Should you sell products that people need? The answer might surprise you. And that's because the answer is "not always."
You see, lots of beginning marketers start out by creating products that people need. But here's the thing: Needing a product and WANTING a product are not the same thing. If you're creating products that people need but don't want, you'll go bankrupt trying to persuade your prospects that they should want your product.
Instead, start by figuring out what your prospects want. (If they also need the product, that's even better).
Let me show you what I mean…
What does a male college student need? He needs to get good grades. He needs to attend class. He needs to start getting higher grades on his exams.
But not every college student wants those things. There's a group of college students who want to play sports and party. Going to class and getting good grades sit low on their priority list (probably somewhere near "cleaning the apartment").
And that means that if you try to sell something that this group needs, like a "How to Get Straight As" book, you'll fail. Miserably. That's because they don't want it.
If you want to make money, you have to figure out what this group wants. You have to figure out what they're already buying. And then you have to create something a little better.
For example, maybe this particular niche market devours books about drinking games. Or maybe this group wants to know how to go on a cheap spring break vacation to party spots like Cancun. Or who knows, perhaps this group wants to know how to get washboard abs so they can look great on the beach during spring break.
See what I mean? Bottom line is this: If you give people what they want (even if you don't think they need it), you'll find the money. And if you give people products they both want and need, you'll do even better.
And now for the million-dollar question…
How do you find out what people want?
Some experts suggest that you survey your market. You ask them. But you know what? While surveys can give you some interesting insights and ideas you'd never thought about before, surveys can also be biased. Just because someone says they would buy a certain type of product doesn't mean they actually would buy it if the opportunity arose.
So here's what you do instead…
Find out what your market is ALREADY buying. Now you don't have to guess whether the survey is accurate. You don't have to predict what your market would do in "real life." You find out for sure by seeing where your market already spends their money.
If you're selling information products (like ebooks), then you can start by:
* Finding out what's selling on Clickbank.com
* Finding out what kinds of books your market is buying on Amazon.com.
* Finding out what the top websites in your niche are selling and advertising. (Just search for your main keywords in Google and see what your competitors are selling.)
It's that easy.
Now, just knowing you need to create a product that your market wants isn't going to automatically put profits in your pocket. You also need to figure out what kind of product you should create. And you need to learn the secrets of creating hot products, fast.

Hair loss sufferers are fortunate to have a number of products at their disposal in the market today. The options can range from serums, lotions to medications, all with the lofty promise to promote hair growth and restore hair density. But it also pays to widen your resources and look for more natural means of promoting hair growth. It may not always be in a guy's beauty arsenal, if ever there is one, but it could be a promising treatment – enter essential oils into the picture.
Amla Brahmi Oil
Amla oil is one of the natural substances that can aid in promoting hair health thanks to its rich helping of essential fatty acids. It conditions the hair and even strengthens the hair follicles making them less prone to dryness and breakage.
This particular oil may have long been used for hair treatment, but there is actually little scientific evidence that would vouch for its effectiveness in treating hair loss. It does treat dry hair, dry scalp, strengthen the strands and promote hair growth, but it does not hold much promise in stopping progressive hair loss, particularly in male pattern baldness.
After shampooing your hair, you use apply amla oil afterwards to serve as a replacement to a conditioner. Massage it on your scalp and hair strands, and make sure that you cover the roots to the tips. Cover this with a shower cap and leave it one for 15 minutes before rinsing your hair with warm water.
Sage Essential Oil
This particular herb is a common fixture in a lot of kitchens around the world, and it is also popular for its curative properties. The extracted oil from this plant can release a dozen of health properties, and one of this is hair loss.
When combined with apple cider vinegar, this mixture is known to be a very good in promoting hair growth. Simply take four ounces of apple cider vinegar, add in equal parts of water, then ten drops of sage essential oil. Apply this mixture over your scalp and hair then wrap it under a towel. Leave it on for 30 minutes before washing it off with a mild shampoo.
Another alternative would be to infuse this essential oil with jojoba oil and use it as a scalp treatment before going to bed. According to Native American treatments, this can promote hair growth.
Jamaican Black Castor Oil
If you have just heard of this particular essential oil, the Jamaican Black Castor Oil is actually an extraction of Castor oil obtained through a certain process that takes place before the castor beans are roasted. There are scientific studies that claimed the effectiveness of Jamaican Black Castor oil to be better than Castor oil when it comes to strengthening hair follicles.
It is simply applied on the scalp and hair for couple of minutes to allow the oil to penetrate and act on the root of the hair follicle. This is the reason why it works on all hair types because its effect is on the roots and not on the hair shaft itself. Adding to that Jamaican Black Castor Oil also improves blood flow allowing the hair to grow stronger and faster.
Thyme Oil
Thyme is known to be one of the oldest plants recorded, with its oils touted to be a remedy for respiratory and digestive problems. But it is also known to halt hair thinning by stimulating blood circulation that revitalizes the scalp.
You simply apply this on your head as a leave-on treatment before washing it off thoroughly. Don't worry because it doesn't really make your hair heavy, but it even provides a refreshing sensation. Apply this at night for a better sleep, while it also works its wonders on your scalp and hair follicles.
Rosemary Oil
When it comes to essential oils that promote hair growth, Rosemary is often found among the top choices. In fact, you can even find this in a number of formulations that involves hair loss treatment. It is thought to improve cellular metabolism which can lead to a healthier and stronger hair growth.
You can also mix Rosemary oil with basil, sage, nettle or tea tree oil to create a leave-on hair treatment that can slow down or stop hair loss.
Cypress Oil
The reason why this particular essential oil is good for hair growth is due to its ability to promote a healthy circulation to the scalp. It then encourages the hair follicles to grow better while at the same time reducing oiliness and dryness to the scalp.
Red Pimento Oil
This particular oil is marketed because of its impressive action in promoting hair growth. It also nourishes the hair and thickens it thus preventing damage. It can condition the scalp giving it enough moisture to prevent dandruff. These benefits results from the amount of copper contained in the oil which provides positive effects to the hair.
You just have to apply this on your scalp and massage it thoroughly while distributing the oil all the way to the tips. Cover your head with a cap for 20 minutes, then wash it thoroughly afterwards.

It is nice to have that glow even without the summer season so if you have a spray tan on, it would be nice if it could last long. Typically a spray tan last around 4-10 days depending on how you prepare your skin and how you maintain it afterwards. If you want to keep your golden hue for much longer, here are seven tips that can prove to be helpful.
Exfoliate
Do you know that even the most expensive self-tanners out there can give you splotchy results particularly on trouble areas if you don't exfoliate?
Lightly exfoliating your skin before getting a tan will help remove superficial dead skin cells which create an even base to spray on the tan. Particularly work on dry patches like the knees, ankles and elbows. Removing the dead superficial layers will also allow the tan to last hold on longer to the skin. It is also advisable to exfoliate on the third day after your spray tan and every few days so that the color remains even all over your body. Don't be afraid that it might remove your tan completely. What this does is to only subdue the harsh color blending the tan well.
Moisturize
It is important that you start moisturizing your entire body days before getting a tanning session. This will make the skin more hydrated allowing the spray tan solution to stick well over it. To make your tan last longer, make sure to moisturize in the morning, after taking a shower, and at night. The hydration created by a moisturizer can extend the life f your tan, especially those that contain glycerine and low dose DHA.
Don't get your new tan wet
You should keep your tan from any contact with water at least 6-8 hours after application. In fact, making sure to maintain this overnight is best so that the tan can properly stick on the skin. You should also avoid sweating it out doing exercise for the first 24 hours. Your first shower should not be more than a rinse. It would also be good if you keep your showers to only once a day. Also keep swimming to a minimum because extended hours in the water can make your tan fade quickly.
Prolong the color with spray tan enhancers
You can keep your spray tan longer by using products that will not only preserve its color but also enhances it. These products will contain DHA which is the main ingredient that provides the color in spray tans. Aside from maintaining your tan, this can also even out any blotchy areas of the skin. Another way to touch up any lightened areas is to use tinted moisturizers.
Use proper skin contact
By this it means that instead of rubbing the skin dry, pat it instead. It is also advisable to avoid using harsh loofahs while bathing. Also make sure that exfoliation should be done only lightly and also remember to keep shaving to a minimum.
Protect before getting wet
Before you take a shower put on a body oil first to create a barrier over your skin and tan making it last longer.
Allow it to dry well
If you opt to apply your fake tan yourself, you can make it stick on better by drying it thoroughly using a hair dryer.

Financial advisors are the customer contact persons in wealth management firms. They are responsible for advising customers on the best investment choices in view of their needs, preferences and risk limits. They are also important influencers of attitudinal and behavioral loyalty in customers – important factors that contribute to long-term customer relationships and customer retention.
The last few years have seen a dip in customer satisfaction rates across many wealth management companies. While the recession is partly responsible for the disappointing performance of investment portfolio's and the resultant angst, customers also blame advisors for taking decisions that do not comply with their risk boundaries – an indication of ineffectual client interactions.
Customer satisfaction ties in with advisor satisfaction
The quality of customer relationships also affects advisor satisfaction. According to the 2013 US Financial Advisor Satisfaction Study by JD Power and Associates, satisfied advisors who either "definitely will" or "probably will" remain with their current firm in the next year believe that focus on the customer is an important value versus the bottom line. Another attractor is provisioning of tools and support for advisors to effectively service their clients.
Mobility and social media – the new age enablers
The newest tools helping advisors build client relationships are mobile devices, mobile solutions and social media. iPad app developers are seeing a boost in applications for financial advisors as enterprises distribute iPads to on-the-go wealth management professionals.
Tablets are taking center stage during client advisor meetings. Advisors can instantly pull up real time data and information from customer accounts, portfolio, stock markets, and research data. They can open portfolio catalogs at a touch to offer customers sophisticated investment products. Specialized mobility solutions help advisors ensure customer understanding of products with visuals and content support. Adhoc what-if reporting tools help advisors in scenario planning for customer benefit.
Furthermore, mobility solutions and social media open up new communication channels between clients and advisors. Advisors are more accessible and responsive when they are equipped with mobile devices. They can work on the go, communicate and collaborate anytime, anywhere, and have instant access to real time data for informed and agile decisions.
Advisors can stay connected on social media networks via mobility solutions to filter content, connect with prospects and engage existing clients. Within regulatory purview, advisors are leveraging social media to understand clients' investment goals better. According to a study of financial advisors by Accenture, over 60% of Gen D (Digital) advisors are in daily contact with Gen D clients.
With the increasing pervasion of mobility and digital tools, customers are participating in online communities, forums and social platforms in an effort to educate themselves. Advisors can leverage this opportunity and customer's openness to use virtual meetings and online seminars to engage and develop deep meaningful relationships with them.
The study further reveals the proven advantage of digital client advisor interactions:
> easier management of portfolio
> enriched client interactions
> increased client transactions
Mobile solutions and social media are powerful enablers that financial advisors must leverage to capture Gen D's interest. Not only are mobile tools helping advisors forge stronger relationships with clients; they are also enabling quality customer service for higher profit and growth.

Article Title: Grand Canyon Airplane Tours This Labor Day Holiday

*********************** ARTICLE START ***********************
Labor Day will be here before you know it. If you are planning to take a Grand Canyon airplane tour, make sure to get it in advance. That way you'll have first dibs on the best flights at the lowest rates.
Regular Schedule
Flights will be leaving from Las Vegas, NV, and Tusayan, AZ, on a regular schedule each day of the week. This means there will be tours every hour from 7 am to sunset.
There are two rims serviced by airplane tours: The West Rim and the South Rim. Las Vegas travelers can pick between the two while Tusayan visitors can only opt for South Rim trips. There are no connecting flights between the rims.
Las Vegas airplanes bound for the West Rim include lots of options. Of course, there's the standard air-only tour, which goes over Lake Mead and Hoover Dam before circling over the canyon' most dramatic sights.
Landing Tours
However, if you want a more in-depth canyon experience, I urge you to consider a landing package. These types of trips land on the top of the West Rim and can be upgraded to include a helicopter ride to the bottom. If you get to the bottom, it merits your consideration to add a Colorado boat tour.
Here's a good place to note that in regards to helicopters, the West Rim is the only place in the National Park where they are allowed to land at the base.
The South Rim airplane tour stays airborne for 50 minutes and covers the South Rim, North Rim and everything up to the Park's easternmost boundary. The other air tour travelers are raving about comes with a 4x4 Jeep tour into Antelope Canyon and a 15-mile rafting trip down the Colorado to Lee's Ferry.
Type of Plane
Many are under the impression that these aircraft are small. Untrue. In fact, they hold 19 people and have been totally customized for sightseeing. By this I mean they feature oversized windows, comfortable reclining seats and wings that are attached to the top of the cabin in order to give you the best view in the house. Aircraft are also equipped with personal headsets and most are decked out with trip narrations translated in up to 10 languages.
Labor Day, which falls on a Monday (September 2), is actually going to be a three-day weekend for most Americans. What I'm getting at is that I'm expecting a lot of visitor traffic at the National Park. As I said earlier, I recommend booking your flight at least a week in advance. Sure, you can get away with 72 hours ahead of time, but why risk it, right?
Then there's how purchase your trip. I recommend only using the Internet. That's where all the cheap rates are. To be more specific, the best rates are on the tour websites of the actual tour suppliers. This is the case because these businesses are in the best position to offer deals and promotions that really have teeth.
Conclusion
Labor Day is the last big vacation during summer so expect a lot of other travelers who want to visit the Grand Canyon as much as you do (and there's room for all of you!). Just make sure you book online and in advance and you should be fine. Oh, and memorize this tip, too: Always complete your transaction online. That way you'll lock in a rate that sets the bar on cheap.

There is one undeniable truth about self-directed trading: get this part of your trading right, or you will fail forever as a trader. Because you can do everything else perfectly, and will all be for naught.
You can have the perfect system, the perfect platform, a perfect computer, broker, data feed, everything. But if your head isn't right you WILL FAIL as a trader, because in its essence, trading is a decision-making process. All the other items are simply tools and/or inputs.
Your mind is where the process takes place, where the decisions are made. Everything else is just inputs or tools, but the process of trading is a mental one.
Where Traders And Educators Get It Wrong
Some make the mistake of over-simplifying the matter, thinking that it is a matter of tricking or forcing yourself into being more disciplined. Of course, how often does that work for any substantial period of time? That's like every New Year's resolution, like starting a new exercise program or new diet – will power alone rarely works. There is a little more to it than that.
Others make the mistake of over-complicating things. There are tons of articles and dozens of books on trading psychology, but unfortunately, most are written by psychologists – and take the approach that you have mental problems to be addressed. They operate on the presumption that you need a year's worth of therapy to attend to the lifetime of Freudian issues before you'll be able to succeed as a trader. While you might have some issues (who doesn't have something they could talk about with a therapist), there is nothing inherently wrong with you.
There Is Good News
Fortunately, trading successfully is much more straightforward than either of those approaches. There is a profession, an entire field of study devoted to getting consistent, solid performance from a wide variety of people in a wide variety of occupations (Quality Assurance). This, combined with good business practices and trading experience in a proper setting and training curriculum facilitate helping traders achieve consistent reliable results, with relative ease and in a very practical manner.
Best of all, successful and reliable trading can be achieved, no matter where you come from, your age, gender, etc. Consistency is very possible when you understand the nature of the mind and certain critical aspects of working for yourself. Much of what trouble traders is subconscious, some of it is conscious, but nearly all of it gets neglected by most traders. Your emotions are there for a reason, and if you listen rather than fight them, you'll win.
When you approach your trading in a business-like and calculated manner, focusing on good trading and building your skills and not just on making money, you get an entirely better result. Most traders focus almost solely on their system and the profit from each trade while neglecting the factors of successful trading. One must remember that trading is a real business, and in order to have a successful and reliable business, the realities of the matter must be addressed. In trading, that starts with the psychology and your training.

Losing Weight by Giving Up Bad Eating Habits
Many weight watchers find it difficult to cut down their calorie intake by drastically altering their daily diet. Many advisors attempt to make it sound simple, but people who have to make the effort believe that it is easier said than done. Many a times, people give in to their unhealthy eating habits because they fail at changing their habits completely.
The best approach towards weight loss is to change one's perception about the efforts they are required to make in order to achieve their goals. The changes they have to make should not be the center of their attention. In fact, they must focus on:
Improving their health which would eventually result in weight loss
The benefits of exchanging junk food with nutritious food
In order to bring an end to eating unhealthy items like junk food or fast food, people should make use of the following tips:
Learn from Others' Mistakes
There are many unfortunate individuals who have suffered due to their bad eating habits. Most of them prefer to share their experience with others as a way to help them make healthier decisions. If people feel that they do not know such people personally then they should always explore online. There are many motivational stories and blogs, some of which are also interactive.
Try New Alternatives
Junk and fast food is highly preferred because people find it to be delicious. However, restricting one's choices makes people continue to remain unaware about the taste and benefits of many other dishes. This is why one should have an experimental nature when it comes to ordering or buying food so they come across food options which are equally nutritious and tasty.
Shop Wisely and Within Budget
People should carry a shopping list when they go to do their groceries. This would help them keep focused on items that they have to buy. Secondly, they should estimate the cost of buying the items from their shopping list. This would provide them a budget to follow and help them stop from over spending by picking unhealthy foods.
Give a Second Thought to What you Eat
The ready-to-eat junk food is easily accessible due to which people do not waste an extra minute in thinking about the damage of consuming such food. On the other hand, they should begin with taking out time in assessing what they want to eat and how it can be exchanged with a healthier alternative. It might seem difficult at first, but it is known to become a habit eventually.
Focus on the Reward
If people find it difficult to give up their bad eating habits, they should remind themselves of the end results. Those who make conscious efforts of starting healthy eating mostly feel motivated by the rewards they get. The first incentive is the improved and attractive appearance. Secondly, people feel more energetic because their overall health also improves.
A slight change of perception can convert the difficult task of quitting unhealthy food into a sought-after goal.

Article Title: How to Get Targeted FaceBook Leads

Facebook isn't just for connecting with friends and family, it can be used for business functions and generate Facebook leads.
Do not think that FaceBook is just a venue for teenagers. Those teens have grown up and today 60% of users are over 35 years old. If you would like to market to the younger set, don't be concerned - that remaining 40% of Facebook's half a billion customers must surely contain some suitable well-qualified leads!
I want to make sure you go about it in the best possible way.
How do you it?
Your FaceBook page is just like a website, only it could be employed a lot more interactively – much more like a blog but much better in some ways.
The first important thing you are going to do is plan exactly how your page is going to look. Spend a couple of hours (or days, even) to discover Facebook web pages that have a successful formula and reproduce that formula with your own page.
Why do they have a lot more fans? What strategies are they using to help keep their guests engaged and coming back? How frequently are they adding information and replying to comments? This information will be incredibly beneficial to you in the setting up stage.
Driving people to your FaceBook page is marketing after all. So leave links for your Facebook page everywhere you can.
You'll be able to also get your own personal FaceBook URL (FaceBook/yourbusinessname) and this can look very impressive and aid to brand your business name. Add it to your email signature so that it can be seen when emailing friends, family, colleagues and prospects.
Sign up with various Groups
Now you realize that most markets have competition, and businesses that are comparable to yours. What can be unique about you is your contribution and story.
How are you currently uniquely different? Emphasise this inside related Facebook groups and recruit people from related fan pages to join yours.
Being a sociable individual on Facebook is an advantage. Join Groups. Add a couple of useful opinions that'll get your name out there (and therefore your page).
People will recognize that you understand just what you are talking about and from there you develop rapport, a relationship and trust.
You'll be capable of starting and taking part in discussions, and post videos and ads to get your target market's attention.
All of us start with zero followers, likes and Facebook recommendations. If you start being consistent and regular in your Facebook activity you will watch your followers grow.
You'll start picking up one, or two followers a week, and after that you'll start to determine what works most effectively and how to add more followers much more quickly.
The old adage appears very accurate, "Nothing draws a crowd like crowd."
Momentum and mass attracts more momentum and mass. It's metaphysical gravity - and also the real magic behind developing a community.
Create a Landing Page
The days of hunting our food are over, except maybe for sport. Now we attract food, and farm crops. Create an appealing FaceBook page to attract new leads into your business.
You are able to make a landing page for attracting leads. If you have a successful landing page in your website you can replicate that one and use it for Facebbok.
Generating leads indicates you are creating Relationships
Before you delve right into grabbing Facebook leads, understand that you are in social marketing. It doesn't work the same way as direct or indirect marketing.
People naturally do not go to Facebook to shop. Capturing your target audience's attention, then, needs to be done in a helpful, interactive, and relationship-building sort-of-a-way. Liking web pages, connecting to groups, posting helpful content, participating in discussions - all are fantastic means to go about putting you in front of an audience that are potential leads.
Provide free webinars, free consultations, discounts, add useful videos and fun things like contests and polls. Use the Event feature and get others involved to make them feel like they're part of a caring community. Be inventive!
Drop the idea of promoting for right now. Develop a page with value by developing trust and producing a lively community of people in order to get to that end goal - well-qualified, targeted Facebook leads.
