    *********************** ARTICLE START ***********************

In this economic environment, many companies are looking for ways to save on the cost of conducting marketing surveys. Difficult choices often need to be made. This research is critical to business operations, but the budget just isn't there for a full-scale project covering all of the nuances that need to be addressed. And budgetary restraints are often a circular issue where the results from a marketing survey might directly influence the company's bottom line and provide an avenue for improved cash flow.

One option is to delay the marketing survey until additional dollars become available. But, if a company is flexible and can accept a scaled back approach, the project might still move forward at a reduced cost. This can be a challenging decision for a client since market research firms typically administer marketing surveys with the goal of achieving as close to a "perfect" solution as possible. Therefore, when discussions turn from how best to conduct a marketing survey to what services or deliverable can be eliminated to reduce the project fees, both the client and market research firm must "get over" the fact that the best solution is not possible within the project budget.

Our belief is that clients should not scrimp on survey design or engage in self-service design unless the person drafting the questionnaire is qualified and experienced in marketing surveys and questionnaire writing. However, many clients seem to believe that this is the first option to save on costs. Unfortunately, in-house familiarity with a company's product or service, or a professional degree in engineering or finance, does not qualify someone to write marketing surveys. Survey design fees should generally be a low cost item for market research firms. If you don't have the budget for a high quality survey instrument, consider not doing the project.

Before turning to the costs of data collection and what options might be available, it is often helpful for a client to focus next on reporting needs. When reporting costs are combined with survey design fees, and subtracted from the overall project budget, the end result is the amount available for data collection.

Reporting is one of those areas where a client needs to carefully consider the scope of the project and must often make difficult choices. Where marketing surveys are limited in length and/or encompass a smaller number of survey respondents, they can often be tabulated and reported in top-line format as the sole deliverable (plus the underlying data file). This allows a client to view bar charts of frequencies of responses for each question along with relevant statistics such as means, medians, and standard deviations. Most top-line reports are generated by market research firms using automated software and are a low cost item.

On the other hand, if one of the goals of the marketing survey is to compare responses of different sub-groups (such as age brackets, income levels, regions of the country, etc.), this can be a more expensive deliverable, often referred to as "banner tabulations" or "banners". Banners allow a client to view side-by-side columns of sub-groups with notations of whether differences between banner points are statistically significant ie, are meaningful. Fees charged by market research firms for banner tabulations are often slightly more expensive than the cost of designing marketing surveys, and can be similar in cost to the combined price of survey design and top-line reporting.

A key consideration is whether a client is comfortable working with banners or has a statistical background. For first time users, banners can be confusing and therefore a wasted expense if the client cannot fully understand the results. In these cases, an executive summary report of key statistical findings can produce a higher return on investment and can be similar to the cost of banners if there is a limited length or number of respondents. Full statistical reports are the best option if the budget allows for it.

This concludes Part 1 of our discussion on cost saving ideas for marketing surveys. The next article will address the subject of data collection and the different options that market research firms can provide. Keep in mind that the cost of survey design and reporting should be identified first, with additional price adjustments coming in other areas.

It's true – one of the causes of scoliosis is the natural aging process. Around the age of 65, some individuals may develop what is called degenerative scoliosis. If you or a loved one has been diagnosed with adult onset scoliosis, then you likely have a few questions about the condition, its causes, symptoms, and treatment methods. For specific answers relating to you or your loved one, be sure to speak with a physician or spine specialist. In the mean time, some general information about the condition can be found below.

    What Causes Degenerative Scoliosis?

As we age, our bodies – including our spines – go through an array of changes. After years of supporting the body's weight and facilitating countless bends, twists, and other movements, the spine can wear down.

The facet joints that connect adjacent, articulating vertebrae are especially prone to wear and tear. Over time, the thin layer of cartilage that lines the facet joints can wear away, making the joints inflamed, stiff, and painful. This condition is known as facet disease or spinal arthritis. In extreme cases, spinal arthritis can severely destabilize the spine, making an individual susceptible to developing degenerative scoliosis (an abnormal curvature of the spine).

What are the Symptoms of Degenerative Scoliosis?

The condition can cause a variety of symptoms, the severity of which typically depends on the extent to which the spine has abnormally curved. In the event that the spinal cord, a spinal nerve, or nerve root becomes compressed, the patient could experience localized pain as well as pain, numbness, tingling, and muscle weakness that travels along the length of the affected nerve. Other symptoms include a protruding shoulder blade, uneven shoulders, waist, and/or hips, and – in severe cases – difficulty breathing.

    How is Degenerative Scoliosis Treated?

Patients with mild to moderate cases of the condition can sometimes manage their symptoms with conservative, nonsurgical treatments. This may include one or more of the following:

    - Over-the-counter nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory medications such as ibuprofen

    - Over-the-counter analgesics like acetaminophen

    - Physical therapy which can include strengthening exercises, stretching exercises, massage therapy, and/or transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulation (TENS)

    - The application of heat and/or ice

    - Lifestyle modifications (ie becoming more physically active, reducing alcohol consumption, quitting smoking, etc.)

    - Alternative therapies such as acupuncture, restorative yoga, hypnotism, and others

Other patients may not be so lucky and could require surgery to decompress the affected neural structure. There are a variety of surgical approaches to spinal decompression, including traditional open back surgery with spinal fusion and endoscopic procedures with minimally invasive stabilization.

Before consenting to any type of operation for degenerative scoliosis, patients would be wise to consult another physician for a second opinion. There is a possibility that an unutilized conservative treatment could effectively relieve the patient's pain and discomfort. There is also a possibility that the diagnosing physician could have misdiagnosed the patient and he or she isn't suffering from degenerative scoliosis after all.

If you have any additional questions about the condition, make an appointment with your physician today.

Sciatica is a set of symptoms that are experienced when the sciatic nerve (the body's largest and longest nerve) becomes compressed by a misaligned, inflamed, or otherwise damaged portion of the spine. This generally occurs because of nothing more nefarious than the natural aging process. Over time, the spine can begin to break down because of the strain that it constantly endures. The breakdown of certain components of the spine can lead to sciatica, which causes shooting pain, numbness, tingling, and muscle weakness along one side of the lower body.

    Causes of Sciatica

A variety of degenerative spine conditions can cause compression of the sciatic nerve, including:

    - Herniated and bulging discs – These conditions affect the intervertebral discs, which are small shock absorbers that provide cushioning to the vertebrae (the bone structures that house and protect the spinal cord). A disc is comprised of two elements: the annulus fibrosus (the tough outer shell) and the nucleus pulposus (the inner gelatinous core). As an individual grows older, the annuli fibrosi can become hard and brittle and the nuclei pulposi can dehydrate and become less elastic. These changes make the discs susceptible to herniating (when an annulus fibrosus develops a tear through which the nucleus pulposus escapes), and bulging (when an annulus fibrosus weakens to the point that it can no longer hold its shape, allowing the nucleus pulposus to shift – or bulge – to one side). Both conditions can cause compression of the sciatic nerve.

    - Spinal arthritis – Like other types of arthritis, spinal arthritis occurs when the joints (in this case, the facet joints) lose their cartilaginous lining and become inflamed. The sciatic nerve can become compressed by an inflamed facet joint, or by an osteophyte (bone spur) that has developed as a result of arthritis. The body sometimes creates osteophytes to stabilize a joint and prevent bones from uncomfortably rubbing against one another.

    Treatments for Sciatica

Most patients are able to relieve the condition's symptoms through the use of conservative, nonsurgical treatments. Treatment regimens for sciatica generally include:

    - Over-the-counter, nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory medications such as ibuprofen or naproxen

    - Physical therapy

    - The application of heat and/or ice

    - Lifestyle modifications (ie quitting smoking, reducing alcohol consumption, etc.)

Some patients utilize alternative therapies, either as a supplement or alternative to the conservative treatments their physicians have recommended. Popular alternative therapies include:

    - Acupuncture

    - Aroma therapy

    - Massage therapy

    - Chiropractic manipulation

    - Restorative yoga

    Surgical Treatment for Sciatica

A small minority of patients many not fully benefit from nonsurgical treatments and may be advised to undergo surgery to decompress the sciatic nerve. Before consenting to any operation, patients should examine all risks and benefits and make sure they're comfortable with the lengthy, arduous rehabilitation that will follow. Patients would also be wise to receive a second – or even third – opinion to ensure that their condition was properly diagnosed and that surgery truly is their best course of action. Some patients may even be candidates for minimally invasive procedures as an alternative to open spine surgeries.

The internet offers wonderful opportunities for anyone who wants to make money online. The choices are endless because there are no geographical restrictions. What about if you want to work for somebody else at this stage rather than striking out on your own?

What you need to do is to find a make money online site that suits your fancy and get to work. The kind of site that you select will determine the kinds of jobs that you have access to, so choose very carefully.

Decide On the Terms You Want

It is important for you to practice caution when it comes to selecting a make money online site. You need to decide on the kind of job you want, as well as the terms and conditions that suit your needs. If you want complete flexibility when working online, then you should ensure that you select those sites that allow you to choose your clients and set your own hours. Some sites usually emphasize on a minimum number of hours per day or week, and if you are not able to meet the requirements, you will gain a bad reputation.

Decide the Kind of Work You Want

Not every make money online site that you want, will offer you the kind of job you are interested in. It is possible to find all kinds of jobs as long as you know where to look. Online writing sites, for example, offer you numerous opportunities to write articles, academic papers, SEO articles and so on for clients. Transcription sites, on the other hand, offer you an opportunity to convert files to transcripts for various organizations like hospitals and news media.

If you are interested in accounts, you will also be able to get a job doing accounts for individuals, small and medium businesses, as well as corporations. Additional jobs include programming tasks, film editing, photograph editing, proofreading among others. It is important for you to find the right site for your specific skills. If you have more than one skill, then sites that offer a variety of jobs may be the best option for your needs. It will allow you to perform tasks you want when you want them without suffering from monotony.

Decide On the Kind of Payments That You Want

Different jobs pay in different ways depending on the moneymaking site that you join online. Some will pay you a one-off payment for your work while others will pay you residual payments on a regular basis and in the long-term. Other sites may off you an immediate payment as well as residual earnings. After analyzing the pros and cons of each method, ensure that you select one that will benefit you the most in the long-term.

Also, ensure the method of payment; be it through checks, debit cards, points system, gift vouchers, or even online payment systems is agreeable to you. Some of these methods are irreversible. It is, therefore, important for you to research into the make money online site interest you before opening an account. You will be solely responsible for the decisions you make with regard to working online. The wrong decision will cause you plenty of regrets down the line but the right one will bring a much brighter future for you and your family.

Article Title: How To Evaluate The Authenticity Of An Observer's Supernatural Encounter

    *********************** ARTICLE START ***********************

I wrote this article to address the use of objectivity in evaluating a witness's account of a supernatural event. In a sense, almost all of our judgments are based on our experiences. They may also be grounded (in part) in what other people have told us about the world. For example, there are endless degradations of color and sound. If a person says "The apple is red." What shade of red is it? For this reason, I believe that an objective statement can be construed as opinion.

This article is only addressing certain kinds of paranormal experiences such as hauntings and physical paranormal manifestations. It's difficult to assess out of body experiences and other psychic or mental occurrences using this method.

Before asking the reporter (observer or witness) a slew of questions, I let the person tell his or her story with minimal interruption. Constantly breaking into the reporter's story can lead the person losing his or her thoughts, which can result in the unintentional omission of important details. A witness will typically give the investigator all of the answers he or she requires during the interview process. In fact, I've found that most witnesses give more information than they need to.

If the investigator chooses to use this interview method, it's essential to ask the reporter to start at the beginning of the story and guide him or her through it. You have to keep the reporter focused. A person will often become excited and jump all over the place while relating his or her story. This leads to confusion and pertinent details may be inadvertently skipped over.

It's advisable that the investigator ask the reporter to use descriptive (objective) words to relate the experience. You don't want the reporter making subjective statements like "The shadow person was big, bad and scary. That description doesn't help anyone, although the investigator may want to get the observer's impressions at the end of the interview.

A person may describe a flower as beautiful. Everybody has their own conception of a beautiful flower. It would be better for the person say "I saw a flower." It is helpful if the person can identify the type of flower. "It was a rose." If that is not possible, the person should describe the qualities of the flower.

Whether the investigator is interviewing a witness to a crime or conducting a paranormal investigation, the interviewer will find information that appears false or contradictory. These discrepancies need to be clarified before the interview is completed. An investigator might ask questions such as the ones that follow if the reporter has not provided this information in his or her statement:

How long did the incident last? "I saw it for about two seconds.

How far away were you? "I was ten feet away?"

What did it look like? "The thing was approximately six feet tall. It had a round head and a broad boxy build. It looked like a dark shadow. It made no sound, and it moved quickly" Etcetera.

"Where did you see it?" "I was in bed sleeping, and I saw it in the doorway"

"When did you see it?" "It was last Tuesday, June 25, 2013 at midnight."

Some other questions you might ask would be:

Are you taking any medications or illegal substances?

Do you have a medical condition?

    Have you been sick recently?

What is your opinion of the supernatural? The answer to this question is significant to the investigation. The reporter may say "I feel that the Exorcist was the best movie ever made!"

Have you ever had a paranormal experience? Here again, the answer is important. "I am visited by the shadow people at least twice a week." "When the moon is full we have a party." I'm just kidding.

I have learned through personal experience that when two or more witnesses to a crime describe a suspect, each witness will provide a different description. That's why we have lawyers and jury trials in this country. Does anyone remember the movie, My Cousin Vinny? It's essential to get to the bottom of things and determine what happened. It does little good to tell someone that you saw a ghost without elaborating on the event in a rational manner.

On the other hand, it's difficult to describe something that a person has never seen. I saw something in an out of body experience once that I cannot describe at all. It's hard enough to describe an out of body experience. It's easy for a skeptic to say that I was just dreaming. When we listen to these stories we have to keep an open mind. I can tell a person that I observed my body from outside of myself while it lay sleeping. Once again that's easy to refute. If five million people have had a similar experience, does that mean it is true? Maybe not. Most people also dream. Hundreds of thousands of people thought that the Earth was flat at one time (I realize this is a widely used example). Are there really shadow people, or is this phenomenon a mass hallucination? Maybe people want to believe in it, so they conveniently see it.

In my own mind, I can confidently state that the shadow people exist. I had no prior knowledge of shadow people when I observed it. Not to mention that two people saw it at the same time. Does that fact change things? I don't know. It may make the event more credible. If I could have caught the thing in a net for scientists to examine, that would have made the encounter much more conclusive. Unfortunately, such events rarely have such an outcome.

Explaining a metaphysical theory is different from a scientific theory in that researchers are using known scientific principles. It's difficult to positively answer a metaphysical and philosophical question such as: "What is consciousness?" We only know that consciousness exists by the fact we that we are animated beings, who have an awareness of our existence. Then again, I'm not a proponent of the big bang theory (I don't mean the TV show). I feel that this theory has no more basis in fact than some of my own theories. I say this with the understanding that scientists claim that they have reasonable evidence to support their theory. I am more inclined to accept the unfashionable steady state theory of the universe, which states that the universe is continuously expanding.

I claim that Arthur Edward Waite contributed to my theories. Is that reasonable statement? It depends on who you ask. The six or seven mediums who evidently communicated with him might lend their support to my claim. If a person does not believe in mediumship, then what I say about AE Waite would be of little value to him or her. A metaphysical theory is one of those things that a person accepts because it strikes a chord in his or her inner being. Such theories typically have insufficient (if any) evidence to lean on. This does not mean that the theories are devoid of truth. It's just that humans have not discovered the necessary tools to conduct a proper examination of these advanced theories. Metaphysical theories generally involve arcane mystical principles, unknown energies, and references to strange dimensional locales that we cannot verify using modern scientific protocol. That day will come.

A person can easily say that mediumship is foolishness (I guess that sort of gives away my position on the matter). It is my policy to report on my personal experiences in the "It's what you actually saw, not what you think you saw" manner. (Please note this remark is directed towards events that occur in the physical environment such as shadow people or hauntings). I'm not certain if I have always stuck to this policy in my past writings. With the supernatural, as with any topic whether it be politics, economics, or entertainment, people's opinions naturally enter the discussion. This article clearly demonstrates that fact.

When an unbeliever is personally touched by the spirit world, their attitude often changes. It's like the people that we see on the Long Island Medium television show who receive spirit messages through Theresa Caputo. We see the client exclaim in similar words "Wow. How could she know that about me?"

Being a spiritualist I can relate to this kind of wonderment. It startles the person receiving a reading when a medium says something of a personal nature that could not possibly be known to him or her. The first time I had a half hour session with the pastor of my former Spiritualist church, she made a statement that amazed me. The pastor said, "You are into concepts." She barely knew me at the time. This was during the time that I was writing The First Truth: A Book of Metaphysical Theories.

While anyone can say that my pastor's concept remark was coincidence, I find it interesting that she could have said just about anything concerning my character. I believe it was during this session that I inquired with her about my suspicions regarding the Arthur Waite. This question came from her mention of the name Arthur in a previous session and my realization of his connection to me. She positively confirmed his identity, by asking me if this Arthur person swayed back and forth between good and bad. This piece of information was among the few facts that I knew about him at the time. Many people may find this sufficient evidence for what might be considered a grandiose claim, but it is consistent with several other experiences I have had with Mr. Waite. I have discussed these experiences in other articles.

I am extremely careful in writing down my thoughts. When I reduce my thoughts to writing, I intend to stand by it. If I later find myself wrong about a particular statement I have written, or I discover a conflict with one of my theories, I am obliged to acknowledge my error. In such a situation, all I can say is those famous last words "It seemed like a good idea at the time." While I am prepared to leave my ideas open to debate, I am duty-bound to defend my ideas. Otherwise, there would be no point in sharing my articles with curious readers on the Internet. Any theory can be refuted, no matter how well supported and officially endorsed they are.

I have seen the search results on Google that claim Theresa Caputo is a fake. I did not venture onto any of these websites. I have never met Mrs. Caputo, so I cannot personally attest to her mediumship ability. However, I'm not sure that the show would air if the producers thought her spirit messages were bogus. That revelation would reflect terribly on everyone involved in producing the show. I know people will do anything for money, but even so, it's seems to me that no one would risk their reputation on a faker. Putting your career on the line for a hoax is risky. I would never knowingly associate myself with anything I recognized as a sham.

I want to state for the record that a certain amount of skepticism is healthy and necessary in evaluating supernatural phenomena. It goes without saying that one should not take everything he or she hears as the irrefutable truth. In that regard, I consider myself to be a true skeptic, despite my feelings towards spirit communication and metaphysics. My observations and conclusions are reliable when it comes to documenting what actually occurred in a particular situation.

I have to admit that the practice objectivity is challenging when dealing with the supernatural. Objectivity tends to be of little use in assessing spiritual or mystical experiences. These are the kind of experiences that are labeled hallucinations and dreams by the skeptics. If my statements in this article seem contradictory, then you are beginning to understand the deceptive and limited nature of objectivity.

I am not saying it's impossible for Mrs. Caputo to be faking her talent. Having seen her show a number of times, I feel it is reasonable to believe her mediumship ability is genuine. Many people would agree with my opinion. Again a large number of people giving approval to a supernatural event, or to any situation, does not necessarily mean it is true. However, the people I am referring to have first-hand knowledge of Mrs. Caputo's mediumship ability. If one chooses to disregard their personal testimony, then I do not know what to say.

Quite often the professed skeptics are nothing more than perpetuators of conspiracy theories. I am thinking of the misinformed groups who continue to link the legendary Illuminati to various world domination conspiracies. I fell for this nonsense in my early twenties. I have out grown them since that time. I like to be flexible in considering other people's beliefs, but having followed many conspiracy theories in my younger days, I am of the opinion that the majority of these overblown rumors are unfounded. There may be some truth to a few of these theories, but it's hard to determine which parts are factual.

I could come up with many plausible reasons for why Mrs. Caputo and many other mediums are frauds. By continuing in this manner, I would be doing a disservice to my readers. Humans are meant to reach out to the hidden universe in search of new ideas and information. I do not understand why some individuals feel the need to resist spiritual growth. If we protect the status quo, we are only hurting ourselves. The Truth will never be uncovered by thoughtlessly convincing people to maintain the notion of a closed universe.

Spiritualist mediums go through training. After this, they spend what I believe is a year or two as student mediums. They ply their skills once a month by giving readings to church attendees. At some point, the student's mediumship skills are tested for accuracy by an independent certifying board. I have met some remarkable student mediums.

Am I of the opinion that all mediums are equal in their ability to communicate spirit messages? Of course not. Many mediums maintain an outstanding track record, while others have moderate success in their readings. The disparity in accuracy between mediums can be wide. It's important to remember that the medium is reliant on unknown entities for their information. There is no known system for getting consistent results. Even the best mediums can have an off day through no fault of their own. I should also acknowledge the fact that there are excellent mediums who are not certified by any Spiritualist church.

Interestingly, I have noticed that few mediums in the Spiritualist tradition make future predictions. It confirms my suspicion that common spirits are no more capable of predicting the future than living beings. I liken future predictions to the principle of cause and effect. This universal law is responsible for the infinite possibilities that exist as our future realities. Some of these "alternate realities" become future probabilities. Both spirits and mediums are able to perceive the probable future. This does not mean that a particular probability will unfold in the present.

Based my personal experience with mediums, I am convinced that spirit communication is a reality. A close-minded person will never acknowledge the truth. No matter what a medium says to the skeptic, he or she is more than likely to deny the accuracy of the message given. I do not feel the statement of an absolute skeptic is a reliable measure of a medium's competence. The assessment of reasonable and balanced person is much more useful in gaging a medium's ability.

As a side discussion, I would like to make a brief comment on the paranormal investigator. These special investigators are helpful in substantiating or disproving a supernatural claim. By their nature, paranormal investigators are inclined to believe in the supernatural. Otherwise, they would not be interested in pursuing the unexplained. As I already stated, I feel that this open-mindedness is an excellent quality for an investigator to possess. Paranormal investigators minimize their natural curiosity with reasonableness and sensibility. They look for "proof" or "evidence" of supernatural manifestations by using modern technology.

I once requested the assistance of a paranormal investigation group to document the existence of supernatural activity in my former residence. This was more than ten years ago and took place before I became acutely aware of nonphysical reality. The investigators did not obtain the evidence I was seeking, but I was impressed with their professionalism.

The contract management process should not be too complicated, and learning to use business software should not take a lot of time. Let Reniew Software help you survive such an inconvenience.

Creating a database of clients and customers based on information available on the Reniew Dashboard Home Screen would make it easy for you to establish new contracts and maintain old ones. With a user-friendly interface that labels all tabs and buttons you need to click for managing your business online, more time is spent on the income-generating aspect of the business, not on DIY lessons. Some contract management services might even need the help of an IT specialist if you can afford one.

Buying the software though is much cheaper than keeping an IT specialist on your payroll. Just think of the overhead costs you would save yourself if you yourself manage the contracts. You don't have to face an error message when updating your database just because of some shortcut codes that you clicked in error out of hastily typing things. Nobody wants that inconvenience. But that doesn't mean you would have to rely on MS-DOS-based computer software in a futile attempt to get your business on automation mode. It is not a good mindset to keep when managing a business.

Although learning curves in start-up businesses are tolerable, they can be managed and minimized with the kind of self-help Reniew provides as a contract management service. Just go to the Reniew Home Screen Dashboard, under "Navigation Home", click "Home" and you are taken to the screen that gives you a list of the top 20 customers, top 20 vendors and top 20 distributors that would provide you with useful information to sift through potential customers. Some folks on the list might be current customers too and ensuring repeat business is done with them will be very helpful. But first go to the topmost part of the Home screen just in the same row as that of the Reniew logo where a numbered list of things to do is only a click away from your disposal. Under "Explore", you are given an orientation on what contract management software does to your business and why purchasing Reniew software is the best decision you ever made as an online entrepreneur when you click "About Reniew Software".

To get a step-by-step tutorial on how to use Reniew for your contract management system, click "Watch Tutorial Videos" to make sure you are clicking the right buttons and gathering the right information in building your initial batch of customers. Click "Download User Manual" so that you can have your own printed copy to check on a regular basis when some troubleshooting steps need to be taken.

On the same row, under "Get to Work" are buttons you can click to apply the things you have learned from the tutorial videos and the user manual. With buttons that are labeled with tasks they are expected to perform, you don't have to enter complicated computer language. It is software that responds to you; not the other way around.

You may avail of a free trial of the contract management system. It will be very helpful in generating income for your business.

The contract management process refers to the monitoring as well as the execution of an agreement with the goal of maximizing operational and financial performance. Additionally, this type of activity has something to do with tracking purchases and ensuring that the items are bought from preferred suppliers, the respective rates are adhered to, and the rebates and discounts are properly collected.

A contract management system is essential since it is a part of the sourcing process which can bring lots of benefits to the company.

    Standardized Procedures and Processes

In order to make things more convenient, it is recommended that you make use of the best contract management software. This way you will also be able to decrease supply risk and increase your company's spending leverage. The software makes use of a preset process that will surely help your company conserve some cash.

    Organized Purchase and Buying Process

The most valuable advantage of purchasing the best contract management software is most likely the fact that you will have an organized purchase and buying process. Now you can easily sell more renewals, attach more services and effectively manage the service and product lifecycle. If you really want to increase your customer base, then it would be best that you make use of the most updated program that can boost your earning potential.

Built Based on the Data Core

This revolutionized cloud-based contract management platform can provide unprecedented accessibility to reliable and accurate service contract plus warranty data. You can easily make use of the Register, Renew and Refresh system so you can immediately obtain time-sensitive data that you can utilize for your sales contracts.

Another important thing about using the right contract management software is that you will be able to purchase at the right time, quantity and price. Further, it can also assist an organization in creating consistent and standardized contract conditions or terms. The process permits easy recognition of contracts with many suppliers that are located in high risk zones. High risk zones pertain to places that are considered "critical" due to the following causes: economic uncertainty, political unrest, and natural disasters.

    Improved Compliance

Studies show that using the best contract management software will improve production and sales by at least 50 percent. This is largely due to the fact that your business will be able to comply with all the complex rules and regulations in purchasing and selling.

Solid Foundation for Spending and Performance Investigation

With numerous negotiated fees, prices and contract conditions which are available in a central location, you definitely require the right program that can help you compare purchases against contracted buys. This will allow regulation or policy violations to be caught and dealt with at once. It also insures that all company purchases are known and can be suitably leveraged in sourcing different projects.

    Rebate Administration

The Contract Management system makes it easier to track rebates and to make sure that all the savings that were negotiated in the sourcing cycle are recorded.

Ineffective purchase control and contract management can cost any business millions or even billions on a yearly basis. The companies will also miss many savings opportunities. To avoid this problem, it's high time that you hire an excellent company that can provide the right contract management system.

Studies show that the contract management process affects more than 80 percent of business to business dealings and has served as a trail in terms of studying corporate access, automation, and efficiency. The fact remains that managing certain agreements can be tricky especially when the documents are merely stored in hard drives or in your file cabinet. In addition to this, contract renewals frequently execute without notice, leading to unmanaged expenses and potentially useless goods and services.

Negotiating contracts can also be time-consuming. Multiple document copies in different stages are constantly being e-mailed or faxed between the parties, making it complex to follow the latest version. Also, acquisitions, mergers and globalization can create duplicate agreements and would even create greater challenges when it comes to contract visibility, effective negotiation, as well as compliance.

There are also times when pricing errors and pricing changes occur on invoices and such often go unobserved causing surprising overspending throughout the business year. You'll never experience this type of difficulty provided you can take control of everything from dealing with your suppliers and concluding several purchases. The best contract management software will help you keep things organized.

Contract Management Software Gives Professionals More Control over the Agreements

The best contract management software provides the strategic basis for managing supplier connections. It's always important that you gain greater control over contractual obligations and purchases. This will eventually reduce expensive oversights and prevent potential risks.

    Detailed Auditing and Compliance

Compliance with the agreement is important so you'll be able to foster your business reputation. Another essential benefit of using the best contract management program is that it permits detailed auditing and allows compliance to various rules and regulations that were embodied in the agreement. It also ensures conformity to the negotiated price and check whether such is followed in the invoices. The program can control the life cycle of the contract so all you have to do is to set a date when such agreement will end.

In this modern virtual world, it's imperative that contracts should stay visible, controlled, and renegotiated within a timely manner. Any extensions thereof should also be properly planned. You can utilize the program to provide warnings when it comes to renewals, expirations, price changes and warranty periods.

Would you like to replace your steel cabinet with digital copies of contracts instead? Most jobs are done online anyway.

Under "Contracts" you will see the list of clients subject to renewal in 90 days or less. Click one of the clients' names to view what details do the negotiation contain – when was the contract started, where did the client get billed for the contract and if payment was already posted for the contract. At the right side of the client's information screen are buttons labeled as "Show Invoice", "Reniew Contract" and "Will Not Reniew". It's a no-frills system, one where you do not have to deal with complicated computer language; all you have to do is renew contracts based on terms and conditions agreed upon with the client. Time is money. And time is one of the best reasons why doing business online got this exciting, thanks to Reniew Software.

When you are using contract management software that lets you in on what's going on with your business real time, getting on the cloud becomes essential to keeping your operations stable. There are marketing plans and business reports that need to be accomplished and most online entrepreneurs have difficulty with the neck-breaking speed of demand. Contract management services like what Reniew has to offer would lighten the work load by keeping everything documented from the client list to tracking invoices and the influx of payments. Consistency is the key to ensuring the machinery is well-oiled on the get-go. Nobody wants a slowdown due to losing track of some customers. You would not want clients not to renew their contracts and take their business elsewhere. It is not enough that new customers and clients are won over. You need to secure repeat business and this is where automated contract renewal benefits you and your business.

Reniew Software is user-friendly, whichever browser you may decide to use. One reason why most traditional businesses are afraid of automation is due to complexity of computer software used in the past. They are at the mercy of IT specialists that rely on codes and other features that become too complicated to explain to folks that easily get stressed technologically. That should not be the case since you are the boss. You own the business and technological illiteracy is the worst roadblock any start-up could encounter online. If not for contract management systems like Reniew, traditional business would be stuck in the era of thick folders of files and contracts. A crucial aspect in securing repeat business is through contract renewals. Prior to contract management services online, executives themselves go through the hassle of securing an appointment with their clients who are also busy, with very little to almost no time to spare with contract negotiations. Not anymore with Reniew, the contract management process becomes as easy as a few button clicks with time to spare to keep track of other billing opportunities and make new contracts.

In this well-oiled machinery, you get to keep tabs on the payments that come via invoices sent for every contract renewed using our contract management software. As cloud-based software, it is always connected to customers and clients that have contracts subject to renewal in just a matter of days. If you would go to your Reniew Software Dashboard Home Screen, on the left part of the screen, you would see under "Navigation Home" the button "Customers". Click it and you would see a list of potential customers that you can secure transactions with along with duration of contract, number of products about to be sold and a comparison of the price offered and the cost to you. Now you will see on the screen above the list the button that says "Create Contract". Before clicking it outright, to ensure that the invoice to be sent contains the same items that you see on your dashboard, click the button "Invoice Preview". This way we avoid the mistake of sending an invoice that did not match the terms shown on the Reniew Dashboard.

The contract management system's official website offers free trials. Just login and we'd be happy to help you.

Why is it important for you to purchase a contract management software? There are numerous business regulations and approval workflows that you have to take into consideration. In this line, you have to make use of an excellent contract database tracking device that can easily configure proactive compliance with other criteria.

    Risk Aversion

Performance tracking is definitely a priority, but there are certain risks that should be curtailed. This is where the monitoring and purchase control system becomes extremely useful. Of course, the suppliers' prices are not constant so you have to continuously update your records.

    Barcode Security and Automation

Document security and integrity are of paramount importance when you're engaging in any type of business dealings. As such, you should have an advanced barcode agreement tracking system which can provide checks and balances. The contract management software can also provide proof that there is tampering of contracts. You can easily trace the original document, and regenerate an authentic agreement in an instant. This way, you can eliminate potential repudiation.

    Revenue Optimization through Cost Control

Controlling costs can be done in various ways, including using the right contract management system that can effectively automate and streamline different agreements.

Apart from increasing company efficiency, you will also be able to improve internal collaboration and third-party relations simply by reducing your operating costs.

    Revenue Assurance

Each company exists for a single purpose, and that is to earn a great deal of income. You can be sure of instant revenue once you comply with the contract management process. You will never miss out on important details like renewals, price or rate modifications, and expired contract.

    Return on Investment

The contract administration program helps in optimizing contract performance, customer management, vendor management, supplier/sourcing management, and contract renewals. This type of optimization process maximizes company revenue and cost savings which will eventually enable a fast return on investment – normally well under 1 year.

    Financial Reconciliation

Certain costs and purchases can be configured using the contract management system. A business owner would certainly appreciate the following benefits that can be derived out of using this type of upgraded program:

    • Ample support for royalty payment

    • Tiered pricing techniques

    • Other calculation-based procedures that will help in ensuring reconciled financial statements

    Decreased Maverick Type of Spending

With an effective contract management program, a buyer can instantly determine if an agreement exists, who the suppliers are, as well as the contracted prices for this type of deals. You can no longer apply the "I did not know we entered into a contract" excuse. Needless to say, the contract management program will remind you about these transactions so there will be no valid excuse on the part of both parties.

    Evergreen Contract Elimination

Without the right system which can automatically alert a purchaser regarding an upcoming agreement that is ready for automatic renewal, a lot of auto-renewing agreements are likely to be overlooked and automatically renewed, locking the purchaser in for an extended buying cycle. With the contract management program, buyers can be alerted months or even weeks in advance.

    *********************** ARTICLE START ***********************

Many years ago, before I learned how to develop good conversation skills, I had one of those nightmare evenings only those who get lost for words can understand…

It was that lazy, relaxed time of year, December between Christmas and New Year. It was dark and cold outside, it looked like it might snow and I didn't feel like going out but I had to.

My girlfriend, Cristine, was having a party at her house and I didn't want to go but I had to because she wanted me to be there to meet a large group made up of her friends and neighbours, and her mother. I only knew one person who would be there, her Uncle Steven who I had met a few weeks before. He was easy to talk to and very friendly so the only thing I was looking forward to was meeting him again.

I felt nervous and unsure of myself as I stood at the front door with a bottle of wine. Cristine opened the door and invited me in, she looked happy and pleased to see me. She was smiling and animated and this made me even more nervous; I didn't want to let her down, I didn't want to make a bad impression but I still didn't want to be there and there was one thing I knew for sure – I was not in the mood for meeting a bunch of strangers.

Cristine led me into the living room and proudly introduced me to a room full of strangers. Everyone looked over and stared at me to welcome me before returning to their huddles. I stood there wondering what to do as Cristine wandered off to the kitchen. Everyone seemed to be engrossed in their own private conversations, there was a gentle hum to their conversations and I stood there helpless. I didn't see a way in, I didn't know what to say, I put my hands in my pockets and I wished I had stayed at home to watch TV.

After a while I found Uncle Steven and locked onto him. I forgot about everyone else and I gave him no option but to have a very intense chat about whatever I wanted to discuss. At times he looked bored and every time it looked like the conversation might end I got more stressed and worried that he might walk off "to get another drink"and leave me looking foolish standing on my own with no one to talk to.

Minutes took hours to pass and I wondered how long more I needed to stay before I could politely leave. It was a painfully slow evening but thankfully it finally came to an end but not before I had to endure some abuse from Cristine. She wasn't smiling anymore, in fact she was quite annoyed, annoyed with me. She asked me why I hadn't mingled and talked to people. I tried to explain but she didn't get it, she was your classic social butterfly, talkative and likeable. She loved meeting people, she could talk to anyone and was at ease in all company. She just had no idea what it was like to be quiet, stuck for words and afraid of rejection. She didn't know how close I had come to not turning up but I did anyway for her.

I made my way home, watched TV for a while and I decided to renew my policy of avoiding parties. And, I made a mental note to be on the look out for a new girlfriend. Without even trying I had embarrassed Cristine in front of her neighbours and friends, I didn't expect her to want to see me again.

How Not To Behave When You Meet New People:

When I look back at that evening with the benefit of what I've learned since I can see clearly that there was nothing random about the poor results I achieved. Back then my expectations and poor conversation skills both conspired to create the perfect storm of silence.

I used to decide that I had nothing in common with most people, that people weren't interested in getting to know me and that if I was myself people would judge me, disapprove of me and most likely simply reject me. I now know that these were incorrect beliefs however such an attitude determines how you behave, it limits you by restricting your ability to express yourself and stops you from letting your true personality shine. And that's what people do want to see because that's what makes you interesting.

In terms of conversation skills I relied on a number of ineffective strategies that rarely work for anyone, it wasn't personal. Firstly, I was reactive and I waited for people to approach me which simply doesn't work because you often end up either alone or talking to someone you don't really want to talk to.

Secondly, I also used to force people to talk about whatever I was interested in and I'd go deeper and deeper into those topics simply because I wasn't so nervous if I talked about what I knew well. This too is a poor strategy for engaging people in mutually enjoyable conversations.

Finally, I also had a habit of locking onto people. If I was lucky enough to have a conversation work out I would do everything I could to monopolise that person's attention, to make sure they couldn't get away!

You may relate to some or all of these patterns. What's important to recognise though is that only a few drivers create or destroy a conversation and only a few patterns create or destroy your ability to enjoy a social gathering. Once I dropped the negative habits I mentioned above, and this is important, replaced them with more positive and much more effective approaches, meeting people and enjoying their company started to seem like the most natural thing in the world.

Going to a party can be nerve wracking, something you want to avoid and a source of embarrassment or it can be something you look forward to all week because you know you'll have a ball and meet interesting and wonderful people who are keen to get to know the real you. You can be quiet, express yourself and still have a great time with people who find you interesting and enjoyable to talk to – the key is to identify those patterns you use that don't work and replace them with strategies that do work.

    *********************** ARTICLE START ***********************

The people behind mspy review claim their product can help individuals lead less stressful lives. Can it? And if so, how? We set out to answer those questions.

A data leak of proprietary company information that cost a company countless dollars was the inspiration behind the creation of mspy. This could have been prevented if only the employer could have known this was happening. Today, that is possible with this product.

Naturally, the software is designed to help employers monitor their employees' activities on company-owned devices. These same benefits are also helpful to parents who wish to monitor their children's smartphone activities. The same goes for spouses who are concerned their partner may be sending inappropriate messages to other parties.

    How does mSpy work?

After payment, the purchaser is provided with access to an mspy control panel. The specific installation instructions vary by device, but the basic steps include downloading the software onto the target phone. This will require access to the device for at least a few minutes. Once installed, it is not possible for the person who owns the target device to see that their activity is recorded.

So, once it is on the phone what does it track? Within 20 minutes of installation and setup, the following should be available for review:

    • Text messages

    • Call logs

    • Emails

    • Web browser history

The software offers a number of additional, and rather robust, features. For instance, the user has the opportunity to access the phone to record its surroundings as well as individual calls.

    What's the Catch?

    There really isn't one.

The product has an impressive list of compatible phones, including popular devices such as the BlackBerry, iPhone, Android and Windows Mobile OS. However, the models of compatible phones are more limited. For example, the product does not yet run on the latest Windows Mobile OS 7 platform.

Though the phone requires at least 10 minutes of internet access for the program to work, it is available for use regardless of the mobile carrier. In order to use this product as it is intended, it is first necessary to jailbreak Apple iPhones. This is not uncommon where this type of product is involved.

    Other Important Details

The availability of product support is impressive; customer service representatives are available round-the-clock every day of the week. Customers who are not satisfied may request a full refund within 10 days of purchase, however, subscription renewals are not subject to this policy. In addition, there are a number of conditions required to meet the refund criteria. This makes it especially important to research the product before a purchase.

So, can mspy take stress out of individual lives? We think so. It may not be the same as a peaceful massage, but it certainly alleviates the worry of not knowing what is going on with employees, children and significant others. As the old adage goes, knowledge is power, and this product delivers that to its customers. Our mspy review indicates this is a quality product for anyone considering spyware.

Article Title: Tips on Finding Full-Service Moving Companies

    *********************** ARTICLE START ***********************

Are you shopping around for full-service moving companies but finding it a little more difficult than you thought? If so, it's little surprise, as there are thousands of moving companies in the United States, yet relatively few are truly professional operations that offer a full suite of services, including packing, loading, transport, storage and both local and long-distance moves. As you have probably found, a great many moving companies are little more than two-person outfits that rely on rental trucks and a handful of day laborers who aren't necessarily very experienced in moving antique furnishings or expensive electronics.

So, what's the secret to finding a full-service moving company that you can depend on? You should first turn to Angie's List, a subscription-based consumer review website on which people just like you rate the businesses and services they have patronized; companies are prohibited from reviewing themselves on Angie's List. If you would rather not pay to use Angie's List, there are plenty of free consumer review websites available, such as Yelp and Google Reviews. Once you gather a list of moving companies that you think you would like to further consider, you'll want to turn to the Better Business Bureau (BBB) and investigate the companies' background and service ratings. The highest possible rating a business can get from the BBB is an A+.

Once you have found reputable moving companies that offer the array of services you need, the next step is to get quotes from these movers to find one that you can afford. Do bear in mind that some movers will provide a low-ball quote to persuade you into utilizing their services, only to issue a higher, final bill. So, be sure any quotes you get derive from in-home estimates that itemize each and every facet of the move, including any weekend or holiday surcharges.

Remember, you want the quote offering the best value, not the cheapest quote. So, consider your options carefully, and make sure that the moving company you decide to hire is giving you the best, all-around service for your money. Some considerations to ask before finally making the decision as to what moving company to hire is find out how experienced the movers are and if each moving professional has skill in packing and loading fragile items (such as fine art or ceramics). You'll also want to find out if the moving company has any important industry designations, such as a ProMover rating from the American Moving & Storage Association. These types of designations are important for you, the consumer, to know about because they indicate whether the mover you want to hire has been vetted by any of the important governing entities in the moving industry.

Once you have finally chosen a moving company, relax. Assuming you did your research (and if you follow every step in this article, then you will have done everything you need to do to find the best full-service moving companies in your area), your belongings will be in safe, capable hands.

In today's tough economy, tires are an investment that should last several years. But what can be done with your old tires when it is time to buy new ones? Many tire retailers can recycle or dispose of your tires for you. But they are your tires, so if you'd rather not see your former tires end up as part of a tire fire, there are so many fun and useful options to repurpose your tires.

    1. Potato Planter- Stack old tires and use them as a garden-less way to plant potatoes. Great for apartments or city living, there is no digging, and the potatoes will grow up the height of the tires. When leaves sprout just above the dirt, simply stack another old tire on top, fill with more dirt, and let the spuds keep growing! http://www.kiddiegardens.com/growing_potatoes_in_tires.html

    2. Tire Swing- Who doesn't love tire swings? From young to old there is a kid in all of us that enjoys the simple fun that comes from swinging on an old tire. For this you will need a tree and some basic supplies. You can use an old tire and heavy-duty rope, or go more modern by hanging the tire horizontally and attaching bolts and chains.

    http://www.instructables.com/id/How-to-make-a-tire-swing/?ALLSTEPS

    3. Bike Rack- For a no-chains-needed bike rack, old tires can work in a pinch. Bury the tires to about half way down, making sure to weight and cover them completely, to avoid any slippage. Space about 6-12 inches apart (depending on the size of bikes) to easily set bikes in, without falling over. For tire bike rack and more repurposed tire projects: http://www.lushome.com/30-amazing-ideas-reuse-recycle-old-car-tires-creative-recycled-crafts/77738

    4. Playground- Kids outdoor playgrounds can be expensive when bought as a kit, but tires can be repurposed into fun and cost saving playground toys. Create a tire obstacle course by securing tires together and into the ground. Kids can play on, climb, and jump on tires, as long as they are secured firmly to prevent accidents. http://www.goplayproject.org/2012/09/10-best-car-tire-playgrounds/

    5. Tire Mulch- Speaking of playgrounds, kids play areas, gardens, patios, and other outdoors spaces, used tires can be turned into tire 'mulch' which can provide a safe, cushioned, and cool ground cover. Tire mulch is bits and pieces of used tires with the inner mesh removed. Cooler than sand or gravel, softer than wood chips, and safer than asphalt, not to mention much less expensive to maintain than grass, tire mulch provides a smart and cost effective alternative for outdoor areas. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rubber_mulch

    6. Shooting Range- Another unique and interesting way to repurpose tires is stacking them and filling them to use as a backing for target practice. Not recommended for city areas, and in you may need to check with local city planners and building requirements to set this up. However, for rural areas, it is a safe and smart alternative to typical concrete, rock, and wood. For instructions and pictures: http://www.ar15.com/archive/topic.html?b=8&f=10&t=419934

    7. Shoes and Accessories- No, seriously. If you are looking for the most creative ways to repurpose old tires, and you are extra crafty, try looking into tire fashion. There are many options to turn old tires into soles for shoes and sandals, as well as ways to creatively make wallets, belts, bracelets, watchbands, and other items out of used tires. And if used tire fashion isn't your style, keep in mid there is a current market for such items online, or at local farmer's markets. http://greenupgrader.com/1241/the-big-tire-bag-by-refinding/

    8. Furniture- Now that we're thinking outside of the box here, recycling tires into furniture has so many versatile uses. From outdoor patio furniture, to indoor accent tables, chairs, and even sinks- tires are sturdy enough for multiple uses. The sky is the limit on this one. If you can imagine it, there is a way to turn the tire into something else entirely. Tire rubber may not be the most comfortable seating option, but that is exactly what cushions are for, right? http://www.theartofupcycling.com/2013/03/recycle-tires-ideas-to-repurpose-reuse.html

    9. Outdoor planters- Maybe after turning your old tires into patio furniture, you can add a little bit of extra flair and color to the patio or garden by using the old tires as planters for flowers, fruits, and vegetables. The tire will keep the soil cool and moist, and help keep the plants in one safe, contained area. http://www.instructables.com/id/Used-Tired-Raised-Garden-amp-Tree-Ring/?ALLSTEPS

    10. Tire Palm Tree- If you have run out of ideas for all of your used tire needs, then maybe try your hand at some tire art. The easiest (as it would seem) would be creating a tire palm tree, cutting the tire apart, and shaping them as palm 'leaves', and spray painting them green. There is also the added bonus of no extra tree care. Or if you are really creative, check out some tire sculptures by master artists, all made from repurposed tires. http://www.designboom.com/art/yong-ho-ji-hybrid-human-tire-sculptures/

For more used tire ideas check out: http://www.crookedbrains.net/2012/09/creative-ways-to-reuse-old-tires.html

Now go out there and get some new tires so you have your old ones to do something creative with!

Water-sports are the basis for many popular adventure tours. Grand Canyon rafting is at the same time one of the most spectacular, exhilarating, and unforgettable of all of the many white-water rafting destinations anywhere in the world. This is truly an experience you will never forget, and one you genuinely would not to miss.

The site itself plays a major part in making this such a memorable trip, while the unspoilt Colorado River simply adds to the experience. The scenery is totally wild with the many spectacular rapids providing a really great experience. You will never regret making the time to take this adventure tour of a lifetime.

You do not want to have to rush things, so a tour operator who lets you decide on different itineraries, from short excursions to comprehensive longer tours is ideal. Only by taking your time will you get to experience the full beauty and majesty of this amazing natural phenomenon in the heart of the American West. But remember to book well in advance, as these tours are extremely popular.

If you are worried about safety, all precautions are taking to ensure that no harm comes to anyone. There are different types of tours available, with differing levels of difficulty. You can choose whichever one you prefer, within the limits of what you believe you can tolerate. Getting the details of the different tours available will allow you to decide for yourself.

For those who are older, as long as you are fit and healthy, there should be no problem. There are shorter tours available as well as both rafts and dories, which are not all so physically demanding and may suit your needs. If you have any health concerns which may be a problem for you, it would be wiser not to take a chance, even for such an amazing experience.

These white-water trips can be combined with hikes and will require you to spend some time camping at various spots overnight. Hiking is much more challenging and should only be undertaken by those who are up to the demands and have suitable experience and the necessary equipment, especially comfortable boots. Having blisters and still facing many miles on the trail can be disheartening, so neophytes should not take a chance if either their fitness or equipment is inadequate.

Once you have completed a tour, you will understand the attraction this sport has for so many. It provides a rare chance to enjoy Nature to the full and to see this natural wonder of the world from an angle not many people are privileged to enjoy. The combination of this exhilarating sport and the fantastic scenery makes for an unequalled thrill.

Grand Canyon rafting is an experience of a lifetime, and it is definitely worth making a trip down the canyon at least once. Even people who have visited many amazing places will agree that there is nothing else in the world quite like this magnificent canyon. Anybody visiting the United States should consider making this part of their itinerary.

At 18 miles wide and 277 miles long, the Grand Canyon is one of the huge chasms in the world. It is also among the most famous tourist destinations. The national park has different ecosystems that act as a home of many animal species and plants. The park is unique in that it has rock formations that are unique. For you to witness these beautiful features you need to book a flight with the Grand Canyon airplane. The plane is comfortable and affordable to many people.

Most of these planes fly from Las Vegas to West Rim. This is a distance of about 20 miles and takes about 20 minutes. In addition, other flights leave Las Vegas and directly fly to canyons south rim. The flight takes about 45 minutes. People leaving Sedona, Phoenix, Arizona, and Scottsdale can take a plane from Arizona.

Most travelers opt to use these planes after they realize that they can use them to get their way out of Las Vegas fast and easily. In addition, some of them are attracted by the mega discounts that are offered in the internet. These planes tours mostly suits people who do not have a lot of free time, and thus require a break from the daily hustle of Las Vegas.

Choosing an aircraft company that suits you best is to your advantage. This is because whether going out for leisure with your family or for official duty, you should travel in a plane that you feel comfortable and relaxed. To select the right plane consider the following factor. The first factor you need to consider is convenience. Ensure your service provider is able to deliver his or her services without unconvincing you.

The other factor that you need to consider is your safety. Though you may not predict when a plane crash may take place, it is important to be cautious in one way or the other. Some people assume that the plane they are using is in its right condition. This is why you find that a plane crash occurred due to preventable problem. You can ensure your safety by ensuring that the company that you use has a good reputation as far as safety to its clients is concerned. Do not choose a company whose planes are mostly involved in crashes.

The other factor you require to evaluate is the cost of service. Different organizations charge different costs for their services. Do not dispute an organization based on cost. It is important to find out the quality of services that the organization offers. However, it is important to mind your budget. Do not over strain it so much. You can consider going for a pocket friendly service provider if the services are okay.

You require a plane that you can book with ease. People have tight schedules, moving to the airport to book a flight may be cumbersome. Consider the ease with which you can book a flight. In most cases, online booking is most preferred. This is because it is fast and convenience.

Do not wait until the last day of your trip to book a trip. With Grand Canyon airplane you can book your plane early enough. This ensures you are not inconvenienced in any way.

For most people, an extra $1,000 or so per month could really make a big difference. What would $1,000 extra do for your lifestyle?

Could you payoff some credit card bills, drive a nicer car, upgrade your home, or take a great trip here and there?

Regardless of how you'd spend it, focusing on making an extra $1,000 per month is a great way to get started online. Sure, you may want to quit your day job, but you have to start somewhere.

What's the old phrase? You have to walk before you can run, right?

    Where to Start

I recently stumbled across a program that's made exactly for someone that's looking to make $1,000 or more per month and scale things up from there.

    It's called Clickbank Pirate.

Here's a link if you want to check it out:

    http://ikhavins.cbpirate.hop.clickbank.net

The really great thing about this program is that it takes failure out of the equation completely.

    You Can't Fail...

Most people that decide to promote Clickbank affiliate programs fail because they're looking for a magic button.

Let me tell you right now... Clickbank Pirate is NOT a magic button. You will not get rich overnight. Most of the "gurus" promoting those get rich overnight type of programs are lying to you. They're either leaving something out, or they're blowing smoke.

Big money can be made online, but it takes work to find a successful campaign.

That's where Clickbank Pirate comes in. They've spent countless hours testing and tweaking to come up with campaigns that are proven to convert. Instead of just teaching you how to do it, they give you a business in a box with all of the tested and proven campaigns, squeeze pages, and giveaway reports they've used to make money.

You don't have to write a single word. All you have to do is send traffic to the squeeze pages using the exact methods they teach.

Many of the methods to generate traffic are free and can have you making money in as little as a few minutes.

    No Technical Skills Required

If you're relatively new to internet marketing, you're probably nervous about putting a website online. One of the best things I discovered about Clickbank Pirate is that they host everything.

After you get started, you get access to a unique member's only area that has all of your tools. You simply click a few buttons, utilize the free traffic resources they provide, and you can literally be earning money in as little as 15 minutes.

Clickbank Pirate is, by far, one of the easiest to use programs I've seen to start generating money right away.

On top of getting multiple proven campaigns and everything you need to start making money, they're giving a lot of bonuses right now for the first few people to get started.

Go check out the reviews and learn more about Clickbank Pirate before they close the doors.

    Here's a link:

If you aren't earning at least $1,000 per month online, I highly recommend that you check it out today.

Songs and music have been used to accompany work related activities for generations, in many different cultures. The advent of recorded music in the 20th century increased the use of music in the workplace. It was used to maintain morale, reduce boredom and fatigue, improve productivity and reduce errors. This became a widespread practice during 2nd World War. In the UK the BBC's created a "Music While You Work programme", which continued long after the war effort. This gives an indication of how successful cheerful, lively music was in enhancing the moods and productivity of workers. And, recent research has been able to confirm the benefits of listening to music at work.

    Benefits of music at work

Recent research has identified a number of benefits of playing music at work:

    Music in general:

    -Enhanced enjoyment of work

    -Enhanced morale

-Improved concentration – preventing people's minds "wandering off"

-Some people become more creative and stimulated at work

    -Enhanced ambience in the workplace

-Provides a topic of conversation amongst colleagues

-Reduction of stress, minimising tension, inducing relaxation

    -Relieves boredom during low-demand tasks

-Better performance, particular with simple and repetitive tasks

-Can provide a useful mechanism for team-building, such as during social activities or 'sing-alongs'

    Personalised players (eg MP3's):

-Can be used to block out unwanted noise eg colleagues conversations

-Can provide a sense of control over the personal work environment, "aural cocoon" (Bull, 2007) ie when using personal players in open plan offices

    Down-sides of music at work

There are some down-sides to listening to music at work:

    Music in general:

-Music can potentially interfere with performance on more complex tasks

-Music being played too loudly can interfere with other peoples work

-Background music when people work in public spaces is not always enjoyed. For instance, a survey carried out by the UK Noise Association in 2007 found that 40% of employees disliked it, 28% tried to ignore it, and only 7% actually liked it.

    Personalised players (eg MP3's):

-Interference with workplace communication when people wear headphones

-Music used to block out occupational noise can contribute to noise-induced hearing loss.

What kind of music is best at work?

-Classical music is not always best – We are often told that classical music is best for stress relief. However, research suggests that while classical music is being listened to in offices, employees also listen to many other musical styles. Listening to classical music is not necessarily related to greater levels of relaxation. What creates the greatest ability to relax, is the sense of control employees experience. Self-selected music provides employees with the best sense of control over their surroundings.

-Happy music is not always best! - In some unique circumstances, a positive mood can be detrimental to work performance. For instance, one study found that when music was used to induce a positive mood in traders on financial markets they lost money. This may be because such music induced risk taking. However, music that generated a neutral or negative mood, tended to lead to profits for this group.

-It depends on the context – Research suggests that the same person may find music conducive to work in one work situation, and distracting in another.

    Using music in team-building

Music can provide a forum for social activities and team-building. For example, a group of employees might form a band to perform at a work Christmas party or other function. Research on fun at work has shown that employees appreciate the opportunity to share their non-work related gifts, as part of a light-hearted expression of self. Generally, other team members also appreciate this sharing. Such events can often segue into a sing-a-long, that helps to relax and bond the team.

The best ways to manage music at work

-Managers can benefit from recognising the importance for employees of being able to select their own music for stress, relaxation and well-being.

-Music can be a great mechanism for team-building eg music making together and sing-a-longs

-Researchers recommend that management either restrict workplace MP3 use among workers who experience high background noise exposure (such as in the manufacturing industry) or require output-limiting technology to prevent occupational noise-induced hearing loss.

-It is important to recognise that the use of MP3 players in the office can also contribute to hearing loss. Office managers should do all they can to reduce noise related office noise. This includes good separation between desks, good sound absorbent screening, separation of office space from photocopiers and printers, separation of office space from social spaces, provision of separate meeting rooms, keeping ring tones low and encouraging the use of ear muffs or plugs (rather than MP3's) in very noisy office spaces.

For some people the idea of taking their dog to work, is both delightful and surprising. However, in some work-places it is fairly common-place. And, there are good benefits, including better job satisfaction and less stress.

Barker and colleagues published a preliminary study on taking pets to work in 2012. The goal of the study was to examine the impact on stress and organisational perception. At any one time, there were 20 to 30 dogs in the workplace under study. The researchers found that most people in the workplace – even those who didn't own a dog – liked having dogs around. In addition, the presence of dogs at work impacted positively on job satisfaction and stress levels.

The researchers used a job satisfaction scale that examined several factors. Everyone in this workplace scored higher than the average worker on communication at work, benefits, rewards, promotion, operating procedures and pay. However, those who took dogs to work appeared the driving force behind these scores. Some examples of better communication resulted from employees without a dog requesting to take a co-worker's dog out on a break. These were brief, positive exchanges as the dogs were taken and returned. Mail deliveries were sometimes made by an employee with a dog in the mail cart, likely appealing to dog owners and creating an opportunity for brief exchanges. Top management also sometimes walked around employee areas with a dog, creating a more relaxed climate for interaction with dog owners.

It is likely that the need to exercise dogs during the course of the day, increased worker physical activity. Research has highlighted the benefits of pet ownership for blood pressure levels; response to stress; levels of physical activity; and reduction of the incidence of cardio-vascular disease.

The researchers in this study found that while having a dog at work did not appear to have a measurable impact on physical stress, it did have a significant impact on perceived stress. Those people who had a dog felt decidedly less stressed by the end of the day, than those without a dog.

While most people appreciate pets at work, some people do not like animals, or are allergic. It is therefore necessary to have appropriate policies and strategies in place, around hygiene, noise, dog control and so on, to minimise risks to health and productivity for such people. In addition, dog experts explain that we need to also take a dog's needs into account. It is necessary to prepare animals for a day at the office. As Pet Sitters international explain "Taking your dog to the office can be a fun adventure if your dog has her office manners ready. No one wants your dog's muddy feet on their office attire, so if your dog can't sit politely for greetings, she's not ready for an office party just yet". Training your dog well, will make the change to an office environment less stressful for both your pet and other workers.

So go ahead! Why not take your dog to the office for a day?
