If you choose to do a helicopter tour, I recommend you get one that uses the EcoStar 130, which is a vastly superior aircraft. It boats a cabin that's 25 percent larger than conventional helicopters as well as a 180-degree windshield and stadium-style seating. Vegas airplane tours are getting rave reviews, too. Flights go to the West Rim and the South Rim. West Rim trips can be upgraded to include a helicopter ride to the bottom. The Vegas-South Rim flight takes only 60 minutes, which is a really fast considering it takes 5.5 hours to driver there. Bus Rides Vegas bus tours are now departing daily. They leave at 7 am and are let you undertake one of the greatest road trips in the West. Buses go to the West Rim and the South Rim. I recommend you go to the West if you are looking for thrills and adventure and the South if you want natural scenic beauty. It's recommended that you book your Grand Canyon tour in advance.
