However today there is another form of lighting that you can use that not only emits more light but also costs less to run. In this article we are going to be taking a look at why the use of LED light bulbs has suddenly increased in recent years. What various people do not realize is that initially LED lights bulbs were first used in digital watches. However the biggest problem with this form of LED lighting was that not only did they emit very little light but the color they emitted was very limited. So using this form of lighting in a house situation was suitable. However in the last couple of years the technology used in LED lights bulbs has advanced quite dramatically. Today these bulbs are actually capable of produce a bright normal spectrum white light. Plus they are capable of actually emit a strong enough light that can allows just one bulb to light up large places on their own. Okay the initial cost of purchasing such lights may also be something that is putting you off. However once installed you will be surprised at how much they can actually save you in the future. What you need to remember is the design of these lights is such that they are capable of providing you with between 50,000 and 60,000 hours of light whereas the more traditional incandescent style light bulbs are only capable of produce between 750 and 1,000 hours. So a saving is immediately being made as you won't find yourself needing to replace a LED light bulb as often. The next thing that has made various people decide to invest in this form of lighting for their homes is they have found it has helped to reduce how much they spend on electricity powering their homes each year. For typical light bulb to produce 900 lumens it needs to use 60 watts of power so that the filament or tube inside can be heated up. However a LED lighting bulb only needs to use 2 watts of power to create the same amount of lumens. If you were to actually replace some or all of the light bulbs you currently have in your house with LED one's then you may find your electricity bills being reduced by as much as $350 each year. As well as this type of light bulb using far less energy to power them you will find that unlike conventional incandescent light bulbs a LED lights bulb is capable of produce a great deal more natural light. Plus this light also happens to emit much whiter light whereas conventional incandescent lights tend to emit light that is tinged yellow. So when sat beneath them of course you will find that whatever you are reading or looking at appears much clearer and as a result less strain is being placed on your eyes. First of all who says you have to work until you are 65 years old? It's not a matter of age but having enough money coming in to retire. Eight people out of ten fail in their business in the first five years and often lose their shirt. You may not make much money for a while until you get through the learning curve. But you can't lose your shirt by blogging. But if you work at this like a business you can expect business-like revenues in the near future. If you do what others don't want to do, you will have in 2 years' time (the time and money) which others still don't have. It only takes 1 year on internet to become an expert in a given area. My father had the 'Dutch store' on the main street of a small town in Ontario. The town hall decided that the sewer system had to be redone and ripped out the whole street. Old people had to go over slippery board walks to get to the store. It was too much effort and they started to look for easier ways to get their groceries. Unexpectedly, the public works company who had probably put in a bid that was too low went under and was not able to finish the work. The situation stayed that way for two years. I don't know how my father survived this event but as a good Dutch immigrant he found the solutions by diversifying his income streams. What does this have to do with a money making blog? In times of crisis one product may no longer sell as well. Then you just find out what people are buying and do reviews on it on a new blog site you set up with links to the affiliate partner that sells it. Often 50-75% of the sales price is deposited on your account and they usually pay out the commissions every 15 days like clockwork. Nothing stops you from having several blogs on different themes that you are passionate about. Of course what sells very well in times of economic instability is any training in new ways of making money. And with Internet you can get trained by the best of the best marketers. 7) No geographical limitations One of the best known experts in the survival field in France (where I live) who sells some 10,000 books on Amazon every month lives in…Montana. With a blog you can live where you want. Being tied to a job location is no longer pertinent! That IS real freedom. How much do we do every day that we don't want to do but that we have to do to keep food on the table? Do you want to spend some time (several months) in the French Alps? What about Marrakesh? That beats having limited store hours and personnel problems doesn't it? 9) Your blog is worth money. If you have a proven cash flow and your company is running on automatic, it's worth money! If you master the technical side of a money making blog and your financial statement shows profit, you can sell it for 10 times its average monthly cash flow. Let's say your blog is making 2,000$ average for the last two years, you could negotiate for a value of 20,000$ on flippa.com. There are people who have more money than time to learn the stuff.
