Let your beloved mum or that very special woman in your life know how much you love and appreciate her and all she's done for you as well as her unique sense of style by presenting her with one of the five best Mother's Day fashion gifts for the season.
1. Jewellery
Tokens and trinkets are always appreciated and are available in a wide variety of selections, colours, metals, and styles. You may want to choose something with her birthstone or one of the many mother/child pieces such as necklaces and bracelets.
A silk jewellery roll or pouch for carrying and storing her jewellery would also make a lovely Mother's Day gift.
2. Handbag
Complete Mum's wardrobe with a fashionable handbag that's perfect for the spring and summer seasons. Smaller bags such as clutches can be filled with tasty treats like chocolate truffles or your mum's favorite candies, perfumes, makeup, or any kind of baubles you know she would appreciate.
This is a great idea if you are on a low budget as you can scour the discount stores for plenty of inexpensive goodies to fill the bag with.
3. Accessories
A decorative, silk scarf can be worn with just about anything and can be the ideal accessory to wear all year round for feeling feminine and fashionable. For the spring time season, a blazer also makes a wonderful accessory and can liven up any outfit. Tailored blazers with silk accents and embellishments can be worn for special occasions as well as for everyday events.
Also consider a pair of cozy but chic house slippers in any number of colours and types or perhaps a silky robe or kimono for lounging around the house in style.
If your Mum's fashion sense is a bit outdated, Mother's Day is the perfect time to help gently nudge her toward a more modern, stylish look.
4. Personal Stylist Gift Box
Now Mum can have access to her very own personal stylist with the gift box that includes a personal report done by a fashion stylist experienced working with the rich and famous. The Personal Stylist gift box contains a 20 minute questionnaire for Mum to fill out with questions about body, hair, and skin type. She will then be given a complete eight to 12 page report as to how to maximise her fashion sense, what colours work best, and how to dress for her body shape and height.
You could also subscribe Mum to a few of her favorite fashion magazines to complete the gift.
5. Makeup
And what fashion conscious mum's wardrobe would be complete without her makeup and skin care products? If you aren't sure of the right shades or type to buy, mum will appreciate a gift certificate so she can choose her own items.
And don't forget about the wide variety of personalised items to choose from that mum will be sure to love whether it's something adorned with her name, her children's or grandchildren's, or the heartfelt message of your choice.

Online financial services have become a popular way for people to take care of all their monetary needs from the comforts of home. Whether it's planning for the children's future, for your own retirement, investment planning, or simply managing your assets, utilising one of several reputable financial services who have set up shop online may be worth considering.
If you don't already have a specific service in mind for your unique financial needs, ask family and friends for their recommendations and look online for reviews and comments from those already using the service or company.
Protecting Your Privacy First
Protecting your privacy should be one of your top priorities at all times, as while it may be perfectly safe to do things such as your banking online through a secure, protected site with a reputable financial service, the overall safety relies greatly upon you the end user and the choices you make. Remember your financial service will not send emails asking for your password or other sensitive information, and when it doubt, always contact the company via telephone before doing anything.
When it comes to handling your finances online, protecting your privacy also entails the important matter of keeping your passwords safe and secure. Don't choose a password with your birth date or address and instead create one that's completely unique and meaningless, writing it down and keeping it in a safe place and also changing the password every month or so.
Your computer should be equipped with the latest antivirus software and firewall protection in order to keep prying eyes away from your vital, personal information. Any financial services you deal with should also have a secure, encrypted website and those details should be easily visible on their website.
Also never access any of your accounts from a computer in public places such as a cafe, coffee shop, or library.
Online Investing
There are currently a wide range of solutions available for those looking to invest either for growth or income potential. It is a well known fact that people today are simply not investing enough for their retirement, and with longer than ever life expectancies it is imperative to fully plan for the years ahead.
Some online financial services to take advantage of include tax efficient investing, collective investments, and bonds. An online financial planner will be able to recommend the best course of action dependent upon your future plans and offer advice regarding potential returns as well as the level of risk involved.
Protecting Your Future
As we all very well know, life can often be unpredictable so it's important to protect for the future, and not just in terms of retirement but in the event of an unexpected and expensive or life changing event.
With careful planning and attention to detail, safeguarding your family when it comes to matters such as bereavement includes preparing a will that will be tax efficient for your family and finding viable ways of reducing your IHT (Inheritance Tax) liability, all of which are possible with an experienced online financial service.
Also be sure to take advantage of your service's resources on their website which often include helpful tips to read or download to print for later, or informative brochures, guides, and tools to give you everything you will need to make sound financial decisions.

Times are changing and you have to keep up with the emerging trends. Gone are those days, when you used to take the spouse to the nearest jewelry store. If you have access to the necessary payment procedures (online banking or credit cards), you can purchase jewelry through websites that specialize in the sale of jewelry. In the succeeding paragraphs, I will summarize certain benefits that one will be able to enjoy by opting for this approach. Everyone has access to a credit card these days. If you are afraid to step into the exciting niche of online jewelry purchasing, this article will help you in alleviating a portion of your worry.
Without any further hesitation, allow me to cite the reasons for the success of online jewelry websites. Some of the best and unique designs can be found only in the online jewelry shops. "Selection" is an important keyword when it comes to jewelry. You have to choose from the extraordinary designs listed out on that portal. If the designs in one website do not impress you, move on to the next website. Continue sifting through the websites until you find that uniquely designed jewelry!
The online jewelry shops will sell the merchandises at never before heard lowest prices.
The total costs associated with the maintenance of a website are meager in comparison to a real world shop. The real world jewelry shops will charge higher for pieces of jewelry, because they would like to recover a portion of their monthly expenses through the sales. Such complex situations are virtually absent on an online jewelry store. This is the second reason why people tend to flock in large numbers in such websites. An appealing selection of jewelry along with low prices – what else does an internet user require?
Look out for the necessary authenticity certificates that will be displayed in most of the sub pages of the website. Only a handful of online jewelry vendors is certified by the authorized agencies. You will have to purchase the jewelry only from such stores. Failure to do so might hurt your wallet and your sense of security. Certain online websites specialize in the sales of gemstones like diamonds. Jewelry embedded with diamonds or wholesale sales of diamond crates are often encouraged by these portals. Once again, please ensure that appropriate certificates from GIA or AGSL are displayed on the portal.
A dedicated customer support must be present at least during the business hours. A vast majority of the internet population is unaware of the procedures that will help them with the purchasing. If they find that a website features customer service support personnel, they can be coaxed easily. Some doubts might creep even into the minds of the experts. The service personnel must be trained in handling the queries posted by potential customers. If you are new to the niche, always watch for additional features like creating custom pieces of jewelry, and options that allow you to order custom pieces!

Web hosting companies are as different as the particular people that run them, and also the clients that they have. Internet hosting organisations are the most various when it comes to their commitment to high-quality support. Web hosting companies commonly offer this as part of their particular services. In fact, many will include purchasing the name as component of their website hosting bundle.
Price comparison apart, look for uptime guarantee and support assistance level which will be offered by your hosting provider. Becoming more successful usually means a lot more traffic, and also more transferred data. Price is, of course, a issue for each and every enterprise, but it is actually not the entire story. The most fundamental matter is that you obtain the level of website hosting service your firm needs.
Cheap makes you believe you will opt for the lowest price solution whereas affordable provides an element of comparison ie Which means we will not say this cheapest host is the most cost-effective as the lowest priced web host might have a lower spec. Cheap web page services does not forever mean low-cost hardware!
Shared web sitehosting allows a lot more than 1 webpage to be hosted on the very same server. Here, the web site hosts supply the system administration as well as the server maintenance. Shared hosting: one's Web site is placed on the same server as some hundred other web pages. The dilemma with one more internet site on the server can bring all of the webpages down. Shared SSL should really almost in no way be used, if you actually value the protection of your server as well as that of your online customers. Your host must also allow you to make use of SSL at no additional cost.
Free website hosting services for instance, place advertising on the user's web pages and can be cumbersome and frustrating for site visitors. The other web hosting plans offer you perfect help support, alternatives, along with bandwidth but charge a monthly fee.
Dedicated Hosting provides some advantages to it. There are a handful of methods that you can get profit from a dedicated server hosting environment. Dedicated servers, shared servers, UNIX as well as NT servers are serviced by all of the major service providers. In short, the perfect possible web hosting you can get so your internet site is rapidly as well as reliable even throughout peak internet traffic hrs. Dedicated Servers - get power, security as well as control of your individual web hosting server. Should you desire a far better protection or extra power or want to operate enterprise-scale programs dedicated hosting plans is your most effective choice.
Web-site statistics provide you a lot of valuable feedback about the people browsing your web site. You can find out how many individuals visit every day, precisely how many web pages that they look at, how long that they stay on your internet site, how these people found out regarding the internet site, as well as just about all sorts of additional helpful details. Site hosting is the service which lets your web page to be visited on the World wide web. Such services will normally cost a small monthly fee, and might be included in the services offered by the web designer you have hired to produce your webpage.
Selecting the right Web host will be significant to the success of your Web-site. Uptime as well as reliability are two of the most essential elements any small home business owner must consider when seeking for a host. Choosing a Web host is certainly just like choosing a residence for your Internet site, you need to find the right neighborhood, the proper design, and the perfect environment. Web hosts on the Web page Designers List provide many various sorts of web hosting service: Linux hosting, Windows hosting, free hosting, dedicated servers, shared hosting, virtual private servers (VPS), secure hosting, and a lot more.

Blue is a perennial favorite color for bridesmaid dresses. Every season, different shades of blue and different silhouettes come into style for attendants. See which blue bridesmaid dresses are especially hot for 2010 weddings.
The most popular shades of blue this year are ones with green undertones. Forget about pastels like baby blue or colors like sky blue or periwinkle. The trendiest blues for 2010 bridesmaid dresses are aqua, turquoise, and teal. The aqua blue color looks especially gorgeous when combined with pale seafoam accents.
Chiffon is one of the most popular fabrics for bridesmaid dresses this summer, and it is a wonderful choice for any of the aqua and turquoise colors. The soft filmy fabric helps to keep the vivid colors under control. A bright turquoise bridesmaid dress in a shiny poly satin could easily become the stuff of bridesmaid nightmares, but the same hue in a sheer chiffon looks very chic. The lightweight fabric is also ideal for warm weather, and is lovely by the water.
Strapless necklines are always favorites for bridesmaid dresses, but there are many other interesting necklines to be considered. The one shoulder neckline is very much in style right now, and would be quite elegant in a floor length teal bridesmaid gown for a more formal summer wedding. High necked halters are also quite flattering for attendants' attire. If you decide to go with a blue strapless bridesmaid dress, opt for one with some unique styling, such as a draped chiffon gown with a ruffle down the front. This will set it apart from all of the other strapless bridesmaid dresses out there.
For a summer evening wedding, a rich royal blue color will be the height of fashion in 2010. The rich saturated blue will show up better in wedding photos than navy, which tends to look black in pictures. Keeping the warm weather in mind, chiffon or organza would be lovely. A floaty and feminine style with a Grecian goddess flair would be stunning. Keep the Academy Awards as your style inspiration, rather than traditional bridesmaid dresses, and you will be sure to find a real showstopper of a royal blue gown for your attendants.
All these beautiful shades of blue dresses call for very special accessories. The days of dyed-to-match have gone by the wayside. A much more modern approach to bridesmaid accessories is to select accent pieces in a complementary hue, a metallic used as a neutral, or even a contrasting pop of bright color. Silver strappy sandals would be wonderful shoes to wear with any of the greenish-blues such as aqua or teal. Crystal bridesmaid jewelry in a deeper version of the dress color would be a fabulous way to create a layered color effect. Or opt for the simple elegance of bridesmaid jewelry made with clear crystals for a very modern look. With so many great ways to wear it, it is no wonder that blue is one of the all-time favorite colors for bridesmaid dresses.

A special theme can be a great way to give your wedding a personality. In the summer months, there are many fantastic theme options. From formal to casual, classic to whimsical, there is something for everyone. Take a look at these great summer wedding theme ideas.
Hawaiian Luau: Surely one of the most festive and fun of all summer wedding themes, and perfect for an outdoor wedding. The bride can wear a gorgeous white chiffon halter gown with beach wedding jewelry (engraved shell wedding jewelry is marvelous for the beach) and the groom can wear khaki trousers with a tasteful (not garish!) Hawaiian shirt. Greet your guests with leis and decorate the wedding with stunning tropical flowers in fuchsia and white. For the reception, think drinks served in coconuts, a pig roast and poi, and luau dancers. This is sure to be one of the most fun weddings of the summer!
Preppy Nautical: Have a classic wedding by the water with a nautical motif. The deck of a yacht club would be the ideal location for this wedding theme. Great nautical motifs include anchors, ship wheels, compasses, and of course sail boats. For the bridesmaids, navy blue cotton strapless dresses with a sash made from either white grosgrain or white rope would be great. Canvas espadrilles and pearl tin cup necklaces will finish their look perfectly. Hurricane lanterns would be the ideal centerpieces for a preppy nautical wedding.
Elegant Barbecue: For this wedding theme, your inspiration should be more along the lines of the barbeque at Twelve Oaks in Gone With the Wind than the typical backyard barbecue. It would be a great wedding idea for a reception on the lawn of an antebellum mansion or even a picturesque park. Serve all the traditional barbeque fixins' in gracious silver trays and refresh your guests with Planter's punch and fresh lemonade. This is one of the wedding themes which manages to be both elegant and super kid-friendly at the same time.
Golf: If you plan to have your reception at a country club, a golf theme would be terrific. The morning of your wedding, set up a golf tournament for the guests. You can carry your golf theme throughout the wedding, with table names like "18th Hole" and "Birdie". The men should dress in classic club attire, right down to their argyle socks. For the bridesmaids, a dress in a fabric like madras would be great. Personalized golf balls are the natural choice for the wedding favors, and the newlyweds can make their exit in a decorated golf cart.
Carnival: Perfect for the bride and groom who want a wedding that is a lot of fun, but less traditional. The ideal site would be a carousel, if you can find one in a park that can be reserved for events. Serve cotton candy, set up classic carnival games like the ring toss, and end the night with sparklers. This would be an unforgettable wedding theme.

Not every bride needs a wedding coordinator to walk her through every stage of planning her wedding. However, for some couples, having someone to make sure that everything runs smoothly on the big day can be truly invaluable. That is where the day of wedding coordinator comes in. Learn more about what a day of wedding planner does, and find out if hiring one would be right for you.
The number one reason to have a day of wedding coordinator is for peace of mind. If you are the kind of person who enjoys picking out flowers and meeting with caterers, you might not need a professional to help you put your wedding together. However, on the day of the wedding itself, it can be a huge relief for the bride to be able to let go of all responsibility and simply bask in being a bride. Type A brides, in particular, can benefit from knowing that every detail will be attended to so that their wedding goes off without a hitch.
If you are considering hiring a planner for your wedding day, meet with prospective coordinators well before the day itself. There are some planners who specialize in this service and others who do both full wedding planning and day of event assistance. Either is fine, but the good ones book up early, so it is best not to leave meeting planners until the last minute, even if you do not need one until the wedding day.
Once you find a wedding planner with whom you click, sign a contract to reserve her services for your wedding day. Each coordinator has her own way of working, but it would be reasonable to expect to have a couple of meetings with her to go over the details of your wedding before the big day. After all, she has to know what your wedding plans are to be able to execute them perfectly. Many day of wedding planners can also be hired on an hourly basis, in case you might want a little extra help in the last few days before your event.
On the day itself, the planner's primary job is to coordinate people. She will make sure that all of the vendors show up and that they know where to go and what to do (the more vendors you are using, the greater the need to have someone to direct them). The coordinator will also keep an eye on the clock to ensure that all the decorations are done on time. She can also make sure that the bride and the wedding party are all ready to go on schedule too.
Something else the day of wedding coordinator can do is be the bride's personal assistant. She can go over the checklist you provided her to make sure that nothing has been overlooked. Did you leave the bridesmaid gifts at home? The coordinator will get someone to retrieve your bridesmaid gifts and bring them to the hotel. Did the bride forget to eat breakfast? The planner will have a light lunch brought in to ward off bridal fainting. These are the little things that will make the entire wedding day more pleasant and easy for a bride.
There are so many ways in which a wedding planner can help make the event run well. While not everyone needs a day of wedding planner, for many couples the amount of stress she can relieve will make her worth every penny.

Every bride and groom come together with their own unique culture and heritage. It might be ethnic, religious, or regional, but just as a marriage is the union of two into one, so can a wedding be the perfect mix of both people's traditions. These are some suggestions on how to successfully mix different cultural traditions into one beautiful wedding.
A good place to begin is by identifying which customs are most important to the bride and groom. From there, you can find ways to include the highlights of each culture, thereby honoring what is distinctive and special about each. Some of the main elements to discuss are: wedding ceremony, decorations, food, music, and special rituals. Then the bride and groom can pick through them to begin building their wedding.
The décor is often a good place to introduce a cultural motif. For instance, a bride whose parents hail from China might wish to choose red as her primary color, since it is the lucky color for Chinese weddings. A general Asian decorating scheme can be designed around the color red, paper lanterns, and the double happiness symbol, yet it would leave plenty of room to bring in elements of the groom's heritage without competing.
Jewelry is an important wedding element in many cultures, and would be an excellent way to honor your heritage. In Persian tradition, the groom's family showers fabulous gifts of bridal jewelry upon the lucky bride. In India, the bride's family provides her with a multitude of gold bridal jewelry gifts to take her on the journey to becoming a married woman. For an Irish bride or groom, the claddagh ring or a Celtic knot wedding band would be very meaningful. These are all lovely customs which can very easily be blended into a wedding, even if the bride and groom do not share the same heritage.
Food is probably the number one way to blend cultural traditions in a wedding. After all, we might not all speak the same language, but food is an important part of celebrations in every place around the world. Now that food stations are so commonplace, it is quite manageable to mix various ethnic dishes along with more standard American wedding fare. You can easily have a pasta station next to one serving knishes, and no one will even bat an eyelash. Plus, your guests will be treated to a fantastic cross-cultural dinner.
Many cultures have special wedding rituals, which could be wonderful to include in a multi-cultural wedding. Let's say that the groom's family is from India and the bride is Jewish. Perhaps they could have an inter-denominational ceremony under a beautiful Chuppah. The day before the wedding, the groom's family could hold a henna ceremony for the bride. By introducing some of the most significant customs from each family, the bride and groom will not only have their own special traditions included in the wedding, but will learn more about their future spouse's heritage as well.

It is more and more common these days for people to marry outside of their faith. This means that there are also more guests attending weddings with customs which may be unfamiliar to them. Since many religions have very meaningful wedding traditions, becoming familiar with them can help guests have a better understanding and appreciation of what is taking place during the ceremony. This is everything you wanted to know about Jewish weddings but were afraid to ask.
Do all Jewish ceremonies take place under a canopy? Yes. It is called a Chuppah, and represents the bride and groom's first Jewish home under God. The custom is believed to date back to Biblical times, and the open sides of a Chuppah are like the open sided tent of Abraham and Sarah, which was welcoming to visitors. The Chuppah can be made from any beautiful or meaningful material, including fabric, flowers, or even an old family quilt.
Why is the bride at a Jewish wedding dressed so conservatively? The strictness of the bridal dress code varies from Orthodox to Conservative to Reform Judaism, and may even vary from one synagogue to the next. In general, most Jewish brides will wear modest gowns which cover the shoulders, a bridal veil, and classic wedding jewelry. Orthodox brides will have the strictest requirements about their attire, while some Reform synagogues may have fewer specific rules. In any case, it is always in good taste for a bride to err on the traditional side for her gown and wedding jewelry when being wed in a house of worship.
Why are Jewish weddings frequently held on Sundays? This one is quite simple: a Jewish wedding may not take place on the Sabbath, which runs from sundown on Friday until sundown on Saturday. That leaves Sunday as the logical choice.
Why does the groom break a glass with his foot at the end of the wedding ceremony? The breaking of the glass represents the destruction of the ancient Temple in Jerusalem; in other words, it is a reminder of the fragility of life and an instruction to appreciate every joyous moment. The breaking of the glass is also said to be a celebration of the covenant of marriage into which the newlyweds have just entered.
What is a Ketubah? The Ketubah is a special marriage contract signed by the bride and groom. Perhaps the most interesting thing about the Ketubah is that it is designed to protect the interests of the bride, right down to requiring a witness that can attest to the fact that she has chosen to enter into the marriage willingly. The Ketubah is always very beautifully decorated, and may be displayed in the newlyweds' home.
What does "Mazel Tov" mean? Mazel tov means "good luck", and is also frequently used to mean "congratulations". This is why you will hear it shouted joyfully at many points during a Jewish wedding, starting with the moment when the groom breaks the glass at the end of the marriage ceremony.

Oh no! Here we go again. We still keep on committing a lot of writing mistakes in our contents and we are all fed up about it. What's the technique? How are you going to correct yourself from getting into a lot of writing mistakes? Is there a way to fix all these stuffs?
It can be pretty much annoying if you keep on encountering this kind of problem. Besides, a lot of writers often commit writing mistakes. It is very normal if you found yourself writing one and it is not intentional. And because of that, you need to prevent it or correct yourself from doing these technical writing mistakes. It can be very hard at first but once you know all the rules and techniques in writing, then sooner or later you'll get used to it.
You don't have to worry about that stuff, there are ample of writers who experience the same thing and most of them know how to correct their own writings. They need to avoid it as much as possible in order not to ruin their own work.
It will be a big problem once you tend to submit lower quality contents as a lot of readers, including your teachers, you boss, other professional people, students and other citizens, can detect these things and might ruin your write-ups if that happens.
You don't want that to happen do you? You might end up your job or get lower grades for those who are still students or worst, you'll lose your very own opportunity that you expected to have. As much as possible, know your writings first.
And on top of the list, know how to write phrases and how it may affect your work. Second, study about the tone of your content. How are you going to write in an authoritative voice where you can convince and influence the minds of your readers?
Like to make yourself sound smarter on essays and other pieces of writing? While I can appreciate that, there's a right way and a wrong way of going about it.
What's the right way? Do solid research, fill your work with specific details and you're guaranteed to come off smart. Not only that, you'll likely end up informing your reader in a complete and well-rounded manner. Make sure to use a spelling and grammar checker, by the way, so the positive image is complete.
How about the wrong way? For most student writing I've seen, the biggest offender seems to be superfluous phrases. If you're not familiar with the type, it's the tendency to use phrases that communicate some amount of false authority. Check out the sample phrases below:
"Needless to say…"
"As you can plainly see…"
"It goes without saying…"
"For all intents and purposes…"
"If you think about it…"
There are dozens and dozens of them (probably hundreds, too). And they all do one thing: try to come across as being smarter than your reader. The result, however, isn't as optimistic. Most of the time, your text ends up sounding too wordy and convoluted, leading your reader to miss the actual points being made.
Superfluous phrases? Cut them out. Sound smarter by actually turning out a smart paper.

Article Title: Silence, Meditation, And Your Infinite Creative Potential

We create in silence and meditation. With silence and meditation, we stir the energies for the manifestation process. It is hard for some people to practice the art of silence and meditation, but silence and meditation is essential for the use of our infinite creative potential.
In our society, many have become addicted to emotional and mental turbulence. We feel like we really have a life when things are loud and turbulent. Unfortunately, silence has become equated with boredom. And for this very reason, we have more stressed-out people in the world than ever before.
The truth is, we may not be as stressed as we think. In fact, we just may need a little silence. Did you hear the word "silence?" Of course you did.
And silence is what we can get when we unplug from the useless systems and programs of the Matrix. When we unplug from the programs and systems of the Matrix and its counterproductive effect on our ability to create the life we want to live, we find that we can activate our infinite creative potential and transform it into infinite creative energy. This is accomplished through the practice of silence and meditation.
Silence and meditation allows us to cleanse the subconscious debris of counterproductive thoughts and thought forms. Like a mental detoxification, we are then "empty to be refilled." We are liberated. And liberation for the mind means liberation for the Soul as well.
As we empty our minds, we can reload and restore productive mental imagery which works with pure consciousness in the creation and manifestation process. Productive mental imagery then activates our infinite creative potential and turns it into creative energy. When this creative energy is used, it becomes creative power which has the volition to manifest our most focused intentions.
Silence and meditation also activates our infinite creative potential for creative energy because the yoke of resistance are broken and energy (creative energy) always follows the path of least resistance. This is why it is important to "purpose" your intentions. Purpose intentions are not weighed down and held back by resistance. Purpose intentions have volition and the power to actualize because these intentions are not held back by resistance.
And how can we undoubtedly know we are resisting. Stress is the signal. Stress and turbulence is always the signal of resistance. Our infinite creative energy cannot flow and become power where there is resistance. Silence and meditation make us aware of what and where the resistance is and through our Oracle Within, we discover what inspired action to take to unblock the flow.
All to often we are told we need to add something to ourselves in order to become our true and authentic self. However, those of us who have grown on the path of enlightenment have discovered that it is nothing we need to add to ourselves but what we need unload to make room to reload and restore what we've already had.
Silence and meditation is not only detoxifying but it is replenishing. What we replenish and restore is the infinite creative power we require to create the life we desire to live.
So if you are feeling "stressed" out by life and wondering why the manifestation of your dreams seem to drag on into a never-ending nightmare of discontent, then practice a little silence and meditation. And as you meditate in silence you will discover yourself in the presence of All-that-is and know that you dreams can be actualized.
