*********************** ARTICLE START ***********************

Unless you have transferred residences several times in the past five years, you will never know how stressful a move can be. You need to take care of a lot of things like unsubscribing from utility companies and subscribing to new ones, sending letters to let important people know about your new address, packing all your things in dozens of boxes, getting all the manpower you need to help you haul your belongings, and many more. This is why many people opt to hire the services of a dependable moving company that can take care of the actual packing, hauling and transporting of their personal belongings for them.

If you live in Denver, you will find that there are plenty of companies that offer this, whether for local or interstate moves. When you start checking them out as you pick the right company to hire, you will realize that they all use the same sales pitch and provide the same promises, which makes identifying the best one a bit hard, but not impossible.

One good way to determine which moving company to hire is to ask for a moving quote. This is a written estimate of the services that they will provide along with the corresponding prices for them and this quote must be based on the amount of stuff you need to be moved. It is easy to get a Denver moving quote nowadays, as most movers already have a website where you can request for an estimate just by filling out an online form. These moving quotes are offered for free too, so there is no need to hesitate to ask for one. There are few things that you must remember when you ask for a moving quote, though, and here are five of them.

* Get Moving Quotes from 3 or More Companies

After you get your first Denver moving quote, do not stop there even if the fees and services offered by that certain company seem great. You will never know if other movers may be offering better deals unless you see their written estimates as well. Remember that the purpose of asking for these quotes is to help you identify the right mover for you and having at least three will be a good enough number to make a comparison.

A tip here is to tell the different movers to provide the same type of services on their quotes so that you can make an apple-to-apple comparison. One may be only offering services while the other included packing, loading and unloading in his quote, which can result to a higher fee.

* Specify the Type of Quote and its Inclusions

There are basically three types of quotes, namely the binding, non-binding, and not-to-exceed. In a binding quote, you will have to agree to the price specified on the estimate even if the actual costs incurred during the move is lower than this. The good news is if the actual cost is higher than the estimate, you will still not be obliged to pay more than what has been stated in the binding estimate.

A non-binding quote, on the other hand, is a rough estimate of the moving cost. It can, therefore, become higher or lower depending on the actual expenditures on the time of the move. Those who move locally usually prefer this especially if the fee is based on an hourly rate.

Finally there is the not-to-exceed quote. The features of this one lies between the first two types of estimates. This means that in a not-to-exceed quote, the homeowner will not be obliged to pay more than the fee that was reflected in the estimate and can possibly pay for less if the actual cost is lower than the estimate. This type is most preferred for long-distance moves.

Pick one that is ideal for your situation and specify that when you ask for a Denver moving quote. Furthermore, instruct the mover to include all fees and taxes in the quote to avoid surprises during billing time.

* Check Clause Pertaining to Insurance and Compensation for Damages

A dependable Denver moving company must have basic insurance coverage. This usually pays for any damages incurred on your belongings during the move. Ensure that this is specified in the estimate for your protection and be clarified with how much coverage they can provide. You may have to buy extra coverage if you are transporting highly expensive items like antique furniture.

* Moving Quote must be Designed after your Particular Need

Here is the catch, some movers do offer free estimates on their sites but will hardly inquire enough information regarding the actual amount of items that you need to move. As a homeowner, it is difficult for you to estimate how heavy your belongings are or how many boxes will be needed to pack them all.

If you give the moving company the wrong figures, the estimate that you will get will not be accurate at all. This is why it is better to deal with movers who will offer to check your home to get a better idea of how much items they have to haul and other conditions that may affect cost. For instance, if you only have a one-story home, the cost of hauling your belongings will be lesser compared to carrying your items from the basement or the attic.

* Be Clear with the Services that you Need

Do not ask for a Denver moving quote that includes packing services if you plan to do the packing yourself. This will just confuse you when budgeting and you may give the movers the idea that they are to do the packing as well. Be clear with the services that you plan to hire right from the beginning and if you ever change your mind, then inform the movers a few weeks in advance.

Once you received your moving quotes, it will be easier for you to compare different providers and pick one that can give you the best service suitable for your needs. You may still make changes to the estimates; if you want to add or deduct some services, just finalize it with your chosen mover and you can calmly wait for your stress-free moving day to come.

When moving residences or office space, one great way to make the transfer as smooth, fast and stress-free as possible is to hire a moving company. These companies offer a wide range of services that can assist you in this physically straining and nerve-racking task. From packing your belongings to loading them in a moving van then transporting them to the new location up to unloading and unpacking them again – these are the services a capable mover can offer you. It does not mean, though, that you have to hire all of these.

You may only need help with loading your belongings and transporting them in a van, and you may take care of the packing and unpacking jobs. All these can be arranged with a professional Denver moving company, but the first step you need to do is to acquire a moving quote from various providers. A moving estimate is a written document reflecting their services, their respective fees, and all pertinent information related to your move. Although you can go straight and hire a mover without an estimate, having one is still the wisest course of action because of its importance.

* It shows the various services offered by the moving company.

First of all, a moving quote Denver will show you the different services offered by a company. As stated above, you always decide which services to avail of but to be able to do that you need to know first what they are. For example, you may want to hire full services, starting from the packing to the unloading, but not all movers offer these. From there, you can already create a short list of companies that you can potentially hire.

* It gives you a clear idea of how much you will be spending for the move.

A moving estimate must always include the prices for the various services or it will not be called a quote at all. These fees will be based on different factors, like the total weight of the items that you need to transport, how much lifting will be required through stairs, how many boxes will be needed to pack all your belongings and how far the new location would be.

Your moving quote Denver may be binding or non-binding, where the former means that you will be paying for the price stated on the quote while the latter means that your final fee will depend on the actual expenses incurred during the moving process. Either way, it will help you finalize your budget for the move.

* You can use the moving estimate in assessing which company to hire.

Price is a factor when hiring services from different providers and you will not be able to make a logical comparison unless you lay down the data in an organized manner. Fortunately, if you already have the moving quotes from different companies, it will be easy for you to study them, based on their prices, offers and schedules, thus allowing you to make a wise choice.

* It offers a clear presentation of the commitments agreed to by the company.

The final moving estimate that you agree on with your company of choice can also act as your contract. This means that it binds the movers to provide the services that they have committed themselves into on the specified date that have been scheduled. If there will be changes, the company will have to inform you in advance as shown in the provisions that must be stated on your estimate too. Therefore, if they fail to meet their obligations, you can ask for compensation or a refund and you can use that agreement to file a complaint against the movers. For your part, it is your obligation to pay for the quoted fees that have been agreed upon.

* It lets you see if your desired schedule is available or not.

Another information that is included in a moving quote Denver is the schedule. The moving company needs to clarify this at the time of the preparation of the quote to ensure that they are available to service the homeowner or office owner on their desired date, as it will be bad for their reputation if they are unable to comply.

In case of a conflict in schedule, moving companies will usually offer other available dates and they can indicate this in the estimate as well. It will then be up to the homeowner to agree on the alternative dates or maybe find another provider who is available on the day he specifically prefers.

* It can be your basis in assessing if a moving company is legit.

A moving quote Denver also includes information about insurance coverage, particularly how much it can cover. Most fly-by-night companies do not offer this, which should make you wary of hiring them since they will not hold any liability if they ever damage your precious belongings during the move. Always find a provider who is licensed by your state and at least has basic coverage.

Their license number must be written on the estimate as well so that you can verify it with the government agency that watches over this industry. As for the insurance, if it is not enough to pay for your highly valuable items, then you must have the option to buy a higher coverage, which you should definitely take into consideration.

A moving estimate may seem like a simple piece of paper indicating the moving services and their corresponding fees; but as evidently shown by the above reasons, asking for it is an important step when you intend to hire a company to help you with your transfer. You have to understand that transferring from one location to the next needs adequate planning and a moving quote Denver can significantly assist you on that.

You can prepare your budget way ahead of the moving date and even schedule when you want your stuff to be packed to cause the least inconvenience on your part. Remember that reliable moving companies offer estimates for free and they are willing to visit your place to make a more accurate survey. If they ask for a fee for this, back away and head on to the next potential mover that you want to hire.

Moving is one of those instances that you may have to do at least once in your life. A new job may be requiring you to transfer to another state and that could mean bringing your entire family with you and all the belongings that you have invested through the years. For business owners, a new building site may prove to be closer to their target market, so hauling all their products and office equipment to that new location may be the logical action.

Whatever the reason for your move, one thing is for sure – moving is an arduous task. You cannot just put your life on halt for a week or two to tend to all the packing, transporting, and rearranging of stuff that you need to do. That much downtime can greatly affect a business and most individuals cannot sacrifice as much too, especially if they have jobs to do. Fortunately, there are solutions to these and they are called moving companies. They can take care of all the heavy workload so you can just sit back, give instructions, and wait until all your belongings are comfortably sitting in your new place.

When hiring a moving company, the first thing that you need to do is find a reliable and dependable provider, and you can do that by asking for a moving quote from different companies. To guide you through the process, here are the basic steps in finding a good Denver moving quote.

First, use the internet to your advantage. Most moving companies already have a website where they promote and conduct their businesses. In the search engine, use targeted keywords, like "movers in Denver", "Denver movers", or "moving companies in Denver". You will then be provided with a long list of various companies that offer that service. Take time to scan through them, but be very particular if the business is licensed and offers insurance. By reading through their websites, you can make an initial assessment and create a shortlist of potential providers.

Next, further shorten your list to companies that offer free moving quotes. You would not want to pay right away just for an estimate. If the company charges for this, then head on to the next mover on your list. As recommended, get as many quotes as possible so that you can study all the options that are available to you.

When asking for a Denver moving quote, it is best to ask a representative of the company to come over to check the actual items that will be transported. Since they are considered experts in their field, they can easily assess how heavy certain furniture are and how long it will take to pack all your belongings as well as how many people they need to assign for your move.

A survey of your home can also help them ascertain additional fees, as carrying items through several floors usually costs more. The purpose of this survey is to enable the company to give you an accurate estimate, especially if you are asking for the binding type of estimate. In which case, you will be bound to pay for the charges that are reflected on the moving quote.

Speaking of which, there are basically three types of moving quotes. Aside from the binding, there are the non-binding and the not-to-exceed. For a non-binding Denver moving quote, you will only be getting a rough estimate, so your final charges will still depend on how much was spent during the time of the move. Fuel prices, for instance, can change anytime so you will be charged for the existing rate during your move.

For not-to-exceed moving quotes, the client will only have to pay for what was stated on the estimate or less if the actual expenditures were lower than what was foreseen. Obviously, this is a smart choice but not always the best one. If yours is a local move, for example, going with a binding quote that have a fixed hourly rate can still prove to be practical. This is basically the benefit of getting a moving quote – it lets you study your options so that you can pick a package that will be easy on your budget.

A good moving estimate must contain other relevant information about the job as well. For one, it should indicate the specified period when the company or the client can make changes on the agreed job. Canceling the move a day before the scheduled date may result to certain charges and that must be clearly stated on the estimate. Insurance coverage is just as important. You certainly do not want to hear a simple sorry once your valuable antique vase smashes into pieces during the move.

The moving company should be able to provide compensation for that through their insurance coverage. This is why the amount of coverage must be divulged to you so that you can make necessary actions to buy a larger coverage if you are moving fragile and expensive items. Payment options must also be indicated to help you prepare in advance. Some movers may ask for a down payment while others take the full payment at the end of the job. It is best that everything is clear with you at the onset of your transaction.

Once you receive the quotes that you have requested, you can then assess which services you need or not, depending on how much budget you can allot for hiring the company. If you think that you can do the packing by yourself to lessen your expenses, then ask the company that you plan to hire to prepare a new quote that does not include that particular service.

You may also add extra services, like arranging the furniture in your new home, if the company offers that as well. Again, it is up to you what type of service you want to hire and are willing to pay for, so do not be ashamed to talk to the mover until they can come up with the most ideal estimate for your particular needs. This continued correspondence with them can also be your way of assessing how professional the company is when it comes to handling their clients.

After the final moving estimate has been drafted, you can use it as your contract for the job. You may then just wait until the day of the move or packing comes and watch as efficient professionals take care of the heavy work for you.

The taxes we have or obliged to pay monthly, quarterly and annually will sometimes come to us as a burden, yet it is better to pay on time than to have back taxes which will be a possible headache in the making when the time comes for it to haunt you back. Taxes are here since this thing we called civilization has started its existence and taxes will be forever present to haunt us as long as we have a civilization to govern us, protect us and organize us. Though it might not be that bad as some of us are thinking, yes it might burden us at times but taxes play a great role in this civilized existence and so we must accept and follow through with the obligation of paying such.

However which way we look upon it, taxes are here to stay and we need to abide by the obligations that we are bound to it. Taxes come in so many types and the most common are income taxes, amusement taxes, value added taxes, back taxes and a lot more taxes that we could think of that with the sheer number of them you only are able to complain about it but obliged to pay it forward. Many would ask themselves the question why they need to pay taxes and what are they really for, while others just take taxes for granted while not knowing what it gives in return.

Taxes and the money they produce are very essential to every form of government or civilization, since the beginning that man has learnt to create a governing body taxes has so then existed. The life source of every governing body in every civilization taxes have been collected since the ancient times either voluntarily or otherwise. Because of taxes, that might sometimes have been raised too high revolutions have been born and change civilizations and created history, but the role of taxes in the lives of people still remained crucially the same. They run our government, they protect our people and they create the basis for a much better existence.

The taxes you pay and including the back taxes as well are accumulated in the national treasury. These taxes become the very source of valuable funds for the government in order for the government to sustain its functions and deliver goods and services to its constituents. Taxes pay for the salary of workers and also build better roads, better roads mean better access and access makes better business and will create a prosperous town, city, and nation.

Taxes also fund social welfare which the people greatly need, social welfare and social security are a must and without taxes it would not be possible to deliver such services. The importance of taxes and the resolution of back taxes is as clear as day.

With taxes we can build clinics, hospitals and other health services, purchase medicines and build schools for the better education of the future generation. Indeed taxes go a long way to further the survival of each citizen and the betterment of the standard of living. Paying taxes is an obligation that every citizen must diligently fulfill and as much as possible back taxes should be prevented as it would pose a big problem later on.

The most common taxes that exist today are the value added tax income taxes and value added taxes. Income taxes are taxes that are generated by computing certain percentage out of the monthly, quarterly or annual income of a certain individual. Income taxes should be paid regularly in order to prevent back taxes but sometimes it could not be help that back taxes still occur due to some incidents that could not be prevented.

If you ever wonder how taxes are being taken from people who do not have enough income to qualify them for income tax collection, then value added tax and other taxes will come in to play their role. Value added taxes are taxes that are a percentage to the value of certain commodities and services which you purchase and will be collected by the internal revenue services. Value added tax have its advantage as that they don't create back taxes and that they can be collected a hundred percent every time.

Indeed taxes haunt us from womb to tomb and there is no escaping from it, but paying taxes is an obligation that you need to fulfill, not only to yourself but also to society itself. With paying taxes you can safely say that you help build schools, hospitals and social welfare for all the other citizens that benefit from such social services the government is giving out to its constituents.

Not only does paying your taxes on time make you a better citizen, it also prevents you from facing back taxes which is rather a headache to confront.

Indeed there are situations which cannot be prevented that may result to you having back taxes, but you must find the easiest and fastest way possible to resolve such thing immediately as you can. You must be vigilant with paying your taxes and you must take measures to prevent back taxes. Although sometimes you might find it very alluring to find ways not to pay taxes but you know very well that you have to, but if you really need to beat the system then you can always find ways to cut down on the amount you pay for taxes. You might find how advantageous it is to talk to your tax officers, doing so can help you file for tax exemption or tax relief which could very much help you.

Taxes are essential to the wellness of every municipality, city or nation an obligation you owe to your fellow countrymen. An obligation that will create a much better life for all the constituents of every nation including your own and your family, therefore exercise this right. Pay your taxes in due time and prevent unnecessary stress by not having any back taxes.

Considering that it tightly fit into your body, bloating can expose your tummy in a negative light. The good news is there are many ways you can effectively deal with bloating hence put on your dress without any problems. The first de-bloating technique you can use is to cut out your intake of salt and sugar at least three days before the big event, when you plan to wear your bandage dress. Another effectual technique is to start consuming foods that are known to stabilize blood sugar which often are rich in Omega-3 fatty acids.

iii. Dieting

For major physical challenges that may make it a little tricky to wear bandage dresses, consider dieting. Keep in mind that this also will provide you with a long term solution to getting on your fighting weight so you can fully savor the benefits of putting on a bandage dress. A few months of discipline on dieting will finally pay off when you eventually get in shape and start receiving all the admiration because of your stunning looks in a dress.

iv. Exercising

Alongside dieting, exercising is also a good idea to make sure you really get to look your best in a bandage dress. Taking a walk, a jog or a morning run for just a few minutes can make a big difference in transforming your looks and preparing your body for wearing the trendy bandage dresses.

Women.

They're the happiest bane to a man's existence, responsible for much of his suffering, his happiness, his not-so-quiet moments, and in general responsible for much of our motivation and companionship for the majority of our lives.

Would the world be better if we didn't need women?

Completely doubtful. But oftentimes, men have no idea where to find the type of women that they like, which is the saddest thing in the world. They'll go looking for their wives in a club, and go looking for a party girl in a Barnes and Nobles. It just doesn't work out. It's not a good scene.

So where do you meet women? There are a number of options in the hustle and bustle, but we're going to run down the advantages and disadvantages in each of them in today's helpful column from TSB Mag.

Where to Find Women to Date

1. In the real world.

Believe it or not, there are people walking around you right now, who very might well be attractive women. While you're reading this, in a local café or sitting in your favorite armoire, there are attractive women outside, doing everything that attractive women commonly do. Shopping, arranging get-togethers, and judging people – they're all outside doing that. So you need to detach yourself from whatever monitor that your eyes are glued to and allow for a respite where you go outside and actually approach these women.

It's not as hard as you might think – actually much easier once you take the time to go outside and just take a chance and talk to them. The cons? There are no cons to approaching people on the street in your day-to-day — you'll expand your social circle, get more bold, and in general be more confident. None of which is a downside. The only downside is that it feels weird – so weird, in fact, that most PUA's who profess that they're experts in approach, don't even feel like doing it that often.

2. Where to meet women online.

Online dating is a multi-billion dollar industry, all because people will spend an inordinate amount of money when it comes to their libidos and making sure they have something warm to hold against them during the night. Each site caters to a group of clients, but basically, you can use all of them to meet up with women. Match.com, Error! Hyperlink reference not valid. whatever it is that you're after – there's a website for it.

If you want to use an online dating website to actually meet in person, though, you're going to have to wade through the trouble of messaging people and looking through their profiles. Additionally, while it's much easier to talk to attractive women that are out and about, on the internet, they only respond to exactly what they're looking for. So unless you're exactly the type of person that an attractive woman is looking for, you might want to take it someplace else.

3. At social gatherings.

The easiest place to meet women is to find them in places where you're already socially proofed and having fun. That's right, at parties. That's the one reason people throw parties, anyway – to attract people. Most people's fiancés or significant others come from being in the same social circle – they meet at college, or at a work event, they work for the same company in a different division – this is how people typically get together. It helps if you have friends who know a lot of different girls, or better yet…and this is the real kicker – if you know attractive women, it'll be much, much easier to meet other ones. Attractive women are at ease with a man who can be at ease around attractive women. So the entire point is rolling into a club with a bunch of attractive women and using that social proof to help out other interactions. You can only get to that point when you're already at a good level of game. So you need to get out and practice.

4. At the places they like to go.

Different girls will like going to different places. You're going to get a very specific type of girl if you're hanging out at art gallery openings than if you're hanging around trashy nightclubs in Dallas or London. You're going to meet different types of women at a bookstore than you are in a dive bar. Keep that in mind. Most girls don't like meeting their potential matches out at bars – it doesn't make for a wholesome story for their family and friends…hence, social circle is where you should be focusing on most of your efforts. Wonder how Hollywood Playboy-types pull so many girls?

They have giant, expansive social circles. So get out and start one up on your own. It'll make knowing where to find women that much easier.

The Grand Canyon is an incredible landscape and one that's best seen from a helicopter or an airplane from Las Vegas. There are a lot of options when it comes to Vegas air tours, and in this article I'm going to make it easier for you to determine which one is perfect for you.

Departure Points

First, Vegas air tours depart from several locations throughout the metro area. These include the Las Vegas Strip, Henderson, NV, and Boulder City, NV. The cheapest departure points are the suburbs while the most expensive is from The Strip.

There are good reasons for this price difference. First, the commute to Henderson and Boulder takes longer, ranging from 30 to 45 minutes depending on traffic. The trip from resorts to Vegas Strip terminals is like 10 minutes.

In the case of helicopter tours, Strip departures also include chauffeured stretch limousine hotel pick up and drop off. As well, you'll get a Strip tour from top to bottom on the way back from the Canyon. In my opinion, these "extras" are what make Strip departures a better value.

Helicopters

There are two kinds of helicopter tours: Air only and landing. Air-only means you'll fly over Lake Mead, Hoover Dam and the Grand Canyon before returning back to the City. Landing tours, by contrast, either land at the bottom or the top of the rim before returning home.

The best bottom-landing tour is the one that includes a Champagne picnic with 30-minutes or more to explore the base (I encourage you to check out the River). Many travelers extend this tour by adding a Colorado River boat ride. It all really depends on your the kind of adventure you want and your budget.

Helicopters that land at the top come with up to 2.5 hours of exploration time on the Rim. The one that is most popular with visitors includes access to the Grand Canyon Skywalk. Also known as the Glass Bridge, this structure lets guests walk over the edge until they are suspended nearly 4,000 feet over the bottom.

Airplanes

Las Vegas airplanes follow the same flight path as helicopters except they don't land at the bottom of the canyon. To do that, you'd book an airplane flight that includes a helicopter ride to the bottom (with boat if you are so inclined). Planes do land on top and they do allow you to include Skywalk tickets and boat rides, too.

One thing to keep in mind about planes is that a) there are cheaper than helicopters; and b) they hold up to 19 people. This is important to know because if you are on a budget then planes are your solution. There's also the fact that helicopters often sell out so if you want to get airborne airplanes are a great option.

Conclusion

Las Vegas helicopter and airplane tours are very popular and that's why I recommend that you book your flights at least one to two weeks ahead of time. I also recommend that you book them online, too, in order to qualify for the Internet discount, which can be quite significant when compared to the retail rate you'll get quoted over the phone. After you book your flight, make sure you understand the pick up point and time at your Las Vegas hotel. And if you don't, ask the hotel's concierge, as they know exactly where the location is.

Article Title: Las Vegas Helicopters - Flying the Grand Canyon All Summer

*********************** ARTICLE START ***********************

Las Vegas is a terrific place to visit this summer. And one of the things you've to add to your list of things to do is a Grand Canyon helicopter tour and here's why.

The primary reason is that the Grand Canyon is just 120 miles by air from Las Vegas. And if you do it by helicopter, it's basically a 45-minute trip that lets you fly over Lake Mead, Hoover Dam the Colorado River and more.

Vegas travelers have two options when it comes to departure points: Boulder City and The Strip. The former requires a 40-minute shuttle ride while the later is a 10-minute trip. Further, Boulder is the cheapest option but The Strip is the most convenient.

Couple more points about Strip departures. The key one is the fact that you get picked up and dropped off at your hotel resort in a limousine (the Boulder option uses a van). To my mind, if you are celebrating a special occassion, the limo option is the only way to go.

The Strip

And if you depart from Las Vegas, you'll get to fly over the world-famous Las Vegas Strip on the way back. This for me is a huge deal because The Strip is absolutely fascinating from the air and you get to see everything from the Stratosphere Tower to the Luxor pyramid.

There are two kinds of helicopter tours from which to choose: Air and landing. Both trips follow the same flight pattern to the Canyon except air-only trips go over the National Park and turn back for Vegas whereas landing tours go to the bottom or the top.

Bottom flights are by far the most popular and have the highest propensity for selling out so book them in advance. The best seller is the one that comes with a Champagne picnic. It can be extended to include a Colorado River boat ride as well as a ride to the top with Skywalk tickets.

Best Seller

The best top-landing flight gives you 2.5-hours to explore the West Rim (I recommend checking out Guano Point, Eagle Point and Hualapai Ranch). The other I like does that, too, but includes tickets to the Glass Bridge, which is the all-glass platform that lets you walk 70 feet over the edge until you are 4,000 ft. Over the bottom!

There are basic and deluxe versions of each Las Vegas helicopter tour. Of course, the deluxe version costs more but when you add up all the perks (Strip Departure, Strip flyover, limousine shuttle), the deluxe is clearly the better deal.

This is especially true when you consider that all deluxe flights use the EcoStar 130 helicopter. This aircraft superior to all others because its cabin is 25 percent bigger. It also comes with stadium-style seats and a 180-degree wraparound windshield. Frankly, I wouldn't fly in anything else.

Conclusion

Las Vegas is a great place from which to take a Grand Canyon helicopter tour. You have two kinds to pick from: Air or landing. Personally, I prefer the landing tours because they let you experience a lot more of the National Park. I also prefer the deluxe versions of these trips because they use the EC 130 heli and come with a limo shuttle. And remember: Always book these tours in advance because they sell out during summer.

One of the keys to winning your fantasy football league is the ability to draft Sleepers. "Sleepers" are NFL players who are drafted in much lower rounds in your fantasy football drafts than their ending statistics warrant. In shopping terms, this is like getting a bottle of Sam Adams Utopias for Budweiser prices. In the fantasy football world, this is the avenue to the league championship. We have seen championships won on the heels of Sleepers every year. They have come out of nowhere to register monster years after being double-digit or waiver wire picks. When you can grab a player at the end of your draft that becomes your number 1 producer at a certain position, you, my friends, have a true Sleeper. Below are a few projected fantasy football sleepers by position for the 2014 season.

2014 Fantasy Football Sleepers

QB: Jay Cutler (Chicago) – Yes, Cutler seems to be made of cupcakes thanks to his injury history, but that is something that can be overlooked under the right circumstances. It was obvious last year that the hype about coach Marc Trestman's offensive prowess was warranted. Cutler put up great numbers until he was hurt just past the midway point in the season and Josh McCown didn't miss a beat (the pair combining for 4450 yards and 32 TDs). With more time under center and absorbing the playbook, you can expect even better numbers from this offense this season. You can easily get Cutler around the 10th round since most of the teams in your league will scoop up the top 7 QBs early and will opt for rolling the dice with the likes of Nick Foles and RG3 before looking at the emotionless veteran.

Also consider: Josh McCown (Tampa), Ryan Fitzpatrick (HOU)

RB: Terrance West (Cleveland) – Thanks to Johnny Football, no position outside of QB is getting any attention in Cleveland even thouh they added a lot of new faces at the skill positions. At RB, they grabbed Ben Tate to be their starter but they also moved up in the draft to grab West. Tate has had a history of injuries so there is no way he becomes a full-time workhorse, especially when he is in a Kyle Shanahan offense that will have a QB recovering from an ACL injury or a rookie learning how to play the position. Because of those factors, West will see lots of carries, RB1 carries when Tate inevitably goes down. Word from training camp is that West has shown very good hands, much better than Tate, so that will get him more reps as well. You could let someone else grab Tate in the 4th round and then pounce on his handcuff in round 8.

Also consider: Dexter McCluster (TENN), Jeremy Hill (CIN)

WR: Brandin Cooks (New Orleans) – It is an inexact science to pick Saints' receivers since Drew Brees enjoys spreading the ball around, but there are a LOT of points to be shared. It has become painfully obvious that Marques Colston has significantly declined and Lance Moore is now on the Steelers. Coach Sean Payton loves Cooks' versatility and will work him into the offense on the outside, in the slot, returning kicks and even in the backfield. He isn't big, checking in at 5' 10" and 189lbs but he is quick. Rookie WRs are rarely consistent and often disappoint, but the upside is too great to let him slide past the 9th round.

Also consider: Emmanuel Sanders (DEN), Justin Hunter (TENN)

TE: Ladarius Green (San Diego) – the Tight End is a position that is very deep and turns out Sleepers year-in and year-out. Green saw his playing time significantly increase last season as Philip Rivers aired the ball out quite a bit and Green took Looks away from an aging Antonio Gates. Gates is still around, but Green is a beast at 6'6", 240lbs, yet he flashed 4.5 speed. He proved that he was a big play threat in the middle of the field by logging 22.1 yards per catch. He is a lock for double-digit rounds and has the potential for getting you similar stats to TEs drafted many rounds earlier.

Also consider: Eric Ebron (DET), Zach Ertz (PHIL)

D: New England Patriots – The Patriots D rarely gets any props with Tom Terrific on the other side of the ball, but this unit is the key to success this season for New England. They lost some key players last season to injury that are back, such as DT Tommy Kelly, added some key players through the draft, such as DT Dominique Easley, and filled the remaining holes through free agency, most notably with Darrelle Revis and Brandon Browner. Add these players to Vince Wilfork, Rob Ninkovich, Dont'a Hightower and Devin McCourty and this is a unit that could almost overshadow the offense.

Also consider: Denver

K: Robbie Gould (Chicago) – Considering kickers should not be taken before the last two rounds, I have a hard time filling in a kicker as a Sleeper. However, Gould is consistently one of the last kickers taken and is about as automatic as you can get when it comes to kickers, even when playing half his games outdoors in the Windy City. Chicago's offense will be damn near unstoppable this season and Gould will have more even opportunities to ply his trade.

Also consider: Matt Bryant (ATL)

Have you every wondered what present to buy for the person who seems to have everything? Have you every had the problem of trying to find a unique gift for a loved one? Are you continually stuck on what gift to purchase for a special friends birthday?

This is something I always come up against and continually struggle to find something different, unique or unusual to give as a gift to my family and friends. You would think that in this world of the internet its easy but we are continually restricted to the same old big name corporations that hog the search rankings making it difficult for people with great ideas to get their products out there. Well try looking further afield from mainstream shopping channels - there is never anything unique on Amazon, Argos etc. - there is a mass of individuals creating unusual and unique gifts that sit underneath this mainstream that you have to unearth. Try thinking recycled or handmade because this will provide you with a truly incredible range of products that will make you go wow!!! I will investigate some of the ranges available below so you can see the wide collection of gifts that are available - from hand painted wine glasses to recycled bottle clocks and handmade silver jewellery to recycled biscuit tin necklaces!!

Lets start with recycled beer, wine and spirit bottles - there is a massive pub and restaurant trade that generates millions of these bottles that can we recycled through the recycling scheme but some talented designers in the UK have taken to using these to create unusual gifts from. The simplest way is to cut the bottle and make a glass tumbler or being a bit more creative the base can be removed from say a Peroni beer bottle and "welded" to the neck to create a beer glass. This involves very little energy and considerably less than melting the bottle and regenerating into a new one. Another technique is to heat the bottle a bit allowing it to slump then creating an oil drizzler bottle or a full reheat will flatten the bottle and then this can be used to make nibble dishes. Once the bottle has been flattened it can also be made into a cheese board or re-affixing the label it can be made into a bottle clock. All of these are different unique gifts and all handmade.

And then if we look at jewellery this is a great source of unusual handmade gifts with many designers coming up with their own individual styles using different materials or techniques. Handmade jewellery made from sterling silver that has created in the shape of items found in the british countryside like acorn cups, blackberry's and maple seeds. A mould is made in the shape of the item and then molten silver is poured in it creating a truly unique design for necklaces and earrings. Using recycled tins that have been used for biscuits, sweets, toffees and the like creates some very different jewellery, all handmade in unusual colours with designs varying from flowers to patterns and stripes to leaves. A further jewellery style now found is called steampunk and uses old watch components on a bronze shape base creating a quirky vintage style for necklaces and pendants.

Finally, as outlined above it is possible to find some unique gifts that will provide different presents to the mainstream, you just have to think recycled and handmade! http://www.goecostore.co.uk/

You may have heard about laser liposuction, also known as Smart Lipo, which is often touted in the media as the "latest and greatest," "different and better," and "next generation" in liposuction. While all of this might sound good, it's best to proceed with caution and do some research before committing to any type of lipo procedure. This advice also holds true when considering any form of cosmetic surgery.

With regard to laser liposuction, the procedure is being marketed – quite effectively – with promises of minimal bleeding, bruising, and down time. While these claims might be accurate, it is important to be aware that they are more correctly associated with the general tumescent liposuction technique, which may or may not be performed with laser assistance. In general, tumescent liposuction performed under local anesthesia with small cannulas is gentler on a patient's body than traditional liposuction, and this holds true whether or not a laser device is utilized during the procedure.

What is laser liposuction?

Essentially, laser liposuction is performed with the assistance of a very thin laser cannula, which targets the superficial fat layer and melts the fat so that it can be more easily vacuumed out of the body with a regular suctioning cannula. It is notable that not all surgeons have found this pre-melting of fat to be beneficial. There are other procedures and devices, such as power-assisted liposuction (PAL) and ultrasound-assisted liposuction (UAL), that can effectively soften fat to facilitate its removal without the use of a laser (which can significantly add to the cost of the procedure).

Advocates of laser liposuction also suggest that it can create a mild degree of skin tightening that does not occur when a surgeon uses a suction cannula alone. Any skin tightening that might result from laser lipo is related to the contraction of the skin in response to injury, as well as the formation of new collagen that occurs during the skin's normal repair process. This can sometimes benefit patients who have mild skin laxity prior to surgery or following the removal of a significant amount of fat. However, it will not help a patient who has very loose skin to begin with. In any case, the skin tightening effect is modest at best, and is not completely predictable due to variances in individual responses to skin injury and the subsequent stimulation of collagen formation (as part of the natural aging process, skin cells gradually lose their capacity to generate new collagen).

A further consideration is that, when a surgeon uses a laser to melt fat, there is a very small margin for error. The temperature of the laser must be carefully monitored because, if it is too high, side effects like burns can result. As such, it is important to work with a qualified surgeon who is highly skilled and experienced in performing laser liposuction.

Consult with a Board Certified Surgeon

If you are considering liposuction, be wary of advertisements that focus solely on the fact that a surgeon has access to the latest-generation lasers or other tools. It's highly likely that such a surgeon only recently acquired the device and performed just a few procedures with it prior to placing the advertisements. When consulting with a prospective surgeon, always confirm that he or she is Board Certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery, and ask to see sample photos of his or her work.

Article Title: Considering Rhinoplasty at Different Ages

*********************** ARTICLE START ***********************

Rhinoplasty is as much an art form as it is a medical procedure. Because every nose is different, a surgeon must be skilled in a wide variety of techniques in order to achieve the best possible result for each patient. When determining how to proceed, a surgeon must take into account a patient's nasal structure, surgical objectives, and other unique factors, including the patient's age. As such, many people are curious about the ideal age for rhinoplasty, and the feasibility of undergoing the procedure at different ages.

Children

In general, it is not a good idea for a child who is still developing to undergo an elective, cosmetic procedure like a rhinoplasty. Specifically, due to the potential for disruption of the nasal growth centers, a surgeon must ascertain whether a child's nose has stopped growing before considering any form of nasal surgery. Because there is often a correlation between the maturity of the foot and the maturity of the nose, a simple but surprisingly accurate test is to determine when a prospective patient's shoe size last changed. If it has been more than two years since a child's shoe size increased, there is a strong likelihood that his or her nose has also stopped growing, and that a nasal operation would be feasible. On average, this occurs around age 15 in girls and around age 16 or 17 in boys. Therefore, nasal surgery on a younger child is recommended only in the presence of extenuating circumstances, such as when a nasal obstruction creates significant breathing difficulties.

Teenagers

Teenagers are also not commonly associated with cosmetic surgery. However, the physical component of changing a patient's nasal appearance is not the only factor to bear in mind. In addition to physical development, it is important to assess a teenager's emotional maturity before considering any type of cosmetic procedure, including a nose job. Oftentimes, a compelling reason for a teenager to seek rhinoplasty is better social adjustment during the high school and college years. The evaluation of a teenager is a multi-faceted and complex process – some teens are very mature and clear about what they want to change, while others might display photos of the latest pop star and explain that this is the nose they desire. As such, thoughtful conversation and examination should occur between a surgeon, the teen, and the teen's parents before any cosmetic procedure is considered. A teenager must be mature enough to understand that the purpose of rhinoplasty is not to create a "trendy" nose, but rather to enhance the appearance of the nose so that it will continue to look good with age.

Young Adults

Young adults can be candidates for many types of plastic surgery, including rhinoplasty. Changes to the nasal structure can be entertained at this age because the nose has reached maturity. Nevertheless, if a prospective patient is considering a nose job for aesthetic reasons, a surgeon should carefully evaluate the patient's expectations and motivations to ensure that they are realistic and appropriate. The best rhinoplasty candidates are well-adjusted and happy with their lives – they simply want to improve the appearance of their noses, and are not seeking perfection. A prospective patient must understand that even slight changes to the shape of the nose can have a dramatic effect on his or her appearance. By the same token, a patient should not expect a nose job to transform him or her into someone else.

Middle-Aged Adults

Like young adults, middle-aged patients are also good candidates for rhinoplasty. Those who seek nose jobs tend to desire more subtle changes than their younger counterparts, mainly because their identities are usually well established at this point in their lives.

Seniors

Prospective patients in this category typically seek a more youthful representation of themselves. Sometimes, they experience a disconnect between what they see in the mirror and how they feel inside. At this age, most people do not seek drastic changes, but instead have a healthy desire to "look good for their age." There is no upper age limit for rhinoplasty; rather, if a person is in overall good health (both mentally and physically) and has reasonable expectations, he or she is not too old for plastic surgery.

Consult with a Board Certified Surgeon

If you would like more information about rhinoplasty, either for yourself or for your child, it's best to consult with an experienced cosmetic surgeon who is Board Certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery. A trusted surgeon can help you make a fully informed decision to help ensure that you are ultimately satisfied.

Assignments play an important role in studies. They are like a must in every university around the world for the best of academics. They play a significant role in completing the intellect of a student. This helps the student improve his expression of views and opinions in a systematic way. It is necessary to write assignments during schooling as they learn the management of time and the mapping of mind. Thinking capacity and the imaginary powers of the student reaches a great extent and they undergo all round development of mind. This is best done during schooling and college life as this the tender age where such achievements take flight.

Every person is different and unique in their own way. There is the lot of students who can write essays with ease. There is also the lot which struggles in expressing its views. Like it is said and done, time and tide waits for none. These students who struggle in expressing their views they take a lot of time to complete their assignments and by that time the deadline would have passed and they will be under loss of points which is very necessary for the academics. They are all very necessary for gaining points in academics. When this purpose is not served while writing the assignments they will and should seek external help. If they surpass that stage they can slowly progress in their writing skills but that which needs professionalism needs external professional help.

Like it's said, money buys almost everything. Money is something which when spent can get anything at one's doorstep. When a student cannot write the necessary assignment at a given time it is better to buy assignments. These are not like cheating but just passing the trouble and excelling in academics. The student can later try out the work and learn it but at that point of time it is better to buy assignments. There are websites which offer best assignment writing service and they are named online assignment help. This is the best way to finish the task and excel in it. Article Title: Las Vegas to Grand Canyon - Epic Airplane Tours

*********************** ARTICLE START ***********************

When it's your time to go to Las Vegas, make sure you find the opportunity to squeeze in a flight to the Grand Canyon. Great airplane tours abound, and here's a quick primer on the best ones and how to get them cheaply.

First, it pays to know that Canyon airplanes depart from Las Vegas and Tusayan, the small town in Arizona that's just outside the gates of the National Park and home to Grand Canyon National Park Airport.

From Las Vegas, you can fly to either the West Rim, which is closest, or the South Rim, which is 270 miles away and requires a 60-minute flight. South Rim planes only fly the South Rim, and there are no connecting flights between the rims.

Las Vegas

From Vegas you can take an air or landing tour. Air tours basically go over all the key landmarks of the West Rim and come back to the town. Landing tours, by contrast, land at the top of the Rim and let you explore.

Air tours are awesome if you are looking to sample the best the Canyon has to offer but are either constrained by budget or time. And both types of tours go over Lake Mead, Hoover Dam, West Rim and the Skywalk.

Those who take a landing tour will be able to add several very nice side trips. In addition to bundling Skywalk tickets into the package, you can also include a helicopter ride to the bottom and a Colorado River boat ride.

South Rim

One of the most common questions I get about the South Rim is if aircraft, both airplanes and helicopters, can fly to the bottom. The answer is "no" and this is because such flights are banned by the National Park Service (NPS).

But don't let that deter you from a South Rim air tour. Planes depart daily from Tusayan and do a 50-minute circuit that takes in up to 75 percent of the Canyon that includes the eastern border, the Desert Watchtower, Imperial Point, the Dragoon Corridor and much more.

Plane tours in general are all-inclusive packages. That means they include all taxes, park fees, fuel surcharges, etc. If you are taking a landing tour, most likely lunch is part of the package. As for what you should bring with you. Well, it's summer so I recommend water, a hat, sunglasses, snacks and a fully charged camera/smart phone.

Book It!

It is summer and thus the busiest time of the year at the Canyon and in Las Vegas. That means don't wait until the last minute to purchase your flight. I say play it safe and purchase your tickets at least 1-to-2 weeks in advance. This also ensures that you get the flight you want at a great price.

And finally, please book online. I say this because it will save you a significant amount of money. Try to avoid dealing with customer service until after your booking is made. That way the discount price you purchased it for is set in stone and can't be rolled back.

Conclusion

I hope this article on Las Vegas airplane tours to the Grand Canyon proved helpful. To get the flight of your dreams, first determine the city from which you'll fly and the rim from which you'll go to. That done, go online and book the flight at least a week in advance and ONLINE. Do that and you'll get exactly what you want at a great rate.

Celebrities are not your every day gift givers. When you live in mansion the size of a small neighbourhood with publicists and stylists to tell you how to talk and what to wear, your perception of reality may get a little altered. Not to mention, most celebrities have a huge wad of cash to feed aforementioned small neighbourhood for over a year. So what does one do when one has it all? What gifts do you give your cashed up friends? We've compiled a list of outrageous celebrity gifts to give you an insight into the land of extravagant gift ideas.

Dana Wilkey - While the name might not ring immediate alarm bells, you might remember Dana's guest appearance on The Real Housewives of Beverley Hills. Still no idea? She wore $25,000 sunglasses to an afternoon get together with 'the girls'. Dana's sunglasses were a gift from her fiance John Flynn for an unexplained reason but were 'authorised' by him instead of a necklace or piece of jewellery. This is one pair of sunglasses you don't want to lose.

Kim Kardashian - We all know that Kanye loves Kim - but how much? Well, the figure is undisclosed but we're guessing A LOT if Kanye's gift of a Hermes bag is anything to go by. The bag itself is worth over $40,000 but Kanye's special treat of additional artwork makes the bag one of a kind. The artwork is by none other than George Condo, a contemporary American artist who has taught at Harvard University and has works permanently on display in the Whitney and Guggenheim museums. His work sells in the thousands. So, expensive bag plus personalised artwork by famous artist multiplied by the fact that the bag is a gift from Kanye to Kim equals? Priceless!

Brad Pitt & Angelina Jolie - What do you get the man in your life for his 50th birthday when he (literally) has everything? How about a heart-shaped island to express your feelings? Angeline Jolie purchased a small island with the large price tag of $12.2 million dollars for Brad's birthday. It has the added bonus of properties on the island being designed by Brad's favourite architect Frank Lloyd Wright. Just off the coast of New York this little spot of paradise offers privacy and seclusion... we've heard of heart-shaped chocolates but heart-shaped islands take the cake!

Oprah Winfrey - To have your book touted on Oprah often ended in the book being on many best sellers lists. This is exactly what happened to Jessica Seinfeld (wife of Jerry) when she wrote a cookbook and promoted it on Oprah's show. When Jessica's book became a hit she thanked Oprah by sending her shoes! But not just a few pairs, Jessica sent Oprah 21 pairs - many of them designed by the infamous Christian Louboutin. Now, that's a thank you gift a girl can appreciate.

Beyonce Knowles & Jay Z - These two know how to shop and they've got the money to prove it! So, when you need a gift for your man, something that he doesn't have, you have to get a little creative. Beyonce picked up a Bugatti Veyron Grand Sport as a wee gift for her hubby. Car names don't mean much to us but we know that it goes from 0 to 100 in 2.4 seconds and only 30 were ever made. To top that off, this car has the cool price tag of $2 million dollars.

On 26 Aug 2014, I was sitting in a waiting room just waiting for my name to be called when I noticed a newspaper sitting on the chair next to me. The newspaper (Washington Times) was open to the Commentary Section. The article displayed was titled the "Devious Design of Operation Choke Point". Curious, I picked it up and what I read nearly knocked my socks off.

What was "Operation Choke Point"? It is a Presidential initiative, functioning WITHOUT the approval of Congress, operated by the Justice Department to close Entire Sectors of American businesses only because the President has declared these businesses as undesirable. Let me say that again, the Presidential Program initiated by President Obama, being executed by the Justice Department WITHOUT the approval of Congress has the task of closing Entire Sectors of American Businesses. These businesses are not being closed because they have broken any laws, but because the President has declared these lines of business to be undesirable.

That statement alone should have made any American rise to their feet!

Operation Choke Point – A real threat to the American way of life.

America is supposed to be the land of free enterprise, while the down side of this is businesses will popup that sell almost anything to someone who is willing to pay for it, the upside is that this is the land of opportunity where anyone with a creative idea can go forth in pursuit of fame and fortune. Well it would seem that is not the case anymore.

Looking into the facts on "Operation Choke Point" I learned that the way the program works is even more frightening. Basically the Justice Department uses Strong Armed tactics that resemble something more from Nazi Germany then the American legal system to intimidate banks to close the Bank Accounts, Lines of Credit, even the ability to process credit cards or checks, of any business that falls in one of the listed categories. Banks are threaten with everything from having to share in Legal Liabilities that these business may incur, to deep investigations into the banks operations just for doing business with any business that is on the list, regardless if that business has ever broken the law!

Deeper investigation uncovered the list of businesses that are being targeted. One quick glance and it became perfectly clear who and what is the real target of "Operation Choke Point". Many of the businesses areas are packed full of shady operators that most Americans believe are scam artist, however three of the groups stand out as being VERY different than the others. These are "Ammunition Sales, Fire Arms Sales, and Fireworks Sales. When I read those on the list, that was when it became clear to me what the real intent of the operation is for, and that is to make Fire Arms unavailable to the American People.

When Americans would not give up their Right to Bare Arms no matter how much negative and in many cases completely inaccurate "Information" they were flooded with, President Obama decided it was time to switch tracks. If they could not convince Americans to voluntarily give up their Right to Bare Arms, then the President plans to make the "Arms" unavailable to the American people. Your rights may be intact, but without the Arms, it is a difference that makes no difference.

Now the truly scary aspect of this is notice that one of the targeted lines of business is Fireworks Sales. I leave it to you to decide why Fireworks, something that could be made into Bombs must be removed from the hands of law abiding citizens… Do we need to be concerned about defending ourselves?

*********************** ARTICLE START ***********************

Break ups are one of the toughest, most painful things we can experience in life. When your partner tells you "things aren't working out, and I want to break up," your heart drops and you feel sick to your stomach. We've all been there, and it's a terrifying feeling to go through. But the good news is that there is hope. Break ups don't always last when careful steps are taken following the break up. Ex couples get back together every day.

There is no guarantee that you and your ex will get back together. People break up for different reasons, but your chances of getting back together are much higher if these steps are followed closely. After a break up a lot of emotions come into play. Anger, confusion, and sadness can all take over. You'll do anything to get your ex back. But you want to be careful not to push your ex even further away. So keep reading to find out how to get your ex back.

The first thing is to understand why the break up happened. Were you fighting all the time, growing apart, or maybe even infidelity was involved? Whatever the reason may be, it was most likely the both of you who contributed to the reason for the break up. The best thing for you to do at this point, is to realize what you may have done to contribute to the break up, and to know that it's okay, and learn from your mistakes to help you avoid the same ones in the future. There's no point in getting angry with yourself over it. Just learn from it and work hard to avoid the same mistakes.

Know this, your ex still cares about you and is thinking about you. If you were in a serious relationship with each other then your ex still loves you. Most people don't just one day wake up and decide they don't love their partner anymore. There is still love there, but your ex just needs time to think about things and what went wrong, and to realize themselves that they don't want to go on without you. It takes time, space, and patience on your part.

Being patient means you don't contact them, at all! It's easier said than done, but this is one of the most important steps. After a break up we become desperate and scared. You may have thoughts that if you don't contact your ex now they'll forget all about you and fall in love with someone else soon. As stated before, if you were serious, your ex will not be able to move on right after the break up.

If you're having desperate thoughts about your ex seeing someone else, your first instinct will be to smother them with texts and phone calls, begging them to come back to you. You may have the idea that letting your ex know how miserable you are without them will make them take you back. The truth is, all you're doing is showing them how desperate and needy you are, and you will push them further away.

Reasons to not contact your ex:

•It makes you look desperate

•It makes you look clingy

•It can make you feel worse about yourself

•An argument could happen making the whole situation worse

•If you don't get the results you wanted, you could start feeling even more lonely

Now lets say they do take you back after you begged them over and over again. Did they take you back out of pity? Most likely that's the reason, and if you have any respect for yourself at all you don't want anyone taking you back out of pity. You want your ex to come back to you because they love you and they wanted to come back, not because they felt sorry for you.

Your ex needs time to miss you. As long as they are missing you, they will be wondering what you are up to, and why you haven't contacted them. So you need to prove to your ex that you can be happy and enjoy life without them, and one way to show them how confident and happy you are is by not contacting them. If you don't contact them, in their mind you are not a needy person, and that's much more attractive to your ex.

Now if some time has gone by since the break up, and your ex starts dating someone else, you cannot freak out on them. This again makes you look desperate, weak, insecure and extremely jealous. You have to play it cool, and remember to be confident.

If it's a rebound, then most rebounds don't last long anyways. It's a way for them to use someone else to get over you. They may not think of it like that, but that's basically what a rebound is. Which also means you should stay away from any rebounds or one night stands. If you think that waking up next to someone else shortly after your break up will help you get rid of the pain, you may want to rethink things. It will only make things worse for you, and your self-esteem.

If you have already made any of these mistakes that were mentioned above, don't worry. We've all done it because it's in our nature. Just realize that you need to stop yourself from making these mistakes again because they are not helping you win back your ex, and follow the next few steps in getting them back.

Your goal should be to become a happy, attractive person during this no contact time. Take this opportunity to get to know yourself and work on any issues you may have in your life. Do things to take your mind off the break up by staying active. Working outside in the garden, shopping, exercising, or going out with friends and family. Get a new hairdo if you like. Feel good about yourself, and then write down all the things you did that helped you keep your mind off your ex, and keep doing those things.

Reasons why you should be taking this time to better yourself:

•Keep depression away

•Realize you can be happy in life no matter what

•Make certain changes in your life

•Have time to think about whether or not you really want them back

•To become even more attractive to your ex if they do come around. They may regret ever breaking up with you in the first place.

So how long do you wait to contact your ex? It's different for everyone, but definitely not in a week or two. Usually a month or even two months is a good amount of no contact time. Remember, you want them to miss you and not see you as a desperate person. When you contact them, you want them to remember what they liked about you. You want them to remember what attracted you to them when you first started dating.

If you contact them, you can ask them to meet up with you for a coffee, or something simple. Don't ask them out as if you were going on a serious date. When you meet up with them you want them to see the new you. They will see that you've been taking care of yourself, and see how happy you are. This is what's attractive to your ex.

Remember to be confident, and relaxed. Don't talk about the relationship unless your ex brings it up first. Catch up on other things like the classes they're taking, or how their job is going. Again, don't make your ex think that you're depressed or miserable without them.

Be the one to end the meet up. End it politely, letting them know you have to be somewhere, and tell them it was good seeing them again. Then after the meet up, don't contact them right away. Let them be the one who contacts you, and if they ask you out again, great! You know you've done something right, and you can slowly rekindle your relationship with your ex.

Take things slow, and don't rush into it. Again, don't be desperate or needy. This is a new relationship. The old one is gone and you want them to see the new and improved you.

*********************** ARTICLE START ***********************

For all you guys out there wondering how to get a girlfriend, the first thing you need to ask yourself is what is a woman looking for in a man? Women are programmed to think, feel, and react a certain way when it comes to finding the right kind of man for her. She knows what to look for to make herself feel safe, comfortable, and happy. So lets go over a few of those things women are looking for in a man, and find out the mistakes many men make when interacting with women.

Confidence. You could be the smartest, funniest, most good looking guy in the world, but if you don't portray yourself as confident then forget any chances of having a real relationship with a women. That may sound harsh, but women need a confident man in their lives who can love himself for who he is. Not a man who is in love with himself, and who is arrogant and thinks he is God's gift to women. But a man who takes care of himself, the people in his life, and who makes decisions on a constant basis without second guessing himself.

Personality. Again, no matter how good looking you are, if you can't carry on a conversation with women, and make them feel that you care about what they're saying then your chances of finding a great girl are slim. Talk about her and what interests her, and make her laugh. Don't be the usual boring guy most women have to deal with.

Physical Appearance. You don't have to be a male model to get a woman to notice you. But you do need to take care of yourself and the way you look. Meaning a nicely trimmed beard or goatee, rather than the Grissly Adams look, may get you further with women. Not dressing like a homeless person when going out in public. A nice button up shirt with jeans, or even a nice name brand t-shirt that fits and isn't three sizes to big will get you noticed quicker.

Sense of Humor. Every woman is attracted to a man with a sense of humor. You absolutely cannot take everything so seriously in life. Learn to make fun of things, and yourself, but in a confident way. Not in a way that makes you look like your insecure, and that you don't think to highly of yourself. You must do it in a way that says you're secure with who you are, and that you find it humorous that this certain incident happened to you. Remember, be confident.

So where do you meet a girl that you can share your time with. You can check out the free dating sites where many people have found relationships. The big thing is to get out and meet people. It's a scary thought, especially if you're shy or a home body. But how do you expect to find someone if you're never out meeting new people? Women don't magically appear. Get to know the friends of your friends more often. Go to public places like dog parks, gyms, grocery stores, clothes stores, malls, and so on. The more people you meet, the better your chances are. And the better chance you have of new friends hooking you up with one of their friends.

You can practice talking to as many women as possible. Make friends with them before looking to get a girlfriend. Practice makes perfect. Making good friends with lots of women will help your conversation skills, and help you learn about how women think. This will also help you feel less lonely in your life. Make as many friends as possible, and don't make excuses to not talk to people. You're missing your chances of finding someone special. The worst she can say is "no" and walk away. No big deal. Don't get discouraged and keep trying.

I discourage people from meeting girlfriends or boyfriends at bars. If you're going out with a group of friends to a bar or club and a new girl just happens to be in that group, that's a different story. But to just go out to a bar or club to try and find a girlfriend usually doesn't work out so well in the end. Bars are good places for a one night stand though, if that's what you're looking for.

Flirt with women and have fun. Flirting with women that you may be attracted to will help keep you from falling into the friend zone. What's the friend zone you may ask? That's where you're friends with someone who you may have feelings for, but that other person doesn't feel the same about you. They think of you as just a friend. So be playful and flirty, to help avoid the friend zone. And even if she still isn't interested in you, she may be more likely to hook you up with a friend of hers. See how it's good to have girls as friends?

Keep her interested all the time. Ask her questions about herself, and leave a little mystery about yourself. Don't tell her your whole life story to soon. Be the one to end the conversation and keep her wanting more. She'll want to talk to you more often to learn more about you and what makes you tick.

Be a gentleman at all times. Making disrespectful comments to women doesn't make them attracted to you. Instead it turns them off and makes them never want to see or talk to you again. A woman wants a real man in her life, and the qualities of a man include respect, honesty, and generosity. Though some may think that being a real man means being the bad boy who doesn't care what people think, this is far from the truth. If the woman you're after wants the rebellious type, you may want to reconsider trying to start a relationship with this type of woman. It may not be the mature type of relationship you need, so be careful.

Be yourself, not who you think she wants you to be. If you feel a certain way, or have a different opinion about something, it's okay to feel that way. Don't agree with whatever she says if you feel it isn't moral or justified. She wants you to have your own opinions and to be honest with her. She wants a man who will stand up for what he believes in, not someone who does and says what she wants. If she does want someone who will respond to her every command, or agree with whatever she says then you need to move on. That's not something you need in your life. Remember, be a man.

When you do ask a girl for her number, or ask her to go on a date, never look desperate. The last thing a woman wants is a desperate, needy man in her life. Women like to challenge men and play hard to get, but they don't want a man who begs. They like little dogs that beg because they think it's cute. But a man who begs will turn any woman off. Remember the whole confidence thing. Being confident includes a man being okay with who he is, and not making a big deal out of a woman shooting him down.

Ladies, this world is full of men out there looking for a girlfriend. There has never been an easier time than now to find a boyfriend for you to share your time, thoughts and emotions with. Someone you can go out to the movies with. Go to your favorite restaurant with and tell him all about the food there that you love. Or a man that you can cook for and brag about how good your food is. There are a lot of men out there waiting to find a quality woman in their lives.

Now you may hear from your friends or family that it's hard to find a good quality man these days. That's true to some degree, but there are still a lot of good guys out there who will treat you with the respect you deserve. But to be treated with respect is to respect yourself as well as others, and accept that men and women may think differently on certain subjects. Now even though we may think differently, the truth is both genders are looking for similar things when finding a mate. Lets look at some of those things that a quality man is searching for in a woman.

Just as a woman wants a man who is confident, a man wants a woman who is confident also. A woman who respects herself, loves life, and her friends and family. If you have no confidence in yourself, and your self-esteem is very low, men can sense that right away. Unfortunately most men aren't programmed to show the right kind of respect to a woman who has no confidence, just as most women don't show a lot of respect to men who have no confidence as well.

Imagine yourself walking into a room with a lot of men around, as you act shy and you're unable to make eye contact with the men in the room. Unless you look like a supermodel it may be difficult for the men in the room to walk up to you and start a conversation. Now imagine yourself dressed nice and walking into a room with lots of men around, as you portray yourself with confidence and a smile on your face. The men won't be able to take their eyes off you. Which scenario do you like best?

Men want women who are independent. The quality guy you are looking for doesn't want a woman who depends on him for everything. He wants someone who is self-sufficient, isn't constantly needy, and who has her own life. These days men are looking for someone who has her own job. Someone that can take care of herself when things get tough.

Now even though men want an independent woman, there are certain things that men want to feel needed for. They still want to be the strong man who can help their lady lift that heavy object. Or that intelligent, knowledgeable man who can fix anything. So while you should be independent and self-sufficient, at the same time let him feel like a man, even if you're capable of lifting that heavy object with one hand.

Be available, but not to available. You can play hard to get. Most men these days don't desire someone who is easily available. They like a challenge, which means you will need to talk to them, but also keep them at a distance. Again, you can't appear needy or desperate. Those actions will turn a man off and he will run away faster than a race horse.

Keep him wondering, but at the same time send out the right signals. Make him come to you. And when he does finally ask you out, be nice and friendly to him. If you like him, accept his invitation. Don't shoot him down thinking that he'll come back and want you even more. If you keep him waiting too long he may move on. You don't want to overdo it with the playing hard to get. So say yes to him with confidence, and make sure he has your number.

Men want a woman with a strong personality. Do you want a man who is not easy to talk to? Probably not. Just as men don't want someone who doesn't know how to carry on a conversation. Many women have it programmed in their brains that men are supposed to be the ones who carry on the conversation, and have to keep the lady entertained. But it really goes both ways. If you're not easy to talk to, there's a good possibility he won't be asking you on a second date. So when you're out on a date, relax, have fun and don't be afraid to ask him questions about himself. Be talkative and keep the conversations going. It's up to you to make a good impression so that he keeps coming back.
