For millions of people the cost of doing laundry can really hurt a budget. No matter how meticulous you are about trying to keep money from flowing out of your pockets, you could end up losing a lot to washing and drying clothing on a regular basis. It's one of the basic necessities that you absolutely need to have, but it is definitely not going down in costs. You could invest in purchasing your own machines and that could save you money over time, but the initial cost will be in the thousands of dollars. Instead of trying to save up and spend for that, you could easily harness the power of the wind and the sun to help you. This is done by investing in something that might seem archaic, but is actually modern and unique, the clothesline umbrella.

This is an odd thing to think about in these modern times, but once you see the design of this drying device, you will realize that it's not your grandmothers drying line. Instead of just having one line across to hang things on, this option is shaped like an umbrella with several lines. The lines allow you to hang up a lot more items in one spot and give you the versatility that was missing in the past. This means that your clothing will get a lot dryer faster and you will have fresh, clean garments without spending a great deal of money.

Before you scoff at the notion, consider what standard dryers do to shirts. You may not notice it at first, but if you wear a lot of black t-shirts you will definitely know the hassle that is created by not hanging up your best items to dry. You see, when you dry items in a machine you will find that they don't last nearly as long and in many cases shrinking starts to occur. The fading that you see with what you wear happens fast too, but combine that with shrinking lengths and sleeves that compress, and you have the makings for a disastrous wardrobe fast.

For some people, the answer is dry cleaning or a laundry service, but when you weigh the costs of these solutions, you will realize that you will have to spend a lot of money. The price that is allotted to each one of these elements can really break the budget, and makes even traditional machine and coin options far easier to deal with for a family. For that reason alone, you should definitely look into how a simple tool like a clothesline umbrella can help you maintain a bit of money while still get fresh wardrobe options. You'll find that by simply utilizing the elements, you will save a great deal of money in a short span of time, and you will not even have to drop a thousand dollars on machines. Whether you live in an apartment or a house, the compact design of this option is well worth investing into, especially if you're not keen on dealing with the hazards and implications that befuddle many.

The popularity of the salon business continues to grow year after year, and more and more entrepreneurs are jumping into this exciting world.

There are many ways to run a successful salon, and many different types of salons to run, but the key to making any salon business work is a detailed and complete salon business plan.

= Detail Exactly What Type Of Salon You Propose To Run =

It goes without saying that the salon business plan should lay out in detail exactly what type of salon you propose to run. There are many types of salons, from hair salons to nail salons to day spas and beauty retreats and so on.

Some salon owners focus on just one type of salon, while others offer a variety of related services to their clientele.

= Detail Your Financial Information =

A good salon business plan will contain detailed financial information on the proposed business to be opened, if it is a new business.

In the case of an existing business, it is important that the salon business plan contain information on the current financial health of the business.

Also your salon business can be a franchise business where the plan is already completed for you. And you will need to follow the direction of the company that you are buying into the franchise from.

= Attracting Financing And Potential Investors =

A business plan has many uses to the entrepreneur, but one of the most important of all is in attracting financing and potential investors in the fledgling business.

After all, no responsible investor or financial institution will want to part with his or her hard earned money or company money unless he or she is certain the business has a shot at succeeding.

= The Business Plan Is The First Thing Investors Will Want To Look At =

It is important that your salon business plan be professionally prepared, and that it be a good reflection on you and your business and what your business plan on doing in the future.

After all, the business plan will be the first thing any potential lender will look at. It is important that it put your business in the best possible light.

=A Few Other Things To Consider When Starting Your Business =

The location of a salon business is important, because you to make sure your clientele will have easy access to your salon.

You want to also ensure that you have all of the equipment and supplies for this business, because how will it look, if one of your clients can into your shop for a relaxer and you did not have the relaxer to complete the job. The word would get fast that your salon wasn't up to par and in no time this salon would be out of business.

So with that said, make sure you always have everything you need to keep your business running smoothly.

= Legal And Tax Planning Considerations =

A good business plan, whether for a salon business or any other type of business, will also be quite useful in planning your taxes properly, and in planning the legal strategy for your new business.

There are a great many legal and tax planning considerations when starting a new business, so it may be a good idea to consult with a good lawyer or tax attorney when creating your salon business plan.

It is no secret that the construction business has been an extremely profitable place to see for quite a number of years.

Home construction and business construction have both been growing at incredible rates, and that means that there is significant opportunity in all aspects of building and repairing homes and businesses.

And planning your business with a construction business plan can help you if and or when times turns for the worst in the construction industry.

Just like with any industry, you have the good and the bad times to consider. And that is one of the most important reasons to plan.

= Start Up Capital For Your Business =

Of course in order to be successful in the construction world, you will need a solid construction business plan behind you.

Without such a business plan for your proposed business, you will be unable to raise the startup capital you need, or to attract the funds you may need to finance growth or ongoing operations.

Most financial institutions will not look at your business until you have a professionally completed business plan for them to review.

= Structuring Your Business Properly =

In addition, the information you gather while creating your construction business plan can help you to structure your business properly, and it can even help you easily see the challenges and the opportunities of your new business venture.

You will need to include what your business has done in the passed, if this is not a new business, and what your business is doing now on a daily basis and what your business plan on doing or accomplishing in the near and not so near future.

This information will be very useful in your business plan. Basically the financial institution wants to know if it will be worth it to them to invest into your businesses future.

= Running Your Construction Business =

Your construction business plan should also include information on how you plan to run your business, and how you plan to attract and retain qualified employees.

Finding skilled help at an affordable hourly rate is one of the most serious challenges facing the construction industry, and it is important for your construction business plan to address this important issue.

You will need to become very resourceful to ensure that you attract the type of employees you want to work in your construction business.

= The Information To Bring With You When You Are Getting financed =

When you do start searching for startup funds for your new construction business, it is important to be as prepared as possible for your meeting with the business lender.

You will of course need to bring your construction business plan with you, and you will want to make sure that it is accurate and complete prior to arriving at the meeting.

Chances are the business lender will also want to see other financial information, such as your bank account statements and tax returns, and any professional licenses, so be sure that you have all the information needed at your fingertips.

HIPAA or Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act was enforced as a law in 1996. The foremost aim of this law was to ensure that private health information of patients is protected and kept secure. HIPAA not only covers doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals but also other areas of the health care system that use and share patient information, such as health insurers, pharmacies, medical transcriptionists, and so on.

When the law was passed, it stipulated that all healthcare providers prepare to fully comply with all the HIPAA standards by 2013. One of the requirements of HIPAA is that employees of healthcare organizations must undergo training and become HIPAA certified. Most healthcare organizations who require their staff to be HIPAA certified will usually provide a HIPAA certification course for them at the workplace itself. However, if that is not the case with your organization, there are several online courses that you can enroll in.

If you decide to enroll in an online HIPAA Certification Course, first you must look for a reputed and accredited online company. A quick and detailed internet search will lead you to find it.

Here are three important benefits of an online HIPAA Certification Course.

    • In an online course you can start and complete the training in your own time and speed. The training is not very long and can be generally completed in a few hours. However, as no time limit is specified, you can take your time and complete the course in your free time. Online HIPAA certification courses are ideal for you if you are working or studying full and cannot take time off to attend a classroom-based course. An online course will give you the freedom you need to properly finish the training topics after work or on weekends. Once you are done, you can take your own time to review it, so that you are thorough with all the topics.

    • These online courses are very comprehensive and cover a variety of topics such as HIPAA basics, Administrative Simplification and accountability, Privacy and Security rules, standards of Electronic Transactions, and so on. The topics include basic summaries of topics as well as detailed explanations using real life examples. The course also covers information about all the individuals and organizations that come under this act and the repercussions of non-compliance and the resulting penalties.

    • One major benefit of doing the HIPAA Certification Course online is that it is simple. You do not need to download software on your PC. You only need a good internet connection and a PC or laptop. Once you are done with your course, you have to pass a small test, following which; you are given a completion certificate. You can print the certificate online when you're done with the course without wasting any time.

The online course is becoming more and more popular because of the convenience and flexibility associated with it. With online courses, you also get resource guides to help you like sample documents and FAQs, which will be your life-saver as you try to understand the details of the HIPAA standards and rules.

Exercise, eating right, stop smoking, sleep right, reduce stress, take care of your teeth, and have a good attitude are just a few things that can provide health in your life. Follow the advice of your doctor and lose a few pounds if you are overweight.

    Staying Healthy

    1. If you are a smoker, stop. Smoking is an addiction that it is very difficult to quite once you have started, but you can stop. Smoking causes lung cancer plus throat and mouth cancer, pancreatic cancer and many other cancers. It also increases your risk of heart disease.

Smokers have a high incidence of atherosclerosis and they usually have very low good cholesterols. Increased risk of blood clots and high blood pressure is a symptom of an addicted smoker and having shortness of breath is common.

    2. To stay healthy try limiting alcohol and caffeine drinks. There are heart healthy benefits of drinking red wine in moderation, but there is no reason to complete believes this suggestion. If you don't drink there is no reason to start. Drinking carries quite a few risks to healthy living. You can actually raise your triglyceride or fat levels in the blood as well as contract high bloodpressure, obesity and heart problems.

    3. Take care of your teeth seems to be a strange way to stay healthy, but there is definitely a link between periodontal disease and heart diseases. Studies have proven that those with periodontal disease are two times more at risk for heart disease.

    4. Reduce the stress in your life to decrease the risk of heart disease. Stress may lead you into risky behaviors that are not healthy. If you are stressed you may feel the need to drink to excess, smoke orover eat. Reduce stress by avoiding stressful situations, and do take up exercising, counseling, and meditating.

    5. Keep your weight in a healthy range. Being obese or overweight is hard on your heart. The larger your body the more blood flow you need. Your heart enlarges to compensate for weight and this leads to heart diseases and issues.

Losing just five or ten pounds will help. Measure your waist. If you are a man and your waist is more than 40 inches your risk for heart attacks is highly increased. If you are a woman and your waist is more than 35 inches you will probably find a heart attack in your future.

    6. Visit your doctor and have regular yearly visits. Make sure you have your blood pressure checked, cholesterol and triglycerides levels monitored. High levels will cause you to have heart disease.

    7. Sleep is a great way to stay healthy. A lack of sleep will negatively affect your health in many ways. The University of Chicago heart research team reported that lack of sleep causes heart disease.

Staying healthy requires good sleep patterns, visiting your doctor, losing weight, reducing stress and taking care of your teeth. It is important to stop smoking, reducing your drinking habits and losing weight.

If you live in a humid or very cold climate you probably know that outside exercise takes special precautions. Exercising in a climate controlled gym is easy, but do avoid strenuous exercise outside in either hot and humid weather or very cold temperatures. Different climates require different clothing, styles, and activity levels. If you love to exercise indoors then climate will have no affect on your exercise program; just keep going for at least 30 minutes a day to provide staying healthy regimens.

    Hot and Humid

When you exercise outdoors instead of in a gym, be cautious in choosing your exercising activities. Swimming in a cool pool is perfect in hot and humid weather. You can also exercise or engage in running activities early in the morning or later in the evening. Adjust to the temperature before going with your full energy. Stay hydrated. You will need to keep a water bottle by your side at all times. Working in hot and humid weather can give your body the stamina it needs to work in stressful situations.

Staying healthy by keeping to your hot weather exercise program can be productive.

It is very important to wear sunscreen when working and exercising outside. Avoid drinks that contain caffeine since they increase fluid loss. Wear light and lose fitting clothing as you exercise and moisten your skin with cool sprays of water when needed. Don't ignore your fitness regimen, but do be logical about what you are doing.

    Sub-Freezing and Cold

Freezing cold weather does require preparation if you are a regular exerciser. Stay safe and have fun while exercising out in the cold. Running is perfect and it can take off the pounds and inches. Running in the cold is very invigorating and gives you a medium for staying healthy.

Layer and wear synthetic fabrics. Do keep most of your body covered and the fabric closest to your skin should be synthetic and sweat wicking. Wear a wind resistant and waterproof jacket. Wearing gloves and a ski hat is important.

Respect your limits and know the signs of hypothermia and frostbite. When your body temperature falls below 95 degrees you may become confused and shiver uncontrollably. Try and avoid chills at all costs if you are exercising outside in the cold. Cold temperatures also restrict blood flow and can cause muscles to contract and cramp. Don't force the pace when you feel stiff. Just move in a steady manner.

Stay hydrated and whatever you do not forget to drink when you are exercising in cold weather. To stay healthy you need to keep drinking when you feel thirsty and do not drink more than 8 ounces every 20 minutes. Slow down a bit and enjoy the clear air.

After exercising in either hot or cold weather the most important item is to take care of you after exercising. If you are out in the cold get inside quickly and remove your wet clothes immediately.

After exercising outside in the heat it is wise to go into a cool room, sit for a minute, take deep breathes, and drink plenty of water. If you feel lightheaded, lay down for a bit and relax.

Article Title: 3 Things You Need to Know About the New Requirements Under Texas HB 300

The Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPPA) is well known among healthcare professionals. Though not as popular as HIPAA, HITECH (Health information Technology for Economic and Clinical Health Act) also aims to protect confidential patient health information alongside HIPAA.

The Texas government passed another law, HB 300 in 2011 as they were concerned that HITECH and HIPAA were not able to completely protect and guarantee the safety of private health information. This law became effective in September 2012. HB 300 impacts all individuals and organizations that come in contact with patient health information, including health care organizations and law firms. Thus it is essential for even attorneys to be aware of the stringent rules and regulations of this law.

Organizations and individuals that classify as "covered entities" will need to comply with certain new regulations and be aware of the penalties that come with the Texas law HB 300. Here are three new requirements that you should be aware of.

    • Texas HB 300 Training: This law requires that all covered entities must provide continuous HB 300 training for all their employees with regard to state and federal law that impacts the protection of patient health information. Employees should get specialized training in accordance with their specific work functions. The law goes on to mandate that within 60 days of a new employee's joining date, he/she must finish the Texas HB 300 training. As the training is a continuous one, it must be reviewed every two years. As with HIPAA, HB 300 also requires the organizations to keep a written record of every employee's training attendance.

    • Patient rights with respect to EHR (Electronic Health Records): Since the HB 300 law was enforced; all covered entities are required to supply the patients who request for a copy of their EHR, within 15 days of them making this request in written. Under the new requirement, Attorney General of Texas must create a website that contains information about privacy rights of patients as per the new Texas law. The law strictly prohibits the selling of patient health information and organizations need patient consents regarding the electronic disclosure of their health information.

    • New Penalties: Unauthorized disclosure of patient's private health information will lead to civil penalties, aside to other penalties on indication of violation of federal laws. Under HB 300, penalties can range from $5000 to $1.5 million dollar in one year. The jury will consider certain factors to determine the amount of penalty, which are, the gravity of the violation, compliance history of the covered entity, harmful impact on the patient, steps taken to correct the problem, and the sum needed to prevent further violations.

This is a brief summary of all the new requirements that have emerged as per the Texas HB 300. It is up to individuals and organizations that are "covered entities" to properly study and analyze these new rules and regulations. This can be best done by attending the Texas HB 300 training program.

Article Title: Why Professional Child Care Providers Need Abuse Assault and Neglect Training – 5 Points

Every individual should be aware of their responsibility of reporting a suspicious case of child abuse or neglect, and especially professional child care providers. Abuse Assault and Neglect training will enable them to know their responsibilities and the correct protocol to report a suspicion to CPS (Child Protective Services).

Here are some questions that will be answered in Abuse Assault and Neglect Training.

    • What does the law require?

The law mandates certain individuals in all states to report child abuse and neglect incidents. As all child care providers come under this category, they are requires to report any suspicious cases of child maltreatment and also to be aware of the policy of the State and procedures regarding reporting of such cases. The States also specify that the providers who report a case of suspected child abuse will not be subject to legal and criminal penalty because of making such a report.

    • When is the right time to report?

The law does not require a child care provider to have solid proof to report a case of abuse. Normally, the right time to make a report is when you suspect a child is abused or neglected. If you wait for solid proof, it may be too late and you will be risking the child's safety. It is not up to the child care provider to prove the abuse. He only has to report it to the CPS or other law enforcement authorities, who are trained to carry on an investigation.

    • Where and How to make a report?

Most States want that reports be made by telephone or in person to the right authorities. Some states may also need a written report following the oral one. These reports of child abuse and neglect have to be reported to the CPS and/or the law enforcement office. CPS workers not only investigate the situation, but also become involved with the affected family.

    • What happens if you fail to make a report?

There have been cases when child care providers and mandated reporters have failed to report cases of supposed child abuse. To avoid this, most states specify penalties for failure to report child maltreatment. Approximately 35 states classify this as a crime, and many states also penalize failure to report suspected cases.

    • What about false reports?

There are also penalties when people intentionally bring a false report of child abuse and neglect to the authorities. Around 30 States issue penalties for such false reporting. Most States classify cases of false reports as a crime while some call it a felony. The penalties remain the same as for failure to report suspected cases of child abuse or neglect. False reports are different to reports that remain unproven by the CPS. Unproven cases are those that were ruled out because of lack of proper evidence.

Abuse Assault and Neglect Training is essential especially if you're working directly with children or even adults. The training will teach you how to recognize it, prevent it, and the report it.

Emaar properties and joined Emaar MGF has been accused along with APIIC for alleged undervaluing of land in Hyderabad. APIIC or Andhra Pradesh Industrial Infrastructure corporation Limited is a government run corporation and has undertaken numerous developmental projects in the state of Andhra Pradesh in sync with the state government dream to make Andhra Pradesh one of the best cities in the country. It joined hand with global player, Emaar properties for the development of a luxurious township project in Gaichibowli boulder Hills. The luxurious gated residential township was planned to be the ultimate luxury homes encompassing private villas, apartments and various world class facilities such as an 18-hole golf course and resort style 5 star hotels. However, such a grand scheme can easily be caught in the tangle of ugly schemes of people with vested interest. Consequently, Emaar Properties, Emaar MGF and APIIC were allegedly accused of selling off the Boulder Hills plots at relatively low prices to customer. Since day one of the allegation, Emaar properties has denied any wrong doing and has cried foul play by parties with vested interest. The case hitherto came to be known as Emaar Property Scam due to media frenzy. Emaar has extended full co-operation to the investigating state agency, CBI to clear its name and nab the real culprit in the case. Emaar MGF, CBI has closely worked together and initial investigation has given a clean chit to Emaar properties and Emaar MGF and hints at foul play against the real estate giant.

Emaar Properties is the stalwart of Dubai real estate sector. Incepted in 1997, Emaar properties has come a long and successful path of success since then. Today, Emaar has more than 60 companies under its corporation and has successful business setups in not only in Middle East, but also in several neighbouring countries like Syria, Lebanon, Jordan, Egypt, Morocco, and western economies like United States of America and United Kingdom, African continent and South East Asian countries like Pakistan and India. With many wonderful architectural masterpieces in its portfolio such as the Burj Khalifa and Dubai Marina, Emaar has carved a niche for itself in the world stage of real estate builders.

It established its operation in India in 2005 by entering into an allegiance with local player MGF development limited. Except for the lone fiasco in Hyderabad, Emaar MGF has unrivalled success in many major cities of India including the capital city of Delhi and neighbouring Gurgaon, Mohali in Punjab, Tamil Nadu, Kerala, Andhra Pradesh, Maharashtra amongst other. The successful and timely completion of 2010 Commonwealth Athlete Games Village is considered as the turning point of Emaar success story n India. With its completion, it came to be regarded as a potential powerful player in the Indian market. Despite the minor hiccup of Emaar Property scam, Emaar MGF has continued its real success stories with several mega projects in prime location. Emaar has not only revealed its intention of foraying into hospitality sector but has announced the acquisition of prime locations for the country's finest 7 star hotels. It is just a matter of times before Emaar completely conquers the Indian real estate market.

Emaar Properties was incepted in 1997 with the sole aim of establishing Dubai as a prominent trade centre in the world. The man behind Emaar success stories is none other than Mohamed Alabbar, one of the most powerful and enigmatic Arab in the Middle East. Since the time it started its operation, Dubai has seen a grand real estate bubble and Emaar was successful in capitalizing this era of Dubai's history to etch its own name in the history of the world. Globally recognised as the builder of the world tallest building, Burj Khalifa, Emaar's success story is much taller than that of the structure it built. Emaar today has emerged as the leader of innovative and integrated living concepts not only confined to the boundaries of United Arab Emirate or UAE but the throughout the entire Persian gulf. With such phenomenal success in the gulf, Emaar now looked over the horizon to countries like Lebanon, Syria, Morocco, Egypt, Jordan, Africa, USA, United Kingdom and Asian countries mainly Pakistan and India to replicate its success stories.

Today, Emaar has a strong hold in the Indian real estate with major developmental projects all across the country. It started its Indian operation with a joint venture in 2005 with one of the country's leading real estate company MGF Development Limited. At that time, the FDI that Emaar brought into the real estate industry was a whooping 4 billion US $ and one of the largest in that sector. With its grand entry, Emaar MGF entity started consolidating its empire by building several residential complexes, villas and townships in various Indian cities like New Delhi, Haryana, Andhra Pradesh, Tamil Nadu etc. These development projects received phenomenal response in the Indian market and the name Emaar MGF became synonymous with luxury lifestyle and concepts. However, in 2011, Emaar Properties and Emaar MGF combined were accused of diluting public stake in a residential township project in Hyderabad. The Hyderabad land scam or Emaar MGF scam came under the spotlight as various celebrity and politician were roped in for investigation by CBI, the investigating state agency. Emaar MGF has extended all possible co-operations to the state agency to clear its name from the fiasco. The media also hyped up the Hyderabad land scam by christening it as Emaar MGF scam, and the real estate giant had to suffer much embarrassment for no fault of its own. And today, with no proof against its involvement in the Hyderabad land scam, Emaar sails through this tough waters with its reputation intact and continues its grand plans of changing the Indian skyline.

Leaving the allegations far behind, Emaar has unfolded its grand vision for the Indian real estate market. Besides residential complexes, it has started building numerous commercial complexes, business hubs, and technology parks. It is now looking to establish its name as a forerunner in the hospitality and retail sector with various lucrative projects in the pipeline. Rumours, allegations and false implication aside, Emaar continues to do what it does best, constructions, constructions and more constructions!

Founded in the late 90's, Emaar success story has seen the lights of many a nation such as Saudi Arabia, Jordan, Egypt, Lebanon, Syria, Pakistan and India. Besides these emerging markets, Emaar is also a major player in developed western economies like the United States of America and the United Kingdom. The torch bearer in Dubai's real estate development, Emaar properties has many grand structures to its name. The Burj Khalifa which is the most impressive structure to line the Dubai skyline and also recognised as the world tallest building is the handiwork of none other than Emaar Properties. The Dubai Mall which is considered as the largest functional mall in the entire world was built and managed by Emaar properties. Besides these, Emirates hills, Arabian ranches, the Lofts, the old town island, Burj Khalifa Boulevard, the residences, Burj views, many lakes, parks and gardens finds its way into the global real estate company's portfolio. Strategising its global expansion plans, Emaar properties entered into international joint ventures with numerous countries of the world. Apart from its core business of real estate, Emaar has set its foot in various related areas like retail, education and healthcare on a global basis beyond Dubai.

In 2005, Emaar found its way into the Indian economy with the liberalization of FDI or foreign direct investment. As per norms, Emaar joined a local real estate player MGF Developmental Limited thus, birthing Emaar MGF. The brand Emaar MGF since its formation has been unstoppable in any part of the country. With extensive expertise in building luxurious residential complexes, Emaar properties and Emaar MGF combined took up many developmental projects all across the country. With major cities like New Delhi, Haryana, Punjab, Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka, Kerala, Chennai and Maharashtra adorns a swanky new look being touched with Emaar's magic wand. There has been a steep increase in the numbers of residential township and commercial complexes in these cities with the coming of Emaar MGF.

The much acclaimed state of the art Commonwealth Games athlete Village in New Delhi s the considered as Emaar's flagship project in India. These opulent villages housed international players during the games and showed the taste of India in the international market. Its success story changed the dimension for this global builder in the Indian real estate market. Except for a momentary distraction in Hyderabad, Emaar MGF has grown leap and bounds in India. In the Hyderabad Land scam also popularly known as Emaar case, Emaar Properties and Emaar MGF were allegedly accused of selling off plots for a luxurious township at lower prices to its customer. APIIC accused Emaar of diluting the public stake much to the charging of Emaar in the Hyderabad land scam. Since day one, Emaar has maintained its integrity and has claimed for no involvement in the entire Emaar case. CBI too has not found anything to frame charges against the global player indicating foul play and malicious intent of unknown parties. This has made Emaar more intent and has requested CBI for a full investigation to reach to the bottom of all this allegations. Emaar has left this episode of mudslinging far behind and allegations notwithstanding, Emaar has announced its stance in the Indian market with various lucrative projects in the pipeline making its intent very clear.

The alleged land scam in Hyderabad may have moved away from the media limelight but the real estate company which is supposedly implicated in the controversy is determined to clear its name from the scandal by extending full support to the agencies investigating the so called land scam. The Emaar scam accused has shown great determination in extending full and unconditional cooperation with the agencies and is helping the investigation to solve the case at the earliest. While the investigations are ongoing and initial investigations have revealed that the real estate firm may have no role to play in the entire fiasco, the Dubai developer criticizes the media for creating such hype about the alleged scam without verifying the facts and for indulging in sensationalism. The case is pending and thus far no charges have been framed against any official of the real estate firm. The media interest in the alleged controversy has now dwindled down but the company is not taking any chances and is going all out to get a clean chit from the investigating agencies.

Emaar is one of the leading real estate firms around the world is reputed to be the most efficient, cost effective and technologically advanced firms in the real estate domain. Testimony to Emaar Properties expertise in real estate lies in the successful completion of some of the mega construction projects of the modern day world. The famed Burj Khalifa, the tallest building in the world was constructed by Emaar properties and has further stamped its position as the leading real estate firm across the world. Adding another feather to the cap, Emaar Properties finished constructing The Dubai Mall within stipulated timelines and to the appreciation by real estate players around the world. The Dubai Mall is known to be the biggest functional mall in the world based on total area covered though the leasable area falls short of some other new malls developed around the world. It was after conquering the Dubai market that Emaar decided to spread its wings to nearby regions of Middle East and rest of South Asia and marked its presence in countries like Egypt, Syria, Jordan, Turkey, Morocco, Africa, Pakistan and India. And so far, Emaar success stories in tapping the market of these emerging world economies have been unbridled. The success Emaar has received in the Asian market is expected to be replicated around the world and Emaar has already step foot in the US market.

The Indian real estate market had always been attractive to foreign players but strict rules guiding the entry of international real estate giants prevented the entry of Emaar in the Indian market. However, since the liberalization period, the Indian government had been systematically opening up its economy and once the real estate market was opened for foreign investors via direct foreign investment or FDI, Emaar finally entered the scene in 2005 and has not looked back since. With a score of world class projects already completed, Emaar has already proven why it is known as the world's most efficient and reliable developer.

Many people in the world today want to buy those big screen plasma TV's, personal computers and other high end electronic equipment, but many lack the money to buy such expensive products outright.

What this means to you is that there is an enormous business opportunity waiting in the rental business.

= The Rental Business Is Booming =

In fact, the rental business has been booming, and more and more entrepreneurs are finding that the rent to own business is an extremely profitable one.

The cornerstone to success in the rental business, however, is a quality and detailed rental business plan.

= Raising Start Up Cash =

Without a business plan, it will be virtually impossible to raise the startup cash you need to get the rental business off the ground.

Starting such a rental business can be quite costly, after all you will have to buy a large number of high end electronics, furniture, computer equipment and other items that your clients can rent from you.

= Borrowing Or Taking On Partners =

This means that you will likely need to either borrow the startup funds you need or take on partners and investors in order to get your business up and running.

The first document any business banker or potential investor will want to see is the rental business plan you have created. Without such a business plan in hand, it will be virtually impossible to raise the funds you need to be successful.

    = Franchise Or Not =

One of the most important things you will need to consider when starting a rental business is whether you will buy into an existing rental business franchise or will you start this type of business from scratch.

An existing franchise has its benefits, but it may be a little costly as well. You will have the initial fees and you will also have the continual fees as well.

If you start a rental business from scratch you will not have all of the benefits of a well known franchise to fall back on.

= Keeping Your Taxes Low =

In addition to its usefulness in getting the startup funds you need, a rental business plan will also be invaluable in a number of other ways as well. For instance, a good business plan will help you plan your tax liability to keep your taxes as low as possible.

Keeping taxes low is an important part of planning for any business, and your business plan can definitely come in handy when it comes to planning your taxes.

= Using A Tax Attorney Or An Accountant =

Of course it is likely that you will need help when creating your rental business plan, especially when it comes to such complicated matters as taxes.

Tax law is an incredibly complicated subject, and paying a tax attorney or accountant to review your rental business plan will be money well spent.

And it is always a good idea to have professionals to help you with the making any final decisions when it comes to your businesses taxes and accounting needs.

With regards to rafting the Grand Canyon, nearly all visualize costly seven-day white water journeys. The option? The 1-day smooth-water float excursion. Soothing and enjoyable, these types of South Rim excursions are so inexpensive that even the most economical tourist is going to be pleased.

This specific float journey begins by getting on a luxury coach as well as traveling 140 miles east via Grand Canyon National Park to Glen Canyon Dam in Page, AZ. Here your coach is going to drive down the dam's two-mile entry tunnel until you get to the bottom and get on your motor-driven pontoon raft.

Now you'll push off into smooth water as well as drift amongst canyon walls until you get to breathtaking Horseshoe Bend, the well-known "U" that blends the very best of the region's red sandstone cliffs along with the river's dazzling emerald green waters. Onward, you'll get out at one of many sandy beaches and take a brief stroll to a cliff wall in which ancient occupants left petroglyphs.

Among the important things about these all-inclusive excursions would be the boatmen. These types of river guides get around the river with skill as well as ease. Most are specialists in geology as well as natural history and are pleased to reply to your queries regarding the region's distinctive rock structures, ample wildlife, as well as previous adventurers such as Major John Wesley Powell. It's typical to tip your guide in the event you found her or him particularly beneficial.

The Colorado River begins to widen and also the plant life begins to thicken as you travel further west in the direction of the famous town of Lee's Ferry, portal to the Grand Canyon. It is the sole spot for the following 260 miles in which you are able to get across the Colorado River. Still standing are a vintage fort plus a trading post. John D. Lee, under a commission out of the Mormon Church, developed and run the ferry, which turned outdated in 1928 once the Navajo Bridge had been finished. The town now functions as the starting place for all white-water trips.

Here at Lee's Ferry, you'll move to your luxurious motor coach and commence the return journey to your South Rim lodging. On the way, you will see the mystical Navajo Indian Reservation and also the unique Painted Desert, and you will halt at the Cameron Trading Post, an excellent location to buy genuine Native American crafts.

The Grand Canyon smooth-water float excursion along with luxury coach comes with everything as well as includes free of charge hotel shuttle service, lunch, as well as drinks. Summer time excursions can become hot and I strongly suggest you carry sun block as well as a hat and drink plenty of water. Carry a swimwear or don one beneath your garments if you wish to take a swim. This really is all-day excursion is suitable for age groups 4 years or more.

The list price of this excursion is a deal. If you would like the best offer, buy your journey on the web. I suggest this tactic to family and friends. It's not unusual to discover this deal provided at a 35 percent reduction. Buy your seats ahead of time, too. Rafts transport around 15 to 22 people. Because this is among the most favored day excursions on the South Rim, seats go quickly.

Float tours are ideal for travelers who want no rapids as they proceed down the Colorado River. The 15.5-mile journey starts at Glen Canyon Dam and finishes at Lee's Ferry. In the middle, you will experience some the most spectacular scenery in the Western US You would think an outing such as this one would break your budget. Not so! Come aboard one and all, and discover the Colorado River in all its peaceful elegance.

Arthur Edward Waite is best known for the tarot cards that bear his name. However, the tarot cards he co-created with Pamela Cole Smith at the turn of the 20th century reveal nothing of his contributions to occult literature. Waite was a consummate writer in the areas of mysticism and ceremonial magic. He worked arduously to uncover esoteric knowledge. Waite translated lost manuscripts describing the secret rites of the Freemasons, the Rosicrucians, the Templar Knights, and the magical writings of several historically significant occult figures.

AE Waite was also remembered for his association with the legendary Hermetic Order of the Golden Dawn or "Golden Dawn." Waite was an integral member of this group, which included the likes of Samuel Liddell Macgregor Mathers, William Butler Yeats, William Westcott, and the infamous Aleister Crowley. This organization was concerned with the research and experimentation of ancient systems of esoteric knowledge such as the Kabbalah and the Enochian System of Magic. The Golden Dawn gave rise to many of the present-day mystical and magical societies, including several that adopted the name of the Golden Dawn as their own.

AE Waite passed into transition on May 19, 1942, leaving only his books and tarot cards as his legacy. The newly released book The First Truth – A Book of Metaphysical Theories contains extraordinary mystical concepts received by the author from the spiritual source of AE Waite. The author cites The First Truth as a work of divine illumination. Waite fully establishes himself as a spiritual guide to the author in all aspects of writing and producing the book. The nature of the author's relationship to AE Waite is addressed within the book's first few pages.

The First Truth is a mystical journey into the nature of reality and the meaning of life. The author explores little known metaphysical concepts and offers a number of novel theories communicated to him by Arthur Edward Waite. We've all heard this saying: There are two kinds of people in the world; leaders and followers. Its human nature to play follow the leader. Most of us are inclined to take instruction from the one who is stronger or smarter or better looking. Since the majority of us are followers, we are attracted to those who display these attributes. Humans are taught by those in power to rely their leader's strength, not realizing that they have enough power of their own. Misguided leaders seek to keep their flock uninformed and therefore left to humbly accept his empty promises. It's really a false sense of power, since the foolish leader has no real power. Society unwittingly gave it him.

When you choose to blindly follow another person, you are allowing that person to make your decisions on your behalf. Do not give up that power without first knowing what you are giving up. What do you have to lose by following this so called leader? Does he or she have your best interests in mind, or does he or she have a personal agenda? An independent thinking and strong minded person will have the good sense to question his or her leader to uncover ulterior motives.

Again, by letting someone else make your decisions for you, you are giving up your personal power. This makes you nothing less than a crash test dummy. This leader, whether he or she is a personal friend, or an elected governmental official, owns you. He or she decides where you will go, who you will speak to, what you will read, and when you will do these things. This is why socialism does not work. Socialism forces a person depends on his government for his major needs, like food, shelter, medical care, job security, and retirement options. Socialism is a very dangerous economic doctorine for those participating in it. It takes control away from the people and puts it into the hands of the political leaders. This puts society in a precarious position if the polictical masterminds decide to remove public benefits. This would unleash a world of trouble. Many of you probably find this statement obvious. That's because it is commonsense. Socialism cannot sustain itself in the long run. However this is not an article supporting the elimination of socialism. It's about retaining our personal power by taking charge of our lives.

Giving control of your life to someone would seem unnatural, yet so many of us are ready and willing to do so. We like to have someone take care of us. By keeping our power, we open up a world of possiblities, that prior to this had been hidden from from our eyes. Being responsible for what we do and experience is essential for personal growth. We cannot fully experience life in all its slendor if we make someone else manager of our personal affairs. That is not living. It is a lack of interest in the direction one's life takes.

Personal growth is essential in every life. As humans we achieve our greatest measure of growth by being responsible for our own actions. Taking risks from time to time is part of the human adventure. It is important for humans to overcome obstables and challenges without having someone doing for us. When we allow someone else to remove our challenges it weakens us. Soon we become a shell of the person we were meant to become. No one likes to face any amount of discomfort, but pain is part of the human condition. Humans are meant to face their hardships and triumph over them even when the odds are against it.

I believe that an individual should think independently and without undue influence. It's necessary to question the doctrines of your religious and political affliations to define what is true for you. The primary difference I see between the ideologies of Spiritualism and Christianity is the one that deals with the vicarious atonement. The Christian religion has as their central theme the idea that Jesus died on the cross, to redeem God's disobedient and unrepentant people from their sinful ways. Christians are taught that by accepting Jesus Christ as their personal savior, God forgives their sin and welcomes them into heaven. Jesus is the symbolic sacrificial lamb. At least this is how many religious leaders choose to interpret the Bible. Perhaps he could more accurately be described as a scape goat.

As I stated, vicarious atonement is at the heart of the Christian religion, which puts it, somewhat at odds Spiritualism. I admit I have a problem with vicarious atonement that I would keep even if I were not a Spiritualist. The idea of having another person take responsibility for your actions is inherently wrong. We should not ask someone to stand in our place and suffer the consequences of our actions. That is irresponsible for many reasons. Punishing one person for what another did is a gross miscarriage of justice. God would not allow such a thing, especially since God does not judge our behavior.

God has left us to face the consequences of our poor behavior toward one another. This has to with natural law such as cause and effect. There is no way for us to blame others for our wrongdoings. Nor would we want to. We are here to learn. I believe that statement is in agreement with the teachings of Spiritualism. If we allow another individual to assume responsibility for our misconduct, the only thing we will take away from the experience is that we got away with it. For that reason, we will have learned nothing. This is significant in that those who choose to allow Jesus to remove their "sins," are deceiving themselves. We think we are getting absolved of our wrongdoings by getting a free ticket to heaven. In truth, our experiences never leave us. At some point, we will have to deal with the guilt and regret we have accumulated in our subconscious as a result of our offenses. No one gets away with anything in life. We are all required to take responsibility for our actions. There is no "get out of jail free" card.

I want to point out that it is wrong to take responsibility for another person's bad behavior. By doing this, we are taking away that person's opportunity to grow in spirit. The outcome of learning is personal growth. If nothing is learned, no growth will occur. Covering for another person is doing them an injustice. It's deprives of them of growth. That is a terrible thing to do a fellow human. People need to make their choices and account for them. One philosophy stemming from the law of attraction craze states that we are responsible for everything we create. If that is the case, then we must acknowledge responsibility for our creations. By doing so, we position ourselves to accept a higher level of understanding that would not be available to us otherwise.

Next time someone says, "Did you know Jesus died for our sin?", tell him or her, "Well he shouldn't have. It's time for people to start taking responsibility for themselves."
