    *********************** ARTICLE START ***********************

Plastic injection molding is a process that forces liquid plastic into a mold to make custom plastic name plates, plaques, signs and product branding elements. Once the plastic cools and solidifies, it releases from the mold to form a variety of plastic parts for any industry. Popular uses of injection-molded include: appliance name plates, name plates for industrial equipment, car emblems, vehicle branding and license plate holders, as well as product identification for recreational products.

Injection-molded plastic name plates and other components are produced by a machine that consists of three basic components:

    1. A mold which can be made to manufacture any size and shape that is needed

    2. A clamping unit that clamps and holds the mold together throughout the whole process

    3. An injection unit will then inject molten plastic into the mold, where it will remain until it has sufficiently cooled and released

The molten plastic used for injection-molded products is produced by melting small plastic pellets, which are fed into an injection machine heating the pellets to a molten or liquid form.

Once the now molten plastic pellets reach a predetermined temperature the semi liquid is forcefully injected into a mold. The speed and pressure of this process is controlled by a hydraulic cylinder that, once engaged, forces the liquid plastic into the mold.

In "dwell" phase of the plastic injection molding process, the plastic is left in the mold to ensure that it completely fills the mold and then allowed to cool to the point where it solidifies and the desired object is produced. It is then ready for secondary processes as decoration, sub assembly, or shipment.

The injection-molded plastic process allows manufacturers to produce custom plastic name plates and components that would be too costly to make as intricately by utilizing traditional machining methods.

Injection-molded plastics also saves time and money by allowing many pieces of the same component to be made at the same time, from the same mold; each copy identical to the one before it. This process also reduces labor costs by minimizing the need for manual labor from employees. There is also nearly no wasted material, as any unused or left over plastic can be re-cycled to be reused in the process.

The History of Plastic Injection Molding

Plastic injection molding originated with chemists in Europe and The United States who were experimenting with plastics. Originally plastic injection molding was done by hand and pressed into a mold using Parkesine but it proved to be too brittle and flammable. John Wesley Hyatt is the official inventor of plastic injection molding and the process has a rich history with brilliant minds.

John Wesley Hyatt was a creative inventor and developed the processing of celluloid plastics. This was an amazing feat for a young printer from Illinois who took on the challenge from the New York Billiards Company to replace the ivory that was used in billiard balls.

So began his career in plastics engineering as he and his brother Isaiah started making several mixtures for checkers and other objects. After some time trying various mixtures, John mixed nitrocellulose, camphor and alcohol together. He pressed these ingredients into a circular steel mold that was heated and allowed it to cool. When the material was removed from the mold, he realized that he had successfully created a billiard ball composed of plastic. Thus began the process of plastic injection molding.

John and his brother Isaiah patented this process of producing celluloid in 1870 and continued by making dentures from their new material which replaced dentures made of rubber. Thus began the manufacturing process of celluloid plastics. John was quite like the Da Vinci of industrial invention because he also was credited with the invention of the sewing machine and roller bearings all of which contributed heavily to manufacturing.

Today, Celluloid and Cellulosic plastics can be found almost anywhere including screwdriver handles, tooth brushes and utensils. Celluloid can be found in Hollywood, California today and is used for production of your favorite films.

To further the processes of plastic injection molding another great inventor came into plastics actively in New York after traveling from Belgium on a fellowship. Leo Hendrick Baekeland began working with polymers and this lead to his invention for Kodak Eastman which was Velox. Velox is a photographic paper which could be developed in gaslight instead of sunlight.

As a chemist he made several developments in this field also going on to investigate how polymers were molecularly structured. These investigations lead too many inventions and discoveries beyond what chemists had discovered thus far about coatings and adhesives.

In 1926 Eckert and Ziegler invented the plastics molding machine in Germany which was the first successful machine used in manufacturing plastics. This brought plastic injection molding on the production line successfully.

Many more creative inventors have come through the process of plastic injection molding in history. Plastic injection molding has come through an even finer process for production in today's products such as appliances and name plates, signs and plaques.

The Plastic Injection Molding Process Today

Today's version of the plastic injection molding equipment is computer controlled and plastic raw material is injected into steel and aluminum molds to produce the custom plastic name plates, plastic components and many of the plastic products we use every day. Plastic Injection molding equipment injects hot plastic into the mold and cools the plastic and extracts the parts. The plastic injection molding equipment of today makes mass production of plastic components easy and cost effective.

Today, plastic injection molding manufacturers use vertical and horizontal presses, injection screw presses, electric presses and hydraulic presses for whatever rate of pressure is needed to complete the product pressure to form. This process produces everything from car parts to license plates and even toothbrushes.

The Future of Plastic Injection Molding Equipment

Plastic injection molding is a very innovative process which has created many useful products that we use every single day in our households. While the history of plastic injection molding is quite full of creativity and innovation, the future is filled with even greater possibility as more creative minds add new ways to improve plastic injection molding equipment and process.

While the improvements in the plastic injection machinery continue, the future of plastic injection molding is now turning its attention to the molds and mold components. High tech plastic molds can be made of metal, epoxy or carbon fiber and can increase output through faster cooling times and cycle times.

The invention of 3D printing gives us a glimpse of how far plastic injection molding can travel into the future. 3D printing is a process of making a three-dimensional solid object of virtually any shape from a digital model. With the integration of 3D printing in the plastic injection molding process, concepts and samples can be produced with far less expense.

Some innovative minds have even been working with corn seed producers to replace traditional petroleum based plastic into corn starch based plastic. l Biodegradable material is currently being used on a limited scale and there are many uses this material could soon have that would astound the mind. All it would take would be the mold and the material to produce a new wave of the future for plastics engineering. Scientist are still researching polymers the way they did when plastic injection molding began and their research is unbelievable at this point with many possibilities to come.

Some people create these websites to resell them by improving their visibility, and some people create them for business purpose. By the way, you should know that only creating a good website, is not only important thing to do. Hosting a website is also important on a good server. Individuals, who create websites for making people aware about some hidden facts, they easily choose the free hosting services. But people, who want to do online business through their websites, they only choose the dedicated webhosting services. It offers high security and better space to upload data. By the way, I am here to explain you about the shared webhosting services.

In shared hosting, many different sites share only a single server to upload web pages and other data. Sometimes it seems beneficial and sometimes not. Today I am going to tell you about the advantages & disadvantages of shared hosting services. So, be ready to know that:

    Advantages:

匹omes in cost effective rates: If you want to host your website in budget friendly prices, then you can choose the shared webhosting. It comes at low cost and offers you good space for your website.

百imple to manage: if you are controlling the posts and offers provided in your website, then you do it easily. There is no particular knowledge required; anyone can manage details of the website.

匹omes with ultimate traits: shared hosting offers you plenty of amazing features. You can use many domains in your shared hosting, and you can contain many email addresses at the same time. You just need to control whole process in the good way to operate your web pages properly.

    Disadvantages:

畢ack of security: this is the biggest disadvantage of having shared hosting service for the website. You have to compromise with your confidential details. While plenty of web pages are running on the same server, the service provider never assures you the security.

肘f more than one websites are utilizing the same server on the internet for a web hosting, then probably the load on a server will improve. If the load on a server will reach on its extent, than it can be crashed and your valuable data ma collapse. This problem also comes with lack of security in using a shared hosting service.

漂ou cannot add any extra function in the website. You have to utilize software, which are offered by the hosting service. People, who are planning to use their own software, they must not choose this hosting service.

At some details shared hosting service seems good because it is budget friendly and comes with many features, but this is not good for the business websites. People, who are planning to start online business, they must choose the dedicated hosting services, which offers full security with improved space over the internet.

Nowadays every business owner and people, who want to start their business at big level, are trying online business. It is the simplest way to reach till every keen user. Having a website is necessary for online business and having proper information about webhosting is also necessary. Today I will support in knowing the types of webhosting so that you can choose the best webhosting services for your prospective website. There are many different types of hosting is available for you. It depends on you that which is suitable for your website and your business. So, get enough experience on all these types of webhosting and then choose the best one for your website.

    Free hosting services:

In this age, nothing is impossible and people, who say you cannot find free webhosting services, don't believe on them. If you will check on the internet with keyword "free webhosting", you will find few services, which are offering you free webhosting platform for your website. They never ask you for paying any amount; hence their limitations are defined with terms and conditions of using free webhosting. If any person is trying to launch his own website over the internet, then he can use this service. It is good for any individual website, but according to me it is not good for business websites.

    Shared hosts

You may be understood by the name of this type of webhosting service. Yes, it is shared hosting in which multiple websites share only one server. In my opinion, it is much better than choosing a free service, and you can have this service at quite few amounts. There is only one problem in these types of hosting, and that is related to the reliability. Your website's data may be used or erased from the server end because people, who provide such facility, they have approached till your website's each page. So beware of this fact, while choosing the shared webhosting service.

    Dedicated hosting services:

It is called dedicated webhosting service because it offers you a separate server for running your website. By having your own server for your website, you can have many benefits of dedicated webhosting. You will get hard disc of better storage capacity and bandwidth will also be better in the dedicated webhosting services. Mainly business websites choose these types of hosting services. These services offer you full security of your website's confidential data and also offer you appropriate hosting packages. The dedicated hosting service starts from $100 and you can have it easily on the internet.

    Collated Hosting:

The features of this type of service are same as dedicated hosting and the desired person purchases it not any firm.

    Reseller hosting

These types of service are used to purchase the space on the internet and then rent it to another website for usage. Many people utilize this hosting service as their business and allow other websites to use the space and upload data in the space.

When it comes to weight loss most people believe that the most important thing is to keep on exercising hard and the pounds will fall off by themselves. Most people think that exercising is enough to maintain a healthy life, and so they don't ever bother with doing anything else - which is quite unfortunate considering one of the most important factors when it comes to health is having a good and healthy eating plan.

A healthy eating plan involves eating a wide range of food in the right amount. Eating a healthy diet ensures that your body functions properly and that you become healthy. Your body stays in a state whereby it is ready to fight diseases. The wide range of food someone should take involves a variety of fruits and vegetables like Bananas, mangoes, apples, cabbages and spinach. Bread, rice, pasta and potatoes are starchy and contribute greatly to someone's health. White meat like that found in fish should be consumed in minimal amounts. Beans and other quality protein sources are essential for the body. High fat foods and sugars should be avoided.

Ensuring that you receive all the nutrition's daily can ensure that you are always healthy. It is important that you make sure you have all the basic nutrients like the starch, vitamins, proteins, carbohydrates, fiber and much more. All these play an important role in our lives like providing our bodies with energy, and boosting the immune system. Eating a healthy eating plan does not involve highly processed foods or genetically modified foods. They should also be avoided because of a number of reasons.

Processed foods do not have all the necessary nutrients as they have been removed during processing. The action only focuses on making the product attractive but does not consider the nutritional part. Genetically modified foods (GMO's) are not healthy and should be completely avoided. Though this type of food may be less expensive in the market, it does not mean that they are healthy. Highly processed grains do not have their outer coats. The coats are what contain a high amount of nutrients like for instance in wheat.

The nutrients found in a healthy balanced diet have different roles to play. Carbohydrates are a source of energy. It is obtained in our bodies in the form of starch which is later converted into glucose. Proteins help in the growth of our body cells and in the repair of destroyed parts. Once you eat foods rich in protein, the nutrient is turned into amino acids since our digestive systems cannot handle these large molecules. Fats are a preserved form of energy supposed to be used in case we run out of food. It is also used as insulation for our bodies as some of it is stored under the skin. Vitamins may not be required in high amounts but they also play a crucial role. Vitamin A is good for eye sights. Vitamin C helps in the repair process of wounded body parts.

Everyone needs to take control of their diet as a healthy eating plan can help save you more expenses and time.

The most important step to a healthier life is the change to a healthy diet. Get more information from the free copy of my e-book report to make better choices!

I remember shopping at H&M London long before the supermodels came along to represent the trendy brand in nationwide ad campaigns that adorned billboards, magazines and newspapers. From Naomi Campbell to Kate Moss, the supermodels came out in their droves to front Swedish brand H&M, a tradition that has continued to date and is showing no signs of abating.

In more recent years, let's take for example fall/winter of 2013, the world's highest paid supermodel Gisele Bündchen followed in the footsteps of the brand's summer star Beyoncé, in a campaign that also showcases her vocal talent for the campaign with The Kink's 1964 hit "All Day and All of the Night", as did Beyoncé with the song "Standing on the Sun" that appeared in her TV and online commercials for the brand.

But as an average Joe in the high street, what really epitomizes the term cool and trendy, and what brands would you associate with the term trendy? Are you shopping for trendy brands only to look like the clothes horses that front them; or are you more or less looking to make a statement, of sorts? Only you will have the answer to that question, but when a brand is represented by high-profile fashion icons that continue to set trends across the board and all over the world, you'd be more inclined to use that as your barometer to identifying a trendy brand you'd want to be associated with yourself - in your everyday life, based on what you can afford, no doubt. Needless to say, I figure this article wouldn't be complete without touching on cost.

Cost is what anyone looking to shop for new outfits would want to consider, before you even set foot on the high street or go online to buy. You'll want to look at trendy apparel that you can afford to buy--first and foremost. I shopped at H&M because the clothes were really trendy; fit me really well; and above all they were very affordable--for me. If you haven't got a lot of time on your hands, the quickest place to go in search of styles that tickle your fancy is to go online. But here's a quick tip: nothing beats touching and feeling the fabric before you buy. So I would, if I were you, scour the trendy brands online for color and size and then make an effort to pop down the store to actually touch, feel and try on the items you have selected. When it comes to clothing, I personally like to feel and touch what I want to buy before I fork out the cash for it. Call me old school, but believe me, it leaves very little room for error. Shopping is an experience in itself. You'll want to enjoy it! So the next time you want to shop for that trendy outfit you saw a supermodel wear on TV or in glossy magazines, consider a little bit of online research and then, ideally, popping down the store to feel and try out the goods. You'll be glad you did.

Among the new Jordans 2014 that Jordan Brand is bringing back this year is the Air Jordan 14. Some readers probably might have heard about the Air Jordan 14 Retro "Black Toe" towards the end of last year. However, 23isBACK.me is updating you on the arrival of another colorway of the Air Jordan 14, which has been dubbed "Thunder."

The Air Jordan 14 "Thunder" Adds A Whole New Touch To A Very Familiar Colorway. This is certainly not the first time for an Air Jordan sneaker to sport the "Thunder" theme, but it seems that the Air Jordan 14 is next in line. Although this colorway features the same yellow that has been spotted on the "Lightning" colorway, however, the "Thunder" moniker fits this one quite well since it is a black and yellow pair. This also happens to be the very first of the colorways of the Air Jordan 14 that are scheduled to be released this year.

The Air Jordan 14 "Thunder" Adds A Whole New Touch To A Very Familiar Colorway. In the past, Jordan Brand has rarely repeated a colorway on a sneaker when the colorway has already appeared on another model previous. Of course, one exception to this tradition is the Chicago Bulls style. Usually, Jordan Brand is known for its practice of introducing new colorways and/or combinations, but this colorway of the Air Jordan XIV goes against that practice Why? Well, because a Retro "Thunder" colorway of the Air Jordan IV had already been released just last year.

The latest images of the Air Jordan 14 "Thunder" that have surfaced provide quite a clear and closer too at this upcoming pair. Based on the recent buzz and these images, these sneakers have a black nubuck upper with black lining, and even the outsole is black. What deem this pair worthy of the "Thunder" moniker is the touches of yellow featured on the Jordan branding, midsole, and outsole.

The Air Jordan 14 "Thunder" Adds A Whole New Touch To A Very Familiar Colorway. The thing that sets the Air Jordan 14 "Thunder" apart is that not only does this colorway really work, it excels and surpasses beyond the boundary and purpose of being just another sneaker model. As mentioned, the first time this colorway had become prominent was back when the same colorway had been released for the Air Jordan IV and today; this "Thunder" colorway is admired as a Jordan classic. Jordan Brand again repeated this colorway on the Air Jordan I "New Love," which also took the sneaker market by storm. Now, this black and yellow colorway is been put on this fresh new pair of upcoming Air Jordan 14s.

As was the case with the very first Air Jordan 14, this "Thunder" pair is also inspired from the Ferrari. This pair is quite simple but the combination of colors and materials is exceptional. The good news that 23isBACK.me brings is that this pair is among the new Jordans 2014 that actually have release date. Thus, the Air Jordan 14 "Thunder" is all set to make its retail debut on July 4, which is almost eight days away.

With the 2014 World Cup next month, 23 is Back has been noticing that sneaker brands have been seizing this excellent opportunity to showcase their creativity with distinct sneaker releases. With the Jordan Brazil Pack, which includes this Air Jordan 6 colorway and another sneaker, Jordan Brand has also take an exciting yet simple approach. Considering the fact that it is in mid June when the World Cup festivities will kick off, it is not surprising that this pair is expected to be released on June 14th, just two days after the FIFA World Cup begins.

The Air Jordan 6 "Brazil" Takes Inspiration From The Brazilian National Soccer Team In Spirit Of The 2014 World Cup. It was near the end of April when the sneaker world got a first glimpse at the Air Jordan 6 "Brazil" colorway that is one of sneakers in this two-pair set. It should be obvious by now that the inspiration for this sneaker and the pair accompanying it comes from the 2014 World Cup that will be held in Brazil. Moreover, back in April, a Nike Football Media Event was being held in Madrid, Spain where the Air Jordan 6 "Brazil" was displayed. Despite the fact that Jordan Brand has never been involved in the sport of international soccer, the label has confirmed that they have some goodies in store in spirit of the World Cup, including the kicks that come in the Brazil Pack.

The Air Jordan 6 "Brazil" Takes Inspiration From The Brazilian National Soccer Team In Spirit Of The 2014 World Cup.The Air Jordan 6 "Brazil" is going to be released to show somewhat of a support for Brazil, the host country in this year's World Cup. For the readers who are more into basketball than soccer, the Brazilian national soccer team has already won five World Cup championships in the past. Hence, it is even more iconic that this upcoming Air Jordan 6 colorway is expected to be released at a time when the national team is hopeful that they will win the 2014 Cup as well. In April, it was also revealed that a similar colorway of the Jordan CP3.VII is the other pair that will be included in the Brazil Pack with this Air Jordan 6 . Both pairs are going to get a limited release, ie just two thousand pairs are going to available for grabs.

Along with new Jordan release dates 2014, 23isBack recently got confirmation that the rumor is indeed true that Jordan Brand is indeed limited the release of the Air Jordan 6 "Brazil" to just 2,000 pairs. This actually makes this pack one of 2014's toughest pick-ups and the demand for both the pairs that are included will most likely be very high. A combination of black suede and tumbled leather has been brought to the Air Jordan 6 silhouette by this pair. The green and yellow highlights that are featured on the branding, heel tab, lace lock and midsole are obviously a nod to the national team. The outsole displays icy accents, reminiscent to the original colorway of this model.

Among the Jordan release dates 2014, the release date of the Brazil Pack is likely to fall between June 14th and June 21st. Both the Air Jordan 6 "Brazil" and the similar Air Jordan Jordan CP3.VII AE colorway are going to be available as a set and it will not be possible to cop them individually. Nonetheless, both of these limited pair look like they are worth having.

    *********************** ARTICLE START ***********************

The first accident discussed this month involved a Cessna 152 flown by a young woman pilot, who said that she had flared the aircraft too early, ballooned, and it impacted the runway.

She started that when she impacted the runway, the aircraft was not aligned with the center line and it departed the runway to the left.

The airplane slid off the runway, resulting in substantial damage. The student reported no anomalies with the airplane or any of its systems.

The probable cause of this accident was determined to be the student pilot's premature flare resulting in the loss of aircraft control.

This is a fairly common type of accident, but there are a few more issues we can discuss with this particular accident. Instructors should pay more attention to explaining that landing consists of four very distinct segments; the approach, the round out, the flare and the touchdown. Let us discuss, very briefly, each of these segments.

The approach is self-explanatory and involves setting the aircraft up on final approach, in line with the runway ,with the aircraft correctly configured for the landing, at the correct airspeed and on the glide slope as indicated by the PAPI if the airfield has one installed.

At this stage the airspeed is controlled with elevator and rate of descent with power. If there is any crosswind then the aircraft needs to be crabbed sufficiently to remain lined up with the runway.

The round-out is where this student pilot went wrong. The round-out requires good judgment and timing and this only comes from experience. Heavier aircraft need to be rounded out earlier as they have more downward momentum to arrest, but a C152 needs to be rounded out just a few feet above the runway, and the throttle closed.

Raise the nose for the round-out too early and there will be too much height to lose during the flare. The idea is to round-out so that the aircraft wheels are just one or two feet above the runway.

The flare is when you bleed off any excess speed just above the runway by continuously raising the nose as the speed decreases. This is where mistakes are easily made and, if the nose is raised too quickly, the aircraft begins to climb again. This often results in the aircraft then stalling too high above the runway and a hard landing ensues.

Raise the nose too slowly and the nose-wheel strikes the runway before the main wheels and this, too, can result in a bounce or, even worse, a damaged nose-wheel.

The touchdown should then be on the main wheels first, with the nose of the aircraft kept straight with rudder and the aircraft kept on center line using aileron. In other words, if there is any crosswind at all, you will most likely land on one main wheel first due to the upwind wing being lowered to keep the aircraft on runway center line.

As can be seen by this explanation, on the final approach the aircraft is crabbed to remain on runway center line, but during the flare the aircraft is kept on center line by crossing the controls, namely: keeping the nose straight with rudder and staying on runway center line by lowering a wing into the wind. This switch from crabbing to crossed controls is made during the round-out .All of this requires a great deal of practice and even once mastered ,constant practice is needed to maintain proficiency in landing correctly and safely, every time.

The second accident for discussions involves a Bonanza A36, but none of the three occupants was injured. During landing on a 1010-metre-long and 22-metre-wide asphalt runway, the pilot of the A36 encountered a wind gust which he estimated to be about 40 knots. The aircraft then bounced on the runway and the landing gear collapsed, substantially damaging the right wing. The wind reported at the airport, eight minutes after the accident, was from 300 degrees at 11 knots, gusting to 24 knots. The probable cause of this accident was determined to be the pilot's inadequate compensation for wind conditions. A factor in the accident was the wind gust.

The exact same principles apply to both accidents. The point to be driven home here is that a pilot needs to be completely comfortable with the aircraft during all four segments of the landing.

If the wind is gusty, it is fine to carry a bit of extra speed on the final approach, but this extra speed needs to be bled off during the round-out and flare. If the conditions are very gusty during the round-out and flare you may well find that you need to use a lot of control deflection due to the fact that the aircraft going places you don't want it to go.

This accident again reinforces my view that we can just never get enough landing practice. If ever you're in the mood for a local flight but not too sure where to go, merely do an hour of circuits. If the conditions are gusty, take an experienced instructor with you and hone your landing skills.

So, get out there and fly some circuits and landings, you can never have too much practice.

Brazilian Aircraft manufacturer, Embraer Commercial Aviation, is celebrating the tenth anniversary this year of the first deliveries of it successful E-Jets programme.

One of the first two E170s was delivered to LOT Polish Airlines and the other to US Airways, which was the launch customer of the E-Jet in the USA.

LOT was the first airline to operate a commercial E-Jet flight when the aircraft flew between Warsaw and Vienna on March 17, 2004.

"E-Jets revolutionized the market for medium-sized jets by incorporating a more spacious cabin for greater passenger comfort, and by making it versatile for operators to optimally manage their fleets", said Paulo Cesar Silva, president and CEO of Embraer Commercial Aviation.

"Over these ten years, we have continuously worked to improve the E-Jet family by perfecting its performance and reducing operating costs.

"This ensures that our customers have the best product in the up to 130-seat jet category and some of the best operational support services in the industry," Silva explained.

Embraer claims to be the only manufacturer to have developed a family of four modern aircraft specifically for the 70 to 130-seat capacity segment.

    Redefining The Concept

Since the formal launch of the programme in 1999, Embraer E-Jets have redefined the traditional concept of regional aircraft by operating in other business applications.

Today, E-Jets are flying with mainline carriers, low-cost and regional airlines, and with scheduled tour companies.

In September 2013, Embraer delivered its 1000th E-Jet .The E175 was delivered to Republic Airlines, a subsidiary of Republic Airways Holdings Inc. of the USA.

That same year, the worldwide E-Jets fleet surpassed 10-million flight hour's milestone and carried some 540-million passengers.

Besides their proven reliability (the average mission completion rate is 99, 9%), the global E-Jets fleet has logged more than seven-million flight cycles.

Having said that this has made manufacturing companies to strive in ensuring they have the highest technological advancement in the aircraft in terms of flight planning and generation of reports informing the maintenance on checks due and any defects that have occurred in flight.E-Jets have become the most preferred for VIP Executive private charter flights, Air Ambulance and for private and scheduled cargo and passenger flights.

We all have different beliefs systems, religions leanings, personal philosophies, and ways of explaining the mystery of life. Some people are determined push their beliefs on others. A number of these individuals feel so strongly about the superiority and correctness of their beliefs, that they are willing pay the ultimate price of death to defend them. We need to understand and respect that all beliefs have value to the person expressing them. This essay represents my current understanding and my truth.

We are born of a divine nature. We originate from a divine source of unconditional love and acceptance. The Universal Intelligence, Cosmic Consciousness, Infinite Spirit, etc. . . . manifests in human form to further its spiritual evolution. Therefore, I feel it's safe to say that "God" or the "Creator" possess' all human qualities (even a sense of humor). I am not promoting an entirely paganistic view of the God-head, as I believe the Creator is a Collective Being. I like to think us as a Collective Consciousness.

The experience of life takes place within our minds. The Universal Mind through its collective parts (Higher Powers or Collective Entities) sends out individual spirits (You and I) to experience life on its behalf. We create tests and challenges through pre-planning or pre-life designs (missions) that enable us to improve upon aspects of our character. I call this the "pursuit of perfection" or the process of perfection. The paradox of this being that "the present is always perfect" and change (conflict) is the natural state of the universe.

Our Higher Powers (Higher-self) carry's out the "Human Experiment" through the uncertain (outer) shared reality we perceive through our (primarily) physical senses. We each interpret and give personal meaning to the situations and conditions we encounter outside our minds. These interpretations are generally based and built upon our prior experiences and the information received from other sources.

The Collective Consciousness expands its awareness inward and outward as it interprets and assimilates the lessons and insights we receive through personal journey. These lessons come primarily from the insights we gain as we overcome our tests and challenges in the (outer) physical reality. We call this personal growth and development. Personal improvement leads to an expansion of consciousness, which occurs on all levels and all planes of existence. This includes all past, future, and alternate realities.

The time has come for humanity to remove its blinders, awaken, and evolve to a higher vibration. This is the Age of Consciousness.

    *********************** ARTICLE START ***********************

My Higher Consciousness has been pre-occupied with the meaning of "conflict". In my book, Illusion of the Body, I discussed the "Constructive Conflict Theory". My Higher Power is interested in using conflict to produce positive outcomes.

I define conflict as being wholly related to our understanding (of the concept) of "change". Conflict is an essential element in the dynamics of change. Change is an ever present force in the universe. There is a mystical saying that the "present is perfect". Change exists in the moment. Conflict is a catalyst or activator for change. Therefore, we can say that conflict is part of the process of perfection. Without conflict (or change) personal growth will not take place. Personal growth leads to spiritual evolution and the expansion of consciousness.

Conflict is any action or movement that affects or disturbs consciousness beings which occupy the space outside ones-self. Our presence in the universe causes conflict to the particles, atoms, and energies around us. As consciousness expands into space, it pushes out established energies.

Change can be uncomfortable. Avoiding change literally means rejecting new experiences. We learn from our experiences. So, resisting change essentially means we are depriving ourselves of personal growth.

Energy must continually move and to be productive. When change does not occur . . . energy becomes stale. It is no longer vital. You could say energy becomes dark when it is not moving. Darkness does not like change. Darkness will oppose change. It will resist moving from the space it resides in. Conflict will become necessary in order to make change happen.

Conflict does necessarily mean war. Conflict comes in many forms including intellectual debates, negotiation, meditation, and conciliation. Sports is a usually a healthy form of conflict. We call it "competition". Taken in this light, conflict is used to test the human spirit. It challenges us to be at our personal best.

My final word on this matter is that change can be a positive experience.

People from around the world dream about visiting the Grand Canyon, and countless travellers plan to make the trip from nearby hubs like Las Vegas or Phoenix, Arizona. Choosing the best Grand Canyon bus tour can become a complicated process. Potential visitors need to consider many different factors and decide which option suits their needs.

Start with the tour length. Day trips from Las Vegas typically last around 12 to 14 hours with most of that time spent on the road. Depending on the final destination, travel time from Las Vegas to the Grand Canyon National Park (or GCNP) takes about five hours by road. Expect to spend three hours at the canyon on a one-day bus tour from Vegas.

Coach tours that last two or more days offer a more comprehensive visit of this area. If travellers have the time and budget, this option provides a rich experience with plenty of opportunity to see the area from several different vantage points.

Destination and route are two important factors to consider when comparing coach tours to this popular tourist spot. The natural wonder offers amazing experiences in a broad range of locations, including Grand Canyon West, the South Rim and North Rim. Each of these destinations captures the grandeur of the region in a unique way.

Many one-day tours from Las Vegas head for Grand Canyon West, which is not actually located in the National Park. The Hualapai Nation run this region that includes the Guano and Eagle vantage points, both accessible by motor coach. Travellers enjoy the Skywalk at Eagle Point, a modern addition that provides never seen before views and visit amenities.

One-day tours from Phoenix and longer tours from other hubs often travel to the South Rim, where the well known and expansive views of this natural wonder of the world can be experienced. Visitors gaze across the one-mile stretch and stand in awe of depths greater than 5,000 feet at this spot in the National Park.

A few bus tours and some air tours visit the North Rim, where slower rates of tourism and seasonal accessibility limit the experience. However, the North Rim offers the greatest natural depth and authentic native experiences.

Route options depend on the destination, with a majority of extended coach tours headed for the South Rim via Interstate 40 near Williams, Arizona. Some tours also enter the park from the east entrance located just south of Cameron, Arizona.

Cost is often a deciding factor for travellers planning a bus tour. Prices for this excursion range anywhere from $85 per person to well over $500 depending on the length, destination and itinerary. Make sure to research the options available, including the style of travel and activities planned, before comparing the prices. Some visitors find that more expensive tours create a valuable experience, while others find the economical tours fit into their budget and schedule much better.

Compare all of the available options when planning a bus tour from Las Vegas to GCNP. This region offers an unmatched travel experience and many quality coach tour companies travel to the GCNP and surrounding areas on a regular basis.

For example, if there's a chore that needs doing weekly (perhaps dusting) you can set up a calendar of events so you won't forget!

The best feature of this app is definitely the ability to share. You can import and export your lists between Apple iOS devices or email checklists to others - and make sure your family or flatmates are all sharing the load. With reminders like this there should no excuses about unclean rooms. You can check the progress of cleaning activity with a status progress bar which provides a percentage of total tasks for the room that are checked off and those that still need attending to.

    2. Good Housekeeping @ Home by The Sumobi Network

Released by the magazine of the same name this app offers smart solutions for everything from stain removal to home decor. It also provides tabbed options depending on the type of surface the stain is on (fabric, upholstery or carpet).

The Home Decor Gallery contains hundreds of photos for inspiration throughout your home and the the News & Tips section is filled with articles and advice on organisation and craft projects.

    3. The Family Handyman DIY Tip Genius by Reader's Digest

The one true reason women have such a hard time losing weight is because we all think we should be doing all the lifting and exercise that makes us so soar and hurt for days and who is looking forward to that.

Did you know that women should be doing a totally different fitness program than men. If you do the same program as the men do then believe me you will not lose a pound. Most likely you will gain weight, as a matter of fact I know you will. Women should be taking it a lot easier by leaving the weights to the men and you won't believe how easy women have it when they find the right way to take off fat and become lean and trim. Well, I have found some of the in site on how that can be done and it's truly not the same as men.

Men do their program to build muscle and as we all know muscle weighs more that fat. Most women want to be lean and shapely where as men want to build up and look muscular.

When men are working out they are pumping up energy that women do not have, we are trying to follow along and nothing on our body is changing if you could do a fitness for women program there would be no aches and pains to follow, and you would not be dreading do it again.

There is a diet plan that will help you take your access weight off in a matter of of only 2 months, and the greatest part is you will start seeing a difference in 1 week. I know that sounds extreme, but it is a fact and has been proven by many women how effective it is and how fast it works.

I was looking across the web one day and ran across this program that was absolutely amazing, I could not believe what I was learning about the differences between men and women. Once I finished, I decided to give it a try. I can't even tell you what knowing what I know now has done for me.

What if you could eat everything you wanted, or you were losing weight eating the foods you love? There are secrets that none of us know and it is incredible to realize that all you have to do is figure out when to eat certain foods and what times to eat them.

Women and men both have a master hormone that can cause us to be extremely overweight or we can be very slim depending on how we use it. Women have twice a much of this hormone than men and if we wanted to lose weight we could lose as much as we wanted and never ever gain it back.

I learned that you can take off belly fat, butt fat, thigh fat and that cottage cheese looking fat that we have. Not anymore, it truly will be gone. Believe me when I say it is absolutely amazing and life changing.

I know you must be thinking that this type of weight loss will never really all go away but you are so wrong, it can be done and the time frame is short and sweet. Within two weeks you will see drastic change and believe me it looks good.

Take a minute to yourself and think about how good you feel and how nice you would look.

This is your day to begin looking brand new .
