Masks are an excellent way to fight the look of aging. They are easy to whip up and feel like you`re at the spa when you apply it. Pearl powder was used by the ancient Chinese Queens a long time ago. Pearl powder has amino acids and trace elements to rejuvenate the skin.

For this mask, you simply mix one teaspoon of pearl powder with an egg white and half a teaspoon of honey and water. Apply to the face for twenty minutes and then rinse with warm water. For best results give yourself a mini rinse and massage before and after the mask to stimulate skin follicles.

Asian cultures also belief that the food we consume attributes to the look of our skin. It is said that there are many foods designed to delay the aging process. It is also noted that the ideal diet should include a pH balance of the right combination of acidic foods and alkaline foods for the optimal healthy skin. Alkaline foods would include things such as; peaches, papayas, mangos and green vegetables. A pH balanced diet would compile of things such as; meats, white sugars, wheat flour, and citrus foods.

The final step in creating the ultimate Asian herb induced anti-aging regimen, is to get some acupuncture on the body to promote a healthy flow from the inside to the out. The pressure points are known to keep the body healthy and in turn make the skin extra healthy and strong.

Mass affect 2 is a game that has made some small changes from its first version. Some say the graphics are better and others say there are some miner bugs in the game. And while there are some pros and cons to this exciting game, most gamers would agree that they are up for the challenge and can't wait to play it.

Almost everyone is attracted to the universe, so for anyone who is also a gamer, putting the two together can be magic for some people. This game has you spinning through the universe on a ship that had to be replaced. The first one blew up just seconds into the game.

The game begins with a tragedy as the SSV Normandy is attacked and blown to pieces and the fate of the protagonist Sheppard is unclear. Your job is to investigate the situation and look for clues. You also need to confront vicious forces behind the mystery. You owe an illusive man your life and he follows you wherever you go and stays in your shadows.

You rebuild a new team called the Normandy SR-2. Your team consists of wild characters that might have you in stitches laughing with their antics and jokes. Your crew will help you battle out any enemies shall they come your way.

The main plot is conventional science fiction and has a predictable close. You have to complete missions but not all missions are combating but as you build through the developments you actually build on your characters development. The writing and dialogue between characters is excellent and the characters have detailed facial expressions and voice matched to feelings giving into that sense of reality.

You can go into a third person shooter. Sliding the cover is easy, however as you move in and out of positions and hideaway locations, your characters, actions may be delayed enough to have you killed, these bugs in the game have some people complaining.

If you want to change weapons there is no more pop up screen to quickly access. This time you have to go all the way to the weapons locker room, to find your weapon and have it. Many gamers did not enjoy that feature at all.

The worst part of this game noted by reviews was the constant scanning that needed to be done. This is where a lot of game play is wasted. The reticule is slow and the entire process of doing it is long and worn out.

The shooting in number two has been much improved and contains all of the things you would expect in a battle targeted game. You can actively explore the worlds and meet many new characters that will prove to be only too helpful as your journey continues.

The game adjusts to the challenges and moves that you make. In the end of the game the choices that you made as you went along will determine the type of ending you get. This game will have you pushing right to the end just to see what happens.

This game got mostly good reviews. Everyone loved the idea of traveling through space, especially when a great crew was involved. It was also noted that many people did not find the bugs in the game to be too concerning and were able to continue in the game with no more distractions.

Raising children has never been easy, but some parents think it's even harder today. They have always had to deal with providing - food, clothing and shelter as well as a supportive and loving environment where their offspring can grow to their full potential. Today, in addition, mom and dad are faced with handling the stresses of an unstable economy and volatile social situations. And youngsters often feel the worries we feel as well.

A recent study, conducted by Harris Interactive, and reported by the American Psychological Association, found that 75% of American adults are experiencing moderate to high levels of stress. For the first time, youth between the ages of 8 and 17 were included in the survey, and APA found that these preteens and teenagers are worrying too - and in greater numbers than their parents estimate. The survey found that children are experiencing their greatest worries about school and their family's finances.

So what can you do to make it easier for your kids? Here are 7 tips to help you get started.

    1. Don't try to hide your concerns from your children - you really can't anyway. They pick up signals from you even when you think you're protecting them. At the same time, don't burden them with pressures beyond their years and abilities to handle them.

    2. As you all come face to face with your fears, keep the lines of communication open. Talk with your kids about their worries and let them know how you are handling yours. The more you are able to discuss the strains affecting all of you, the better you can all begin to cope with them.

    3. When you begin to take action about the pressures, your children will feel comforted. Let them know you are capable of working together as a family to decrease the tensions you face. You may not be able to eliminate the anxiety everyone is experiencing, but you can make efforts to reduce it.

    4. Help your children come up with a specific plan to address their concerns. Model for them how to create a strategy with a long-term goal and attainable short-term objectives to accomplish along the way. Remind them to create a Plan B to use when unavoidable obstacles arise.

    5. Schedule stress reducing activities for your children and yourself. Physical activities will help decrease the levels of anxiety and depression you all may be experiencing. And even young children can be taught deep breathing exercises that bring about a greater sense of relaxation.

    6. Work on having a more positive outlook. Think about what good can come out of the situation - maybe a greater degree of family solidarity and closeness. Encourage your children to be aware of and develop their internal strengths. And direct your focus to the light at the end of the tunnel.

    7. Pay attention to unhealthy behaviors your kids may be exhibiting. If their actions involve excessive acting out, frequent conflicts, avoidant activities or the use of drugs or alcohol, they may be depressed. If these dysfunctional behaviors continue, consult a professional counselor trained to work with children.

If you are a Sandwiched Boomer, stressed by the poor economy as well as your family in flux, you may feel torn between the responsibilities of caring for your children and aging parents at the same time. Yet you'll find that, when you let your children know you are there for them with support and encouragement, the entire family benefits. When you help your kids with their stress levels, yours will settle down too - so it's a win-win for everyone.

For any small business owner trying to keep their operation afloat, accounts receivable financing should be thoroughly evaluated as a practical strategy to replace conventional bank business loans. A temptation for borrowers to eliminate options prematurely because they appear to be too costly or complicated is one of the biggest hurdles in this process. It will usually be prudent to keep all workable options on the table because there will not always be be a simple or cheap solution to the commercial finance difficulties for a business. For many businesses, receivables factoring might be the only business financing option that can be successfully arranged. Although receivables financing might be viewed by some commercial borrowers as a "Plan B", it deserves serious consideration when "Plan A" is bank financing that is often not available in the current commercial lending environment.

The need to find an effective source of working capital loans and other small business finance options to replace bank financing that has already disappeared (or can reasonably be expected to vanish soon) is a harsh but unavoidable reality for most small businesses. Whenever possible businesses should first attempt to accomplish this by reducing their overall commercial debt. When it is not practical to reduce business debt, commercial borrowers should focus on the most realistic alternatives for raising additional capital to maintain cash flow at an acceptable level. Exploring the viability of securing more equity financing is one strategy for accomplishing this goal. In exchange for providing equity capital, this path requires taking on one or more new partners who will then have an ownership interest in the business. But while reducing debt and increasing equity financing can be very effective solutions, these options will not be practical for many business situations.

One of the primary challenges in considering any specialized approach to small business financing is understanding it sufficiently to be comfortable with how it works in practical terms. Among the previous attractions for using a traditional bank business loan was typically a firm belief that this form of commercial financing was straightforward and simple. It is likely that in many circumstances a commercial banker persuaded a business owner that receivables factoring should not be used because it would be too costly or complicated. It will come as no surprise to most when they learn that this was often an attempt to portray potential competition in an unfavorable light by banks. In an ironic twist, it has recently become more clear that the typical bank approach was not so simple after all. Because of obscure recall clauses that allow many banks to cancel commercial loans with little or no advance notice, many small business loans made by banks are now being revoked. With very little warning, business lines of credit are also being eliminated or decreased by a large number of banks.

For any business that has substantial accounts receivable, the use of receivables financing is likely to be on the short list of strategies to improve cash flow and obtain working capital quickly. Receivables factoring is a business financing option that is being reviewed by small business owners as a practical replacement for conventional bank financing. Business borrowers should not ignore the increasing need to replace traditional banks as an ongoing source of small business loans regardless of whether they have a sufficient volume of funds owed to them by customers to qualify for this kind of commercial financing.

No-deposit home loans may seem like an impossible dream in this market. Current conditions for borrowers and for lenders may appear tight when you read all the headlines but the world has not stopped.

Before the Global Financial Crisis no-deposit loans were just another mortgage product. They were used by people who had not saved the 20 per cent deposit that traditional lenders require before offering a mortgage and buyers who can demonstrate that they have the capacity to service the mortgage.

Pity the poor souls in the USA who are now being dispossessed of their homes after being sold unaffordable mortgages, many of them no deposit home loans. Of course many of those borrowers were not suitable applicants for any home and many purchased houses that were over-valued in the first place.

No deposit home loans do exist but they may require a guarantor for the deposit component of the mortgage. The guarantee is limited to the amount of the deposit. This is very significant as it gives peace of mind to the borrower. Further, all the guarantor requires is to have sufficient equity in their own home.

Each mortgage lender will have their own criteria but, in theory a no deposit loan requires a guarantor, for example a parent or sibling, or a guarantee limited to the 20 per cent deposit requirements.

If for example you are purchasing a house for $350,000, the "normal" deposit required would be $70,000. For first home buyers who will be eligible for stamp duty concessions and the Government's First Home Buyers Grant, the buyer can in fact with the help of a no deposit home loan secure the home with literally no deposit.

The no deposit loan can be a win-win for everyone. You can – finally – get into the real estate market and for the guarantor there is limited exposure to risk. Parents acting as guarantor for their children wouldn't have to pay any repayments. Furthermore, the guarantee can be retired at any time and the borrower is not required to pay expensive mortgage insurance.

There's more to these little understood products: they are not limited to first home buyers. Investors are frequent users of no deposit loans. Deposit bonds can be issued by a lender against for example cash deposits or some of form of funds that the insurer is prepared to accept as security. A deposit bond can be used, where applicable to the lender, for no deposit loans as the deposit required to secure a property. A deposit bond requires another asset that can be used as collateral, for example a house or land.

It works in a similar way to a conventional no deposit loan; the difference being it is usually an investor with other assets, that is, the buyer.

The ability to buy on no deposit is not without its risks of course. The loan repayments need to meet the borrower's capacity to repay. Any deterioration in the value of the home will cause negative equity. That needs to be considered.

So, despite the onset of the GFC, no-deposit mortgages are still available under the right circumstances.

Article Title: Why Buy an Electric Stapler?

In this age of technology, the stapler has gone electric and is now just as popular - if not more so - than manual document fasteners. But you may be wondering why you should invest in such a product. What advantages are there to buying one? This article will give you five reasons why you should buy an electric stapler for your office.

1.) Stapling capacity. Simply put, most electric staplers can fasten more pages together than a manual device. Some products can staple upwards of 70 sheets at once, so they are great to use when you're working with thick documents.

2.) No more pain. Manual staplers can literally be a pain to use, especially when you need to staple long documents or a whole bunch of them. This can not only lead to sore hands, it can also contribute to repetitive motion conditions such as carpal tunnel syndrome. When you use an electric device, the machine does all the work for you, so you'll be totally free of pain. You and/or your employees also won't need to possibly take time off work to visit the doctor either. This can help you save a significant amount of money.

3.) Save some time. Another reason to use this type of stapler is that it will help you save a lot of time. In addition to be rough on your hands, manual stapling can take a long time when you're working with a big stack of papers. When you use an electric device, it will fasten your pages together in a split second. Imagine how much more productive you'll be when you don't spend the better part of your day (or week) stapling documents.

4.) Get it right the first time. After putting together a bunch of papers by hand, chances are your stapling prowess won't be at its peak. This can lead to the staples being too close to the edge of the paper, too far away, or even mangled if your stapler can't handle the amount of paper you're processing. An electric device can solve this problem because it can staple accurately every time it's used.

5.) There's a device for every office. There are a huge variety of electric staplers on the market, so it's almost guaranteed that there's one that's perfect for your office. One of the names you should look for is Swingline, a company that's famous for their high-quality products. Swingline produces a lot of products that are great for the office, such as the Optima 70 and 45 (the numbers correspond with the product's stapling capacity), as well as the Speed Grip, a portable device that can run on either battery or outlet power. Some machines can even perform center-stitch stapling so you can easily make your own booklets.

There are many good reasons to buy this type of product including the chance to save both time and money, two resources that are vital to the success of any business. So if you're looking to boost productivity and maintain your bottom line, get an electric stapler for your office today.

Having a high quality, on-site paper shredder at your home or office is the only way to make sure that your confidential documents are properly and safely disposed of. But what kind of documents need to be shredded? Well, we say: "When in doubt, shred it," but if you need more information, here's a guide to the kinds of documents that should be put through the shredder when no longer needed.

    1. General. Any documents that contain even your address and phone number should be shredded, including old bills, insurance papers, and pre-addressed envelopes. If you have any maintenance records that are no longer applicable, they should be shredded as well, as should anything that has your signature on it, or of course, your social security number.

    2. Customer Info. It is important to note that with the advent of the FACTA laws, you or your business could be sued if it can be proven that information improperly discarded by you was used in the commission of identity theft or consumer fraud. To protect yourself and your customers, you should be sure to shred the following documents when you are discarding them: account numbers, credit histories, customer lists and data, and purchase orders that may contain credit card numbers or tax ID numbers.

    3. Employee Info. When your HR department is discarding employee-related documents, make sure that the following are shredded: benefits package information, papers regarding firings and other discharges or pre-employment background checks, documents relating to medical and dental plans and treatments, organizational charts, papers relating to promotions and merit raises, any records relating to contracts, and employee 401k information that is no longer relevant to your company.

    4. Financial Info. The financial information of your business as well as that of your customers and employees, should, of course be treated with the utmost care. Make sure that you shred such things as: account statements, bank statements, any bills that you don't need to keep around for tax reasons, budget statements, canceled checks not needed for taxes, credit card statements, invoices, loan contracts, and sale forecasts.

    5. Legal Info. You never know what might happen if information regarding claims being made against you, or that you are making, should get into the hands of a competitor. The same is obviously true for any proprietary patent or research information. To keep any such information safe, you should be sure to shred the following when you no longer need them: papers pertaining to claims, confidentiality agreements, old expired contracts, patent and trademark papers that were not filed, research request forms for patents and trademarks, and disputes or studies related to patents, settlements and severance agreements, engineering specs, prototype documents and specs, research and testing plans and results, design and product information, and any documents that contain information about trade secrets.

    6. Strategic Info. You should take special care to make sure that when you are having meetings regarding future plans, that any documentation pertaining to these plans be properly disposed of via a shredder. This includes: competitive documentation, future marketing objectives and plans, spreadsheets that contain you operating expenses, pricing information and structure, your company's sales goals, and any other strategic plans.

    7. Travel Info. If your competition knows where you've been, they could beat you there next time. Always shred: expired passports and visas, used plane tickets, old itineraries, luggage tags, and cell phone bills.

Trying to find just the right personal shredder for your needs can be a little bit stressful. To make it easier for you, we made a list of the three main features to keep an eye out for when you are shopping for a desk side shredder.

    1. Security. Just because you are looking for a smaller shredder does not mean that you have to scrimp on security. Any and all of your documents that contain the sort of information that could led to fraud or ID theft were they to end up in the wrong hands should be shredded in a cross cut pattern (resembling confetti). Shredders that employ a strip cut system are becoming less and less the norm, but they are still out there. Strip cutting leaves papers in a state that makes it easier for criminals to piece documents back together and get information such as account and social security numbers from them.

If you are in business for yourself, shredding in a cross cut pattern is much more than a good suggestion. The government passed laws a few years ago that mandate certain customer and employee documents be shredded in a cross cut pattern when they are being discarded. Not doing so can lead to fines and even lawsuits on behalf of those whose information was misused. The thing to look for is the "Security Level" of the shredder that you are considering purchasing. A security level of 3 (or above) is what is required by the new laws.

    2. Capacity. Since you are looking for a shredder to place at the side of your desk and use on an as-needed basis, such things as sheet capacity may not be huge considerations. Still, you need to keep in mind that most smaller shredders should be used intermittently, meaning that you really shouldn't let your papers pile up and try to shred them all at one time. Desk side shredders in general have only a certain amount of time that they can be used before they will require a period of rest. This keeps the motor from overheating and becoming seriously damaged. Just make a habit of shredding on an as-needed basis, and you should be fine.

As far as how many sheets you can place into your personal shredder at once, there is a little bit of variance from machine to machine, but in this day and age, you probably shouldn't settle for a shredder that can handle less than 6 to 8 sheets at a time, handles staples and paper clips, and even credit cards, as that capability is becoming more and more common.

    3. The Little Things. It's important to note that the vast majority of personal shredders have feed openings of about 9 inches. This will accommodate the most common paper sizes without a problem, but if you regularly need to shred documents that are larger than legal or letter size, you may need to do some searching around. Also keep in mind that shredders need to be oiled periodically, so when you buy your shredder, pick up some oil as well. Oiling your shredder keeps it at optimal function, and helps prevent damage to the cutting heads. To oil your shredder, just squirt a "Z" pattern of oil onto a normal sheet of paper, and run it through the machine.

Shopping for a shredder that meets the needs of your busy office can be a bit daunting. To make it a little easier, here we present a few of the things you should look for when you are buying a shredder that is intended for centralized use.

    1. Security. If your shredder is going to be used by the whole office or floor, there is going to be a need to shred all types of documents. While the temptation might be strong to go with a shredder that produces a strip cut (the long strips that are about a quarter of an inch wide), we highly recommend that you get a machine that shreds paper into a cross cut (confetti-like) pattern. New government regulations stipulate that certain types of documents must be shred in a certain way, and cross cut shredding puts you in the safe zone. Make sure that your shredder has a Security Level rating of 3 or higher, and you can be assured that not only will the documents you place in it be rendered unreadable, you won't have the government trying to fine you for improperly disposing of someone's personal information..

    2. Capacity. If the shredder is going to be placed in a busy common area such as near the copy and fax machines, you will want to make sure that it can handle a fairly large amount of work. You should easily be able to find a shredder than can accept 20 or so pages at a time, and that can be run throughout the day without the possibility of overheating. Make sure then, if you think you are going to need it, that you get a shredder that is rated for continuous use, and that it can deal with the workload that you project it will see on a daily basis.

    3. Safety. Multiple user shredders will, of course see use from office workers who have varying degrees of experience with these types of machines. It it always a good idea, then, to take a look at the safety features offered by the shredders you are investigating. Some include plastic guards at the feed openings, and some even have body heat sensors that stop the motor instantly when hands are too close. Getting a machine with a higher sheet capacity will help keep paper jams to a minimum, and there are a lot of shredders that have other jam prevention systems in place as well.

    4. Ease of Use. Since you are dealing with a lot of different experience levels, you might want to pay attention to how easy a given machine is to use. It is best to look for a machine with a well-lit, and easy to understand control panel. Another great feature to keep an eye out for is a simple automatic on and off mode, so your employees can simply place their documents into the feed opening and walk away. Most of the better shredders have that feature, so it shouldn't be a hard one to find.

    5. Quiet Operation. If there's one thing a busy office does not need, it's another reason for employees to become distracted. The noise of a shredder can sometimes be grating, so it is a good idea to try and find a shredder that features nice and quiet operation.

Using a binding machine can be a great way to produce professional-looking documents without having to ship your work to an off-site copy shop or bindery. When it comes right down to it, the binding process is pretty much the same whether you're using a plastic comb, wire, VeloBind, or GBC ProClick machine. When you bind, the first thing you typically do is punch holes in your document. However, this can be a very time-consuming step in the process especially if your machine has a low punching capacity and you need to create a lot of booklets. One way you can solve this problem is by using pre-punched paper. Here are three reasons why you should use this type of paper for your next binding project.

1.) Save time. The first and most obvious reason you should use pre-punched paper is because it will save you a lot of time. If your pages are all ready to go, all you need to do is print your documents and then bind them. The punching part is often the most time-consuming part of a binding project simply because a lot of machines have fairly low punching capacities. For example, the GBC CombBind C110 can bind booklets that contain up to 300 pages. However, it can only punch 15 sheets at a time. Think of how long it would take you to punch enough sheets to produce a 300-page document. And imagine how much more time it would take if you needed to produce a lot of these booklets. Simply put, it would take an eternity. But with pre-punched paper you can start binding immediately. Plus, you won't have to deal with holes that run off the page and other imperfections.

2.) Save money. For most businesses, time is money, and both are important resources. As mentioned above, using your binding machine to punch your pages is time-consuming and it will cost you money in terms of employee wages, especially when you have a lot of documents to produce. Pre-punched paper can cut down on the amount of time you or an employee spend on the binding process, so you can use the money you would have spent on wages on something else.

3.) A great selection is available. No matter what kind of machine you have, there are bound to be supplies that are right for you. Pre-punched paper is available for comb, wire, VeloBind, ProClick, and coil machines in a wide variety of colors and weights, such as the ever-popular 20 lb. bond. The majority of materials available are letter-sized (8.5" x 11"), but you can also find half-letter, legal-sized, and A4 if you look hard enough. There's even paper that's really large with dimensions of 11" x 17". So if you need letter-sized sheets for your ProClick device that are purple and have a 24 lb. weight, odds are you'll be able to find them. Most of this paper is available both by the ream and by the case, so you'll be able to get just the amount you need.

Finally, you can also order pre-punched covers that can help you save even more time, as well as make your documents look just the way you want them to. When you're facing a big binding project and time and money are of the essence, pre-punched paper is what you need.

Paper shredders are a great way to ensure that no one will able to steal your private information. But what do you do with the paper once it's been run through the machine? This article will list what you can do, ranging from the practical (recycling) to the whimsical (Easter basket filling). Keep reading to discover what you can do with your shredded paper.

1.) Recycle! Obviously, the first thing you can do with your shreds is recycle them. This not only gets the waste out of your house, it ensures that you're doing your part to save the environment. Just be sure to check with your local recycling facility to see if your paper bits can be mixed with other items, such as shredded CD's, credit cards, and floppy disks.

2.) Packing material. This is a great way to re-use your shredded documents, especially if you've been cleaning out your office before a big move. After all, commercial moving supplies are expensive, especially when you consider that they'll probably just be tossed after you're settled in. If you use your shreds, you won't pay anything for packing material, your old documents will be no more, and your fragile items should arrive at their destination without breaking. It's a win-win situation all around.

3.) Pet bedding and kitty litter. If you have pets, they can certainly reap the benefits of your having a shredder. Shreds can be used to line pet cages, especially those belonging to birds, mice, gerbils, hamsters, and other small critters. Rodents love to burrow and they'll love having fresh material in which to do so. You can even use your shreds to line your cat's litter box. (Just be aware that your kitty might not take to the new litter right away. Cats tend to be picky when it comes to their litter boxes especially if the type of litter is suddenly changed.) A word of advice: you should make sure the paper you use is free of shredder oil and toxic ink, especially since rodents love to chew on their bedding. (And cats have been known to lick weird things.) The goal here is to make your furry friends happy, not make them sick.

4.) Gift bags. When it comes time to give that perfect gift, it's always nice to present it in the best way possible. If you're using a gift bag, you can fill up the empty space with bits from your shredder. This would look especially nice if the paper was colorful. You can even use the shreds to pad the box your gift is in. This will not only make your gift look great, it will help you save money since you won't be blowing cash on overpriced products from the greeting card store.

5.) Easter basket filling. If you have kids and they still believe in the Easter bunny, why not run some colorful paper through your shredder and use it to line Easter baskets? It's a great way to both please the little ones and recycle stuff that would other wise go in the garbage.

6.) Confetti. Confetti is another one of those items that comes in very handy at certain times (ie weddings), but it's probably also something you don't want to spend a fortune on. If you have a cross-/confetti-cut shredder, it's incredibly easy to make your own confetti. You can even make sure it's the right color and not have to rely on what's available at the store.

These are just a few of the things you can do with shredded paper. If you use your imagination, you're bound to come up with some more ideas. Good luck and happy shredding!

Unibind machines are some of the best thermal binding devices you can use. If you have one of these products, whether it's the small XU138 or the XU638 which has an astounding six heaters, chances are you're looking for space in which to store both your supplies and your machine. Something that can help you solve both those problems is the Unibind X-Tower, a modular product that can serve as a storage cabinet for your Unibind supplies and provide you with a work surface if you place several of these items together. Here are the strengths and weaknesses of this product.

    Strengths:

    * The X-Tower is a storage cabinet that stands about 17 inches tall. This makes it small enough to be placed on a flat surface such as a countertop. You could even store it under a desk.

    * Each unit has enough storage space for 4 to 8 boxes of covers and/or spines, depending on the size of the box. This will keep your supplies handy and organized.

    * Due to the X-Tower's reasonably small size, you can stack one on top of the other to create a larger storage cabinet or to give yourself a work surface on which you can place your Unibind machine. The surface of a single unit is large enough to accommodate the XU138. If you place several towers together, you'll have a big enough space for the larger Unibind devices. You can even tack on another cabinet to give yourself some space in which to assemble your books before binding them.

    * If you do decide to stack your units, lifting them will be easy since one only weighs about 13 pounds.

    * This product is shipped flat to help you save money on postage. This method of shipping also helps the cabinet to arrive at your office without any damage. However, the utilization of this type of shipping means that you will need to put the tower together yourself. (More on that in a moment.)

    * This product is gray and black so it will be an unobtrusive addition to any office.

    Weaknesses:

    * Since the X-Tower is shipped flat, it needs to be assembled with an Allen wrench before you can use it. Assembling the item isn't too difficult, but it is a bit annoying to have to put the product together.

    * While a single tower is pretty affordable, buying multiple ones will definitely put a dent in your budget. Also, all of the the supplies are sold separately.

    * Some of the X-Tower's parts are made out of plastic, including the rails that support the boxes of supplies. This product isn't really designed to support heavy items, such as fax machines or printers.

Overall, the X-Tower really works best when you combine several units to make a complete surface/storage area. This product offers a fantastic way of storing your covers and spines, and it's great that a single tower can support the Unibind XU138. Therefore, if you're the proud owner of a Unibind binding machine, the X-Tower is definitely something you'll want to get for your office.
