When the new year rolls around, most people decide they want to lose weight. If I were to guess, I would say that almost 50% of the New Year's resolutions that are made involve losing weight and body image. There seems to be a huge problem in today's society with finding your ideal body weight. There are many who are now obese, and if you look towards Hollywood, you will see many who are severely underweight. It is no wonder that children are so confused when it comes to body image, and it's no wonder that eating disorders are becoming more and more common.
If you look at Hollywood stars in magazines, you would be led to believe that the ideal body weight for any person is much smaller or less than most people can achieve. When teens grow up believing that weighing 90 pounds is an ideal body weight, they often end up with a seriously distorted view of their own body. Most people who are five foot eight can not safely weigh anything less than 100 pounds. However, Hollywood would have you believe that this is what they are supposed to be. This can be very dangerous for an impressionable teenage girl who is struggling to find her own identity.
Teenagers may also be confused about ideal body weight when they look at the members of their family. So many people are overweight, and there is still a huge stigma associated with this. Though it is not healthy to be overweight, some people are at their ideal body weight, yet they are still considered to be overweight by those around them. For a teenager, this sort of short sighted criticism can lead to a distorted idea of what an ideal body weight really is.
If you think your teenager is confused about what their ideal body weight should be, you should take them and to speak to your family physician, though you may be able to tell them that they are just fine the way they are, they mean need to hear it from a doctor.
Teenagers trust their parents more than they will let on, but they will have even more trust in a doctor. Tell your family doctor that your teenager is having issues with understanding what an ideal body weight might be, and that you hope they can explain to your child in simple terms what the reality of the matter really is.

I have always maintained an exceptional standard of dental hygiene. As I grew older, however, my teeth inevitably lost some of their shine. I never really liked teeth whitening toothpaste before. teeth whitening systems seemed pretty vain and pointless to me. I did not know what they used as bleaching agent in the teeth whitening system, and did not want to risk my health for whiter teeth. That was before I had any problems with white teeth. Nowadays, my teeth are yellower, and I am embarrassed about them. Teeth whitening systems seem more appealing than before now that I'm actually faced with the problems of ugly teeth!
The first teeth whitening system that I ever tried was a simple toothpaste. It promised to give me whiter teeth in five days, but could not deliver on its promise. I suppose that my teeth might have been a shade or two whiter, but the difference was hardly noticeable. I tried several other teeth whitening system brands, but none of them helped.
I tried tooth whitening gum, but I had no results either. I went in for a professional tooth cleaning, and that seemed to help a little bit, but within a week or two my teeth were the same old color again. I knew that I needed to find a better teeth whitening system, or I would die of embarrassment.
I gradually got into more elaborate methods of tooth whitening. There is actually a way of using hydrogen peroxide whitening to make your teeth whiter. Unfortunately, this is not a get method. You see, hydrogen peroxide is very harsh. I even heard rumors that it could make your gums bleed! Nonetheless, I tried this teeth whitening system out, and I had some good results with it. It was not enough, but it was a start.
In the end, I went in for a laser teeth whitening treatment. In some ways, it was the very simplest teeth whitening system. All I had to do was go in for a few laser treatments, and it was all done. The teeth whitening treatment would eventually fade, but I can always get it done again.
This teeth whitening system is extremely expensive, but it was worth it. My teeth have looked much better since then, and three years have already passed. Although it was a little bit less convenient than an at home whitening teeth system, it was a whole lot more effective.

This is the day that you have worked hard for, to graduate from high school. For some it was easy to get through high school and for others it was some hard work. Either way, more than likely you have been in school for twelve years and what one thing did you not learn? Money Management!
That is right. Have you heard of a high school that offers a class in money management? If so, let me know so that I commend them for what they are doing. Unfortunately, most of them do not and our students are failing when it comes to managing money.
They are not being taught in high school. Parents are not teaching them because they were not taught. Not all parents, but there were a lot of people that were not taught how to manage money, myself being one of them.
As you are looking at your student graduating from high school and preparing for college, what is the one thing you could do to help them? Teach them how to manage money over the summer and establish a budget for college.
Let's face it, when graduations start they are going to receive money for graduation, financial aid from the college and even some student loans. But will they know how to manage the money so they do not end up in a financial situation that you nor they can handle?
What is the second step you can take – help your student establish a budget. Every time I speak with college students, the biggest lesson they need to learn is budget, budget, budget. Sit down and write on paper all of your expenses and income.
For example:
Income for the month:
Expenses:
Books:
Food:
Gas (if you have a car)
Extras (clothes, etc)
Remaining money:
I recommend you have your student do this for each semester. This keeps the budget realistic and attainable. Stress to your student they do not need to get a credit card while they are in college. Establish healthy financial habits and goals. These habits will remain throughout their life even when they are out of college.

Have you had the opportunity to deal with a person in debt? Are they in denial about their financial situation? In my opinion, people in debt are in denial to everyone around them about their financial situation. In their denial, they actually develop a personality. According to Webster's Dictionary, the word personality means quality or condition of a person. Debt means something owned. From my perspective, when someone is in debt, the quality or condition of that person changes.
Prior to being in debt you might experience a person with these qualities: confidence, calm, pleasant, truthful and forthright. Once a person gets into debt that they cannot manage they began displaying qualities that are almost unbearable such as mean attitude, denial, frustration, denial, dishonesty and avoidance. When I say avoidance, they do not take phone calls from the person they owe. They are screening their phone calls knowing they owe you but thinking you will get tired of trying to collect. From my experience, if they have bounced a check on you they also become belligerent when you contact them. They try to make you feel as if you are at fault for trying to collect. They also do not make good on the check. This is where they become dishonest and untrustworthy.
Personality of debt can lead a person to do things they might not otherwise do. Based on the fact they are so emotionally entangled in their debt and cannot see options to clean up the situation, you begin making poor decisions. For example, if you had your regular job, and had the opportunity to work a second job on weekends to bring in additional money and turned it down because you would rather hang out around the house. Yet, you complain continuously at your regular job about not having enough money to do anything. When a person is in debt and complains continuously about their situation, it does not make sense to complain if you are unwilling to take action.
People that have the personality of debt can make them lose friends, strain family relationships and hinder their job. Why do I say hinder their job? In my opinion it can hinder the job for several reasons:
1) So far in debt, they are frustrated when they walk in the door;
2) Work performance declines. Can only think about being in debt and does less work.
3) Or they do work but they are messing up on the job.
Either one of these could make a boss watch your performance for a period of time and then decide to terminate you based on your actions. One other aspect of personality of debt that should not be overlooked is the fact that your debt personality's negativity might bring down co-workers. When personality of debt influences the work environment in a less productive manner something needs to be done.
Personality of debt changes an otherwise happy person into someone that most people do not like to associate with for any length of time. If you are reading this article and it reminds you of someone, assure them they can make a change in their life. They need to take action and begin taking steps to remove the personality of debt and debt from their life.

When you are away from home, there is nothing more comforting that having that "home" feeling. That's what makes bed and breakfasts so special. You can get a bed, a breakfast , and a personal host.
Staying at a bed and breakfast has some important advantages. Since it is often run by local people who are most familiar with the interesting sights in the area, you not only get a bed and breakfast, but often you get personal tour guides too. Your "hosts" can tell you about the local attractions and suggest interesting sights for you to see, which you may otherwise never even knew existed.
Another benefit is that your hosts will know a lot about the local transportation and they can help you find you way about the area. And for serious shoppers , your local host could guide you to all the best shopping areas and show you where the best bargains are. This could mean big savings for you. The owners of a bed and breakfast are often able to provide information about the local attractions that is much more interesting than the commercial travel guides. That personal local touch could be just priceless.
Making reservations at a bed and breakfast is really easy. The owners of these facilities around the world work together to supply information to travelers so you can make reservations as easy as 1-2-3. The information available is comprehensive so you will be able to make plans way in advance before you go, often at the click of your computer mouse.
And for the spontaneous souls who prefer to go without any advanced plans, it is also possible to find the perfect bed and breakfast without having reservations in advance. Bed and breakfasts provide many options and opportunities that would make your trips unforgettable.
If you are looking for a cozy atmosphere while traveling then a bed and breakfast is exactly what you need as a discerning traveler. Compared to a large hotel a bed and breakfast can provide a warm and cozy atmosphere. A bed and breakfast is often a renovated privately owned residence that opens it doors to accommodate travelers. These facilities are often run by a family who contribute to the friendly atmosphere for people who are away from their own homes.
A bed and breakfast supplies exactly what the name suggests: a comfortable bed and delicious breakfast! The travelers who choose to stay at a bed and breakfast get treated more like "house guests" then like a "customer". The bed is usually very comfortable, and the breakfast is usually the equivalent of a satisfying homemade breakfast in contrast to the "continental breakfast" that would be supplied in a large hotel.
Bed and breakfasts are located around the globe, from the most well known cities to the most far-flung corners of the earth. You can find a bed and breakfast in The Hague, Holland or in Willemstad, Curacao, in Williamsburg, Virginia USA or in Buenos Aires, Argentina. Bed and breakfasts are usually located in a residential neighborhood rather than the business or shopping district of a town. So as a guest you get a special treat, namely, an opportunity to see the typical life in the area as opposed to areas usually seen by tourists.
Since a bed and breakfast is usually run by local people who have converted a typical home into a boarding house for travelers, you can expect to experience first hand the warm hospitality of the local community.
So does a bed a breakfast sound like something that might be right for you? Just think, you get a bed, a delicious home made breakfast, and a personal host! Sounds like a memorable experience.

When it comes to the getting the best deals on vacation accommodations, its just cannot get any better than FREE. That's what you can expect when you choose a home exchange vacation: Unique and Free Lodging. You may be surprised to know how very easy it is to participate in a home exchange program and to find a home exchange vacation that is right for you. Take a look.
Home exchange programs are really appealing because you get FREE lodging with all the comforts of home. The idea is simple. You swap homes, vehicles and even pets with another vacationer so that both of you end up vacationing for Free. You may be surprised to know that this is a very popular trend in the vacation industry.
Interestingly, even if your home is located in an area that is not a "popular tourist destination" there may still be a demand to swap homes with you. There is a growing demand to swap homes even in less popular vacation destinations. What a great opportunity to discover new places and vacation for free too!
And if free lodging is not enough of an incentive for you, here are three good reasons why home swapping may be a good choice for a unique vacation experience:
1. This is a great way to meet the locals. You'll meet the neighbors and friends of the homeowners. They can tell you all the great things to see and do in their neck of the woods.
2. You will "become" a local. Mixing and mingling with the locals will give you a real sense of what it is like to love their. You could never get that unique "local" feeling in a hotel.
3. You may very well form new friends for life!
If you are like most people, you may naturally be reluctant to allow complete strangers to stay in your home. That is completely understandable. Still, the more experienced home-swappers point out that they communicate extensively with their fellow swappers for months, both by email and by phone before making the swap. By the time the swap actually takes place, they actually feel comfortable enough to welcome the fellow-swappers into their home.
If you are looking for a totally different and unique vacation experience then a home exchange program may be a good choice for you. Do some research using the home exchange websites that are available on the internet. They can put you in touch with fellow home swappers. There just is no better way to find out what the phrase "home away from home" truly means.

Article Title: When It Comes To Luxury Hotel Services: The Sky Is The Limit

There is nothing wrong with enjoying the finer things of life and wallowing in the fruits of your labor. But when it comes to luxury hotel services, things may be getting a bit out of hand. There seems to be no limit to the extravagant, and in some cases even humorous, services being offered by luxury hotels to their well-to-do-guests, who seem to be looking for ever more unique ways to spend their hard earned ( or perhaps easily earned) riches.
Luxury hotels are bending over backwards to comply with the increasing demands of well-to-do travelers for exclusive lodgings and services that cater to their every need. Services such as 24- hour butler services, private tours and pate for the pets of their extravagant guests.
Take for instance the "Friends with Money" package offered by the Ritz Carlton New York Battery Park. This package helps you to share the good times with 30 of your best friends. You get to shower your 30 guests with one night's lodging in executive suits, customer fireworks displays, city helicopter tours, a delicious five course dinner, and private massages to sooth body and soul.
You, the most generous and honored host, get to overnight in the 2000 square foot Presidential suite. And this night on the town comes with a price tag of $137,580, which may be considered quite reasonable for executives with impressive compensation plans and bonuses or high rollers who know how to ride the highs and avoids the lows in the stock market.
And if you think that is fancy then what about the "car sitting" services and the "car turn down" services available at Regent South Beach in Miami? Is that "really" necessary? Apparently so! For $500 these wealthy guests can receive a personal "car sitter" to watch their Bentley or Ferrari all night. For $200 per night, this luxury hotel offers a car turn down service which includes interior vacuuming, tire pressure check, manual hand wash and wax services, and more.
The competition between Luxury hotels is intense. The competition is not merely to offer luxury, comfort and convenience. Luxury hotels are als competing to offer unique and exclusive activities that their wealthy guests will value and remember long after their checkout dates. Hoteliers, eager for their business, happily comply.
Supply is meeting demand. Basic laws of economics. With what result? Highly personalized, uniquely creative, completely exclusive and extraordinary services and activities. And it looks like this may just be the beginning. When it comes to luxury accommodations one saying comes to mind: "the sky is the limit". What in the world will they come up with next?

Spring Break is here! Going on a short vacation is a wonderful and relaxing way to take a break from the hurried and stressful lives that so many of us lead. Career pressures, family problems, and a number of other issues seem to crowd our daily lives until we feel like we may explode. That's the first sign that it may be time for vacation.
Taking a vacation with your family, your spouse, or even a close friend can be a fun and exciting time. It's a great way to help your family become closer or a marriage to become more intimate and stronger. Finding a quality bed and breakfast accommodation to fit your style and budget is a perfect place to spend the nights of your vacation getaway.
Why Choose A Bed And Breakfast Accommodation Instead Of A Hotel
Many people are not familiar with the plentiful bed and breakfast accommodations that span the landscape as well. They may think that a hotel or motel are the only accommodation choices available. However, a bed and breakfast offers many features that a hotel does not, namely a personalized experience that is fitted to your individual needs as a couple or a family.
One unique feature of the bed and breakfast is that the customer is usually provided with a gourmet breakfast which is included in the price of the room. Bed and breakfast accommodations can be situated in a variety of landscapes, such as a mountain hideaway or a beach setting. Different styles of homes are often turned into fine bed and breakfast accommodations. Old, vintage style homes are often renovated and turned into Victorian homes which offer fabulous furnishings and antique appeal.
These homes are often very friendly in nature, as the owners like to get to know their guests and treat them as old friends or family members. For those guests who enjoy a more private vacation, the hosts often leave a couple alone and only intervene on an as needed basis. Separate bungalows or cabins are sometimes a part of this experience as well, depending on the layout of the bed and breakfast.
No matter what type of vacation you are looking forward to, a bed and breakfast accommodation helps the experience to be memorable for all. For those taking children along, there are many bed and breakfasts that are child-friendly, offering a pool or other fun experience. Bed and breakfast accommodations are a comfortable and affordable way to spend precious vacation time in a home away from home.

Europe bound travelers who want to get the most value for their money should seriously consider Europe cruises. And to meet the expected demand for Europe cruises, cruise lines are offering exciting and diverse European cruise itineraries.
According to a recent article, a 10 day Europe land tour for a family of four could cost 45% more than a Europe cruise for the same family. Add the exchange rate to that, and it should be clear that a cruise simply makes more "cents".
Still not convinced that cruising in Europe is an incredible value? Then consider these benefits:
1. You would wake up in a different European port each day
2. You could visit several European countries during one vacation
3. You unpack only ONCE!!
4. You are pampered and treated to the finest cuisine and amenities
5. You have better control over your expenses, since most cruise prices include both accommodations and food.
Holland America offers a vast amount of European cruise destinations, visiting more than 136 cities and 13 maiden ports of calls in 2007. These exciting European cruise vacations will range from 10 days to 56 days, enough choice and diversity to offer something for everyone!
Where can you go? How does the Baltic, Scandinavia , France, Great Britain, Greece, Spain , or Italy sound? And that is just mentioning a few that easily come to mind. So…move over land tours. Make way for the new trend in European travel: European cruise vacations!
Fun, Sea and Edutainment At One Affordable price!
The average cruise costs between $350-$1000, and travelers can save even more by taking advantage of available senior discounts and family discounts. Compare that to the cost of a "traditional" land tours. Once you factor in the cost of planes, accommodations, vehicles and food, you will come to the logical conclusion, that a cruise is a much better choice.
Add to that the fact that cruise vacations include visiting three to four destinations in one vacation and it is hard to imagine getting more bang for your dollar. But cruise lines are competing to offer even more!
Travelers nowadays are looking for more than just laying around in the sun, they are looking for intellectual stimulation and fulfillment during their vacations as well. To meet this demand, cruise lines are offering bigger ships, more innovative onboard facilities, global itineraries and ports with interesting shore excursions, highly themed and specific cruises, and outstanding onboard enrichment programs!
So make this your year to take your first cruise or relive the joys of a second or third one. Cruises are not just a luxury anymore, they are a cost-effective, economical and highly entertaining alternative vacation.
Fun, sea and edutainment at a price you can afford!

First of all, let me assure you that there are ways to fly with your pets cross country, and even out-of-country, without any damage. You can relax, well, at least a bit anyway. From the research we have done about pet travel and specifically about flying with pets, it seems that most pets are completely safe and unharmed while traveling by airplane.
Still not convinced? Then you should take a look at two great pet air travel websites: Petflight and PetAir. Pet flight is a great site about pet-friendly flights and safe shipping of your pets. It was inspired by a special dog named Brent. Brent and his "pet Dad" discuss how they moved to Hawaii from the USA and they provide invaluable air travel and flight information for flying with pets.
Be sure to read the Pet Travel Reports . Petflight provides monthly reports on the loss, injury, and death of pets during air travel. In addition, you will find great pet travel tips and hard-to-find airline information. We highly recommend Brent's website as a resource when planning to fly with your pets.
Pet Air is another great resource you could tap into. Pet Air has a 28 –year reputation for transporting animals safely. They deal with both wild as well as domesticated animals. We hope studying the information on these 2 websites and any others you may come across, will help to convince you that it should be perfectly safe to fly with pets IF you arm yourself with all the relevant information and use the right channels.
And if you really don't like the idea of the cargo hold for your "babies" then hiring a private jet might be the way to go!
Knowing all the rules of pet travel can be confusing since not all airlines allow pets to fly in the cabin. Do your research and contact the airlines directly for all relevant pet air travel information, since pet travel policies vary from airline to airline, and the different policies can be confusing.
Lots of pet travel information is available on the internet, so you can easily acquaint yourself with the rules of pet friendly travel. There are some basic rules that both you and the airlines must follow such as:
-your pet must be at least 8 weeks old and under 100 pounds
-your pet will not be allowed to be outside of its pet carrier
-non traditional pets are not allowed ( sorry, you'll have to leave your pet snake with his favorite sitter)
-you will need a health certificate from a vet that is no more than 10 days old if your animal will travel in the cargo hold.
These are just a few pet travel rules to keep in mind, but there are many more pet travel tips and resources to help make your pet travel experiences pleasurable for you, the airlines, and above all, for your beloved pet.

*********************** ARTICLE START ***********************
Let's face it. For many of us, our dream vacation may not quite fit into our financial possibilities. But with persistent determination, diligence and discipline, your dream vacation could be much closer than you may think! Here are 3 easy steps to your dream vacation.
1. Join a Home exchange program. When it comes to a dream vacation, you simply cannot get any better that FREE!! Home exchange programs allow you to swap homes with other home-owners in your dream vacation destination. This means you save on costs of accommodations! There are several excellent home exchange websites that provide great information about swapping homes. We recommend "Travel The Home Exchange Way" and "Know Your Trade" . There is no better way to fast forward to a dream vacation!
2. Put your credit cards to work for you! Just about everyone uses credit cards in one way or the other, so as long as you are going to use one, why not let it work for you? Get a credit card that allows you to accumulate credit-card miles, which you can then use for FREE travel awards, travel upgrades and many other luxuries you may otherwise have to dish out large sums of cash for. So before you make your next charge, find out if your current credit card offers any travel rewards. If not, its time for a switch. There are many credit cards that award airline miles, cruise vacation points or hotel points.
Caution: Do NOT make unnecessary charges on these travel award cards merely to get a free airline ticket! Use the travel reward cards to pay for necessary expenses! The trick is to use the card to make purchases you would have made with cash. Then pay off the card to a zero balance each month. That way, you made a purchase you would have made with cash anyway PLUS are piling up points toward great travel awards.
3. Liquidate unnecessary assets. So now you got free accommodations and a free airline ticket. But what about spending money? Most of us have stuff all around the house that we seldom ( read:never) use. Why not sell it and use that cash as spending money on your dream vacation? You can hold a "virtual yard sale" by using Craigslist and Ebay to you sell stuff you no longer use or need. Remember, one man's "junk" is another man's "treasure".
Follow these three easy steps and you may be enjoying your dream vacation much sooner than you think. It really is as easy as 1-2-3.

One of the most expensive loans in the financial market is Cash Advance, a cash loan obtained against your credit card's account balance by means of which you can withdraw money from an ATM, bank, or branch of a financial institution.
Although you can borrow up to a certain percentage of your overall credit limit, the easy procedure to obtain Cash Advance may lead you to costly mistakes that you can easily prevent by following a few guidelines.
Safety and soundness of a financial institution can easily be found at the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) entity, which supervises the compliance of institutions that offer Cash Advance programs.
Because applying for Cash Advance is a very easy and quick procedure that does not require paper work, the FDIC recommends everyone to pay attention to the "fine print" of a deal before your debt can increase considerably.
The high-risk nature of Payday Loans and Cash Advance lending strives in that the amount of money that you receive is put on your account as a separate outstanding balance. So if you are paying "x" interest rate for your actual credit, the money received as Cash Advance is subject to additional interest charges, usually at a higher rate.
Although, it is matter of common sense to repay Cash Advance loans as soon as possible, any payment made will be applied to reduce your outstanding credit card balance prior to the payment of Cash Advance. If you fall behind on paying your debt or fail with an ordinary credit card payment, the money you are considering as a Cash Advance repayment will be applied to your ordinary credit line. This way more interests will be accrued to the Cash Advance if is not enough to cover the outstanding balances.
Cash Advance and Payday Loans are short-term loans priced at a fixed dollar fee, which cost in so short term to maturity is translated into the higher annual percentage rate (APR) among all other type of loans.
Getting cash from an ATM after receiving a Cash Advance also has an interest charge that is applied immediately, since there is no grace period. Some credit card issuers require that you withdraw money from a bank's ATM, in which case both the credit card issuer and the bank will charge an additional transaction fee, whether a small percentage of the cash advance, or a flat dollar fee.
Reading and understanding the terms of Cash Advance loans is your best protection to avoid overwhelming debt on your credit cards so leave this type of loan as your last resource for a moment of a real cash necessity.

This report is very valuable to anyone starting a home business or anyone already joined to a home business opportunity. I hate to bag other companies but the fact of the matter is that people fail online all the time. The direct result of this is usually due to a poor product or service that you are promoting. Many people try to promote a product nobody wants purely because some bozo has told you that it is the best thing to hit the net since email.
Many gurus out there promote their service then once they have made the sale they leave you out for dead, this is very common in a lot of services and I hate to see it. Why do they do this you ask, simply because they don't have the time and if they helped everyone they would have no time to make money for themselves. Now this isn't the case with all programs and that is why I have succeeded and with little effort on my part. So do your research and find a program that will provide you with online support all the way through and teach you everything you need to know(They are out their).
There are so very many ways to get traffic to your site and it is crucial to your success, take the time to find free info just look it up in the search engines. I highly recommend anyone AGAINST buying e-books and other expensive books. Why pay for them when you can get all the information for free. Say you wanted an e-book entitled why am I part of the 95% of internet marketers that fail, you would go to the search engine type free info or free download then why am I part of the 95% of internet marketers that fail. Try it for anything you can usually find what you are looking for.
The best way to succeed is to learn of others who have already made money themselves, go to forums post your questions. It is one of the quickest ways to get your questions answered, people there are usually internet marketers with a lot of experience and you can tell generally their experience by how many posts they have made. Also take notice of how people advertise on those forums, try to keep track of what pulls you in and what doesn't. Imitate their ads for your own use, this doesn't mean copy it word for word write it in your own words and track what works and what doesn't.
In conclusion to make money online you must:
• Find a product or service that actually has a lot of demand
• Find a program that offers you constant support
• Make sure it tells you EVERYTHING you need to sell the service or product
• Find a mentor that you can follow and copy so to speak
• Above all advance and try new techniques don't get left behind
I hoped this helped,
James.W

Here are some things you need to ask yourself:
Why am I considering this an option?
Is it something I really want to do?
Will I be a dedicated home worker or will I sit around the house all day watching TV?
Am I ready to be overwhelmed with information?
Am I ready to be constantly learning and trying new things?
Do I have a positive attitude? (This is crucial in this business)
Will I give up if I don't see results for maybe months?
Alright I'm going to stop right there, this list can go on forever and you should take these questions into consideration. Seriously folks if you don't have the right attitude then there is a big chance you will fail. They say that only 5% of internet marketers are successful, which is a worrying statistic and usually due in relation to the last question posted above.
Why am I considering this an option?
Because you fed up with you job, to much work load, boss is giving you a hard time, your not making enough money or even if you just like the idea of working in the comfort of your own home. It helps to keep reminding yourself of this reason to keep yourself motivated and moving forward with your business.
Is it something I really want to do?
So many people try internet marketing just for a quick fix to get some money, I'll tell you right now it doesn't work that way. People with over the night success stories are very rare and usually have had a press release of some sort. If you are genuinely interested and will constantly stay interested, then good for you, you will go far in this business.
Will I be a dedicated home worker or will I just sit around the house all day watching TV?
A lot of people get stuck in this loop if they have quit their job and are working from home. The problem is it is all to easy to watch some TV then go do some work, at worst do both. Another trap is seeing friends and going out because you are free, this is also a bad move unless you already have a steady stream of income established.
Am I ready to be overwhelmed with information?
Information is everywhere on the net and you will be overloaded with it for quite some time until you digest it. The best thing to do is focus on learning one concept and master it then move on to the next. Some do end up doing everything at once and are usually the ones who succeed the quickest. By all means try to tackle it all at once, if it becomes to much revert to the strategy mentioned above.
Am I ready to be constantly learning and trying new things?
Don't just read the information you have been given, constantly search around for new methods to use better ways to apply those methods and so on. Don't be afraid to try something new, this does not mean try anything. Before you go to sign up with any program make sure you read there sales letter closely and do some research.
Do I have a positive attitude?
More to the point, will I keep this positive attitude even when my business doesn't seem to be going anywhere. No matter what business you are in if you don't see results you tend to get bummed out a bit. It really is crucial to keep this positive attitude to keep you motivated. Take this as an example: You send out an e-mail campaign and get a 0.01% conversion rate (the percentage of people that bought your product or service) you start seeing the business in a negative light and get angry. You wake up the next day and decide not to hop on the computer as you feel the business has let you down. This ends up going in a downward spiral, people tend to delay trying any more because of the supposed constant failure. This is were a positive attitude pays of as were one person try's, fails and quits another person will try, fail and LEARN. Take the experience in a positive light and view how you could have made it better do more research etc.
Will I give up if I don't see results for maybe months?
Results will most likely not be noticeable for at least a month, people tend to expect I put in effort so I will see results. Technically this is true although most of the time they are delayed results. Internet traffic and sales tend to start small and then grow in an exponential fashion. It is crucial that you do not give up this could mean the difference between loosing money or making it.

Article Title: Why Am I Part Of The 95% Of Internet Marketers That Fail?

*********************** ARTICLE START ***********************
If you are reading this article there is a big chance that you are part of the 95% the good news is you don't have to be. The problem is that most people don't PAY ATTENTION, let me explain when you surf the web you click on sites that catch your eye. Even when you surf for credits when you come across a site you like you may opt in for their email newsletter. Now this is were you should be paying attention what was it that made you click that link, opt in for the newsletter or even Join Up.
Take note of what phrases they used what message they portrayed to get you interested, then create your own slogan or cover letter portraying the same message but written differently. Doing this will help you become a better marketer and create better add for whatever purpose you need it for opt in list, ezine ads, articles, cover pages etc.
It is almost impossible to market something unless you offering a free product, special offer, free email course or various other offers. Were most people seem to fail is getting at their target market, such as internet marketers or people already searching for a product to buy. Trying to covert internet marketers into your down line for Any System is extremely hard. The reason for this is that they most likely already have a system that they are promoting and have this hands full so to speak. When marketing try targeting a different market other than internet marketers, this would include people new to internet marketing or looking for an opportunity that really work with testimonies or a free trial and other I'm not going to list. This sort of thing applies in ad words in a way this is something you will have to think about for yourself.
Another marketing technique is to relate to your customers or potential downlink members slogans such as I was a broke loser sound familiar… I tried this technique now I earn 2000+ a day. This was a good marketing strategy but has been overused and a lot of people have seen it and now that a lot of people do actually make that much money. Letting people know how easy the system is and a brief honest overview of how it works and why it will work for them usually does the trick. Making things sound to good to be true doesn't usually work as a lot of people are not easily convinced.
Say you actually have people in your down line but it is not really going anywhere, this problem has a simple solution but will also take a little work on your part. Get in contact with them and I don't mean by and awkward phone call email is fine. When you speak to them tell them one of the things that help you build your down line at the end of the email say If this helped you or you need more assistance please don't hesitate to contact me at example@emailsite.com. Helping them succeed is the best possible thing you can do, sure your giving away free information that may have taken you years to learn. The point of this is by helping them succeed you are improving your down lines success rate ultimately increasing your own success. This technique is very important and will keep them in your down line and hopefully increase their recruiting ability.
Hope this helps you break out of the 95% barrier

Cats and their litter habits can be one of the main annoyances of having a cat; it can often seem like they go to the bathroom in places other than their litter box just to get back at you, or annoy or get revenge on their owner somehow.
First of all, it is a myth that cats must be litter trained. Cats are instinctively able to use the bathroom in the litter box, but this makes other sand-like areas prone to defecation as well, and that includes rock gardens, house plants, vegetable gardens, or anything else of that nature.
Another one of the common litter-related problems that many people experience with their cats is that they tend to spray to mark their territory, and this is especially true with male cats. In order to get your cat to be as gentlemanly as possible when it comes to their litter habits, there are a few things you can keep in mind that might help your case.
1. Location, Location, Location
Where you put your litter box has a great deal to do with how willing your cat will be to use it, versus other areas in the house. Wouldn't you rather use the bathroom in a warm comfortable area than a cold, dank one? For this reason, basements, laundry rooms and other areas are not such a great place to put the litter box.
Understandably, you probably want to put your litter box in a remote area where people can't see it and odors are less offensive, but if you want them to use the box and not your couch cushion, you should think twice about your location.
2. Consider the Litter
The litter that you use in your cat's litter box is another thing that must be taken into consideration. Cat litter with large granules or a certain smell or texture that your cat does not like or is not used to is a good way to discourage them from using the box at all. It may cost a bit more, but the better the litter, the more money you spend on buying a quality litter for your cat box, the more inclined they will be to use that litter box.
3. Keep it Clean
Cleaning your litter box as often as possible is the best way to get your feline to use the litter box more consistently. Think about it; do you want to use a nasty toilet? Cats are just as finicky as you when it comes to where toileting is done, and perhaps even more so.
If your cat is using other places than the litter box that is a good indication that you aren't keeping it as clean as they would like. Consider self cleaning litter boxes that scoop waste out of the bin shortly after it is deposited.

Article Title: Dealing With A Mold Allergy

*********************** ARTICLE START ***********************
Mold allergy is not nearly as common as you might have thought considering there are thousands of different molds. But out of those thousands about a dozen can cause an allergic reaction.
Molds and fungi grow in all kinds of environments and they really do nicely inside. Outside molds don't really have a season that causes trouble. If you have asthma that is a result of a mold allergy the best thing you can do it so avoid the mold spores. Of course completely avoiding them is pretty difficult, especially air borne molds. Thankfully there are asthma medications that work well.
Wondering what the symptoms are for a mold allergy? They are the same as any other respiratory allergy. Sneezing, cough, runny or stuffy nose, postnasal drip, watery eyes, itchy eyes, itchy nose and throat, sinusitis, and skin rash and for some it causes asthma which has shortness of breath, wheezing, and coughing.
A mold allergy is caused when you come into contact with the mold spores and your body thinks they are a foreign invader so it develops an antibody to fight it. Even after the exposure is over you body will continue to produce antibodies so they will remember this invader the next time contact occurs. The reaction causes your body to release histamines which are what cause your eyes to water and your nose to run.
Toxic black mold is the mold allergy that made the news awhile back because it caused serious lung disease and caused hundreds of homes to be condemned as unfit to live in. Black mold is not a medical term but rather the slang it was dubbed at the time. This greenish black mold develops after serious water damage has occurred and although it has been directly linked to severe mold allergy the scientists still haven't been able to determine why.
The treatment for a mold allergy is the same as with any other allergy. There are several different types of medications both over the counter, prescription, and natural supplements that can help.
For an asthma type mold allergy inhaled corticosteroids can be used if you have symptoms more than twice a week your doctor will likely put you on a corticosteroid medication.
For some the mold allergy results in an instant asthma attach when exposed. Bronchodilators are quick to act bring relief from asthma attack symptoms almost instantly.
Antihistamines are used when the immune system over reacts to the mold allergy producing histamines. Histamines cause watery eyes, sneezing, runny nose, and other symptoms. Claritin and Allegra are two common antihistamines that are used.
When a mold allergy causes mucus and sinus problems then using a decongestant can bring relief from those symptoms. Common decongestions include Claritin-D and Allegra-D with the D standing for decongestion. Often an antihistamine and decongestion are combined to get the best relief.
There are also nasal sprays, immunotherapy which is a series of shots, and natural supplements that can help boost the immune system and bring your body into balance. Some can even relieve your histamine symptoms.
If you have a mold allergy it is important to deal with the mold itself whenever possible and then choose the correct treatment for your situation. It always pays to try natural options first before restoring to chemical solutions.

*********************** ARTICLE START ***********************
So you've decided now would be a good time to get rid of those extra pounds. But with so many weight loss programs on the market how do you a healthy weight loss diet? The most important well kept secret is that a good weight loss program is simply the one that works the best for you.
There are all kind of diets out there - some are designed to reduce cholesterol which is certainly a healthy weight loss diet. Others work to reduce carbs and there are even a few that let you keep eating just as you are now.
There are also all those hyped diet pills that are claiming to supplement your healthy weight loss diet. You've all heard the commercials. "I lost 20 pounds in 7 days." Well remember if it sounds too good to be true it probably is. Natural supplements on the other hand can be a good aid for weight loss.
Remember it took you years to gain those extra pounds. Why would it be as easy as 7 days to loose? And even with those ones that have you actually shedding many pounds remember that it won't stay off because most of it is fluid reduction in the body. That is not true weight loss; it simply reduces the number on the scale.
You also need to remember that muscle weighs more than fat, so as you begin to loose fat and develop and tone muscle through exercise you may actually see the numbers on the scale go up. This doesn't mean you are putting on more weight! Looking in the mirror you'll be able to tell if your weight gain is now muscle – you'll look leaner, tighter, more put together.
So which healthy weight loss diet should you look at? That's a very personal choice but remember don't choose a program that you don't believe you can follow and don't choose a diet that eliminates whole groups of food.
My favorite healthy weight loss diet is my own using common sense and eating plenty of fresh fruit and vegetables while increasing my activity. If the diet you choose consists of nothing but foods you hate, you'll never last long enough to see the results.
Others might prefer diets such as the Atkins Diet, The Zone Diet, The Suzanne Somers' Diet, The Go Diet, and the Protein Diet. Besides these weight loss diet programs you've all heard about there are other options.
If you are seriously obese you need to visit your doctor before taking on any exercise program. You should also find out about surgery such as a gastric bypass or stomach staple that can reduce your weight followed by a healthy weight loss diet.
Jenny Craig is another weight loss program that has worked well for many. You buy and eat only their foods based on a healthy weight loss diet that is specifically for you and prepared by Jenny Craig. . You also get the help of a support group, and a check in weekly to see your gains.
Weight Watchers has a healthy weight loss diet which also includes the ever so important exercise. They help you plan a low calorie diet with decreased calorie intake that you can live with
The list could go on but what's important is that the healthy weight loss diet you choose works for you and if it doesn't then it's time to try another one.

Just about everyone around you has suffered from some type of allergy at some time and who wants to be running to the doctor all the time? Wouldn't you rather deal with it naturally and/or find the underlying cause and de4al with it whenever possible.
Allergy relief does not have to be complex or worrisome because of the harsh chemicals. You also must remember that most modern medicine cures do no more than mask your symptoms.
The reason behind all allergies is the malfunctioning of the immune system so would it not make sense to use natural products to re-start the immune system. That means you would actually fix the problem and not mask it with over the counter or prescription drugs that only dealt with the symptoms providing allergy relief.
Allergy relief certainly makes us feel better on the outside but the trouble is nothing has really changed. That's why even though you might use the relief it is critical that you dig deeper.
It's really easy to get allergy relief from popping a pill but did you ever stop to think what the chemicals in those pills do to you. For example anyone with heart disease, heart failure, ore even high blood pressure is not suppose to use them. That's because the main ingredient can cause the heart to race and blood pressure to go up making this allergy relief deadly to the user. So even if you are healthy as a horse excluding your allergies you could put yourself in a life or death situation.
Now think about this for a moment. You are going to take a medication that will give you allergy relief but it can be hazardous to your health and in between time it will do nothing to actually resolve the problem with the immune system.
There are many natural supplements that can help boost the immune system and support the adrenal system. There are several of the vitamins, especially the B's, CoQ10, Grape seed, and Magnesium. You get anti-inflammatory qualities, immune boosters, and reduces stress to the body. Quercitin can actually help neutralize histamine which is an excellent allergy relief.
There are many reasons why the immune system suddenly goes crazy and there are some interesting theories as to why allergies are on the rise. Natural medicine believes much of it has to do with our overly stressful lives and our bodies that are no longer in balance. This means that if we were able to bring our body back into balance we wouldn't' be looking for allergy relief because we wouldn't have the allergies we have right now.
If you take a minute to think about it – it makes more sense than any other explanation we've had. Not only are our lives stressed because we are so busy but our body's systems are stressed because of toxins we ingest through our mouth, respiratory, and skin. That places a great deal of stress on organs and glands. And because our food chain lacks so many nutrients that it once had we are not able to refuel our body the same way we use to. And that's why before running out and buying some allergy relief you might also consider bring your body back into balance.
So you see allergy relief will only address the symptoms. Why not get to the bottom of the problem instead?
