*********************** ARTICLE START ***********************
Beginning April 22nd, 2010, the new Environmental Protection Agency's Renovation, Repair & Painting (RRP) Lead Law goes into effect as a safety measure to protect adults and children from toxic lead exposure in homes and child occupied facilities built prior to 1978.
It is a fact that home remodeling and repairs including sanding, cutting, and demolition can create hazardous lead dust and chips which can be extremely hazardous to children and adults. Lead dust is so toxic that less than 1/16 of a sugar packet will cause irreparable damage to a child's nervous system, cerebral function and general well being.
According to this new law, any activity that disturbs paint in housing and child-occupied facilities built before 1978 must comply with the RRP Lead Law.
Effective April 22, 2010 — What RRP means to you...
* Wood or any painted surface being repaired, renovated or painted (RRP) is assumed to be lead contaminated.
* This applies to all painted surfaces inside or outside your property.
* For interior work, the work area must be lead dust sealed and contained for 6 feet of the work area. For exterior projects, the sealing and containment distance is 10 feet around the work area. Specific disposal and wipe clean test methods with the assist of a HEPA vacuum are required for all interior and exterior projects.
* At the completion of the job, a retest for lead dusting residue is required.
* Penalties for noncompliance are $37,500 for each infraction.
Home Remodeling Activities Subject to the Lead Renovation, Repair and Painting Program...
Remodeling and repair projects for homes and child care facilities that involve sanding, cutting, and demolition require special precautions to prevent lead exposure in all of these areas:
* Remodeling and repair/maintenance
* Electrical work
* Plumbing
* Painting
* Carpentry
* Windows
What This Means for Handy Homeowners Who Want to Do Their Own Remodeling and Repairs...
Although you may be tempted to save yourself money and do your own repairs and renovations, unless you have completed the EPA Renovation, Remodeling & Painting course, you will be creating a serious risk to occupants of your home or facility for children. In the case of a child occupied facility, you also risk a fine of $37,500 per infraction. Hopefully you will see that these risks are far greater than the costs of using lead removal contractors who have completed the required certification.
Contractor Requirements After April 22, 2010...
After April 22, 2010, the federal law requires that anyone paid to repair, replace or paint in or outside of homes, child care facilities, and schools built before 1978 must be certified by the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) in the new Renovation, Remodeling & Painting Rule.
For your protection, all home improvement contractors will be required to pass the RRP certification test by completing a course instruction and then file with the federal government for proper licensing. This assures lead-safe work practice standards to prevent lead contamination.
Certified lead removal contractors will adhere to the following required procedures:
* Contain the work area.
* Minimize dust.
* Clean up thoroughly.
* Test for lead dusting
* Wipe down work surface area and surrounding area's
* Retest for lead presence.
Prior to Starting a Renovation, Repair or Painting Project...
Prior to beginning a renovation, repair or painting project on a structure built before 1978, your home improvement contractor should give you a consumer information pamphlet detailing all aspects for the new RRP lead law and what you can expect.
There are only a handful of EPA certified lead removal renovation, repair and painting contractors in the greater Boston and Southshore area of Massachusetts. It is recommended that you only work with certified lead removal contractors for your residential or commercial remodeling, renovation and repair projects.

Originally called Port Natal by early British settlers, this colorful city on the east coast of South Africa is the third largest city in the country. It has the busiest port in Africa, and is a municipality of eThekwini. The most common languages in Durban include both Zulu and English, so you have no need to worry if you don't speak Zulu!
There are many things you can do in and around Durban, starting with the beach of Durban. The Golden Mile, as it is aptly named, is a wide stretch of sandy beach which is separated by piers. Here you can enjoy the sub-tropical waters of the Indian Ocean, or find a handy spot on one of the beaches and sun bathe.
If you are coming to Durban with the express purpose of visiting the beaches, be warned that during Christmas time, the beaches can get very crowded. However, if you don't mind rubbing elbows with the teeming masses, then you are in for a fun filled stay.
You will also find that there are many bars, café's and restaurants lining the promenade that runs the length of the Golden Mile – just perfect for that spot of relaxation and to get away from the sun for a short time.
The beaches in Durban however, are not the only things that you can indulge in while you are here. The KwaZulu Natal National Park will afford you with some quality leisure time, as will the Durban North Japanese Gardens, and the Durban Botanical Gardens. Or maybe you might like to take a look over the city and the harbor from Berea, a once coastal forest area which has since made way for human settlements.
If you are looking something a little more fun filled however, you might want to take a look at uShaka Marine World, one of the largest marine aquariums found in the world. If you want to go along with the theme of nature and animals, you might want to head on over to the Umgeni River Bird Park, where you will find a wide variety of bird species.
Or maybe you want a change from all this outdoorsy stuff, and would like to spend your time doing something more relaxing...something like shopping. If this is the case, you have most definitely come to right place, as Durban boasts of the largest shopping centre in Africa (and second only to Australia's Chadstone Shopping Centre, in the entire of the southern hemisphere). The Gateway Theatre of Shopping, or Gateway as it is more informally known, has among other things, 18 theatres to keep you occupied, 6 Nouveau Cinemas, and an IMAX theatre. It also boasts of a wide range of restaurants, as well as a staggering number of shops that cater to just about every need.
And if this isn't good enough reason to visit Durban, you might want to add to your list of things to do while in Durban, the activities of surfing, snorkeling, canoeing, swimming, diving and scuba diving, not to mention sky diving. That's an awful lot of diving to do, but at the end of the day, you can relax at one of Durban's many casinos. So, what are you waiting for? With such a plethora of things to engage your interest, isn't it about time you made your way over to Durban, South Africa?

There is a great chance that you might not have heard of Fellbach in Germany, or if you have, only in passing. This is a great shame as there are many delightful features offered by this charming town, and you could do far worse than to spend a weekend (or even a week) exploring all that Fellbach has to offer you.
That said, you will be interested in knowing that Fellbach is located on a plateau at the northern foothills of Shur's Forest, in the Neckar River Basin. It is also incidentally, located on the outskirts of Stuttgart. This being the case, Fellbach is also within reasonable traveling distance to such illustrious places as Frankfurt, Baden-Baden, and Heidelberg in Germany, and to Strasbourg in France, to name but a few.
Due to its proximity to Stuttgart, Fellbach also offers visitors a number of choice hotels to choose from, the Moevenpick Str Messe which is near the airport, to the Hilton Garden Inn Stuttgart NeckarPark which has 150 rooms.
Now that you know you won't be stranded when you get there, you will be interested in finding out what you can do in Fellbach – besides visit Stuttgart of course. If you really want to get a feel for the place, you could do no better than to take a visit over to the Fellbach City Museum. The building itself which the museum is housed in is one that has been standing since 1680, although the museum has only been around since 1977. This half-timbered building also houses the Fellbach archives. The Galerie der Stadt of Fellbach is housed nearby in the town hall complex which was only opened recently in 1997.
The Old Wine building, now an exhibition and lecture hall, is worthwhile seeing just for the roof. The intricate wooden roof has arches covering a dimension over 3000 meters. Built in 1906, you will not easily see many buildings such as this, these days.
If you really want to see some old architecture however, then you would do best to set foot in Fellbach's most significant landmark, the Evangelical Lutheran Church. Constructed in 1519, the church was originally surrounded by a wall and a moat, both of which were destroyed in the 19th Century.
There are also a number of events and festivals held in Fellbach throughout the year. This includes the Christmas Market which is situated near Town Hall, and the Fellbacher Hopf on the 30 of April. Maikäferfest is celebrated on the first weekend of May, and in July you will get the Fellbacher Open Air Cinema which is held in the courtyard of City Hall.
And if you didn't already know it, Fellbach is part of the Württemberg wine region and is on the Württemberg Wine Road, an official route which takes you through the many vineyards of the region. Which means, yes you guessed it, a wine festival as well. The Fellbach Autumn wine festival is held on the second weekend of October, and interestingly enough does not include beer in its lineup.
With such a great amount of things to see and do in Fellbach, the wonder is not that you will be going there – the wonder is that you haven't already been there!

The city of Grenoble is surrounded by mountains. To the north of the city you will see the Chartreuse Mountains, to the east you will see the Belledonne range and to the west of Grenoble you have the Vercors Mountains. As part of its culture if you are in the city during the Tour de France you will be able to see the race as it passes through the city.
The city of Grenoble has been built on the alluvial plain of the Isère River and the Drac River. The city can be found at an altitude of 214 meters. These attractions will include a trip to Vieille Ville. This was the site of a fortified Roman town. You will find that the pedestrian old city which is found with this location has been in existence from the time of the Middle Ages. A famous inventor named Vaucanson who lived from 1709 to 1782 was born in the Vieille Ville region. For lovers of Gothic style architecture you will find the Palais de Justice a must see building in Grenoble. Here you will find that the Palais de Justice was built in 1847 utilizing the Gothic style. This building is noted for its columned façade. In this building you will find the Court of Appeals ad the Court of Assizes.
Yet another worthwhile sight to see in Grenoble is that of the Eglise St. Andre. This is a beautiful Romanesque church which was built in the 12th Century. This church can be found in the heart of the city's old centre. As you wander around the church you will see the magnificent façade which depicts Jesus and the Twelve Apostles. Another great church that you should think about visiting is that of the Cathedrale Notre Dame et Ancien Évèché.
This church which was a former bishop's palace can be found adjacent to the Notre Dame Cathedral. It is now a museum which chronicles the regional history of the area from the prehistoric times to the present day. Under the cathedral you will be able to see a baptistery which has been in existence from the time of the Christian origins here in Grenoble. As well as the baptistery you will also be able to look at the remnants of the city's walls.
These various sights that you will see here in Grenoble will help you to enjoy the best possible holiday that you can. So the next time you are thinking about where to go for a great holiday think Grenoble.

In South Africa by the southern coast of Western Cape in the Overberg area and near Walker Bay, you will find the town of Hermanus. This town is situated close to the Garden Route of South Africa. The town of Hermanus was originally called Hermanuspietersfontein. This town is quite famous as a whale watching area and in particular Southern Right Whales.
Here if you come during the southern winter time and the spring you will be able to see whales in the ocean waters off the coast. A good place while you are in Hermanus to whale watch would be the cliffs above the town. If you prefer to come here during the summer months you might want to come from June onwards and try your luck.
The backdrop of mountains which can be seen from the town are quite spectacular. Here you can stay during the migration months of these whales. To celebrate the whales stay in Hermanus you will be able to watch the Hermanus Whale Festival. You will also have the best chance of seeing these gentle giants from the numerous boats which venture out to sea. The whales' path to Hermanus takes them along the coast of South Africa and one destination they have is that of Walker Bay where the town of Hermanus is situated.
Within the safety and sanctuary these Right Whales will calve and look after their young. In between whale watching you will find there are many interesting activities that you can take part in. One of these activities that you may want to see is that of visiting the Old Harbor Museum. This museum contains various exhibits which explains to the visitor the whaling history of Hermanus. In the early days of the town the whales that came to Walker Bay were hunted but they are now protected. It is for this reason that you will be able to see this whaling history in the town's museum.
Apart from Whale Watching you will find that you can explore the countryside and take part in various activities such as horseback riding, hiking, boating, and fishing to name but a few. Another interesting adventure that you can add to your holiday in Hermanus would be that of a Great White Tour. On this tour you will have a great chance of seeing these majestic sharks up close and personal if you desire. The tour will give you the chance of cage diving so that you can see these giant predators from the safety of the cage. On the other hand for those of you who are not insane you can watch these sharks from the safety of the boat.
Along with the sharks you will be able to see other marine life. These will include dolphins, seals, whales, penguins, and many other varieties of marine birds. If you have a child who is overweight or obese, you know how frustrating the problem can be. The fact is that no matter what our efforts are at home, we are faced with a growing number of outside contributing factors to this problem.
One issue is that most children spend all day at school and parents have no ability to control what they eat. Most of their waking lives will be spent at school. When your kids are at school they also spend the majority of their day sitting down. This means that your kids will not be getting enough exercise. As a result of ongoing budget cuts, many children no longer have physical education every day. The educational demands on our kids have increased and this meant that the recess times have shrunk. Many local districts have cut physical education to once or twice a week and each session typically only lasts 20 minutes.
Combine this lack of physical activity with a poor diet, which is common at most school cafeterias, and the fact that childhood obesity numbers continue to grow should come as no surprise. Most cafeteria food has minimal nutritional value and is high in bad, refined carbohydrates. The healthy foods that are available (salads, for example) are not the kind of things that many kids opt for, and even though some meals include fruits and veggies, it often isn't "cool" to eat them.
The schools have to do what they can under budgeting circumstances and other important needs such as academics. The fact is that it is up to US to solve the problem. We may not be able to fix the problems at school, but there are solutions outside the school walls.
One great solution might be using summer weight loss camps for kids. There are many different types of fitness camps including after school programs, weekend, or even summer break weight loss camp. The goal of most of these programs is to teach children how to live their life healthily. The lessons learned at these programs should be life lessons that will serve kids and teens well throughout adulthood.
While weight loss camps can be perfect in many cases, it is also important that parents do what they can at home. Parents need to ensure that the food they serve their children is healthy and that they provide opportunities for their children to exercise. Encouragement is also important, as kids that have developed bad habits over the course of many years will be unlikely to make an instantaneous switch.
We may not be able to control everything that goes on at school, but we can make changes in our lives that your children will carry throughout their lives. When your children are grown and working a full-time job, their employers probably won't provide PE either. Teach them now how to incorporate exercise and healthy eating into their lives no matter what the circumstance!

he early birthdays are the ones that your child is going to remember and as a parent of course you will want to do everything you can to make that day as special as possible. It may seem a relatively trivial task to plan a birthday party, however there may be more to it than you initially think. Here are some useful suggestions on what to do to ensure that your child's party is one that they will look back on and remember fondly.
You should begin by deciding on how many guests it will be suitable to invite. If you are looking to invite your child's classmates then it may be worth considering inviting a few more than just their closest friends. It may be the case that if you were to invite just over half the class then the remaining children might feel left out and upset that they weren't included. Of course this isn't a good enough reason to invite extra guests, however it will be a good opportunity to make new friends - and perhaps get invited to a few birthday parties in return!
Make a point of speaking to your child so that you can get their input. Help them to decide on a theme such as cartoon characters, a popular film, sport or some other fun topic. If it is likely to be a costume party then try not to make the theme too elaborate as the other parents will have to find they time to help their children find a suitable costume.
Once you have decided on a theme you should select some room decorations, table decorations as well some suitable party snacks and games. It may be worth getting in touch with your child's school to see if any of the pupils have any specific eating requirements or allergies to particular foods. There's no need to go overboard when choosing party food as things like pizza, ice cream, cookies, chips, fruit and juice are always favourites with kids.
The next task is to pick a location for the birthday party. If you can host it at your home then this may be easier as you could find it difficult to manage a large group of children and getting extra assistance could be time consuming. If the party is taking place elsewhere then try asking some of the other children's parents if they would be willing to assist you in looking after the group. Whether you choose a park, family fun centre or a restaurant - make sure that the venue is suitable for the children's age and their energy level.
Depending on the age of the guests, you should decide on whether you want to include a time for opening the presents. It is quite common for this to be left until the end of the party.
It is up to you on how best to go about sending out invitations. Your child or their teacher could hand them out in class, or you may wish to mail them directly to their parents and request an RSVP. Remember to leave at least a week's notice before the party when sending out the invitations so parents can check their schedules accordingly. When parents or guardians call then you will be able to discuss any logistics as well as food and drink.
If there are any children under 5 years old attending then you should request that they are accompanied by one of their parents - and remember to cater to adults at the party too. All that remains is to let the other parents know when they can be expected to pick their children up.

There's always going to be a little bit of pressure when you are planning your child's birthday party. On one hand you will want to spoil them rotten make it a day that they will remember for years to come, on the other hand if you know that at least a couple of dozen of their friends will be attending then you will be conscious of the impact it will have on your wallet. There is no need to worry as with a little careful forward planning there is no reason at all why you wont be able to throw a birthday party that all the children can enjoy - and they will have no idea that you managed to do it on the cheap!
The first thing to do is decide on your budget. This is especially important if you have a significant number of guests. Once you have decided on how much you can afford to spend then make a point of keeping that budget and sticking to it. The next task will be to pick a suitable location. Try to avoid venues that are likely to require a hire fee and opt for alternatives such as hosting the party at your own home. If the weather is likely to be pleasant then a garden party or a picnic in the park is always a good idea. Parks and gardens are absolutely perfect for large groups of children as there is plenty of space to play and even better - they're free.
No doubt you will want to have some games for the children to play. The old favourites from back in the day when you were a child are still good choices today. Kids still love pin the tail on the donkey, simon says, what time is it mr wolf or good old musical chairs. If you are stuck for game ideas then perhaps it could be worthwhile speaking to other parents who have recently hosted a birthday party to see how they kept the kids entertained. If you decide to buy a few games to play then have a look round some discount stores.
No birthday party is complete without food and drink. If you are catering to a large party of children then it could get expensive quite quickly if you buy all your food from the local supermarket. Try to make most of the party food yourself, especially the cake as your child will no doubt enjoy helping you to make it. If you do have to buy your food from the shop then try to do it in bulk. This is especially advisable for premade foods and do rememeber that children are usually more than happy with cheap foods like pizza, hot dogs or past salads. It's very easy to buy snack foods such as crisps and soda in bulk.
The next task is to write and distribute your invitations. By all means design and print them on your computer as this will save time, however if you want to add a personal touch and there is a relatively small crowd attending then you may wish to hand write the invitations yourself.
At the end of the party you will want to give out some goodie bags for the children to take gome with them. Try to use paper lunch bags as it may be a fun activity for the children to decorate them at the party. Fill them up with sweets and candy that you bought in bulk earlier and why not try adding some low cost gifts in the bag too as things like stickers are always a surefire winner with children.

In Jiangxi Yichun see that brand in the competition for the rural market ceramic piece of "cake", the competition is also fierce. Anwar, Dongpeng, new sources and some other big names in not only paved the marketing outlets, set up three four markets, agents, and advertising is overwhelming, from the bus stop to the taxi windshield, then along the way Village room wall, everywhere.
34 Huge Market Potential
Since the introduction of the new national rural development policy, the state has increased the ratio used in the construction and improvement of rural infrastructure, in turn, improvements in infrastructure will contribute to rural economic development, which for the enterprises to enter the rural market conditions and provide a strong guarantee.
Statistics show that 06 07 years, Yichun city income increase of farmers by 12.3% in 2007 annual per capita income in rural areas than in 2006 real growth of around 6%, while the exemption from agricultural taxes, the introduction of compulsory education fees, farmer friendly policy, and more to stimulate the rural consumer market potential.
From last year to this year's situation, lower middle of the ceramic tile sold in Yichun very good, high grade ceramic tile sales of hand, not as good in the low end, we analyze the rural market because the proportion of sales accounted for the lead. With the government support for new efforts to increase rural construction, but also further boost demand for building ceramics, which determines the competitive focus of the current ceramic enterprises in rural areas has already begun to shift.
34 Ceramic Enterprise Market is the Next Growth Point
With the four markets in rural areas throughout the growing proportion of sales, many companies have spotted a ceramic piece of "cake", so they have opened a commanding presence, the establishment of agents, strong advertising, the "war" burn the lowest level. It is understood that so far has been more than 60 ceramic brand in Yichun has its own marketing network. These include the above mentioned Dongpeng, Anwar, the new source of other well known brands, including some small and medium enterprises.
Not long ago, Foshan Ceramic Industry Association Secretary General, the Secretary General Yin Hong SouFun's "lying at home," said, ceramic industry, new economic growth point is how the market like the establishment of three four agents. He explained that the rural market is now the shop is to use the crystal brick wall outside the four walls are, if imagine if all sides have to shop outside the wall of the outer wall, each room has a toilet, then we ceramic industry the number of sales market.
Product Positioning is the Key to Control the Market
34 market, there is its own characteristics, ceramic companies in order to achieve the initiative in this market, I believe that market positioning is a key factor. First, the product must reflect the ordinary people. To develop products to meet the needs of rural residents, close to the people, and people's aesthetic, psychological, customs, beliefs and other factors combine so easy to feel affinity with farmers. Second, under the premise of quality assurance prominent functional. Farmer is, his demand for commodities is also sought.
Compared with the urban market, China's rural market is still in the basic functional requirements phase, emphasis on product cost effective, and less emphasis on value added and spiritual content. High quality, inexpensive, practical, durable ceramic sanitary products in a lot of time will be the mainstream of rural markets.

PE pipe body light, easy handling, welding easily, welding mouth less, when the pipeline can be used when a longer laying of PE pipe coil pipe trench requirements than the ditch that require low, and when conditions are subject to restrictions, can be used Electrofusion Welding . In addition, the method can be used in the underwater pipe laying sunk greatly reduce the construction difficulty and cost of the project.
Good sealing. PE pipe welding to connect themselves with, in essence, to ensure the interface material, structure and management body's own identity, achieve the integration of joint and pipe. Its interface is higher than the tensile strength and bursting strength of pipe body, which can effectively resist the pressure inside the hoop stress generated by the axial stress. Thus, collusion, or rubber ring type compared to other mechanical joints, there is no risk of collusion of distortion caused by leaks, sealing performance are very good.
Easy maintenance, you can turn off the water, gas maintenance and installation.
Good stress cracking resistance: PE pipe with a low notch sensitivity, high shear strength of the segment specific anti trace capabilities, resistance to environmental stress very prominent. Good low temperature impact resistance: PE pipe at low temperature brittle low temperature can be 60 degrees Celsius temperature range of safe to use. In the northern areas of China in the winter laid the wild when the polyethylene underground water, summed up an experience is not suitable for laying in the sub zero on the construction, because when polyethylene pipe easily brittle fracture. Good wear resistance. The wear resistance of polyethylene pipe and tube comparison experiments show that: it's 4 times the wear resistance of steel pipe.

*********************** ARTICLE START ***********************
One thing we at Habit Changer really understand is that dieting is hard. It isn't just a case of 'not eating so much' or 'showing a little willpower.' Our bodies have been evolving over millions of years into very efficient energy storing machines. There wasn't always as much food as there presently is, so our systems are naturally inclined to want to store up energy whenever they can. When we try to short-circuit that process and control our diets, our bodies often argue with us! We get hunger pangs, fatigue symptoms, and all the other things we've discussed so far.
On top of that we often have others making things harder for us, deliberately or inadvertently, with such advice as 'you don't really need a diet' or 'just one meal out won't hurt you.' With so much in our way, it can be so unfortunately easy to start feeling discouraged. One thing after the other--be it our own body, timing and scheduling, money concerns or our well meaning friends--builds up until we just start telling ourselves that it's too hard, and maybe we'd feel better trying again later.
The thing is, though, these feelings are temporary. Our friends aren't always going to trip us up; as they come to understand our choices, they will start to respect them more and do what they can to help. Our bodies won't always fight us, either. As we get used to our changes in diet, our bodies adapt and stop sending those frustrating signals that cause us so much frustration.
So as an important part of building our strong habits, we need to learn to identify and stop unhealthy criticism and discouragement. Here are four key steps to help you overcome these obstacles and clear the path to your goals.
Step One - Identification
As we've stressed before, the key to control is having good information. To that end, carry around your notebook or journal with you today. Every time you have a discouraging thought, stop and write it down. In another article we discussed the STOP method, so feel free to incorporate this process into your STOP behaviors. After all, good habits build on each other and make each other stronger.
At the same time, make sure you also studiously note down every positive action you find yourself taking during the day. Whether it's a small step like having a healthy granola bar instead of a chocolate or reaching a major goal in a fifteen-day plan, make a note of it alongside your negative actions. Keep these notes together, they'll be important in a bit.
Step Two - Comparison
So the day has come to an end, and you've kept your notes. Now is the time to take a look at them side by side and see just what they look like. Chances are that for most cases, you probably had several good choices for each discouraging thought. When we try to set new goals for ourselves, we often find ourselves trying to compensate for bad choices with several good ones, and this can sometimes happen when we're talking about discouraging thoughts as well.
However, even if your negative thoughts outweighed your good ones for a day, you shouldn't give up. Consider it another goal to set, that for the next day you'll make sure to build up plenty of positive reminders to help offset the negative ones.
Step Three - Qualification
There is a difference between legitimate criticism and unhealthy discouragement. Sometimes we do genuinely mess up, and eat a bit more than we intended. In these cases, it is entirely fine to say to ourselves, 'That didn't go very well, I should do better next time.' But do notice the second part of the phrase, the all-important 'next time.'
Healthy criticism is aimed at keeping us on the right track, and identifying where we've made a mistake so that we don't do it again. Unhealthy discouragement by contrast will very rarely have an uplifting 'next time' message attached. More likely these thoughts will be along the lines of 'you messed up, just like always.'
Take a little time to get some distance from your negative thoughts. Give yourself a day so you have the ability to think clearly and in proper context, and then take a look back at your recent list of discouraging remarks you've made to yourself. Consider each one, and see whether it was just frustration talking or if there might be a grain of truth to it. If the latter case is true, consider how you can rephrase the original thought into a healthy bit of criticism, adding a positive 'next time,' message.
Step Four - Practice
Our emotions come and go in cycles, and they also respond strongly to outside influences. Sometimes we'll be going along just fine, and a bad week at work will lead us to get frustrated with other things, including our diet efforts, and we'll let that discouragement creep in.
At times like this, we have to remember to keep identifying, comparing, and qualifying our negative remarks, until we've traded them entirely in for more appropriate, healthy criticism that we can use to seriously look at our problems and better ourselves.
Discouragement can be our worst enemy, but it is one we can beat with careful effort and a little time. Integrate these four steps into your daily routine to ditch discouraging thoughts and replace them with the healthy, positive habits needed to attain your weight loss goals.

Is your family growing by leaps and bounds? It is amazing how quickly our children grow, and just as quickly outgrow their clothes. Managing that inventory of unused clothing is a time consuming, space devouring household problem.
But, don't despair. Help is on the way. The new vacuum-sealed plastic storage bags are the newest and best remedy to lengthen the life of some of your favorite clothes to be enjoyed by your family or by your extended family or friends in need. Chances are good that if your children cannot use these clothes in years to come, that someone you know can use them, and probably sooner rather than later.
You have three choices to make. Throw out the clothes, give them to charity or save for future use. Take it from experience; there are never too many baby outfits, shoes, slippers, bathrobes or clothes for up and coming kids. These items give relief to all parents and parents-to-be.
The great new plastic bag savers have many advantages over those plastic tubs with the snap-on lids. The first thing you will notice is how light they are. Then, how much added storage space these bags have compared to those old tubs. The top-loading is easy and makes for efficient, compressed packing.
By attaching your vacuum hopes to the bag's air outlet valve, you can suck all the air from inside the bag. This assures the stored goods of a dry, odor-free environment. Sounds comfy, doesn't it?
Now, add the fact that these vacuum-sealed bags are waterproof and insect resistant and you can expect to store those clothes for years, knowing that when you open the lid, there will be no surprises. The stored items will be remarkably fresh, remarkably preserved and in the same condition in which you deposited them.
Anytime you need to enter a storage bag to retrieve an item, simply close the bag, and attach your vacuum hose to the air valve to re-create the safe storage environment. Practically speaking, these bags have a 25 percent larger storage capacity than those old tubs. They stack more easily and take up less space.
The bags come in many different sizes and shapes, including jumbo assizes for comforters and bedspreads as well as hanging bags for coats, dresses, or sports jackets. Don't throw those no longer needed items away. They have value. The chances are very good that you will wish you had saved them in the near future.
With the new cost-efficient, multi-dimensional vacuum-sealed storage bags, your used items will look practically new when you turn them over to a new user. Put the storage bags and the clothes to their highest and best use and make someone you care about happy. It's a nice formula for success.
If you are thinking that such a wonderful space saving invention is expensive, think again. These durable bags can be found rather inexpensively - if you know where to look. I strongly you suggest you buy them online to save you good money.

Most professionals seem to regard storytelling as a quaint relic of the past – something modern society and all its technological gadgetry has made outmoded and unnecessary. Who needs story when you have cool new apps?
It's an easy conclusion to come to because we have drifted so far from the basic roots of human communication, which began with storytelling, both hieroglyphics on cave walls and oral recitations.
Then again, all one must do is run that conclusion against the reality that surrounds us to know it's provably false. There are endless examples. Let's just review a few of them.
Podcasting is a very modern technology. Do you know the most popular podcast on iTunes, the mother of podcast distribution sites? It's This American Life. If you know anything about this wildly popular National Public Radio program and podcast, you know it is old-fashioned storytelling on a grand scale, augmented with sound effects, music clips and other modern affectations. It's a marvelous production.
People are drawn to it en masse because it offers what is missing from so many American lives – meaning. Without a narrative that draws relationships between people and the things around them life becomes vapid. Life becomes disparate pieces rather than a relational whole.
Ever wonder why the National Enquirer and magazines of its ilk are so popular and widely read? It isn't that most readers think the information contained is true or accurate. Indeed, the ultra-sensational Weekly World News publishes bizarre tales of alien invasions and babies whose heads explode. No sane person could possibly believe such tales are based on credible facts.
The truth is people don't care that those stories are based on a modicum of truth or are complete fiction. What they want are good and interesting stories to read, stories that entertain and titillate. If some publishers have decided not to let the facts get in the way of a good story, all the better.
Don Hewitt, the late creator and long-time producer of 60 Minutes, said his program had endured for more than 40 years based on a simple four-word formula that he used as a mantra with 60 Minutes reporting staff: "Tell me a story." It worked and 60 Minutes became the first news program to be the top rated TV program for the year – and it accomplished the feat three times, beating situation comedies and television network dramas in the ratings competition.
Hewitt was so committed to the magic and importance of storytelling he titled his autobiography, Tell Me a Story. Hewitt would say, "We don't do stories about issues, we do stories about people swept up by the issues." That's as old as time, he said, and referred to The Bible and the wisdom of its authors use of storytelling.
"The people who wrote The Bible were smart enough to write stories about people," Hewitt said.
That's true of religious faiths the world over. Religion is the most powerful force in billions of people's lives, and those religions are based on parables, allegories, metaphors and all forms of storytelling. It isn'ta stretch to say the world's religions are, at heart, a giant compilation of stories about mankind and its relationship to a Higher Power. To talk about religion and practice one's faith is to tell profound stories.
It's apparent that storytelling is innate to the human system and is active long before religion takes hold of us. The first thing any child requests on a regular basis – other than nutrition – are bedtime (and daytime) stories.
That carries on right into adulthood. Workplaces and friendship circles are riven with gossip. We can't resist telling stories and sometimes spicing them with wild speculation and embellishments. Even outright falsehoods are common. Some of us tell real whoppers. We want to tell a better story than the next person.
When we reach old age we're filled with a lifetime of stories and relish sharing them with anyone and everyone willing to listen.
As screenwriting legend Robert McKee wrote in his award-winning book Story, "A story well told gives us the very thing we rarely get from life, meaningful emotional experience."

Article Title: Choosing a Dining Room Set - Some Key Questions to Consider

Choosing a dining room set can be a fun decision to make and can involve the whole family. A dining room set is likely to be the centerpiece of your dining room or space, so choosing a dining room set carefully will help to make the most use of your space and decor. There are a plethora of different dining room sets available nowadays to match anyone's house decor.
Here are some considerations to make when choosing a dining room set for your home.
* How many people should the table seat?
This is probably the first question you will tackle when considering what dining room table to purchase. Dining room tables can seat anywhere from 4 to more than 12 people. It will depend largely on your space and how many people are in your family. If there are six people in your family, and you have the space, then you will likely want to have a dining room set that will seat at least six people.
Many dining room tables come with drop leaves that can add surface space to your dining room table and increase the number of people that can be seated. Some dining room drop leaves will increase the amount place from 4 to 8 people easily. If you often have guests over for dinner, then you may consider getting a dining room set that offers this feature.
* What type of decor would be match?
Is your home modern with stainless steel appliances, glass shelves, and a clean look? Or is your home more French country with white cupboards and a more rustic feel? For a more modern home, you may look at sleek tables and matching high back chairs; or perhaps, a glass dining table with wrought iron chairs and cushions are more your style. If you have a more traditional home decor, then you may want to choose a dining room set that has carved legs and a homey feel with patterned cushions that match your window curtains.
* How much space do you have?
If your dining room only has space for a 4-person table or if you only have a breakfast nook to work with, then could you incorporate seating elsewhere? Would round table work better in your space so that you can buy extra seating for company, even if they may be a little cramped? Or can you work with a 4-person squared dining table because you can buy matching bar stools so that company can sit at the breakfast bar nearby?
* Do you want a timeless piece?
Timeless pieces of furniture work well with any era and can look nice with home decor for years to come. While you may be drawn to the trends of today, will your dining room set still look great years later? If you care about getting a piece that will look great regardless of the era, then try to avoid flashy pieces that are on display at big name furniture stores, rather look for pieces that you have seen in other homes or restaurants that you have always been drawn to. These are the types of pieces that will remain timeless.

We all enjoy hearing our favorite band or singer live in concert from time to time. The music and rhythm pulsate in our heads; the excitement of the band and crowd is contagious! It's quite an enjoyable experience. Do we have to forgo this type of entertainment in order to protect our hearing? Thankfully the answer is no, but we should be aware of the possible damage to our ears and our hearing and take appropriate precautions.
Often, after attending a concert, we'll hear a high pitched ringing or whine in our ears. Some say it sounds like static while others describe this noise they hear as a white noise. The ear ringing may last for a few minutes, hours, or even a few days. Of course this can be both worrisome and irritating. What is the reason for this, will it go away, and is it damaging my hearing? Do I have to quit doing something I really enjoy in order to prevent damage to my ears?
There is no one simple answer to all of these questions. Understanding what is happening and taking certain precautions can help ease one's mind and protect the ear from damage.
So, before you cut eliminate live concerts from your life, understand what is happening inside your ear. Realize that it is usually a temporary nuisance, and only temporary damage, but is a warning sign for sure. If you make loud, live concerts a frequent activity or are closely involved in such entertainment on a regular basis, there are certain precautions you should take in order to prevent hearing damage.
When exposed to loud noises, the hair cells in the inner ear react to the loud sound. Prolonged and extra loud sounds cause these hair like microscopic hearing cells to bend and vibrate as they are producing nerve signals that travel to the auditory part of the brain and give us sound.
The extremely loud sounds cause trauma to these nerve cells, and the hair cells will often continue to ignite after the loud source is gone, causing the ringing in the ear. Most often than not, this ear ringing does go away within minutes, hours, or in some cases, a day or so.
Concert fans and band members may want to protect their ears by wearing earplugs. One can still experience the event, hear the sound, the beat, and the excitement of the crowds, but will protect the inner ear with this added layer of protection. Earplugs are now made so that they are practically impossible to detect that one is wearing them.
This protection will usually be enough to prevent the tinnitus caused by the ultra loud sounds and extreme trauma and bending of the nerve endings. Musicians often wear them all the time when they are performing. One may also want to consider his location in the concert hall, and not be right by the speakers.
A general rule of thumb to keep in mind if one is concerned about damage to one's ears and subsequently tinnitus is that if one has to raise their voice to make themselves heard to someone standing three feet away, the noise it not at a safe level and damage could be done.
Scientifically speaking, one should not expose themselves to decibels over 110 as they may be subject to damage to their ears. 85 decibels is about as loud as is safe, and this is approximately the sound level one hears when standing by a running lawn mower.
There are other measures you can take. It is important to educate yourself on all the causes and cures of tinnitus if you or a friend may be experiencing tinnitus symptoms.

*********************** ARTICLE START ***********************
Recent years, the county center on the "industrial county" development strategy, vigorously implement the "integration, aggregation, transformation and enhance the" strategic move to accelerate the construction of industrial parks, promoting technological innovation, the development of recycling economy, energy-saving emission reduction, to promote industrial upgrading, so that industry cluster development, and implementation of information resource sharing, give full play to industrial parks in structural adjustment, industrial upgrading and economic growth an important role. At present, the development of magnesium-based industry, Yao Village, has taken shape hi-tech industrial parks, business clusters become increasingly apparent benefit.
1. Park Development Status
County industrial park construction started in 2000. Through scientific planning, rational distribution, carefully nurtured, and constantly increase input, efforts to accelerate infrastructure construction, and gradually improve the service functions, the full realization of the "six and one leveling" to ensure a healthy and orderly development of industrial parks.
Yao Village High-tech Industrial Park, located in the village entrance highway Yao, Tai Wan Road and the highway between the regional location and convenient transportation. Planning a total area of 2000 acres, in June 2003 launched the first phase project covers an area of 1,300 acres. Is the county develop high-tech industries, sunrise industries, non-polluting firms are concentrated, is also a county landmark projects to attract foreign investment. At present, the park of water, electricity, roads, cables and other infrastructure facilities have been put in place on the 1st road has been built and put into use on the 4th road is being constructed in the. Silver Group, Vincent Group, Hong Hu steel and other five enterprises have gradually join in and put into production and are operating well. Enterprises within the zone in 2008 total industrial output value reached 1.5 billion, a total of one thousand people to attract employees. Silver group has fixed assets of 800 million yuan, the staff more than 4,000 people, covers an area of 800,000 square meters. Company, it has 11 subsidiary companies, with annual output of 80,000 tons of native magnesium ingots, magnesium alloy 3 million tons of production capacity. Annual sales income of 2 billion yuan.
In recent years, silver Group and Tsinghua University, Chinese Academy of Sciences, Changchun Institute of Applied Chemistry, West Beigong and other institutions of higher learning and research institutions to establish long-term technical cooperation, adhere to independent innovation, and lead the development of the industry, was named "National Magnesium and Magnesium Alloy Industry Base "and" state-certified Enterprise Technology Center "has been identified as the National Association of the National magnesium metal magnesium business model enterprise, undertaken 863 scientific and technological project," the industrialization of magnesium and magnesium alloys, "and participated in the magnesium Product development of national standards, marking the wenxi magnesium level of business R & D has reached a new height. Group's production value of 2008 silver 1.37 billion profit and tax of 150 million yuan. Vincent Group's clean coal production base of large-scale coal chemical equipment, technical transformation projects with a total investment 350 million yuan. A project is expected to be completed and commissioned in October of this year, the annual output value of 325 million can be added, profit and tax 60 million yuan.
Second, the main practice of industrial park construction
(A) to strengthen organization and leadership. To speed up the construction of industrial parks, county leaders on the set up by the major command, county, township and village and the main functions of the sectoral composition of industrial park construction leading group, the main leaders grasping items, leaders in charge of grasping engineering, department heads implement, responsibilities clear, division of labor, layers of people who have everything it was tubes, healthy and orderly development of the park provides a powerful organizational guarantee.
(B) improve the park facilities. In recent years, full speed up the park county road projects and water, electricity, gas, communications and other supporting construction speed, forming a complete system infrastructure. Urge the relevant departments to expedite the construction of roads electricity, water supply, telecommunications, natural gas, the construction of auxiliary projects, such as speed; to strengthen project management, and strict engineering quality and safety off. The full implementation of the strict construction projects bidding system, project supervision system, corporate accountability and other rules and regulations, well-designed and standards. Park, "a flat six-way" is to attract companies, one of the basic conditions for admission. To this end, we are in the park planning and design, handling land acquisition, financing, etc. continue to intensify its efforts to effectively increase investment and accelerate infrastructure construction, efforts to achieve "six and one leveling" for enterprises laid a solid foundation for the admission .
(C) preferential policies. In order to encourage enterprise development within the park, county taxation, land, credit, services and so introduced a number of preferential policies. Such as encouraging financial institutions to increase the park is the transformation of enterprises, particularly enterprises and entrepreneurs re-credit support, reduce access to credit threshold; right admission enterprise, since the date of establishment of five years, starting from the second year actually paid by the company income tax over the previous year, part of the full award to enterprises for the enterprises to expand reproduction; for new business investment in 1000 million yuan, operating period of more than three years, reduction of three-year corporate income urban construction fees and supporting costs, county arrange a certain amount of the annual funds for business-to-business incentives and subsidies and so on. The implementation of these preferential policies, encouraging businesses to strive for technical innovation, industrial upgrading, attracting a large number of leading technology, equipment, the development of advanced enterprise admission to park the comprehensive strength growing.
(D) provide quality services. To provide quality services for enterprises is the bounden duty of government departments, but also to attract business investment attraction and one of the main factors for admission. Over the years, we make great efforts to strengthen quality service, from the content of services, tools, service quality and efficiency of service overall to improve service levels, quality services to facilitate rapid development; to join in the building of the main line item to establish the project approval "green channel" to shorten the approval time to ensure that the project started construction on schedule; in order to focus on enterprise production and management and project development as the focus, increase visits to efforts to understand new situations and acquire new information, research for new methods to solve new problems, and truly service been done, so that at home. For enterprises to create high-quality development environment and make the greatest efforts to achieve satisfactory corporate admission.
Third, the objectives and measures for development of the park
High-tech Industrial Park, Yao Village Development Goals are: silver group to reach the original 150,000 tons of magnesium, 120,000 tons of magnesium alloy, magnesium alloy deep-processing 10 million tons of production capacity, to achieve an annual output of 1 million magnesium alloy automobile wheels. Vincent Group's clean coal production base of large-scale coal chemical equipment, technology projects 2 projects, year after completion of the project can add value of 750 million yuan, profits and taxes 160 million yuan.
(A) based on sustainable development, using ahead of perspective planning park
First, pay attention to science, starting point and the preparation of the plan. Should be based on comprehensive, scientific and forward-looking, with location, layout, ecological environment and supporting facilities such as the status quo, and further a good park layout 2 plan, accelerating the pace of construction, all-round development framework to build and expand space for development. In accordance with ecological parks, roads, spacious, functional rationalization, plant standardization, integration of services, and further improve the park's roads, water supply, electricity, communications and life supporting infrastructure, improve the park's green, landscaping, light based, standardized park buildings, enhance the park construction grades and grade, so that park layout is reasonable, functional and beautiful environment, good service.
Second, always has a fundamental, high-requirement to uphold the sustainable development strategies and the scientific concept of development. To improve land use planning, implementation of land use change to make an inventory of the intensive. To continue to strictly control land supply, customs, and comprehensively improve land utilization and output rate, to achieve the project land use policy to favor competitive industries. In strict accordance with the general requirements of the provincial government, combined with county situation, so that park investment intensity per unit of land is higher than the province average. To continue to strictly control land and buildings density customs, strict control of the business of building density, plot ratio, to avoid the waste of land. To continue to strictly park idle land clearing customs, the investment intensity of non-compliance, building coefficient and volume of non-compliance rate of the enterprise, as soon as possible to urge the compliance of its investment, encourage and guide enterprises to make full use of existing sites for the latter part of the expansion, improving land utilization. To take advantage of the results of the EIA park, strictly implement the environmental protection system for three the same time, a really good job of environmental protection, to prevent high-risk projects or seriously polluted industrial enterprises to enter the park.
(B) implementation of multiple input, using the market approach to developing parks
Development Park, focusing on grasping input. In the past few years, we follow the "Government to start, market operation, multiple inputs, and rolling development" idea, through the upward struggle a bit, bank loans that people gather that the company cited that the land set point and other methods, successfully construction and development of the park raise the necessary funds, the future, we will continue to use the market approach to operations development and construction of the park to raise funds. We should be market-oriented industrial park development and construction company as a carrier, innovative development and construction of park model, the implementation of land-for-money to stock-for-increment Zuohuo park land articles, the implementation of financial assistance, land and factory building mortgage a variety of financing options, to encourage and guide both inside and outside the county have a certain economic strength of enterprises and private capital to participate in park infrastructure, standards for plant construction, operation and management of industrial parks. At the same time, we will continue to implement "who invests, who all will benefit," the preferential policies to actively promote water supply, electricity, telecommunications, broadcasting and other departments in the park pipe network improving the construction zone.
(C) The main attack the project for admission, with investment means bigger park
Project is the park's life. Investment is a big key to the park, we must always adhere to the project main attack admission, with investment means bigger park. In the investment process, we must first adhere to high standards of investment, efforts to introduce large-scale, the highest duty is high, rich technology content and strong radiation and leading large projects, good project. Second, the investment method, supplier selection to achieve Investment funds to choose change.
(D) strengthen the follow-up service, with first-class environmental services, parks
An emphasis on business investment, we must vigorously optimize the park environment, promote the "nanny" spirit, and strengthen follow-up service and achieve tangible changes in policy to intangible services for the healthy development of the park to provide good service support. First necessary to improve the legal service system. To carry out comprehensive management of the activities into the park, contact the courts, law firms and other units with the park enterprises "marriage" for each firm to provide legal counsel to provide legal services. The second is a sound service system for accreditation. Admission to the corporate tax returns and processing a variety of license and other related procedures, the implementation of agent system. The third is a sound service system for receiving complaints. Center set up a complaints and complaint hotline anytime, anywhere business letters and

Most people who don't do it think it must be absolute bliss, those that do know that it can be anything but.
Working from home is something many people think about from time to time. But while many will never take the plunge, some take the chance on running their own business from home every single day.
But it takes a special kind of person to be able to work from home successfully. For starters you need to be disciplined enough to actually get the work done. You are now responsible for your entire business; you cannot sit back and have an easier day and know you will get paid regardless. If you do you will end up losing money.
If you are seriously considering the idea of working from home you need to be able to take an honest view of both the good points and the bad points. Many people can do the former with no problem – but when it comes to the latter they have trouble. Any negativity can ruin the idea of making a home business into a reality, and so the temptation to play down the negatives and live in a dream world is very tempting indeed.
Unfortunately this dream world can change a lot when you actually get to the stage of working from home. Will you be ready to get up early every morning and work for a set number of hours every day – regardless of how nice the weather might be outside? It is really all about self-discipline. Will you be prepared to work longer hours every now and then if the situation demands it? Will you be able to go out and market yourself and your business so you can win new clients and secure your home business' future?
As you can see there is a lot to think about and consider before you can even entertain the idea of working from home. The worst mistake anyone can make is to subscribe to the idea that it is wonderful at all times and take the plunge before realising that there are tough times to be faced as well. You need to be able to plan ahead and save money responsibly for your tax liabilities. You need to take responsibility for every single aspect of your home working life. Can you honestly do that? Can you be the boss of your own future?
When some people realise just what can be involved in running a business from home they back off and stick with their life as an employee instead. It may not have as many perks, but it doesn't come with quite as many risks either. Of course those risks can lead to huge rewards when you are working from home. You have complete control over your own business and you will profit from whatever deals you make and clients you win, all because you are the boss.
It's whether or not you are happy to carry the risk that will decide whether you can be a successful home based business owner or not? Once you know the answer to that question you can more readily plan for your business future – whatever that might be.

If you are ill when working in a regular employed position you phone in and say you won't be at work that day. You might go back to more work when you are better, or someone else may take up the slack for you while you are away. Either way, you don't have to worry about working. But what about when you are self employed and working at home?
You certainly won't have anyone to take up the slack for you, so you need to plan ahead at all times to make sure you don't get behind on your workload. If you do and you fall ill, it can be even harder to catch up again.
But there is a distinct benefit to working from home when you're not feeling your best. If you have something fairly mild such as a cold for example, you can stay wrapped up in the warm and be happy that you don't have to go out and struggle through the rush hour. In fact you might even find you get better faster because you can be easier on yourself even if you are still working.
In addition to this you can be flexible with your working hours. If you have ever had to get up at 6am to go to work at a regular job with a horrible cold, you will know how difficult it is. But when you work at home you can choose to lie in to get more much needed and healing sleep, and work a bit later that day instead. Can you imagine phoning a regular boss and asking them if you could do that in a normal job position?
It is this degree of flexibility that really does pay when you work from home and you feel unwell. You may still have to ensure you get the work done on time, but you can arrange your hours in order to work when you feel reasonably okay, and rest when you feel really poorly. If you can't sleep at 3am you can get up and do a couple of hours of work until you feel tired enough to get back to sleep again.
You should always build in a contingency plan for situations like this. Some people who work from home and have deadlines to meet set their own delivery times instead in case anything like this happens. For example, let's suppose you have a client job that requires completing by 5pm Friday evening. Instead of noting that as your deadline, aim for 5pm Wednesday evening instead. If you fall ill you know you have a couple of days grace to work with. And if you don't you can deliver the project two days early and impress your client with your efforts. This method of working can help to prepare in advance for those occasions when you simply cannot work because of an illness such as the flu. You will be glad of that cushion if you ever need it.

Having a long term relationship break up can be heartbreaking. When you have been together for so long, it feels like all you have known is each other. In many cases you were also been expecting to get married. But "the end" doesn't really have to be the end unless you want it to be. You can fix a break up in a long-term relationship with a little effort and love in your heart.
Begin by recognizing that there is a problem. Many people don't want to admit that something is wrong. They simply try to get back together with their ex. This is such a big mistake. If there is a break up in your relationship then something is happening to cause it. If you can face that circumstance with courage and love – you can also avoid it from occurring in the future. This is a great opportunity for you to strengthen your long-term relationship for good by addressing the problems you are having.
Be the first person to approach and talk about your relationship. Perhaps your romantic partner is angry or doesn't want to talk. Maybe they have moved out or consider you broken up for good. Someone needs to make the first move to make things right. Call them and ask to meet in a place the two of you have always enjoyed. You've been together a long time so they will agree to meet you. Talk to them about improving the relationship and how things can change.
Say "I'm sorry." Some of us get so stubborn about apologizing. It is almost like two little kids holding their breath waiting to see who can go the longest. In love there's no contest to win – and an awful lot to lose. Be the first person in your romantic relationship to say, "I'm sorry" and focus on working on fixing your romantic relationship.
Be willing to consider outside help as an option. While some long-term couples can easily work things out together – others need a little extra help. Seeing relationship advice can be very beneficial to your relationship. Many couples see great improvement when they both put effort into this experience. It can be hard bringing up issues that frustrate or are painful to the two of you. But working with expert advice will give you a better sense of what you need to do.
Most importantly, have patience while fixing your long-term relationship. The problems likely didn't occur in a day and they won't be fixed in a day. It can be frustrating to wonder "when will things be the same as they were?" but trust that they can. You can have your romantic partner back as they once were. You just have to be willing to work at it, and this takes time.
It is easy to feel sorry for yourself after a break up, and to some extent you need to let your emotions flow for a couple days. However, at some point you need to determine how important this relationship is to you. Think about all of the months (or even years) you have invested in your partner. Is it really best to let everything slip away because you are too afraid to make the first move towards reconciling? Probably not, which is why you need to take action to repair what is broken.
About The Author: Stop wasting time guessing on how to fix your break up! In order to get your ex back for good you have to reignite the attraction between you. Find out how at http://getbackmyex.com

Peking Duck is one of the most famous Chinese foods originating from the ancient royal courts. For centuries, the best Chinese chefs trained extensively in order to make sure that they could present this delicacy properly to the Emperor. In fact, their very lives depended on it. Today, no chef will lose his life for messing up his Peking Duck recipe but his self-esteem will be sorely dented. However, with attention to detail, a modern day Peking Duck can be a feast fit for royalty. Here's just one of the many up to date Peking Duck recipes.
Ingredients
1 3.5 - 4 lb duck (fresh or frozen)
2 pints water
3 tbsp dark soy sauce
3 tbsp honey
5 fl oz rice wine (you can use dry sherry)
1 lemon
To serve:
8 - 12 Chinese Pancakes
4 - 6 tbsp hoisin sauce
16 - 24 spring onions (cut into thin slivers lengthwise or into brushes)
In China, ducks are specially raised on a diet of soyabeans, maize, sorghum and barley for just six weeks, when they are ready for cooking.
Normally, the preparation of Peking Duck is rather time consuming and complex. The duck must be cleaned and plucked thoroughly, then air should be piped in to separate the skin from the flesh which let the skin roast to a lovely crispness. While the duck dries a sugar solution is brushed over the duck and it is then roasted in a wood fired oven. However, with our modern life styles being what they are, this Peking Duck recipe is rather less complicated.
Rinse and dry the duck thoroughly, blotting with kitchen paper.
Mix the water, dark soy sauce, honey and rice wine together and combine with the lemon cut into thick slices and bring to the boil then simmer for about 20 minutes. Ladle the mixture over the duck several times, ensuring that the skin is thoroughly coated. Hang the duck up to dry somewhere cool and well ventilated with a roasting tin beneath it to catch any drips. When the duck is properly dry the skin will feel like paper.
Roast the duck on a rack over a roasting tin in which you have water to a depth of about two inches (this stops the fat splashing), in a pre-heated oven 475ºF, 240ºC, Gas 9 for 15 minutes. Turn the oven temperature down to 350ºF, 180ºC, Gas 4 and continue cooking for 1 hour, 10 minutes.
Let the duck rest for about fifteen minutes before serving. You can carve the meat and skin into pieces using a knife or cleaver or you can shred it with a spoon and fork.
Serve the duck with warmed Chinese pancakes, spring onions and hoisin sauce.
Each diner takes a pancake, spreads on a little hoisin sauce then tops that with some meat and crispy skin followed by a spring onion brush or some strips of spring onion. The pancake and contents are then rolled up into a tube and eaten either with one's fingers or with chopsticks.
Even this simple version of the classic Peking Duck makes a very special dinner party dish, fit for an Emperor.
