Article Title: Copywriters - How to Make Your Copy Upbeat and Fun

    *********************** ARTICLE START ***********************

You've probably read enough articles, news stories, press releases and books to distinguish different tones and moods in the writing style used by the copywriter or author. Simply by changing a few words, adding punctuation and pauses for effect and using a different way to separate related topics, a writer is able to change how the reader feels about the write-up. So you think you're too serious, businesslike and 'heavy'? Here are ways you can make your copy upbeat and fun:

    Don't assume

When writing copy, avoid wrapping your content in a veil of secrecy and enigma. Being mysterious is fine for puzzle makers and fortune tellers but it doesn't always work with writers. Use an unassuming tone in writing instead. Avoid being overbearing or condescending. Just write clearly and use a light, undemanding tone.

    Use humor

Humor is very nearly a universal language, which means that with the right words, you can affect the way people see things and even cause them to break into a smile or even laughter.

To make your copy upbeat and fun, inject humor into your writing. Be lively and write with enthusiasm. If you're bored, it will be reflected in your finished copy. Don't be afraid to make people laugh because it's often the easiest way to show them what you mean.

    Don't overdo the words

Some of the best and well-loved writers of the past and present centuries used simple, easy to read language. Anne Rice, Stephen King, Ernest Hemingway, John Steinbeck, Paulo Coelho and Isabel Allende are the kind of writers that did not require their readers to read their works with a dictionary next to them. As a result, their readers find it easier to understand and appreciate their efforts.

To keep the mood of your copy upbeat and fun, don't try to exert too much effort to impress your readers. They want to be entertained and to be informed – not bewildered or confused. Don't make it too hard for them. Use long, complicated words only when necessary or as a requisite in the article you're writing.

    Lighten up the language

Very often, to make your copy upbeat and fun, you might have to use colloquial terms or slang. This is often the case when the term you're considering is too technical for your readers to appreciate.

    Do not use offensive words

Sometimes, in an attempt to make writing upbeat and fun, some writers make the mistake of using words that are entertaining only to a few but highly offensive to the majority. Words that reflect bigotry, hatred or prejudice can seem upbeat but may not be effective in the context of the whole write-up. Avoid these words.

    Don't try to please everyone.

There is no way your writing will be able to appeal to every reader. Not even the best and brightest writers have been able to do that. This is why writers have target audiences or niches and why write-ups are characterized by genre.

Can you imagine if horror master Stephen King wrote a romance novel in the style of Harlequin books? Of course not. Writers will always have their own styles and a segment of the audience who admire them.

To keep your copy upbeat and fun, avoid trying to cover several genres or styles of writing in one article. Use one or two at most. Whether you're writing a humorous story, a satire, a critique or are simply offering your opinion, stick to a tone of voice that is the best vehicle for the message you want to share.

23 is Back would like to bring to light the fact that for years now, there has been debates on various sneaker forums over the true color designation of the Air Jordan 6 original colorway. However, many readers probably agree that the bigger question is that why Jordan Brand has not retrod the Air Jordan 6 yet. However, that was only until November 2013, when new Jordan release 2014 dates began surfacing.

As the 2013 had been nearing its end, it had already become evident that 2014 was going to be a huge year for the Air Jordan 6. Back then, quite a few retro colorways had already been confirmed by Jordan Brand, but there were also rumors suggesting that the Air Jordan 6 "Sport Blue," which has never been retrod in the past, would finally receive a retro treatment in 2014. Even proof surfaced in the form of an image that further suggested that an Air Jordan VI retro pair was indeed going to be released by Jordan Brand in 2014, which would sport the "Sports Blue" color combination. Even the Air Jordan 6 pair in the image did not feature the same icy blue translucent soles as modern era retros, but Jordan Brand fans were still hopeful.

Indeed, Jordan Brand did lot let its fans down and confirmed that the Air Jordan 6 "Sports Blue" colorway was finally coming back around as a retro release. Back in August 1991 when this fourth "Sports Blue" colorway of the Air Jordan 6 had been released, the official colorway of the kicks ended up becoming a subject of several major debates. These debates mainly revolved around whether the colorway was "September Blue" or "Sports Blue," since the box tag only featured an abbreviation of the term. Despite speculations, the colorway was actually "Sports Blue," and the upcoming Retro "Sports Blue" colorway looks precisely like the orginal.

Here at 23isBack, we are well aware that plenty of Air Jordan enthusiasts are cannot wait for the Air Jordan 6 Retro "Sports Blue" to be released so they can cop a pair. The good news is that this Retro "Sports Blue" colorway of the Air Jordan 6 is going to be released on August 30th. After the release of this pair, only the "Maroon" colorway of the Air Jordan 6 will be left behind, which has yet to be retroed. Perhaps Jordan release dates 2015 might include hints of a possible Retro "Maroon" colorway release of the Air Jordan VI, but nothing is certain as of now.

Jordan Brand continues to publish images to provide sneaker enthusiasts, especially those anticipating this release, with glimpses of the upcoming "Sports Blue" colorway. Moreover, the Retro 6′s is not the only Jordan sneakers being released in 2014 that are going to feature the "Sports Blue" color combination. For instance, both the Air Jordan 14 Retro and the Air Jordan 3 Retro that are going to be released before this AJ 6 pair also feature hints of sports blue.

Thus, it certainly seems that 2014 is turning out to be a huge year for the Air Jordan 6, and readers who are curious about further Air Jordan VI colorways that might be released should keep their eyes peeled for new Jordan release 2014 updates.

Article Title: With the Air Jordan XX9 Release Three Months Away — Here is a Look at the XX9 Black/White/Gym Red Colorway

    *********************** ARTICLE START ***********************

Back in April, when the NBA playoffs were nearing, Russell Westbrook had made an on-court appearance, wearing quite a unique Air Jordan XX9 colorway. It became obvious that Jordan Brand was giving its loyal fans hints at a potential Air Jordan XX9 debut. In the same month, the teaser video, "Tailored For Flight," was also released by Jordan Brand in which some major hints were dropped regarding what inspired the overall design of the Air Jordan XX9. The video revealed that a major focal point behind the design of the shoe was high-end tailored suits.

Later in April, Jordan Brand confirmed that the Air Jordan XX9 would be launched in two separate colorways in September. Jordan Brand also revealed that the sneakers would feature a myriad of performance technologies, such as the first ever performance-woven upper, an evolved Flight Plate system, and the new Flight Web. Tinker Hatfield, the Jordan Brand legend, designed these sneakers, and he had apparently been working them for two years.

The Air Jordan XX9 was then officially unveiled at a Jordan Brand media event that took place in April in New York City. The attention to detail that was seen on Jordan Brand's 29th signature sneaker definitely gave views an aesthetic that they had never seen in the past in Air Jordan basketball performance sneakers. As mentioned, an evolved Flight Plate was featured by both pairs along with a new woven upper. The shoes also feature a design that is form fitted to the foot, which makes them the sneaker equivalent of tailored suits.

In terms of patterns and prints, the Air Jordan XX9 truly showcased the diversity of the woven upper. In particular, the Black/White/Gym Red colorway of the Air Jordan XX9 is a traditional take on the woven upper. The pair actually seems to be reminiscent of the "Chicago" colorway because it seems to have borrowed from the Chicago Bulls' theme and the elephant printer upper is certainly a blast from the past.

Apart from the predominant elephant that is featured on the upper, another thing that has been shown by the woven upper is the diversity of the material in terms of the arrangements of pattern and blocking. For instance, the white Air Jordan Jumpmen that are featured on the sides and the tongue. The gym red accents on the pair are featured in the form of borders or linings, or whatever they might be described as. Unlike the other Air Jordan XX9 pair that sports an icy outsole, the Black/White/Gym Red colorway comes with a grayish outsole with a glossy black midsole that features elephant print.

It is not unnatural if readers keep checking 23isBack for the latest Jordan release dates 2014, but the fact of the matter is that there are still three more months to go until an official release date for the XX9 is announced. Considering that it is Jordan Brand's 29th signature shoe and has not been worn by Michael Jordan on the court, it is obviously a highly anticipated pair. Nonetheless, once both Air Jordan XX9 sneakers hit the retail shelves, each will be available for $225, which is a decent price.

Here at 23isBack, we are well aware that the canvas/denim look has always been a major trend for summer, so it should not be surprising that Jordan Brand decide to release a very trendy sneaker that combines the two. As latest Jordan release dates 2014 continue to take the online world by storm, the release date of this new Air Jordan 1 colorway has also been announced by Jordan Brand. This dark navy sneaker is all set to make its retail debut on June 14th.

Jordan Brand recently revealed that the Air Jordan 1 Retro High OG "Family Forever" (initially known as the "Denim") is a tribute to the family of Michael Jackson and their own separate journeys. Images of the pair show that that the phrase "Family Forver" is featured in white on the tag. Below the phrase is an inspiration message that reads: "If you accept the expectations of others, especially negative ones, then you never will change the outcome." James R. Jordan, Sr., Michael's late father, is referred to on the lace aglets as "POPS," while a set of numbers can also be seen on the tag, which apparently are the years in which Michael's Jordan's three children were born. It is likely that Michael Jordan's fourth child was not around when this pair was created. Moreover, the insole of the Air Jordan 1 Retro High OG "Family Forever" also features an image of the old mansion in Chicago that Michael Jordan used to live in.

Jordan release dates 2014 that are offered here are always spot on, which means that these kicks are indeed going to hit the shelves on June 14th, 2014. There are several different things about this upcoming release that are quite intriguing, apart from the Jordan family details that this pair features. One of those interesting things is the fact that this pair is much cheaper than "Nike Air" pairs that have come before it. What this means is that the pair will be available for just $120 once it makes its retail debut. Another notable thing about this pair is that the Air Jordan Future colorway that has the same colors is also being released on June 14th, which is curious, because that pair does not seem to have a "Family Forever" theme.

The Air Jordan 1 Retro High OG "Family Forever" is the newest Jordan Brand sneaker that marks the return of denim. Of course, the upper is not entirely made of denim, and the lack of denim on certain spots has been filled in with navy flat leather. This pair also sports quite a playful pop because of the multi-colored eyelets and laces. Their pair even gives off somewhat of a boyish feel due to the midsoles, which are in pure white, and the solid outsole, which is in light blue.

Here at 23 is Back, we are in agreement that the Air Jordan 1 Retro High OG "Family Forever" is quite an interesting Jordan Brand sneaker. However, it would be appreciated if Jordan Brand provided slightly more background on the familial details that are featured on this pair. While it is still too soon to be looking for Jordan release dates 2015, we have been getting hints and will keep you updated about this "Family Forever" pair and other releases.

Things to Know Before Going Into a Pawnbrokers

Before you go into a pawnbroker you need to know certain facts. By knowing these facts before you enter the pawnbrokers' you will be able make informed decisions. You will also be prepared when the broker talks to you and you will get the best deal that you can. There are 6 common facts that you need to know before you enter the store.

    What Pawn brokers Do

The first fact that you need to know is what the broker actually does. The basis of pawnbrokers is to offer a loan based on a valuable item which is offered as collateral. By understanding what the broker does you will know what they can offer you and what they cannot.

    How the Loan Works

Knowing that a pawn broker can offer you a loan and knowing how it works are very different things. It is important that you understand exactly how the loan is going to work in detail. The pawn broker's loan will have them holding your valuable item for a set amount of time or until you are able to repay the loan. Once you have repaid the loan you will be able to get the item back.

Negotiating and getting the best deal from the pawn brokers

This is indeed a tough job. Here are some tips that will help you to get rates for your pawned items at London pawn shops and pawn shops all around the world.

Find the actual worth of your item

Once you get an idea about the item that you want to pawn, try and find its current worth. Go to the item's official website and find the price of a new one. Then, depending upon how old your item is, depreciate some money from that price tag.

Items that are in demand will have better price tags. Collectibles, Mint Condition items and memorabilia are some items that can be pawned for a really good price tag. So, if you own such an item, you'll naturally have more negotiating power with the pawn brokers.

    Haggle

It is very important to understand that everything in a pawn shop is negotiable. Let us assume that you are going to London Pawn shops. In there, the broker might quote one price tag and you might have another price in mind. Even if the difference between the two quotes is too large, don't give up hope. Haggle and try to negotiate the price that you want for your product.

If you want to buy, pay with cash

Some people often forget the fact that you can buy cool stuff from the pawn shops. If the buyer has defaulted on his pawned item, then the broker gets to sell that item. So, people who are looking to buy random stuff often end up going to pawn shops to look what is on display.

Now, if you find something that you would like to buy on a pawn shop, always suggest that you'll pay by cash. People who pay by cash are always preferred at the pawn shops.

And, paying by cash will give you more negotiating powers. You can demand discounts by suggesting that you'll be paying cash.

    Wear a smile

This is just common sense practice. If you are nice, you'll get good price for the item you are pawning and you'll get items at a good deal price if you are buying.

So, smile, be respectful and treat the pawn shop staff with manners to get the best deals. While on the other hand, if you don't show respect, the brokers won't find you easy to work with and they'll not consider your requests.

What the Paiute Indians called Kaibab, or "Mountain Lying Down", is without question one of America's must-see tourist destinations. Stretching some 277 miles from end to end, it is an awe-inspiring wonder that has to be seen to be believed. There are many companies offering Grand Canyon tours in the region, and an organized tour is indeed one of the best ways to see the flora, fauna and breath-taking scenery.

Trips by bus, airplane, raft and helicopter (to name just four) are available, and whichever mode of travel visitors choose, they can be assured of an experience to remember. Tours depart from Las Vegas as well as areas close to the Canyon itself, including Tusayan and the Grand Canyon Village (see below). Many visitors choose to take excursions at sunrise or sunset when the full beauty of the scenery is highlighted in truly spectacular fashion.

The landscape consists of several distinct areas, some more accessible to tourists than others. Much of it, including the canyon itself, is contained within the Grand Canyon National Park. This is one of the United States' oldest national parks, gaining it's official status in 1919. It was declared a World Heritage site by UNESCO in 1979, and is considered one of the Seven Natural Wonders of the World.

Broadly, the National Park is split in two main regions: the North Rim and the South Rim. The North Rim is more remote and enjoys relatively little tourist activity. The South Rim is far more accessible and consequently plays host to the majority of visitors to the region. Also, the South-Western area of the canyon borders two Indian reservations: the Havasupai and Hualapai reservations, respectively.

As mentioned above, the area has its own village which is dedicated to serving the four million-plus visitors to the region each year. Its origins date back to 1901 when the first railroad from Williams, Arizona was completed by the Santa Fe railroad enterprise. Many of the buildings in the center of the town are historic landmarks dating from this era. Visitors today will find a comprehensive array of services including lodging, restaurants, equipment hire, a bank and post office.

The village is located in the South Rim and provides an ideal starting point for visitors to see one of the major attractions of the region: its fauna. A huge variety of birds and animals can be seen in the area including several rare species. Deer, bobcats, skunks, coyote and mountain lions are just some of the animals who make their homes in the valley.

Among the rare birds that visitors might spot is North America's largest land bird, the California Condor. The Bald eagle can be found in the trout-rich Colorado River corridor along with 250 other species of bird. The region as a whole is home to some 373 species in total.

Without a doubt, this area provides one of the most extraordinary experiences that North America has to offer. Visitors wanting more information can call the National Park Service on (928) 638-7888 or visit their website at http://nps.gov. For visitors already in the area, there are visitor centers in Grand Canyon Village, Flagstaff and Williams.

The Grand Canyon's South Rim is located in Arizona and is recognized as the official National Park. There are plenty of ways to experience it but helicopters are by far the best.

Before we move on let me first clarify that there are two rims that most people visit. They are the South Rim, which you'll visit from Phoenix and Sedona, and the West Rim, which you go to if in Las Vegas.

    From Vegas

Please understand that there are no connecting flights between the rims. And if you are in Las Vegas and want to see the South Rim, I recommend you go by airplane (60 minutes one way).

Now back to South Rim helicopters. For the most part there are two kinds. A 30-minute and 50-minute flight. Even though the shorter flight is cheaper, I prefer the longer one.

And here's why: By taking the 50-minute tour, you'll see up to 75 percent of the Grand Canyon. In a nutshell, you fly from Grand Canyon National Park airport to the eastern boundary and then across the Canyon and over the North Rim before landing back at the airport.

    Dragoon Corridor

In contrast, the 30-minute flight goes from South Rim to North Rim and back. And both go through the magnificent Dragoon Corridor, which is the widest, deepest part of the National Park.

Be aware that there are two kinds of helicopters used on these tours: The Bell Ranger and the EcoStar 130. In most cases, the low-budget tours will use the Bell Ranger and the more deluxe flights will go with the EcoStar.

Is it worth to pay more to fly in an EcoStar? I think so. For starters, the EcoStar is 25 percent larger than the Bell. Further, it's equipped with stadium-style seats, a 180-degree wraparound windshield and noise-compression technology that makes the ride sound like a whisper.

    Jeep Tour

There's also one last South Rim helicopter tour that I want to include on the list. It combines a 30-minute basic rim-to-rim flight with a 2-hour Jeep tour. The ground tour takes you inside the Park and all the way up to Grandview Point with stops in between for photos and lookouts. I'm told the sunset version of this package is the most popular.

I suggest you book these helicopter flights at least a week in advance especially during the summer months. Forget trying to get one within 48 hours or same day as there's a strong chance they'll be sold out.

Also dress comfortably. I suggest loose clothing that's not reflective. And have your smart phone or camera fully charged the night before. For those who speak a foreign language, make sure to ask for a pre-tapped narrative of the trip in your native tongue. Conclusion

My intent with this article was to list the best South Rim helicopter tours from which to choose. My favorite by far is the 50-minute deluxe tour with EcoStar. I'm also a huge fan of the one that includes a Jeep tour, especially if you can hit the road around sunset. Regardless which one you purchase, they're all superb and will make any trip to the Canyon one you'll never forget.

    *********************** ARTICLE START ***********************

In many cases, having a roommate can be a great bonding experience, but sometimes – when a dude has his engorged red penis on display at inappropriate times, for example – it can be awkward and irritating. Roommates naturally have differences that they have to sort out, such as doing dishes and taking out the garbage; but the more delicate matter of setting up guidelines for sex etiquette and how it impacts housemates is essential. Sexual activity, whether masturbation or partner-centered, is natural and a key component of penis health; but mates need to come to a consensus on how that activity plays out in the apartment, dorm room, frat house or home.

    Things to consider

Sometimes, people become roomies when they have already known each other for years, and they may already know what's to be expected from each other in terms of sexual activity. Other times, two guys may think they know each other, but discover this isn't so true once they start living together. And, of course, sometimes – especially at college – two dudes live together who are total strangers.

In any of these cases, there are things that need to be talked about concerning sex and the living situation. Among these are:

•How open is each roommate about sex? Some guys keep this part of their lives intensely private and may not want to talk about it at all. Others like nothing better than getting into hours-long discussions in which the participants swap stories about their favorite sexual experiences, fantasies, goals, etc.

•How open is each roommate about nudity? Some guys who don't open up about sex may still be fine with nudity; some dudes who talk all day about "getting action" may nevertheless be not so comfortable being unclothed in front of another guy, or vice versa. But even if there is a general comfort with nudity, is there a limit: is walking to and from the shower naked acceptable, but eating breakfast in the buff stretching things?

•Masturbation. Yes, every guy masturbates, but not every guy is comfortable with it. Setting up boundaries here is important: If one roommate has the attitude of "I don't care who sees my hard red penis, so I masturbate with my door open all the time" and the other roommate feels uncomfortable with this arrangement, the first roommate needs to respect the second's wishes – or look for another living situation with an open masturbator.

•Partner sex. What happens when a roommate brings a date home? Are the living quarters ample enough that both roomies can be home without cramping the other's style? If they share a studio or small dorm room with no separate bedrooms, what arrangements do they need to make for privacy? Often, a roommate may pick up a date on the spur of the moment; a system needs to be set up to handle this eventuality. A traditional tip-off has been to leave a clue – such as a sock – hanging on the door handle when the room is in "private use." Nowadays, a text message or email may do the trick just as well. Remember, however, that a dude who is much more sexually active than his roommate needs to be considerate: keeping a roomie out of the apartment six nights in a row is bound to build resentment.

In situations in which the roommates have plenty of privacy, there is still a need to alert a mate to the presence of a third party in the apartment. Otherwise, he might come down to breakfast sporting morning wood, only to discover a stranger blushing at the sight.

One other consideration: roommates should share the importance of maintaining a healthy penis and can let their mates know the need for incorporating a quality penis health cream (health professionals recommend Man 1 Man Oil) into a daily regimen. The best creams include acetyl L-carnitine, which helps restore sensitivity to penises which have experienced nerve damage from too much rough handling. Also important in a cream: L-arginine, which lends a hand to keeping vital penis blood flow working properly.

There are many things overweight people can do cut weight to keep them healthy. Listed below are a few things they can do.

    Keep injury in mind

Heavier people need to do special abdominal exercises for obese people to avoid injury. Many of the popular exercises people do today are too much for someone not in shape. Some abdominal exercises for obese people are even especially designed for those who have trouble standing for long periods or getting up and down from the floor.

    The needs of overweight people

Because some obese people have special exercise needs, abdominal exercises for obese people that they can do while sitting are ideal. Sitting exercises are less likely to put strain on joints like the knees. An obese person may already put a lot of pressure on their knees, so low impact exercises are best.

    Sitting exercise

The first sitting exercise may seem like a very easy one. But for some obese people it's enough to start them down the road to getting healthier. And when done regularly, this exercise will start to tighten and tone the muscles of anyone who does it. It's good for thin people and obese people, as well.

Sit in a chair and keep your back straight do not slouch. If you have hand weights or dumbbells, then you can hold them in front of your chest. If not, you can hold a can of soup in each can, or start out without anything at all.

Muscle control is important when you use the chair

Hold your abdominal muscles in and slowly turn your upper torso to the right, while keeping your hips firmly planted on the chair and facing forward. Use your stomach muscles to turn your body back to the center position. Do the same thing now, going left. Start out just doing 12 to each side and build up. The heavier the weights you hold, the more it works the muscles.

Another of the great abdominal exercises for obese people is simply to sit in the chair and lean over like you're going to touch your toes. Make it a small movement, don't lunge forward, and slowly draw back up. Make sure you're using your stomach muscles and not your back.

You can also do these a little to the side to work the sides of your tummy. Just instead of leaning straight forward, turn your torso lightly and go straight down a little to your right, then back up. Once you are raised, then turn and go down a little to your left. Slowly rise back up. You can also cycle through all of them for the best results. Go straight down, to the left, to the center, to the right, then back to the center.

    Use of legs

Another great exercise if you can lie down on the floor on your back is to do simple leg lifts. Bend your knees then straighten one leg. Raise that leg straight up several times, then switch. This tones the neglected lower stomach. These are some of the best abdominal exercises for obese people that don't take long to do, but if you do them every day you'll see a difference.

Today's women are now running on tighter schedules and leading very busy lives, which is why there are a number of procedures, treatments and products that cater to their needs and lifestyle. If you are among these women, I hear you. It can be tough to juggle the demands of the daily grind, and stay on top of your beauty regimen. A lot of things can get in the way that you find yourself getting caught off guard at the sight of a fine line. So for those of you who don't have enough time and are needing the safe and quick fix for those skin problems, here are 5 treatments that you might want to consider.

    Thermage CPT

Although Thermage has been around for quite a while now, this treatment has undergone a couple of improvements over the years giving patients a better experience. For those of you who may have just heard of Thermage, it is also regarded as a nonsurgical facelift that is FDA approved. It uses radiofrequency energy to get rid of the signs of aging. Back in the day, this treatment, although effective, induces so much pain. However, today the machine has been revolutionized resulting in Thermage CPT (Comfort Pulse Technology). This means that the procedure is not only tolerable but virtually painless. The RF energy targets the collagen layers of the skin, which stimulates it to renew resulting in a tighter and smoother skin that is also natural-looking. The best part about it is that this machine is much more efficient. Thermage CPT can be used on several problem areas, which include the face, love handles, buttocks, legs, thighs, knees, arms, hands and cellulite.

    Phytoceramides

One of the new breakthroughs in anti-aging products today are phytoceramides. This has been touted to be the new fountain of youth giving the popular Botox a good competition. Ceramides are actually naturally-occurring because this can be found in our skin. However, the numbers diminish as a person age causing the skin to become dry and age quickly. That is why replenishing our stores is important, which we can get from the plants, hence the name phytoceramides. They are prepared in capsules and have now become a popular protective barrier from the signs of aging.

    Fractional non-ablative laser

Instead of shooting a single beam of light, fractional lasers use pixilated beams that target a fraction of the skin during each treatment. What makes this treatment interesting is that it uses small laser beams to create small skin injuries within the deeper layers of the skin. This microscopic treated area heals fast with very little chance for adverse reactions. This boosts collagen production and renewal. After about five sessions, the skin will feel tighter, show less wrinkles and have a better texture. The good thing about this is that it only uses light to resurface your skin.

    Peptides

Another popular component in most anti-aging products today are peptides. These are small proteins that help in stimulating the production of collagen. This first stirred some interest when Matrixyl was first discovered and showed that it is able to stimulate collagen production in the skin. This paved the way for other peptides to be discovered, and today there are several products that are formulated with this anti aging ingredient. Aside from promoting collagen buildup, peptides are also discovered to create quicker cell turnover. This gives you a more youthful and radiant-looking skin the faster way.

    Sunscreen

Wait, sunscreen? Now you might be wondering why a woman of today would need sunscreen. Unless you have been living under a rock for the past decade, it is quite obvious that our environmental climate has dramatically changed. It leaned towards global warming, which only exposes us to harmful UVA and UVB rays. This would mean that sunscreen is not only a beach essential, but rather it should be integrated in our daily skin care regimen. But you just don't buy any available brand, because not all provides adequate protection. You have to ensure that it is broad spectrum with an SPF of at least 15. It is also important that you reapply it throughout the day, to maintain that protective barrier from the sun, which the main cause for photo aging.

There are quite a few things for you to think about when you are making a healthy grocery list. It is important for you to choose whole-wheat products when you are shopping for bread. It can also be helpful to purchase meats which are lean. You should focus on purchasing whole wheat pasta products and avoid buying white rice and other flour-based pasta items. When you are formulating your healthy grocery list is a great idea to check the sugar content of any sauces and condiments on the list.

When you are making a healthy grocery list it is important to choose whole-wheat products. Consuming whole wheat bread and pasta's is healthier because of the higher nutritional value in these items. Whole wheat bread for example, has fewer carbohydrates which can be turned into sugars during the digestive process. Eating whole-wheat items consistently will also increase the flavors you experience during your meals. Eating flavorful food is helpful because it will cut down on the need to use condiments which may be high in sodium and sugar.

When choosing meat products to put on a healthy grocery list, it is essential to select lean meats. Choosing products such as skinless turkey or chicken can be a great way to add flavor to meal choices there are many types of fish such as salmon, which will also be a source of protein which is low in fat. Choosing red meat is an option but it is important to choose a cut which has the lowest amount of visible fat. Consuming large amounts of animal fat is almost always a poor dietary choice.

When making a healthy grocery list it is important to pick wisely when choosing flavoring options. Most of the time you will be able to find natural options such as tomato sauce and barbecue sauce to add an extra kick to your meal. There is also a great deal of amazing recipes which contain mustard which are great to try if you are looking for a new flavor. Avoiding mayonnaise and other egg based products is advisable to reduce fat content.

When choosing pasta products it is important to focus on wheat based items. It is also essential to make sure the wheat has not been processed or otherwise altered in a way which might take away some of the health benefits of eating pasta made from wheat. Reading labels is almost always necessary so that you are aware of the ingredients used to make the products.

Speaking with a nutritionist can be beneficial when trying to construct a healthy grocery list. They will be able to help identify common products that people think are helping but they are not. The more knowledgeable you are about the products being put into a grocery cart, the easier it will be to make healthy meals which will cause your body to work effectively and efficiently. Choosing the right food products does not have to be a complicated process for you or your family.

The most important step to a healthier life is the change to a healthy diet. Get more information from the free copy of my e-book report to make better choices!

Despite their high cost of living, major Asia-Pacific cities are among the most popular destinations for expat workers because of their booming economies and excellent career opportunities. As well as outstanding job prospects and the possibility of attractive salary and benefits packages, major cities in the Asia-Pacific region offer a diversity of social and cultural experiences for foreign workers and their families.

Five of the major financial, industrial and business centers of the region was recently ranked by quality of life. The quality of life or "hardship rating" takes into account factors such as political, social and religious freedom, environment, climate, personal safety and the ease or difficulty of integrating with life in the local culture.

    Sydney

    Hardship Rating: Minimal

The far flung capital of the country and continent of Australia has much to offer potential expat workers. With beautiful beaches, a clean livable city, welcoming locals and an exciting business climate, Sydney appears to have it all. One of the few economies that was minimally affected by the economic crisis, Australia has a vibrant service economy and a large mining industry. Virtually all major Australian and international companies are headquartered in Sydney.

In recent years Australia has made a push to become a multicultural society. Nearly a quarter of its current population was born overseas, up from just under 10% at the close of the Second World War. Almost half of all Australians were either born overseas or have at least one parent who was born overseas. Departing from its long history of a whites only immigration policy, the last vestiges of which were abolished in 1973, Australia now views its multicultural heritage as both an economic and cultural treasure.

Although the largest proportion of Australian immigrants still come from English speaking countries like the UK(20%) and New Zealand(9%), new policies are encouraging more Chinese(6%), East Indian(6%), Vietnamese(3%) and Filipino(3%) born immigrants.

    Singapore

    Hardship Rating: Minimal

With over 7,000 US multinational companies and 15,000 Chinese companies represented in this small island city-state, Singapore maintains it's standing as one of the freest and most vibrant economies in the world. 42% of the country's 5 million people are foreign workers. At little more than 40 miles across, the island is the third most densely populated country on the planet.

After Singapore proclaimed independence from Great Britain in 1963 it joined the federation of former British colonies as part of Malaysia and then was unanimously expelled two years later. Singapore is the most religiously diverse country in the world according to the Pew research center. It also has four official languages although most business, government, courts and public education is conducted in English.

    Hong Kong

    Hardship Rating: Some

As both a physical and cultural island, Hong Kong has been shaped by its 156 years of British rule and as a refuge for millions of ethnic Chinese that have fled the mainland over the years to escape war, famine and natural disaster. Today's Hong Kong leads the world in many notable criteria including the longest average life expectancy, the highest IQ and the most vertical city.

Upon the British handover of sovereignty in 1997, Hong Kong was established as the first special administrative district of the People's Republic of China. Hong Kong continues to enjoy a high level of autonomy and, despite the rise of both Shanghai and Beijing as international cities, remains the premier gateway to China. It's culture is popularly referred to as East meets West and with its large, vibrant and varied expat community it remains one of the most popular and dynamic cities for business.

    Tokyo

    Hardship Rating: Some

Tokyo is the most populous metropolitan area in the world. Although it is often thought of as a city, Tokyo actually encompasses 23 wards which are each governed as a separate city. The central business district wards of Chiyoda, Chūō, and Minato have an overnight population of 325,000 and as workers flood into the city, a daytime population of 2.4 million. To facilitate movement around this massive urban area, Tokyo has developed the most extensive urban rail network in the world.

Tokyo has long had the reputation as the most expensive city in the world for expatriates but has fallen as low as 12th in recent rankings. The largest expat groups in Tokyo are Chinese followed by Korean. As of 2011 there were only slightly over 17,000 US born residents and 6,000 from the UK.

Japan has a highly developed sense of nationality based on shared tradition and ancestry. In Japan, people of foreign birth or foreign heritage are called gaijin, literally "outside person". There is no concept equivalent to Japanese-American or Japanese-Australian.

Japan existed as a closed society for more than 200 years between 1616 and the mid-1800s, when only a handful of foreign traders were allowed to land under tight supervision and Japanese citizens were not allowed to travel. This insular nature persists today, even for Japanese moving from one prefecture to another. Japanese are culturally very polite but typically wary of foreigners.

    Shanghai

    Hardship Rating: High

The world's most populous city proper is well established as a magnet for expat workers looking for opportunity in Shanghai's fast growing global economy. Shanghai has experienced double digit growth for 20 of the last 22 years, making it unrecognizable to anyone that might have been familiar with the city prior to 1992. The huge Chinese domestic market combined with Shanghai's special trading status has made it the entryway for direct foreign investment in China. With the world's busiest container port, Shanghai is also a major export and import hub of China.

Local denizens are mostly tolerant of the over 150,000 expat workers in Shanghai although there have been a few minor flare-ups. Language is the most obvious adjustment for foreign workers. Considered difficult to learn by many westerners because of its tonal qualities and character based writing system, Mandarin is an essential tool to gain access to local Chinese goods and services. Without at least some background in Mandarin expat workers are bound to pay considerably more for food, transportation and services. Language barriers as well as distinctly different priorities among young Chinese compared to their western contemporaries also limit social interaction.
