Email marketing is an efficient way of distributing information about a product or service. This direct marketing method makes use of a fast and effective tool: electronic mail. The main issue that usually shakes the identity of such a method is its association with spamming. Spamming is what some people would consider an underhanded version of email marketing. Companies, without asking permission from potential clients or buyers, bombard said clients' email addresses with information about products and services. Sometimes spammed email contains links to dishonorable websites that the client would not want to be associated with. Instead of just reminding the email recipients, spammers bombard the poor targets with all sorts of unwanted information. As a result, would-be customers feel that their privacy has been invaded.
Why should you make use of email marketing?
When you use email to inform possible clients about your products and services, you do not have to go to the post office and send a bulk of letters. This means that you do not have to spend money on printing or postage, both of which can cost a lot. Advertising your company through email makes the whole advertising process so much faster and more efficient. You can reach more people in a short period of time. If you have a quality mailing list of people, who have requested to receive your emails, you can benefit by promoting your existing products and build a stronger relationship with them. You can run special promotions during the holidays or other seasonal event without requiring a lot of lead time. The most important reason for using email marketing is that it has been proven effective by many studies.
What are the disadvantages of email marketing?
The problem with the technique is that there are many Internet users who are wary about email from companies, although recent studies indicate that the majority of people are becoming more comfortable with the idea. Email has been known to be a medium for spamming and viruses. Would-be clients are becoming more careful about the mail that they open, which is why it is so important that you clearly identify yourself in the from name of your emails. If the recipients of the email is not familiar with your company or does not recognize the company name, then they may not even open your email. This results in your effort becoming useless. At times, the email recipients do not even get a glimpse of your email if it seems foreign to them. With all sorts of email filters available today, your unrecognized email could be directly sent to the spam box. There may be recipients who do open the mail but do not take your correspondence seriously. They have not really heard of you before your email came into their inbox. They are also more likely wondering how you got their email address. This is why building a quality permission-based mailing list is vital for your email marketing success.
Email marketing, in general, still delivers great results and is one of the most rapidly growing marketing tools. It is fast, cheap and efficient. You get to spread the word about your company's products and services in almost no time. With one click, your email is sent to possibly hundreds, thousands or even more. Your contacts can also get connected to your online shop through a link within the email. This way, they can buy the product in as few steps as possible, which is exactly what you want.

Nobody wants to have to deal with fat on their face, and it can be very difficult indeed to lose face fat once you have got it. The simple fact is that while there are ways, including improved exercise and dietary consumption, to lose weight, but there is no guarantee that the face fat will come off right away.
You may find that, even after hitting your target weight, you still have some chubbiness in your cheeks, neck or other areas that bothers you. You also may have issues with not having as strong a chin as you would like, which can lead to the appearance of a dreaded "double chin".
Cosmetic Surgery Options
Some of the best ways to lose face fat are through cosmetic surgery, because it bypasses all of these potential issues. Here, we will compare and contrast two of the more popular cosmetic surgery options for addressing facial fat: facial liposuction and buccal fat extraction.
What to Expect
First, let's talk about how each treatment method works. Facial liposuction literally is a method of sucking fat from areas where you have trouble, such as under the chin. A small incision and a thin tube are used to remove the fat from the troublesome areas. With buccal fat extraction, incisions are often used so that a surgeon may remove some of the excess fat pads that are found in your cheeks.
The side effects are widely different with each kind of treatment. In the case of buccal fat extraction, you can go home the same day and pretty much go about all of your normal activities, although you may be groggy from anesthetics for a couple of days. With facial liposuction, recovery can be much more difficult, taking weeks after the process before you are "back to normal". The procedure itself only takes about 45 minutes, however.
The results will typically be excellent with either procedure, and the main difference is that buccal fat extraction tends to target the cheeks and not the area under the chin, which is often the targeted area with facial liposuction. Often, people undergo both buccal fat extraction and facial liposuction.
How much is it going to cost you?
In terms of cost, the two procedures are fairly similar, as well. However, facial liposuction does tend to be a bit less expensive, often ranging from $1,500 all the way up to $3,800. Meanwhile, buccal fat extraction is about $2,000 at lowest rates, with a possibility of a cost of $5,000. There may be supplementary fees, too, such as lab fees, tests that must be undergone, and even anesthesia costs, if they are billed separately.
You really can't find a better way to lose face fat than to undergo one of these types of cosmetic surgery. The risks of any setbacks are very small, and the results are absolutely excellent. It may be more costly than other methods, but with that cost comes the assurance that you won't have to "settle" for less than the results you have always wanted.

Multiplayer games on the iPhone were the hot new thing a year ago. Now, the quickly maturing field offers a host of choices. We've picked some of the best for you -- but first, some housekeeping:
To play over local WiFi, all players have to connect over the same hub. Global WiFi and 3G games let you compete from anywhere, but are sometimes geared to a universal pool of players; playing your buddy might be impossible if the game automatically matches you to opponents.
That said... let the games begin!
NOVA (Near Orbit Vanguard Alliance,) Gameloft; $6.99. Gameloft has been a powerhouse of iPhone gaming since day one. Gameloft's specialty is delivering the kind of experience you expect from one of those grandpa game machines hooked up to a television, but in iPhone size. (The company's "Brothers In Arms" franchise, a knockoff of "Call of Duty," is legendary). NOVA is a HALO-like first-person shooter set in a sci-fi world, and up to four can play in a game. The graphics are gorgeous, the gameplay is crisp, and you have good leeway to explore in every screen, adding to the realism.
Galcon, Galcon.com; $2.99. There are those who say that Gameloft gets by on perfect implementation of someone else's idea. The secret of Galcon's addictive power, by contrast, is its originality. The graphics are flat and geometrical, but they're not meant to be realistic. The action is in the strategy, but here's the kicker: there are no turns. You do all your galactic domination in real time. It's simple, it's addictive, and it's at the best at what it does. Add in human opponents and your iPod touch or iPhone become an arcade you can't leave.
Alive 4-ever, Meridian; $2.99. Prefer your shoot-'em-ups with a top-down point of view and waves and waves of living dead? Alive 4-ever is for you. You and up to three other survivors battle it out in a zombie-infested wasteland, where if you know what's good for you, you even shoot the dogs. You'll play Alive 4-ever until you realize you've become one of them, and go looking for fresh brains to eat. Bonus: with multiplayer gameplay, now you've got a lunch date. Bluetooth and local wifi (you and your buddies,) no global wifi.
MyBrute, Bulkypix, $3.99. MyBrute strips away everything except the fighting, then doesn't let you control the fighter. If that turns you off, skip to the next "best." If it doesn't, you're an RPG fan. RPGs are about building, training, equipping, and perfecting your character, then pitting him against others and letting nature take its course. MyBrute does that brilliantly, with equipment and skills out the wazoo and dojos competing for the privilege of training your cute little gladiator. Caution: extremely addictive for the RPG fan, and provides insidious option to buy new features. Fighters also kill each others' pets, but it's cartoony, so you won't mind.
FAST (Fleet Air Superiority Training), SGN; Free. Online, real-time, 3-D Dogfights sound sweet? Then you want FAST Go to where the DefCon's highest, and engage the enemy over wifi internet, either in private combat against friends, or against random internet victims. Fight head-up or in 2-on-2 dogfights. Ten planes, 30 missions, unlimited opponents.

Ah, the classics. Shakespeare. Beethoven. Space Invaders.
The days of pumping quarter after quarter into a bulky console to feel the thrill of fending off primitively rendered space-monsters are gone, but the fascination remains. Back then, the consumer spent two bits for eight-bit graphics and considered it a bargain. The action had to be simple and extremely addictive, because it wasn't going to be realistic or visually lush. That bred extremely addictive and playable games.
We searched for the best versions of arcade classics for the iPhone, and here is what we found:
Space Invaders, Taito ($2.99): With classic arcade games, you have to decide whether you are looking for the perfect iPhone copy of the original, or whether you want what the game could have been, with slightly more memory or processing power. Taito favored nostalgia, producing a miniature Space Invader console, down to the artwork on the machine itself. Bonus: includes original "bad guy" pen-and-ink doodles, answering the age-old question, "what were they thinking?" If you're not familiar with the game, wave after wave of evil two-dimensional aliens descend upon earth firing missiles, and eventually always kill you. You know, the Gen-X thing.
PAC MAN, Namco ($4.99): Before PAC MAN was a misbehaving football player, he was a round guy that ate energy dots in a maze, pursued by angry ghosts. Namco's faithful reproduction recreates 100 levels of the lost youth of America's middle-aged population. Want a one-level sample? Try PAC MAN Lite. Also available: Ms. PAC MAN. It's different because the hungry pie-chart has a bow and lipstick.
Galaga Remix, Namco ($4.99): Namco's also done for Galaga what it did for PAC MAN, but struck out in their own direction as well, updating and upgrading an alternate version of the game in the same app. The classic game plays just like the original, except that the controls are tougher to handle, because they're about 1/10th actual size. Still the best Galaga re-make out there.
Guardian Missile Commander, Trenton Henry (free): For our money, the free Guardian raises the ante on Atari's $4.99 Missile Command. Guardian only slightly updates the 2-D graphics of the original, whereas Atari does a full reload (but also offers a "classic mode.") Guardian re-interprets the original's logic, building its features level by level. Where it shines is the plot device that puts each level's new features into context through Associated Press and Intelligence reports. I found myself believing--and remembering my classic Missile Command games a whole new way. Oh, the humanity....
iJoust Classic Arcade, Ecoshop Holding LLC ($0.99): Joust involves a number of fanciful improbabilities. The Joust world consists of overhanging rock ledges, and is populated almost exclusively by knights mounted on flying ostriches. Collect golden eggs for some reason, and use the "Magic" button to fry the enemy en masse. If you understood the original arcade classic, you'll get iJoust Classic Arcade. The gameplay and graphics are just about identical. Sentimental favorite; An old girlfriend once opined, when the local machine's Magic button broke, "the magic has gone out of our relationship."
These simple games will evidently be with us for a long time after their original relevance has expired. Whether you're new to the genre or an adult survivor of early video-game addiction, these apps will surprise you with their elegant simplicity.

If you are an iPhone owner, you have probably shelled out hundreds for the phone itself, and you will spend thousands more in monthly AT&T bills over the course of your two-year contract. There are two ways to handle this:
1) Tell yourself that the expense is well worth it in. The value of all that entertainment and utility is just something you can't put a price on.
2) Get proactive and prove the expense was worth it. Use your new iPhone to save money and get back what you spent by saving on fees, interest rates, and financial missteps in all other areas of your life.
If you're of the latter inclination, here are the 5 best iPhone apps for managing your money.
Mint.com Personal Finance from Mint.com (free): Sign up at Mint.com, and get their iPhone app free; or, just download it from the App Store. Mint corrals all your every-day money management accounts in one app: bank accounts, home and car loans, credit cards, IRAs, you name it. It doesn't just track them; it keeps your pass-codes so you can make payments or transfers. You can also use it for budgeting. No word on a spousal control feature; the technology's just not there yet. But for everything else, Mint's got your everyday finances covered.
Bloomberg Mobile by Bloomberg (free): Apple gave us a "Stocks" app with the operating system. They also gave us Macpaint, but someone invented Photoshop anyway. Now the big boys are here. Basically, this is a Bloomberg terminal in your iPhone. Financial news, stock tracking, Bloomberg's world-renowned analysis, laggers, leaders--pretty much everything a stock market app needs to be a market junkie's first click in the morning and the last one before bed.
PayPal from Paypal.com (free): Whereas Mint's function is to get all your financial pass-codes in your phone and manage financial accounts from there, PayPal's mission is the same as its website's: just turn the money into ones and zeroes and buy things electronically. The PayPal app gives you mobile access to your PayPal account. It's a handy way to always have an electronic wallet with you for online and (occasionally) on-site purchases. But get on board now; it's only a matter of time before the PayPal logo shows up on the door of your local pizza joint.
Billminder by return-7 LLC ($0.99): Finance 101: pay things on time, and you don't pay late fees. This is basic stuff, and Billminder is a basic app. It keeps a bill calendar, tracks the amount of the various bills you owe each month, remembers which ones you have paid and have not paid, and gives you alerts. Exports to Excel, works with Pocketmoney, blah blah blah. Bottom line: you forget. It doesn't.
Pocket Money by Catamount ($4.99): This is like Mint, but without the connectivity. That means without pass-codes, and therefore without the nagging suspicion that some kid might get tired of hacking a HALO knockoff and take out a second mortgage on your condo instead. Track your accounts, visualize at a glance where you're blowing the family budget, all from the privacy of your own phone. Never really trusted e-money? Pocket Money keeps track of all your financial information, then hoards it.
Poke around the web or the App Store if you have a special need. Want to locate ATMs or figure out the tip at dinner? Those apps are legion. Certain banks like Bank of America offer company-specific apps as well. But treat yourself to some of the best of the breed, above. Your balance will thank you.

Article Title: Top 5 Apps Based on Original Board Games

*********************** ARTICLE START ***********************
Here's gaming over the last half-century: Baby-boomers played board games on boards, and liked it. They were saddened to see Generation X sucked up into newfangled video games and computer games, playing board games to make their parents happy, then disappearing to play Airborne on the computer all alone for hours on end. A few year after that, computers were all connected and if a game wasn't multiplayer, it wasn't worth playing. "Millennials" might be best summed up by EM Forster's famous exhortation, "Only Connect." And that brings us back to the original board games. They're back, they're on your iPhone, and we know the 5 best!
Conquest, Sean O'Connor; $1.99. Predictably, a RISK clone is on our list. Less predictably, it's not the popular $4.99 app Lux. Conquest plays faster, is designed to look and feel like the classic board game, and gives you scads of maps and options to choose from. After playing Conquest, Lux and other RISK clones look like kludges.
Monopoly, Electronic Arts; $4.99. There is no amazing animated sequence of a guy in a top hat and monocle taking down Godzilla, and there is no 3-D camera tracking the progress of a housing development under construction. There is no flashing screen urging "Finish Him!" when you foreclose on a property. It's Monopoly, just like you remember it. This is a good thing.
Scrabble, Electronic Arts; $4.99. Confession time: Scrabble makes the list because bad Scrabble is better than good Chutes and Ladders, or a variety of other choices. But EA has dumbed the game down to the point where more competitive Scrabblers will be frustrated at their inability to challenge and be challenged, and it suggests words to make you smarter than you are. If you don't know that Xi is a Greek letter and Xu is a currency, Scrabble has no business telling you. That said, if you're not a purist, it works great and looks like the real thing
Shredder Chess, Shredderchess.com; $7.99. If you're a casual fan of the game, get one of the many free apps available. Shredderchess is for serious chess buffs. It offers a variety of pleasing board/playing piece graphics, and more importantly has the strongest chess algorithm on the app market. But don't be scared; it scales back to any playing strength. It tracks your rating and allows you to set the engine appropriately, provides for coaching options, and includes virtually endless chess puzzles to solve. Worth the price whether you're serious about chess or about learning chess.
The Game of Life, Electronic Arts; $4.99. EA has updated life for the iPhone, tweaking it to play faster and adding a lot of 3-D perspective in the movement. What the heck, it's a video game now, right? But just like the original, you and your friends or family will be amused and entertained by this classic until it kills your battery (the usual way a "Life" session ends.)
Whether you played the original board games during your "wonder years," or are just discovering the naked aggression of Risk or the cold heartless capitalism of Monopoly, these apps give you a way to play them at a safe distance from family members or friends-a feature that may have come in handy for some families the first time through.

Article Title: Sneezies - App Reviews For IPhone, IPad Games

Sneezies Lite (free) is an iPhone App that is an amusing, original game. It is fun to play, and has great graphics and music, but can be mastered after playing only a few rounds. While it is entertaining, overall, I would only give it three out of five stars.
To play Sneezies Lite, bubbles that contain sneezies float across the screen. The goal of the game is to save as many sneezies as you can in one turn. To make a turn you tap one of the bubbles. Tapping the bubble releases sneezing powder and causes the bubble to burst. The sneezie that was inside the bubble floats to safety, while his sneeze causes a chain reaction that causes other bubbles to burst. Each level you only have one turn to release the sneezing powder and get as many sneezies as you can to safety. For each level there is a target amount of sneezies that you have to save in order to pass on to the next level. For example, on one level you have to get 4 out of 9 sneezies to safety, or 21 out of 30, etc. It does get tricky because you have to choose a sneezie that is close to other sneezies so it will trigger a chain reaction. If you fail to reach the target amount of sneezies saved you are able to repeat the level again. The number of sneezies you save adds up with each level, until the end of level six. This number is your final score.
If I were able to pick something that would make the app better I would say to add more backgrounds, and maybe different challenges to move on to besides just saving a minimum amount of sneezies. For example, it would be nice to have a level where you have to save the sneezies that are over land only and not over water. Or have some other types of challenges, like you could only save a specific number of sneezies, and if you saved more than that you'd have to repeat the level. As is, after a while the game gets a bit monotonous, and I want to quickly move on to something else. Also, the quality of the instructions was just average. I had to play it through a few times before I realized what the goal of the game actually was.
There is a paid and a lite version of this app. The lite version only comes with six levels and a few different backgrounds. The paid version comes with 45 levels in classic mode and 15 in challenge mode. The lite version has options to email high scores, or to become a fan on Facebook.
This app may be better for younger ages, perhaps 10-12 aged kids. It would also help kids learn how to strategize to be able to meet targets and move on to the next level.
There were great graphics in this game. The backgrounds are very peaceful and tranquil, as well as the music. It doesn't look cheesy, but very classy.
Overall, I would say that this is a good game for kids, but not necessarily for adults. It is a very relaxing game, and amusing to play, but may get monotonous and boring after a while.

Article Title: Facebook Applications - Recommendations For Owners and Designers

*********************** ARTICLE START ***********************
Facebook applications are an innovation aimed to help their owners to make the most of one of the largest social networks. But like any other popular novelty, this Facebook option raises a lot of questions too.
In this article you'll find tips and recommendations which can be helpful when planning, designing, and developing Facebook applications.
1. Facebook Development Platform - Innovations and... Volatility
Facebook is growing fast now. The number of Facebook users escalates in thousands and millions. It means that Facebook apps owners get increasingly more potential users every single day.
But this coin has a reverse side too: due to Facebook rapid evolution tools for the application development - Facebook API (Application Programming Interface), etc - are changed quite often as well. Owners, designers, and developers should keep track of such new features because they can affect appearance, functionality, and operability of existing applications.
a) So, before starting planning a Facebook application make sure you have read Facebook Privacy Policy and Facebook Developer Principles and Policies. These documents contain lists of limitations that should be taken into account while designing and developing your Facebook application. If your application doesn't correspond to them, the Facebook team may not approve it for using on Facebook.
b) Read Facebook Developers Roadmap (wiki.developers.facebook.com/index.php/Developer_Roadmap) to be aware of the upcoming changes and to forecast respective modifications of your application in advance.
Frankly, documents mentioned above are not bedside literature. If you outsource their reading and learning to programmers, just remember that there are some constraints and internal rules on Facebook which can change with time, and your FB application should follow them.
2. Successful Facebook Applications Start from Successful Design
Design is extremely important for Facebook application success. In order to provide good look and feel of your FB app take into account the following points.
a) Design should be an integral part of a general application concept and convey ideas and feelings behind it.
b). Design should be user-friendly, intuitive, and of playing style to some extent, because Facebook apps are entertaining by their nature. That extent depends on your application niche.
c) Design should be social-networking and viral - and give a user a supporting environment to socialize with other users. Does your design encourage people to communicate and make invitations? Does your design help people to express themselves and show them in a favorable light among their friends? Will users say each other "Wow, just take a look at that app!" ?
d) Design may impose certain restrictions on a Facebook application and, therefore, cause problems when programming the app and afterwards when adding new functional features. As a result, a FB application design should be flexible and simple enough to be able to reflect that constant Facebook growth we've discussed above.
e). Also remember that potential users are spoilt by numerous already existing applications competing for their attention. So, analyze your competition to understand what and why is popular and how it can be overcome.
3. Facebook Apps vs. Facebook Connect - What Is the Difference From a Development Viewpoint?
Basic-level components of Facebook Connect are scripts which help to realize such options as sharing a piece of content or a link from your website onto Facebook, driving fans to your Facebook Page, etc. Such scripts are ready-to-use and easy-to-install onto a website.
Unlike it Facebook apps are software applications which are developed from scratch using Facebook Development Platform (Facebook API), as well as PHP, AJAX, MySQL, and other programming languages, libraries, and so forth. No wonder Facebook applications development and integration require designers, programmers, testers to be involved, and it is very similar to the creation of any other piece of conventional software. This is also true for Advanced Facebook Connect options and their tuning.
Facebook applications shouldn't be confused with ordinary websites too. Usually FB apps are complex web-based systems with a lot of back-end (server-side) modules which, actually, provide app functionality and make the application attractive for users.
Facebook applications and Facebook Connect are all the rage now. What your FB app will be - just an attempt to follow the fashion or an effective tool to make the most of Facebook - depends on many factors. The deeper you learn and understand them, the better your result will be.
About The Author: Dmitriy Kharchenko is the CEO of Acceptic Ltd ( http://www.acceptic.com ), a software and custom web development company. Among other services, Acceptic provides Facebook Connect integration and Facebook application development - FB apps that win a lot of fans.

Article Title: How to Make Him Crazy For Your Love Again - Expert Advice to Get Your Ex Boyfriend Back

After a breakup, every woman wants to know how to make him crazy for your love again. You want him to feel the way he did about you when the relationship was new. At that time he could not get enough of you. Then his affection seemed to cool and then he needed a break. If you want to relight that fire in him, here is expert advice to get your ex boyfriend back.
Getting your ex back, will require you to know a little about how men think and what makes them turn hot or cold. This is known as male psychology. It is not complicated and does not have anything to do with hypnosis or spells. It is what you used to get him interested in you to begin with. When you attracted him to you and aroused his desire, you were using male psychology. Now that you know him and are familiar with his likes and dislikes, it should be as easy to get your ex boyfriend back as it was to win his love at the start.
If you were in a love relationship with him for some time, you might have become smothering. Every man wants attention and affection, but too much and he feels his freedom is being taken away. It is hard for a man, especially when he is young to shed his macho image. He needs to be able to stop after work for a drink and a little bull session. If he feels you will be upset if he is a little late, it will make him feel he is losing his freedom. This is why you need other interests too.
Having other interests will show your ex that he is not the center of your life and it will take some pressure off him. This could have caused him to need a break. He might love you with all of his heart, but some men fear commitment. They fear the responsibility of a home and family. In every relationship there comes a time when he has to choose his freedom or the woman he loves.
To make him crazy for your love again, you need to help him make this choice and you want to make sure he chooses you. To do this, you will have to let him go. Not forever and you are not really going to let him go. You just need to give him the impression you are. To do this, you will have to ignore him and have no contact with him for several weeks. Take up the life you had before you met him. Go out with your girlfriends and have fun. Get back with your family again and take a renewed interest in your job.
When your ex boyfriend sees that you are living your life just fine without him, he will see how lonely his life is without you. Hearing that you are going out with the girls will make him fear that you may meet another man and he will lose you forever. This will push his emotional hot button and he will realize that you are more important to him than anything else and he will be crazy for your love again.
About The Author: If this is the man for you, don't give up. There are proven methods at http://www.loveinfozone3.com to make him love you like never before. Build a findable website: I didn't make that up, it's actually a book so I can't take credit the title. The idea behind the book is accessibility and how to build it in to your overall web design. By accessibility I mean two things, proper code and really good content. It was a good book and it re-enforced much of what I feel and what I propose to my Asheville web design clients.
To start off, look at the code. You many know that good 'search engine positive code' is important, but I think few really understand how important. Proper code is an essential part of your on-page optimization and includes things like the order of your content, header tag hierarchy, and special needs accessibility. Think about it. What do most new site owners think about when they picture their site? What it is going to look like and what functions they want. "I want it to look like this" and "I want it to do that". Rarely do they think of what goes on behind the pretty picture. Most know nothing about it or how it has an overall effect on the success they achieve with the search engines. And that is important to the success of the project itself. When they shop for a designer all they want to see is the portfolio.
When you design web site code to follow the basic accessibility rules you will automatically build a very search engine friendly site. This includes all the small things, header tags, link titles, link text, alt tags, text navigation, placing your main content first. These things not only look good to the search engines but are for TTYs and auto readers and other devices used by those with special needs. These are the things that quite often get missed.
Why does this work? The search engines send out "bots" to crawl the web and gather information. Because there are a zillion web pages, when they reach a page, they need to get the info and get out quickly and move on. Anything that will speed the reading and indexing of a site will gain points with the search engines. So, the bottom line is accessibility. The same rules that increase accessibility for people also work for the "bots" and they love it.
Your site content is the next most vital part of the project. Properly laced with key words, it has to be quality writing, relevant information, and user friendly. Web content that is well written, has value and is meaningful works like gravity. It brings traffic to your web site design and holds them there. General rule for the search engines, a web page should contain more content than code. When a user finds something they think is cool and exciting on the web they tend to spread the word. This is a human nature that good advertising is built around; everyone wants to be the first to bring exciting new things to their friends. If the site offers nothing to hold their attention that user is gone.
The search engines use the content to decide what your site is about and where it will show in searches. They also judge (and that is the word to use) the quality of the writing, keyword / phrases, titles, tags and headers. They look at who you link to and more importantly, who is linking back to you. Face it – we have all been there. Your team knows what to do: they put in the hours doing sales calls, networking, and tapping every opportunity to expand their business. They work on business skills, take a seminar on social networking, and really try to have a positive attitude. If they're doing everything right, it makes you wonder why sales are not through the roof and why you are not experiencing any growth. Could it be that there is more at play here than business as usual?
Experience working with top executives has shown me that the symptoms that many organizations cite as stifling business – burnout, stagnation, indecision, lack of creativity, lack of motivation, and lack of productivity – are all related to one thing that many people do not think about: apathy.
"Hey – I'm not apathetic," you say. "I care about what I do!"
But apathy is not indifference. It is actually more common than you think. Take a look at my working definition of apathy: a natural, human instinct, common to us all, that consistently encourages us to seek a comfort zone in which nothing ever changes.
You can relate with that, right? Don't worry – most of the executives I have worked with can relate as well.
Take, for instance, Ann who is a young, bright, rising star of one of our clients. She was on a fast track for success, but hit a wall. She was exhausted, hadn't had a new idea in months, and felt like life was nothing but work. It was getting to the point that her boss was concerned about her performance, even though she had great potential. It turned out that Ann found security in staying busy and overworked. Her apathy (comfort zone) came from maintaining the pace of a superhero, which allowed her to never face her insecurities about her competency.
Another case study of mine, Al, is the CEO of a small company with 50 employees. Though brimming with confidence, he lacked confidence in his people. He didn't trust anyone to get the job done right, so he just did it himself. His leadership team felt that he had a great work ethic, but they knew that he did not trust them to get anything accomplished. He was completely unaware of the damage his behavior was causing his company.
The common denominator of every organization in the world is people. Every day, people show up for work and bring with them their own unique set of values, beliefs, and behaviors.
Effective leadership development is necessary for every level of any organization, from the CEO to the stock room clerk. Organizations without a proactive leadership development program at every level of their organization are prime targets for the forces of apathy.
How does recognizing apathy translate to more business growth for you?
A few years back, I was working with a significant international company in the food services industry. The company had been operational since the 1970s and had grown revenues to a high of over 200 million dollars.
However, when I looked at the company's past, I found that the company had leveled off three years prior and was in the beginning stages of decline. I immediately began to talk with the leaders about the forces of apathy. They were surprised at my concern and somewhat indignant at the suggestion of apathy. They were, after all, debt free with operating capital in the bank; they though they were doing just fine.
Just fine is not good enough. Every organization must choose growth. The only alternative to growth is decline. There is no other position for an organization in planning its future.
My first step was to generate a new level of awareness of the available untapped potential existing among the leadership team. From this new level of awareness among the leadership team, I started a proactive leadership development process for the top leaders. An appropriate level of leadership development was then implemented at every level of the organization. The company began a new phase of growth within 24 months and has never looked back, and you can do the same thing with your business!
STRATEGY #1: It all starts with awareness, so you are halfway there.
Effective leadership begins with an awareness of how the forces of apathy affect the organization and its people. Without an awareness of the forces of apathy, people become stuck in ineffective and unproductive comfort zones of their own design, while ineffective leaders focus on the symptoms of their people problems. This leads us to the next strategy.
STRATEGY #2: STOP trying to fix the symptoms!
One of the most common training and development mistakes I find is where organizations begin designing training programs to fix what has been broken: a communication seminar to fix communication problems,
a clerical skills seminar to fix a department's lack of focus, or a policies seminar to fix attention to detail. Obviously, the problems are never "fixed" because the organizations are only working on symptoms, never the real problem.
STRATEGY #3: Equip your downline with the 4 personal powers
Apathy, as a natural, human instinct, is counterbalanced with certain personal powers — choice, vision, attraction, and courage — that were strategically included in our creative, human design. These personal powers are available to everyone, but without some understanding of why these personal powers are important, they are usually ignored as motivational fluff or insignificant soft skills. An awareness and understanding of these counterbalancing personal powers can serve as a future foundation for a consistent leadership development model that makes good common sense.
Now that you know about apathy, get to work on identifying areas where apathy may have set in with your business, share what you know with your team, and start implementing these 3 strategies. You will be well on your way to taking your team to the next level of effectiveness.
You CAN overcome the negative forces of apathy!

Article Title: How to Brighten up a Dark Bedroom

Color styles have shifted in recent years, and darker, dramatic colors are now found in increasing amounts in the bedroom. Even though deep shades can have a soothing effect that might be desired for the bedroom, too much darkness can cause the room to feel and look too narrow. When selecting color, recall that a color chip in florescent store lighting will appear entirely different in your home. It`s well worth the effort and time to purchase sample jars of paint to test colors on the walls of your room.
You also have the alternative of painting over a color that ends up being darker than what you had hoped for, but remember that you may want to use many coats of heavy primer to mask the dark color below. Perhaps you would choose to stave off painting entirely. The good news is that there are other alternatives that you can use to brighten up your dark bedroom.
You can lend contrasting colors to keep darker colors from seeming to be too severe. You can use white as a color to supply some visual tension in a darkly colored or poorly lit room.
You should likewise think about adding color. Take a look at a color wheel: Colors that are immediately across from each other on the wheel are compatible; for instance, green and red; or orange and blue; or violet and yellow. The utilization of color will add more interest visually inside a dark room; you can add a neutral to the mix of colors for transition, such as tan, green and red. Light plays another major role in the sensed darkness or brightness of a room. You should allow natural light to fill the room by using window treatments or curtains that do not entirely block the windows; for example, utilizing valances or side panels over shades or blinds gives you both mastery of light and privacy at the same time.
Make certain that your bedroom has three kinds of light which are required for each room – task lighting, general lighting and accent lighting. General lighting may be overhead lighting, floor or table lamps. Task lighting may include bedside reading lamps; accent lighting may be electric sconces or use wall sconces for candles to spotlight artwork. In rooms that are dark, more lighting will obviously be needed.
• Consider utilizing free standing mirrors and vanity mirrors as well as lighting fixtures with reflective surfaces or crystals in order to amplify any natural or artificial lighting in a darker room. Add softness and natural beauty with wall vases filled with greenery and graceful blooms.
• Light colored bedding and art can also help to create a contrast with dark walls. The dark hues on the wall will make your artwork stand out.
• Make the space feel bigger and more immense by reducing visual color or busy wall decor. Remember that the eye comes to rest on anything that is flamboyant. For this reason, keep your accessories in the room to a minimum and store everything that is not needed out of the way.

*********************** ARTICLE START ***********************
I got a phone call recently that no pastor wants to get; a man in my church had suffered a massive heart attack and it didn't look good at all. Four hours after I got to the hospital to be with the family, he died. You can imagine the grief. This man and his wife had experienced a lot of grief over the years. I was reminded they lost a child when I saw them weeping over his grave after the woman's father was buried just a few months ago. I stood with this couple beside another casket when their daughter-in-law was killed in an automobile accident a few weeks ago. And now this precious lady who loves the Lord was dealing with the loss of her husband of thirty-three years. She asked me a question as we stood in that hospital waiting room: "They say God won't put on you more than you can bear. But, does God know when you're hanging on by a thread?"
Sometimes it doesn't seem like God knows how we feel or what we're going through. There are times when we don't think we can make it. The Bible is filled with God's people who felt that way. The Psalmist said, "O Lord, God of my salvation, I have cried out day and night before you. . . .For my soul is full of troubles and my life draws near to the grave. . . .I am like a man who has no strength, adrift among the dead, like the slain who lie in the grave, who you remember no more" (Ps. 88:1-5). These are vivid pictures if you think about them. David himself cried out, "I am weary with my groaning; all night I make my bed swim; I drench my couch with my tears" (Ps. 6:6). More than once he felt like God had abandoned him. That's the context of the chorus we sing from his words: "As the deer pants for the water brooks, so pants my soul for You, O God" (Ps. 42:1). He was in a desert of depression and felt there was no way out. That's why he said "My tears have been my food day and night, while they continually say to me, 'Where is your God'" (v. 3)? When you have nothing to eat but your own tears, you're hanging on by a thread.
And yes, God knows that. The very fact verses like these are all over the Bible tells us that God knows how we feel and has not abandoned us. When we're hammered by hurts He is with us and we actually have an endless supply of grace from which to draw in time of need. That's why Paul said, "No trial has overtaken you but such as is common to man; and God is faithful, who will not allow you to be tested beyond what you are able, but with the trial will provide the way of escape also, that you may be able to endure it" (1 Cor. 10:13). (This verse applies to trials or temptations).
Now, these troubles are "common to man." Paul's first word of encouragement is that we are not alone in our affliction. What we experience is experienced by others. We need not feel our burden is such that no one has ever faced the same.
But Paul also says something about God and His faithfulness to us. Despite the fact that winds of adversity blow, God does not forget those whom He loves. He knows there are times when you're hanging on by a thread but "will not allow you to be tested beyond what you are able" to bear. He will not allow a weight upon you that you cannot endure by His strength and grace. He will not test you beyond your ability and the help you have in Christ.
God is the one who actually provides "the way of escape." The picture here is that of a ship on a raging sea in the midst of a fierce storm. The vessel is bouncing about in the rough waters and the wind is blowing her straight toward the rocks. Nothing can be done and she is about to founder and be destroyed. It's stormy, dark, and all hope is gone. Yet, just as calamity is about to strike, an opening in the rocks appears and the ship skirts through into a peaceful cove where protection from the battering storm is provided. The ship and crew are safe in the cove as they whether the storm that churns round about them. The point is not that deliverance from the storm is God's way of escape. Rather, the way of escape is God's deliverance into the cove that one might endure the storm in safety. That's why Paul adds, "that you may be able to endure it." Christians face trials and temptations. Yet, God is faithful. He provides the way of escape to ride out the storm.
You say, "Okay, but what do I do? How do I get to the cove where I can feel like I'll be able to weather this hurricane in my life?" The answer is our thinking. We have to fight the tendency to think about nothing but the suffering we face and actually think more about God Himself; His goodness, love, grace, mercy, and purpose for us in the midst of terrible circumstances. God uses tough times to refine us like fire refines gold (1 Pet. 1:6-7). It is the testing of our faith that produces Christ's strength and character in us (Jas. 1:3-4). God uses hardship like a blacksmith's hammer and anvil to make us more like Christ (Rom. 8:28-29). We have to focus our thoughts on Christ and not the tragedy. And that means we have to trust Him. Isaiah says, "You [God] will keep him in perfect peace whose mind is stayed on you because he trusts in you" (Isa. 26:3).
The Lord Jesus is the way of escape; "For we do not have a high priest who cannot sympathize with our weaknesses, but one who has been tempted/tested in all things as we are, yet without sin. Let us therefore draw near with confidence to the throne of grace, that we may receive mercy and may find grace to help in time of need" (Heb. 4:15-16). Let us cast all our care upon Him because He cares for us (1 Pet. 5:7). If we can do that, then slowly but surely, that thread we're clinging to that feels as if it's about to give way will become a chain attached to an anchor that cannot be moved: the Lord Jesus Himself (Heb. 6:19-20). Yes, in spite of the storm, God knows, and the anchor will hold.

To understand the cost involved in a bail bond you must first understand the procedure of a bail bond and the need for a bail bond. When an arrest occurs, the person arrested, their friends or family members of the person call up a licensed bail bonds company. It ensures the court through a legal document or surety that his client will appear in the court in the time and date mentioned by the court and in case the person fails to appear then the court will receive the full payment of he bail amount.
Now, that you have understood what a bail bond is, you must also understand the costs involved in bail bonds, especially in Los Angeles. Not only in Los Angeles, but throughout California the bail bonds are 10% of the bail amount. This means that if you have received a bail for $30,000 then the cost of your bail bond will be $3,000.
Features of Bail Bonds in Los Angeles
• Direct 10% of total bail amount
• No other hidden costs
• May need to provide collateral for bail bond
• Flexible payment options
Non-negotiable rate of bail bonds
You must understand that the 10% charges of the original bail amount for your bail bond are decided by state law and you cannot bypass the procedure. In case you do and the organization that is offering you the bail bonds at lesser negotiable premium is actually acting unlawfully. This means that your representative may not be trustworthy at all. In case you have signed up for collateral for your bail bond, it is most unlikely that your representative will return it.
Another aspect that you must keep in mind is that if the representative is accepting illegal lower premium rates for your bail bond then e or she might surrender your case to the court without any valid reason. Evaluating the credibility of your representative is important for not only a successful bail process but also to have a safe and secure future after the approval of the bail and the completion of the entire legal procedure of your case.
Payment Options for your Bail Bonds in Los Angeles
Most Los Angeles bail bonds companies accept credit card payments and they will accept your Visa, Master Card or American Express card to ensure easy payment option. If you are willing to pay in cash then too there is no problem regarding the payment option. However, at times it becomes very difficult to arrange the entire bail bond amount and you need to avail other payments options. The ideal bail bond company will be able to understand your situation and offer you the best possible bail bond payment option, as well as negotiate the best bail amount for you in the court.
Understanding the bail process and the costs involving the bail bonds will help you to make better decisions regarding your bail bonds representatives. Moreover, finding out the credibility of your bail bonds representative is also important to ensure that you are in safe hands.

Most reputable Los Angeles bail bonds organizations offer free information regarding the various types of bail bonds and the state laws that govern the policies and the value of the bail bonds.
Things to keep in mind for Bail Bonds
• The process of arrest or the nature of the crime will determine the Bail Bond process
• The expertise of your representative will also determine the bail amount
• If you do not qualify for certain standard bail process you might have to submit a collateral for your bond.
All these aspects determine the value of your bail and thus the amount of your bail bond. Choosing the correct bail bond representation will also determine the value of your bail bond. The reason behind this is that if your representative is competent and is well aware of all the state laws then you might get the best possible bail negotiations.
How to find the best bail bond representation?
You must be wondering as to how to find the best possible bail bond representation in Los Angeles. The important things that you must remember for choosing your bail bond representation is that you must know that for how long the company has had the license for such process. If your representation has a long-term experience in the field of bail bonds and has a good success record then you can be assured of a successful bail negotiation and you might be able to have a low bail amount settlement.
If your bail amount is low then automatically your bail bond will be of low amount thus you will be getting the cheapest bail bond services. This proves that if you compromise experience and expertise for bail bond premium or lower service cost then you might end up paying more along with escalated issues.
What if I get an option of 5% bond premium?
If your bail bond representative is offering you a low premium bail bond then your representative is offering you an illegal service. This means that there is little or no credibility of your representative. This also means that there is a high chance that your representative might surrender your case to the court without any proper explanation thus increasing your agony even more.
If you are aware about the various aspects of your bail bond representative that govern the credibility of your representation then it is most likely that you will be able to receive a bail bond agreement that is beneficial for you and the value of the bond will be quite low.

The Dave Matthews Band was formed in 1991 in Charlottesville, Virginia. Singer Dave Matthews recruited drummer Carter Beauford, saxophonist LeRoi Moore, bass guitar player Stefan Lessard (who was only 16 at the time), keyboardist Peter Griesar (who later left the group), and violinist Boyd Tinsley. Dave Matthews Band made their public performance debut at the City of Charlottesville Earth Day Festival in April 1991. The band got their first official gig in May 1991 when they played at a private party. They were soon playing local clubs, and their fan base grew.
The band released their first album, Remember Two Things, in 1993.The album was recorded live at The Muse Music Club on Nantucket Island. It debuted as the highest independent entry on the college charts and went on to be certified gold by the Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA), a rare accomplishment for an independent album. The band continued to tour, allowing fans to tape shows for their personal use. This resulted in them having a more interactive fan base than do most groups.
1994's Under the Table and Dreaming was the band's second album and the first to be released on the RCA label. The group went on tour shortly before the album dropped. Tour stops included two summers on the HORDE Festival's main stage. Under the Table and Dreaming went on to be certified four times platinum by the RIAA. Released in 1996, the album Crash debuted at number two on the Billboard 200 chart. The album's single "So Much To Stay" earned the group a GrammyŽ award for Best Rock Performance by a Duo or Group with Vocal. Without any promotion, the band's 1997 double-cd live release entitled Live at Red Rocks 8-15-95 debuted at number three on the Billboard 200 chart and was instantly certified platinum.
Dave Matthews Band released several live and studio albums and continued to tour during the late 1990s. They were nominated for four Grammys between 1996 and 1997. The band was the top grossing tour band in the United States in the year 2000. They released their fourth studio album, Everyday, in 2001. The album eventually went triple platinum.
The band continued to tour over the next few years. Their summer 2003 tour ended with a show in New York City's Central Park, a concert which helped raise $2 million for the city's parks and public education. Additional GrammyŽ nominations and wins followed. Over the next several years, Dave Matthews Band continued its magical formula of recording both live and studio albums and touring. The band has been part of numerous charity-affiliated tours, including the Vote for Change Tour, a Red Rocks benefit for the victims of Hurricane Katrina, and Live 8.
While the band was on tour in 2008, saxophonist LeRoi Moore died tragically due to complications resulting from an ATV accident. Prior to being part of television's fame-generating machine American Idol, Chris Daughtry was a relatively unknown singer-songwriter playing both solo acoustic and with his first band Absent Element in the local North Carolina bar scene. Though he was voted off American Idol in the top four, Daughtry made enough of an impression on America to later propel his band to overnight stardom. Daughtry is known as the third most successful Idol contestant behind Kelly Clarkson and Carrie Underwood.
The band Daughtry is comprised of Chris Daughtry on vocals, Josh Paul on bass guitar, Joey Barnes on drums, and guitar players Brian Craddock and Josh Steely. Their self-titled debut album went double-platinum and yielded hits like "It's Not Over," a song co-written by Daughtry's fellow Idol contestant Ace Young, as well as "Leave This Town," and "Over You." The singles "Feels Like Tonight" and "Home" were even used in NASCAR promotions.
Daughtry became the quickest selling debut rock album in Soundscan history. It went on to become the #1 selling album in the country two times after debuting in November, 2006, at #2 and selling more than 300,000 copies in its first week of release. This made Daughtry the first rock band album in almost 20 years to hit the top spot on the charts after debuting below #1. The last album to do this was Bon Jovi's 1988 New Jersey.
"It's Not Over" was the debut single off the album and it went on to top every major music industry chart. It was #1 on the Adult Top 40 chart, Hot AC Chart, and Billboard Top Singles chart. The video for the single remained at the top of VH1's Top 20 countdown for two months and gained additional recognition as the most-played video on MTV.
Daughtry remained in the Top 5 of the Billboard Top 200 Albums for a long run. It was the first album since 2006 to spend more than nine weeks in the Top 3 albums. Daughtry is the first rock band to achieve this feat in the first 15 weeks of album release since Creed did it in 2002. Overall, Daughtry yielded five Top 40 singles. Once hailed by Simon Cowell as the contestant who refused to compromise, Chris Daughtry has a way of incorporating his signature hard-rocking yet soulful sound into all of the band's melodies. Of the group's success, Daughtry comments, "You walk through a lot of doors for a moment like this. I'm enjoying every minute."
Released in July 2009, Daughtry's sophomore album entitled Leave This Town has already yielded the hit "No Surprise." Tune into the radio and VH1 countdown today, and you will undoubtedly hear the single "Life After You" on rotation. Leave This Town is sure to yield additional hit singles throughout the coming year.
Daughtry's 2007 tour was hailed as a must-see event. Their current tour is also bound to exceed expectations. Chris Daughtry feels at one with his fan base when recording and touring. "To start out as a fan with a dream, and then to go from a struggling musician with the same hopes and aspirations as so many others and to be able to fulfill some of those dreams, well, I feel like we're all part of this incredible movement," says Daughtry. Join the movement. Get your tickets now.

Article Title: The Art of Optimizing Pay-per-Click Campaigns For Minimum Cost and Maximum Profits – Foreword to the Tutorial Series.

*********************** ARTICLE START ***********************
Almost all aspiring entrepreneurs, who take the route of pay-per-click advertising to promote themselves or their products on the internet, are faced with the dreaded task of optimizing their campaigns in a cost-effective manner.
PPC Advertising is currently the largest and most popular means of advertising on the internet today. Advertisers pay only for the clicks their ads get on Search Engines, Content Networks and other sources of web traffic.
As advantageous as it sounds, having the luxury of paying only for the clicks one gets on their ads, PPC Advertising poses a great set of advantages, but an even larger set of disadvantages to those investing in pay-per-click advertising depending on the way they use it.
If used correctly, with campaigns optimized correctly and efficiently, PPC Advertising can be a highly profitable source of web traffic, at relatively low cost. Advertisers who promote, for example, their paid membership website, promote others' products through Affiliate Marketing campaigns via PPC, or sell their products through efficient, thoroughly optimized pay-per-click campaigns, see remarkable results in very little time.
That is the beauty of pay-per-click advertising.
There are billions of web pages on the internet today. Of those billions, many hundreds of millions allow for advertisers to place their ads and get a share of the traffic to their websites. With so many sources of traffic, just the sheer thought of how much traffic can convert into prospects, and how many of those prospects can potentially convert into customers later on, is mind-blowing.
But as with everything else in the world, there is no easy, plain and simple way to making full use of pay-per-click advertising. PPC Advertising is a 'process' on its own. It requires meticulous levels of keyword research, ad copy optimization and bid management, among the many other procedures that make the plethora that is PPC Campaign Management.
Most importantly, Advertisers need to carefully analyse their potential audience before investing in PPC Advertising.
This is crucial to the success of any pay-per-click campaign.
It takes very little effort on a daily basis to ensure that your PPC Campaign is carefully optimized to suit your target market and target sales. An hour a day of careful research and pay-per-click optimization is a recipe for a beautifully successful campaign that has the potential of bringing in hundreds, thousands, even millions of interested customers to your website and an equal if not more, number of sales.
For starters, the most common mistake every new PPC Advertiser makes is that he or she uses all possible combinations of keywords and keyphrases relevant or not to his or her website content, and enters them all into a PPC Campaign.
Most new advertisers are in a hurry. They have a product they've developed, or are looking for a quick way to make money selling their company services, and almost instantly look to PPC Advertising as a means to achieve that.
Yes, it's quite attractive, the thought of there being a market of hundreds of millions of internet users surfing the web and using search engines on a daily basis who may click on your ads, visit your website as a result and buy whatever it is you have to sell.
But as attractive as that thought is, it takes a bit of effort to get such terrific results.

This is the first of a series of detailed tutorials that I will be posting online for the benefit of all those new and aspiring, as well as experienced PPC Advertisers who would like to take full advantage of the world's most popular advertising medium, pay-per-click advertising.
The series will consist of at least 20 parts, starting with "The Art of Optimizing PPC Campaigns for Minimum Cost and Maximum Profits – Part 1", due for release on the 22nd of March, 2010.
Bookmark this link as I will be posting an update about further articles here, as and when I have released them online, here and elsewhere, for you, the Internet Community.
Thank you.

Demon`s souls is an incredible game that has many gamers talking. This game will tackle even the best of players who have a fair amount of patience. It is deemed to pull on your every last cord until you want to scream with fury. It is bound to plunge you into death over and over again as you plummet through a dark and surreal world. There is little direction and you learn as you go along.
This is one of those games that will have you aching to try it just out of sheer curiosity. And if you are a patient person who has lots of time to play the game, then you might thrive on the challenges and constant opposition, however if you know that you get frustrated easily then beware...this game will push your buttons.
The beginning of the game starts off as you explore and battle through five worlds. The worlds are dark and creepy with lots of mythical creatures and savage beasts. Your enemies are there to destroy you and they will and just when you get your life back, they will do it again. You will be mad and frustrated, and you might quit, or you might press on.
You can explore everything in this world, from swamps to dark caverns and to all of the nook and crannies around a castle and its walls. The only way you learn anything is by constantly being faced with trial and error. The game has a slow progression which means you will need lots of time on your hands to finish the game. The enemies you will face and fight are hard and will do whatever they can to destroy you. You need to learn their tricks and know when to use your weapons at the very moment that you need them, in order to stay alive.
As you plunge through the dark levels in the game, you will collect souls and you can get souls by killing demeans. The currency in the game is through the use of souls and you can use them to buy spices for optimal health.
When you die, you lose your souls and start from the beginning again, you can retrieve your lost souls but you have to make it back to where you died and touch your old blood, if you do you get the souls back and if you get killed on the way back to your blood, then your souls are lost for good which might heighten your frustration level or spark your interest for further play and conquer.
You can create a character using demon's souls and you can customize options, the cool thing is that you are not stuck in one playing mode, you can change as often as you like which opens you up to an array of weapons, armour and magic energy.
The negative comments made about this game was that it was too hard and unforgiving. Many felt that the lack of instructions or guides assisted in their continual failure. The trick to winning this game is through always searching for signs and clues. There are white ghosts that float through the game's levels who are actually other online players playing, they might leave clues for you to use. You can also win by trial and error and by dying a few hundred times.
