Did you know that Grand Canyon National Park is comprised of more than 1 million acres? That's a lot of ground to cover. But not if you take an airplane tour. To get you closer to the perfect flight, here are five things you need to know.
First thing you need to decide is which rim you want to visit. There are two. The West Rim and the South Rim. The former is accessible from Las Vegas. The later can be done from Vegas and Tusayan, the gateway to the National Park. It needs to be noted that there are no flights between the two rims.
Types of Flights
Then there's picking between an aerial and a landing tour. Aerial tours are basically flyovers. They are a great way to sample the Grand Canyon and are the most affordable option. Landing tours let you deplane and explore the canyon, which, in my opinion, is the best way to go about things.
Few more words about airplane landing tours. Most important is that they only originate from Vegas. Those that go to the West Rim let you explore the Grand Canyon Skywalk. They also let you add a helicopter ride to the bottom of the canyon as well as a boat ride on the Colorado River.
My favorite landing tour, however, is the one that flies direct from Las Vegas to the South Rim. It's a 60-minute flight and lets you explore the National Park for up to three hours, which is plenty of time to see such sites like Mather Point and Yavapai Point. Plus it's fast, especially compared to a 5-hour bus ride or self-drive via rental.
Window Seats
OK, another thing I want to point is seating. These sightseeing planes can hold up to 19 adult passengers. Inside, cabins are usually configured two seats on each side of the aisle. If you get an aisle seat you'll still get a great view of the Canyon below. Few travelers know this but you book the window seat for an extra $10 (this is an approximate cost but it's close).
Next is booking online. I recommend that's how you get your plane ticket. Purchasing over the Internet is fast, quick and secure. It's also where you'll find the best price. Of late, I've been able to grab seats for up to 25 percent off. That's quite a significant savings if you're a group of three or more people. But remember this: you must complete your booking on the web in order to get the online discount.
Last key point is that airplane tours are all-inclusive. Primarily, this means that the price you pay online is the final, fixed price. Nothing more, nothing less. If you are departing from Las Vegas, it also means that free hotel pick up and drop off and lunch are included. Not only that, but guide service is also part of the package! Add it all up and plane tours are a terrific value!
Conclusion
I hope this article gave you key insights into how to pick and buy an airplane tour over the Grand Canyon. Do bear in mind that these trips are very popular and often sell out during holidays, especially Spring Break and Summer vacation. To get to the head of the line, buy your plane ride at least 1 week prior to when you want to get airborne and you'll be just fine.

According to many experts, breastfeeding offers numerous advantages for both a mother and her baby. For example, breast milk embodies a perfect mix of antibodies, proteins, vitamins, and fat in an easily digested form, and thus is an ideal source of nutrition for an infant. In addition, the physical closeness and eye contact between mother and child can facilitate an immeasurable and lasting emotional bond. Finally, nursing provides a woman with several health benefits, including a reduced risk of breast and ovarian cancers. And, because it burns extra calories, breastfeeding can help a woman lose her residual pregnancy weight faster.
As such, it's quite understandable that a woman who is interested in breast enhancement might be concerned about her future ability to nurse a baby. Indeed, it is a commonly held misconception that the surgical placement of breast implants will compromise a woman's milk production or ability to breastfeed. However, while breast augmentation can increase the likelihood that a woman will be unable to nurse a baby, the majority of women are able to breastfeed following a breast enhancement procedure.
Factors that can Affect a Woman's Ability to Breastfeed
When considering breast enhancement, a woman is advised to consult with an experienced and trusted plastic surgeon who can review her options and help her make several key decisions with regard to her surgery, including the type of implant, implant placement, and surgical technique that are best suited to achieve the outcome she desires. To illustrate, depending on a woman's anatomy and needs (including her hope to breastfeed in the future), the implants can be placed behind the breast and above the chest muscle (subglandular placement), completely beneath the muscle (submuscular), or partially beneath the muscle (subpectoral). Further, the incision can be made in the inframammary fold (the breast crease), around the areola, or in the underarm area.
For a woman who is concerned about preserving her ability to nurse, it is especially important to learn about and discuss the benefits and risks of the various implant positions and surgical techniques. For example, it is notable then when placed through an inframammary (fold) approach or an axillary (armpit) approach, a breast implant does not touch the breast tissue; rather, it slides underneath it. As such, these approaches are more likely to have minimal impact on the gland itself.
On the other hand, a periareolar (around the nipple/areola) approach involves dissection through glandular tissue. As a result, it is conceivable that some impact on future breast milk production could occur with the undermining of duct tissue. Nevertheless, this approach does not completely rule out the possibility of breastfeeding, because the vast majority of the gland remains untouched and the milk ducts that go to the nipple are typically undisturbed.
Additionally, a very large implant in a woman with fairly tight breast skin or minimal breast tissue, regardless of placement, could conceivably diminish milk production through pressure on the overlying breast tissue. The reason is that the mammary gland, much like any other gland in the body, performs normally when it has an adequate blood supply and room to expand. Placing undue pressure on the gland risks malfunction and could compromise lactation.
A final point to keep in mind is that some women are unable to breastfeed successfully regardless of whether they have had breast augmentation surgery. It is impossible to predict how much, if any, breast milk production a woman can expect – either before or after undergoing breast surgery.
Timing Considerations
Pregnancy, childbirth, and breastfeeding can all affect a woman's breasts and, in turn, the results of a prior breast augmentation. Therefore, when contemplating breast enhancement surgery, a woman should think about the timing of when she would like to have children. In general, if she would like to have a child in the immediate future — within the next year or so — she might wish to postpone her breast enhancement surgery until after she has finished breastfeeding. Otherwise, further surgery might be required to restore the initial results.
Women who would like more information about breastfeeding and cosmetic breast surgery are advised to consult with an experienced cosmetic surgeon who is Board Certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery.

You can't say that you didn't notice the mobile expansion in the last few years. There was a mobile revolution in the meanwhile and the new mobile era had begun.
145 million of US citizens own a smartphone device and that makes a 60.8 % of a mobile market penetration in whole population. It is a big number!
Researches show that email is the top smartphones' activity. It's more often used than browsing and Facebook. That shows us how big opportunity the email marketing has in reaching smartphone's users with emails.
At this moment the email marketing still didn't fully catch up with the progress in mobile domain. Most emails aren't optimized for viewing on mobile phones and for further interaction. There are still small buttons and the readers also have to enlarge the screen and scroll through it in order to see the email. It isn't user-friendly at all!
But, things are changing. More companies are working on email marketing that's also mobile-friendly. We give you seven tips, which will make your email campaign mobile optimized.
1. Earn trust from your subscribers.
The very important thing is who are we receiving mail from. "From" is the first thing that we look when we open our inbox. There is a big chance that an email from unrecognized and untrusted sender won't be opened at all.
Before sending email marketing we need to work on creating trust with our recipients. It can be done also without email channels. You can get and loose trust on social media websites, in offline activities, in promotions and on many other ways.
2. Subject line is very important.
When it comes to opening mails, the second important thing is the subject line. The subject line is often the reason why a recipient will open the email or won't do it. When creating an email marketing campaign, you need to focus on creating a good subject line.
3. Preheader is also very important.
The snippet text is a synonym for preheader and that's the text we can find over the header image. It is the first text that is visible on smartphones.
You should put the unique text there and you should avoid the lines similar to "In order to see this email in browser…".
4. Make your call for action obvious and in big letters.
This is very important step for any email. You need to have a bold, big and obvious call for action.
There is no way that your smartphone recipients will look for your call for action. And even if they do find it, small text will also make a small link that's hard to click on, especially if a person has big fingers.
Your need to put your call for action right in front of your recipients. You need to make it big and easy to click.
5. Take responsive email design (RED) into consideration.
There are already many available optimizations for mobile devices, but the email optimization is still at the beginning of its development.
The wider use of smartphones is making it a new, big field to work on. It isn't easy to make a responsive-designed template for email, but any provider of email services or a vendor of marketing automation could assist you with it.
6. Put images into your emails.
The most email clients on smartphones have the enabled option to view images and it's set by default. Even as there is an option to turn them off, most people don't do it.
Because of the enabled images on the devices of your recipients, you should think about the images that you'll use in your email marketing campaign.
Instead of putting any image in your email, you need to get the one that is connected to your content. It should be an image that will attract the attention of your subscribers.
7. Place the unsubscribe option.
Each serious email marketing creator should respect the unsubscribe button. On mobile devices we should take care of the right placement for the unsubscribe link. It shouldn't be placed too close to the our main call for action. In this way it will be very easy to loose the subscriber with only one wrong click.
The best advice is to test your email and you should test it for all the above mentioned tips. You should fully adapt your email marketing campaign to your subscribers.

Even if you are already running a successful business, you may be surprised to learn your business can benefit greatly from orchestrating an effective email marketing campaign. An email marketing campaign and a number of different advantages including the ability to reach a worldwide audience, a variety of different marketing options at your fingertips and the ability to do a great deal of marketing with very little investment dollars. This article will take a look at all of these different topics to provide insight into how email marketing can benefit your business.
For many business owners one of the most prominent advantages to email marketing is the ability to reach a worldwide audience with minimal effort. While traditional marketing methods such as television advertisements, radio advertisements and advertisements in print media are typically targeted at a rather small geographic area, email marketing can reach a worldwide audience. It is possible to reach an audience of this magnitude with other marketing methods but it would be much more complicated to do and would likely involve launching advertising campaigns in several different markets. This is possible but would require an intense coordination effort and will likely require at least a few staff members to assist you in this effort.
Conversely, the ability to transmit instantly via email can make it much easier to reach target audience members with literally just the click of a mouse. The act of creating the marketing materials for your email marketing campaign is significantly more involved but once this is done reaching members of your target audience is quite simple.
Another advantage to email marketing is there are a multitude of advertising options available to those who wish to utilize this marketing strategy. The most commonly used method of email marketing it so send out group emails with product information and other promotional materials. However, another way to approach the concept of email marketing is to publish and distribute e-newsletters to interested email recipients. An e-newsletter is typically much more in depth than the type of information which would normally accompany a promotional email. These e-newsletters typically feature at least one in depth article as well as a few shorter articles which either offer useful tips or review products. Additionally there may be some graphics, advertising and links include in the layout of the e-newsletter. Email marketing campaigns can also take the place of email correspondence courses which typically focus on one niche subject and feature a few installments which provide detailed information on a specific facet of the niche subject.
Finally email marketing can benefit your business because it is an extremely cost effective method of advertising. When you opt to orchestrate an email marketing campaign you will likely invest money in hiring professionals such as writers and graphic designers to assist you in creating content and an appealing layout for your promotional emails. However, this is typically not more than you would invest in hiring the same type of personnel for an offline marketing campaign. However, unlike offline marketing methods there is not a great deal of cost associated with executing your email marketing campaign. Consider the creation of a television commercial where you will have to pay fees and purchase advertising space to allow your advertising to reach the public. However, when you transmit your advertising via email, there is virtually no cost associated with this transmission. There are of course costs associated with maintaining an Internet connection and retaining employees to send these emails but these costs are minimal and can be considered to be part of normal operating costs.

There are lots of mails that are being sent in Christmas time. We'd like to share with you some tips for better email marketing. They've been given by experts in marketing and they include wide area of advices.
Is it acceptable to send more emails in this period of year?
Malm Parry, Adestra's Accounting Director:
There is no need to worry about the number of marketing emails that are being sent in Christmas period. It's just one way of advertising and it's important that people read your name and the email subject, not that they open it. This way they'll recognize your brand and they'll remember it.
So, the answer is that you should send as many emails as you can. And if you want to send some more after it, do it! You can send as many mails as you like in this period of year.
Storey Philip, Lyris' Head of Global Strategic Services:
When sending mails in Christmas time, it is wise to apply some tactics for advertising and marketing. You can smartly target your recipients instead of just sending bunch of emails to all. You should focus on sending prospects which people actually open and read.
You should also focus more on the more profitable segments of the recipients and take care of the segment that was buying the most in the same period last year. It's very important that you understand seasonal buyers and that you create good propositions for them.
Wilsdon Lucy, Pure360′s Enterprise Head of Sales:
People do purchase a lot more in this time of year and we should take advantage of it. If not, our competition will do it instead.
Christmas is time for devoted campaigns. We can add the value to our products and we should also advertise why we are better than our competition, like return periods, customer service etc. This time of year is also great for collecting data from customers, which we'll use later for our advertising campaigns.
Kelleher Matthew, RedEye's Commercial Chief Officer:
It's advisable to increase the email frequency in this time of year and we do want to keep our consumers engaged. Even as we calculate about the number of emails we send in other periods of year, now we can relax and send as many as we want. Only thing that's important is to keep the content of our emails relevant and it should be sent with good timing.
If you're sending multiple campaigns, it is advisable that you put better offers in your later campaigns. The more campaigns you send, it will result in higher sales and you should get ready for higher and slower delivery as well.
You can also selectively create last day campaigns for ones that didn't purchase anything in the last 30 days.
You can track the recipients by opening emails, the ones that opened and didn't purchase etc. And you can also compare this year's campaign with the last year's one and see what you did right and wrong.
What's the best Christmas design for email? Is it Santa with the snow?
Malm Parry:
You should know that only 15% of all recipients will open your email, so it's more important to focus on what you write in the subject line. Pictures aren't important at all.
Storey Philip:
You can be inspirational and try to seduce your recipients with the mail design. It might work for some brands, but it won't for all. It's more important to aggregate all you've learned in the past and to pour it in your Christmas campaign.
Wilsdon Lucy:
You should include the Santa, but be smart and don't send it to ones that don't celebrate Christmas. You can geo target your recipients and you can create a recognizable pattern for different countries in the world. It's time to enjoy your campaigns, cause Christmas is time for easy sales.
Kelleher Matthew:
Create a sense of urgency (last chance for delivery or selling out fast) with the subject lines and make sure the creative, is clear concise (mobile responsive) and directs users through to the right page (ideally dedicated Christmas landing pages).
You can put anything that's funny in your Christmas campaign. You can add videos, animated gifts, social interaction and all you can think of. Christmas is great time to bring your brand closer to your customers.
Is it important that we optimize the emails for mobiles in this time of year?
Malm Parry:
It hasn't been proven that a responsive design of an email will get bigger response from your recipients. We see many companies that are getting ready to invest big money into it in the 2014, but we don't expect it to be a big change.
Storey Philip:
The statistics shows that up to 60% of all mails are being opened on mobile phones. It is a big number and the optimization of emails is necessary.
The responsive design of your mail will assure that it will be properly displayed on the screen at the moment of its opening and therefore the optimization is highly important.
Wilsdon Lucy:
It has been proven that email conversions are higher on mobile devices than on desktop computers. It's not advisable that you send emails to your recipients and expect them to scroll left and right to see you message. You need to have optimized mails in order to avoid the possibility that your competition will beat you.

If your nutritionist or health practitioner has advised you to take vitamin supplements, then it only goes without saying that you buy the advised pills from a reputed store. Unlike buying all your vitamin supplements from a traditional brick and mortar store where you end up paying the full amount, you can save a great deal of money when you purchase the same stuff online.
Just like purchasing other stuff like apparel, jewelry or gadgets online, you can now even buy vitamin supplements and other similar products online. The reason why you are able to save money when purchasing vitamins online is that you can often come across wholesale vitamins sold at the online stores which are otherwise more difficult to look for when you shop offline. There are some important tips to keep in mind when you shop for supplements online.
There are several stores online from where you can buy high-quality, genuine nutritional and vitamin supplements at less than the price commanded by brick and mortar retail stores. Apart from this, the online stores have a massive collection of vitamins and supplements so it becomes easy to choose one depending on your needs and prescription rather than making endless errands of the drug store, and wasting a lot of time in this arduous task.
When you shop for all your supplements at the online store, it also becomes easy to find the best products and accordingly compare prices for various products that help in controlling blood pressure, increasing metabolism, and lowering cholesterol levels. Indeed, shopping for these products is a great way to compare various brands of vitamins and supplements. All the information about the ingredients uses and the nutritional statistics are stated at the page of the product. It is also easy to locate such stores online and find out which specific brands are being stocked by each of these stores.
Another great advantage to shop for all your nutritional and vitamins needs online is that you can come across several sites that sell countless products. Also, the same product is sold by numerous sites. This makes it easy for you to compare the prices of the same product on different sites and find out which vendor is offering it for the lowest price. Imagine doing this same procedure in the traditional way. Hopping in and out of your car several times and visiting different stores indeed sounds one harrowing task. However, on the World Wide Web, you can compare prices and other vital information effortlessly, with a single click of the mouse.
Puritan's Pride is one stop store to find all your vitamins and other nutritional products at great prices. Puritan's pride coupon codes are also found on various couponing websites. For example, when you use the puritan's pride coupons 70% off voucher, you get a jaw-dropping discount on premium brands of supplements and other nutritional products. Puritan's Pride is a well organized drug store which allows you to shop by a specific category, manufacturer and even a specific price range.

Men and women do different exercises to stay fit and healthy. However, there cannot a more natural and a pure form of exercise than running or walking. Compared to other strenuous exercises, walking or running is more effortless and easy to do and does not require a lot of training. Running or simply jogging provides many benefits for everyone.
Though there can be no other safe exercise than running or walking, it is still required that the person does it by wearing the right footwear and this is essential for different reasons. When one wears the right footwear while running or jogging, it helps in maximizing the benefits of the exercise. Additionally, with the right footwear, there is a reduced chance of injury which most runners suffer from, a common one being shin splints. Needless to say, wearing the right footwear can ensure one is able to avoid such injuries. If you plan to run either for cross training or a form of daily exercise, then the very first thing you should be doing is buying the right shoes. There are various factors to be well considered when you have to buy shoes for running or walking.
First and foremost, you should know your feet well. If you very well know how the back of your hand looks like, then there is no reason why you should not be knowing about your feet. Yes, everyone has 10 toes and pair of heels. However, each one of us has unique feet as far as the shape of the feet is concerned. To determine the exact shape of the feet, one is advised to take the wet test. It is a common method of determining what type of foot you have. You may be having high arches or flat ones and thus with a wet test, you can find this out. This test is simple to administer. All you are required to do is dip your feet in a shallow pan filled with water. Following this, you have to place your feet on blank paper sheet. Now, note down the footprint shape formed on the paper and observe whether your feet as a flat, high or a normal arch. The pronation or arch will be useful in determining what type of running shoes would be ideal for you.
Finish Line is an online store that stocks a vibrant collection of running shoes for men and women. You can also avail Finish Line coupons. When you use Finish Line coupon 20% voucher, you can get your favorite brand of running shoes at a slashed priced without compromising on the quality of the product.
Another important thing that one needs to keep in mind while buying running shoes is that these shoes are designed for running and not walking and should be accordingly used. For walking purposes, one should be wearing shoes which are stiffer than running shoes. When you shop at Finish Line, you can browse from a wide ranging collection of running shoes, from different brands and product lines. Thus, it becomes easy to buy your favorite pair of running shoes without traveling all the way to the sportswear store.

The ongoing holiday season is a perfect time for families to enjoy some new as well as old, vintage classics at their home with family members. The theater nearby becomes nothing less than a luxury what with the soaring ticket prices and the economy not looking too bright. Several groups are already discussing how to spend limited financial resources. Many people have already replaced their lavish dinner parties with holiday style sing-along get-togethers. During such events, people usually get their favorite dish and meet in a casual environment equipped with a Home Theater system and watch together classic TV shows, sitcoms, holiday movies, parades and even sports in a recorded DVD format.
There are some sweet surprises for all those families who look forward to spend some family time with the good old TV set as their favorite companion. Many of the older, popular classic TV shows and sitcoms are now being released on DVD formats, generally one season at a time. Thus, families get an exciting opportunity to enjoy their favorite TV classics that ruled the small screen during 50s, 60s, 70s and 80s on the DVDs which also include lots of extra stuff like interviews with the show's cast members as well as outtakes.
One of the key advantages of watching all your favorite shows on DVD is that you do not have to put up with those pesky commercials. Today, most of us have enough options to watch televisions in their own terms. It has now become possible to fast forward across the sea of commercials on our favorite shows which we record on DVRs. When these highly popular, classic shows were first broadcast on TV, viewers had no flexibility to fast forward them. Viewers had to view all the commercials or simply change the channel till the commercial break was over, sometimes to find other channels running commercials.
Indeed, such DVD collectibles are a great buy for families. They can introduce their kids to iconic TV classics like Happy Days. These DVD collections usually are sold season by season. This season, the retro is the new cool and it can never get more retro than the good old Happy Days. Ever since its first episode was aired, it had a classic retro feel to it and your kids are sure to love the show, without annoying commercial breaks.
Time Life is an inclusive DVD collectibles store that stocks many popular classic TV shows collectibles at exciting prices. Time life coupons are also available and you can look for these on various couponing websites. For example, using the time life coupon 20% discount code, you can grab your favorite DVD collection at a further discount of flat 20 percent. Indeed, who would like to visit the theater when you get a whole season of your favorite show at a fraction of the price of the movie ticket!
Some popular sitcoms that you can find on Time Life include The Dick Van Dyke Show, The Honeymooners, I Love Lucy, Leave it to Beaver, The Beverly Hill Billies, The Brady Bunch, The Monkees, Happy Days and many more.

The professional traders maintain neat portfolios with winning trades while amateur traders struggle to consistently maintain winning traders. This is simply because professional traders know when to exit or enter a particular stock irrespective of the fact that stock is in winning or losing position. They have the focus on a long term career and do not think about single day profits. They go through a series of losses and profits to average out the profits over a period of time.
One quality that all professionals have in common is that they possess the strength to overcome their emotions while making crucial trading decisions. They take various steps over a time to manage their emotions, risk taking and ability to hold or sell the stock. They do not waste time in unnecessary schemes and plans to make instant money rather they keep focus on making profitable deals which will benefit them in short and long term basis. Sometimes it is inevitable to avoid a loss even for highly skilled traders. In such scenarios the best thing to do is to stop-loss. Many traders look at this option as a decision made only when there is extreme loss but this is not true as the stop-loss feature is a life saver. It helps stop losses over a particular amount and help save capital for future trades. The trader needs to train his/her mind in selling stocks. As traders watch the stocks going down rather than letting them go they are too hesitated and try to hold and wait for the stock to regain its momentum. Also when there is a situation when the stock prices go up rather then selling them for a profit inexperienced traders wait to make larger profits but the sensitive market suddenly drops down and leaves the trader with more smaller profits than before. Hence, the traders need to realize that focus on profit should be their motive but miraculous deals should never be the target. Every trader needs to fight with his/her emotions of holding the stock and selling the stocks at the right time.
Self-Doubt and Uncertainty
Many a times everything goes fine and a trader finds a stock he/she likes but just before pressing the trigger, doubt creeps up and the trader begins to take second guesses. The traders try to research more and more to convince them to buy the particular stock. But mostly they come across things that make them much more hesitant about their idea. Eventually the trader gives up only finding out later that the instincts were absolutely right and the stock went up as expected. The feeling of missing the whole thing makes the trader helpless and even more doubtful about decision making. But many a times after facing such situations the traders takes impulsive decisions and later faces losses in his trades. This all leaves the trader unsure and doubtful about the ability to take correct decisions.
What any trader needs to understand here is that losses and profits are a part of the game. Focusing on both of them is equally important and devoting time to fruitful study is better than wasting time on stressful emotions.
