Article Title: Have You Ever Had to Deal With a Jerk

In my last article, I was talking about how you don't have to put up with any bad behavior from the media people. I also stressed that bad behavior among the media people is very rare in my experience.
I LOVE all media people, but, like in any other group of people, there are a few jerks. Last time I also mentioned that I did come across one person I thought was a real jerk. But instead of confronting this person and insisting on being treated better, I gave in.
Here's the story. Many years ago, when I was first getting really rolling with publicity, I got a call from the Phil Donahue Show. If you're not familiar with the name, in the 1980′s he was the Oprah of the time.
After a few minutes discussion, I was invited to be on the show to talk about dating and relationships, because I had written two books on the topic – "How to Find the Love of Your Life in 90 Days or Less" and "How to Be Outrageously Successful With the Opposite Sex".
When I got to the studio I was treated like a second class citizen. I was told that if I even mentioned my book I'd be taken off the show during the next commercial. I was told not to talk to Phil before or after the show. And the list of "Don'ts" went on.
The person telling me all of this was a self-important jerk. A low-level clerk who was flexing an imaginary bit of power. So I was going to be on this show, I was going to make the host look good, I was going to provide the audience with great information, I was going to be entertaining… and I would get nothing in return. Or would I?
Even though I was starting to steam as the jerk continued with the list of things I was forbidden to do, the calmer, more rational side of me understood that I was about to be on the biggest talk show on TV.
And by being on the biggest show on TV my credibility would soar! For the rest of my life I'd be able to say I was on the Phil Donahue Show. Talk about a solid gold media credential. So I held my tongue, did the interview and walked out of that studio a different person. Ever since that interview, over 30 years ago, I've had the doors of media around the world opened to me because I was on the Phil Donahue Show.
The moral of the story – don't put up with any inappropriate nonsense from any media people, but also know when to pick your fights. You may win the battle, but you could lose the war.
If Donahue himself had been abusive to me, I certainly would not have rolled over. But a non-important lackey? No problem.
I want to repeat again – problems dealing with the media people are, in my experience, very rare. I've found them to be wonderful, kind people out to do their job. And if you do your job – which is providing great information on your area of expertise without constantly plugging your product, they will do their job – which is to shine a bright light on you and your business. What a sweet relationship! I've been savouring it for almost 30 years. I hope you're getting the benefits as well.

In one of my articles I told you about the restaurant owner who came up the brilliant idea of naming the tables in his establishment after various celebrities then letting the celebrities – and the media – know about the "honor". His payoff for that brilliant idea was huge.
Shortly after that, I asked my subscribers to guess what the restaurant owner did next and to come up with other ideas this restaurant owner could use to get even more publicity from this one idea. I presented it to them as a contest and awarded prizes to the winners. I probably had more response to that contest than I've ever had before.
Jan Stern was the first to come up with the right answer. The owner next invited each of the people honored with a table to have a complimentary dinner with a guest. So the restaurant owner not only got great publicity each time he named a table, he doubled his publicity by inviting the celebrity and letting the press know about it.
Although Jan had the right answer, lots of my subscribers had great suggestions. Quite a few suggested he start naming the chairs. You also suggested he name each entree and appetizer. Several suggested he hold a contest to see who the public would like tables named after.
Here are other suggestions they had:
* name tables after national celebrities in addition to locals
* have a party and invite all the people who have tables named after them. Hold the party in the restaurant and invite the media.
* name each table after several celebrities
* hold a dedication ceremony for each table, inviting the person honored
* when the celebrity ate at his table, have a photograph taken, have it autographed and placed it under glass at the table
* combine a charity event with the celebrities honored with a table
* have a contest to see which table was the most popular
* keep a tally of how many patrons sat at each table. Periodically release the totals, which would encourage the people honored with the tables to publicize "their" table hoping to make it the most popular
* invite each celebrity to autograph his table
* name tables after large media businesses like the New York Times, the Wall Street Journal, etc.
* name a table after the President and First Lady
* allow each person honored with a table to name the next table after someone notable
And Paul Patzloff had probably one of the best "bonus" ideas to tie in with this whole thing. Paul suggested naming the toilet stalls after some less popular people in the New York area. Wow, would that start another media blitz!
What a great list of ideas – and what great imaginations they all have. Excellent work! As I've said over and over again in my posts, if you're not getting your share of the publicity, when are you going to start? Here's a guy simply naming tables and getting a landslide of publicity. You can get a similar landslide of publicity for whatever product or service you have to offer. The media is very willing to make you as famous and wealthy as you'd like if you're willing to give them what they want – a good story.

Recently I told you about the incredible success Dr. Brad LaGarce had when he followed my system for writing and sending out a press release. I mentioned that his story was picked up by a syndicate service and sent to 800 media outlets around the world.
CH Landon emailed me a great question about that success. He wants to know how a local chiropractor can benefit from his story going to 800 media contacts worldwide. Not only is it a superb question, this principle is at the heart of my publicity system.
Let's use Dr. LaGarce as the example in this discussion. I don't know how many other chiropractors are in his target area, but I'll bet it's quite a few. So, each chiro is competing for new patients, all coming from the same area.
My bet is that not one of those chiros, except for Dr. LaGarce, knows how to use publicity. So, how do they attract new patients? They all probably use the same limited marketing arsenal – spinal exams in the mall, free seminars about your health and your spine, paid ads in the local newspapers, yellow pages ads, etc.
Did you notice that all of these are not only time consuming but expensive? So, here we have dozens of chiropractors using the same marketing techniques to attract patients. Basically they are all screaming "Pick me, pick me" as they wildly wave their hands in the air, hoping new patients will come to them.
Now let's look at Dr. LaGarce. He knows how to use publicity to stand above the crowd. So, he first gets several stories about himself and his practice in the local newspaper and on the local radio and TV stations. This establishes credibility.
Then, he hits the jackpot. His story is picked up around the world. He gets interviews on radio and TV stations and in newspapers and magazines in every corner of this planet. What does he do with this publicity goldmine?
First, he sends more press releases to his local media, talking about how this local chiropractor is being sought after and interviewed by media around the world. Don't you think his local media would be darned impressed? And how about the people in his community who are hearing and reading about "their" local chiropractor being an international celebrity?
Then, he takes the newspaper articles from around the world, frames them and puts them up in his waiting room. While people are waiting to see him, they don't look at a bunch of meaningless certificates and diplomas. They read about him in newspapers from around the globe. Impressive!
He takes recordings of the radio interviews and has them play over the phone when callers are put on hold. He doesn't use that wasteful, silly "hold music" that so many people use.
Finally, he puts several of his TV interviews from around the world on a DVD. He gives copies of the DVD to prospective patients and says "Here's some information about chiropractic and your health I thought you'd be interested in." He also has a DVD player and a TV in a corner of his office. As patients are waiting to see him, the video showing him on worldwide TV is playing. Darn impressive! Dr. LaGarce is no longer just another one of the local chiropractors competing for patients – he's an international celebrity.
Get out of the rut of thinking that you should only seek local publicity. When you are interviewed around the country or around the world, you're no longer an insurance salesman, a chiropractor or a plumber – you're a celebrity. And that celebrity status makes selling and succeeding a whole lot easier.
If you don't have my publicity kit (and therefore aren't one of my Publicity Inner Circle members), now is the time to join us. You've been reading about success after success. When are you going to share in the success? How much longer are you going to let opportunity pass you by?
Right now, I want you to go to: www.MillionDollarPublicity.com and sign up. Your publicity kit will be sent right out to you along with the fantastic bonus package. You'll also get three months of my hard copy newsletter and access to the next three live publicity coaching calls.

Article Title: Grand Canyon Helicopter Aerial Tours Are the Cheapest Option

Travelers ask me all the time, "What's the best deal you can offer me on a Grand Canyon helicopter tour?" To which I respond, "An aerial tour." But that only scratches the surface, so here's more of what you need to know when getting the best price possible.
To be specific, aerial tours are trips that don't land. By contrast, landing tours do by stopping at the top of the rim or the bottom. Further, landing tours are only available at the West Rim, which is only accessible from Las Vegas, NV.
There are two places from which helicopter tours depart: Las Vegas and Tusayan, AZ, which is also synonymous with the South Rim. As noted, Vegas flights go exclusively to the West Rim while Tusayan trips do the South Rim.
Las Vegas aerial tours depart from a number of major metro airports including Boulder City's municipal airport and Henderson's executive airstrip (South of Las Vegas). As for the flight, you'll go over Lake Mead, Hoover Dam, Grand Canyon West and the Skywalk before heading back.
South Rim air-only flights are either 30 minutes or 50 minutes in length. The first one goes from the South Rim to the North Rim and back. The longer one does that, too, but it also includes everything up to the Park's far eastern boundary.
Vegas aerial tours include hotel pick up and drop off; South Rim flights require you to drive yourself to the airport. Prices for both are usually fixed and include all taxes, fees and surcharges. Because these trips are straightforward and don't include and side-trips, they usually come with the cheapest rates.
In many cases, an air-only tour will suffice. However, if you are in Las Vegas and you want more, I suggest you consider booking a landing tour. The most popular one comes with a Champagne picnic. It usually sells out so make sure to purchase it well in advance. Two others I like come with a boat ride and/or Skywalk tickets. Do either of these and you're really in for an adventure.
Speaking of advance reservations, I always recommend you make them at least a week ahead of time. If you plan to come during summer or a major holiday, buy it two weeks out. There are two benefits to this. First, you'll most definitely get seats (important if you are two or more people). And second, you'll get a great rate.
I also recommend always purchasing your tour online. It's cheaper and more convenient. It's also not uncommon to find deals that save you up to 30 percent. Just check the special deals page. If what you want isn't on "sale," no worries because just using the website entitles you to the Internet rate.
Conclusion
Indeed, the air-only tour will always be your cheapest option when it comes to Grand Canyon helicopters. Plus these flights are a great way to sample the best the canyon has to offer. However, if you really want to explore the canyon, consider a landing tour. Yes, it's going to cost more, but it's worth it. Regardless which tour you pick, book it online and in advance. Following these two simple steps will ensure you get the flight you want at the low Internet rate.

Article Title: RESPECT: Are You Giving it to Yourself? What Self-Respect Means For Your Happiness and How to Start Respecting Yourself Today

*********************** ARTICLE START ***********************
What comes to mind when you think of the word "respect"? Whether or not you hear Aretha Franklin singing in the back of your head, most of us see respect as something that is given to us by others. But, what about self-respect? Are you treating yourself with the same respect that you desire and sometimes demand from others? If not, then you may be missing out on one of the most important elements of happiness.
Self-Respect Breeds Happiness
When you respect yourself, it shows in everything that you do—even when people aren't looking. In fact, it's the things that you do (or don't do) behind closed doors that can reveal how you truly feel about yourself. Are you taking care of yourself? Are you feeding your body the foods it needs to be healthy and strong? When you respect yourself, you naturally do the things that bring about health, wealth, and positive energy. Once you can look in the mirror and not only like but honor the person staring back at you, practicing health and wellness principles becomes second nature—not something you have to struggle to achieve. It's at this point that you can truly embrace happiness into your life as something that comes to you effortlessly.
Self-Respect Kills Stress
Can we all agree that stress is one of the key barriers to happiness? It's simply not possible to feel happy when your to-do list is full of tasks and your mind brimming with worries. But, can self-respect make your life less chaotic? Absolutely! When you respect yourself, you put yourself first. Does this mean you cast aside the feelings of others and become completely self-centered? Of course not. But, it does mean that you care for yourself, realizing that when you're looked after, you are in a better position to help others and ultimately fulfill your life's purpose. Trust me when I say you're no good to anyone when you're frazzled and run down.
How to Start Respecting Yourself Now
If you've yet to master the art of self-respect, take the first step by letting yourself off the hook. Self-respect is something that is becoming increasingly less valued in today's culture where productivity and appearances rule the day. Take heart that you can begin to foster self-respect in your own life by devoting some time to get to know—and eventually honor—your true, authentic self. Practice stillness and meditation throughout the day to familiarize yourself with the person within—the person behind the roles of spouse, parent, employee, etc. Welcome that person into your life without judgment. Care and nurture for that person, and watch as your mindset changes from one of self-pity, depression, or envy to one of joy, contentment, and celebration.
As you begin to cultivate self-respect, don't be surprised if people begin treating you differently. You've heard people say that you have to give respect to get it. It's true, but not always in the way you might think. Try giving yourself respect, and others will instinctively respect you as well.

When one thinks of cigarettes, what is the common thought amongst all? Health risk is probably the general answer. It is also very difficult to think otherwise. I could rack my brain, think about cigarette stores, and online cigarette orders and e-cigarettes and it would all still boil down to smoking-and then getting sick.
When one searches the World Wide Web, however, after reading through all the articles saying how one could kill his lungs by smoking and after passing the sites selling cigarettes with free shipping, we then encounter another problem cigarettes pose, which is trash.
About a sixth of the world's population smoke regularly; it doesn't matter if they bought their pack in a cigarette store or ordered online, the fact is that the butt is never consumed, it is thrown away. Some do not notice that the cigarette butt is not made of paper but rather, of plastic: the same kind of plastic that clog the city pipes and cause flood, the same plastic that does not degrade even after 50 years.
Even worse, these discarded materials still contain some dangerous substances. When thrown into our water ways and around the city may cause health problems to people who come in contact with them and even to the ecosystem.
Imagine around a billion cigarette butts being discarded in regular intervals daily, causing massive accumulation of trash. Responsible people would probably throw these butts in the trash can. However, some would still throw them at the curb. Managing these little cigarette butts have been a task for some individuals concerned about the world's increasing trash deposits. And then there are those who put it to good use.
Cigarette art is a growing field these days. There is not a lot of market for such because of the stigma placed on cigarettes by humanity. But browsing through the internet, one could be various expressions of different artistic mediums.
There are the common sketches and charcoal drawings, there are paintings on canvass. There are even those who exhibit art on the cigarette itself. Cigarettes have become artistic media. These are currently being sold through artwork sites in the internet. No mention has yet been made of these on online cigarette stores, however.
Moreover, there is a group of artist going out of their way to address the garbage problem posed by cigarette butts by using these as their medium of art. They make three dimensional pieces using to a great extent, the discarded cigarette bottoms. Even the boxes as packages the cigarettes come in can are being used. They call this method "upcycling"-using the trash as an expression of art.
Materials such as "The Filter Rabbit" and the "Shell" are only some of the works done by a Tom Deininger using cigarette trash.
It is amazing how the cigarettes have now explored other genre exposures such as art. Such artworks are already featured online and it won't be long before such pieces are to be sold on cigarette stores.
The next time you are order cigarettes online, take a few moments to appreciate the great art being made from cigarettes.

Cigarette smokinghas become a popular fad. Every other person is doing it, or has at least tried it. The numerous cigarette shops lining the streets and online cigarette stores are just proof of how trendy smoking has become.
Knowing the dangers that cigarette smoking can bring, it is quite easy to find faults in those who smoke. "He doesn't know what he is doing, that thing could kill him!" or "She doesn't care about anybody inhaling her second hand smoke!" or "He's just wasting his money buying his Newport cigarettes online."
There is a big controversy though, if the one buying cheap cigarettes online is the husband. Admit it, for a split second a wife will stop and think whether or not to make an issue out of every stick smoked.
However, the smell of cigarette in the house alone can send a woman ballistic and cause endless arguments. More so when he starts coughing, he'll think he'll never hear the end of it. And even more when the ashes of your cigarette lay on the ashtray, which lays itself on the table, which won't throw itself out.
She could say "Stop smoking!" or "At least limit it to a few sticks per day". She might even employ ways to lessen his smoking, such as engaging him in cooking lessons or sometimes, literally hiding his stash or blocking his car in so he can't go to the cigarette store. Either way, people do this in the belief that it is for their love's benefit, that they don't want their loved one to get sick and just to be able to spend more time with them in the future.
Now, ladies, before going on and on and on, stop and think! Think about love and what it really means. Without the cigarette smoking and the money wasted, remember that love is accepting and giving unconditionally. By definition, it is a truly selfless act by which your loved one's happiness becomes your happiness. Stop and think if a piece of dried plant wrapped in paper is enough reason to cause your love anxiety, stress and potential damage to you relationship.
Instead of yapping purposelessly every time he reaches for a lighter, try talking calmly. Tell him your concerns and your fears. If you want the best for him, then make him realize the dangers that cigarettes has to his health. When he makes a decision, though, whatever it may be, respect it. You may not be happy with it, so propose some compromises. It will be difficult, but it is more difficult to fight a battle you know you cannot win.
Instead of being the enemy in his life, try to be a supportive friend. Instead of hiding his box of smokes, buy him one from his favourite online cigarette store and get a lighter with that. Instead of stressing yourself thinking about how much more time you have together, think that at least, for the time you were together, your partner was happy.
Loving a cigarette lover when you are not is a difficult task--but one that can be arranged. It just takes a little bit of remembrance of the love and respect you have for each other.

Everyone knows how people have succumbed to the technological advances of our society. Industries depend on machines instead of doing manual labor. Files and filing cabinets are no longer the basic unit of an office. It is computers, instead. Even family ties are being strengthened by telecommunication developments. It is undeniable that technology has taken over a huge portion of our lives.
This is even more evident when we see technology taking over the smallest things in our lives-such as cigarettes. In the recent years, we witnessed the growth and gaining popularity of the e-cigarette.
Cigarettesare continuously being discouraged due to its unhealthy effects on humans. Over the decades, there has been strict implementation of age requirement when buying in cigarette stores and there are public service reminders on the detrimental results of cigarettes online. Pictures and gross description of the damage brought about by tobacco to a human lung have even been posted on cigarette boxes in some countries. One cannot deny that government and health officials are putting tremendous effort into the campaign to stop smoking.
It is difficult, however, for smokers to do so. When one smokes, he inhales nicotine into his lungs. This is an agent which causes initial excitement and then depresses you nervous system, causing a relaxed feeling. It gives a temporary high that lasts for only a few minutes, after that, the body craves for more of the ecstasy it brings. Nicotine causes the addiction and thus, the urge to go back to the convenience store or to order cigarettes online becomes all consuming.
With this addiction however, come all the bad effects brought about by the tar in the body and the second hand smoke to those around you. That is the main reason why experts have developed new technologies for cigarette smokers which has less detrimental effects on one's health.
The e-cigarette is the fastest growing tobacco substitute nowadays. It is cylindrical shaped and is much larger that the paper wrapped cigarette we usually see. It has a mouthpiece and a reservoir for the fluid, which when heated by a mechanism in the cylinder, creates vapour.
Although one can now buy cheap cigarettes, the e-cig proves to have less harmful effects to your lungs. Instead of tobacco leaves, it makes use of flavoured vapours. Environmental advocates who are smokers may also use the e-cig as it can be used around other people, too, because no smoke is generated from it.
There are also variants with different concentrations of nicotine. This is for smokers who have been addicted and find it difficult to quit smoking in a snap. Gradual decrease in nicotine supply in the body must be utilized. This can be done by choosing a liquid with less nicotine over a certain period of time until the addiction is resolved.
Health experts warn the public, however, that the vapour from such electronic cigarettes has not yet been certified as harmless. These are said to be still foreign objects entering the very delicate nature of the human body.
In any case, cigars, cigarettes and e-cigarettes are all widely available all over the world. And because of technology, you can now order cigarettes online where free cigarette shipping deals are also available.

Young people associate cigarettes to exciting adventure. Most adults will tell them not to smoke, so the rebel in them wants to do it more. It makes one look hip and cool. So the young ones smoke to the point of getting addicted, and a visit to the mall is not complete without a visit to the cigarette store.
It comes to a point, however, that one wants to stop, when receiving a package from newport cigarettes online just doesn't excite you as much. And in your mind you are ready to quit.
And so you do and have been going at it for a couple of days or so. You are feeling strong and amazed at the efforts you're putting into quitting when suddenly, you start feeling sick. Headaches, jitteriness, cough and dizziness are just a few of the complaints smokers trying to quit have. And surprisingly, a run to the cigarette store and a stick of smoke later, all the symptoms go away.
So, could it be true that some people are born to be smokers? Or that some people are meant to smoke and that they might die if they try to stop? The circumstances surely suggest so.
These are called withdrawal symptoms. This is commonly experienced by people trying to quit an addiction to a substance, in this case, nicotine. The body is so used to having a certain amount of the substance in your body that when you suddenly go cold turkey, your body reacts to the immediate change. The balance is disturbed and you start feeling sick.
Withdrawal symptoms are commonly flu-like symptoms. It starts with colds or cough and a nagging headache. Later on, you may have fever and chills. When prolonged, withdrawal from an addictive substance is detrimental to your daily living. You may soon become irritable and cranky. You may be easily distracted from your work and worse, you may take out your frustrations on the people around you.
This is very unhealthy and a difficult task to deal with. More so when your smoking buddy from work forwards you an online cigarette free shipping site. Giving in to the urges and smoking anyway may only make you feel terrible about yourself. Well, you don't have to!
Before reading further, go ahead and treat yourself to an online cigarette sale. The intention is not to encourage you to smoke more, but to encourage you to quit smoking the proper way.
That means not quitting in a snap, but by taking it day by day. The first step in quitting is to lessen your consumption. Go to your cigarette store, buy a pack, but delay the urge to smoke for as long as you can. Distract yourself, but when anxiety hits you, take a puff or two. Note that this is an improvement from consuming the regular pack you do every day and you are already getting healthier by the minute.
Do this day by day and you should see a significant change in the near future. By this time you may be ready to quit buying cheap cigarettes online. If this proves even more challenging, however, try using nicotine substitutes.
The e-cigarette is now growing in popularity and may be used by smokers who wish to quit or those who can't quit but would like to be smoke the less evil. This is quite similar to the nicotine patch and nicotine gum in purpose. Your online cigarette store should have a variety for you to choose from or go to a cigarette store near you.

Trading with online stores always carry risks since there is no physical confirmation of the existence of the product and establishment. So, how does a person buycigarettes online without getting scammed? Here are some tips how to look for a legit online cigarette store.
1. Compare the original price with their selling price. While most sites offer low price plus promos, it would be wise to compare prices to avoid getting ripped off on the products.
2. Check website and user reviews before buying cigarettes online. Take note of other users' experiences. If there are forums for smoking aficionados, it would be best to check on that first.
3. Verify the requirements a customer needs to be able to buycigarettes online. Most legit online cigarette stores require some form of proof that the buyer is of legal age. If the site has no form of age verification, the buyer might face some issues with regards to their state's or country's tobacco laws.
4. Look for a physical address, contact number, or other forms of communication line with the business. Call the establishment or contact them through email or chat just to get a better feel whether the store is legit or not. This is also a good way to ask some questions regarding their product. Take note of their response time and how well they address the questions.
5. Online cigarette stores also have domains for their website. This is one way to check whether the site is new or not. Older online stores tend to have more user feedback than new ones.
6. Mostonline stores have company profiles that could be searched with Google or other search engines. Check whether the online cigarette store is affiliated with a reputable company or manufacturer or other online stores.
7. Check whether the online store offer some form of refund or product insurance. Beware of online sellers providing fake reference or tracking numbers. If possible, choose a reputable shipping company to deliver the products.
8. There are also sites that provide ratings and feedbacks to a list of online stores.

Just like many other products, consumers can now buy cigarettes from an online cigarette store. Popular brands like Newport, More, Dunhill, Lucky Strike, Kent, Kool, Vogue, Pall Mall, Monte Carlo, and Salem can now be bought at anonline cigarette store and at a cheaper price. This new hype on cigarette sales is getting smokers curious. For prospective buyers, here are some of the reasons why checking online cigarette stores will be worth your while. If you want to know more about this topic, you can read the tips and guide below.
1. Anonline cigarette store has cheaper prices on their cigarettes when compared to store-bought ones. This may be because the cigarettes sold online are not applied with sales tax which definitely makes them more affordable but legal.
2. Some premium brands are hard to find but with anonline cigarette store, customers will be able to purchase their brands and at a lower cost. Cigar aficionados can also enjoy the large variety of cigars offered on online stores. And as cigars are much more expensive than cigarettes, they could definitely take advantage of its lower selling price.
3. Aside from lower costs, buying cigarettes online is also more convenient. With a click of a mouse, one can enjoy their favorite puffs wherever they are and whatever time of the day. An online cigarette store is open 24/7 so different time zones is not an issue.
4. Online customers also have the advantage of comparing prices from different online cigarette stores thus providing them with better options on their deals.
5. Most, if not all, online cigarette stores offer free shipping to their customers. Some of these stores may require bundle purchases to avail of this promo so make sure to verify the requirements of their free shipping promo.
6. For busy smokers, purchasing on an online cigarette store is considered a gift from above. Now, they don't need to drive all the way to a store to buy their brand.
For cigarette consumers who are really considering buying cigarettes online, it is also important to recognize the risks involved with online deals. Online consumers are scammed everyday especially those who do not take these risks seriously. Therefore, it is up to the customers how they will find the best and legitimate online cigarette store for them.

Smoking cigarettes is one habit that is very hard to break. For years, people have tried different methods and alternatives to cigarette smoking but to no avail. With the advent of the electronic cigarettes, cigarette smokers now have the option to be healthier without breaking their habits, well, immediately.
Essentially, there are two types of cigarette smokers, those who smoke for the nicotine and those smoke just for the act of smoking. Since smoking cigarettes not only harms the smoker but other people as well, health professionals have been actively promoting alternatives like nicotine gums and patches. However, since smoking has become the person's habit, smokers tend to revert back to cigarettes after some time.
With the electronic cigarettes, smokers now have the option to become healthier without having to sacrifice their routine right away. There are two types of e-cigarettes as well. The first type uses disposable cartridges while the other uses e-liquids.
There are also different types of cartridges and e-liquids which make electronic cigarettes more interesting to use. There are cartridges and e-liquids with different levels of nicotine ranging from mild to strong. It also comes with different flavors from plain vanilla to strawberry or just plain vapor. There are also those that come in cigarette flavor like Marlboro Lights and Menthol.
Electronic cigarettes can also be accessorized. There are different styles of cases available to fit anybody's fashion taste. There are also His and Her e-cigarettes which are perfect for couples who enjoy puffing together.
Aside from nicotine, traditional (or analog) cigarettes also emit other chemicals that cause lung diseases and cancer. Aside from that, secondhand smoke could also affect non-smokers. Since electronic cigarettes do not use tobacco nor require combustion to function, users could avoid these harmful chemicals and do not need to worry about secondhand smoke. E-cigarettes use liquid to produce vapor, therefore smokers can use it even in non-smoking areas.
So far, e-cigarettes have been successful in helping smokers cut down on the amount of cigarettes they take each day. It also helps the transition go more smoothly and successfully compared to other alternatives.
However, even though it is arguably healthier than its traditional counterpart, e-cigarettes are still under research and its distribution is not yet regulated. The long-term effects on the health of its users are still uncertain. Therefore, it is up to the users to study the proper usage and disposal of these products. Non-smokers are also discouraged to use e-cigarettes as these products are meant to help smokers gradually let go of their unhealthy habit.
Decided to make the switch? The first thing to do is to buy a high-quality but inexpensive e-cigarette. Duty Free Depot have the best offers for e-cigarettes. They also offer e-cigarette accessories like USB and wall chargers, different e-cigarette cases, cartridges and e-liquids. They also offer e-cigarette bundles which include all you need to start smoking healthy (e-cigarette, charger, cartridges, and user manual). Interested? Visit their website. They offer free shipping on all of their items.

According to research, almost 80% of the world's population smokes. Efforts are being made to control the ever growing number of smokers like putting on more taxes on tobacco product sales and the introduction of the electronic cigarette. However, smoking is indeed a bad habit to break since these people still buy cigarettes online and offline despite knowing the negative effects of smoking to their health.
So, why do people stillbuy cigarettes online and offline? Here are some of the reasons why people smoke.
- Cigarette smoking has become a form of self-therapy. Most people smoke when they are angry, worried, or sad. Stress is often the main reason why people turn to vices. Sometimes, smoking a stick or two helps them to calm down and think more clearly.
- Smoking has become a way to socialize with other people. Smoking during break is a great way to catch up with colleagues who have the same past time. There are also times when people meet other people while smoking.
- Smoking has become the person's hobby. Cigar or cigarette collectors should somehow know what their collections taste like so they could appreciate it more. It's the same with wine collectors and their wine and perfume collectors and their fragrances.
- Smoking because of peer pressure or just out of curiosity. Most teens try tobuy cigarettes online because some online stores do not have means to verify the buyer's age. Underage teens often abuse the privilege of anonymity that the Internet offers. This wouldn't be an issue for legit online sellers since they ask for proof of age such as a copy of the customer's driver's license before they let thembuy cigarettes online.
- People choose to smoke because it is cheaper compared to gambling and drinking. Smoking can be considered the cheapest vice as people from all walks of life can afford to buy this product.
Whatever the reason, people should never forget or neglect the negative effects of smoking to one's health. Continuous heavy smoking could cause cancer and other diseases. Aside from that, secondhand smoke could also affect others. Just make sure to take everything into consideration before deciding tobuy cigarettes online or offline.
Interested to buy cigarettes online? Visit Duty Free Depot online. Duty Free Depot is an online cigarette store catering to cigar, cigarette, and electronic cigarette smokers. They carry different brands of cigars (like Handelsgold, La Flor Dominicana, and Lamborghini Cutter Cigar) and cigarettes (like Lucky Strike, Newport, and Dunhill). These bags are designed to be hanged from the shoulder and they are obtainable in numerous designs such as the regular rectangles, squares such as the messenger bags and round bags. Examples of bags that are available also include some with tassels, satchels and holdalls with options of either single or double straps are also there for customers.
One of the more popular and preferred materials for bags is leather. This is a material that is more accessible leather from cows and other readily available animals like sheep. Some of this leather finds its way to totes, evening bags and other shoulder bags.
Other bags are made from cloth material for a bohemian look, wool and metal. A unique choice of material is also used in some bags such as the exotic shoulder bag or the snake skin shoulder bag from Indonesia.
Some however, are made from snake skin, crocodile or alligator skin and although they might seem a little bit pricy, they are worth every dime spent on them. More so, designers are now making a point of manufacturing retail and wholesale affordable shoulder bags.
The sizes will also vary with the bag since they are all made with different consumer needs in mind such as functions, activities and purpose. Some can be small and yet others are big enough to carry enough things to be carried in a backpack. Bags like the hobo bags will vary in shape both shape and size.
Other options that are available for this type of bag lie with the choice of fasteners used to close the bag with options for buttons, zips and drawstrings. The straps on the bags will also differ, bags like the hobo bag, the messenger bag and camera bags may have long straps.
These bags can be worn with different outfits and most can be carried for almost all functions from work to the party in the evening after work. These bags are versatile and they therefore have multiple purposes like carrying an extra change of clothes or baby items with style.
The shoulder bags are made in different countries and are available for purchase online in different markets. There are even snake skin shoulder bags from Indonesia, which are competitively priced.

iPhone development is definitely not an easy process. It takes the perfect combination of a unique idea and exemplary execution to build one single iphone app. So, what are the steps that generally go into designing a single iphone app? Let us get to know what you would have to do :
The Idea: This is not just one of the basic prerequisites, but it is also the most important requirement of all. You need to have an idea worth a million dollars, that is. With the staggering number of iPhone application development and submitted to itunes and the apple store over the last few years, you need to ensure that you have come up with a brainy idea. In fact, your idea should be crafted in a way that it would be useful at both individual and organizational level. Also, do your homework. Research and find out what are the apps that the apple store already possesses. Find out where there is a scope and develop your idea in that genre.
Learn all that is required : There are two things you need to get skilled at before you can actually develop an iPhone app. Objective C and X-Code. Apple applications work on X-Code. There are alternatives, but you will not get the actual look and feel of your iPhone development project until you use X-Code as the IDE. Also, Apple claims that the smooth workflow provided by X-Code is like none other. You need to programme your app in Objective C. If you are familiar with programming, you will enjoy the experience of learning Objective-C. But, if you are an amateur programmer, it would be very helpful and beneficial for you to hire an iphone development programmer as Objective C can get quite tough.
Develop and Submit: Before even starting iPhone development, register as an apple developer. Once that is done, download the Software Development Kit for iphone. Also, you need to get a Mac. Iphone uses a variation of the Mac Os and the iPhone development tools are also only available for Mac users. So, you better get that Mac if you want to do this right. Now, work at it and develop your app. Test it in an iphone simulator if you do not own an iphone. Once you are satisfied, have others test it so you can get feedback. Tweak if necessary and submit the app to itunes and watch the results!
The iPhone today has created its own mark in the society. It has created a strong competition in the market for the other mobile companies. This phone has top quality features and comes loaded with awesome applications. There are a lot of features imbibed in it that allows the iPhone app developer to create different and vibrant applications. In the recent times, Apple Inc. had unveiled its new series, the iPhone5. iPhone 4, iPhone 4S and iPhone 5 are more advanced in the mobile series. These phones come with applications that are advantageous for the iPhone application development.

From time to time women in their 30s and 40s tell me they are terrified about growing older. It seems that since our teenaged years, we have all been heaped with tales about the horrors of aging…especially about menopause. It's as if we are all headed toward an inescapable black hole.
Well, I am here to tell you, it just ain't so. Sure menopause can be uncomfortable at times. But compared to feeling totally miserable for several days a month, and wanting to wage war the week before, "the change" we all go through can be a real change for the better.
In spite of the hype, menopause is not a disease, and aging doesn't have to be awful. If you look around you, who are apt to be the happiest people you see? Little kids and feisty old ladies. If we let it, aging can help us rediscover some of the fun in life that we've lost in all our cares and ambitions.
So, here are three little secrets about menopause and aging that I am willing to bet no one every told you. Some may be kind of silly, but it just shows how strong the bad rumors can be about what can be a vibrant time of life.
1. You will never have to shave your legs again. Yes, this is one of the silly things. But it's still kind of cool. One more worry gone, one more thing to strike off you to do list. And if you walk or work out, you are never too old to have great legs.
2. The need for status begins to lose some of its power. As with other times of life, it is hard sometimes not to feel like you should have accomplished more, or been more successful in life. But as you continue getting older, your views on success and failure can change. You might begin to value your experiences more than your resume, or revel in a healthy and loving family over more fleeting achievements.
3. You discover that people like you for who you are. At some point as we get older, we finally realize that we are not our occupation. We may still be committed to our work, but we begin to see more of a life beyond it. And we discover that people may not have had nearly as many expectations of us as we thought they did. We may find instead that they liked us all along, just for who we are.
If you do experience unpleasant symptoms when you reach menopause, by all means, discuss them with your doctor. But until then, there is certainly no need to worry that some horrible future awaits you. Menopause could surprise you and be one of the most productive times of your life.
Do you have any stories to share about happy surprises as a part of aging? Any new adventures you decided to finally explore? Please share with us, we would love to hear from you.

Credit is financial aid received by a borrower to be paid back later mostly with interest. Both the lender and the borrower enter into an agreement where they settle on the amount that will be involved for offer and the time that it will take the borrower to pay back. The term 'credit' is also used to refer to the borrowing capacity of an individual, and it is the status that is used by lenders to determine if they can offer the money to the borrower or not, and at what amount.
The Need to Seek Financial Aid
At one time or another people will always need to borrow money for various uses. They may want to start a new business, repair their houses, repair their vehicles or simply cater for small domestic financial needs. When one has to borrow money, he or she has to know the right places to get the credit from. This is because some sources can be unscrupulous, and it is always good to deal with genuine moneylenders. Some of the places that you can get financial help are explained below.
Credit Union
This is mostly an organization that you have to register as a member, contribute and then you can be allowed to borrow after a certain duration of contributing to your account. These are not suitable for emergencies when you need to get cash within a short notice, and hence cannot be an option when you want to avail credit instantly. They offer their loans at favorable rates because unlike banks, they are not profit making entities. Other details like lending fees and transaction fees that make borrowing expensive do not apply here, hence making the loans affordable.
Bank Loans
Banks are sources of loans that you can depend on if you have a very straight borrowing record, and if you have the right collateral that will be required for loan that you will need. Taking this cash advance can be tedious because it involves many regulations that are to check the borrower's credibility and ability to pay back the credit he or she wants to borrow.
Credit Companies
These are credit lenders who offer short-term financial assistance to borrowers who meet the simple borrowing conditions. The small loans that they offer do not require any collateral because the borrower is supposed to pay back the credit at the end of the month after borrowing. For that reason, to get the credit one has to offer the required information that will show you are a genuine citizen who is permanently employed and receives a stable monthly salary.
The standard amount of credit that you can get from these companies range from $100 to $1,000. However, your monthly salary will be used to determine if you can be given the amount of credit that you may be asking for. You will need to support the personal information you provide with genuine utility bills to confirm your physical address, your genuine pay slips and employment information and banking details like your account number.

You may consider attending a local event that you find on Meetup.com . There are many many local groups that hold weekly and monthly meetings you can tap into. Also look for larger events in your area or taking place nationally. "You Just Never Know" is one of my favorite sayings and when it comes to attending large events...ya just just never know who you are going to meet or what connections you will make that could have a huge impact on you and your home business in the future.
#2. Network On Facebook
Second to attending events is networking on Facebook. This social media platform has really opened up the whole world to everybody. Make sure you have positive and quality interactions with people you meet and connect with. Remember Facebook is not a place to openly promote and push your business on others. I prefer to use it for genuine networking and then make more effective invitations at the right time if it makes sense.
#3. Keep track of everyone you ever meet
One of my mentors taught me some time ago that you should make a note of everyone you ever come into contact with. Record their names and important information like , their email, address, birthdays and make a note of the circumstrances of how you met them. Then any time you have some form of contact with them you log it. You will be shocked when you do this as to how fast your network will grow in size because you are actually keeping track of them. The list of your network will be your MOST valuable asset in your business moving forward. You don't have to be amazingly organized... you just have to keep some sort of track of your interactions.
#4. Have regular contact with your network
Make sure that at least 3 to 4 times a year you have some kind of contact with your network. Birthday cards, Hand written notes and gifts, Phone calls just to see how they are doing, emails and facebook messages just to say "Hi". This is a super important step as you want to make sure you nourish your network.
#5. Connect your network together
One of my mentors made this suggestion to me and it really works very well. A couple of times a week a week I will always try to introduce people in my network to each other. I try to find people in the same niche or area of business and just make an email or Skype introduction. It only takes a few minutes each week and it shows that you really care about the people you interact with. It also has a very positive benefit for you... many people you do this with will return the favor and also introduce you to their network!
If you want to start or grow any type of business - online or offline - networking is really a practice that you want to work regularly at. In fact it may your MOST important activity for long-term business success. You just never know when things will change in your life. By using these tips for Networking you can build a large and supportive network. In doing so you will always have someone to help you out of the hard times that you may encounter or inspire you to greatness in your business venture.
