*********************** ARTICLE START ***********************
In the earlier article "An Amazing Discovery in Turkey", I described how Doctor HZ Ozel discovered an age old remedy for cancer and other conditions in rural Turkey in the early 1960's and, after successfully treating thousands of patients over the past 40 years, Dr. Ozel patented the medicine and it was entered into FDA trials. Unfortunately, after passing phase I trials, the patented medicine known as Anvirzel™ has languished for lack of funding (many consider a the patent, based on an age old remedy and common plant to be a weak one) and inter-company squabbles – and it may be many years, if ever, before this promising cancer fighter reaches the market as an FDA approved medicine.
The good news is that you do not have to wait for the approved medication, because you can make your own oleander extract at home on your stovetop, based on the original patent by Doctor Ozel and the folk remedy that has been used for thousands of years. Oleander is a naturally growing plant found all over the southern and southwestern United States and throughout much of the world, and if it isn't growing naturally near you, you can order oleander plants from many mail-order nurseries on the internet. (There are also at least three sources of a commercial supplement version I am aware of, but that will have to wait for a future article.)
Yes, you can make your own oleander remedy, known as "oleander soup" at home about as easily as a large pot of beans, and for that, you can thank a personal injury lawyer by the name of Edward F. Hensley, from San Antonio, Texas, whom I call the "Father of Oleander Soup".
In 2002, Ed's mother was diagnosed with liver and lung cancer, small cell, and a sister with Hepatitis-C. Ed's sister, Catrina (Cat), began researching and networking with her friends for answers to the doctor's prognosis that Betty Hensley only had a few months to live. After contacting one of her old friends, she was told about a clinic in Honduras she could contact and discuss a new cancer drug, which was being made in San Antonio. Cat made a few calls and found who to order the drug from. It cost $1500.00 for a six-week supply of what was called Anvirzel™. Cat, Ed, and their brother John put up the initial funds and the drug was ordered.
Betty had been seeing an oncologist in San Antonio, who advised of the risks of chemotherapy, and radiation therapy, and the fact that in her advanced stage, it would have only a small chance of extending her life, and a big chance of serious side effects, including destroying her immune system. Even so, she did try chemo for several weeks, with no result. When the Anvirzel™ arrived, she began injecting it with Cat's help, following the instructions provided by the medical doctor in Honduras. After three weeks she went in for new scans with her oncologist. The new films showed the tumors in both her lungs and her liver were shrinking. Her doctor could not directly participate in the injections, but agreed to research the drug.
When the six week supply was about gone, and Betty was very sore at the site of her injections, Ed began researching what this new drug was made of, and what it's long term usage going to do, and cost. The FDA had a letter posted on its site, warning about the drug, made from the oleander plant, saying it was unproven and should not be used. Yet, the clinic in Honduras was reporting many successful cures of several types of cancer, including juvenile brain cancer.
Ed was determined to find out what was in the drug, and went to the US Patent office web site and researched using the term Anvirzel™. After several searches, Ed found the patent. It was about 39 pages of legalese, written in the language of patent attorneys, who charge $400 per hour for writing patents, which only lawyers and scientists dare to read.
After several weeks of part time study, the patent began to make sense. It was simply a very confusing, overly detailed, and exaggerated method of making a soup out of the leaves and stems of a common plant, oleander. No problem. Ed had huge oleander plants in his back yard, which were very healthy ornamentals with beautiful flowers year-round. Making the soup was as simple as getting a soup pot, some clippers, an electric hot plate, and a place to cook. Ed's wife, Carol, would not permit him to cook it in her kitchen, so Ed was resigned to his outside store room, a 10x18 foot building storing yard tools and seasonal sports equipment.
After burning several pots of soup because the heat was too high, Ed turned down the heat, and boiled the water and oleander clippings for four hours. Then he took out the leaves and stems, and strained the remaining broth, using paper towels and plastic strainers. Per Dr. Ozel's method in the patent, he allowed the broth to cool before straining. He then slow boiled the broth until only about one fifth of the original liquid was left in the bottom of the 12-quart pot.
Ed measured the specific gravity with an anti-freeze gauge, which showed the measurements on a small scale. It was where Dr. Ozel recommended in the patent, about as thick as chicken soup broth. Next, 10 feeder mice were purchased and given the new liquid, which Ed named "oleander soup", as their only source of liquid for two weeks, with all the mouse food they could eat. The mice gained weight, were kind of lazy, but remained alive and looking well.
Ed's mother was about out of her supply of Anvirzel™ at that point, so Ed took a bottle of the soup to Betty's house for a comparison with her drug. It looked the same. It tasted the same. The new soup was fresh, not freeze dried and re-constituted, and according to Betty, tasted fresher. Ed went first and tried some, about a teaspoon. Betty then tried it, taking a teaspoon full. She declared she liked the fresh version better, and that was that. She took oral doses three times a day with meals, with diarrhea the only side effect, which subsided after a week.
Her tests three weeks later were surprising, showing the tumors were still shrinking and were almost gone. A month later, she had no tumors at all. Betty quit taking the soup after another month, after her doctor declared she was free of cancer.
Sadly, about eight months later, feeling healthy, and energetic, Betty flopped down on her bed for a nap, and felt her collar bone snap. Tests showed cancer in the bone, and it was aggressive. Her oncologist referred her to another doctor who recommended some strong new chemotherapy, and discouraged her from going back on the oleander extract. In two months the chemo had slowed the bone cancer, but had also destroyed her kidneys. She died a month later of kidney failure, never taking another drop of the oleander soup or Anvirzel™, which had previously saved her life. But she trusted her oncologist, who was very nice and very persuasive. Thankfully, Betty did live to be 88 years of age. She had been a heavy, two pack a day smoker since Ed's father gave her a cigarette when she was 18. He died at 61 from coronary disease, directly related to his heavy smoking.
Catrina had been dealing with Hepatitis-C, a serious liver condition, which often leads to liver cancer. She began making her own oleander soup and took it, hoping it would stop her condition. It did. In less than two months, her Hepatitis-C was gone. Her liver enzymes were normal. It has not returned in over two years. She has shared the recipe with doctors from Mexico who are treating poor patients with aids, cancer, Hepatitis-c, and psoriasis. A friend of hers reports her rheumatoid arthritis symptoms have gone using the homemade remedy. She laughs when describing the scene in her kitchen, with a big pot of boiling leaves, and two Mexican brothers, medical doctors, standing there taking notes on how to cook something not nearly as difficult as "boracho beans" or chicken mole, two favorite Mexican dishes.
Later in 2003, Ed was surfing the Internet, looking for sites that referenced "Anvirzel™". He found the Minnesota Wellness Directory site, and read their remarks about how good the prospects were for this new extract made from poisonous oleander leaves. Ed e-mailed the host the recipe and a short summary of his research. After the host, David, researched the concept and the soup recipe, including getting opinions from his herbalist and medical friends, he published the recipe on his site in his June 2003 newsletter, with warnings about its use.
Not one of his friends reported a problem with the soup, and many of them reported that their cancers and other disorders were improved.
Live long, live healthy, live happy!

*********************** ARTICLE START ***********************
Arthritis is a disease that causes pain and loss of movement of the joints. The word arthritis literally means joint inflammation (arth=joint, ritis=inflammation), and refers to more than 100 different diseases.
One Highly Effective Arthritis Remedy:
A good friend of the author's successfully used the following regimen with 100% success to rid not only himself, but also friends and two other family members of various forms of arthritis:
1) Plant Minerals- minerals are the building blocks of the enzymes necessary for the utilization of all other vitamins, etc. (rock minerals are a waste of money since only 5-15% can be broken down by the body before being eliminated. Minerals already digested by plants are potentially 100% absorbable.)
2) Colloidal Gold - gold has even been used by mainstream medicine to treat severe Arthritis.
3) MSM, Glucosamine, Chondrotin, Collagen
4) Calcium with Ostivone
5) Colloidal Silver- some arthritis is believed to be viral related and colloidal silver is an extremely good anti-viral agent.
Since arthritis comes in so many different forms and since no two people are alike, what works for one person or one kind of arthritis may not work for another. Following are other remedies, treatments and information which have reported to have been effective with at least some people and some forms of arthritis:
Juices for arthritis:
• Black cherry juice is good for arthritis. Take two glasses of this juice twice a day (each glass contains four ounces of juice diluted with four ounces of water). You can discontinue this treatment once the pain clears up.
• People with rheumatoid arthritis should include in their daily diets juices high in the anti-inflammatory nutrients. These nutrients include beta-carotene (found in parsley, broccoli and spinach) and copper (found in carrots, apples and ginger).
• Rheumatoid arthritis improves with a glass or two a day of pineapple juice. Pineapple is a rich source of the enzyme bromelain, which has strong anti-inflammatory properties.
Other Useful Juices:
• Carrot, celery, and cabbage juice. Add a little parsley.
• Potato juice (If you are not allergic to this.)
• Cherry juice.
• Take juice of half a lemon before every meal and before going to bed.
• Carrot, beet, and cucumber.
• During acute stage, one pint to one quart celery juice daily.
• Radish, garlic
Caution: Certain juices may cause adverse reactions in people with osteoarthritis. Avoid citrus fruits, and be careful with vegetables from the nightshade family, including potatoes, tomatoes, peppers and eggplant. Citrus seems to promote swelling, and nightshades contain psyllium alkaloids, which cause problems for some people.
The Gin and Raisins Remedy
(I know this sounds crazy – but I have personally spoken with several people who swear by it!)
• Put three shot glasses or small containers on your counter.
• In each shot glass, put 9 (not 8 or 10) golden raisins, not regular raisins.
• Pour just enough gin over them to just barely cover them (any kind of gin should do). By the 3rd day, the gin should be absorbed by the raisins.
• Eat the raisins from one shot glass, and set the glass up again with 9 more golden raisins, just barely covered with any kind of gin, and put the fresh glass at the end of the line.
• Each day, eat the 9 oldest raisins, then set it up again.
• Repeat until pain-free, usually 72 hours. It is truly amazing. And cheap!
Other Remedies
• Dilute five drops of essential oil of ginger in 20 drops of a carrier oil such as wheat germ or almond oil (available from health shops), and massage into painful areas. Remember that essential oils should never be taken internally.
• Glucosamine sulphate. This is a glucose-based chemical produced naturally in healthy joints, where it is used to repair and maintain cartilage, and seems to be effective in reducing arthritic pain, at least in mild to moderate cases. So far, no adverse side effects have been reported, but it is the subject of major clinical trials in the US, so we should soon know a great deal more.
• On an empty stomach take three to four walnuts or one fresh coconut.
• Mix equal parts of the following herbs: black cohosh, genitian root, angelica, colombo, scull cap, valerian, rue and buckthorn bark, and take one heaping teaspoon in a cup of boiling water. Let steep, and drink three 1/2 cups per day.
• Alfalfa (Medicago saliva): Alfalfa is a folk remedy for arthritis in southern Appalachia. Alfalfa tea is rich with nutritive minerals. We recommend that you do not take the alfalfa powder; take the tea instead. Alfalfa contains 1-canavanine, an amino acid that can cause symptoms that are similar to those of systemic lupus, an autoimmune disease that can also cause joint pain. Some scientific studies show that these symptoms can occur in both animals and humans as a result of eating alfalfa. The amino acid is not present to any significant amount in alfalfa tea. Place 1 ounce of alfalfa in a pot. Cover with 1 quart of water and boil for thirty minutes. Strain and drink the quart throughout the day. Do this for two to three weeks, and then take a break for seven to ten days before starting again.
• Angelica (Angelica archangelica): Angelica is an herb that has been used in European folk medicine since antiquity. It can be used to treat arthritis. The Western variety of angelica has 12 anti-inflammatory constituents, ten antispasmodic (muscle relaxant) constituents, and five anodyne (pain-relieving) ones. The Chinese sometimes use their native variety of the plant (Angelica sinensis) for the same purpose. The Chinese species is sold in North America under the names dang gui or dong quai. Place 1 tablespoon of the cut roots of either species of angelica in 1 pint of water and bring to a boil. Cover and boil for two minutes. Remove from heat and let stand, covered, until the water cools to room temperature. Strain and drink the tea in 3 doses during the day for two to three weeks at a time. Then, take a break for seven to ten days and start the treatment again if desired.
• Black Cohosh (Cimicifuga racemosa): An American Indian treatment for arthritis involved using the root of black cohosh. There are five species in the Cimicifuga genus worldwide that have been used to treat rheumatism. Black cohosh contains aspirin-like substances as well as other anti- inflammatory and antispasmodic constituents. Simmer 1 teaspoon of black cohosh root in 1 cup of boiling water for twenty minutes. Strain and drink the tea in 2 divided doses during the day. Do this for two to three weeks, and then take a break for seven to ten days before starting the treatment again.
• Devil's claw is a good anti-inflammatory agent. Take 1,000 milligrams (1 gram) twice daily.
• Epsom Salt (magnesium sulfate): Magnesium has both anti-inflammatory and anti- arthritic properties and it can be absorbed through the skin. Magnesium is one of the most important of the essential minerals in the body, and it is commonly deficient in the American diet. A New England remedy for arthritis is a hot bath of Epsom salts. The heat of the bath can increase circulation and reduce the swelling of arthritis. Fill a bathtub with water as hot as you can stand. Add 2 cups of Epsom salts. Bathe for thirty minutes, adding hot water as necessary to keep the temperature warm. Do this daily as often as you like. (If you are pregnant or have cardiovascular disease consult your doctor before taking very hot baths.)
• Feverfew has been used for centuries for arthritis. Some studies have found that the anti-inflammatory effects of this herb are greater than those achieved by NSAIDs. Take 250 milligrams once or twice daily.
• Ginger (Zingiber officinale) In one study, Indian researchers gave three to seven grams of ginger a day to 18 people with osteoarthritis and 28 with rheumatoid arthritis. More than 75 percent of those participating in the study reported at least some relief from pain and swelling. Even after more than two years of taking these high doses of ginger, none of the people reported side effects. Many people drink ginger tea for osteoarthritis. A ginger compress is also beneficial for arthritis.
• Licorice acts in the body like cortisone, without the harmful side-effects. Licorice is believed to enhance the action of bupleuri. Licorice also has significant anti-inflammatory and anti-allergy activity. Licorice components are able to bind to glucocorticoid receptors on cells and exert glucocorticoid-like effects. It has been used historically in the treatment of inflammation, allergy, asthma and other conditions that put added stress on the adrenals. Long-term use of licorice can cause an elevation of blood pressure. Take 2 capsules daily.
• Oregano (Origanum vulgare). Oregano, is a powerful antioxidant. The antioxidant activity of oregano and other medicinal mints is due in large part to rosmarinic acid, a compound with antibacterial, anti-inflammatory, antioxidant and antiviral properties.
• Bromelain, a chemical in pineapple, helps prevent inflammation. Athletic trainers have been reportedly recommending pineapple to athletes to prevent and treat sports injuries. It is believed to have beneficial effect on arthritis also. Bromelain can help the body get rid of immune antigen complex, compounds that are implicated in some arthritic conditions. It also helps digest fibrin, another compound suspected of being involved in some types of arthritis.
• Red pepper, Cayenne pepper (Capsicum spp.) Red pepper interferes with pain perception. The pain-relieving chemical in red pepper, capsaicin, triggers the body to release endorphins, nature's own opiates. Red pepper also contains aspirin-like compounds known as salicylates. Compounds in red pepper can also help relieve arthritis when you apply the herb to the skin. Researchers have discovered that you'll get significant pain relief if you apply capsaicin cream directly to painful arthritic joints four times daily. In one study of this treatment, the capsaicin cream reduced RA pain by more than half. Osteoarthritis pain was reduced by about one-third. Place 1 ounce of cayenne pepper in 1 quart of rubbing alcohol (a poison not for internal use). Let stand for three weeks, shaking the bottle each day. Then, using a cloth, apply to the affected area during acute attacks of pain. Leave the solution in place for ten to twenty minutes, then wipe clean. You can also use an OTC cream that contain capsicum like Zostrix or Capzasin-P.
• Stinging Nettle (Urtica dioica): Stinging nettle is an official remedy for rheumatism in Germany. It is the most important herb to consider for treating early- onset arthritis. Nettle juice contains an anti-inflammatory component similar to that of steroid drugs. It also nettle contains 47 parts per million of the mineral boron, figured on a dry-weight basis. Boron is an important mineral for arthritis. (The Rheumatoid Disease Foundation suggests that three milligrams of boron, taken daily, may be helpful in treating osteoarthritis and RA.) Directions: Take 1 tablespoon of nettle juice three times a day. You can freeze the juice for later.
• Turmeric (Curcumin, Curcuma longa) Curcumin, the yellow pigment of turmeric, has significant anti-inflammatory action. Curcumin has been shown to be as effective as cortisone or phenylbutazone in certain models of inflammation. Curcumin also exhibits many beneficial effects on liver functions. The typical dosage of curcumin is 400 to 600 mg 3 times daily. Curcumin is sometimes given in combination with an equal dose of an extract of the pineapple plant called bromelain, which appears to possess anti-inflammatory properties of its own.

Hair loss can be frightening and most people immediately begin to look for hair loss products. There are plenty of hair loss products out there, the problem is finding the one that is right for your particular needs.
There are new products coming on the market every day that claim to treat hair loss. Some people swear by one particular product, others may find that it is not suitable and continue looking for one that is.
Apart from hair replacement or surgical hair transplant, there are only two hair loss products that are FDA approved – these are minoxidil and rogaine. Both of these products are actually hair loss drugs. Unless your doctor recommends one of these products you may not want to use a drug based treatment. If this is the case, there are plenty of other hair loss products on the market. Some of these are commercial treatments, some of them natural and some are herbal or home remedies for hair loss.
You may need to try a number of products before you find the one that is suitable for you. Different products have do different things, many products have some, minimal side effects and there are products which aim to limit the male hormone (DHT) on the scalp – thus preventing further hair loss. Most of these products are not suitable for women of child bearing age as they can cause fetal abnormalities.
Many people use one of the many home remedies – normal everyday products - for hair loss, for example rubbing castor oil into the scalp and the roots, or using olive oil in the same way. Most commercial hair loss products are a suite of products comprising a scalp treatment, shampoo and conditioner. Some of these such as Nisim or Redoxin are quite well known and popular products. These work by cleaning the scalp of any debris, giving the follicles a chance to breathe. Shampoos and conditioner are said to cling to the follicles making hair appear fuller and thicker.
What product you choose may depend a lot on what type of hair loss you are experiencing. Male pattern baldness is one of the most difficult to treat and is often best addressed through expensive hair replacement/hair transplant surgery. If your hair loss is due to alopecia or to treatments for cancer, this approach shouldn't be necessary and it is worth trying one of the many commercial products available. It may take some time before you find one that suits you. If your problem is thinning and shedding then one of the many shampoo systems could help solve your problem.
Finally, many people swear by natural hair loss products such as saw palmetto, green tea is also popular. You need to drink up to five cups every day for it to be beneficial. Other people swear that rubbing potatoes on the scalp and in the hair is helpful. Ultimately, finding the right hair loss product is largely a matter of trial and error – although natural treatments very rarely have side effects there is little clinical evidence to show that they work.
What ever product you choose, you will need to be patient. Preventing further loss and encouraging new growth requires time. No hair loss treatment will give you overnight results. It can take anywhere up to six months before you may begin experiencing any new hair growth.

Article Title: 5 Common Mistakes Make When Buying A Dog Bed

*********************** ARTICLE START ***********************
When you are shopping for a dog bed for your dog, there are a few things that you need to avoid so that you can make an informed, intelligent purchase. Don't buy the first dog bed that you see, take your time and shop around. If possible, bring your dog with you when you shop for a bed so that you can make sure that you get one that is large enough. Otherwise, keep handy these five common mistakes and take care to avoid them.
It is not chew proof
If you have a chewer and your bed is not chew proof, you may come home one day to a shredded doggie bed. Check the liner as well as the bed itself and see how durable they are. Some beds are chew proof and you can purchase new liners or use old blankets for the inside of the bed. Another consideration here is regarding chewing. You don't want your dog chew his or her bed and get something stuck in their throat or choke. This is pretty unlikely, but there is always a possibility. It is better to be safe than sorry.
It is cheap
When you buy a cheap doggie bed, you usually get what you pay for. Chances are your cheap doggie bed won't last long. You may do better to get a slightly more expensive or better made bed for your dog. With a better made dog bed, preferably by a name that you can trust, you know it will hold up well.
It is not the right size
You don't want to get your bull dog a doggie bed that is made for a toy poodle and you don't want to get your Chihuahua a doggie bed that is made for a Great Dane. The point here is, make sure that your doggie bed is the right size for your dog. Your dog should be able to comfortably turn around, curl up and stretch out in his or her bed. You do not, however, want to get a doggie bed that is too big for the dog either. If the dog feels lost in a huge bed, they may not want to stay in it. If you get a bed for a puppy, remember that puppies grow - fast! You may want to get a larger bed, but pile a comforter or blanket in it so that the puppy can make a nice little nest in which to sleep.
It is not washable
The last thing that you want is a doggie bed that you can not clean. You want a bed that is fully washable. Dog beds can become quite odiferous over time, plus, they can harbor fleas. Get a bed that you can wash the lining regularly and wipe down the bed itself if it is not able to be thrown in the washing machine. Use a mild solution of bleach and water to clean your dog's bed. This is the best way to deodorize and disinfect the bed and bedding.
It does not suit your dog
Finally, make sure that the bed fits the dog. If the dog is warm natured, he will swelter in a bed lined with sheepskin. If your dog is cold natured she will freeze if you don't throw in some blankets. The bottom line is when seeking a dog bed, think of the dog first. What is safe and what suits them best.

Whether he's a puppy or an adult, playful or a lazybones, your dog needs good rest. Especially as your dog grows older and becomes more vulnerable to issues with his joints and bones, where and how he rests becomes increasingly important. In addition to that, a dog who was once able leap in and out of his bed can start become stressed and irrational if, due to health problems, he has lost some mobility. While there are several ways to deal with this issue, an orthopedic bed can take care of them and provide other benefits besides.
An orthopedic bed is simply one that has been made with some sort of "memory" material, that is, a soft cushioning substance that will cradle the joints and bones. The advantage is that as the weight of the dog's body sinks into the cushion, it is kept still. On a firmer, less elastic surface, the dog merely rests on top of the bed and his legs and body are more prone to moving and, if the dog has had some healthy issues, prone to re-injury. Conversely, an orthopedic dog bed will hold hurting body parts still and provide a more stable environment for the dog to heal.
An orthopedic bed is not for all dogs. When you purchase a puppy, for instance, you will want to spend some time looking at his sleep and play habits before trying to find out what bed will suit him the best. Find out what spots comfort him. Does he prefer an enclosed space or an open top? Orthopedic beds are actually more suitable for older dogs and are especially ideal for dogs that suffer from issues with their legs and hips, and for dogs that have developed arthritis. The benefits of the orthopedic bed in making these dogs comfortable and more able to rest, so they can restore some of their precious energy.
When the time comes to purchase an orthopedic bed for your beloved pet, there are a number of things to keep in mind. One is to determine the sturdiness of the bed. If your dog is larger (and remember that larger dogs are extremely prone to the early onset of bone and joint problems) you will want to test the bed for a sturdy base and frame. Make sure that the pad itself is made out of a strong material, because your dog will probably end up being quite hard on it.
A pet store is where you want to begin your search for a good orthopedic dog bed. Your local vet might be able to give you an idea who sells the best ones, have a recommendation, or even sell them herself! If you don't mind shopping for something sight-unseen, you'll be able to find plenty of options online. There are many sizes and styles, just keep in mind that your dog will most likely be comfortable in a larger bed than a smaller one.
To keep your canine companion in top shape and to make him as comfortable as possible, watch him and keep in mind that if he seem uncomfortable and unable to sleep, there is definitely something you can do about it!

Article Title: Girls' Guide To Buying Diamond Chains For Her Man

*********************** ARTICLE START ***********************
Twenty first century women all know that if they want their relationships to go to the next level, they should probably take it there themselves. Buying diamond chains and other jewelry for your man can be a great way to start securing that commitment that he's been trying to avoid. However, you want to make sure that you don't scare your guy off by being wishy-washy with giving this gift. And you definitely want to make sure that the diamond chains that you buy are sending the message that you want to send loud and clear.
The first thing that you need to do before making an investment in something like diamond chains is to ask yourself what the reason behind it is. Maybe his birthday is coming up and you want to do something nice to remind him that you're his girl. Maybe he's been having problems with his job and you want to surprise him with a gift that will light up his face, and the rest of the room. Or maybe you feel like he hasn't been giving you the attention that you deserve and you are hoping to draw his eyes back your way with a fancy gift. Knowing the reason behind the gift can make it a lot easier to decide whether you really want to buy it and specifically what you want to buy.
When selecting diamond chains for a man, you'll want to think about where he's going to wear them. Is he the kind of guy that is going to be totally comfortable making this an every day piece of jewelry? If so, you might want to think about getting subtle gold chains that have diamonds worked into the design. If you think your man is more likely to just wear this on the weekends when you're going out to the clubs, you might want to get diamond chains with a little more bling to them. Ultimately, you have to really know your man to know what kind of chain he's going to want to wear.
What you really need to think about, though, is how you're going to give him the diamond chains that you buy. This goes back to knowing what kind of message you are trying to send with this gift. If you just want to surprise him with something nice, a simple wrapped package left in his mailbox or on his pillow would do the trick. If you're trying to get his attention back on your relationship, you should plan a romantic date and present the gift at dinner so that it becomes the big deal that you want it to be.
It's nice when the men in our lives buy us diamond jewelry of our own. However we're no longer living in a time where women sit and wait for those gifts to be showered upon them. If you're interested in being in a relationship where giving gifts is part of the package deal, then you may need to take that first step and buy him something. Of course, people don't always understand our intentions when we give a gift like this. Sometimes you just have to be blunt with the guy that you're seeing so it doesn't hurt to have a little speech prepared to tell him why you bought the diamond chains and what you're hoping it means.
Diamond chains are just one choice that you have when trying to get your relationship to that next level. Think carefully about whether this is the right gift for your man. Make sure you know what you want to happen by giving this gift. And then make sure to choose wisely when picking it out. It could be the first step on the way to the wedding chapel.

There are some fashion accessories that you wear simply because you like the way that they look. JoJo watches are not that type of fashion accessory. Undoubtedly you are going to choose the style that you do because it appeals to you but you're also going to get JoJo watches for other reasons. More than just a fashion accessory, these watches actually say something about who you are. They send a message to people that tells them who you are interested in spending your time with and what you plan to do with that time. Knowing what message you're sending can help you make sure that your watch works for you.
These watches are designed to get attention. They aren't quiet little timepieces that are just there to tell you the time. You don't need one of those; you have your cell phone for that. Instead, you choose to wear one of these because you want people to notice what you've got on your arm. With big faces, sparkling gold and lots of diamonds, these are watches that are going to immediately demand that anyone who comes into contact with you takes a look at what it is that you are wearing. So the first thing that this will tell someone is that you aren't afraid of a little bit of attention. That makes them ideal for DJs, dance artists and anyone else who wants to get themselves into the spotlight.
These watches tell people that you are already a star. Although they come in all different price ranges, JoJo watches are designed to look and seem expensive. They tell people that you have money and that you aren't afraid to spend it on something nice for yourself. They also tell people that you know what's in style and that you are the kind of guy that can spot a good trend. Of course, you don't want to come off as too trendy so you should make sure to pair it with clothes that reflect the true style of who you are. The watch should be what gets the focus of someone's attention but it shouldn't be the only thing that they are able to see about you.
JoJo watches catch the light in any room. More importantly, they are going to catch the light that's sparkling in the eyes of the girls that you meet. Wearing these timepieces tells a girl that you're a man who loves the ladies. You make it easy for her to come up and talk to you because she has something obvious to talk about: what's on your arm. Come up with a good line to say to any girl who makes it a point to mention that she's noticed what you're wearing. Even if the line is cheesy, the girl is probably going to laugh and things are just going to go from there. Don't worry about how it looks to the guys; these watches send the message that you spend your days hanging with the guys and the ladies take up your nights.
You shouldn't buy JoJo watches just because they're in style right now. You should buy them because they send all of the messages that you want to send out about yourself. Since there are many different designs to choose from, you should do some shopping around to find the style that really reflects what you're all about. In fact, since there are probably several different facets to your personality, you might want to get more than one of these watches to wear at different times as you see fit. You never know who might take notice, so you should always be looking like a star.

Sometimes it seems like e-commerce has always been a part of our lives. Most of us make business transactions online on such a regular basis that it is difficult to imagine a time when you were not able to do so. Despite this, the history of e-commerce is actually a relatively short history. It began less than fifty years ago and its humble beginnings look nothing like the kind of electronic business transactions that we see today. Even up until the 1990's, online business wasn't a reality for the average person. So how did we get to the point where e-commerce has become practically a way of life?
The development of e-commerce was one of those things that happened slowly and then suddenly. At its very basic level, the term refers simply to any commerce that takes place electronically. This includes ATM and credit card transactions as well as the ability to do billing and invoicing through electronic methods. The technology allowing this kind of commerce took hold in the late 1970's and grew steadily throughout the 1980's. It was during this time that people started to use credit cards on a regular basis and that set the foundation for electronic commerce to get a toehold in society.
However, it wasn't until the development of the Internet that e-commerce started looking like the type of business that we know today. For most people talking about it now, the term refers to transactions, which take place completely through the web. When you search for an item on sites such as eBay or Amazon and then pay with a credit card or online checking account, you're conducting the kind of e-commerce that most people think of when the term comes up. That wasn't made possible until the average person began to use the Internet in the 1990's.
Two things happened in the mid-1990's to make this kind of e-commerce a possibility. First, computer security was strengthened enough to make consumers and businesses feel comfortable with conducting these types of transactions online. Second, the average person began to gain familiarity with the web and started using it for every day activities such as online shopping. Combined with the fact that web design was improving and the speed of the Internet was increasing, e-commerce had a platform for development. In 1995, Amazon.com was launched and we really started seeing the type of e-commerce that we're used to today.
Despite the fact that the web looked a lot then like it does now, there were several factors that inhibited the growth of the online business at this time. For one thing, many people still didn't have high speed Internet in their homes so online shopping tended to be limited to what could be done in the workplace. Additionally, many small businesses invested too much money in creating a web presence and they weren't able to sustain that development due to lack of funds. At the turn of the twenty first century, the dot-com bust happened and many of these businesses went broke.
Of course, we survived the dot-com bust and the Internet came back in a bigger and better way. Today, the average person not only has a home computer but also has the high speed Internet connection that lets him or her move easily between web pages. This makes it easy to do comparison-shopping online. More importantly, the availability of high speed Internet has increased the ability of people to work from home. These people often set up e-commerce sites, which allow them to sell products without needing a whole business behind them. These two factors combined have made it so that e-commerce has become a part of our daily lives. Now if we could only find a way to spend less than we make, we'd all be in good shape.

We have all heard the term "Web 2.0", which refers to the way that today's software is adapting to meet the needs of tomorrow's computer users. There is a similar term for the same trend as it affects the specific niche of eCommerce software. The phrase "eCommerce 2.0" is starting to be used by the people who work regularly in the field of online business. It is designed to lay out some basic principles that define the way that online business will be conducted in the near future. The goal is that this definition will allow eCommerce software developers to better meet the needs of the people who are conducting business transactions online today and in the years to come.
In order to understand the idea of eCommerce 2.0, we have to take a look at the way that the web worked in its first version and the way that it works now. More specifically, we need to take a look at the history of eCommerce to see what has changed in the way that online business occurs. In the first version of eCommerce, which happened in the 1990's, we were just beginning to learn what type of transactions could take place online. We were concerned primarily with the security of using our credit cards to make transactions with businesses that did not have a physical presence (only a virtual one). For this reason, the development of eCommerce software was focused on creating websites that were high on security and privacy for the sake of both the business and the eCommerce shopper.
Although security features remain important today, we tend to take them for granted. We assume that eCommerce software will be designed in such a way that our online transactions will be secure. This is because the use of the Internet for online shopping is something that the average person does on a regular basis. It's no longer new and to be feared; it's something that we all understand and basically trust. And that means that our focus isn't on the security features anymore. Instead, we assume that they are going to be put in place and we are more interested in what other things our eCommerce software can offer to us.
Another change that has taken place between the time of the first eCommerce sites and now is that the average speed of a residential Internet connection is much faster. This means that sites don't have to be as simple as they once were because information and images don't take as much time to load. As a result, the new face of eCommerce software is focused as much on the way that it lets your site look as it is on the specific features that are offered to your customer.
These changes have all led to the development of eCommerce 2.0 which lays out six principles for eCommerce software developers to keep in mind as they make the products that we're going to be using in the near future. These principles are designed to meet the desired needs of those people who are doing online shopping. People today are so used to the Internet that they are starting to demand that it meet their specific needs. Personalization of sites is highly important to these people (which we've seen specifically with the growth of social networking sites). As a result, one of the principles of the new eCommerce software development model is that there should be a high level of personalization possible with this software. The web, and the way that we interact with the web, has changed. It only makes sense that our eCommerce software is going to change as well.

If you want to qualify for the best positions available in today's job market, a technology degree is one of the best things you can do for your future. Technology jobs are among the fastest growing in the job market; the more computer oriented our world becomes, the more in demand people with computer skills will be. For this reason, getting a technology degree ensures not only that you'll be qualified for the best jobs in the country, but also that you will have job security, most likely to last your entire life.
Like any job field, certain technology jobs are more desirable than others. Here are the top jobs available to someone with a technology degree.
Web Developer
The popularity of the Internet has been a veritable explosion. The World Wide Web now includes millions, perhaps even billions, of websites that you can browse, but have you ever stopped to wonder who creates all of those sites? Some of them are, of course, personal websites that have been created by ordinary people, but many others are business or personal sites that are created and maintained by professional web developers. The right technology degree can qualify you to be hired as a staff developer, or give you the boost you need to become a self-employed web developer.
Graphic Design
Designing graphics for websites, software programs, and other computer applications requires much more than just an artistic touch. Graphic design requires that you know how to use the computer, and not just your imagination, to create creating computerized two and three-dimensional images. Therefore, graphic designers need to have a complex combination of visualization and technical skills, all of which you can learn by getting a technology degree.
Cybersecurity
As our world becomes increasingly more dependent on technology, security issues such as identity theft and spam have caused corporations to become more concerned with cybersecurity. Most large companies, and even some small businesses, have complicated security programs in place to protect their sensitive information. Any good cybersecurity system needs a team of knowledgeable technology experts to build and maintain it. With a cybersecurity technology degree, you will be assured of a job for as long as hackers and spammers still threaten the security of information online.
Software Developer
Next time you are in an electronics store, go into the software section and walk down one of the aisles. Rows and rows of computer software programs line the shelves, and each one of those pretty little packages required a whole team of software developers to create the finished product. The software has to be written to do what it is supposed to do, the graphics have to be created and integrated, and the program has to be tested to make sure that it is easy to use. With so much to do, software companies can't possibly get it all done with just one or two software developers, which is why a technology degree opens so many doors in the job market.
Technical Support
No matter how good the team of software developers is at making their product user-friendly, there are still those who will have problems or questions regarding the setup and use. This is where technical support or help desk personnel step in: They field phone calls and emails, answer questions, talk customers through installation procedures, and explain how to use specific features. Because the nature of the job is highly technical, a technical degree will help you to get ahead in this field.
As you can see, having a technology degree can help you to land a number of interesting jobs. Our world is becoming more and more computerized all of the time, meaning that more and more jobs require solid computer skills. In addition, though, the explosion of technology also means that the industry requires more and more workers to maintain the level of technology to which the population has become accustomed. If you are looking for a stable career with lots of job security and room for advancement, any field that requires a technology degree is sure to offer the job of your dreams.

If you are considering hiring an outside service to handle your lead generation for you, the benefits may be greater than you might think. Lead generation is known to be one of the fundamentals of a successful business. A constant source of new leads helps you to maintain a healthy flow of business. Without these leads, on the other hand, business would eventually dry up, and your company would fail.
Of course, for every task you have to do there is always a service willing to take it off your hands. Lead generation is no different. Here are five ways you benefit by outsourcing your lead generation; you will have to decide for yourself how much these benefits are worth to you.
New clients for a rainy day
When business is on fire and you are finding more work than you need, it's tempting to think you don't need something like lead generation services. However, most businesses tend to go through a natural cycle of busy and slow periods. You will need to consider what you will do when business slows down. Lead generation ensures that you will always have a flow of new clients to replace the old.
Less time spent on tedious tasks
Drumming up new business takes a lot of time, time that you could be spending on more important things, such as running your company or taking care of existing customers. By allowing a lead generation service to find that new business for you, you can put the necessary time and effort into tasks that will make your customers happier, improve your company, and grow your business.
Up-to-date information about your target market
Market research is necessary to make sure you are targeting the right market in the right ways -- but many businesses don't have the time to perform thorough research. Lead generation services take care of it for you, ensuring that your marketing strategies are getting the best results possible while freeing you up to run your business.
Multiple avenues of generating business
When the success of your business is hanging in the balance, you can't simply focus on one or two ways of generating business. Following through on all of your options ensures that you will always have plenty of business opportunities. Lead generation services use a range of the most current marketing tactics to help you maintain your business, such as newsletters, viral marketing, online videos, and more.
Higher quality leads
You may think you can find your own leads. But lead generation takes time, and so does following up on those you acquire. It doesn't make sense to waste a lot of time generating and following up on leads that turn out to be dead ends. Hiring a high-quality service to handle lead generation for you not only frees up your time, but also ensures that your leads will have a higher success rate than if you had handled it on your own.
As you can see, outsourcing your lead generation carries with it many benefits. In today's fast-paced business world, time is money, so anything that saves you time also saves you money, or at least allows you more time for earning money.

Internet marketing services may be the answer for many individuals competing for business in the virtual world. To many individuals selling products or services online, getting noticed and driving traffic to your site seems like a time-consuming game. By hiring someone skilled in Internet marketing services, you may save yourself a lot of time and frustration.
Most people realize the value of solid Internet marketing services after they take their first steps into online business. For the unsuspecting individual hoping to simply create a website for good-quality products and services, stepping into the Internet marketing arena might turn into hitting a brick wall. Those people, new to the virtual world, realize that doing business online isn't about a nice-looking website and a good product or a service in demand; online success is about being picked out from all the rest of the websites out there offering the same thing. It's all a big game.
Marketing your website involves link exchanges, brand building, article directory submissions, search engine optimization strategies, keywords, blogging, and plenty of other rank-boosting tactics. Unless a person does plenty of research and spends hours learning about search-engine optimization tactics and marketing strategies, the website will be lost among the masses. That's where Internet marketing services come in.
The time spent researching, learning, and applying marketing strategies to your online business isn't cost effective. In many situations, by the time you become skilled in a certain practice that helps to increase traffic to your site, the rules of the virtual world change and you're back at ground zero, learning a new strategy because the old one doesn't work anymore. Spending time attending to your business, service, or product is more important, as that's the areas where your knowledge and experience are best applied.
Internet marketing services are businesses and companies that make it their job to stay on top of the latest techniques for virtual world marketing. Some might feel that the expense of paying someone else to do something that can be done on their own a foolish expense and a waste of money. Others realize that devoting days and days of time to playing the game of ranking and attracting attention is tougher and more time consuming than it originally seemed. Better to let someone skilled in Internet marketing services handle the job in less time and with better results.
Choosing an Internet marketing service provider for your online business will take a bit of research. The easiest way to start is by discovering who offers Internet marketing services in the first place. A great way to build up a list is by performing a search. Check the rank of the service provider versus another. Low ranking sites aren't going to do much for your business if they can't boost their own site ranking.
When choosing Internet marketing services for your business, don't always select the cheapest service provider. Cutting costs and being budget-conscious is smart, but by choosing the best quality of service provider that you can while sticking within an acceptable budget range instead of selecting the lowest-priced provider will save you money in the long run. After all, once you've hired a service, you don't want to have to hire a second one later on because the first didn't do a good job.
A good Internet marketing services company will have a track record they're proud to show you. They should provide references you can contact willingly. They should be able to discuss your needs and propose a plan of action to boost your site traffic or ranking. The business should offer different options for your needs, such as short-term, long-term, or budget-conscious strategies.
If you feel pushed into a decision or a certain expense, select another service provider. Also, ask questions as you communicate. If you're not receiving clear, confident answers to your questions, choose a different company. By choosing an Internet marketing services provider that has a good past history, references from past clients, and confidence, you'll realize that you've made a smart decision for your online business success.

Article Title: Increase Your Decor Options With Mediterranean Furniture

Mediterranean furniture includes both Moroccan furniture and Spanish furniture. This decor style originated in Spain, Greece and Italy as well as the other countries north of the Mediterranean Sea, although today Moroccan and Spanish decor styles are most popular. Mediterranean style furnishings are prized because they are so diverse. They range from the very formal and elaborate to the simplest and most functional pieces. This means that whether your home is modern or rich in historic pieces, you can make these furnishings work for you. When looking at Mediterranean style furnishings, you may notice that many pieces have feet or legs and tend to be shorter. Some are elaborately carved and painted while others are left plain. Metalwork is frequently burnished and metal is thick and sturdy. This style is meant to complement the Mediterranean style, which often features rich colors, heavily textured walls and ceilings and blunt edges in architecture.
Mediterranean style often includes plenty of color, especially terra cotta, blues, lavender and yellow. This is because many Mediterranean countries are warm and sky, sea, and earth are the main color inspirations. Rich eggplant hues, emerald greens, and spicy colors are also common. Since many Mediterranean furniture pieces are painted or covered in cloth or leather, it is possible to buy pieces that are very colorful. Many pieces are patterned, which is perfect for imitating the Mediterranean mosaic tile designs that the region is famous for.
When buying Mediterranean furniture, look for a few large key pieces. Tables and chairs and a beautiful area rug are all you need in a small room to imitate the Mediterranean style and these pieces can be amazingly affordable. A few key pieces set the tone for the room and draw the eye with their beautiful lines and color. You can add accessories and smaller pieces later or you may find that you like a plainer look that blends modern sparseness with a rich Mediterranean history.
Of course, Mediterranean furniture would not be complete without Mediterranean accents and accessories and you will certainly want to consider all your options, even if you are pretty sure that you want your living space to be mostly bare. Mediterranean accessories include elaborate lamps, chandeliers, light fixtures, burnished bronze urns, leather ottomans, chests, trinket boxes, richly-hued pillows, filigree wrought-iron fireplace screens, decorative screens, and much more. Many are decorated richly or are textured to add depth and visual interest. If you are on a tight budget, you may wish to begin with Mediterranean style accessories and accents while saving up for larger Mediterranean furniture pieces.
Keep in mind that many Mediterranean furniture pieces are made from real wood, leather, and metal. In some cases, the techniques for making these pieces are centuries old and are passed down from artisan to artisan. As a result, these pieces not only tend to be of high quality but also tend to be unique. Each hand-painted piece is completely unique and is sure to be showcased in your home for years to come. Since your Mediterranean style furnishings will last for years or generations, do take the time to find the best quality pieces you can afford. Look for pieces that are at least partly hand made and are made with traditional materials. There is an embarrassment of styles, colors, and designs to choose from, so take the time to really look. You can buy hand-made genuine pieces from Mediterranean countries for very affordable prices. In many cases, you may end up spending what your big-box furniture store would charge. Mass-production manufacturers simply cannot reproduce the beauty and quality of these hand-made items.

If you want to decorate your home to incorporate quality, romance, and beauty, you owe it yourself to consider Moroccan home decor and furnishings. While your big-box furniture store may have run-of-the-mill modern pieces that will make your home look like everyone else's, a touch of Moroccan style can easily transform your living space into a wonderful environment. Rich colors, high quality furnishings, intricate designs and high-quality pieces that last for generations while seamlessly adapting to current styles are the hallmarks of Moroccan style. Moroccan furnishings and accessories will never look dated and will last forever, thanks to the high quality of these pieces. Plus, Moroccan style is highly adaptive and can easily be transformed to suit your taste. It can be elaborate and richly historic or cool and modern. That's not all, try some Moroccan style in your home and you are sure to stun visitors with a unique home that reflects your true personality.
Moroccan home decor pieces and furniture are often made of high-quality wood. Cedar, mahogany, argana (similar to mahogany), lemon, and ebony are abundant in Morocco and many traditional furnishings are made from these beautiful and durable materials. Carved pieces and furnishings that make use of inlay work are quite common in Morocco. Many Moroccan wood furniture and accessory pieces are painted, which makes it simple to incorporate these pieces into an existing decor scheme. Moroccan wood is painted by hand with donkey-hair brushes that allow for great detail. You may see tastir, or stars with eight, twelve and sixteen points on many pieces. Floral, plant, and geometric patterns are also very common.
Some Moroccan home decor pieces that you may want to include in your home are carved chests, tea tables, shelves, and moushrabiyas (decorative screens). All are sure to add beauty to your living space. Be sure to also look for elaborately carved and beautiful marriage chairs, which can be either very high or tub-like. Be sure to complement your decor with cups, bowls, desk organizers, and chests. All of these accessories are also made of wood and come in intricate, gorgeous designs. If you are on a tight budget, they can be a great way to bring Moroccan style into your home without a huge investment.
Of course, Morocco is also famous for its rich metalwork tradition. Hand crafted pieces in iron, copper, brass and bronze are an essential part of Moroccan home decor. Artisans in cities such as Fez, Sale and Marrakesh produce stunning metalwork, creating grilles, lamps, trays, bottles, vases, pots, samovars, kettles, kitchenware, burners for incense, and much more. Like woodwork, metalwork tends to be covered in intricate and gorgeous designs that can include stars, rosettes, clouds, and other designs.
Moroccan home decor is not only beautiful, but its rich tradition means a higher quality than what you may see in many of today's stores. If you are tired of rickety tables and mass-produced accessories, Moroccan pieces, many of which continue to be made by hand as they have been for centuries, offer the high quality and the unique beauty that you may be missing. Plus, thanks to the fact that many pieces are made of real wood, leather, metal, and other traditional materials, these pieces may actually contain fewer chemicals and dangerous glues than other pieces of furniture. There is certainly a reason why Moroccan style has been adopted by many homes over many centuries – not only is the highly adaptable style timeless, but the high quality is sure to please. With rich colors, bold shapes and plenty of options, Moroccan pieces are sure to complement your current decor, or may just inspire you to overhaul your home to include more rich and beautiful pieces.

If you are thinking of what to do for a career and you have an interest in animation, then you should consider video game design. This is an industry that is booming at an incredible rate and shows no signs of slowing down. In the past twenty years, there have been incredible advances in the video game design industry and you could be a part of it.
In only a few decades, there have been barriers broken that could never have been dreamed of in the past. Video games are so realistic now that you feel as though you are actually in the game. You can play a racing game and feel as though you are in the Indy 500 or play a war game and get a good glimpse into what World War Two was really like. The possibilities are endless but people are needed to come up with these ideas and innovations.
There are a few things that are needed in order to have a successful career in video game design. First of all, you need to have an interest in video games. You will be able to use all of the knowledge you have gained from years of gaming to your advantage. It is quite difficult to find a video game that is one hundred percent original. Most games borrow tricks and tips from other games and incorporate them into their own.
Therefore, if you have an extensive knowledge of video games, you will be able to use these tricks in your favor. Another important factor is an interest in computers, specifically animation. Video games are all produced on computers, so you will need to have a firm understanding of programming and animation. So if you have an interest in video games and a basic knowledge of animation, then you are set to begin the path of becoming a video game designer.
The next step would be to capitalize on your pre-existent skills. This can be accomplished by enrolling in a course that deals with video game design. These courses will be able to take the skills that you currently have and turn them into talents. Talents that prospective employers will be pleased to see.
You will be able to learn about every aspect of video game design. This includes all of the animation, development and concept of video games. You will not only be given the skills to create a video game but also how to plan it out and make it interesting to the gamer. Since this market is so gigantic, you need to have a good idea if you want your game to sell. With a course in video game design, you will have the ability to create a game that will fly off the shelves.
A lot of people think that making a video game is strictly done on computers. However, this is only part true. A large portion of the development of the game is done in the mind. You need to have the ability to visualize the finished product in your head before even beginning to program it. These types of courses will be able to train your mind to work ahead of your body to achieve the best results.
Another advantage of video game design is that it is a market that is guaranteed to stay strong. People of all ages are interested in video games today and the numbers continue to grow. So if you have an interest in video games and some computer knowledge, take the steps towards making video game design your rewarding career.

However, it is quite difficult to find an industry that is guaranteed to prosper throughout your career. Although the games and systems that are available now are mind-blowing, this is only the beginning. There is such a huge market in all age brackets that there is no chance that this industry will lose any speed over the next 100 years. It is quite likely that it will continue to expand and attract more people as the years go on.

One essential element to decorating any room in your house is a lamp. It can be a traditional lamp, an exotic lamp or a simple lamp, but every room has to have light, making lamps a common decoration. While lamps may seem more functional than decorative, there are ways to use these lighting fixtures as accessories throughout the house. If your room has a common theme or color scheme, a lamp can set the right mood or add the perfect touch. One type of light that adds style to any room is a Morocco lamp.
Morocco is a culturally diverse country in South Africa. Bordering Algeria to the east and Spain to the north, this Mediterranean style country allows its neighbors and other cultures to influence its style. The idea of Moroccan design is evident throughout the United States and its popularity continues to grow. These designs are seen in the Pueblo style homes all over California, such as Santa Fe and San Francisco. The influence is not only steadfast to the western half of the country, however. Influences can be found all across the country, especially in New York City. This makes Morocco lamps an accessible commodity for anyone interested in this type of design.
Morocco lamps can be used in many different fashions all throughout the house. There are light fixtures that hang from the ceiling, there are ones that are stationary on the floor and then there are others that are used on end tables and night tables. All of these lamps serve different functions and purposes. Ceiling lamps tend to be more elegant in appearance. The lamp lights the entire room and the focus of the room tends to revolve around this piece of decoration. These types of lamps are perfect for a hallway or dinning room.
For those hard to light places, a floor lamp might be best. More often than not, traditional floor lamps are tall metal-like fixtures with three or four light bulbs with lampshades on the top. While these lamps are ideal for tight spaces such as dorm rooms, if you are looking for a stylish lamp to spruce up the room, Morocco lamps offer both style and functionality. The lamps consist of colorful glass and are adorned with rustic fixtures. These features make this fashion of lamp appealing and the perfect subtle decoration.
Another type of lamp is one for end and night tables. These lamps tend to be more efficient and subtle than other lamps. Whether you are curling up on the couch to read a book or need to be able to see your way in the middle of the night, Morocco lamps for end tables and night stands offer the perfect lighting. To save on electricity, it might be wise to simply light a room with a table lamp instead of using high wattage ceiling or floor lamps. One simple light bulb may be all you need for the task at hand.
An element of Moroccan style is intricate and colorful designs. Most often, Morocco lamps use numerous colors on one lamp. Stained and colored glass is extremely common in Moroccan design and these lamps illustrate this fact. They are also made of many different materials that some lamps are not typically made of. They can be made from wood, metal, copper and other materials. Most of these materials offer a rustic look that fits with the Moroccan feeling. So whether it's a simple table lamp or intricate ceiling lamp, Morocco lamps can suit every need.

The weight of a person usually depends on the type and amount of food one eats. The most essential part of any weight loss program is to find the right diet food to help lose weight. There are many elements to be taken into account in considering diet food.
Nutritional Value
Amount Control
Calorie Density
Balanced Food
There are many diet programs that have created their own diet food products that are high in nutritional value and can be bought at grocery stores and nutritional centers. In case the dieter is confused in deciding which diet food to buy at the grocery store, these products offer an easy alternative method for them to continue to follow their diet.
Good diet foods include fruits, vegetables, fish, legumes, nuts, olive oil and grains. You can follow this diet for lifetime since they encourage healthy eating habits that can become a lifestyle for healthy weight loss. This also involves the burning of calories for effective weight loss.
Ensure that while you are on diet food, you eat the right balance of proteins, carbohydrates, and fats in every meal which will help you to achieve the best hormonal balance which would in turn help you to lose weight, revitalize yourself, avoid energy lag and achieve many more significant health benefits.
For diet foods that replace sugar with lower substitutes of calories, there is a controversy based on the possibility that the sugar substitutes that are used to replace sugar are themselves harmful. In many fat free and low fat foods, the fat is replaced with sugar, flour and other complete calorie ingredients and the reduction in calorific value is small.
A low carbohydrate diet is based on limiting the intake of carbohydrate. It is a long-term weight loss and maintenance program. It is found that many dieters limit their carbohydrate intake and find it very difficult to stick with the programs and end up quitting since the variety of diet foods is very restricted with the constraint on carbohydrates.

There are people who dream to achieve a fast weight loss by shedding off some excess pounds. But alas! They simply don't have two hours each day to spend in the gym for performing various bodybuilding workouts. Moreover these workouts are often wrong workouts, which include techniques and exercises that end up building a somewhat unusable strength.
Fast weight loss is not a piece of cake unless you are really determined to lose weight. My suggestion is that in case you wish to achieve fast weight loss permanently, exercise should be at the center of your fast weight loss plan. There are many fast weight loss programs, but the best is one by which your weight is maintained after losing.
The only way to healthy fast weight loss is by burning all that extra fat. Though you can have all crash diets and lose quickly, the weight loss is not permanent and you tend to gain weight over again with many side effects.
For bodybuilding, you can choose free weight strength training and machines, but for general fitness goals like endurance, flexibility and strength, it is not the best choice. In order to have a fast weight loss, you can try out many types of crash diets, low carbohydrate, liquid protein diet and amalgam of high fat. But such intakes might prove disastrous to your body and cause constant headaches, nausea and fainting spells. You might need to be hospitalized and hence such diet does show result but at a cost.
So apart from this technique, there are many more fast weight loss diets without much success. Such techniques might shed your muscle and water weight instead of fat and these are only short-term weight loss methods that are not considered as the ideal goal of any true weight loss program.
"Burn the Fat, Feed the Muscle" is a complete information resource and a complete fat loss program that is meant for life long unlike other short-term programs. Hence if your goal is to have a fast weight loss by gaining muscle and burning fat, just get the right amount of knowledge of what you are doing.

Article Title: Do The Right Math: Compare Mortgage Quotes Accurately

It doesn't matter how many times you trawl the Internet for information. When looking for tips on taking out a mortgage, you will always be given this advice: compare mortgage quotes. This is the first and most important rule for would-be homeowners. Always compare mortgage quotes. Unless you do, you cannot distinguish the good offer from the bad. Only when you compare mortgage quotes can you assure yourself that you are getting the best possible deal there is.
Comparing mortgage quotes, however, is not as simple as pitting one figure against another. You have to factor other things, too. At the same time, you need to have at least a working knowledge of the mortgage terms and realities you will be dealing with.
Tips for Comparing Mortgage Quotes
Below are some tips to ensure that your comparison yields as precise a result as possible:
1. If you want to make comparisons using very accurate data, get quotes from different lenders or brokers on the same day. Mortgage quotes change daily. At times, they even change several times in one day.
2. When you compare terms, compare mortgage quotes for similar lock periods. A lock period is the specific span of time that guarantees implementation of a certain rate. As a rule of thumb, longer lock periods have higher rates. Lock periods are generally offered in increments, like 15, 30, or 60 days.
3. Compare mortgage quotes that have the same points, such as zero or one. In the mortgage business, a point is the term given to a rate. Three points, for example, means three percent. Mortgage quotes follow a tiered pricing. This gives you the opportunity to buy the rate and bring it up or down. How? It's very simple. To make the points decrease, increase the mortgage rate. To make the points increase, reduce the rate.
4. In the quote you ask for, ask that the quote loan be separated from associates fees. Property taxes, home insurance, and pre-paid interest are not lender's fees. What falls under lender's fees are the following: standard title, appraisal fees, and processing or underwriting charges.
5. Compare mortgage quotes of the same type. There are many types of mortgages. There is a buy-to-let mortgage. Then, there are also self-build mortgage, right-to-buy mortgage, and reverse mortgage. The terms of your mortgage could change along with the type.
Things to Watch Out For When Comparing Mortgage Quotes
1. Locks of 45 days or more have a higher rate.
2. If lenders are asking you to pay points on the loan, be sure to have them quote the points in dollars. This is for your protection. Unscrupulous lenders might later on change the base amount to collect more from you. This is because points are computed as percentages. The bigger the base, the higher the commission, for example.
3. Beware of lenders that are not upfront about the loan process to you. A trustworthy mortgage company is always willing to answer your questions and explain points of misunderstanding.
Comparison is good because it highlights the defects of one and showcases the suitability of another. All the websites that dispense mortgage tips will always tell you to compare mortgage quotes.

You don't know how it happened. You pay off credit card debts as soon as you receive your bill. You plunk down rent money on time. You've been making out your check to your car dealer like clockwork. So, why are brokers and lenders only willing to give you home loans for women with bad credit?
Bad things happen to good people, and receiving negative score is one of them. It's even possible you don't deserve your negative rating. Your credit card company could have erroneously logged your payments as delinquent. This has happened to others countless of times before. Or, your car dealer could have mistaken you for another client whose checks bounced.
What Happens Now?
If you find yourself on the receiving end of home loans for women with bad credit, make inquiries. Do you truly deserve the negative rating? If you do, don't despair. There are home loans for women with bad credit. If you don't, do not take it sitting down. You shouldn't accept home loans for women with bad credit when you know you've been paying off your debts promptly and correctly. Have your credit history reviewed and corrected.
Home Loans for Women with Bad Credit
Borrowing from a subprime market lender is the easiest way to obtain home loans for women with bad credit. Subprime lenders are so eager to kowtow to borrowers they actually provide you with plenty of elbow room for negotiations. The catch is that finding a reliable subprime lender is difficult. Most subprime operations are fly-by-night and predatory. Additionally, subprime loans come with higher interests. This is because your bad credit makes you a financial risk. From a lender's viewpoint, higher interest rates will justify taking on the risk that you pose.
Another way to avail of home loans for women with bad credit is through the Federal Housing Administration. AN FHA loan is insured by the government. This makes lenders more complacent about giving loans to women who are lumped in the high-risk category.
Qualifying for an FHA Loan
To qualify for an FHA loan, you must have at least one year of acceptable credit history. The good thing about FHA loans is that you can make as low a downpayment as possible. In fact, your downpayment could even be partly or fully shouldered by a non-profit organization or another government agency.
Correcting Negative Credit Rating
If your negative credit rating is absolutely undeserved, have it corrected. The following are steps you would do well to follow in having the mistake corrected:
1. Request for a free copy of your credit report. Do this within 60 days after you were denied the loan. Most people do not know that annually, they are entitled to at least one free report from each of the three major credit bureaus.
2. If loan rejection is due to the information your credit bureau provided, request for the contact number of the said bureau.
3. Ascertain how, when, and where the mistake occurred. Then, have it corrected for free. All you have to do is submit your request for correction. You may use a dispute form or a separate sheet. Be sure to send it along with supporting documents, such as receipts or other proof of payment.
There are home loans for women with bad credit. Whether or not you deserve a negative rating, it's still possible for you to own a house. At this point, it's not your bad credit that matters. It's what you do with it that does.

I got inspirited in internet marketing when I break down the claims about how painless it is to have an automated money-making utensil on the Internet! Many belief you that you can initiate "tons of money" and "stuff your inbox with cash" but yet they are selling you products after products without really helping you to make money. People need to be guided and some even promise to hold you by the hand and lead you step by step to the goldmine but didn't deliver on their promise!
Never underestimate the bent of word-of-mouth, as further nation effectuate disturbed by the charcoal sheep who rosiness them the moon but left them in the mud, people will start switching off their minds even to genuine offers! It is human nature, once bitten twice shy! The network marketing industry has been hurt badly by black sheep and I see this happening in internet marketing at a faster rate!
Whether it is instruction marketing or internet marketing it is all about forbearance the right things and operating on these bull's eye values: Integrity, top-notch value, transcendent quality, exemplary abetment and desirable relationship. Some Internet marketers oversee on this predilection that there is a sucker born every minute and it is their hit and run business strategy that is hurting the industry.
These starless sheep impression they are bright but are altogether utterly foolish, batty and stupid! We are governed by usual laws and the Law of Cause and Effect will catch up with them, there is no escape, you can run but you cannot hide! What you sow, you shall reap. Cheat somebody $1,000 and you can bet in the future you will be cheated the same or 100 times more! It works the same, when you benefit someone $1,000. in the future you will enjoy same benefit or 100 times more! It is a run-of-the-mill equity of living, gain useful things and you entrust accept felicitous things, do bad things and you will receive bad things.
Never underestimate the know-how of your customers, the market is always right, once you escape your credibility you are finished! I have manifest plentiful emails from these jet sheep and I felicitous simply delete them! They may have the best subject lines but once you know who it is sending it you just don't want to read it! How can you sell something to someone who is not going to read what you send him? Your integrity is your greatest asset and that is why I pity those who think they outsmart their customers and forgot that a customer can have the memory of an elephant! Not only that, they will talk about their bad experience and there is a saying: "Good news travel fast, bad news travel faster!"
Having said that, if you are an internet marketer with rectitude and see through what you promise, you cede mindtrip out step out a 10-carat diamond undarkened brightly and attracting millions of nationality to you. Millions are tired of the hype, exaggerated claims and false promises! They want to hear the truth from someone who really cares and not a wolf in a sheepskin that promises them the moon and leave them in the mud!
People are investing in a dream, they spring to you with their problematic earned capital and they bought your training in that they presume in you and all they go over from you is to deliver what you promised them! It is win-win! When you in truth assistance them to institute money, they leave be your finest promoters!
Now with the endowment of the Internet, experienced are no secrets - what you've done and what you disposition for cede be common sooner than you think! There is a marvelous saying: "Sinew and vermilion is a thin veil of lace, however you live it will show in your face!" People can sense the essence of your core beliefs and your business strategy - they are that sensitive! That is why it is so important to be true to yourself and be true to others!
They are solicitation you not to report them but to arise them movement by action how to follow through it, the slightest is in the follow up and the strategies used especially on those newbies, they are looking for a simple, turnkey system that has everything it needs to make profit and not to be sold products after products and these marketers get caught up with this idea of back-end selling that they forgot to deliver what they promised! These marketers got carried away by greed and are not listening to the customers who are telling them "Help me make some decent income first and I will buy more of your products later!"
Every marketer should boost this demur of conscience! Before you header to sleep, can you flap to yourself you have offered sterling sense and kept your promise? When you are on routine giving your sales pitch can you stand proudly as a man of integrity who deliver what he promised? When you shake the hands of your customers who believe in you can you look them in the eyes and tell them you will help them achieve their dreams?
