1. Is Fluoride A Nutrient?

Doesn't the term "fluoride" sound like something you would find on the periodic table of elements? Doesn't the term "fluoride" enter your mind as something safe and beneficial? Fluoride is NOT an element at all, but an ionic compound containing fluorine, the single most reactive element. Fluoride is an industrial by-product of steel, cement, aluminum, phosphate, and nuclear weapons manufacturing. Fluoride is a toxin, not a nutrient.

2. When Did Fluoridation Begin?

In the United States, fluoride was added to our drinking water on January 25, 1945. On this date, Grand Rapids, Michigan became the first community to fluoridate its drinking water to prevent tooth decay. Exactly how fluoride helps protect teeth, or how much it protects them, remains unclear. In 1955, Crest became the first company to add fluoride to its brand.

3. How Did Fluoride Get Added To Our Drinking Water?

In a brilliant and clever public relations campaign, fluoride was transformed into a health phenomenon, repositioning it as an essential nutrient for dental care, and taking all attention away from its inherent toxicity. The public, based on poor science at best, fell for it! We were brain washed. We are brain washed still. It is an unethical form of mass-medication, without each individual's knowledge or consent.

Instead of costing industries billions of dollars to dispose of this environmental pollutant, they made millions selling it to water and toothpaste companies!

4. How Toxic Is Fluoride?

According to "Clinical Toxicology of Commercial Products", fluoride is more poisonous than lead and a little less poisonous than arsenic. It is a poison that accumulates in your bones year after year. Confirmed by Argonne National Laboratories in 1989, fluoride has the ability to transform normal cells into cancer cells. Fluoride, even at doses of 1ppm, which is what is found in household drinking water, has the ability to damage immune systems, worsen arthritis, and inhibit enzyme systems, according to the "Physicians Desk Reference". Also, in a study conducted by Procter and Gamble, it was concluded that fluoride used to fluoridate our drinking water resulted in significant increase in genetic damage.

5. What Products Use Fluoride?

Fluoride is used in the manufacturing of refrigerators, herbicides, computer screens, plastic, and light bulbs, to name a few. Sodium fluoride is used in, but not limited to, rat poison, cockroach poison, and household toothpaste!

6. Do I Need To Detox?

When you think about detoxing, think beyond the food. Think about all the products that you put ON your body as well. Our skin is our largest elimination organ. Everything you put on your skin is absorbed in your blood stream in about 27 seconds.

Think about your body being a bathtub, and the toxins you intake being the water filling your bathtub. Because we blindly believe the advertisers and marketers about the safety and health of the products we ingest and put on our bodies, we continuously add water to our bathtubs. As your bathtub fills, your body supplies you with plenty of warning signals that we write off as "normal", like constipation, chronic fatigue, angry skin, weight gain, bloated stomach, etc. Eventually, the bathtub overflows because it cannot handle any more water. This is when your body starts flashing the red alert and stops functioning properly in BIG ways, like becoming chronically ill.

Below is a partial list of physical signs of toxicity in your body. If you are currently experiencing any of them, it is a good indication that your body needs a well-deserved detox.

-Bloating -Acid Reflux -Indigestion

-Weight gain-Slow Digestion-Inability to lose weight

-Muscle aches-Headaches-Joint pain

-Sugar cravings -Anxiety -Blood sugar problems

-Chronic fatigue-Low libido-Decreased metabolism

-Fatty liver -Fibromyalgia -Gallbladder issues

-Allergies-Food sensitivity-Poor concentration

-Hemorrhoids -Constipation -Autoimmune diseases

-Acne-Skin irritations-Cellulite

-Depression-Mood swings-Anger issues

-Inflammation-Disturbed sleep -Excessive sweating

-Hot flashes -PMS -Menopausal symptoms

7. Get A Head Start With A Reputable Detox Program

A good detox program will guide you every step of the way so that you can enjoy a better quality of life! If you are like me, it can be very difficult to do anything all by yourself. When you can be a part of something that is bigger than yourself, and share the same concerns and goals, it is like magic! Detoxing can be fun and easier than you think, as your body quickly responds to what is actually good and healthy for it.

Make a commitment to join a viable, reliable, truth-based detox program and stick with it from beginning to end. The recommended time frame to fully participate in your detox program is four weeks. For most, this is the duration required to make or break a habit. This allows your body the time it needs to establish new, healthy habits, and rid itself from harmful addictions. You will be AMAZED how quickly your body acclimates to the new YOU and your new clean eating lifestyle!

If you are looking for Hajj Umrah packages, you are among those thousands of religious Muslims who love to go on pilgrimages and immerse themselves in the bliss of Makkah. Anyone who can financially and physically afford to for Hajj or Umrah trip should undertake the journey for spiritual reasons. A true pilgrim travels to Makkah not to ask for materialistic gains but for Allah and Allah alone.

Circumambulation of the Ka'aba is an important rite for Hajj and Umrah. And do you know the actual story of this revered structure? Let's go back a little into history to appreciate its beauty.

Makkah is an old town in the province of Hejaz that lies in western region of Arabian Peninsula. It is now a part modern Saudi Arabia. Ka'aba located in the centre of this town is a small cubical building made of stones. It is about 60 feet long, 60 feet wide and 60 feet high. Throughout history of Makkah, travellers from around the world have come to visit this building. In Islam, it is Baitullah, or the House of Allah. Legends tell that it was ordained by Allah to be built in the shape of the House in Heaven, called Baitul Ma'amoor. Allah who has boundless mercy for His worshippers, ordained a similar place on earth and some believe that Prophet Adam had first built this structure.

There is another story that describes construction of Ka'aba when Allah ordered Prophet Ibrahim to erect a shrine for worship. At that time Ibrahim was ordered to go to the Southern desert with his wife Hagera and infant son Ismail. Holy Quran has brought this story into the real light of history. According to Sura 3:90 of Qur'an:

"Allah has spoken the Truth, therefore follow the creed of Ibrahim, a man of pure faith and no idolater".

Therefore it was actually Prophet Ibrahim who was the real founder of Ka'aba. When he built this holy shrine in Makkah, he prayed for the place to always remain a centre of worship for all good and pious men and women. He prayed to Allah that the Ka'aba be always kept safe and holy.

Ismail, the son of Prophet Ibrahim also helped his father to build the Ka'aba and his family remained the custodians of this beautiful shrine. For hundreds of years, the Ka'bah was in care of Ismail's descendents and from them the name of Abde Manaf became very popular. When he inherited this service, it became even more prominent. His son Hashim took over the leadership and took the prominence forward to many other towns. And then pilgrims started to visit the place. They were also treated to feast offered by Hashim and his family.

Islam is a monotheistic religion. Prophet Ibrahim had built this House of Allah for worship to one God. But even within his lifetime, people had defied his orders and started putting idols in Ka'aba. Prophet Ibrahim (and later his successors) had to remove these idols. The Prophet had even explained it to people that Ka'aba is a symbolic house of God and He does not physically reside there as He is omnipotent.

During the early years of Prophet Muhammad (May Peace be upon him) the Ka'aba got damaged by floods but was rebuilt soon.

Today, this beautiful symbol of faith is surrounded by Al Masjid Al Haram. Its walls are covered with a black silk curtain called Kiswa that is also embroidered with verses from Holy Quran.

Opposite the north west wall but not attached to it, is a semicircular wall of white marble. It is 3 feet high and around 5 feet broad. This semicircular space has a particular reverence and pilgrims wait in row to find a place to worship there.

For locomotives, which are driven by diesel or electricity, EMU and DEMU vehicles with AC Traction Motors, new microprocessor based AC-AC Traction System (MAS) offers the latest in technology combining IGBT based Traction Converter with DSP and microprocessor based embedded controls. Microprocessor based Locomotive Control system is used in conjunction with IGBT based traction converter to implement this solution.

Federal Railway of Switzerland has granted ABB Switzerland an agreement valued approximately SFr 69.2m ($US 75.4m) to provide latest traction apparatuses for its convoy of 119 Re460 electric locomotives as a section of a SFr 230m middle-life renovation program.

According to this contract, 202 IGBT traction converters will be supplied by ABB with an option for 38 additional units which are water-cooled. As per SSB's opinion, it will be possible to reduce traction power consumption by 27GWh per year by converting the convoy to IGBT which is sufficient electricity to power 6750 homes.

Latest oil-free dual compressors will be used to equip the Re 460s. These are intended to minimize power dissipation when the locomotives are immobile. Besides this, advantages like advanced air conditioning and heating in the driver's cabs and latest fire safety systems for operation in the Gotthard Base Tunnel can be achieved by using this.

A conventional locomotive will be modernized by using IGBT converters by the end of coming year and will pass through test runs for a year before the left 118 locomotives are updated. The renovations will be executed at SBB's Yverdon-les-Bains workshop and the program is expected to be finished in 2022.

Since the early 1990s, the 200km/h four-axle Re460 has been the base of SBB's long-range convoy. As a segment of the Rail 2000 project to bring up-to-date train services and raise retention on the Swiss mainline network, the locomotives were introduced and these are built by a Swiss consortium of SLM and ABB. It is expected that this modernization program will prolong their operational life by 20 years.

A $240m IGBT (Insulated Gate Bipolar Transistor) manufacture plant has been commenced by Zhuzhou CSR Times Electric Co, a semiconductor maker from China. The company has done this by comprising technology enhanced by Dynex Semiconductor, its supplementary in the United Kingdom. This plant is mentioned to be the first of its category in China and the second all over the world.

Using eight-inch silicon wafers, high performance IGBT modules and chips will be produced in this new factory which is located in Zhuzhou. Output is supposed to touch 120,000 wafers and 1 million IGBT modules every year in the first stage of the operation

CSR's recently formed semiconductor business is managing the latest IGBT range. Its European subsidiary is Dynex.

The multinational CSR Zhuzhou Research & Development Centre is located at Dynex's site in Lincoln, United Kingdom. The centre was set up in 2010 to focus on cutting-edge power semiconductor technology and, particularly, on the succeeding generation of IGBT products. The technology is being used to make new IGBTs in the new facility has been developed in this R&D centre.

Over two years were needed by the latest production line to be built. Technical advice, support, staff training were provided by Dynex throughout this process, both in China and in Lincoln.

IGBTs are a crucial part in high-efficacy electrical power transformation systems used in variable-speed motor drives, uninterruptable power supplies, power grids, trains, renewable power plants and electric and hybrid electric vehicles. Using the latest soft-punch-through field-stop and trench technologies, high-power modules will be manufactured initially by the new range.

Dr Paul Taylor, president and CEO of Dynex says, "Since the acquisition of Dynex by CSR Times Electric in 2008, there has been a rapid development in our IGBT capability."

"Since the acquisition of Dynex by CSR Times Electric in 2008, there has been a rapid development in our IGBT capability," says Dr Paul Taylor, president and CEO of Dynex. "We began with four–inch wafers, then upgraded to six-inch at our plant in Lincoln. We then extended our technology to support the design of this new facility. It complements our base in the UK by giving us access to a world-leading eight-inch IGBT wafer fabrication facility and a high-volume module assembly line.

"Our rapid development does not stop there," he adds. "The new line has been kitted out with the latest equipment, and the next phase of expansion is already being planned. This targets key markets such as electric automotive and renewable energy. So at our UK R&D Centre, we are already working on designing the next generation of advanced silicon and silicon carbide power devices, and are busy recruiting new staff to expand our multinational research, design and development teams to meet this exciting new challenge."

People who get a payday loan in the United Kingdom can use the money to pay a variety of bills such as car repairs and childcare bills. These loans are great for people who do not have credit cards but need cash urgently. Even though payday loans are easy and convenient to get, there are a few issues that can prevent people from obtaining them. One important aspect people should consider before applying for a cash advance is how their credit report will be affected.

Payday loans in the United Kingdom

Consumers need to remember that usually, instant payday loans will not directly affect their credit scores. Almost every lender forgoes the credit review process. But even though credit is not a big concern for lenders, there are some situations that can negatively affect one's score. For those who do not repay the loan according the terms of the contract, the consequences can be severe. Most of the time, lenders will not report late payments, especially if an extension is granted. However, people who completely default on their payday loan should expect that default to be reflected on their credit score.

Once the delinquent payday loans is reported to the credit bureau, the borrower will run into additional financial problems. Besides a lower credit score, people who default will have a harder time getting a loan, credit card or other financing in the future. In addition, a lender does have the option to file suit in order to reclaim lost money. After becoming aware of how delinquent payments can effect one's finances, there are some measures borrowers can take to keep their credit report in good standing.

First of all, borrowers should always take the time to prioritise how they plan to pay their bills. The best, and really the only, way an individual can avoid the negative effects of payment defaults is not to pay late. If one cannot repay the loan per the agreement, they should notify the lender right away and try to work out a revised repayment plan. Most repayments are taken via automatic drafts from the borrower's bank account. Therefore, the borrower should make sure they have enough funds in the bank on the day the automatic draft is scheduled.

Payday loans UK lenders

There are also lenders who report on-time payers to credit bureaus, which is advantageous to those who satisfy their payday loans online as their credit score will increase. However, not all lenders will do this so it is important to shop around and verify that they do before signing a loan agreement. Of course, people should only borrow an amount they can afford to pay back. And if one needs something clarified on the contract, they should not be afraid to ask the lender.

These companies do sometimes check your credit standing with credit reference agencies, just as banks do before they approve you for a loan. However, the companies that deal in payday loans are not very stringent in the standards they apply for qualification for funding. You will therefore get cash from them that will help you tide over your financial difficulties.

It is very important for you to understand that the ease with which you can get money from these companies comes at a cost. The rate of interest that these companies charge is usually extremely high which is only to be expected since they have to take on a higher level of risk in order to give out bad credit loans.

Financial institutions worldwide base their rate on interest on the amount of risk they have to take on, for obvious reasons. Most companies that offer payday loans charge a rate of 25 % on the amount they lend you. However, there are plenty of takers for these loans because they are sometimes essential in order to help people deal with financial crises of all sorts.

A casual search of the internet will lead you to plenty of companies that offer instant payday loans even if you have a low credit rating. Make sure that you choose one that offers you the best terms so that the total cost can be as low as possible. You should also ensure that you pay them off by the agreed date instead of defaulting on them. This is essential in order to make sure that your credit rating does not fall even further, making subsequent loans impossible or far too expensive.

People of this era are really putting the effort into decorating their homes and making their walls look really interesting and lovely o look at. There lots of different things you can use to brighten up your walls with your photos but one real good idea that has become very popular is photo canvas prints.

Canvas printing is such a fun and colourful way to brighten up every home. There is endless things you can have printed to canvas and there lots of different shapes and sizes you can achieve from them to. Just take for instance a personalised photo of you and your family. You could have lots of small copies made and send them off to your family members so that they can all hang them up on their walls or you can get a real big canvas print that you can hang up in your living room for all your family to see when they come to visit, Or you could always do both. That's just one example. You could print your art on canvas or you could experiment with computer software and create your own design and have that printed as a canvas print, the ideas and ways to get your images on canvas is limitless, Whatever you think, as long as it's a digital image in some sort of form then it can be transferred to a canvas photo print for you to enjoy and hang up in your home.

Another example of turning your photographic image into a stunning canvas print is the big craze of the Keep calm and carry on image, this image was a sign and a poster from the Second World War back in 1939. It was a motivation poster from the government to keep people calm and to basically carry on with their lives and that all will be ok. This sign was big back then and it has also made a very big come back to our lives with many people using the image and having it printed onto their own posters for their own décor and even canvas prints to. The great thing about this idea is that people have been using the same style of text and in the same format they are using the slogan and changing the words to read something more personal to them self's. Something like "Take part and create art" is a really great saying to have, another one is "Be bright and always right" . These are just some of the art and sayings that are used in the style of the "Keep calm and carry on" canvas prints that many people are using to decorate their homes with. It's such a great idea to as making your favourite canvas art is one of the most fun things you can do when It comes to decorating some wall space and sometimes you might not have any ideas and any favourite photos that you want to have printed so having some word art like this is a great way to some canvas photo prints art in your home.

Speaking of word art, there is also a new type of canvas printing way to get words and art and pictures all into one image and one canvas print. There is software out there now that you can use, or if you can't get a hold of the software then there is specialist out there that can create this sort of art for you. It's basically taking on photo, let's say it's your dog, and then cutting the dog out of the image via some kind of Photoshop software and then filling the online of the dog with words that means lot to you, for instance the dogs name or the place you take your dog to when you walk him or her, things like that.

So as you can see there is so many different ways you can take advantage of the famous canvas print. The ideas we have covered today is just the tip of the iceberg, there's lots of great and wondrous things you can do with canvas printing if you just open your heart and listen to the ideas it come up with.

If you have a passion for photos or if you're just looking for a great business idea then printing photos on canvas may be the thing for you. There is a lot of expertise that goes into canvas printing but if you do your home work and get some advice from a canvas printer that has got experience then you can make a good little amount of pocket money for yourself. Or even if you're an artist and you want to print your own artwork on to canvas prints, you could either get another companies to do your canvas printing for you or your could buy some second hand machinery and ad do it yourself.

If you're looking to make some canvas prints yourself then the main key ingredients would be to have a large format printer, you can get a second hand inkjet printer on ebay for around £1000 upward depending on what size printer you would like. The bigger the printer the more expensive it would be. Then you need stretcher bar frames. You could just start by purchasing a few different sizes and then as you get busier you can add more and more sizes to your collection and then you can start to purchase boxes of a certain size stretcher bar, that way you will get the cheaper in the end.

The next thing you will need is some work space, get yourself some kind of table that is flat so you have room to be able to place your canvas print and your canvas printing work over wile you attach it to the frame. You will need some canvas pliers and a staple gun of some sort. There is plenty of different staple guns for canvas printing online that you can choose from and any of those will do the job.

Then all you need is a computer and some inkjet canvas and then you're ready to make your canvas print. There is quite a lot to it but if you're thinking of doing it long term then it get easier as you go. You will need some kind of image editing software to which will enable you to be able to crop images and change the size of them so they fit the frame that you will be framing the canvas print to. Once you have done that then you simply send the job to your printer and let the printer work its magic. Once you have the finished canvas print your simply take it to your table and stretch and staple your canvas photo print over your wooden stretcher bar frame and there you have it, One wonderful work of art.

Like I said before there is quite a lot to making your own canvas print and if you're an artist that is just looking to make a couple duplicates of their work to show case at a sale or art fair then it might be worth just sending your work to a professional canvas printers for them to make your canvas prints for you as it's not a job where you can learn it over night and it takes time to master the stretching side of the canvas framing to but if you're interested in making a few pounds for yourself then it might be worth your trying it yourself. Such a fun and amazing way to get photos in to some kind of artwork form that are great once displayed in a home which is why they are so popular these days and why so many people love them. The way that technology has came now days it's really great that we can produce such a brilliant and stunning home decoration for all our photos and memories to be show cased on.

If you're looking for that really special something to hang on your walls but you're not that sure what to do then you could get some inspiration by looking online or looking in interior design magazines. If you do look for some interior design ideas then you may end up coming across the possibility to print your photos on to canvas prints and if you decide to get some done then you will be able to show your photos off in style in your own home and be proud of how your photos are printed.

Printing your own digital or hard copy photo onto canvas has never been easier. Therese lots of professional canvas printing companies out there that have the correct tools and the correct know how to be able to produce you such a beautiful work of art with your own photo. That's one of the great things about photo canvas prints, it's that you can turn your own photo in to real like art as the canvas material is very artistic and the wood that is used to frame up your canvas prints looks so good to and very professional to.

Decorating home walls is such a vital thing in this day and age and so many of us are using lots of different artistic ways to express our photos through the medium of canvas printing. The really cool look of the photo on the canvas material that has deep pours and beautifully woven texture just gives your finished photo work of art that extra wow factor. You will always get a mention from a friend or a family member when they come to visit you and they see your amazing looking canvas photos hanging up on your walls as they really do stand out if you manage to get a really good canvas printer that uses really high quality inks for your canvas printing.

The thing that is so beautiful about having your own photo printed as a canvas print is that it makes it personal to you, it's great if you are able to get some of your photos printed on to a canvas print because it's a really good way of celebrating those photos. Let's say you had a big family event and you managed to capture lots of great photos, or even let's say you paid a professional photographer to take lots of stunning photos of you and your family then it would be such a great way to really appreciate those photos by printing them on to canvas prints and showing them off to the world.

Another really good approach to having canvas pictures in your home is you can get canvas prints online that are available as stock canvas printing. You don't have to have some of your own personalised photos printed as you can simply select from an array of pictures and designs and artwork online and choose the one that you think would look good in the room that you are decorating. If you do that then you don't have to worry about making sure you image is of high enough quality as sometimes your photos can be too small to print from on to canvas if they are not the original images. This also helps if you don't actually have any personal photos to hand that you can use to transform into great canvas prints.

Canvas art look just as good once hung up on your walls and sometimes it can be a lot easier to simply just purchase an artwork piece that is in front of you at a certain size rather than having to upload your photo and waiting for the canvas printers to confirm your photo is ok. It can be a much quicker way to get some canvas prints for you home to which is great.

Spring is in the air and that means it's time to book that Grand Canyon float tour. There are several outstanding adventures from which to choose and here's a quick overview of the best.

The Starting Point

The South Rim is by far the place to be when it comes to float tours. Trips start from Grand Canyon National Park Airport in Tusayan, which is the small town just outside the gates of the South Rim.

The most inexpensive option is the one that goes by bus from the South Rim to Page, AZ. The drive takes about 3 hours and it goes through some incredible countryside that includes the Little Colorado River Gorge and the Painted Desert.

Once the bus reaches Page, it heads for Glen Canyon Dam, the foot of which is home to the docks that hold the 19-man, adventure grade pontoon rafts. Before getting there, however, the bus has to go through a major tunnel to the base of the Dam.

The Float

At the dock, you'll transfer to the raft and begin the 15.5-mile float tour down the majestic Colorado River, the course of which takes you by the internationally famous Horseshoe Bend, a red sandstone cut in the river you'll never forget.

En route to Lee's Ferry, which is the terminus, you'll pull off at several sandy beaches, including one where you'll enjoy lunch (included in the package) and another where you'll have the option to do a short walk into a mystic canyon to view ancient Indian rock art. Of course, swimming is welcome and it's why I recommend folks dress for it, especially during the summer months when the bottom of the canyon can get hotter than 100 degrees (and it's why I also recommend wearing a brimmed hat and bringing lots of sun block).

The Trading Post

Once the float concludes, you'll hop aboard an air-conditioned bus and make your way back to the Rim after making a quick stop at the famous Cameron Trading Post where you'll find a monster selection of authentic Indian handicrafts.

Option #2 is more expensive and does everything Number One does except instead of taking the bus to Page you fly over. Flight time is just 60 minutes and you'll cruise past some of the most notable landmarks in the National Park like Desert Watchtower, the Colorado River Confluence and Imperial Point.

You'll land at the Page airport, transfer to a 4x4 Jeep and do tour of Antelope Canyon, famous for its slot canyons. Then it's back on the Jeep straight for the bottom of Glen Canyon Dam and the docks so you can partake in the float tour. At Lee Ferry, you'll join the others on the bus back to the South Rim.

Conclusion

I hope this article about 1-day Grand Canyon float tours helped you decide between option #1 (the bus) and option #2 (the airplane and Jeep). Keep in mind that there are NO whitewater rapids on this tour so kids as young as 4 are welcome. It's also a great trip for active seniors. So come aboard! It's time to cruise the Colorado River!
