*********************** ARTICLE START ***********************
I want clarify some issues concerning my article entitled "How Important are Beliefs." I received a candid comment from the perspective of an intelligent and intuitive gentleman on another website where this article is posted. Feedback regarding my ideas is always appreciated. He was correct in pointing out that the words in my article seem to convey a tone of disappointment. I related my pastor's comments concerning my metaphysical theories because I think it demonstrates how we have difficulty seeing the effect our beliefs have on our relationships. This unfortunate attitude escalates and contributes to global conflict. I also should have stated that my pastor's views do not necessarily reflect that of Spiritualists as whole. The reason being, beliefs are only partially based on the influence of others. They are also based on an individual's experience.
There seems to be some confusion about my expectation of people to elevate themselves to higher levels of awareness, rather than my confidence in their ability to achieve great things for themselves and the human race. This reader mentioned soul-saving, which I have heard before. That's a reasonable interpretation of the impression my article gives. What he says is true. A spiritual advisor cannot have the expectation that a person will jump your level of understanding. We are all going at our own pace. That fact does not put any individual in a lower spiritual class. There is no status or prestige built into the spiritual evolutionary process. My opinions are no more valid than anyone else's. The levels these illumined / enlightened / psychic people talk about are merely to establish a reference point. This are these illusory levels and do not imply superiority, nor should they be taken as such. This is the reason I am not particularly fond of the fraternal orders which adopt the degree system. Not that they are misusing the concept. It just sends a confusing message to people on the outside. I'm sure that's not the intent of these forward thinkers. I do believe it's possible that the Spirit World has a hierarchal order to it in terms of how access to knowledge is granted. I doubt they operate this system with an attitude of self-importance. I am posting my reply from this gentleman to provide some insight into my thoughts on this subject. I feel it's an interesting discussion for those who believe that they have awakened to the Truth as this reader obviously has.
Author's Response
Those are insightful comments. I'm glad you posted. I agree with you on all counts. I do understand that beliefs are extremely important to every living being. I have maintained this from the beginning. I would never ask someone to let go of their belief system in favor of one that I feel is superior. Especially since we all have valuable experiences and thoughts that may contribute to a correct understanding of the Truth. You are right. It is a bit frustrating that these incompatible energies cannot merge. If that's what we're talking about. I realize that everyone is going at their own pace. No one can claim to be higher in spirit than anyone else. Clearly we are all learning. I also agree that conflict is an important factor in the learning process. I completely understand what you are saying.
On the other hand, you know what I mean by awakening others. If you want to call it soul-saving, that's fine. I tend to dislike the term "save," because of the connotation it's been given. What I'm trying to say is that nothing bad is going to happen to anyone by opening their eyes. It's just my hope that humanity as a whole (Global Consciousness) will eventually awaken. I feel as many others do that humanity is in a transformational period. I can't say I know exactly what that means for us. Some people claim it to be a period of enlightenment. I've heard others call it apocalyptic. They could both be right or totally wrong. I have an intuitive feeling that we are nearing the end of our journey. At least in the way we have been permitted to travel it. Again, that's just the "feeling" I get. But if it is true, do we have a responsibility to apply ourselves, or do we sit back and allow things to run their course as we have throughout history? That's the soul-saving part I guess. I'm not suggesting people go door to door exclaiming the coming of the Divine Transformation. I know we can't directly insert ourselves into the lives of others, hoping to change their outlook. I've learned that lesson. However, I do believe it's okay for people like you and I to make ourselves available as guides to point out the pot holes they keep falling into. The spirits work with us that way all of the time. I want to point out that I've fallen into plenty of my own pot holes.
I spent a significant amount of time assisting in the defense of criminals (which is probably where I get this urge to save people). I saw the same people getting themselves into the same trouble over and over. It wasn't that it was the same person doing it. They were all the same person. Many of them never learned or accomplished their missions. They just died as a result of their inability to make good decisions. It's not for me to judge their character (perhaps their behavior), but clearly you know when someone is on the wrong path. Some people's lives go on and on that way. Life after life. This seems unnecessary. It's not that they don't have the capacity to do the right thing. It's something else. I think a lot of it has to do with them not knowing what you and I know about the universe. At least the piece of it that we do know. It seems like a simple thing to let them in on it if is appropriate and reasonable to do so. There's a lot of room for discussion here. I'm certainly not the authority on the matter.
I'm glad I caught your comment. You raise some good points. I did put some thought into this reply. Thanks!
Readers Reply
The reader appreciated my lengthy response to his comment. He said I wrote it with insight and tact. The reader reflected that he only got to where he is in life because people were kind enough to guide him in making good choices. He also pointed out that one must have the curiosity and desire to accept the advice being offered. I agree that this is an essential element. An individual must be ready and willing to make the leap in spiritual understanding. I'll also add that the person must be interested in what you have to say. Otherwise, a positive and constructive relationship cannot develop. As my commenter suggests, people will continue in their struggles until they have had enough. At that point, they will look for the guidance that leads to the path of illumination. It may be as this reader claims that the human race may need to hit rock bottom before their awareness expands enough to see beyond the illusory nature of reality. These are all excellent thoughts on the matter. I concluded that a hands-off policy or at least a minimal contact (self-imposed) rule may be appropriate.
Being awakened doesn't make life any easier, but in a sense, having an understanding of reality makes it easier to manage. Anyone who has had the awakening experience will attest to this statement.

*********************** ARTICLE START ***********************
Father's Day is almost here (this year, it's Sunday, June 16). Have you always wanted to do something special for Dad on his special day? If so, consider one of the terrific Grand Canyon airplane tours – they're always a big hit with Dads. Just make sure to book yours quickly because they almost always sell out.
All airplane tours serve up some amazing aerial views, but some also land, letting you do some exploring from the ground. Flights take off from two locations: Las Vegas, NV and the South Rim's Grand Canyon National Park Airport (GCN) in Tusayan, AZ (just outside the Park's main gates). They're running on their regular schedules throughout the day.
South Rim Flights
Flights originating at GCN only do the South Rim, and all of them are air-only. That's okay, though, because they're a terrific experience. After taking off, they cover the South, North and East Rims before landing. By the time your tour's over, you'll have seen almost ¾ of the entire National Park! Tour highlights include fantastic aerial views of Imperial Point, the Colorado River Confluence and Zuni Corridor.
Flights from Vegas
Planes taking off from Las Vegas do either the South or the West Rim. Air-only and landing tours are out there for both rims. The flight to the South Rim (270 miles from Sin City) takes about 60 minutes. The West Rim, being only 120 miles from Las Vegas, is only a 30-minute flight away.
Air-only tours are terrific for folks who are short on time or have a limited budget – they're the cheapest Grand Canyon airplane tours. The usual route flies over Hoover Dam and scenic Lake Mead, circles Grand Canyon West and then turns back for Vegas.
Landing tours, on the other hand, give you a more in-depth canyon experience. After landing at the airstrip at Grand Canyon West, you'll have as much as three hours to explore the West Rim. Highlights include Hualapai Ranch, Eagle Point, Guano Point, and the unforgettable Grand Canyon Skywalk (nicknamed "the Glass Bridge").
This is a Father's Day trip, so I suggest enhancing the basic tour by adding an optional side trip (or two!) Personally, I love the package that includes an exciting chopper ride to the canyon floor. And from there you hop a pontoon boat and float down the Colorado. The whole thing takes around seven hours. My other favorite add-on is VIP access to the Glass Bridge. This fantastic place lets you walk 70 feet past the rim's edge and stand 4,000 feet above the bottom!
Another option is the Grand Canyon airplane tour that flies direct from Vegas to GCN at the South Rim. The flight there takes less than 60 minutes, and the package includes a 2 ½-hour South Rim bus tour. Your Dad would love it even more if you added the optional rim-to-rim chopper flight through dramatic Dragoon Corridor - it's the deepest, widest section of the entire canyon!
Wrapping Up
Dad deserves the best on his special day. A Father's Day South or West Rim plane tour would more than fit the bill. Besides being packed with value, these tours serve up some absolutely breathtaking views. The plane cabins have plenty of space and leg room. Just remember two things: flights are popular so you need to book at least a week in advance; and buy online directly from the tour operator. If (but only if) you complete your purchase on the 'Net, you'll get a super Internet rate which can be as much as 30% off retail price.

Depending on the particular tour, Grand Canyon airplane rides show you as much as three-fourths of the National Park, that's much more than any other type of tour. You can choose between different types of plane tours. There is an air only tour and a landing tour option.
Both types are great fun. That means it all comes down to the types of things you want to see and the size of your travel budget. Here's a closer look:
Landing Flights
Sin City is one of the main hubs for Grand Canyon air tours, especially the landing variety. These are some of your choices. One very popular option is to take an airplane tour that adds on a helicopter descent to the canyon floor. You can even add an optional extension that includes a float trip down the Colorado.
Then there is a different landing tour that stays on top the rim and includes passes to the Grand Canyon Skywalk. Once you're out at the farthest point, look down, you'll be 70 feet out past the edge and 4,000 feet above the bottom!
There's plenty to see and do at the rim top too, and you can take the free shuttle from point to point. Here are some points on the West Rim you will want to see:
Guano Point
The Notable Hualapai Ranch
The Fascinating Indian Cultural Center
Eagle Point Lookout
At the South Rims, there are fewer options, but the ones available are fantastic, like the Jeep ride though the Slot Canyons at Antelope Canyon and a smooth water rafting trip on the Colorado River. You can take your kids on these tours since they are on smooth water and kids as young as four are allowed.
Vegas Tours To The South Rim
There is also a very popular tour to the South Rim from Las Vegas. The flight to the South Rim from Las Vegas takes under an hour and you pass over a good deal of the park before you land at Grand Canyon National Park outside the main gates to the National Park in Tusayan, Arizona. One of the tours comes with a 2.5 hour bus tour of the Park. You can also add on a 30 minute helicopter ride that is exciting and fun.
Air Only Tours Of The Canyon
These Grand Canyon air tours fly 365 days a year out of Tuscany's GCA and out of Sin City. However, these tours stay in the air the whole trip and do not let you land in the National Park.
These are some of the points of interest you will see when your flight departs from Vegas:
The massive Hoover Dam
Beautiful Lake Mead
The canyon's West Rim
The Colorado River
The famous Grand Canyon Skywalk
You'll see a lot more before turning back and landing in Vegas.
You plane tour of the South Rim lets you see the North, East, and South Rims of the Grand Canyon. Some notable landmarks you get to see include these:
The highest point in the park called Imperial Point
Zuni Corridor
The widest part of the canyon called the Dragoon Corridor
The Desert Watchtower
The awe inspiring Temple of Ra
Your flight is 45 minutes full of amazing sights. Not only that, the airplane tour is a bargain.
The Best Flight Times
Morning is the ideal time to take an air tour of the Grand Canyon. That's when the air is clearest (great visibility!) and smoothest (less turbulence!). These factors are important to take into account during the summer months. On the other hand, sunset flights are very beautiful!
Hopefully, reading this has helped you choose between a Grand Canyon landing tour or an air-only flight. Landing tours are fantastic because you get to see the Park from the ground and from the air. But, the air only tours are the ideal option if you don't have much time or are on a limited budget. No matter which tour you choose, it will be an experience of a lifetime.

It depends on people how to write articles. They have different techniques and ways on how they write to get them published. Some people use blogs to share their thoughts or maybe submit some samples to newspapers and/or magazines to show off their skill. But since everything is on the computer and internet, a lot of people now use their own website to share different interests like baking, cooking, and even some do-it-yourself kind of blogs. They give out tips or tell their stories when they travel or ate in an exotic restaurant, they even add pictures to their site to show it off.
If you are interested and you want to start, here are some of the few things on how to write articles for blog or personal site and make it scream that it's yours:
Be interesting
You're writing to share. You'll share your thoughts and even experiences to other people. Make it worth reading and worth their time, and also make sure that they'd learn something from your article. Add important details or information, or put a trivia in it.
Don't stress
Take it easy. That's your own site – your own world. This is where you're going to put your mind at ease. You can redecorate your site any time you feel like.
Make it clear
Don't dilly-dally on your article. If you need to say it, just say it. Pretend like you're actually telling another person your story, the one you're telling it to will hate that you'd go around the bush before getting to the point of your story. Just make it clear and simple.
Have fun
Don't look at it as a work; it's your blog or personal site. Go on and enter your own little world where you can get lost while creating something new. Say what you want to say, it's your world. Just make sure you stay on topic and you won't stray too much, it'll confuse your readers.
Don't be afraid
Whatever it is you write, don't be afraid to go and put yourself out there. You made a site for yourself and let the people know what you like and don't like. Not only were you going to make connections but also you can meet new friends.
Be honest
Media have this reputation of lying about a person's life, most especially celebrities. As much as possible, be honest with what you write because writing may be harmless to you but to some readers, it's not. You'll hurt a lot of people and it can be used against you. Be careful with what you write about. It may be your site but, think of others as well.
Starting a personal site or blog takes a lot of hard work especially if you're just beginning. Writing takes a lot of time, so just take a few tips from how to write articles for your personal site and you'll be up and running that site in no time.

These are just some of the websites that you can refer to when you need web content services. While it can be beneficial to outsource such services, just remember that you have to explain what you need from them exactly, especially if you'll be asking them to write about something that is very specific to your company and your experiences.

When learning how to write content of good quality for your website, it's important to incorporate the best SEO (search engine optimization) practices known to the World Wide Web. Nowadays, it's vital for business/company owners or ordinary people, who just want their sites to top the search engine ranks, to learn the ropes of basic--- but effective--- SEO writing. It has been proven to be effective and helpful to people who have done it.
But, unknown to those who are unfamiliar with how SEO works, writing contents for your website may not be as easy as it seems. Sure, it uses basic grammar and all, but without proper content management, your site might end up being buried under millions of sites with better SEO practices. Writing for the web requires a lot of research and just the right amount of the right words, so it's important to discover the key reminders when creating a fresh content for your site.
Now, you may be wondering about how to write content for websites. The following tips are some of the first things you should know about:
• Topic - when making contents for your website, make sure to choose a relatable topic. Scout various forums and other internet havens for hot and trending topics. Out of that, select a specific thing you want to talk about and focus on that central idea. Why? It maintains the solid structure of your article. You wouldn't want to overwhelm your readers with a general topic covering lots of sub-topics in one article, would you?
• Research - the key to a good and accurate article is a full-on research. You don't have to go out and do a field research; instead, you can search the internet and find very reliable sources for your content. Have more than two websites to back you up, and read your sources very well. Use them only as references, because spinning or copying their content won't do you (and your site) any good.
• Keywords - for people who are very acquainted with SEO, these babies are the most important words in any web content. Keywords are, most likely, the words which people input on the search box of a search engine. In short, this group of words is one of your tickets to site optimization. For a very effective content, construct your keywords carefully by planning them beforehand. Use specific keywords for better chances of your site ranking up first. (For example, instead of "mugs," go for precise ones, like "travel mugs" or "coffee mugs.") Also, place your keywords in strategic places, like in the title, first part, and last part of the article. Distribute them around the content, too; but don't do keyword stuffing, for that will make your article look like a spam. Have an appropriate amount of keywords to put in the content.
Practicing how to write content with substance and a couple of enticing factors to allure readers may not be that easy, but with enough knowledge of the basics, you will surely survive.

Since launching regional and intercontinental services in October 2012, Gambia Bird, West Africa's newest flag-carrier, has encountered more than its fair share of obstacles.
Gambia Birds inability to gain traffic rights to Lagos remains a major setback, forcing a rethink of early plans for a high-frequency service to the Nigerian metropolis.
The prospect, however remote, of Islamist rebellions spreading from Mali across the wider Sahel region is another cause for concern, rattling some European travelers.
But for Gambia Birds management team-comprising chief executive officer Thomas Wazinski, chief commercial officer Karsten Balke ,and chief administration officer Malleh Sallah-the dream of unifying and expanding west Africa's fragmented air infrastructure is inching ever closer to reality.
With a fleet of two new Airbus A319s and an EASA-certified line station manned by Germania Technik Branderburg (GTB), they hope to transform this silver-shaped country into a major player in West Africa aviation.
"In the short and medium-term our vision is to raise the aviation industry to a level that is A-class within the sub-region," explained Sallah."Long –term, we want to turn Gambia into one of the capital) has the opportunity based on its location to be an intercontinental hub."
The idea for Gambia Bird spawned from Wazinskis earlier, unsuccessful attempt to establish a new carrier in Ghana-a country that has since given rise to the likes of Starbow and African World Airlines.
After teaming up with Sallah and securing the political backing of Gambia's president, Yayha Jammeh, Wazinski oversaw a deal that granted Germania 90% ownership of the new airline venture. President Jammehs willingness to hand over majority control of his flag-carrier to a foreign partner was a shrewd move, side-stepping many of the pitfalls faced by other start-ups.
EASA certification lies at the core of Gambia Birds proposition as a west Africa airline with European safety standards."To set up a line station here, you have to fulfill certain requirements," explained Wazinski, who is also director of GTB."The competent authority for the operator and the technical division is the German CAA .Gambia Bird has audits from the Gambian authorities too, but they don't audit GTB because it is EASA-approved."
Regulatory oversight by EASA gives the airline a free hand is selecting European destinations; though to date it serves just two routes outside Africa. London Gatwick Airports is operated twice weekly-including one flight that picks up passengers in Freetown, Sierra-Leone-while, at the time of writing, Barcelona was operated once weekly. Both routes have recorded load factors in excess of 65%, motivating the launch of a second consideration of a third or even fourth London flight at some point in the future.
"We had great success on our European routes,"Balke said."London Gatwick was picked up by the market quite easily and Barcelona was a good choice because Span air left a big gap when it pulled out of the market." He acknowledged, however, that the forthcoming entry of Spanish low-cost carrier Vueling on the Barcelona-Banjul route presents competitive challenges.
Scandinavian Destination
Beyond Spain and England, the airline had held talks with airports in Holland, Italy and countries "close to Germany and covering French catchment areas". But talks have advanced furthest with an unspecified Scandinavian destination, which is expected to become the airlines third European route in summer 2013.
Balke emphasized that Gambia Birds intercontinental links fulfill a vital function for the flag-carrier, saying:"We can feel the pride of west Africans flying into London Gatwick ,coming with an African airline ,on-time ,with a modern aircraft."
But closer to home, it is the carrier's regional footprint that will ultimately determine Banjul's potential as a hub for West Africa.
Though handicapped by delayed traffic rights to Lagos, the airline has deployed a combination of point-to-point and fifth freedom flights to serve many of the sub-regions key urban centres.
In March, it added Bamako in Mali, Quagadougou in Burkina Faso, and Abidjan in the Ivory Coast to its network. These routes complemented pre-existing services to Conakry in Guinea, Monrovia in Liberia, Freetown in Sierra Leone, Accra in Ghana, and Dakar in Senegal.
Plans for a link to Douala in Cameroon are on hold until access to Lagos is secured, as the Nigerian city will be used as a fifth-freedom stopover on the route.
Commenting on the launch of Bamako flights, Balke downplayed the relevance of a possible guerrilla war between Islamist rebels and French forces north of the city."We are not scared of the political situation in Mali," he said."We have been there and felt how safe it is [in the capita]."
An onward connection to Barcelona may also be considered, he said, as Aspaniar had previously served that route with some success.
Other possible destinations of interest in the sub-region include Cotonou in Benin, Lome in Togo, and Equatorial Guinea. But Balke said further expansion is not the top priority, insisting the airline must first "enter a process of consolidation, increase our seat load factors, and focus on marketing and distribution.
As scheduled frequencies grow, the airline will gradually reduce its charter operations."For now, if there are possibilities to have additional revenue of course we will take them," he said."But scheduled flying comes first."
Significant expansion, either in the sub-region or in Europe, would also require a larger fleet .Though this is not on the cards at present, Wazinski noted that Germania is due to take delivery of two larger A321s in November 2013 and November 2014 .Acknowledging that the economics of flying A319s from west Africa to Europe are not optimal, he said the parent company would carefully consider whether to relocate one A321 to Banjul.
Additional A319s are unlikely to be required until Gambia Bird gains access to Nigeria."We planned four frequencies a week to Lagos early on, and since then we are just waiting, waiting, waiting." complained Balke. With bilateral traffic rights enshrined in the Banjul Accord- to which both countries are signatories-he said the matter is being pursued "government to government". But he added his frustration that Nigeria's Arik Air enjoys a monopoly on the Lagos-Banjul route."They are flying here, but we cannot fly over there," Balke noted."This unfair competition will have a major impact."
Seasonal Withdrawals
For Gambia, having an autonomous flag-carrier, which maintains year-round links to its partners, is vital. This applies to European leisure traffic as much as free trade in the sub-region. With tourism accounting for nearly 20% of the country's GDP, Sallah said seasonal withdrawals by European airlines are damaging to the Gambian economy.
"For a long time we did not have a national airline operating out of Banjul International Airport," he recalled."Traditionally, during the winter months we have been flooded with Thomas Cook, Monarch, Condor and all the European charter flights.
"But then in the summer we are stuck with nothing. Gambia Bird gives Gambia the opportunity to continue linking very important European destinations all year round."
Balke agreed, saying that the government does not want to be "dependent" on foreign leisure carriers. Developing this point, he said a strong flag-carrier with a deep regional footprint and regular links to European centres of commerce would advance Banjul's hub aspirations. This, in turn, stood to benefit neighbouring countries as much as Gambia.
The stopover is Freetown on Gambia Birds second London-bound service underscores the potential benefit that it can bring to regional partners.
"We have really given Freetown the opportunity to go back home," Sallah said."I'm very proud, as a Gambian, to see the Gambian carrier facilitating not only travel for Gambians, but also for other people in the sub-region. This has been our vision from day one. We will not only be gateway to the Gambia. We will also be the gateway to west Africa."
Cooperating with neighbouring countries-both to secure traffic rights and to explore potential partnerships –is therefore critical.
The airline is already in talks with one another west Africa carrier, Balke confirmed, adding:"We have to convince all the other states within the sub-region that we are actually helping them have permanent growth in the tourism market."
Renewed airport investment is another pre-requisite, and Sallah said the Gambian CAA has already drawn up plans to improve facilities.
However, Gambia Birds status as a flag-carrier and symbol for national pride necessitates divergence from the low-cost carrier (LCC) model being trialed elsewhere on the continent, notably by Fast jet and its affiliate Fly 540.
Balke voiced skepticism about the viability of the LCC model in Africa where, he said, high airport taxes and challenging infrastructure curtail fare discounting.
In Sierra Leone, for example, authorities have proposed increasing the airport developments fee from $24 to $69."How can you be low-cost in that environment? "Fast jet and Fly 540 say they are low-cost carriers but when I look at the fares actually we are sometimes $80 cheaper than them."
Instead of minimizing base fares and introducing ancillary charges, Gambia Bird aims to balance price with product."Of course we try to cut down our costs but for some services we cannot," Balke said. He singled out Gambia Birds complimentary in-flight meals, insisting: There is a market for this and people pay for it."
The airline is also reconfiguring its dual-cabin fleet when the aircraft undergo their first c-checks in April. It will withdraw one row from each of the A319s, extending the seat pitch in economy to 31 inches.
Though that work will be completed in Berlin, most of the day-to-day MRO has stationed in Banjul. It has a spare part pool agreement with AJ Walter Aviation, amassing components as diverse as hydraulic pumps, windscreens and weather radar transceivers.

I Am an eternal optimist, even on African affairs, and am thus inspired by World Air news Addis Ababa correspondent, Kaleyesus Beles report on the call by Kenya Airways for a merger between itself, Ethiopian Airlines and South Africa Airways.
For all who love Africa, and who realize the desperate need for improved air links across the continent, a sentiment like this is an inspiring glimpse of someone with a vision of the future.
Looking deeper into the issue, one, one is struck by the sad impracticality of the idea as suggested by Kenya's Titus Naikuni. It is almost the same as saying well put a man on the moon before China does .On a continent where governments are unable to agree on more pressing issues such as basic economic development, it is perhaps only a dream to expect them to put all their pet airlines into one pot and then watch someone else make a living from the result.
On the other hand, sooner or later someone has to do it. For Africa's sake. And in this scenario both Kenyan and Ethiopian airlines are light years ahead of carriers such as SAA when it comes to running a profitable airline, which is the only basis on which a Pan African outfit should ever be attempted.
Kenya Airways is over 70% privately owned and, apart from red figures in 2009, has made a profit ever since privatization in 2003. It is the fourth largest airline in Africa and one of the few profitable ones, so Titus Naikuni knows his business and is quite within his rights to talk about a Pan African conglomerate.
Ethiopian Airlines, founded by Emperor Haile Selasie in 1945, is still 100% government –owned and makes a profit with monotonous regularity, which goes to show that government can also get things right if it allows profitability to interfere with the running of its airline.
Talks about privatization continue, but in the meantime it is the second biggest airline in Africa and continues to grow and expand by linking up across the continent with smaller local airlines, as Kaleyesus Bekele explains in his report on Ethiopia's bid for a stake in Air Malawi .A Pan African Airlines in the making already, by the looks of it, and Tewolde Gebremaraim clearly also knows his business.
These are two light-at –the –end –of –runway airlines. Made in Africa. The Collective continent should embrace them and find inspiration to follow, or even join, the lead set by these two. And South Africa should be pleased to be considered as the third country at the party.
Yes, Titus Naikuni is right in saying that such merger, in order to have a fair chance of success, should have another chance of success, should have another large, dependable partner from the south of the continent .The fact that he would consider SAA, though, shows that even he has not yet shed the fixation with state support for business to succeed.
A newly formed tripartite of African airlines ,fighting for elbow room among the existing dominance of foreign airlines in Africa ,will need to know exactly what they are up against ,and what it will take to succeed. They need as partner another Made-in-Africa, Making-Profit, Making-Sense airline like themselves to strengthen their advance.
With SAAs sorry achievement of dozing on its government laurels, building up an Everest of debt while running down the last of its assets, simply should not feature in such a tripartite equation. With privatization a rejected option, this airlines only future is eventual collapse. Taking such baggage on board should be an unthinkable option for the likes of Mr Naikuni.
It is now time of Africa's business to look beyond Africa's governments if they want to succeed. Kenyan and Ethiopian, if they ever would look south for a partner ,should cast their eyes beyond the stereotype of SAA ,to probably the only airline in Southern Africa, and one of a handful in Africa, that fits the above parameters.
Whether Comair (Made in Africa, established in 1943 by four pilots and today listed on the JSE) would be interested in such a deal only they can tell, but it will be defeatist for a Pan African venture to ignore this airline with its proud and lifelong record of success and profitability, in spite of the might of the Everest of debt it has to compete with.
Fighting for elbow room is something with which the carrier is rather familiar .Furthermore; Comair is as experienced as any airline in expanding its routes into the continent, already operating to a number of destinations to the north, east and operating to number destinations to the north, east and west of the subcontinent.
Perhaps all this will even make the rest of Africa blink its eyes and pull up its socks, getting its airlines to do what airlines should.
Yes, it's a dream. But so was the man on the moon. And when reasonable men dream together –with common sense, common goals, and clean agendas-and together take one small step at a time, Africa can have its own man on the moon.
Or at least have an airline that reaches as far as its people want to go, while still leaving some money in the bank as well.

The Management of Ethiopian Airlines (ET) is reported to be well advanced with negotiations between it and the Malawi Public Private Partnership (PPP) Commission for the acquisition of 49% of the shares in Air Malawi.
CEO of Ethiopian Airlines,Tewolde Gebremariam, told World Air news recently that Malawian Privatization Commission had invited ET as a preferred bidder for the privatization of Air Malawi .Gebremariam said the two parties had started discussions. However,he said details of the discussions were covered under a confidentiality agreement adding that they could not be for public information.
Ethiopian Airlines has been named the preferred bidder to take over State-owned Air Malawi .The Government of Malawi asked companies to present expression of interest for the partial acquisition of its failing airline. Subsequently 11 airlines submitted bids to the Malawi Privatization Authority.
Ernest & Young has been undertaking a study of the privatization of Air Malawi which ceased its operations .After evaluating the expression of interest, eight companies was selected to participate in the bid. Three of the eight companies-Ethiopian, Fly Africa and Global Business Networks-were the finalists.
Malawi Public Private Partnership Commission CEO, Jimmy Lipunga, reports that Ethiopian Airlines scored 67 points, beating Fly Africa of South Africa (61 points) and Global Business Networks of Botswana (59 points).
"The selection has been largely influenced by the preferred bidder's global experience and competitiveness. The viability of the restructured Air Malawi will be greatly enhanced through a strategic partnership with a global player. Air Malawi will gain more traffic through international route linkages," said Lipunga.
He confirmed that the Malawi Government was negotiating with Ethiopian Airlines to take over a 49% shareholding in Air Malawi, while the Malawi Government would retain 20%, with the balance of 31% going to Malawian citizens or institutions.
Lipunga added:"Ethiopian Airlines will be expected to satisfy the preference by Malawians for competitively priced and high-quality air services to multiple destinations originating from Malawi. This is also in keeping with the drive to promote the tourism industry".
Lipunga forecast that, depending on the pace and outcome of the negotiations, Air Malawi Limited, a new company to be formed as a result of the deal, should be able to start operations in the next two months. "Roping in of a strategic partner for Air Malawi is part of the drive by the Malawi Government to develop the aviation sector. An efficient aviation sector has the potential to unlock significant foreign exchange-earning capacity in the tourism sector," he said.
Prior to its closure ,Air Malawi's route network included five regional and three domestic destinations from its twin hubs of Chileka Airport, in Blantyre ,and Kamuzu International Airport ,in the capital ,Lilongwe .On the regional front ,it served Johannesburg ,in South Africa,Dar es Salaam, in Tanzania, Nairobi ,in Kenya, Lusaka, in Zambia, and Harare ,in Zimbabwe.
Lipunga expressed the hope that, with substantial investment in the airline, Air Malawi would be a feeder airline to the two major regional hubs of Johannesburg and Nairobi. He said there was also potential to introduce several new routes in the region and beyond, based on existing bilateral air services agreements.
Ethiopian anticipates establishing a regional hub in Southern Africa, most probably in Zambia .Ethiopian is expected to deploy key personnel in Blantyre and design a turn-around programme for the ailing airline.
World Air news understands that the Air Malawi personnel-both ground and air staff, who lost their jobs with the demise of the national carrier, have been invited to submit new applications for employment to the airline. This is an indication that hopes are high for an early revival of the carrier.
Latest news is that Ethiopian Airlines is to open a new route from Addis Ababa to Blantyre at the beginning of June. This is in addition to the long-existing service to Lilongwe which has operated on a thrice-weekly basis.
Another new route will be to Ndola, in Zambia, which will open soon.

Article Title: Buy Plus Size Swimwear on the Internet

When looking for a flattering plus size swimwear on the internet: the first thing which should be considered before buying is the size of the swimwear and the body measurements. Size differs from one brand to another and also differs between clothing fabric and swimwear fabric. Never assume that your everyday wear size (for example size 20) would be the same as a swimwear in size 20 as they are made from different fabric and also from different brands/ manufacturers. You should measure yourself (bust; waist; hips) and compare them to the manufacturer size chart.
In addition, a well chosen plus size swimwear should have a good design. There are different swimwear designs for different shapes of plus size women in the market: pear shape (smaller top and larger bottom); apple shape (top is larger than bottom); hour-glass shape (large top, large bottom and smaller waist) and rectangular shape (large top, bottom and no waist). If you are not sure about which design: one piece, two piece swimwear, tankinis, skirtinis or swimdress would suit your shape, just ask the seller.
Good plus size swimwear is meant to give the wearer confidence when she is out at the beach or in the pool; the garment would fit well, camouflage those bulges besides giving her comfort. When choosing a plus size swimwear, go for the one that will hold your tummy firmly, flatter your body shape and make you look gorgeous.
Shopping for the best women's plus size swimwear can be a daunting task for many. But thanks to the internet revolution, women in plus size now can try new swimsuits at their own pace. The advantage of shopping online is that there are many online shops provide different swimwear designs or styles with competitive prices and they are much cheaper than buying from brick and mortal shops. With just a few clicks, you can go from one to another online shop; many of the swimwear shops now offer extra bonuses or services such as free delivery.
The disadvantage of shopping online is that you can not physically touch the garment or try it on before you buy; also you do not know how long it would take to receive your goods after purchase. You can overcome the problem by searching for experience or feedback from other customers who already purchased from that website; they may post their review on the website or on other review websites and that will help your purchase decision.
Another important factor when you plan to purchase a new swimwear online is to read the seller's exchange or refund policy such as timing for the return and other costs involve in the return process. Return policies may vary from seller to seller so to make a smooth purchase between you and the seller; you should ask him/her any question which you are unclear about the policy before buying the goods.
With the above knowledge, there should be no problem for choosing a nice plus size swimwear on the internet especially if you are the first time online customer and the knowledge will help you avoid any pitfall on the worldwide web.

If you're visiting Tampa and have had your fill of the ubiquitous theme parks, chain restaurants, and tourist traps, you may be interested in exploring some of the vicinity's quirkier landmarks, natural oddities, and distinctive eateries. For a true taste of the area, consider visiting some or all of these wonderfully unique destinations:
• Airstream Ranch – You've probably heard of the Cadillac Ranch in Amarillo, Texas. But in Dover, just outside Tampa, you can see eight silver Airstream trailers planted firmly in the ground with their noses pointing defiantly skyward. This fun and rather infamous exhibit has generated both raves and criticism and, as such, has arguably achieved its purpose as a work of art – to evoke a reaction in the viewer. It also makes for a great photo opp.
• Parkesdale Farm Market – Located in Plant City, also known as the strawberry capital of Florida, this family-operated strawberry and citrus market is visited by people who travel from far and wide to sample a world-famous strawberry milkshake, available year-round and dubbed by the Food Network as "America's Best Drinkable Dessert."
• Weeki Wachee Springs – Home to a refreshing, spring-fed water park (open seasonally), this attraction is better known for its unique live underwater "mermaid" show – the only one of its kind in the world.
• Hillsborough River State Park – Experience the Florida wilderness just outside of Tampa, where you're likely to see an alligator basking in the sun as you hike, cycle, camp, canoe, kayak, picnic, or simply relax. Just be sure to observe from a distance, and never attempt to feed the gators.
• Big Cat Rescue – Take a guided tour and meet over 100 lions, tigers, leopards, cougars, and other wild cats in this unique educational sanctuary dedicated to ending the abuse and abandonment of captive exotic animals and promoting preservation of the species in the wild.
• Tampa Electric Manatee Viewing Center – Large numbers of warm-blooded manatees flock to the clean, warm saltwater discharge canal of the Big Bend Power Station, which has been designated a state and federal sanctuary to provide critical protection from the cold for these slow-moving, plant-eating aquatic animals. Enjoy an educational exhibit and nature walkways, along with the unique opportunity to view these gentle giants up close.
• Tampa Theater – Built in 1926 as one of America's most elaborate "movie palaces," the Tampa Theater remains a fiercely protected landmark in the heart of downtown. Inside, audiences are transported to a lavish, Mediterranean courtyard replete with old world statuary, gargoyles, and flowers. Overhead, you can view the floating clouds and twinkling stars of a nighttime sky. A favorite of area ghost hunters, the Tampa Theater is also rumored to be haunted.
• The Fish House – If you would enjoy eating some fresh fish at a picnic table, this hidden gem –and local favorite – is the place to be. Everything from shrimp to oysters to mullet to grouper comes dipped in a light, delicious batter, and if the heat rules out alfresco dining, you can take your order to go.
• Bok Tower Gardens – A meandering, historic landscaped garden complete with tranquil resting spots invites contemplation among breathtaking vistas. Acres of ferns, palms, oaks, and pines create a lush backdrop for flowering foliage, and the 205-foot neo-Gothic and art deco Singing Tower houses one of the world's finest carillons. Concerts are performed daily.
• Ybor City – Known as Tampa's "Latin Quarter," this culturally rich neighborhood was founded as a cigar-manufacturing center and is now designated a National Historic Landmark District. Enjoy some Spanish or Cuban cuisine and then browse the eclectic shops and galleries among the old-world charm of red brick buildings, wrought iron balconies, and narrow brick streets.
• The Sponge Docks – The sponge industry helped build Tarpon Springs, a small Greek community now famous not only for the world's finest sponges, but also some of the best Greek restaurants, markets, and bakeries in the US
With its glistening beaches, lush foliage, rich history, and intriguing wildlife, Tampa is an alluring destination that draws countless visitors year round. By adopting a spirit of adventure, however, you will discover just how much more this beautiful tropical city has to offer.

While spending time in the City of Brotherly Love, you might enjoy straying from the conventional and visiting some of the quirky nearby attractions that pay homage to the unusual and provide the area with its own delightful sense of weirdness. For a true foray into the bizarre, check out the following:
• Ringing Rocks Park – A mysterious, 128-acre wooded area nestled in Upper Black Eddy, the park includes a large boulder field of unexplained origin. When struck lightly with a hammer, the boulders resonate like bells. Some popular theories developed to explain this phenomenon include radioactivity, meteorites, comets, strange magnetic fields, and supernatural possibilities.
• Mercer Museum – This towering concrete castle built in 1916 by Henry C. Mercer, archeologist and tile-maker, is an imposing landmark in otherwise low-rise Doylestown. Each themed room inside hosts a dramatic display of tools, folk art, and other handmade objects – including a vampire-killing kit – used prior to the Industrial Revolution. Mercer compiled the collection and built the museum to house it in order to inspire an appreciation and awareness of the past in its visitors.
• Fonthill – Just down the street from the Mercer Museum is the former home of Henry Mercer himself. When his rich aunt died and left him some money, Mercer – who had no architectural training whatsoever – decided to build himself a concrete castle to live in. The labyrinth-like interior twists, turns, climbs, and descends to reveal 10 bathrooms, 18 fireplaces, 21 chimneys, and over 32 sets of stairs. Adorned with Mercer's own decorative – and sometimes ghoulish – tile work, the castle is also home to a human skull, which was gifted to Mercer by his sister to remind him to be productive because "life is short." Indeed.
• Grounds for Sculpture – A 42-acre sculpture park located in nearby Hamilton, New Jersey, Grounds for Sculpture was founded in 1992 by J. Seward Johnson, sculptor and philanthropist, to promote an understanding and appreciation of contemporary sculpture. Among the more than 240 works of various renowned artists are a number of Johnson's own tableaus, which are based on well-known nineteenth-century paintings. In his re-creation of Edouard Manet's painting, Dejeuner Sur l'Herbe, Johnson's three-dimensional play on a two-dimensional artwork make it truly difficult to distinguish between what is real and what is art. Designed for passersby to stumble upon, gasp in shock, and laugh once they realize their mistake, Johnson skillfully brings this painting, and others, one step closer to real life.
• Rocky Statue – Originally created for the movie Rocky III, this bronze sculpture now immortalizes the fictional Rocky Balboa character played by Sylvester Stallone. After filming was completed, Stallone donated the now infamous statue to the City of Philadelphia, where it has drawn both raves and criticism. The statue is presently situated at the bottom of the stairs in front the entrance to the Philadelphia Museum of Art. Making the iconic trip up the 72 stone steps is now regarded as a symbol of determination and perseverance, and many tourists can't resist recreating this scene from the movie. After reaching the top and mimicking Rocky's triumphant celebration, be sure to turn around and enjoy the expansive view of the Benjamin Franklin Parkway and Center City skyline.
• Eastern State Penitentiary – The largest building in America when it opened in 1829, this brooding and looming prison site was purposely designed to inspire dread. Oddly enough, it was also intended to be a tourist attraction. Up until the time it closed in 1971, many convicts spent 23 hours a day locked in isolation cells (former star prisoner Al Capone occupied more well-appointed digs). The other hour was spent outdoors, but the inmates were required to wear leather bags over their heads. Characterized by an eerie silence, this monkish system was accused of causing prisoners to go insane in their cells. Tours are available in the now "stabilized ruin," which is also home to "Terror Behind The Walls," widely considered to be one of America's creepiest Halloween attractions.
Known as the birthplace of our nation, Philadelphia is steeped in historical significance. By delving a little deeper under the surface, however, an adventurous visitor will likely discover that Pennsylvania's largest city is also rich with eccentricity.

The natural aging process and cumulative wear-and-tear on the spine that goes along with it make almost everyone susceptible to spinal stenosis at some point in their lives. This condition develops when a herniated disc, bone spur, or other hardened tissue leads to a gradual narrowing of the spinal canal in one or more areas, such as the opening at the center of the canal, the spinal nerve branches, or the spaces between the vertebrae. The resulting pressure exerted on the spinal cord and nerves can lead to neurological symptoms, including pain, decreased sensation, and muscle weakness. While home treatment cannot cure spinal stenosis, it can help make a patient feel more comfortable by alleviating the symptoms.
First and foremost, if you believe you may be suffering from spinal stenosis, you should see your doctor to confirm your diagnosis. In addition, it is important to consult with a physician before beginning any type of home treatment or exercise regimen.
Pay Attention to What Your Body is Telling You
That said, the best way to feel better is to avoid the movements and activities that exacerbate your symptoms. Because each case is highly individualized, you will need to pay close attention to your body. It may be helpful to keep a journal and record when you experience pain and what you were doing during and just prior to its onset.
In general, any positions that extend the spine will narrow the intervertebral space even more, so it's advisable to avoid walking downhill, lying on your stomach, and standing for long periods of time. Most patients find that they feel more comfortable in a flexed forward position; therefore, you might try walking on a treadmill at a slight incline using the arm rails to support your body weight as necessary, riding a stationary bicycle while leaning on the handlebars, sitting in a recliner instead of a straight-backed chair, and sleeping with your lower legs elevated on a pillow to keep your spine mildly flexed.
Exercise – You Might be Surprised by How it Makes You Feel
If the mere thought of exercise is making you cringe, don't knock it until you've tried it! Moving your spine is very beneficial in that it will deliver oxygen to your discs, help your blood to circulate, and strengthen your back muscles. Conversely, a lack of motion can lead to further deterioration. For these reasons, it is extremely important to remain as active as you can tolerate. A regular exercise program consisting of low impact activities, such as walking and swimming for 20-30 minutes a day, combined with movements designed to improve the strength, range of motion, and flexibility of your spine, can be very helpful in managing the symptoms of spinal stenosis. A physical therapist can recommend appropriate exercises, and also teach you proper lifting techniques and other useful maneuvers.
Eliminate Household Hazards
Because spinal stenosis can cause pain and numbness in your legs, you may be at risk of losing your balance. Thus, you should take extra care to eliminate tripping hazards around your home, such as slippery floors and carpets, electrical cords, toys, poor lighting, cluttered walkways, throw rugs, and low-standing furniture like ottomans and footstools. Pay particular attention to your bathroom, one of the most hazardous rooms in the house. Make sure the bottom of your tub and shower have a rough, non-slip coating, or use a safety mat, and consider installing grab bars for extra support around the tub, shower, and toilet. In the kitchen, make sure everything you use on a regular basis is kept within easy reach.
Take Over-the-Counter Pain Relievers as Needed
Many patients find relief by taking over-the-counter pain relievers, such as nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) and acetaminophen. Just be sure to review all of your medicines, both prescription and non-prescription, with each of your physicians to identify potential drug interactions. Also, take care to limit your use of alcohol and any medications that cause dizziness or drowsiness, which can increase your risk of falling.
If your pain persists or worsens, surgical intervention may be recommended to treat your spinal stenosis. Be sure to discuss all of your options with your doctor. You may be a candidate for a minimally invasive procedure that results in a quicker recovery period and allows you to reclaim your formerly active lifestyle much sooner than you could expect following traditional spinal surgery.

Rating: R
Length: 108 minutes
Release Date: May 24, 2013
Directed by: Richard Linklater
Genre: Drama
Stars: 3.5 out of 5
"Before Midnight" is the third installment in a series of films detailing the meeting and subsequent relationship of a young couple, Jesse (Ethan Hawke) and Celine (Julie Delpy). The two first met on a train in Vienna in the 1995 film "Sunrise," and then they caught up with each other again in Paris in the 2004 film "Before Sunset." When they first met, the two were fresh-faced young adults in their early twenties. In "Before Midnight," they are not only in their mid-forties, they are the parents of twin girls.
The movie starts off with the family on holiday in Greece. They head to the airport to send Jesse's teenage son from his first marriage, Hank (Seamus Davey-Fitzpatrick), back to his mom in Chicago, and this act sends Jesse spiraling down the absentee-father's road to self-doubt, which leads to several deep conversations with Celine. In fact, Jesse is considering moving the family from their home in Paris back to Chicago, so he can spend more time with Hank.
The couple heads back to the friend's villa where they are staying, and they begin to do something that wasn't really seen in the first two movies-they interact with others. Throughout much of the movie, they discuss with other people the topics of love, the differences between men and women, the intricacies of relationships, and what has gone in their lives over the past nine years.
Much of the movie's final act is punctuated with a huge fight that erupts between Jesse and Celine because she ends a phone conversation with Hank before Jesse has the chance to say goodbye. The fight is long, drawn-out, and intense, and it leaves audiences going back and forth over which person they should be rooting for. As it always happens, things work out just fine in the end.
In the first two movies, Jesse and Celine were young, optimistic, and perpetually talking about the future. In "Beyond Midnight," director Richard Linklater opted for a realistic and pragmatic narrative, and the movie shows Jesse and Celine as a mature couple, wrinkles and all. Instead of planning their future, they tend to talk about the mistakes they have made in the past and the problems they have in the present. Youthful idealism has been replaced with comfort and contentment, although the movie leaves the gnawing impression that there is something much bigger going on that nobody wants to talk about.
All three movies manage to capture something that very few directors are truly able to achieve: true and utter realism. From the easy dialog to the awkward pauses, everything in "Beyond Midnight" allows the audience to envision themselves in the same situation. The last nine years have taken a toll on this couple, just as time does in real life. Viewers who have followed this couple through the past two movies come into "Beyond Midnight" assuming the couple's relationship is rock solid. Those same viewers leave the movie with many questions.
Richard Linklater is a self-taught writer and director who made his directorial debut in 1985, but he didn't come into his own until the 1990s. He was the genius behind such films as "Fast Food Nation," "Before Sunset," "Bad News Bears," and "A Scanner Darkly."
Ethan Hawke was perfectly cast in the role of Jesse. He has a gentle calm about him, and he is able to add real depth to the character he portrays. Hawke came into "Beyond Midnight" with a long and successful resume, including two Oscar nominations. One of his first films was the 1989 hit "Dead Poets Society," which he followed up with parts in "Reality Bites," "Training Day," "Assault on Precinct 13," and "Fast Food Nation."
Julie Delpy makes the perfect complement to Ethan Hawke in the film. She was born in France to parents who were in the entertainment business, and she made her acting debut in 1978 in the French movie "Guerres Civiles en France." Delpy started acting in American movies in the 1990s, and she soon won the hearts of viewing audiences everywhere. She signed on to make several Disney films in 1993, including "Killing Zoe," "The Three Musketeers," and the "Three Colors" franchise.
Seamus Liam Davey-Fitzpatrick was born in 1998, and he made his acting debut in 2003 in the short film, "The Paper Mache Chase." His breakout role came just three years later when he landed the role of Damien in the hit movie "The Omen." He has continued to appear on television shows, including "Lights Out" and "Guiding Light," and has had supporting roles in several big-screen films as well.

"X2," is the sequel to the huge smash hit "X-Men," which explored the contours of the moral landscape and offered a thought-provoking meditation on what it means to be human via the expedient device of indestructible mutants shooting laser beams out of their eyes. That's not a joke, by the way, the X-series, whether in comics, cartoons, or the big screen has always been chiefly concerned with using the outlandish and the extreme to offer a fresh perspective on the mundane. Also, eye-lasers.
The sequel may be, if anything, more in keeping with the original spirit of the "X-Men" franchise. While the production elements and "mutants heroically save the world" plot is standard fare, it's in the quotes from the movie that one will find the essence of the series' core philosophy. Here, then, are five of the most memorable quotes from "X2."
Wolverine: "Got any beer?"
Bobby: "This is a school."
Wolverine: "So that's a no?"
Bobby: "Yeah, that's a no."
Wolverine: "Got anything other than chocolate milk?"
The nice thing about this exchange between Bobby and Wolverine is it not only establishes their relative characters with minimal exposition and limited time, but it also helps to create a delightful mood of insouciance that will set the pace for the rest of these characters' interaction with each other. The carelessness with which Wolverine asks is rebuffed and finally expresses a kind of sneering contempt for even the institution of the school. Not just this school, but school. Wolverine is a very bad boy, after all, and while he generally winds up doing what's right for others, it just wouldn't be in keeping with his backstory to play nicely with others. This exchange expresses that with sublime ease.
Mrs. Madeline Drake: [to Bobby] "Have you ever tried ... not being a mutant?"
Yes, Bobby; have you ever tried just denying the central fact of your existence for the convenience of those around you? In a very real way, Mrs. Drake's exasperated question is asked of everyone to some extent. Even the biggest conformist in the world will sometimes find it difficult to fit in or have some private aspect that's best left discreet. Whatever it is, the world-sometimes in the guise of one's own worn-out parents-will plead what amounts to "can't you just be normal and in denial?" This is really too bad, but as every kid should learn growing up, the only practical answer is a loving but firm "no."
William Stryker: "The tricky thing about adamantium is, that if you ever manage to process its raw, liquid form, you got to keep it that way, keep it hot. Because once the metal cools, it's indestructible. But you already know that."
This one is included just for the peek it gives into the process of writing a plausible movie plot about mutants and impossible technology. Movie lines that end with something like "but you already know that" are pure exposition of exactly the kind writers aren't supposed to do. The basic rule of realistic writing is "show, don't tell," and it's obeyed for the most part. Unfortunately, when the movie deals with super powers and equally super technology, some exposition is unavoidable if the audience is to know what's going on and where to feel suspense. When, as here, it takes the form of essentially knocking down the fourth wall and reading the movie's accompanying study guide directly to the audience, it can be a lot of fun, provided the writer always remembers to add the ending "but. . ."
William Stryker: "Sergeant, kill everyone that approaches; even if it is me."
Stryker speaks this line as a form of insurance against Mystique impersonating him to penetrate security. This isn't a bad idea, and is actually the definition of tight security, but can end in tears if Stryker forgot his keys inside.
Dr. Jean Grey: "I keep feeling something bad is supposed to happen ..."
This is one of the best lines of the movie. Context actually spoils it since it stands alone so well as a way of expressing that nagging feeling everybody gets when things go too well for too long. It's as if people just aren't wired up to be comfortable for too long and have to keep pushing until it all ends in tears. Of course, all things-including thoughtful, well-written articles about movies-must end sometime, and so in a very real sense, something bad really is "about to happen" to everybody.

Mentors are online today to help with making money on the internet. Google "online business mentoring and coaching" and many sites show up in search results. Next begins the task of determining who will be the best coach for you.
Finding a Super Mentor
There are tied and true methods for finding the best internet money-making coach you can find. Several ideas are as follows:
1. Ask for personal recommendations. If you have colleagues who have made money online ask them for referrals to good mentors and coaches. Tap into industry associations for referrals. You might also find recommendations by reading blogs and asking direct questions on social media platforms. Request reviews and invite candid recommendations.
2. Read trade journals and magazines on the niche money marketing venue. Entrepreneur is an excellent resource to determine what marketing specialists are most admired. Go to your local library or bookstore and read through Internet marketing books by authors who have developed online money making programs and are highly credible.
3. One smart idea is to take advantage of low-cost or even free training. There are high quality introductory classes and web downloads by Internet marketing pros that provide money-making ideas. If you are happy with the preliminary information, sign up and take the rest of the mentoring course.
4. Watch out for scammers. To avoid being taken in by a fraudulent business coaches or mentors, spend time searching for "business opportunity scams" in your favorite search engine. Pay particular attention to work at home business articles.
There are usually no specific certifications or procedures that need to be followed to be an online coach or internet money-making mentor. The industry is wide open and there is money to be made. Thus the Internet offers a perfect breeding ground for those who have made a couple of dollars via Twitter or their account on Facebook and so on.
The idea: develop a coaching plan, make money, and get out of the business. It is perfectly acceptable to create your own products and services, but overnight experts really do not know all the in's and out's of marketing online and making money long term. Ask yourself, why would you pay someone good money it they have no track record and have never made acceptable sums of money online?
Research mentoring and coaching programs and do ensure that your money pays for more than just a quickie link or methods that are not tried and true. Find a coaching company that offers the following:
- WordPress training
- Lead generation
- Squeeze page information and set up
- Affiliate system systems
- Webinar training
- List management and email marketing
- Blogging and content management
- Group buying opportunities
- And more...
Discuss your aims needs and your expertise with a coach or mentor. If they are a reputable coach or coaching company they will discuss your needs one-on-one and actually call you, chat or email you to discuss your business plans. You will be provided with support information for questions as you build your business. Get to know your coaching or mentoring company before using what little money you have. A good mentoring company will get you on the right path toward making money online.
