Article Title: The Inspiring $50/Day Online Business Idea

    *********************** ARTICLE START ***********************

This is a story you're going to love, about the ingenuity of a would-be entrepreneur who wasn't a writer, yet he figured out a way he could fill his website with articles and earn $50 a day. And if you're a writer, and you can produce your own quality articles, you should be able to more than double his idea.

Writers are always looking for ways to earn money from their writing and this story of a determined non-writer to earn money online, inspired me to share his story of his ideas to earn $50 a day, online.

I found out about this persons online adventure after I came across his post on a forum.

He had set up a website several months ago and had uploaded quite a few articles to it. But because he wasn't a writer, he had to use other people's articles from article directories.

The forum thread was full of people complaining that they weren't making enough money online. There was a lot of whining and moaning about how hard it was to make any sort of decent income online.

But one poster had taken a different view and he didn't see a small online income as a barrier to making more money.

He said that his website where he was uploading the articles, only made money from Pay Per Click Advertisements that he'd placed on the site. He said that because he couldn't write, he didn't have another way to monetize his website.

And he was only averaging $1 a day in online income.

But rather than being down about it, he was being a "the glass is half full" optimist. He'd figured out that, if he had one website that was earning $1 a day, then if he had 50 websites, he could earn $50 a day.

He was pumped full of enthusiasm about his new quest and said he couldn't wait to get started. And looking at it from his point of view; if he could earn $50 a day by uploading other people's articles to his website, and it only took him a matter of a minute to upload each one, then he would be working less than an hour a day uploading articles, plus the time spent finding them or sifting through those he'd had emailed to him.

So with 50 websites, at his current rate of income per site, he would be earning over $18,000 a year.

And that's not too shabby for a man who can't write and has to make do with articles from article directories. But his content is duplicate content and so wouldn't be as effective as it would be if he could write his own unique articles.

But if you are a writer, and you can write all your own unique content, you could earn more than $50 a day from your websites. And even if you only start with one site; if you write and upload 1 article a day, in a years time you'll have a 365-page website.

And if you have 5 PPC ad units on each page (which is the maximum Google Adsense) allows, and each unit contains several individual ads, you would have a website filled with over five and a half thousand money-making advertisements.

And that's on just one website.

As a writer, you'll also be familiar with writing SEO articles to further optimize your website. If you're not familiar with using SEO, a simple explanation is choosing a keyword and/or key phrase for each article (you can find these by using the free Google Keyword Tool), writing your article around your chosen keyword or key phrase, and using in your article heading and the body too.

Not only that, but you can also monetize your website by collating some of your articles and publishing them as an ebook that you sell from your website. Or use your writing skills to write marketing articles to help sell other peoples' products for a commission.

You see, if you can write, you're miles ahead of would-be entrepreneurs who cannot.

You can write all your own content, write and publish ebooks, work as an affiliate marketer and you can have as many websites as you want.

And with such a unique and enviable advantage for making money online, why wouldn't you want to do it?

All you have to do is write one article a day, and you can have your own online business.

This is a great way to be proactive and find any problems that can be handled quickly and without invasive procedures.

2.Eat three well balanced meals per day. Use foods from the various food groups. You also need to consume foods that are low in fats, sodium and cholesterol. This will lessen the chances of developing heart disease and diabetes. If you eat properly you will maintain a healthy weight. Keep your diet-varied by eating leafy vegetables, grains, dairy, lean meats, fruits, poultry and fish.

    3. Although the foods you eat contain vitamins and minerals and are generally all you need to maintain your body's functions, talking a vitamin supplement will ensure that you are getting all the daily vitamin and mineral supplements that you need. One little vitamin can regulate bodily functions, provide energy, and keep your heart and lungs working on a normal schedule.

4.Sleep is wonderful and we all need ample sleep. Sleep allows your body to relax and recharge. Seven to eight hour a night is generally all you need to feel rested and to have the proper amount of energy needed to get through your busy days. If you feel tired during the day, there is no reason you should not just lie down for a bit a take a nap.

5.Exercise is one of the best ways of staying healthy. Thirty minutes of brisk exercise will boost you moods, improve your body physically and provide you with energy. Try walking your dog, or just rambling around the neighborhood. If you feel more energetic you might enjoy biking, performing household chores like vacuuming, briskly walking or working out at your local gym. It is also amazing what exercise will do for your sleep patterns.

Before beginning any vigorous or changed exercise routine or drastically altering your diet, do consult with your doctor. If you have just had a yearly physical go ahead with your plans and get all the tests that your doctor has suggested. If you have not seen your doctor for over a year, schedule an appointment and work with a physical therapist and a nutritionist to receive the best advice for nutrition and exercise. Take care of your body and your mind will also be healthy.Print out the above and stay healthier this year.

Everyone knows that staying healthy requires diet and exercise, sleep and hydration, but what about different habits that will keep you healthy? There are mental and physical tips that will improve your life and keep you from being bored, stuck in a rut, and thinking about sleep all the time.

    Different Ways

•Reboot Your Brain. Nodding off for about 20 minutes at work does not mean you are lazy. It means that you are working to reduce stress and enhance memory. A midday nap reverses information overload, according to Harvard University. NASA believes that napping helps you focus and improves your ability to finish tasks. The study also cautions that naps are only a short-term fix and not a substitute for a good night's sleep. Make sure your power nap is no more than 30 minutes, any longer and you will enter a deep sleep.

•Use melatonin to help synchronize your biological clock. If you need a good night's sleep to help boost your memory the key is to take melatonin. This is a useful hormone manufactured by the brain and melatonin synchronizes your body's clock and regulates sleep. It is also a strong antioxidant. Melatonin works with the immune system and prevents depression, cancer, sexual dysfunction and cardiovascular disease. Melatonin is infused by light and dark or day and night. Get lots of light in the day and plenty of dark at night.

•Enjoy the sun. Vitamin D is the vitamin that comes from sunlight. Vitamin D deficiencies cause osteoporosis, cardiovascular diseases and cancer, multiple sclerosis and rheumatoid arthritis and type 1 diabetes.Stand in the sun for as little as 20 minutes, without sunscreen, and early in the morning.

•Food is medicine. Eat a balance diet and develop good eating habits. These are key for keeping your body and brain functioning at optimal levels. Delaying meals to keep working or using a crash or fad diet to lose weight is not good for you body. Staying hungry will make you lose weight, but the weight you lose will be from muscle. You will have an effect on your body if you fad diet. As you stave yourself, muscles will disappear and your body will burn fewer calories. Exercise to build up muscles, burn calories and get thinner.

•Build rest periods into your workout. Exercise and workout routines go hand in hand with diet to control weight. If you find it impossible to schedule a thirty minute block at the gym, try doing exercise in short 10-minute intense exercises of moderate intensity. Do your 10 minutes until it adds up to 30 minutes a day; especially if you are usually sedentary. Try taking a well timed rest in the middle of a long workout session. This will help you burn more fat.

•One last suggestion is to hug your family and friends. The human touch has a very therapeutic physical and mental effect. The University of North Carolina did a study that proves hugging your partner will reduce heart rates and blood pressures. Give someone a hug and stay healthy!

Health advice seems to change all the time with certain food and activities being good one week and bad the next. The basic practices to stay healthy, however, have remained the same for hundreds of years. They are things that you are probably already doing and just need to improve on.

    Diet

The most important thing you can do is eat a proper diet. Diet is the control mechanism that eliminates high blood pressure, diabetes and heart diseases. The American Heart Association recommends that you eat a variety of nutrient dense foods like whole grains and fruit and vegetables plus low-fat dairy and stay away from fats, sugars and salt. Stop drinking alcohol in a binge fashion and replace alcohol with fruit drinks, smoothies and water.

    Sleep

No getting enough sleep is a major contributor to high blood pressure and heart attacks. You may also find that you are mentally deficient if you have a lack of sleep and your moods will cause irritability and dysfunction. Get at least eight hours of sleep each night to stay healthy.

    Exercise

Adults 18 to 64 should have at least two hours and 30minutes of moderately intense exercise every week. Even more activity would be better! The US Department of Health and Human Services recommends aerobic activity to get you heart rate up and pumping while you burn calories, strengthen muscles, and give your mind a better outlook on life.

    Wear Protective Gear

Healthy living is buckling up whenever you are in a vehicle. Using seat belts have saved 75,000 lives during a four year period. If you ride a motorcycle or a bike by all means wear a helmet. The NHTSA claims that helmets saved 1,829 motorcyclists in the year 2008. Make sure you wear a helmet if you roller skate, ice skate, do off road ATV riding or go snowmobiling.

    Sunscreen

Sun exposure causes cancer and wrinkled skin. The American Cancer Society states that adults and children must use a sunscreen of SPF 15 or higher. Stay out of the sun between 10 am and 4 pm when the sun's rays are very intense. Do wear protective clothing and hats when working in the sun and utilize sunglasses for eye protection.

    Smoking

One word: stop. One in five deaths each year in the United States is caused by smoking. Lung cancer deaths and an increase of coronary heart disease and strokes are your legacy if you smoke. Not to mention it prevents those around you from having a good quality of life. Smoking is dirty, stinky and very unattractive.

    Stress

Manage your stress any good way you can. Stress causes heart disease which is the number one killer of adults in the United States. Learning to control stress will help you feel better every day and decrease chances of health problems. Try meditation, relaxation and exercise to manage stress. Read a good book or find a hobby that you can put your back into.

One of the best consequences of staying healthy is all the money you save by not having to go to the doctor often, avoiding hospitals, and staying away from all night clinics.

As new legislation concerning health care moves closer, the health care industry is still sorting through the legislation that will impact the health of citizens. There will be sweeping regulatory changes at the Federal and State levels and medical entities are concerned about new compliance issues and changes in the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPPA). At this point in time no documentation is proposed to change the security message of health records.

Staying healthy is still a vital part of medical insurance legislation and your records will remain private. You can ensure that you stay healthy by implementing cost effective ways to prevent medical intervention and charges.

Indulging in eating unhealthy foods can be satisfying, but they do have lots of empty calories and will cost you in ill health, weight issues, and a general feeling of exhaustion. If you lose your health, obviously you will pay in medical treatments that are totally unnecessary. Use commonsense tips and tricks to stay healthy and look for bargains in your grocer痴 produce section.

Nutritionists and doctors recommend that in order to prevent medical costs, provide healthier alternative and boost your budget, you should utilize several time tested tips.

百top eating fast foods every day; this is highly expensive. Not only does fast food cost more than eating at home, but fast food is loaded with empty calories that add weight and unhealthy fat to your body. There are new health laws that require fast food establishments to list the calories and ingredients in their foods, but you are still paying for lower nutrition and unhealthy cooking methods.

謬ry shopping on weekends. If you have fresh and healthy foods at home you will be more inclined to eat at home and avoid restaurant foods that do not contribute to a healthy lifestyle. Eating out is expensive; save restaurant foods for special occasions.

姫urchase leafy greens like chard, collards, spinach and broccoli. These are the most nutritious and least expensive foods in the grocery store. Kale with beans, grains and herbs can be a nutrition dinner that emphasis health and costs only $1.50. A salad is very yummy and nutritious.

百tay healthy and wealthy by eating less meat. Meat is always the most expensive thing on the restaurant menu or in the grocery store. A vegetarian diet is not necessary, but cutting back on meat to twice a week is a great way to eliminate back on calories and high tickets at the store. Eat beans, eggs and lentils for the protein advantage of meat.

彦ish is a very important part of staying healthy. Fresh fish is expensive. If you purchase canned salmon or smoked mackerel you will find the same proteins, vitamins and omega-3 fatty acids in canned versus fresh. The tradeoff is cost.

Visit your local grocery store and find awesome fruits and vegetable, those are cost effective and nutritious. When you eat cheap, greasy foods you are starving your cells, contribution to health problems, and spending more money than you should. When you eat fruits and vegetables you are promoting a healthy lifestyle.

Many people are looking to magnetic therapy to cure some of their medical conditions. While largely unproven in medical research, magnets are being used by many people. Moreover, there is an array of products that use the principles of magnetism and some of these products include magnetic mugs, magnetic period pads, magnetic acupuncture soles, magnetic nose clips to cure snoring, magnetic therapy dots, magnetic pillow and mattress pads, and silver and gold jewelry clasps. Despite the lack of medical research to back supposed health claims, many users of magnetic products attest to the effectiveness of relieving symptoms of their medical conditions.

The most popular forms of products using magnets are magnetic jewelry like bracelets, necklaces, and rings. Most of these jewelry items are made of stainless steel, titanium, tungsten, and hematite. For bracelets, the magnet is hidden underneath each link so that the magnet will be in contact with the skin. Why are magnets used for therapeutic purposes? Magnets are believed to increase blood circulation, oxygenate and energize the blood, and stimulate the body's healing process.

Magnets can also be used to help people with arthritis, carpal tunnel syndrome, nerve injury and headaches. Magnets are said to accelerate wound healing. Aside from that, magnets also help relieve the symptoms of diabetes, dysmenorrhea, infertility, sugar imbalance, cerebral palsy, osteoporosis, chronic fatigue syndrome, ADD, insomnia, arteriosclerosis, high cholesterol, asthma, open wounds, and fibromyalgia.

Some of the magnetic products that can benefit users are gold and silver magnetic clasps, which help connect necklaces with ease. Moreover, the magnetic connection is strong so that the necklaces do not slip off without the owners knowing. Another product is the magnetic stainless steel/ceramic mug. Magnetized water aids to promote general health, especially to the urinary, nervous, and digestive systems. Magnetized water also reduces extra bile and acidity in the digestive system. It also moderates bowel movement and excretes all poisonous matter accumulated.

Another product is the magnetic mattress/pillow pad. One only has to lie directly on the pads during sleep. The product improves blood circulation, enhances relief of body discomfort, and improves general health. For women, there is a magnetic product to be used only during menstruation. This is the magnetic period pad and it aims to minimize pain experience during the menstrual process. It also lessens the stress and it works immediately once applied.

Magnetic therapy dots are subtle patches with magnets to relieve pain. Each adhesive patch has a powerful 2500 Gauss magnet built into it. The magnetic snore free nose clip helps prevent snoring through stimulating the nose's sensory nerves. The nose clip is attached to the nose and the clip also fits comfortably. Magnetic acupuncture insoles have magnets and massage nodules that help relax and stimulate the feet. It can also help reduce muscular pains and aches, headache, back distress, and fatigue. The insoles keep the body free from stress and it also improves metabolism.

Moreover, magnetic products are also affordable and they cost only a fraction of standard medical therapies. These products are steadily gaining in popularity and there may come a time when magnets would be accepted by more people as alternative medical therapies.

Magnetic bracelets are gradually becoming jewelry and accessory staples. Why is this so? For one, magnets are believed to be beneficial to one's health. Research suggests that using magnets in jewelry can aid in blood circulation, help treat chronic pain, and help reduce inflammation. Experienced athletes and people with arthritis can reap the health benefits of using magnetic healing bracelets. If one is contemplating implementing alternative therapies to achieve general health, sometimes a magnetic stainless steel bracelet can improve the body's physical functions.

Many users of magnetic bracelets rave about the supposed benefits of wearing them. Research also suggests that magnetic bracelets also aid in wound healing, headaches, carpal tunnel syndrome, and nerve injury. Magnetic bracelets are also beneficial for people suffering from sugar imbalance, diabetes, infertility, dysmenorrhea, osteoporosis, ADD, cerebral palsy, insomnia, asthma, fibromyalgia, high cholesterol, and arteriosclerosis.

All the above medical conditions are enough for people to buy magnetic bracelets. Who would not want to attain excellent physical health at such an incredibly cheap cost? However, care must be exercised when using magnetic therapy jewelry.

Persons with defibrillators, insulin pumps, electro-medical devices, and pacemakers are not recommended to use magnetic jewelry. These people may wear magnetic jewelry, but they must keep jewelry away for at least 18 inches away from their body devices. This may be hard due to the constant movement of the wearer's hands. Pregnant women should also consult with their medical professionals before wearing magnetic jewelry.

The choice of a magnetic stainless steel bracelet is dependent upon the wearer. There are many designs for stainless steel magnetic bracelets to choose from. There are bracelets for men and women. There are stainless steel bracelets coated in 24k gold and there are also stainless steel bracelets with gemstone beads. Stainless steel magnetic bracelets can help improve circulation, accelerate healing, and reduce pain. These bracelets are stylish and may be healthy alternatives to traditional surgery or medication.

Stainless steel magnetic bracelets are made of #316 surgical stainless steel links. Each link has a magnet, which is a high-powered neodymium magnet (3000 Gauss). The water-resistant stainless steel bracelets all face north for the wearer to achieve maximum health benefits.

Women may be enticed with the stainless steel bracelets integrated with real gemstones. Magnet Giant has a dainty stainless steel design with turquoise hearts. The links are shaped into two hearts that are placed side by side one another. One heart is made of stainless steel and the other heart has a heart-shaped turquoise cabochon. The ends of the links are plated in 24k gold.

This bracelet is also favorable for women who believe in the power of gemstones. If worn, a turquoise gives strength, protects the wearer from harm, heightens one's psychic sensitivity, and helps one connect to the spirit world. The turquoise is also a friendship symbol and can bring the wearer good luck as well as protect her from negative energy.

A magnetic stainless steel bracelet - whether it is made entirely of stainless steel or integrated with gemstones - is a thing of beauty. Moreover, it is an affordable alternative to the more expensive gold and diamond jewelry.

There are several types of magnetic stainless steel bracelets to appeal to people's different preferences. The stainless steel bracelets come in bangle or link bracelet forms. Stainless steel is hard-wearing, practical, affordable, resilient to scratches, and is extremely durable. Designs of stainless steel bracelets, magnetic or otherwise, also vary. One such manufacturer of high-end stainless steel bracelets is Charriol. However, Charriol products are very expensive for the average person. Thus, there are other affordable stainless steel alternatives that are more suited to the average person's budget.

Plus, these affordable stainless steel bracelets with magnets also provide health benefits to the wearer. Magnetic bracelets are also made of various materials like titanium, tungsten, stainless steel, and hematite beads. Stainless steel is also great for sensitive skin as stainless steel does not contain nickel. Stainless steel bracelets are also perfect for men and women.

Despite the varying designs, all stainless steel magnetic bracelets have several things in common. The bracelets are made of #316 surgical stainless steel links. The magnets attached to each link are made of a 3000 Gauss high-powered neodymium magnet. For best health results, the magnets all face the North Pole. Each magnet is also custom-sealed and the bracelets are water-resistant. Each bracelet has a fold-over safety clasp so that it does not easily fall off from the wearer's wrist.

Women and men would also be enamored with the wide array of magnetic stainless steel bracelets out in the market. There are designs exclusively for men and women. However, there are also designs that are unisex. A classic stainless steel design for men resembles three bricks stacked on top of one another to form a link. These links are then connected to one another to form a chunky yet elegant stainless steel bracelet for men.

There is a stainless steel bracelet design for men by Magnet Giant that is two-toned. The central part of each link is etched stainless steel. The edges of the link are plated in 24k gold. When the links are connected, the resulting bracelet is a smashing, elegant, and funky men's stainless steel bracelet.

Women's stainless steel bracelets are more delicately designed than the men's bracelets. Magnet Giant has a simple yet elegant design for women. The bracelet - plated in 24K gold - has curvilinear edges in the bracelet's links. These links, once connected with one another, form a beautiful and elegant stainless steel bracelet that a woman can wear on formal evening functions. Women would also love the look of stainless steel bracelets with integrated gemstones.

A flirty yet elegant design of stainless steel bracelet has amethysts in it. This bracelet has two link designs - an oval shape link with amethyst cabochons and a link shaped into an X with embossed dots. The amethyst has important metaphysical properties. An amethyst helps one to be calm and gain clarity during times of confusion and anxiety. When worn, an amethyst can also aid in meditation.

Aside from their numerous designs, magnetic stainless steel bracelets are helpful to the wearer in terms of health. While there are no concrete studies to prove magnet's worth as an alternative therapy, many users attest to the health benefits they reap from wearing magnetic jewelry.

Finding the perfect swimsuit is a must during one's pregnancy, especially for bustier moms-to-be. Maternity swimwear is designed to meet the needs of one's changing body shape, so finding the right one will help ensure one's comfort. For busty women, choosing a maternity swimsuit with excellent bust support is very important. There are a variety of options available that are certain to meet the needs of larger busted women.

Maternity swimwear with a halter top is an excellent option for women with a larger bust. A halter tie is adjustable, allowing the swimsuit to be customized to one's shape and needs. Halter ties that are a bit wider are the best option for providing that extra support. The Prego Maternity Chain Mail Trim Tie Halter is a classy and comfy option. The black and white geometric chain design is very modern, and the black trim on the halter as well as the black bottoms create a cohesive look. The wide black halter ties are adjustable so that the perfect shape can be created, as well as providing bust support. With light padding at the bust, there is a smooth silhouette. Consider a halter tie maternity swimsuit as an option for more bust support.

Another option for bustier expectant mothers is a maternity swimsuit that has straps which crossover in the back. The Bikini Thief brand, coveted by many celebrities, is a fabulous option. Their St. Bart's Tankini, in either sexy red or classic black, is the perfect choice. This tankini features a top with a slight sweetheart neckline and ruching at the bust for a gorgeous shape. Adjustable straps cross over in the back for excellent bust support, and lining in the cups creates a smooth look. The shape of the top really fits one's growing baby bump well, and the floral embroidery on it adds a unique touch. This super stylish swimsuit is both comfortable and fashionable, and it is an excellent choice for one's pregnancy.

If one is looking for a two piece but with more coverage, as well as excellent bust support, Prego Maternity is the brand to look for. Their baby doll style maternity swimwear features a tankini top that is longer, providing extra coverage on one's upper half. It also features wide adjustable straps for great bust support, as well as a slight V-neck for an elongating and slimming look. For a timeless option, try it in sophisticated black or a warm chocolate brown. Another version of the baby doll is the Laguna Halter Baby Doll. With a light blue and purple floral motif, this maternity swimsuit is fresh and festive. With the same longer length on the top and wide adjustable halter straps for great bust support, this swimsuit also features a modified V-neck. Whether one is at the beach, on a cruise, or lounging by the pool, the baby doll style from Prego provides the support a bustier expectant mother is looking for.

Many women prefer a one-piece, especially for the more active swimmer. When swimming during pregnancy, comfort is very important and the Prego Maternity Jade Empire Tank provides comfort and bust support. The stunning jade color looks beautiful on any skin tone, and the super stretchy fabric fits one's changing shape beautifully. A hook-back bra and adjustable straps are designed to give that much needed bust support, making it a great option for the bustier mom-to-be. An empire-waist design provides a very flattering-figuring shape. This maternity swimsuit also comes in a deep navy, black, or a pretty floral print.

For expectant mothers with a larger bust, finding a maternity swimsuit that provides the support and comfort one wants is a must. Comfort is incredibly important during pregnancy, so taking a bit of time to find that perfect swimwear option ensures one will be comfy and look amazing.

Article Title: Understanding When and Why to Report Players in DOTA 2

    *********************** ARTICLE START ***********************

If you have ever played DOTA 2 then there are two things that you are probably already aware of. This being that the game can be extremely exciting and very fun, but the behavior of some players in game can lead you speechless at times. It is no secret that DOTA 2 players can sometimes be unfriendly at best, creating an extremely toxic gaming atmosphere, and this is why not too long ago Valve implemented a report system into the game. The report system allows you to report players that are abusive or intentionally abuse abilities or game features. The key to reporting players in DOTA 2 is knowing what kind of behavior you can and cannot report. Understanding what kind of player activity to report can help make DOTA 2 a better game for all.

The most common type of report you should submit is text abuse. Text abuse here refers to any kind of language in text chat that you find offensive. The problem here is determining what is and what isn't classified as offensive. With DOTA 2 being played by people from all corners of the world, it can be difficult to define text abuse in precise terms, but a quick and easy guide is that you should only report players that use vulgar and extremely offensive language whilst playing. If someone thinks you do not play very well and says you are not very good, then this obviously should not be considered text abuse. Text abuse should be used only situations where players repeatedly swear and use other extremely vulgar language. It also helps to remember that some players can become a little obsessed while playing, so be sure to be lenient and not report players for text chat that you would not normally consider extremely offensive or rude.

The next reason you can report players in DOTA 2 is for voice chat abuse. Again, apply a similar rule here as mentioned for text chat abuse. Only submit voice chat abuse reports for players who are extremely rude and constantly use offensive language. The good news is that you will rarely find players committing voice chat abuse while playing. The main reason for this is that players tend to be more aggressive or talkative when using a keyboard, but often rarely, if ever, use the in game voice chat feature. So with any luck you should not find yourself submitting these reports too often.

The third report category is intentional ability abuse. Just what is intentional ability abuse? It is the use of specific hero abilities in a way or manner that differs from their intended use. Ability abuse often creates an extremely unpleasant gaming experience, because one player constantly trolls or harasses another player with his or her abilities. A good example of intentional ability abuse is Pudge's hook. The hook is typically used for hooking in heroes in order to attack them or to save friendly heroes by hooking them out of harm's way. However, this ability can be abused if Pudge intentionally hooks friendly allies preventing them from getting last hits and earning gold, or by simply hooking them around the map for fun, something which is obviously no fun for the person on the receiving end of the ability abuse. Another example is Outworld Devourer. This hero has an ability called Astral Imprisonment that temporarily renders the target immobile by encasing them in a sphere which prevents them from moving or being attacked. Again, the intended purpose of this ability is to either help gank enemy heroes or save allies by preventing them from taking damage. However, this ability can be abused and used to harass or annoy friendly heroes. Players may abuse this ability because they don't want you in their lane, or they simply find it funny to keep imprisoning you, which makes DOTA 2 completely unplayable.

The final report category is intentional feeding. Feeding refers to the act of dying. Feeding the enemy is a term to describe the act of a player dying and giving enemy heroes both experience and gold. The key to submitting reports for this category is that any feeding done must be intentional. Players must deliberately run up to and be killed by the enemy and have no intent of trying to attack, defend or escape. There is a lot of controversy with this category because it can be extremely difficult to determine what is and what is not intentional feeding. New players may find that they die several times throughout a game, and this can lead other players to say they are feeding. While it may be true that they are feeding, they most certainly are not intentionally feeding the enemy. Another issue with reports for this category is that some players are very adept at deliberately feeding but making it look unintentional. So, before you submit any reports for this category be sure that the feeding done was intentional and not due to a player being new or unfamiliar with the hero they were playing at the time.

Before you submit any DOTA 2 player reports, be sure that you have correctly identified the report category and that you are certain the offense was intentional and done on purpose. It also helps to provide a brief description when submitting reports. This will make your DOTA 2 player report look more legit and authentic, helping keep your account in good standing while at the same time ensuring that game administrators can quickly and easily process your player reports.

    *********************** ARTICLE START ***********************

The management style of the industrial age no longer suits the informational age. The bureaucratic, top down, authoritarian style is not effective with today's workers. People are no longer motivated by rewards or fear of punishment as much as by being connected to the bigger purpose, having need-satisfying work, and exercising their independence and creativity.

I am often called into companies who are attempting to change their corporate culture from a controlling culture with managers who are coercive to a more democratic, inclusive, cooperative culture. It is predictable when this occurs that there will be some on board with the changes and others who will resist. Sometimes it may feel a bit like trying to steer the Titanic away from the iceberg.

Initially, I am brought in to help social service agencies improve their services to clients by changing the way direct line staff interact with clients. Typically the culture prior to my being brought in has been an external control culture, where staff treat clients as less than human or as children and coerce them into compliance. This generally creates uncooperative clients, who are pushing back against staff control which the staff uses to justify their use of external control. If they didn't treat clients in a coercive manner, then they would be even worse.

Management learns about some new treatment method they believe will improve client satisfaction and ultimately improve their bottom line, so I am invited to come and teach their staff InsideOut Empowerment. This approach has been called, "commonsense that isn't common." It's easy to learn yet challenging to put in place. Humans have been involved with the idea that it is all right and often their responsibility to control others into doing what they want so our lives will be better. Attempting to reform one's ways from externally controlling to internally inspiring those we attempted to control is not the easiest task but it is extremely rewarding when successful.

This can be challenging to turn around because there are always people who refuse to try to do it any differently. The best approach is to teach those who are interested and to initially leave those resistant staff alone. As I start to teach the principles of InsideOut Empowerment, many people see the value and begin using the techniques right away. When they do, they reap the benefits with an increase in cooperation and less resistance among clients.

This can be a tricky time during the cultural shift because staff typically polarizes into those who are on board with the new initiative and those who are adamantly against it. The people who will resist the changes are typically those who have been wielding the power over others and who don't want to support any changes expected to reduce their power base. They do not want to give up the illusion of control, when in essence doing so would actually result in increased control. They exert pressure on those who are promoting the change to maintain the status quo. Depending upon how persuasive they are, the process may be halted there.

In my experience, I allow this tension and division while moving ahead with those who are cooperative. Those in favor of the cultural shift believe the process is being negatively affected by those who continue to use external control. In actuality, those continuing to use external control are providing a stark contrast to clients about the two different approaches. Those using InsideOut Empowerment are receiving better results with clients and those steeped in external control blame them for the problems they are now experiencing with clients. They see those practicing InsideOut Empowerment as allowing unacceptable behaviors and therefore sending permissive messages to clients. This perception comes from a lack of understanding regarding what is actually happening with InsideOut Empowerment.

There is no permissiveness with clients. There is simply respect, non-judgment and recognition that clients have the right to make their own choices, even "bad" ones. When they do, there are consequences, usually in the form of a conversation about the choices made and their natural consequences, helping clients to think through their decisions without the added complication of pushing back against the control of staff.

When the culture reaches a tipping point with it being more politically correct to use InsideOut Empowerment than to fight against it, the shift will gain its own momentum and pick up steam. This is when the naysayers will either leave the "new insanity" (their label) and find work elsewhere, start using InsideOut Empowerment techniques, or stubbornly cling to their coercive ways within the new culture. Whatever their choice is works to the benefit of the shift. If they leave, you can replace them with those who embrace the new culture. If they cooperate, great. If they stay and continue their coercive ways, clients can use them to practice their new skills. When they leave the new culture, they will continue to encounter individuals who attempt to control them. They can practice how to handle these situations with the coercive staff that remain.

This represents one shift in the culture; however I also recommend a simultaneous shift in management's approach to employees. When eliminating external control from a culture, in an effort to be consistent, it is also important to eliminate external control between management and employees. While the direct service workers are working to provide a need-satisfying environment for clients, management is working to create a need-satisfying environment for staff.

When managers fail to make this shift, workers will realize the hypocrisy. It won't take long before they recognize they are being asked to do something with clients managers are not doing with them. This results in resentment and frequently, noncompliance. When managers are willing to model what they are asking for, the impact on the workforce is much more profound and they will accomplish the full cultural shift that will truly make the difference.

    *********************** ARTICLE START ***********************

We just left a season of gift giving for many around the world and are fast approaching Valentine's Day. When you are deciding what gift to give, how do you choose from all that is available? Do you give something practical a person needs, something a person really wants, something you might like to receive or something you want them to have whether they want it or not?

As humans, we are wired to be basically selfish. Every single thing we do is designed to get us something we want, not something someone else wants. Wait a minute, you say . . . I do nice things for other people all the time with no strings attached. That may be true but the real reason you do that is it is consistent with the image you have of yourself as a "giving" person. The fact that it is good for other people is secondary to the good feelings you get when you act in line with your value system. And you may also want appreciation from the person receiving the gift.

At the risk of sounding ungrateful, as a child I didn't appreciate those gifts of socks and underwear that got wrapped up and put under the tree because they were things I needed, not necessarily wanted. As a person who was raised with my necessities provided, I expected gifts to be the things I wanted, not the things I needed.

The other consideration is whether the gifts you give are actually gifts you want to receive. My father always joked, "You should never give a gift you wouldn't want to receive. That way, if they don't like it, they might give it back to you." He definitely had a point coming from a selfish point of view but if your goal in gift giving is to improve the relationship or at least maintain the one you have, shouldn't you take the time to consider or find out what that person would like to receive instead of what you might like in their shoes?

Another fatal flaw in deciding what gifts to give occurs when you identify something you would like a person to have regardless of his or her actual desires. My mother was always great at this. She used to buy me clothes she wanted me to wear knowing they would be clothes I wouldn't like. She wanted my brother to love reading so she would buy him books, even though to this day he has yet to read one of them. My father hated to wear ties but my mother was always buying them for him. You get the idea . . .

Sometimes we think we know better than the other person what they should want and we are determined to help them see what they are missing.

I recently began thinking of this because the man in my life lost his mother. He is broken up about it. He is grieving and in his grief, he prefers to be alone. This has been challenging for me because I am a nurturer. I want to take care of him during this crisis. He wants to handle it independently. If I don't give him the space he wants, I will be just like my mother giving me clothes I will never wear. I'm offering time together when what he really wants is time alone. I know if I was hurting, I'd want him to take care of me and spend time with me.

I was reminded of this yet again while having a conversation with a man about his girlfriend. She has been experiencing a lot of back pain. He wants to rub her back, make her soup and take care of her. She wants to be alone. He likened it to throwing a ball to someone that won't even put their arms out to catch it. Taking that analogy a bit farther, I said, "Yes, you are throwing the ball to someone who already told you they didn't want to play catch in the first place. And all you are doing is hitting them in the head with the ball!"

I believe a lot of the gifts we decide to give are given with the Golden Rule in mind: Do unto others as you would have them do unto you. This sounds good but in reality, we are often treating others in ways that would work for us but that don't really work for the other person.

When it comes to genuine gift giving, let's give the gift of giving people what they actually want. Dr. Tony Alesandra came up with the Platinum Rule, Do onto others as they would have you do unto them.

Give that a try and you won't have to think so hard about what gifts to give. Just ask and listen to what the people in your life tell you they want. As long as it isn't self-destructive, that is always the right gift to give.

Do you know what the numbers 24; 1,440; and 86,400 have in common? Each number represents the time we all have in one day—24 hours, 1,440 minutes and 86,400 seconds are all amounts of time we have in one day. As the musical, Rent, tells us there are 525,600 minutes in one year. Wealthy people, poor people, sick people, healthy people, productive people, lazy people, happy people and sad ones all have the same amount of time in their day. "Wasting" that time is one of the biggest causes of stress and regret at the end of one's life.

There are many experts out there who talk about time management. That is an impossibility. There is no such thing as managing time. Time ticks on, tick tock tick tock tick tock, regardless of what you do with it. You can't speed it up, nor can you slow it down. Time goes on.

The only thing you can really manage is your priorities and what you choose to do with the time you have. I am going to suggest that whatever you find yourself engaging in at any moment is what you are prioritizing. The very fact that you are doing it is proof it has become your priority. If it wasn't, you'd be doing something different.

Taking stock of what's really important to you will help you with organizing your priorities. In order to take stock, you will want to determine your goals, only don't just think about your goals as they relate to work types of things. What are your goals as a parent, a partner, a community member, in your giving, in your learning, in your finances, in your leisure, in your job, with your health, and basically in every role you occupy in your life that has value and meaning for you?

Without goals, you can allow really important things to fall to the bottom of the list because you haven't prioritized what you want to accomplish. I just read Blair Singer's blog entry about his goal to climb Mt. Kilimanjaro with this 16 year-old son. On the way up, his son become ill and needed to go back down the mountain. One of the guides offered to take the son to the hospital and stay with him until Singer returned from the mountain climb. In that moment, Singer had to make the decision whether he would climb the mountain without his son or whether he would abort the mission and return to camp with his son. Singer reports having a lot of conflict as he considered these options but ultimately chose to return to camp with him.

When you are committed to managing your priorities you will maximize every moment in your life. You will know you are doing exactly what you were meant to do in each moment. You will make plans to accomplish your objectives, staying flexible to shift your attention to different priorities should the the need arise.

Knowing what you want to accomplish will help you plan to take the steps necessary to move in that direction. I can't tell you how many people I know who speak of writing a book. Many people I talk to tell me they have a book in them. They think about it sometimes, even dream about it. But the vast majority of people, do not schedule time in their day to do the tasks necessary to bring that book to fruition. If you have a long-term goal or dream, prioritize it. Find a way to break it down into manageable steps and place those steps in your schedule where you will prioritize them during that scheduled time. You will be surprised how quickly you can accomplish a goal with small forward steps. If you wait until you have time to write a book, you will never do it. If you wait, you will only be older and without a book. What are you waiting for? If not a book, what is the goal you want to strive for?

Naturally, if another of your goals is to be the best parent you can be and your child comes to you with an injury, you will look at your priorities and decide the best way to spend your next few hours is getting your child medical attention. Conversely, if your neighbor comes by for a chat during the time you have blocked off for your writing, you might opt not to answer the door or you may go to the door and let your neighbor know you'd like to speak with her but your first available time will be in two days' time. You will look at your priorities and know your book takes precedence over a gab fest with the neighbor, as enjoyable as that might be.

It's not about managing time, it's about managing ourselves and our priorities. How will you spend your 86,400 seconds tomorrow and every day after that? It's completely up to you!

February is the month of Valentine's Day and the month of LOVE. After my husband died, it was the worst month of the year for me. Valentine's Day was the worst holiday. I listened almost non-stop to the commercial advertisements of "Buy the one you love . . " Take the one you love . . . " and I didn't have anyone who loved me. Or did I?

Valentine's Day has turned into the holiday for lovers to focus on each other, declaring their undying love for each other and treating each other special on this special day. Often Valentine's Day turns out to be the holiday when women are disappointed and men are confused. And those are the "lucky" ones who have a significant other in their life.

What about the millions of people who are not in a relationship or who aren't in a happy, satisfying one? What do they do?

Valentine's Day as a holiday focused on love is a great idea. Love is everywhere. Love is not just about the romantic kind. There is self-love, friendship love, agape love, love of family, spiritual love, love of life, and love of gratitude, just to mention a few. Identifying a specific day to celebrate love serves as a reminder of all the love each of us has for which to be grateful. It doesn't mean you only need to focus on "love" one day a year or that recognizing love any other day is not necessary.

Use Valentine's Day as a reminder that love is in abundance for everyone. You are never without it. Do you remember it?

When you were born people loved you. You grew to know you were the center of the universe, capable of virtually anything. You loved yourself without question. Whatever entity you believe is the Creator is love and fills every nook and cranny in this world with love that's accessible to you upon request.

So on Valentine's Day and all the other days, focus on love. You get to choose the kind upon which you want to focus. Do you have a partner? Focus on him or her. Do you want to improve the relationship you have with yourself? Focus on loving yourself better. Are you feeling sorry for yourself? Focus on the love of gratitude, shifting your focus away from the things you don't have and focusing instead on the things you do.

Being without a romantic interest in the month of February does not mean you can't expand the love in your life. The only way I know to expand anything in our lives is by focusing with gratitude about what you have, even if it feels like a miniscule amount.

Where is the love in your life? Do you have friends who love you? Your parents? Siblings? Do you love yourself, even a little? Are there acquaintances or strangers that show you kindness? How about a pet? Do you believe in a higher power that embodies love?

No life is completely devoid of love. If you perceive there is no love in your life, then you have convinced yourself that a lie is true. There is love, you just have to allow yourself to experience it, no matter how small. If you believe in a higher power, then you know love is freely given to you. You have simply to tune in to the love that connects all living things to feel the love in your life. Focus on that love and allow it to fill the spaces between you and the other people in your life.

If you can find one person who loves you or is kind to you, start there. Give thanks every day for the moments of kindness/love you experience in your life. Show your gratitude for every morsel of love you can get in your life.

And finally, if you are so focused on the lack of love in your life that you are unable to glimpse the moments you do have, then focus on the love you have for yourself. I know what you are thinking. You're thinking if you can't think of anyone who loves you, then how can you love yourself? But you aren't in control of what other people do. You can only control yourself. So even if up to now you hate yourself, today will start the first day of self-love.

Let's start with baby steps. Look in the mirror and find one small thing you love about yourself. I think I have pretty feet so I might start there. I also know kindness is one of my highest values and I like myself for that. Find at least one thing about yourself to love and focus on the feeling you get when you think about something you appreciate about yourself. Before you know it, you will be able to see additional things you love until you are having a love affair with yourself.

Whatever your relationship status is on Valentine's Day, in February or any month of the year, focus on the abundance of love you have rather than the love you perceive you are missing and you will see love expanding in your life.

Staying health and maintaining an active life style are among of the most important things you can do for your body. Bodies need nutrition and exercise to function properly and when you are healthy you look and feel great. You have a good mental attitude which also contributes to overall good health.

If you have bad habits in your life that are making you feel sluggish and unhealthy, get rid of them today and start living the life you were meant to live. Remember that overeating, smoking or over working will affect your health and cause you to become irritated, exhausted, and contract diseases that you do not want to have.

    Medical Care

You should have a total physical at least once per year. Get regular screenings if you feel that you have cardiovascular problems or there are any lumps or spots on your skin that are different or you feel unusually under the weather. An annual checkup will give you the assurance that your physical health is great.

Routine blood work will also give you the advantage of detecting underlying problems. You need to get care immediately if you are injured or feel ill. Be proactive and get regular checkups.

Take care of your eyes and teeth. They are as equally important as the rest of your body. Practice good oral hygiene and address all dental problems. This will keep your entire body as well as your smile, bright.

    Diet

The US Department of Agriculture recommends that children and adults get their foods from the follow groups: milk, vegetables, grains beans, fruits, and lean meats and oils. You will get all the nutrition and vitamins and minerals you need from eating a well balanced diet. Do not eat fast foods, processed food or over indulge in sugars and salts. These will definitely prevent you from being healthy. Avoid fatty meats and try to eat one meal a week that is totally vegetarian.

    Exercise

The dreaded exercise suggestion is at least thirty minutes a day of moderate exercise. Cleaning your house, washing your car, taking the dog for a brisk walk, washing windows, and many more chores you do everyday are great for getting the exercise you need. You can add walking around the block, shopping at the mall, and taking care of children great ways to get exercise. If you have time, take those 30 minutes and go to the gym for exercise and a mental break.

Rest and sleep are important. You need to sleep at least seven hours a night to maintain good health. Sleeping rejuvenates your cells and helps the body to recuperate and heal itself from the injuries of everyday living.

    Alcohol and Drugs

Whatever you do, avoid recreational drugs and excess alcohol consumption. Regular drinking of alcoholic beverages leads to liver and digestive system problems and causes you to be addicted to habits that are not healthy. Seek treatment immediately if you have any type of substance abuse addictions. Unhealthy addictions will contribute to future ill health and a decreased level of living.

Microorganisms and bacteria survive on non-antimicrobial services such as bedrails, call buttons, bed trays, bathroom fixtures and just about anywhere that a patient touches lies, or uses. This is very troublesome in hospital environments when patients have compromised immune systems and weakened bodies. This produces a high probably of contracting hospital born infections.

To stay relatively healthy when you are in a hospital setting, be aware of the areas that can be covered with germs. Watch for products made with antimicrobial coppery alloys, plus copper-nickel surfaces that destroy a wide range of microorganism. The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has mandated that hospitals begin using these types of metal alloys in the construction of patient implements such as tray, rails, and fixtures.

There are other methods that are required by the Occupational Safety and hazard Administration (OSHA) to prevent the spread of infection.

    Infection Prevention Methods

Heath care workers are often exposed to infections in the course of their medical work. These infections can be passed on to other workers as well as to patients and family members. Some ways to prevent the spreading of infections includes:

彪accinating health care workers who may be exposed to infections while at work is a requirement. Depending on the regulation, recommendations and the work function or personal preference health care works and first responders should receive vaccinations for influenza, measles, mumps, hepatitis B, Tetanus, pertussis, diphtheria and N. meningitis. Vaccines do not guarantee total protection from these infectious diseases and there is a potential for side effects from vaccines, but OSHA in conjunction with HIPAA laws do require that health care workers be vaccinated.

肘f vaccines do not exist in the health care worker痴 environment, post exposure prophylaxis is a way to protect the health care worker and the patient. As an example, if the viral particles that cause HIV are accidently transmitted to the healthcare worker, a preventive injection of antibodies can be given within four hours of the exposure.

謬he CDC watches and investigates infections that can cause epidemics. If an infection requires a review of the patient痴 chart to see if there are signs and symptoms of an infection, an Infection Control Practitioner will be involved. Do be aware that if you are infectious, your rights will be protected under HIPAA laws.

Helping to control infections and maintain a healthy lifestyle for patients and health care workers involves manual data assessments and data entry. The patient will be isolated, watched and treated. Clinical surveillance is also carried out and all treatment options provided. Health care workers will use PPE, different types of sterilizing, and surveillance if exposed to an infection.

It is required by health care laws and HIPAA that health care workers be certificated in treating, disposing, and maintaining infection control procedures. Taking classes through the CDC and the Society for Healthcare Epidemiology of America will fulfill part of the requirements to be compliant with infection control rules. Learn more via the classes and about staying healthy by stopping infections today.

The West Rim of the Grand Canyon is only 120 miles from Las Vegas, but it's a six-hour trip from Sin City to the South Rim. That's why most Vegas-based travelers wind up going to the West Rim. That statistic doest need to include you, unless you just happen to prefer Grand Canyon West. People staying in Vegas can arrive at the South Rim in under an hour by taking a short, direct plane flight.

Las Vegas air tours fly out of several airfields in the Vegas metro area, including Boulder City and Henderson, NV. Flights are scheduled throughout the day -- the last one takes off at mid-afternoon and treats you to spectacular views of the sunset as you fly back to Vegas.

The flight takes a very scenic route, with flyovers of Lake Mead and Hoover Dam. Most Vegas-based South Rim airplane tours fly south of the Colorado River and then bear east until landing at Grand Canyon National Park Airport. You'll see as much of the canyon before you land.

The most popular South Rim airplane tour includes a 2-hour motor coach tour in the National Park. Grand Canyon Village (the location of several museums, gift shops, hotels and restaurants), Mather Point and Yaki Point are among the highlights of the bus tour.

Another, more upscale version includes a 30-minute chopper flight from the South Rim to the North Rim and back. This dramatic flight passes over the widest, deepest section of the entire canyon (called Dragoon Corridor) and includes flyovers of Kaibab National Forest and Grand Canyon Village. You'll get a great perspective on the National Park during the flight.

South Rim airplane tours typically use aircraft that seat 19. Naturally, they're customized for terrific sightseeing. Their roomy cabins are fitted with comfortable seating and large windows that allow great views. Personal headsets let you listen to taped information about the sights passing beneath your aircraft's wings.

Las Vegas air tours use safety-certified airplanes and they're required to meet all Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) regulations applicable to cargo planes. Plus, they're all fitted with state-of-the-art communications equipment and navigational instrumentation. Each plane has an FAA-licensed pilot and co-pilot, and both must pass rigorous yearly physicals.

Naturally, the choppers and buses that are used in some airplane tour packages are first-rate too. The helicopters are designed for sightseeing and most have panoramic windows, personal headsets for chatting with other passengers or the pilot, and comfortable seats. Likewise, the buses have on-board plasma TVs, terrific climate control, on-board restroom facilities, and oversized windows.

Vegas-based South Rim airplane tours are popular and often sell out. That's why I always urge travelers to book their flight at least a week ahead. If you leave it to a day or two before, you'll have fewer choices or none at all. Make the mistake of buying your tickets the day of the flight and you'll pay through the nose. Your travel group could also be forced to fly in different planes.

The Internet always has the best deals on Las Vegas air tours, but you have to know where to find them. There's no need to spend hours searching, though. All you need to do is book your flight right on the tour company's own website. The tour operator websites always offer the best prices, plus you'll get the benefit of a 24-hour cancellation policy.

Article Title: Why Well Known Nutritionists Say That Cooking at Home is Healthier Than Eating at Restaurants

Cooking at home is not only a healthier option but it is extremely cost effective as well. The cost of ingredients that you buy from a market to cook up a meal would be much lesser than what you would end up paying in the restaurant for the same dish may be. Also, cooking at home would give you a chance to plan ahead and plan the items to be cooked as well for your meal to be ready.

"Eat breakfast like a king, lunch like a prince, and dinner like a pauper"

    - Adelle Davis (American Nutritionist,1904-74)

As quoted by the famous nutritionist Adelle Davis if you plan ahead your breakfast, lunch and dinner you would get time to cook up the meal that you desire to consume. Whereas in restaurants you will have limited options and also be totally oblivious to the ingredients used. If you cook at home you are sure about the freshness of the ingredients that you have used, thus enhancing the nutritious factor of the meal confirming its health quotient.

Famous nutritionist Michael Van Straten always maintains the strategy of "Say NO to salt". Excessive use of salt can lead to various health problems and in many restaurants you won't have any say on that. Whereas if you cook at home you would definitely apply discretion before putting salt in to your dishes. Also if you eat out regularly, chances are you would be at the risk of unwanted weight gain however, cooking at home can spare you from that.

Any dish at any restaurant may come across as a tastier option but one should be more cautious about the fat and calorie content. More often than not the restaurant dishes tend to be spicier as well. However, if you cook at home you can practice having less oily food with less spice which would have a good impact on your metabolism and body in general.

Also, at home you can experiment with various recipes and cook with family and friends and make it a fun affair. If you grow a kitchen garden at your backyard, you might as well have the opportunity of consuming fresh vegetables on a daily basis which would also have a positive impact on your general health to a large extent.

Also, its always wise to buy whole fruits and extract juice at home. This would be a much healthier option than drinking canned juice available outside. When it comes to meat, it is advisable that you buy the whole bird instead of pieces and cook it slowly in the slow cooker. That way you would be able to retain most of the flavors and nutrition, food and beverages, health and fitness and home cooking.

Nutrition is important for women to avoid eating processed food and the food which has lot of preservatives in it. In restaurants, even if they serve you pre processed meat or any other dish with lot of artificial preservatives in it, its less likely for you to understand and identify them. But cooking at home obviously would give you an idea as to what exactly is going in to the system after consumption of the meal.

Traders use the term penny stocks to describe shares that sell for less than $5.00 apiece. Also known as micro-cap stocks, penny stock generally have a capitalization of between $50 million and $300 million. Stocks with capitalization below $50 million dollar are Nano-cap stocks. Penny stocks are much riskier than traditional stocks, they are subject to less rigorous filing and listing standards, and they are prone to volatile price swings. Some micro-cap stocks are officially listed on the NASDQ, and these stocks are subjected to more complete and comprehensive regulations. This is where the most official penny stock trades occur.

The Over the Counter Bulletin Board (OTC-BB) is another way to participate in official penny stock trading. Trading Penny stocks over the counter does not require the use of a broker. YOU can open an online account with any of the most popular discount brokerage firms and find a platform and fee structure that meets your needs. The bids are placed between individuals via phone call or on-line trading platform. These stocks have been officially de-listed from the major stock exchanges, due to bankruptcy or financial issues. Since these stocks were once listed on the major exchanges, they are required to file annual reports and quarterly earnings statements with the Security and Exchange Commission (SEC). Other companies may be trading on the OTC-BB because they are not quite ready for prime time, and they are using this experience to measure investor interest. These stocks are good bets for official penny stock trading, and may prove to be less risky than stocks traded on the pink sheets, especially if you are investing for the long term and not looking to make a quick profit.

The pink sheet is the daily digest of penny stocks available. It is compiled by the National Quotation Bureau and publishes the bid and ask prices of over the counter stocks. This is the official listing for most penny stocks. In order to be listed on the pink sheets, a company must file a compliance form with the OTC Compliance Unit. Companies re supposed to list all pertinent financial information. The more open a company is to publicizing their books, the more credible and less risky their stock will be. Companies listed on the official penny stock trading pink sheets are not required to file any financial paperwork with the SEC. This makes finding unbiased research very challenging. Without solid information and research, traders can manipulate pink sheet stocks. Investors in pink sheet stocks should understand the inherent risks in these types of stocks and plan accordingly.

While the biggest appeal of pink sheet and penny stocks are their low prices, investors need to understand the inherent risk involved in these undocumented and unregulated stocks. An penny stock investor needs to create and adhere to a very disciplined investment schedule- and understand that these stocks are much riskier than more traditional stocks. By using official penny stock trading websites and resources, you can hedge your bets against market and price manipulation.

Article Title: The Easy Way to Buy and Sell Penny Stocks

Stocks that trade at low price, usually under $5.00 a share, off the major stock exchanges are known as penny stocks. Companies that offer penny stocks tend to be small, highly volatile companies that may lack the liquidity needed to trade on either the New York stock exchange or the NASDQ. Penny stocks are traded "over the counter", and there's no need to engage the sometimes pricey service of a brick and mortar investment broker.

Online brokerage sites, like E-trade and TD Ameriatrade, are the easiest way to buy and sell penny stocks. After setting up an account, you will need to fund it with a balance of cash to cover the cost of stock purchases and transaction fees. Penny stocks are a high risk, high reward game, so their buy and sell activities tend to happen quickly. An online brokerage account allows you to monitor the stock activity and execute your trades, as soon as the circumstances are favorable.

Many websites offer penny stock tips, identifying the "hot" stock of the day, week, or hour, and offering some analysis into the stocks potential for revenue. These websites also offer links to purchasing sites. These sites also give investors access to the portfolios and trades of successful investors. Potential investors can see which stocks have been making money over any given time period. Another benefit of these penny stock sites is the access they give you chat rooms, blogs, and discussion forums. On these sites, investors have an opportunity to discuss stock recommendations and strategies with other investors.

Once you decide on a stock to purchase, you simple enter the company's trading symbol on your online stock broker's platform, and purchase the stock. Since you are executing these trades without a broker, it will be up to you to monitor the stock's performance. Penny stocks are volatile, so have a firm sell strategy in mind. You will need to sell quickly once you reach your threshold. The value of penny stocks changes and fluctuates more quickly than traditional stocks. You can take a huge loss of you don't sell quickly.

Online brokerage firms may not offer you the research and due diligence you need to make informed decisions. Penny stock traders can easily become victims of fraud, especially since there is much less regulation. Be wary of any stock tips you receive via email, fax, or social media. Often times, these investors are compensated for their participation in the marketing of a particular stock. Be sure at you understand the position of whomever is recommending the stock. You can find unbiased and comprehensive research at sites like Yahoo Finance and Google Finance.

For investors with a high tolerance for risk and a taste for big reward, penny stocks are an easy way to get into the investment game. A long as you do your due diligence and closely monitor your investment, penny stock investing can provide big dividends for limited investment. Online trading platforms make researching, purchasing, and monitoring your penny stocks convent and affordable.

If you are looking for a balanced Pure Leverage review, you have definitely come to the right place.

Strange as it may sound, a big part of the excitement surrounding Pure Leverage can be traced back to an old online marketing chestnut: "The money is in the list". Why is this bit of wisdom so popular?

Truthfully, it goes back to the whole concept of the buyer's cycle. People may hate being sold to but they do not mind receiving recommendations from someone they trust. E-mail marketing allows sellers to cultivate these relationships and to turn converting leads into one responsive list.

Aweber in particular is a popular lead capture and management system that has a long history behind it. As online marketers have learned the hard way, however, one mistake with this company can cost you your entire list if you are not careful. So what is an Internet marketer supposed to do? This is where Pure Leverage shows its value. You will learn all about in this Pure Leverage review.

    What is this Product?

Pure Leverage is best described as a unique opportunity for business owners, affiliates, and online marketers to take their profits to the next level. Featuring the right combination of quality information and tools, this online marketing suite ensures that you will have more tools at a reduced cost.

In addition, pretty much any Pure Leverage review worth its salt will mention that the commissions are not too bad either.

    The Systems Features

    A hosted blog

Coaching and study material for serious Internet Marketers

State of the art lead capture and management system

Features that allow you to host meetings online

    Fantastic 100% payout on commissions

What Can You Learn This Review?

If you type "Pure Leverage Review" into Google's search bar, you will see almost immediately that online marketers have had plenty of good things to say about this online marketing suite. Since this offer allows people to keep the majority of their tools in one convenient location at a single low price, to a large extent the positive reception was to be expected.

When the traffic generation tools and the integration of e-mail marketing tools are also taken into account, it is not hard to see why marketers are getting excited. The addition of Pure Leverage's powerful collaboration features merely seal the deal.

While it's certainly true that the newness of this product is something that needs to be taken into account whenever you read a Pure Leverage review, it goes without saying that the early returns are encouraging. As Pure Leverage continues to open up, interested buyers will have more information at their disposal.

As the Internet has grown, online marketers have had to start using more sophisticated methods to reach buyers. The problem has always been that of finding the right tools at reasonable prices.

Pure Leverage is an online suite that has stepped up to fill the void. Now there is no need to go from website to website in order to find the resources that you are looking for.

In exchange for a low $25 monthly fee, you can have access to one of the most comprehensive Internet marketing suites on the web. Hopefully this Pure Leverage review has shown you that between the sales and commissions, this product will practically pay for itself.
