strategies, like investing correctly into the property market safely, far superior income and returns can be generated.
One of the secrets of successful investors is the ability to think outside the box. Successful investors also have the ability to run their investments as a real business, not just a "she'll be right hobby."
I first started acquiring properties in the 1990's after my millionaire mentor taught me a simple plan.
That plan initially involved buying just two investment properties to hold forever. He said within ten years, done correctly, you could effectively retire from them and be a self-made millionaire.
He also said if I was willing to think big, that after buying two properties, it would become realistically achievable to acquire as many as ten properties within ten years and accumulate $10 million net-worth with 20 years.
At the time I didn't believe the latter was realistic but I went on faith and started by acquiring my first property, then the second and so on. Today inside that 20-year time frame I have acquired well beyond the 10 properties and achieved a net worth well above his plan.
I don't say that to impress you, but to impress upon you that by using this plan I learnt to acquire initially just two investment properties to set up my retirement. That then turned into my mentor's 'acquire ten properties in ten years plan and make $10 million .It actually worked back then and it is still working just as well today.
Even if ten properties in ten years seems too big of a goal for you, then by focusing on just two properties in the next few years you will be well on your way to a million dollar retirement one day.
A 10-20 Year Plan
• Assume income of $75,000 (average wage) with annual CPI rises
• All properties purchased with a deposit of 10%.
• Assume extra equity from re-valuations can be used as deposit
• Assume annual property value increases of 7.2%.
• Compound annual increases of 7.2% will see properties double in value over a 10-year period.
• Assume rental income covers loan repayments.
• If rental costs do not cover your outgoings you should be able to negative gear your properties.
• There will be costs associated with this concept that are not shown here such as Stamp Duty, bank costs, council rates, maintenance and property management.
YEAR 1
Buy a $400,000 property, using a 10% deposit ($40,000)
YEAR 2
Have year 1 property revalued to $428,800. Buy another $400,000 property, using equity from revaluation ($28,800) and $11,200 of your savings as a deposit ($40,000)
YEAR 3
Have year 1 property revalued to $459,600, and have year 2 property revalued to $428,800.
Buy another $400,000 property, using equity from re-valuations ($59,600 +
$28,800 = $88,400) as a deposit, with no need to stump any cash for the deposit.
YEAR 4
Have year 1 property revalued to $492,700, have year 2 property revalued to $459,600 and have year 3 property revalued to $428,800.
Buy another $400,000 property, using equity from re-valuations ($92,700 +
$59,600 + $28,800 = $181,800) as a deposit, with no need to stump any cash for the deposit. At this stage after deducting your deposit money from the equity you have created you have a surplus equity of $61,800.
YEAR 5
Have year 1 property revalued to $528,000, have year 2 property revalued to $492,700, have year 3 property revalued to $459,600 and have year 4 property revalued to $428,800.
At this stage we can afford to step up the purchase of a $600,000 property, using equity from re-valuations ($128,000 + $92,700 + $59,600 + $28,800 = $309,800) as a deposit, with no need to stump any cash for the deposit. At this stage after deducting your deposit money from the equity youhave created you have a surplus equity of $129,800.
By repeating this cycle every year for 10-years, the property we purchased in year 1 will have doubled in value to $800,000. By year 11 the property we purchased in year 2 will have doubled in value to $800,000.
And so the cycle will continue.
By year 20 the property we purchased in year 1 will have doubled in value twice to $1,600,000, with the cycle continuing to all our other properties. Of course by year 20 we are seriously wealthy and could have amassed a major property portfolio that is self-funding.
In fact in 20 years time you could have created $10-$15 million net worth from this strategy.
Has it been done before?
Yes, many times!
However, bear in mind that if this is too big to contemplate right now, just focus on acquiring one property as soon as you can and then a second one within 2-3 years.
If you need help, ask for a free property coaching session at 21st Century Education 1800 999270.
If you don't think you can get enough finance to buy a property then best to find out when by asking for a Finance Review when you have a coaching session.
In many cases you can acquire property with only a 5% deposit; or perhaps as mentioned with zero deposit.
The second and beyond properties you can use as your equity towards the deposits, thus it's really only the first investment property you need a deposit for.
However if you have a house then you may have equity in this you can use as a deposit. If you don't have a house revert to the 8-steps to getting started covered in my book, "What I Didn't Learn At School But Wish I Had", available for free at www.21stcenturyeducation.com.au
At the commencement of the property purchasing cycle we may have found the going a little tough – any business is like that – but once we have established some serious equity in our properties the going is much easier.
A strong advantage of being a property investor is once you have established yourself as a serous property investor; real estate agents will seek you out with attractive offers as well as brokers and other suppliers involved in the cycle.

*********************** ARTICLE START ***********************
Original article by Jamie McIntyre published in 21st Century News.
Has anyone ever wondered how and why is it that generally low-paid people in society such as journalists (no offence to quality journalists) can wield so much power via the media to make or break companies or individuals and/or shape, filter and frame the way we see the world?
I mean in any other profession you have to earn the power to do so, yet somehow journalists have become powerful beyond their means regardless of whether they actually know much about life in general or have any real life experience or results on the board.
What really qualifies as journalism?
It is a task that can pretty much be done by anyone and in the future, thanks to the internet and social media, it will be.
Thus their power is about to vanish rapidly and perhaps forever leaving some arrogant journalists out of a job and brought back to reality and the real world in contrast to the artificial ivory towers they have been currently living in.
Journalists were largely glorified classified ad sales people. Of course, they never saw themselves that way.
Many of them still think that they are somewhat above the ordinary folk in society and that they should be a protected species.
You see, journalists were hired to create content in order to attract readers to read newspapers and the end goal in mind was to sell classified ad sections ie the rivers of gold.
This kept journalists in powerful jobs for almost a century. But then came along the internet.
Instead of buying the newspaper to read and perhaps glance at the classifieds, we discovered that we could directly go to www.realestate.com.au to look for houses for sale or rent. We could simply go to www.carsales.com.au to look for cars to buy or www.seek.com.au to look for jobs.
We no longer buy the paper for the above purposes and to my knowledge none of these internet companies hire a single journalist.
Why?
Because readers don't need articles or content to entice them into visiting those websites as they can simply go there for free to look up houses or cars or seek a job.
Advertisers now flock to these websites and not to newspapers.
Hence, since the growth of the internet there has been this growing disconnect between the need for journalists to write stories to attract readers to look for a car, house or a job.
Thus the rivers of gold have dried up. Let's consider Fairfax media as an example of decline.
An arrogant and often poorly managed company, in the past it was worth almost $10billion and now they are barely worth a billion and declining.
Yet internet start-ups such as the above three are worth more than $10billion combined.
Therefore Fairfax, NewsCorp and mainstream media around the world have been laying off staff, particularly journalists in droves and it is only going to get worse.
Why?
Because as media consumers we are figuring out slowly but surely that mainstream media is not only manipulated bias but often grossly dishonest or at best a narrow view of the world generally through the eyes of those who are somewhat cynical and negative with little life experience, ie a typical jaded poorly paid journalist (no offence to the optimistic, honest, and transparent ones that unfortunately are rare).
Is this the best way to see the world through such a narrow, biased and cynical view?
No wonder most people become negative after consuming content from mainstream media.
Also, with the internet it means that we can now source our news online.
A level playing field means that we don't have to go to a mainstream newspaper to source editorially controlled news. We can go to actual independent news sites-thus the rise of bloggers.
The future of media will have us access our news via a variety of online sources and mostly through diversified independent bloggers whose views and opinions we value. In the future, these bloggers will be the ones providing us with agenda-free, honest and transparent views of what is happening in the world.
Is this a good thing?
I'd say yes.
It will tear down the false ego and arrogance that many media companies and journalists have that make them think that they are somehow above the average person in society and that it is okay for them to twist and spin the truth to serve their senior editors' agenda.
Therefore the large media owned companies that have been manipulating the public are in difficulty, especially with the rise of independent media and the rise of bloggers.
Many bloggers are happy to share their views for little or no monetary reward, which means the salary of journalists in most cases is likely to drop significantly and/or made redundant .
Passionate bloggers will write not for the money, but for the passion they have for certain issues and causes.
Many journalists wouldn't even write if it wasn't for money. And if they were paid market value, they wouldn't earn a lot. The good ones would actually earn more.
And how many bloggers will there be in the future? Pretty much everyone is becoming a blogger.
If you have ever posted on Facebook, Twitter or Instagram, it means that you already are a blogger.
Perhaps we cannot classify that as professional, but you are a blogger nonetheless.
The internet is continuing to disrupt industry after industry and disrupting the arrogant mainstream media and their not so highly paid journalists is a good thing I believe.
There will always be a demand for quality journalism, which would include writing about fact and not spin pushed by editors and those seeking to control the masses.
But it also means that many journalists won't have a job for much longer. The smart ones will start a blog and build a following and earn what they are worth .
That's the key to the future of media in the 21st Century.
As we all tend to post on social media, it means that we have all become media companies and bloggers. It is just that most of us don't realise the power we have to reshape the world by blogging and sharing our views and stories.

The world really has never been more exciting and more abundant with more opportunity now for the average person than ever before.
My goal is to assist in the transformation of the media landscape by creating, training and assisting 100,000 people world wide into becoming professional bloggers.
As I own a media company, I will pay many of them to provide content for 21st Century Media
