A monthly ball-check exam could help men to spot dangerous changes related to testicular cancer. However, those self-check moments only work when men know what they're looking for. While a self-exam is not a substitute for a regular penis health exam with a qualified urologist, this quiz will help men to test their knowledge and learn a little more about what they should be watching for as they probe things downstairs.
The Questions
1. True or false: Testicles change in size all the time, so an increase in size shouldn't cause a man any concern at all.
2. True or false: A healthy testicle has no lumps or bumps at all.
3. Testicles should feel: soft, waterlogged, hard.
4. Testicles should hang: evenly, unevenly.
5. True or false: A monthly exam should be somewhat painful.
6. What's one thing men should watch for as they manipulate the testicles?
7. Is there anything men can do to make these sorts of exams just a little more pleasant?
The Answers
1. False. The size of the testicles should be somewhat fixed, meaning that they shouldn't feel bigger one month and smaller the next. Big changes in size should always prompt a call to the doctor.
2. False. A tiny tube carries sperm out of the testicles and into the penis. This cord is easy for a man to feel between his fingers, and sometimes, it feels a lot like a pea or a marble beneath the skin. If this same bump is felt on both testicles, it is probably not caused by cancerous changes. A doctor can tell a man for sure.
3. Soft. Testicles do a significant amount of work, but they should feel soft and spongy when they're rolled between the fingers. However, if that softness begins to feel more like bogginess, as though the tissues are filled with fluid, that might be an issue to discuss with a doctor. Similarly, if the tissues feel very firm or hard, that might also be something a doctor should be aware of.
4. Unevenly. It's not unusual for one ball to drop a little closer to the Earth while the other stays a little closer to the body. As long as the relationship between the two parts of the sack doesn't change over time, it's not at all unusual for these balls to take up different positions.
5. False. An exam should be thorough, and men they carry it out, they should follow these steps:
• Roll the tissues between their fingers
• Examine the tissues visually
• Poke and prod for lumps and bumps
• Squeeze the tissues and look for discharge
That's a lot of manipulation, but even so, nothing a man does at this time should cause him an intense amount of pain. If he does experience discomfort, a call to the doctor is a reasonable next step.
6. Discharge from the penis. Sometimes, pus or discharge emerges from the tip of the penis at the end of a man's thorough testicular exam. This is a symptom a doctor might be curious to know about, so it's best to watch for this problem as the exam moves forward. Keep in mind that a discharge can be related to other penile conditions, such as balanitis, thrush, or a partner-transmitted infection. A discharge from the penis is grounds for a trip to the doctor in any case.
7. Yes. A quality penis health crème (health professionals recommend Man1 Man Oil) can help to keep nearby penile tissues both soft and supple, so they won't cause a spark of pain when they're brushed. This means that these tissues won't distract a man from paying attention to his testicles as he performs his exam, and the responsive penis tissues might actually appreciate the added attention they'll get as he performs his work. This could be an added benefit that makes performing an exam all the more worthwhile, and a lot more fun.

You may have spent your whole life dreaming about taking a comprehensive tour of the Grand Canyon. Now that you have the ability to do so, it could be that you lack the ability or the desire to make this trek on foot. Fortunately, there are many options in Grand Canyon helicopters that are currently making it possible for people to get a comprehensive view of this world wonder, without having to hike through the heat or spend hours on a raft.
There are many reasons why people opt to take this tour from an aerial vantage. Foremost among these is simply the fact that this is the surest way to experience this location to the fullest. You can see numerous parts of the park at once and will be given detailed historical information from your pilot while traveling.
For those with mobility issues, this makes seeing this part of the world possible. Photographers and people who crave a more expansive view also find these tours to be the ideal way to experience this site. Best of all, there are even helicopter trips that descend directly into the basin so that travelers can get an up close view of the local wildlife and the impressive terrain.
There is much that you can see through these expansive trips. People can travel over Dragoon Corridor, Lake Mead, the Hoover Dam and many other exciting spots. It is simply not possible to take this much in when traveling by foot. Should you choose to follow up your helicopter excursion with a walking or rafting tour, you will find that you are already very knowledgeable concerning the different sites you pass.
Given the efficiency of these programs, these trips are perfect for those who have traveled into the region in order to enjoy the Las Vegas trip. It will be possible to see all that there is to see, gain new knowledge about this area and still make it back to Sin City in time to enjoy all of the fun. This is the most exciting way to ensure that you can fit everything into your itinerary.
Most trips make a quick stop at the West Rim. This is so pilots have the opportunity to refuel. For passengers, however, this is the optimal opportunity to get out, have a snack and take a look around.
For those who want the total experience, there is even the opportunity to fuse a helicopter trip with a boat ride. This combination will provide the best mixture of stunning overhead views and direct contact with the nature-scape. River boat rides are calm, day-long excursions that people can take with the entire family and they seamless coordinate with the experience that is provided in the sky.
While the Grand Canyon is an unforgettable experience all by itself, being able to see it from the sky will only enhance your memories of your trip into this area. You can view breathtaking rock formations and many stunning examples of the local wildlife. You will also be able to tailor your excursion to include up close contact with the scenery and a closer vantage point.

Nifty Indices
The Nifty has bounced back exactly from the lower end of the falling channel which clearly wipes off the dilemma whether it was experiencing an extended correction or a retracement. The lower end of the channel also coincided with the 20-day moving average (DMA), which has acted as a good short-term support in the recent rallies. It is now heading towards the upper end of the falling channel which is pegged at 7630 levels. A close above this channel will get our short-term target. Now 7441 is a very crucial support and till that is not broken bulls shall have an upper hand. We already had our reversal level pegged at 7433, which never got breached in the recent fall. The hourly momentum indicators are well in buy mode again which is an added advantage for the bulls.
The Bank Nifty seems to have completed the wave E of the symmetrical triangular pattern which means that the index should contribute a lot from here on as it has started the wave 5 up. Based on these observations we maintain our bias up and maintain our target and reversal levels.
The thrust pointer has gone in sell sort with a negative divergence on the daily chart and that's the only apprehension for the bulls
In the daily chart the index is trading above the Twenty-day moving average (DMA) and the Forty-DMA, ie 7500 and 7296 respectively. The thrust indicator is trading in negative sort on the daily chart
In the hourly chart, the Nse Nifty is trading below the Twenty-hourly moving average (HMA) and the Forty-HMA, ie 7526 and 7543 correspondingly, which are vital intra-day levels. The hourly impetus indicator encompass turned positive.

Nifty Indices
Nifty ended the day in red for the fourth consecutive day which points to inherent weakness. However, there exists a probability that this is just a retracement of the previous rise in wave IV following which wave V up will begin. The fall so far appears to have been in a downward sloping parallel channel and the Nifty has taken a good support at the lower end of the channel. Hence, that level becomes a crucial support going forward. The Nifty has been taking support at its 20-daily moving average (DMA), ie the mean of the Bollinger Bands, which is a positive sign for bulls. The ultimate short-term reversal is pegged at 7433 levels and till that is not broken we believe that the short-term trend shall remain up. The immediate resistance is pegged at 7550 levels above which Nifty can test 7635.
The thrust pointer has gone in sell sort with a negative divergence on the daily chart and that's quite a negative sign for the bulls

Losing valuable documents within the organization is a big headache. Just think about the amount of resources that you are spending and allocating to find lost documents. Think about the cost that you have to bear to track lost items and in worst cases, replace those items.
To overcome this huge problem, you can use Internal Mail Tracking software.
Common Mail Tracking software makes use of electronic bar codes to track items that arrive into the company and items that are sent out of the company. As soon as the consignment passes through a department or a collection center, the details of that move are recorded onto the intelligent database of the tracking software.
Using a tracking code, anyone within the organization can find the exact location of the consignment at the moment.
There are many advantages of using such a system. Let us see about a few of them.
This mailroom tracking software can be used to track almost any item – be it an envelope, a parcel, boxes, cheques and so on.
As an organization, you might want to perform a special delivery of certain items to important clients. This too is possible with this software as it automates the packages for special deliveries.
Notifying the customer that his package has arrived is also very important. With that in mind, these tracking software also offer automated e-mail notifications to the specified email ids of customers.
The most important yet underrated feature of this software is the paperless trail that they offer. In a world that is becoming increasingly aware about its ecological footprint, wasting paper for something as trivial as maintaining an audit trail is a crime. That is why you must make the switch to tracking software so that our world will remain green and intact for generations to come.
What this tracking software offers to you is why you should use it – It gives better security for your mails and envelopes, it provides your customers with accurate, automated responses letting them know the status of their consignments and it helps you avoid awkward situations of misplaced or missed documents.
The world is moving forward with incredible pace and in a matter of few years; our traditional mail room systems and setups can't handle their work input. So, it is fair to say that tracking systems will become inevitable within a few years and you'll have an advantage when that occurs if you make the switch right now.
Mail Openers
Opening physical mails is a highly frustrating task especially if the packaging is done thoroughly. In a mail room department, the amount of time that is spent in opening envelops and parcels are quite high. That is why you can make use of Mail Openers
Automatic mail openers open your mails from envelops and keep the contents of the mail safe without damaging them. With the help of this device, your employees can spend their time doing things that are far more productive than opening mails.

My Name is Dan Dapper, I'm based out of Park City, UT, and I am starting a small line of quality leather products to help anyone organizing small items that are usually hard to keep track of.
The main reason I created it was because I own an old motorcycle that needs constant repairs, many of these times it happened on the road, carrying a backpack with tools was simply uncomfortable and created tons of drag, I needed something small that I could easily tie to the handle bar, you can see my bike on one of the pictures, I wanted something that was as vintage and as cool as my Bike is. :) I found out that many of my motorcycle and barber friends loved the idea and asked me to make one for them too, as many of the pictures suggest, it is not limited to just organizing tools in any way, you can organize almost anything that is 8" long and shorter, so I started to make these and now I'm learning if others would like to own one of these too.
The Roll Up Leather Case is the second product we created to launch Bronxton Vault, a company that is focused in crafting accessories for those who value high quality products and lifestyle.
Made with the best leather available in USA, our Roll Up Leather Cases are hand stitched by local artisans. Each case is thoroughly reviewed to assure it meets the quality and consistency that Bronxton Vault reputation is being built upon.
Our Artisans
We take pride in creating local jobs. We source and train our artisans locally, most of them being incredibly talented stay at home parents. All of our artisans take pride in what they do, they are fully trained to produce high quality products regardless of market demand.
A leather case for all of us
The Roll Up Leather Case is made almost entirely with products and labor sourced within USA. Cases are made with Horween Leather. The Roll Up case measures 8" x 12", it contains a total of 7 slots, 5 of them are 1" and 2 are 1.5" with a single adjustable 26" long suede strap. It also features duo internal suede flaps measuring 4.25" each to better protect contents, helping to prevent items from coming too close to contact.
The Case is great to carry and protect collectables, tools, jewelery, watches, cables and any other nicknacks you might want to keep organized.
Horween Leather
Simply stated, the best leather in the world, based in Chicago area, a traditional family owned company that has been around for about 109 years and has been managed by their family for over 5 generations.
We are seeking for pledges totaling $3000 or more.
Why $3000? because that would help me to recover some of the costs I had developing this leather case, I intend to purchase new equipment and supplies to develop new products, with your help, we will be able to kickstart our Brand, continue the development of new products and lower the costs of production of new accessories.
Risks and challenges:
We have great relationships with our artisans and suppliers. Although they keep our materials in stock, we do not have control over timing in which the orders are processed and that could cause small delays.
We do have a lot of experience fulfilling orders. Our current production capacity is 20 units a day, our well documented processes and training allow us to easily expand production based on market demand.
We are great at communicating project stats and will keep every backer posted of the status of their pledge. We took our time to develop and test our products and operational processes and ensure that each step is fully aligned with customer expectations, quality control and reputation we are continuously building.
