Ellijay Georgia has always been known for it's outdoor activities and seasonal festivals. Downtown Ellijay is very quaint with all the cute little antique shops, Christmas shops and some great restaurants. Many people enjoy visiting Ellijay to escape the hectic pace of the big city. Cabin rentals are always popular with the weekend visitors but with property prices at an all time low, now is the time to look into buying Ellijay Real Estate. New homes are plentiful in the Ellijay Real Estate market but if you are looking for deals you should look for older homes and foreclosures.
Older homes are a great buy in the Ellijay Real Estate market because they cannot compete with all of the newer homes that are sitting empty. Older homes can be a better investment than newer ones if you are careful. Not only will the current residents have found and fixed any problems with the home but you can get them for quite a bit less because of the glut of new homes and foreclosures in the Ellijay Real Estate market.
Foreclosures can be bought at rock bottom prices at the moment but you have to use caution. A lot of times people will intentionally damage a foreclosure because they are angry about losing their home. So, you should carefully inspect any foreclosure that you find in the Ellijay Real Estate market. Better yet, it is always a good idea to hire a home inspector to verify the home is in good condition since they are trained to look at everything, big or small. If you are not used to this process, it would be very easy to overlook an expensive repair. There are so many foreclosures on the market that the banks are having trouble verifying ownership because they have passed through so many hands. So you should take extra care when purchasing a foreclosure to ensure that you are buying them from the correct owner. If you keep those two things in mind then you can find a dream home for a once in a lifetime price.
The best part of buying Ellijay Real Estate is its proximity to the Appalachian Mountains and Carters Lake. Many hiking and bicycle enthusiasts spend their weekends discovering new trails that wend their way through the mountains and there are a multitude of great places to throw out a tent and camp. If you are interested in water sports then you are in luck because its a short drive to Carters Lake. Carters Lake is the deepest lake in the state of Georgia and has a reputation as a must see spot if you enjoy fishing, hunting or boating. There are hiking and biking trails along the shore to add more options for your visit. Leaf lookers and apple lovers flock to the area in the fall. The views are gorgeous and the apples….well, they are delicious. Some of the orchards allow you to go out and pick your own and there are countless varieties. So, if you love the scenic outdoors and are looking for a new home, a second home or just a weekend cabin to getaway, than now is the perfect time to look into purchasing Ellijay Real Estate in the beautiful North Georgia Mountains.

There are many ways to advertise your company but having a highly ranked website is the best. Most people when searching for a type of business on the interenet will only look at the companies that show up on the first or second page. This means it is very important to have your business to show in at least the top twenty but preferably in the top ten. To accomplish this takes strategy and time. It is not enough to just advertise your site. You have to get links to your site using specific keywords that best describe your business. Some of the most successful Atlanta SEO companies use article marketing to achieve that goal. There are many content mills and copywriters that can help you with your articles but you have to watch for these common mistakes.
1. Bad Copy – Georgia Search Engine Marketing is concerned with getting the search spiders to pick up on specific keywords and driving traffic to your site. So, many article writers will write substandard content because they do not think that real people will be reading it. If you really want your Atlanta SEO campaign to be a success then write content that will appeal to people as well as the search engines. It may cost a little more for quality content but you will get more traffic as a result.
2. Too many keywords – There was a time that keyword stuffing was the main tactic used for Georgia Search Engine Marketing. A lot of sites would hide keywords in the white spaces or fill up an article with keywords that were either repeated too often or had nothing to do with the topic at hand. They did that to fool search engines into sending traffic but now Google and other large search engine penalize sites for that. For successful Atlanta SEO you need to keep your total keywords under 5% of the total word count.
3. Unoriginal copy – Never retread old content. That doesn't meant that you cannot put a new spin on an old article but you need to reword it so that it cannot be mistaken for duplicate content. It will hurt your Atlanta SEO campaign because the search engines look for and penalize duplicate content.
4. Stolen copy – Plagiarism is always a problem and can get you into a lot of trouble. There is a chance that the original writer will find it and if you are lucky they will only ask you to take it down but it can sometimes lead to a lawsuit. Also, a lot of hacks will copy parts of .pdf or ebooks to sell them to article mills. Any Atlanta SEO company that you hire to help you should have measures in place to screen out any stolen article content.
5. Wrong keywords – You need to be aware of what you want to be known for. If you are selling china dolls then "china dolls" should be the phrase that you use the most in your article. You may want to tailor it to a specific geographic location to help get local traffic though.

First let's talk about this type of label in general. Both shrink sleeve labels and stretch sleeve labels are used to give a 360 degree marketable area to your product. They do this by putting a sleeve over the product in question, that you can put the graphics and text of your ad upon the product. Soft drinks, cans of soup, oil, juices, energy drinks and almost anything you can think of will use this type of label regardless of the size and shape of the product. The main benefit to Shrink Sleeve Labels is that they can conform to nearly any shape you can think of. Many Shrinks Sleeve Manufacturers take it as a personal challenge to be able to fit a label to every client's product. Notice a lot of the unique shaped products the next time your in the store and how well the labeling is.
Stretch Sleeves are the more economic route to take. The printing is done on a thin plastic film like a banner. Then you pull the banner around your project and join the ends together. This can be done by a Stretch and Shrink Sleeve Manufacturer. Some other benefits would be:
• The labels keep the colors of the product the way they should be for a long period of time without the fading that tends to occur
• They are one hundred percent recyclable plastic
• Works great for products with games or giveaways, since it is easy to tear off the label.
• Can fit any product from eight ounce to fifty five gallons
Shrink Sleeves are a step up in quality from the Stretch Sleeves but are usually used for a different product line. These labels cover the product from head to toe and are shrunken to conform to the contours of the product. That way they cannot be opened without first tearing the label. In today's times, it is a perfect safeguard against product tampering. The benefits to Shrink Sleeves are:
• Can use up to 11 colors on the label
• High line screen counts provides a more intense and clear graphic
• Can use specialty inks like metallic, that would not be available on the stretch sleeves
• Can be printed on PVC, PETG, OPP and OPS as well as custom formulations
• Lasers are used to engrave the images for maximum resolution and offer great detail.
The only downside to the Shrink Sleeves is that they will need to be attached to the product by the Shrink Sleeve Manufacturer. So the compromise is that you can no longer affix the label yourself but you get much better graphics on the label along with protection from product tampering. If you have a product worthy of such marketing and would like more information on shrink and stretch sleeve manufacturing, SleeveCo would be more than happy to assist you. SleeveCo has won many awards over the past several years regarding their quality of work. Please contact or visit SleeveCo at http://www.sleeveco.com.

Physical fitness is something that we all need to be concerned about but it so hard to stay with an exercise program. People every year join a gym but then stop going within a few months. It is not really a surprise that they quit because they do not truly enjoy what they are doing. Eventually even the effort of driving across town seems too great. The secret to losing weight and getting in better shape is simply to find something that you enjoy doing. Stand Up Paddle Boarding may be the answer. It is a great way to enjoy the fresh air, see the sights and gradually get in shape without injury. Most people consider water very relaxing so this sport is mixing the best of both worlds.
Stand Up Paddle Boarding uses a board similar to a surf board but it has been modified to be lighter and stronger. To move through the water you use an oar that was specifically designed to be used while standing. The main difference between it and a normal paddle is the flexible elbow in the center. That elbow allows you to use all of the energy of your stroke to move the board through the water with no wasted motion. Since you are paddling from a standing position the entire time that you are on the board, it helps to give you a total body workout.
When you are using the paddle to go forward, backward or sideways on the board, you are utilizing the major muscle groups in your chest, shoulders and back. Exercising these large muscles give you a bigger health benefit because it is burning the most calories in the smallest amount of time. Until you get used to the new exercise, you will probably find that the long muscles in your legs and lower back are tiring out as well. That's because you are using them to make the continuous small adjustments needed to keep your balance on the water. By doing SUP or Stand Up Paddle Boarding you will get all of the benefits of strength training and cardiovascular exercise without any of the joint damage or injuries normally associated with some strenuous exercises. Not only that but it is so much fun!
Paddle Sports like these have very little disadvantages and people of all fitness levels and ages can participate. If you have a lake, river or ocean near you then you owe it to yourself to give it a try. The first step is to find any Paddle Board Retailers in your area and get fitted for a board. The length and width of the board will depend on the height and weight of its rider so you will want to make sure that you are using the one that's right for you. GUSU Paddlesports in Destin offer the boards along with accessories needed to get started. Join the fun while getting in shape at the same time, you will see why this sport is becoming so popular.

Private Detectives are useful in many situations. The police have a certain procedure that they have to follow and cannot always show you the individual attention that your case deserves. Private Detectives Atlanta is another story. They are on your side and will diligently work to solve any problems that you may have. Here are a few situations where Atlanta Private Investigation would be the best choice to contact:
1. Missing Person – If you think that someone may have gone missing then you need to hire an Atlanta Private Investigation service. Many of the traditional law enforcement agencies are forced to wait for 24 or even 48 hours before they can legally declare a person missing. If the missing person is a loved one then you may know that something is wrong within hours and the more time that elapses, the colder the trail will get. A Private Detective Atlanta can start to gather information as soon as you contact them and begin tracking down your loved one.
2. Child Custody – Sometimes a custody battle will not work out the way that it should and a negligent parent can retain custody. Or sometimes after custody is decided a parent starts doing drugs or mistreating the child. In those cases the only way to get the decision reversed is to gather evidence that proves how that parent is endangering their child. Private Detectives Atlanta can get that evidence for you and act as a witness as well.
3. Divorce – You may think that your spouse is cheating on you but how can you prove it? If you follow them around trying to get proof and you are wrong then the relationship is probably over anyway. Private Detectives can keep a watchful eye on your spouse and provide evidence of infidelity. If none is found then you have piece of mind and your loved one will never know that the Private Detectives were involved.
4. Background Checks – You may need to go the extra mile to verify a person's history before hiring them. If you are looking for someone to be a live in nanny for instance, you would want to ensure that they don't have any dark secrets or criminal history. An Atlanta Private Investigation service is trained in background checks and will verify the person's back story. They will check with friends, family, coworkers and anyone else close to the person to provide you with the most information possible. They can even arrange for drug screenings when needed.
5. Loss Prevention – If you believe that you have employees that are stealing from you but cannot afford to hire your own security team then you should talk to a Private Detective Atlanta. They can be hired on a limited basis and be let go after the problem has been solved.
Again, a private detective is completely devoted to the case until it is solved. For peace of mind, interview several Atlanta Private Detectives to find the right one that you want to work for you.

How would you like to get paid to go shopping? That's right! Get paid to shop for clothes, eat in restaurants, watch movies, play golf, travel, and so on.
You can have your cake and eat it too! Enjoy the best of both worlds. Make money and have fun at the same time as a mystery shopper.
What is a Mystery Shopper?
Sometimes known as a secret shopper, a mystery shopper looks like any other customer but is working undercover to perform market research or other tests on business establishments.
For example, a mystery shopper may check on the quality of service and products at a particular fast food outlet.
Were the staff friendly, courteous and helpful? Were the washrooms clean? Was the food hot and tasty? Did the staff attempt to upsell? Was the order filled accurately and quickly?
Why the Need for Mystery Shoppers?
Companies are concerned about the quality of your shopping experience. If there is a problem, they would like to know about it so that they can take corrective action and keep you as a customer.
For this reason, businesses hire mystery shoppers to check on their locations and report the results.
As well, comparison shopping can reveal pricing and service differences of the competition.
Mystery shoppers sometimes uncover safety or security concerns and other helpful information.
How To Make Money as a Mystery Shopper
You can make money as a freelance mystery shopper. Contact market research companies and other businesses to obtain clients.
As an independent contractor, you will invoice clients your fees for services rendered. As well, you will be reimbursed for any direct expenses incurred (such as the cost of store purchases).
It is also possible to run your own market research company and subcontract out the work. You would need to get business clients who are willing to pay for these secret shopping assignments. Then, find suitable people who are willing to perform those assignments for you.
Variety is the Spice of Mystery Shopping
Your assignments as a mystery shopper can be varied and interesting.
One time you may eat in a fast food restaurant. Another time you may be asked to see how long it takes to get service from a company by telephone.
Perhaps you may be asked to shop at a website to check out its user friendliness. Still another assignment may require you to rate the helpfulness of store staff.
So, if you would like to have fun while making money, consider becoming a mystery shopper.

Article Title: What Makes a Paddle Board Different From a Surf Board?

Boards that are used for Stand Up Paddle Boarding are easily confused with the boards used to surf with and for good reason. They started out as the same thing. Way back in history the royalty of Hawaii used boards that bore a striking resemblance to a SUP or stand up paddle board. They were much lighter and easier to paddle through the water in order to get out into the wave zone than a standard surf board. They were mostly forgotten until about 100 years ago when a man was refurbishing some of them for a museum and he got an idea. He bored holes in a surf board to lighten it up and then covered them over with material to make it buoyant. He refined his design over time and for years was unbeatable in the paddle boarding races throughout the islands. Many of his records still stand to this day.
Once these boards came over to the United States, people began to stand up on them using a specially designed paddle. The paddle is usually about 6 to 10 inches taller than its user. It has a flexible elbow built into the middle of the shaft that allows the maximum amount of force from each stroke to be used in powering the board. It is surprising how much speed a professional can build up while Stand Up Paddle Boarding and gain muscle at the same time. With these modifications the Stand Up Paddle Boarding that we know today was born. The boards themselves are made from epoxy and fiberglass to enhance their durability and light weight. The length and width of a SUP is dependant on the height and weight of its owner but on average they are between 12 to 18 feet in length and 29 inches wide. The width is one of the main factors in the board's stability so you will want to make sure that you get a board suited to your measurements. That is why it is recommended that you rent your equipment at first instead of buying everything new at Paddle Board Retailers.
One other thing that is a little different on a board used for Stand Up Paddle Boarding is the traction pad. Surf boards need to be constantly waxed to provide traction for the surfer. Without the wax the surfer would slip right off the wet board. A SUP has a traction pad affixed to the board that provides all the traction that you need and will never have to be reapplied.
Paddle boarding has become one of the newest and fast growing hobbies for water lovers. If you enjoy being on the water then you should definitely try it. Find a local paddle board shop. They would be more than happy to help you get started. You may want to rent your board to start off with then buy when you discover which boards fits you the best. Everyone needs to take time off and enjoy life!

In the past it went without saying that you would send your kids to public schools. With public schools installing metal detectors and seeing an increase in violence, parents are teaching more of their children at home. The upside of home schooling your children is protected from the happenings in the public school system and there is more of a focus on education. The downside is that the kids do not get the same level of interaction with other kids and teachers or a sense of belonging.
Virtual schools are bridging the gap between the experience of a public school and the safety of home school. Children in Virtual Classrooms can interact with the other kids during class discussion, study groups and group projects. If the Online Educational Software is good enough, they can even hold video conferencing to feel like they are in the same room as their friends and teachers. Virtual Classrooms have the added benefit of keeping all of the study materials online so that the child can access them whenever they need to study.
As I mentioned, one of the drawbacks of teaching your kids at home is that they do not feel like they belong to a school. They live in different houses, use different computers and the software that they use is drab and dull. Quality Online Classroom Systems will allow the look and feel of the software to reflect the schools unique teaching style. A Virtual School should be branded in the same way as a brick and mortar school to give the kids a sense of community and school spirit.
Virtual Classrooms solve another of the problems that people tend to see with home school. If it is not done correctly, a child that has been home schooled can be sheltered and not get the benefits received from meeting children of different backgrounds. Online Educational Software allows students from all over the world to come together and share ideas while learning the fundamentals that they will need for later life. With the use of a webcam, the students can see each other while having a discussion or they can just text chat. Virtual Classrooms add a level of variety that cannot be matched by brick and mortar schools because they are not restricted to only receiving students from a certain geographic area.
If you have been considering home schooling your child then there is no better time to start looking into Online Educational Software. Each year, more and more parents are deciding this is the way they want their child to get their education. It is safer and removes the child from some undesirable behaviors from other children. Colleges and private schools have been using virtual classrooms for some time but public schools are slowly integrating Online Classroom Systems. Maybe in the future we will get a choice in our children's education. Where some days we can send them to school but on other days we can let them log in from home. It would be the best of both worlds.

Just like any other professional, it is hard to get a new eye care practice equipped. There are so many cool toys that you will want to buy but there will not be enough money to get them all. If you don't do your research you could end up buying a lot of specialty ophthalmic instrument that cleans out your bank account and never pays for itself. So it is time to ask your self the most important question for an eye care newbie. What ophthalmic equipment is a necessity? Will I make my money back and is it a necessary piece for right now or can I wait or is it even detrimental for my business? Here are the basics:
• The exam chair – You need a place for your patient to sit and it needs to make them comfortable while you tinker with their eye. This will be one of the most expensive purchases that you will make in the beginning because it needs to be durable and you will need to adjust it to accommodate you and the patient. If you find one new for under a thousand dollars then it's a steal but many Ophthalmic Equipment suppliers will have used ones much cheaper.
• Phoropter and Refractor Instrument – except for the chair, this instrument will be used more than any other. It uses different lenses that allow you to gauge the patient's prescription. They vary in price but are generally expensive. You may want to check out the ophthalmic used equipment for this purchase.
• Ophthalmoscope - Next to the chair and Phoropter, this tool will be your workhorse. It comes in a direct and an indirect design. A direct design is a hand held device that does everything for you because the light and the lens are both built into the same housing. The indirect comes in two separate parts though. The handheld portion contains the lens and the light is affixed to a headband that you wear. Both types can be found for fewer than 500 dollars and much less if you are buying used ophthalmic equipment.
• Chart projector – There is little to explain about this device because we have all seen one. It projects the words and letters onto a screen so that the patient's eyesight can be measured. This is the test where you call off the letters and numbers in each row to the doctor to help him / her determine your vision. These projectors tend to be around 200 dollars and will last for a long time.
• Keratometer – This is the last of the tools that are a requirement for an eye care practice. It measures the curvature of the patient's eye and can be found for around 500 dollars new. Of course, you can purchase this used and at a discounted price from a reputable ophthalmic instruments company.
To find a reputable company to purchase used ophthalmic equipment, go online and research ophthalmic instruments for your area. Give them a call, you will be surprised how much you can save for quality ophthalmic equipment.

Product marketing is an ever changing field and new and better ways to advertise your product are always being introduced. If you ever want to take a crash course in product marketing and branding, just take a walk through your local grocery store. You will find that every square foot of space is dedicated to advertising products and steering you toward the products that they want you to buy. The products themselves are all easily identifiable and set themselves apart from the competition. If you look closely you will see that the vast majority of products use Shrink Sleeve Marketing to catch the customer's eye. Shrink Sleeve Labels are a plastic film that wraps around the product in question to give it 360 degrees of marketable space regardless of shape and size. Companies use it to print nutritional information, expiration dates, giveaways, advertising material and much more. The graphics are eye catching and you can really make your product stand out for very little cost. In fact, Shrink Sleeve Marketing is one of the most economical ways to brand your product and make it stand out. As we all know, labeling is what sells a product when purchasing the product for the first time.
With the new emphasis on buying green products, Shrink Sleeves are gaining even more popularity. They have always been made out of varying thicknesses of materials like PVC, PETG, OPP, OPS, which are all recyclable and do not take up a lot of room in the trash and/or landfills. So savvy marketers are creating Shrink Sleeve Designs that have a perforation on the label that allows you to tear it off and recycle the label. That will give the product in question a big bonus to its marketability by utilizing what was probably there anyway.
Different printing methods can be used depending on the material that the label is made from. You can get a very subdued and old fashioned look or a vibrant and eye catching graphic heavy label without breaking the budget. Many manufacturers have given their product a very cutting age look while adding to the security of the product. If you look at some of the more popular energy drinks and health shakes you will see that the label covers the entire product and you have to peel off a portion to get to the cap and open it. That is added security against people tampering with the product. Some of the plastic caps can be opened and resealed without the customer being able to tell the difference. If the plastic label has been torn or removed then anyone can tell that the product is no longer trustworthy and should be thrown away. As you can see, there are so many advantages to the shrink sleeve labeling. Take notice of all the different shapes and sizes the next time you go to the super market or even a gas station. Today's technology keeps getting more and more impressive. Shrink Sleeve marketing is where its at!

Not many people have but the odds are that you have seen several hundred just in the last week. Shrink Sleeve Marketing is a major marketing tool used by the biggest brands in the business. When you walk through a grocery store and you see the 20 ounce and 2 liter Coke, Pepsi and other soft drinks, they all come in identical clear plastic bottles. The only thing that lets you tell one from the other is their shrink sleeve labels. That is the thin plastic film that has all of the corporate information, giveaways and nutritional information printed on it. It can be used on products ranging from soft drinks to laundry powders because it is so economical and easy to use. It is especially helpful for very odd or irregularly shaped products. If you have a shampoo bottle that looks like a palm tree then you are going to have a difficult time finding a standard label that will fit it properly. A shrink sleeve is very malleable and can conform to almost any shape and can be done in any color. Shrink Sleeve Products are made from a lot of different kinds of material including PVC, PETG, OPP and OPS. The different materials can change the way that graphics look on the label so it is best if the printing is left to the professionals which would be a Shrink Sleeve Manufacturer.
They have gained a lot of popularity with the products that need to be tamper proof. A product with a standard label has to depend on its cap for its security measures but Shrink Sleeves can give your product unmatched security. The shrink sleeve can be made to cover the container completely, including the cap. Then if the product has been tampered with it will be obvious to the customer. All that they need to do is look to see if the label is intact and then they will know that it is safe.
Shrink sleeves are also a great way to provide extra real estate for marketing material. It will give the product a 360 degree decoration that can be used to show off your advertising. They are especially popular for use on clear packaging. Food is often packed in a clear package so that you can see what you are buying and make sure it looks appetizing. So, you would not want to cover that with an opaque label because it would defeat the purpose.
This is great face to face advertising. The sleeves offer appealing messages that often leads to unintended purchases by consumers for a product that had no previous intentions of buying. Thus the avenues of theses sleeves are broad. Think of the advantage a brand marketer now has to test marketing a new products appeal just through a low cost labeling campaign. Wow if the label can produce profitable results on their on just think about the information that would provide. This also a great way to affordably offer brand variations to fill available niches. Sleeve labels and marketing has allowed practical yet extraordinary opportunities to today consumer marketers. It also aids the consumer by broadcasting a products message in an informative and decorative method right on the products packaging itself.

What services can an Atlanta Private Investigation firm offer their clients?
An Atlanta Private Investigator can help you in many situations where the police may find that their hands are tied. The Police have certain procedures and protocols that they must follow but an Atlanta Private Investigation Service will only be representing you and your best interests.
A good example of this is in a missing person's case. Let's say that your wife calls you like clockwork every day at 5:00 on the dot to tell you that she is on her way home. It is now 7:00 and there has been no call and she will not pick up her cell phone. You know that there is something wrong but the police can not call a person missing until they have been gone for 24 hours in most cases. If you were to hire an Atlanta Private Investigator to start the search, they would have a much better chance of picking up the trail than if they had to wait a full day to start looking. The faster you can find someone, the better their chances of survival are if they are in danger.
Divorce and child custody are the most popular reason to hire an Atlanta Private Investigation firm. Let's say that you are having trouble with your spouse and believe that they may be cheating on you. They seem to always have a reason why they are coming home late every night. How do you find out? You obviously can't just ask them and you may not have the heart to follow them around to see what they are doing. An Atlanta Private Investigator can discretely watch and gather data. If they are not cheating, then they will never have to know that you had doubts. If they are cheating and it leads to divorce then the PI's evidence will come in very handy when you are trying to prove your case in court.
Divorce is a messy business and it is especially so when children are involved. It is most important to protect the child from as much drama as possible. Sometimes the wrong person gets custody because of a mistake in court and the other parent will often have no recourse. If the parent with custody decides to violate the courts orders and leave the state or the country, the court does not have the resources to track them down. That is when you will need to start searching for Private Detectives Atlanta. They can track down the parent and child to provide a detailed location for the courts. If the parent is not longer a suitable guardian for the child and is putting the child in danger then the Private Investigator can also gather the evidence needed to remove the child from their custody. If you are having any of these problems then you should get in touch with Silent Partner PI, they be glad to help you. They have many years of experience with these cases and have positive results.

When you are in the early stages of building your eye care practice you have to decide whether you are going to buy new or are you going to buy Used Ophthalmic Equipment. It can make quite a difference in how much starting funds you will have left for other things. If you spend all of your money on your equipment, then you will not be able to spruce up your office to provide your clients with a nice pleasant environment. Eye care professionals are not as feared as dentists but it is still a good idea to make your clients are as relaxed as possible. That being said, if you have the budget to spend on equipment then it is always best to buy new equipment. You know that you are the first person to use it, so with less wear and tear it will last for a long time. Also, any manufacturer's warranties will still have plenty of time left on them, in case you run into trouble. It is not unheard of to need Ophthalmic Technicians to check out your new equipment. The machines are so delicate and have to do such precision tasks that even a small error can have large consequences.
Many Ophthalmic Manufacturers and distributors will offer used equipment at a substantial discount. If you do not have the budget to buy new then used is the right way to go. You do not have to worry that the quality of the product will be lower than new equipment though. Any company that sells used equipment will have trained Ophthalmic Technicians to test all of the equipment and ensure that they are up to the task at hand. Most companies will keep a large inventory of used and new parts, so they can make the equipment like new again. The manufacturers warranty may have run its course but used equipment will generally carry a 30 to 90 day warranty. That is plenty of time to test out the equipment and find all the bugs that may be present. When Buying Used Ophthalmic Equipment, you need to ask a few questions about the return policy and the warranty but that should be done with any large purchase.
Ophthalmic Instrument Repairs are an important step in proper maintenance of the machines. A trained technician will come out to your place of operation and do the repairs on site or if needed, take the instrument back to the shop. They will usually call ahead to make sure that they work around your schedule. Used equipment will have to be maintained more often and will probably need repairs sooner. That cost is more than offset by the money saved and when properly maintained, a used machine can do just as good of a job as the new machines. Latham and Phillips SE has proudly been serving the Southeast for many years and are able to assist you with these needs. You can visit their website at http://www.ophthalmicinstrumentscompany.com for more information.

Marketing is king in our country. Companies spend millions of dollars every year to make sure that their product is in front of the public at all times. One of the most popular ways to do this is to attach your advertising directly to the product using shrink labels or stretch labels. This type of labeling gives 360 degrees of marketable area around your product for the design and printing. It is common to see this type of Shrink Sleeve Marketing used on soda bottles, laundry detergent, sports and energy drinks, gas cylinders and a host of other products. Just look around the store the next time you go and notice the different labels. Generally, bright colored labeling tends to grab the attention of most people along with the details of the product.
Shrink sleeve products are made to fit over almost any shape or sized container. If you have a shampoo bottle shaped like a race car, then you can make a Shrink sleeve product to fit over it and make it look detailed. You will want to find a quality Shrink Sleeve Manufacturer to create the label because the fit and the quality of the graphics can vary between vendors. When you are comparing two products that you know nothing about, normally a person selects the one with the nicest label. At this point, that is all you have to go on. Labeling is very important because it is what sells the product.
Can be applied either with an automated system or by hand. They are made from a thin plastic film that has some give to the material. That allows you to stretch it over the outside of the container. The benefits to this type of label are that:
• Its recyclable.
• It doesn't alter the color or the visibility of the contents of the container.
• It is great for contests and games where you tear off the label and turn it in for a prize or discount. Many of the largest soda companies will use this type of label.
• Very cost effective and easy to utilize in house
Shrink sleeve labels and stretch sleeve labels can be printed on a multitude of material types including PVC, PETG, OPP and OPS. These materials allow for much higher image quality and color intensity than the plastic film of the stretch and shrink labels. Instead of only covering a portion of the container with an easy to remove label, a Shrink Sleeve Label will generally cover the entire container. Have you ever had an energy drink that you had to tear off the plastic over the top before you could open it? Those were Shrink Sleeve Products and they were in place to prevent product tampering. These sleeves have many benefits over the Shrink Sleeves but the downside is you can no longer apply these labels without help from the Shrinks Sleeve Manufacturer. Either way you go, these sleeves are a great way to add visibility to your product.

Article Title: How Important is Your Coffee Supply Vendor?

It depends. If you are trying to open a coffee shop then your vendors are only slightly less important than the air you breathe. If you use a vendor that is not trustworthy and tries to charge you top dollar for everything then it will sink your business before it has a chance to start. You have to be able to depend on your vendors to keep your inventory stocked and to supply you with any of the hardware specific to your business at a reasonable price. Since many have been in the industry for a long time, you can depend on them to answer your questions about which equipment to use and which products are popular. This is particularly vital to the shops that are just starting out and do not know what to ask for yet.
For instance, one of the most popular products in coffee shops at the moment is Monin syrups. They come in a huge variety of flavors and can be used to sweeten almost any beverage. Some of the fruit blends have even become popular in the more upscale bars because you can make mixed drinks with them for a fraction of the cost of liqueurs. You only use a small amount so one bottle can last for a long time. For the people that want to stick with a healthy alternative, many of the Monin flavors come sweetened by Agave nectar. It's a sugar alternative that is derived from cactus blossoms, so it is all natural and tastes just as good as sugar. Even though the Monin syrups are very popular, you may not know about them unless you have a supplier that can inform you and show you all of the different flavors.
When you go looking for a coffee supply wholesaler, they will need to meet a few requirements:
1. Make sure that they have been in business for awhile. You do not want to get involved with a vendor that is going to disappear in a month or two. You can even ask for a reference for peace of mind.
2. They should carry a complete inventory that includes coffee beans, tea leaves, additives like the Monin syrup as well as commercial grade coffee brewers and tableware. Really good suppliers will often offer classes on shop operation or how to make and serve the different specialty drinks.
3. They should have a web presence that allows you to order directly from the web site. This way you can order at your convenience.
4. The staff should be knowledgeable about the industry and be able to quickly answer any question that you may have about their products.
A perfect example of a company that meets all of these requirements is Everything Coffee & Tea. They are based in Metro Atlanta and are a member of the Specialty Coffee Association of America. They pride themselves on being there for their clients with a fair price and helping them to run a successful coffee shop.

Are you afraid that your spouse is cheating on you? Do you think that one of your employees may be stealing money from you electronically? There are all sorts of reasons that you may need to hire an Atlanta Private Investigator but you have to be careful. If you were to type Private Investigator Atlanta into a search engine you will be swamped by companies claiming to be the best but how can you tell which one to hire?
Here are a few things that you will need to look for in a quality Atlanta Private Detection firm:
• Experience – What is the background of the investigator? Were they military policy, law enforcement, FBI or did they take a two weeks correspondence course online?
• Licensed – A good Atlanta Private Investigator will be licensed to work in the state of Georgia. Every state has a similar licensing program for private investigators and if they cannot provide documentation of their license then you should steer clear.
• Insurance – An Atlanta Private Investigator will be working on your behalf and acting as your agent. That means that you will be responsible for anything that they may do while working your case and that includes getting injured. Make sure that they have good insurance because if their insurance can't do the job then it will fall back on yours to foot the bill.
Once you have selected a dependable Atlanta Private Detection firm you will want to ask a few questions before hiring them. You should ask:
• How long has the company been in business? Are they established? Can I get references?
• How much will it cost? Will I get what I pay for?
• Have the investigators ever been on cases similar to yours? If so, how many cases and what was the outcome of the cases.
• Are they fully insured and bonded?
• What procedures do they have in place to protect your confidentiality if you need anonymity?
• Will the person that you are talking to be the one handling the case or will it be handed off to other people. If it will be handed off then you will want to meet the investigator handling your case and will need to ask that person all of the above questions as well.
You will definitely want to find the best agency that will work for you. You may want to meet with the firm first to make sure that you will trust the one you hire and feel confident that they have the experience you need. With anything, trust plays a major role in your decision making. Don't be afraid to ask questions and express your concerns. If you have a good meeting with the investigator and you are satisfied by the answers to all of your questions then it is probably safe to hire them to work your case. There are a lot of scam artists when it comes to Atlanta Private Investigation but it is worth searching through them to find the truly professional firms.

A dog bite sounds like a trivial injury but it can be just as traumatic or even more traumatic than a car accident. Many people have suffered severe injuries that needed prolonged stays in the hospital with multiple surgeries and physical therapy just to get back to normal. Some victims are so shaken by the experience that they sink into depression or in extreme cases, develop post traumatic stress disorder. That can then lead to the loss of employment and an ever increasing amount of debt. If you have been bitten by a dog do not take chances, follow these steps:
1. Seek medical care immediately. No matter what you have heard about how clean a dog's mouth is, you will need to get the wound cleaned and dress as soon as you can. A dog bite can result in a serious and life threatening infection.
2. Do not put yourself in further danger of injury but try to find the dog that bit you. Once you have found the dog then you will have to try to locate its owner. It is vital to get the owners name, address and phone number because they will be responsible for compensating you for your injuries.
3.Do not talk with the owner's insurance agent, agree to anything they say or sign anything. They are not your friend, they just want you to go away. They are there to represent their client and do anything that they need to in order to get you to admit that the attack was your fault. Wait and let your Alpharetta dog bite attorney talk to them on your behalf. They will have the training needed to avoid potential pitfalls.
4. The attack will need to be reported to the police or sheriff department just like any other crime. They will need any information that you have discovered about the dog and its owner. When going to the hospital, usually the hospital will report the attack also to the counties pound for investigation.
5. Take pictures of the injuries that you sustained from the dog bite, from the time you get them until they heal. If it goes to court your Alpharetta Personal Injury Attorney will be able to show the extent of your pain and suffering.
6. Contact an experienced Alpharetta dog bite attorney. There are many reasons to hire a good Alpharetta dog bite lawyer. You may be immobilized and they can do the leg work of getting witnesses, gathering evidence and collecting statements. Also, the responsibility for the dog can be hard to trace depending on the owner of the property, location of the dog and many other factors. A qualified Alpharetta dog bite lawyer will be able to sort out the chain of responsibility and get you the compensation that you need for your medical bills.
If you have been bitten by a dog then you should contact the Law office of Donald W. Singleton. He is a well known Alpharetta dog bite lawyer that services all of metro Atlanta and North Georgia. He will protect your rights.

People do not think about dog bites as being a traumatic event but what if the victim is a child? Each year there are 800,000 children admitted to the hospital with injuries resulting from bites from a dog. They are especially damaging to children because they are closer to the dogs height so it is easier for them to be bitten in the face or on the neck. Also, their smaller size allows the teeth to penetrate deeper and cause more damage. Some injuries are so severe that a plastic surgeon has to be called in for reconstructive surgery and have resulted in post traumatic stress disorder and depression. Sometimes, several plastic surgeries are required to limit the amount of disfiguring of the face, ears or wherever the bite occurred. Many of the parents of these children have had to hire an Atlanta dog bite attorney to protect their rights in court and get compensation for their injures.
Some of the ways to avoid being bitten is:
• Choose your dog carefully and make sure its personality is a good fit for your family and gets along well with others.
• Never leave children alone with a dog unsupervised.
• Give your dog gradual exposure to other dogs and people from the time that they are puppies. If they have not been socialized and are thrust into a tense situation then they may react by biting.
• Do not play aggressive games with your dog or allow them to bite you while playing. That reinforces the idea that it is ok to bite a human. What is a play bite to a grown up could seriously injure a child.
• Teach your child to always ask the animals owner before petting or playing with it, don't just go up and put your hand toward it head and start petting.
• Never run from a dog or startle it while sleeping.
• If a dog is threatening you, do not look it in the eyes. Remain still and calm and if possible, back away slowly.
• When you or your child are meeting a dog for the first time, let it sniff your hand before trying to pet it. When you do pet it stay away from the head and tail at first, it will calm the dog and let it know that you have friendly intentions. If the dogs growls, do not get any closer to it. If the dog is wagging its tail, it is probably okay.
If these precautions do not work and you are bitten then you should contact an Atlanta dog bite attorney. Some people have lost work or incurred serious debt from medical bills resulting from a dog bite. If the owner is uninsured or is fighting your right for compensation then an Atlanta Dog Bite Lawyer can help you. If you cannot find an Atlanta dog bite attorney then an Atlanta personal injury attorney may be able to help you if they have experience in the area.

It can be frightening when you get stuck in a hail storm but the truly scary part is what it can do to your car. You wouldn't think that little chunks of ice could do much damage to sheet metal. However, many people have been left with a car that looks like a golf ball after a nasty winter storm. Auto Hail Damage Repair has changed a lot over the years and can be done in some cases without having to get a brand new paint job.
For years the standard way to remove dents was by pulling the dent out. You would have to drill holes into the dented area and use a tool to pull the metal back into shape. Then you would have to grind the holes down and use a body filler to smooth them over. After that you would repaint the damaged area and that is one of the biggest drawbacks to this procedure. A paint job that was put on by the manufacturer is of extremely high quality. It is nearly impossible to duplicate it without taking it back to the manufacturer. So you would be left with a section of car that was obviously repainted with inferior materials.
Paintless Dent Repair was invented specifically for this reason. The Mercedes Benz Company in Germany was having a lot of trouble shipping their cars to the various dealers without getting some type of damage along the way. When the cars would arrive they would have dents and dings but the car lot would not have the resources to give them a manufacturer quality paint job after they were repaired. So they developed a procedure called Paintless Dent Removal that uses rods to push the dent out from the inside while gently tapping the outside with a hammer. It is important that the technician be very skilled using Paintless Dent Repair techniques because if they strike the metal too hard it will split. Sometimes glue is used on the outside of the car to pull the dent instead of pushing with rods which can eliminate the need for using a hammer on the metal. The only times that Paintless Dent Removal is not possible is if the paint was damaged by the initial impact or if the metal has been stretched too far out of shape.
Paintless Dent Repair is a great way to save money and retain your original manufacturer paint job. This process is less expensive and saves time as far as the number of days that your car has to be in the auto body repair shop. Just make sure that the repair shop that you choose is reputable and has done it many times before. If not, your car could look just as bad or worse when you get it back. To find a local repair shop you can search the internet for Paintless Dent Repair North Georgia. It is truly amazing how far this industry has come in repairing hail damaged autos.

Many companies say that they are an Executive Coaching and Mentoring firm but have no way to back up their claims. They will say that Executive Coaching cannot be quantified because it is all about inner growth and education. While education and training do play a big part in a successful coaching program, an Executive Coaching and Mentoring firm should be able to show a definite increase in their clients business. If they cannot provide you with statistics or case studies on successful coaching clients then maybe you should not trust them and look for a reputable company.
Executive Coaching and Mentoring is not some mystical process but a basic understanding of human nature and what makes successful business practices. Some businesses are so used to operating their business the same way that they have for years, that they can no longer see the problems in the system or what needs to be changed. It is beneficial for these companies to have a third party come in and look at their company with fresh eyes and give a complete diagnostic rundown of what works and what doesn't. Changes are often in the form of additional training for the company's executives and employees. Atlanta Executive Coaching firms will offer Executive Workshops that will offer Development Training your team leaders in:
• Leading from the front by setting a good example. They should never ask the people under them to do something that they would not do themselves. That will help to develop a bond of trust between the team members and their leader.
• Creating a welcoming workplace through positive reinforcement. If instead of leading through fear your executives can make their team feel appreciated then they will be much more productive and efficient in their activities. Another added benefit is that employees will be much less likely to leave the company unexpectedly.
• Encouraging their team to support each other and to share knowledge. If a workplace can have an open and friendly exchange of ideas then it will cut down on many of the common problems before they start. Also, since everyone is sharing information, when an employee does leave unexpectedly there will be much less loss of knowledge.
Once the executives in a company have received the proper training then it will gradually trickle down to the layers underneath them. In this way the entire corporate culture of a company can change for the better. Some of the biggest names in the corporate worlds have been using Executive Coaching and Mentoring to enhance their productivity for years and so should you. Choosing the right Executive Coaching and Mentoring Service is very important for helping you achieve success. Look for an experienced corporate mentor that shares your ideology and that understands your vision. Then as long as you have an opened mind many doors and pathways should open. This will increase your awareness as an executive and understanding of the importance of leadership.

SUP or Stand Up Paddle Boarding is becoming one of the most popular Paddle Sports around and it is a fantastic way to get your exercise. The only equipment that you need is a board, a paddle and a personal flotation device to get out on the water and all of these can be found at your local Paddle Board Retailers. The main question that you will face is whether to go to the lake, river or ocean. Granted, a lot of that depends on which one is closest to you. If you are close to all three types then you will need to know what sets each body of water apart from a SUP standpoint.
Lakes are great for people that are new to Stand Up Paddle Boarding or just want to check out the wildlife. It is by far the most laid back environment of the three. You can go to the shallow spots near the shore or dock to get the hang of climbing onto your board. You will fall off a lot in the beginning so it is nice to have a quiet place and still water to get the hang of it. Once you are up on your board, you will be amazed at the distance that you can cover while Stand Up Paddle Boarding. Another nice thing about SUP is that you make almost no noise, so you can slip up on wildlife that would normally have heard you long ago and ran for the hills. Many people bring their camera for just that reason but you had better be confident in your balance or the camera had better be water proof.
Stand Up Paddle Boarding in a river ups the ante a bit. Now you start to get a workout because you will have to hold your own against the current at all times. You will also have to be aware of things like rocks, sticks, people and rapids so that you will have time to maneuver safely around them. When paddle boarding in the river, you would want to wear a safety helmet to protect your head.
The ocean is like an advanced course for SUP. That is one of the reasons that Destin Paddle Boarding is a popular destination for anyone that loves Paddle Sports. You are constantly challenged while boarding in the ocean. You have to be aware of boats and larger ships as well as surfers and swimmers. There is a very strict etiquette in place for what you should do in some of the popular surfing areas and disregarding it can make you unpopular very quickly. The hardest part of paddle boarding in the ocean is of course the waves but you can get into very good shape fighting against the waves and have fun doing it. With a little practice, you will be up and paddling in no time. Don't forget the sunscreen because you will have so much fun that you will forget about sunburn until it is too late!

Press releases are a very effective way to connect with your target audience. A well written press release can bring in new clients by explaining your services and let your old clients know about any new services or announcements that your company is promoting. It is an effective way to promote sales and special offers as well. That is what they were designed to do but in recent years they have proven to be a key tool for Keyword Marketing.
Keyword Marketing and Article Marketing are strategies used by Atlanta SEO companies to get their clients ranked for specific keywords. As an example, lets say that you design websites and so does the person across the street. When a potential customer goes onto the internet and types in "website designer" into a search engine like Google, you will both want to have your site appear as highly as possible in the search results. Some studies have shown that if you are not on the first page of the search results then over 90% of people will never see your listing. That means that you would both want to out rank the other to get as high as possible. To get a higher ranking, you need a lot of different things on the internet like articles, press releases and websites to link back to your website using that specific search term.
So a Georgia SEO company would write a press release for your company or use one that you write and post it onto an Atlanta Press Release Site. That site will then post and link the press release to the different parts of the internet including:
• All the major search engines like Bing, Google, and Yahoo.
• The major news sites will get access through the associated press which will get it in front of as many people as possible.
• Social media services which will then give your press release the possibility of going viral if it generates enough interest.
It is one of the best ways to generate interest in your website and is guaranteed to provide more traffic to your site. Another great thing about press releases is that you can do them as often as you want as long as you have something that is interesting enough to announce. If you are looking for ways to boost your website in the rankings then you should contact Click Ready Marketing and talk with them about designing a press release for your company.
The real beauty of using a professionally SEO engineered press release is that it goes out to thousands of websites with embedded link backs to your website. This will help to boost your websites relevance for the keywords that are used to hyperlink back to your site's particular landing page. This link acts as a vote signifying your site's importance for that term. This mean a press release will keep giving you link juice for years to come.
So this is a great idea for exposure and an search engine marketing strategy.

Article Title: Why Should You Hire an Investment Advisor?

A lot of people believe that an investment advisor is someone that only rich people hire to protect their fortunes but that is not the case. An investment advisor can help anyone make sound financial decisions with the money that they have and explain all of the different ways that they can grow their savings. The most common ways for an advisor to help people is with:
• 401k rollover – Many companies offer retirement plans to their employees that is managed by the company and it's called a 401k. When people change their jobs or retire they may want to cash out or rollover their 401k to a different individual retirement account. There are many options for people wanting to do a 401k rollover and an experienced investment advisor can guide you through the process.
• Roth IRA conversions – Roth IRA's have been very popular since their creation in 1998. Not many people have converted to them because of the restriction on people whose gross income is over 100,000 dollars. That is all about to change thanks to the new rules being set in 2010 for Roth IRA that will remove that limit. This will give a lot more people unprecedented opportunities to make tax free money through a Roth IRA Conversion. If you do not know about all of the changes going into effect then you should sit down and talk with an investment advisor as soon as possible.
• Variable Annuities and Fixed Annuities – Annuities are like insurance that will protect you during your retirement. When you purchase an annuity you begin making monthly payments for a set amount of years, let's say 20. After the 20 years is up the annuity start to pay you an agreed upon amount every month for the rest of your life. The two types of annuities are very similar but the variable annuity is not quite as safe as the fixed annuities because it is more closely tied to the market index. It is best to talk with an investment advisor to find out which type of annuity is the one for you.
• Buy Sell Agreements – If it were not for these agreements then having multiple owners in a business would be nearly impossible. A Buy Sell agreement is created to smooth out the transition in the event that a co-owner dies or voluntarily leaves the business. The agreement will allow the other partners to buy out the missing owner's shares at a predetermined price. It protects all of the owner's rights while allowing for the smooth operation of the company.
Financial Planners are students of their profession. With this being the case some are better prepared to assist you than others. Hiring a knowledgeable and experienced professional will be an asset. It is difficult for an individual to study and learn the ins and outs of the complexities of financial planning unless it is their primary focus. This is why us with normal jobs may be best served by relying on aa financial planning expert.

Questions like this are best answered by your local financial planner. They have the experience needed to explain the sometimes complex world of finance in terms that anyone can understand. Before you take any action that will impact your financial future it is best that you consult a professional. Even if you are familiar with certain products that the financial planning industry has to offer, sometimes it is still wise to get another unprejudiced professional opinion.
Variable Annuities and Fixed Annuities are somewhat similar to insurance and they are often linked with 401k Rollover. When you purchase health insurance you will pay a certain amount into the policy every month. Then in the event that you get sick or are injured, the policies will payout a predetermined amount based on the plan and the extent of your injuries. Variable Annuities are similar because in most cases you will pay in a certain amount every month to the insurer. Once you hit specific age then the annuity will begin to pay you a certain amount every month. It is a great way to make sure that you have the money for a comfortable retirement and is very popular for that reason.
As an example, let's say that you pay in 200 dollars every month for 10 years into fixed annuities. That would be a total of 24,000 dollars that was paid to the insurer of the annuity. If it pays out 1,000 dollars ever month for the rest of your life then any payments you get 2 years after the payments start is pure profit. Let's say that you live for another 10 years after the annuities starts to pay and you would be looking at a gain of 96,000 dollars from a 24,000 dollar investment.
If you do a little research on Georgia Financial Services then you will find many different tips and tricks for using annuities. One of the most popular ways to use them is during a 401K Rollover. Once you reach the end of your career and are ready to cash out your 401k, you may find that you do not have enough money to last you the rest of your life. This happens most frequently when a person decides that they are going to retire early. Instead of taking that money and putting it into a savings account or some other low yield venture, you can put the money into Fixed Annuities. You will be giving up a lump sum but you will gain a steady income for as long as you live. It is one of the better avenues available to people for safeguarding their retirement. The monies needed for just normal living expenses is astronomical by the time you take mortgage, utilities, food, auto, repairs, medical and just the normal cost of living into consideration. It is very important to establish a plan on how you are going to manage this. This is where a Georgia Financial Planner will come in handy. The sooner the better!
