What if you were told that you don't need to meditate in order to become more spiritually aware? What if you were to learn that there are other ways to evolve that are just as effective? What if I told you that we all have what it takes to achieve spiritual enlightenment whether we meditate or not? Meditation has tremendous benefits for our spiritual evolution, and I highly recommend it in this day and age; but in actuality, we don't need it. Don't worry, I'll explain why soon enough.
There have been countless books written on the subject of meditation over the years. Our exposure to it seems to grow every day. Many different meditation styles are practiced all over the world, including transcendental, Zen, Taoist, mindfulness and Buddhist meditation. Most of these styles have a similar purpose: to relax and strengthen the body by focusing the mind. However, just like religion, meditation has become too complex.
This is not meant to insinuate that certain forms of meditation are wrong or ineffective. Whichever method you choose is fine. It can only help you on the path. So you're probably wondering how I can recommend meditation while simultaneously claiming that it's not necessary. A fair question. And here's the reason: Meditation is a way to simplify our evermore complex lives, yet it would be unnecessary if the complexity could be eliminated. If illnesses no longer existed, there would be no need for healers. The need for meditation is much the same, although unlike the existence of illness, we have the power to control the course our lives take. If they were not so complex and harrowing, but rather clearer and more relaxing, there would be no need to rejuvenate our body through thought exercises.
The reality is that our lives have become so inextricably convoluted – a phenomenon of our own making, to be sure – it's simply easier to meditate in order to sharpen the one tool that can help us deal with the morass of clutter. Can you do without meditation? Absolutely. But then the real question becomes, to what length are you willing to simplify your life? Are you really ready to remove the clutter? Can you eradicate unhealthy concerns of material goods or wealth? After all, this clutter is the reason why your mind is unable to concentrate in the first place.
You can choose to keep living your life in a way that clutters your mind or you can choose to rejuvenate through meditation. The latter will allow your mind to relax and open up to new ways of going about your path. People who do not overburden themselves are able to see clearer. Their mind is in a state of harmony that lets them process information more rationally and frees them up to seek new experiences, which makes traveling the path that much more fluid.
By 2008, I had lost a great portion of my wealth and subsequently found myself in a very unhealthy situation. I had surrounded myself in debt from every direction, and it became so noisy inside my head, I had no choice but to quiet it down somehow. I came to realize that the noise was of my own creation and therefore was within my power to suppress. Furthermore, I knew it was up to me to keep it from ever rising again.
Admittedly, I've only been meditating since 2010 when I started conversing with my spirit guides, and only because my spirit guides requested it. So how then did I silence my head before 2010? Through my own actions. I found myself sitting in the dark alone, no gizmos or gadgets of any kind; just my body, the darkness, and the thoughts manifesting in my mind. And then it hit me: I am who I am. Thoughts become me. It's amazing how many times you hear those sorts of phrases, and yet they have no effect. It's not until you personally stumble that they start to sink in. There I was in the dark, grasping this revelation – how we can't hear our own minds with all the noise around us – and it felt great.
So I allowed my personal misfortune to become my blessing. I realized that I have no interest in ever cluttering up my life again, regardless of my wealth, possessions or status in life. I also decided to limit my experiences with people who are not in tune with mine (I will explain this in another article). I started meditating on a regular basis as a way to sharpen my mind, allowing me to be more in control of my thoughts rather than the other way around. I stay up late at night, alone in the dark living room with no distractions, and allow my mind the freedom to focus on those areas of thought that will better my spiritual existence in the world.
If you remove all the nonsense in your life, practice meditation, and allow your mind to naturally manifest thoughts, I promise you two things: 1.) Your thoughts will set you on a great path. 2.) You will find yourself walking along that path relaxed and open-minded. As for the clutter in your life, it's up to you to clear it away. Yes, it does take time and work, but you can start today with some simple lifestyle changes.

I'll never forget the day the spirits started talking with me. I'm not sure anyone who ever goes through such an experience has a way to explain the joy, the relaxation and, most notably, the fear that goes through one's mind all at the same time. To be clear, it was not the first time I've heard such voices, but it was the first time they materialized in the form of coherent, flowing sentences that addressed my ever-present questions.
From the ripe old age of 25, I would occasionally hear my name whispered softly in my ear, regardless of whether I was alone or with others. I always assumed such sensations were the product of an overactive imagination, and so I chose to ignore them. I remember waking up or turning my head in search of the sound's origin only to find empty space. Admittedly, I don't recall ever being afraid of the voice, and in retrospect, I'm surprised I never tried interacting with it to determine who was trying to communicate with me.
Over all this time, I mentioned this experience just once to my wife. I kept it a secret from everyone I knew until now. Why? Mainly, I was afraid of ridicule. I was still heavily influenced by my upbringing, by parents who always told me to keep my problems at home. I was swayed by the notion that only close family needs to know about my “dirty laundry.” My parents were always concerned about what the neighbors would say, and it was perhaps their way of protecting us from an overly critical and sometimes hostile world. As you probably figured out by now, I no longer fear the critics of the world. I can't say I'm fully immune to them, but if they do affect me emotionally, it's short-lived and quickly forgotten.
So here I am, hearing voices from beyond this dimension, making conversations with them, and going through an experience that doesn't really resonate with me. This experience belongs to other people, not to me, I think to myself. I'm the kind of person who has his feet solidly on the ground. Someone who values scientific proof over untested traditions and blind faith assumptions. One who keeps his mind open, but maintains a healthy skepticism of those who claim they speak with spirits.
What do I do? How can I make sense of this experience? Here I am, face to face with unassailable evidence that life does in fact go on. How do I bring this knowledge out in the open? Everyone I know is going to be surprised, that's for sure. All of a sudden, I come out with claims that spirits from another dimension are speaking to me?! I, who roundly criticized the validity of psychics and mediums?! Talk about a remarkably awkward position to be in. How do I solve this conundrum?
Fortunately, my spirit guides knew this would be a problem for me, and I give them credit for solving it quite elegantly. First, I started seeing repeating number combinations everywhere I went, in particular variations of “111” that aroused my curiosity. This way, by the time they started speaking to me, I was somewhat intrigued. Second, they chose their timing carefully, speaking to me to when I was alone or when everyone was asleep to reduce the appearance of me looking foolish. And third, they didn't mention a word about spreading a calling or writing a book until I was quite certain of their legitimacy and convinced of my obligations. However, even with all of this mental preparation, I was still hesitant and contemplated many times how to go about actually delivering the message. How do I tell my family and friends of this experience?
Ultimately, I began by telling my wife. About a year had passed from the time they started speaking to me, and I chose my words very carefully, fearing she might think me a tad delusional and in need of therapy. You see, in my culture, if you see a psychologist, then something is wrong with you and you're automatically branded a lunatic. Kind of like being presumed guilty until proven innocent. Can you imagine what speaking to spirits would sound like? Well, to my most pleasant surprise, my wife took it in stride, as if she was prepped for the occasion, which I later learned to be true. My wife has since become aware of my obligation to write a book, and she started asking me many questions. It was the beginning of what would perhaps change our lives forever.
Now it was time to muster the courage to tell my parents. That, however, would take much longer than I expected. No matter how many methods I devised, I still feared their response. I thought of the many times my mother reassured me that she'd loved me no matter what, and yet that assurance somehow brought little comfort. I started thinking of the ancient prophets who also experienced these celestial communications, and I wondered, did they have an easy time bringing it to light or did they face the same fears that I do? If I had to guess, I'd probably go with the latter.

As the number of vehicles on the road is increasing, the danger of these vehicles being involved in accidents is also increasing. Automotive engineers and vehicle safety experts are looking for ways that would help curb accidents and Vehicle to Vehicle (V2V) communication is definitely a promising technology. Vehicle to vehicle (V2V) communication is a technology that allows vehicles on the road to communicate with each other with the intention to inform the other of a possible collision. Applicable mainly for the safety of vehicles that ply on the roads, the technology helps vehicles communicate and alert the drivers to take corrective action. The data that may be exchanged between vehicles could include the position, speed, brake status, turn signal status and steering angle and throttle position of the vehicle.
As per the surveys conducted by the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA), more than 75% of the car accidents can be avoided if the V2V technology is used. But for this system to be effective, it needs that the vehicles plying on the road are equipped with the ability to receive and transmit data. In addition, the protocol that would allow communication between vehicles need to be common. There would also be the requirement of several policies that would deploy the use of the technology on a large scale.
As can be understood the benefits of the system would not only be limited to preventing accidents or collisions between vehicles but also avoid collision of vehicles with pedestrians, intersections, or road-side objects like electricity poles etc.
According to the NHTSA, the V2V technology could be the future of cars not only for the self driving or autonomous cars but also for the human driven cars. The technology is considered as important as the other life saving technologies such as the electronic stability control, auto safety features and seatbelts. Automakers have already been working on the technology. The NHTSA has said that the benefits of the technology have been demonstrated not only under controlled test conditions but even in the real world.
Tests for the long term usage and success of the technology are in progress. The researchers are of the view that once these tests are in the positive and ready to be implemented on a large scale basis, they would urge the manufacturers to provide the system in the new vehicles being produced. Slowly the system would be tweaked to include old vehicles so that there are communicable abilities between the old and the new vehicles.
As of now, the NHTSA is conducting an analysis and evaluation of a pilot program that took a year to complete. Once the auto safety agency completes the analysis, it would publish a report that would have the complete information regarding the technical feasibility of the technology, the security and privacy aspects and most importantly the costs. Once the report is presented before the public for discussion, NHTSA proposes to begin working on the actual regulatory proposal to implement the technology in all new vehicles.

*********************** ARTICLE START ***********************
There are lots of ways to visit the Grand Canyon. You can do it by ground or air. I prefer the later, especially if you have limited time to spend at the National Park. And so from my experience here are 3 key tips I use to get the perfect Canyon airplane tour.
Landing Tours
My first tip is to take a landing tour. These are primarily available from Las Vegas and they are a great value. I have two favorites. My first is the one that goes to the West Rim and provides the option to do the Grand Canyon Skywalk.
The Skywalk, which is also known as the Glass Bridge, is an incredible attraction that lets you walk 70 feet past the edge of the rim. By the time you get to the end, you'll be standing some 4,000 feet over the edge. The views are second to none, especially the one of Eagle Point.
But the reason I bring this up is because the Skywalk isn't for everyone. Lots of folks don't like heights and in that case the glass bridge is just not an option. Which is why I like this particular landing tour. See, if you fly over and decide you'd like to try the bridge, you can purchase tickets on site. That way you don't spend money on an attraction you might not end up doing.
My second favorite flight is the one that leaves from Vegas and flies direct to the South Rim. Travel time there is just 60 minutes, which is quite remarkable considering it takes up to 6 hours to drive there by bus or car. Further, this trip also comes with a bus tour inside the South Rim. It usually lasts up to 3 hours and then you're back on the plane and in Vegas for a night on the town.
Window Seats
I recommend requesting window seats. They will typically cost you and extra $10 per person but they are worth it. From Las Vegas, you'll want the window because the plane flies along the Grand Canyon and it's quite interesting to look at en route to the South Rim.
Understand that there's no guarantee you'll get a window seat because seating is determined by overall weight of all passengers on the aircraft. But the chances are pretty high. Further, if you are offered a window and decide you don't want it, you won't be charged. That's a win-win in my book.
I definitely urge you to get a window seat for flights that depart from Tusayan, AZ, which is the South Rim. These tours cover up to 75 percent of the Park and go over some of the best landmarks in the wilderness area. Again, same rules apply to overall weight of passengers and availability. But don't let that deter you. When you are booking online, make sure to tick the box for window seats. Doing that puts you ahead of the crowd when it comes to getting a great flight.
Booking Online.
OK, here's my final tip: buy your plane tour online. It's where all the deals are. I regularly do this and save up to 30 percent on air-only flights and up to 20 percent on landing tours. Meanwhile I meet lots of travelers who spend hours on the Web hunting for the best rates. Folks, don't fall into that trap. Simply find a tour operator you like, go to their website, and book it. I know it sounds like I'm oversimplifying the process but in truth it's that easy.

When you want to trade better in the stock market, you would want to make sure that you know how to deal with your money. The stock market is all about money. It is important that as a responsible stock trader, you would want to see to it that you purchase the stock that can provide you with good returns.
With the proper trading skills and understanding of the market, you can make profits. The stock market has many pitfalls which you should beware of as that way, you remain financially strong.
Read as much as you can
You will want to read as much as you can. The market is an unpredictable place. What was happening yesterday will not take place tomorrow. You need to be updated on the latest happenings in the market. You need to be able to implement the right kind of stock trading to generate money.
You would want to know the latest information on the stock. You got several financial magazines and online sources from which, you can go through and keep yourself updated about the company stock. These sources are a reliable way of keeping in touch with the market and understanding what type of stock to purchase.
When you want to purchase your stock, you need to beware of the market conditions. You can do that only by reading online sources.
Ideal investments
You will want to know the kind of investments you want to do in the stock market. The best way to do that is by investing in something that you are comfortable with. Traders are comfortable in a particular market. They purchase stocks which they are familiar. This way, they know that stand to make profits in the trade.
However, you will want to know that the stock market is full of risks. Some days, you stand to make money, while few days you might not be able to make any money at all. This is a vital thing to note. You would want to read all the market conditions before you purchase stock from a particular company.
Do not invest all your money
Some of the best traders do not invest all their money in trading. They keep a major share of it for later use. If you are somebody who invests everything that you got, then you will want to ensure that you do not do that. You do not want to borrow stock as it can be a dangerous step. The market cannot be foretold by anybody, which is why you need to have some stock kept.
You should invest in the stocks that you feel you can do without. Sometimes your stock might just disappear from the market, due to the prevailing conditions. You will want to make sure that you remain patient in your stock trading. If your stock is not at a high value at the moment, then you will want to read the market conditions carefully before selling them.
There have been many instances in the stock market where traders have sold their shares only for the market to improve a few days later. You need to make sure that it does not happen to you.

Spring is right around the corner and for Las Vegas travelers it means booking a Grand Canyon bus tour. But which one? There are tons out there, but only a few really matter. The following are the top 5 as ranked by readers at Grand Canyon Bus Deals (GCBD).
#1 Trip
The first one is the South Rim bus tour. And by a huge margin. In fact, it's pretty consistently held the top slot for the past two years. The reason why? Value. And lots of it.
The SR trip comes with everything including lunch, free pick up and drop off at all major Vegas hotels and all taxes and fees. Right now, the trip goes for about $80 per person. However, that's expected to creep upwards as the US travel season opens up.
The number two trip also goes to the South Rim but includes a helicopter ride. Personally, this is one of the editor's favorites because the 30-minute rim-to-rim trip is one of the most outstanding things one can do at the National Park.
Heli Included
Specifically, this heli departs the Grand Canyon Airport and goes right through the Canyon en route to the mysterious North Rim before circling back to it's home base via the Dragoon Corridor, the widest, deepest section of the Canyon.
The #3 bus tour is the basic West Rim bus ride. This trip is great for travelers who have limited time and want to sample the best the Park has to offer. Like the SR tours, it comes with everything, including a BBQ lunch prepared by the native peoples of the Hualapai Indian Tribe.
The fourth top coach tour is basically an extension of the West Rim trip except it bundles in the Grand Canyon Skywalk. If you plan on doing the Glass Bridge, it's strongly recommended that you get it into the package instead of purchasing it on-site (more expensive).
The Skywalk
For those unfamiliar with the Glass Bridge, it was built in 2007 for around $30 million and is now visited by more than 250,000 international travelers a year! No wonder, either, as the all-glass structure lets you walk 70 feet over the precipice until you are standing some 4,000 feet over the bottom!
The fifth and final motorcoach tour GCBD readers liked was the deluxe West Rim trip that included a helicopter ride to the bottom and a boat ride on the Colorado River. Personally, this one is my favorite, especially because of the heli ride. Why? Because this is the ONLY place where you can fly below the rim and land.
Vegas bus tours are super popular and I advise all who want to do them to book them in advance. Avoid same-day bookings. In fact, stay away from bookings in which you have less than 48 hours to make it happen. The reason for this is twofold: 1) You'll end up paying more; and 2) there's a strong probability that you'll end up not getting on the tour because it's sold out.
Conclusion
The Las Vegas bus tours ranked in this article are based on a short reader survey on Grand Canyon Bus Deals, the premier website for information about motorcoach trips to the National Park. Remember, there are two places buses go to visit: The South Rim and the West Rim. Deciding which rim to visit is your primary goal. Next is booking it. As stated in this article, don't wait until the last minute unless you're one of the few people who like to pay more for tours.

Article Title: Mother Garden … Stay Away From Counterfeit

We previously introduced a popular Japanese brand – Mother garden - in the article, An Introduction to Japanese Toys That Help Child Development Through Imitation. A lot of feedbacks have come from different people in different countries. Generally speaking, these people have a positive feedback about the Japanese brand, and do have an intention to step forward for making a purchase. That said, a few readers from Asia point out that there are a lot of replicated Mother garden products in the market. Not only are these products being sold at an unreasonable bargain price, but also have an extremely similar appearance to authentic Mother garden products.
Yes. We are aware of the counterfeits in the market; and we strongly do not encourage people to purchase, or even use, them. While there are a lot of reasons behind our argument, the most important one is health concern. As with any other parents in the world, we care our children. We do not want our children to be hurt. These counterfeits normally use substandard materials, which could lead to health issues when children have physical touch. Taking the flagship wooden products by Mother garden as an example, counterfeits usually apply substandard paints on wooden products. These substandard paints produce a lot of bad smell, and create harm to children. This is especially true when children play with these replicated wooden products for prolonged period. There have been readers complaining the counterfeits after they make a purchase from unreliable sources. Notably, they have wasted their money on counterfeits, and are regretful when they see the actual replicated products. While some counterfeits may look 95% similar to authentic Mother garden products, others do not. Even if the counterfeits do have 95% similarity, these readers do not have confidence to let their children to use the counterfeits (after they are aware of the health issues).
What's our advice? These counterfeits normally come from unreliable source in China. Unreliable sources include B-to-C platforms, secondhand shops, forums, etc. For the benefit of our readers, we encourage our readers to only, and only, buy Mother garden products from authorized distributors directly. Authorized distributors source authentic Mother garden products from the manufacturer directly, and therefore, provide confidence to customers. Some authorized distributors even provide 7-day return service to customers with no question being asked.
A small tip to readers before this article finishes, Mother garden has a lot of product lines including, but not limited to, Strawberry, Sirotan, Usamomo, FuriFuriDogs, Nagomo Kids, Skip Garden, etc. Among all, Strawberry is the most common product line to be replicated. Although most sellers do sell the counterfeits at an unreasonable bargain price, others do not. The latter sell the counterfeits at recommended retail price, or even with a 30% mark up. These counterfeit sellers attempt to create an illusion to customers that they are selling authentic Mother garden products, but in fact, they are not. Customers therefore need to stay alert, and make sure they are paying for what they want. Once again, only buy Mother garden from authorized distributors if you care your children.
