Article Title: How To Stop Becoming One Of The Identity Theft Statistics

Identity theft statistics show that hundreds of thousands of people become victims of identity theft every year. The identity theft statistics show lots of numbers, but they do not really show the horrors of this crime. The victims can suffer for many years because of this crime. They lose thousands of dollars every year, and their lives become totally disrupted because of this crime. The identity theft statistics show that people in some states are more likely to suffer from the results of this crime than those in other states. The numbers show that people in California are more vulnerable than others to the effects of this crime.

Identity theft not only takes away money, but it also steals one's name and reputation. The money is probably the least part of the problem from this crime. Most banks and credit card companies have protections for their customers, and often these protections replace much of the stolen money. The problems arise when others take jobs in the name of the person affected by identity theft. These criminals sign up for social security when they take these jobs. They also sign up for credit cards that often go delinquent.

Identity Theft Statistics Are Often Based on Crime Reports

The money is often replaced, but the victim has a bad credit rating as a result. People affected spend many hours trying to get back their names, their good credit and their reputation. The identity theft statistics are usually found from crime reports, but some of these crimes remain unreported so the identity theft statistics do not show accurate numbers. These statistics show the total dollar amounts are staggering. Some of the statistics show hundreds of millions dollars. The funds are lost by the individuals and the financial institutions that protect their customers.

The identity theft statistics show that this is the fastest growing crime in the United States. The statistics show that one in fifty people is affected by this crime. This type of crime affects people in the thirty to thirty-nine year age bracket more than others according to the identity theft statistics. The second largest group affected is in the eighteen to twenty-nine year old age bracket. Identity theft statistics are used by insurance companies, banks and law enforcement agencies to study the consequences and methods of these crimes. There is evidence that the identity thieves will increase so there is great interest in this information.

You've spent time and money making sure the inside of your home looks great but what about the outside? Have you given any thought as to what kind of patio furniture you want to buy for your yard? After all, what are your guests going to sit on when they come over to visit, such as during the holidays when you might be barbequing or having swimming parties? If you want patio furniture that you can be proud of, just like you are proud of your home, then you should look into buying some luxury outdoor furniture for your yard.

What Kinds Of Furniture Are Available?

When it comes to luxury outdoor furniture, you can find all sorts of pieces, such as tables, chairs, lounge chairs, and more. Ask your local furniture dealer what kinds of luxury outdoor furniture they have available. You can choose from the many styles and colors available to add a certain style to your yard. However, when choosing luxury outdoor furniture, there are a few things that you want to keep in mind.

    Weather

When you are shopping for luxury outdoor furniture, you want to consider that it's going to be sitting outside. It's going to be rained on and it's going to be exposed to weather that is potentially much worse. Therefore, you want luxury outdoor furniture that is made to last, no matter what kind of weather it's exposed to. After all, when you buy luxury outdoor furniture, you aren't just spending a few dollars. Luxury furniture is not cheap so you want a set that's going to last for as long as you own your home.

    Price

Shop around for the best deals. Don't just go with the first deal you're offered. Sure, you may love the piece of luxury outdoor furniture that's staring you in the face but you never know if there's a better deal on the same set at the next store you visit. You never know unless you do your homework. Shop around, compare prices and then you can make your purchase.

When you get your luxury outdoor furniture home and you set it up in your yard, you'll love how it transforms your yard from an everyday yard to one that exudes luxury, class and sophistication. You spend a lot of time and money on your home, why not do the same with your patio furniture?

Article Title: Italian Outdoor Furniture Brings A Taste Of European Styling To Your Garden

    *********************** ARTICLE START ***********************

There is a viable market around the globe for the European styling of Italian outdoor furniture such as Al Catalina stacking arm chairs as well as side chairs for indoor and outdoor use. Aluminum frames with woven seats make them ideal for Bistro seating and with easy clean up can be used and stored outdoors.

Many different pieces of Italian outdoor furniture can be bought separately and used together to form coordinated sets for your patio or lawn, even in businesses Italian outdoor furniture is available for seating customers in style. Especially, at sidewalk cafes and other areas where customers would appreciate the ambience of European décor. Even in some interior settings, metal Italian outdoor furniture can appear to fit into to overall theme.

There are some pieces of indoor furniture that can double as Italian outdoor furniture, such as an aluminum bar or beverage cart and trolley tables or drink trolleys. They can be used indoors every day but when the need exists for additional serving options in an outdoor setting, they can be rolled out and look as though they belong on the patio as well.

    Combination Metal, Wood Makes Appearance

There are numerous materials used in the making of Italian outdoor furniture with wood, metal and wicker topping the list and some of the higher end furniture may feature a combination of metal and wood. It is not uncommon to see chairs with a chrome frame and a wood seat and back, typically made of ash, beechwood or another light color wood. These chairs, however are rarely left outdoors as they do not hold up to exposure to weather as metal chairs.

You can buy your Italian outdoor furniture in pieces if you want, to order a separate table top and table bottom to match other furniture you already own. Of course, not every top will fit onto every base but there are enough options available you will be able to order exactly what you are looking for. Tabletops made of composite wood are available in a wide array of colors to make your table stand out from the rest.

While putting your table together with separate top and bottoms, you can then match the chairs to create your own Italian outdoor furniture set that will not be like all the others sold in a grouping. Matching carts and trolleys can then be added to complete your entertainment needs.

    *********************** ARTICLE START ***********************

Ceiling fans are a popular fixture for good reason. Functionally similar to any other kind of electrical fan, ceiling fans have many benefits over their more conventional counterparts.

A ceiling fan is nothing more than an electrical fan that hangs from the ceiling, and optionally includes lighting. Ceiling fans are preferred by many people due to the space savings over the more conventional or portable fans that take up significant floor space.

Air circulation is a primary benefit of a ceiling fan. They are proven to make a room feel at least 4 degrees cooler than without any moving air. When installed over a kitchen dining table, the moving air helps to dissuade flying pests from entering the area.

Colder winter months benefit from a ceiling fan too. The moving air helps distribute the warm air coming from sources like a furnace or heat stove. Moving this heat around the home makes for a more even distribution of warmth.

Air conditioners do a fine job of cooling a home during hot summer months. But the bill for the electricity consumed can be prohibitive. Yet another benefit of ceiling fans is the energy savings on days where the heat isn't so high that a ceiling fan cant make a room feel comfortable.

Indeed, the cost savings in electrical power are significant. Ceiling fans consume power at the rate of only pennies per day, while air conditioning units can consume power at the rate of dollars per day. Clearly, during spring and fall months, or even summer mornings / evenings, and ceiling fan can suffice for comfort in room temperature and wallet.

It is important to note - a ceiling fan run in the winter for warmth distribution needs to run clockwise to draw air up against the ceiling. Since warm air rises, this gives it a chance to get pushed around and mixed with the cooler air floating around below.

So where did this great idea come from?

Two dudes, father and son - James and John Hunter first invented the ceiling fan back in 1886. It was originally powered by water since there was no electrical system that you could simply plug into back then even though electricity had been discovered more than 100 year prior.

In 1903 the Emerson Electric Co incorporated the Hunters ceiling fan design in their products. Later the Hunter Fan company was spun off bearing the name of the original duo. Since then there's been a great deal of evolution in design and technology. Today, there are countless ceiling fan designs offered by the Hunter Fan company.

    Casablanca modern fans

Casablanca manufactures the most modern styles of ceiling fans available anywhere. The are beautifully crafted and luxurious ceiling fans. Casablanca fans are not inexpensive. Due to their appeal some of the designs can become collectors items. Don't be surprised if you find these fans costing a pretty penny over other options.

Age has served the ceiling fan well, what with materials and technologies, and all - from water power to electricity, and light weight material blades, the ceiling fan is the most affordable option for temperature comfort going.

Keeping the bad guys or any other intruder out is not as simple as installing an expensive secure door. Windows offer the burglar a terrific alternative for access to your home. Window security enhancements are every bit as important to your home and family security as any doorway.

Intruders like windows for several reasons. First, because they are made out of glass, they can easily be broken. Obviously, this gives a burglar free roam of your house. Also, older windows are quite easy to jimmy open, or otherwise defeat the simple latch style locks typical in older windows.

Another contributing factor for burglars joy of windows is the privacy offered. Many homes have windows that are somewhat obscured by bushes or shrubs. Under the cover of a good solid shrub, an intruder has plenty of time to practice her craft.

The security of your homes windows can easily be made more robust with just a few simple tips:

Security bars - one of the ugliest and most destructive things you can do to your home, neighbors, and neighborhood, they absolutely will discourage burglars from trying to enter your home. They also add fuel to the proverbial fire by reducing property values and discouraging otherwise good upstanding neighbors from moving into your neighborhood. Then again, there's the little problem of preventing people from exiting in an emergency situation too.

Laminates and films - these materials are applied to the glass and serve to improve the overall strength of the glass and eliminate shattering shards of glass in the event of accidental breakage. These types of films are available from many locations, they can serve multiple purposes such as filtering light in the summer, and they can be cut to fit any sized window you might have.

These protective films are not only a great deterrent for burglars, but they also provide a completely unobstructed view of the great outdoors. Even films that offer UV protection cause only negligible reduction in light entering your home. If you are having new windows installed, these film options are readily available from most manufacturers.

Which brings us to the subject of locks. Aftermarket locks are available to fit any window type or design available. They are generally very affordable, do not effect your view and greatly improve the security of your homes windows.

Lets face it, you home is only as secure as the easiest entry point for an intruder. Even in the most minor of intrusion incidents your family is put at risk. For only a few dollars, you can prevent regrets before they happen.

Any swimming pool setup requires a pump for filtering and heating. It is important to make the correct choice when purchasing a pool pump, and you might not be pleased with your purchase if you don't first do your homework.

A swimming pool pump is responsible for circulating water through heating and filtering unites with efficiency and at the lowest energy costs as possible. The right pump for your size and type of pool will achieve this.

Pool maintenance is more involved than assembling parts to pump water at the correct flow rate. Other factors come into consideration in order to achieve a system optimized for power usage and quick circulation.

Before you purchase a new pool pump, try to keep the following in mind. Make sure the pump you buy as capable designed to operate efficiently with your size swimming pool. Follow that one simple rule and you can't go wrong.

The right pool pump for the job

Even the most efficient pool pump can use up a lot of power, on the scale of household air conditioning. At an average of about 3/4 horsepower, a swimming pool pump represents a significant power consuming device. The best strategy is to use one that is most efficient for your pool size.

The first step is to ensure the pumps capacity is a match for your pool volume. It might be tempting to buy a larger pump than is needed. This usually results in only in higher electrical bill without any benefit to pumping efficiency. A better strategy is to use a pump that optimize the power and duration in order to circulate the water in as short amount of time and with as little power as needed.

    Pump functionality

In addition to the correct horsepower, an efficient pump for your pool will have efficiency ensuring functionality - regulator and timer functions are highly desirable for achieving maximum efficiency.

    Brand names:

A couple of brand names come to the fore front when it comes to pull pumps. Most notably, names like Hayward and Intex have developed state of the art technology in every system they make. Both of these companies have pumping systems for your pool type and size. You can consult with these companies directly or with your local dealer to pick out the right pump for your pool.

    Hayward Pool Supply

Hayward is a best of breed when it comes to swimming pool pumps. Each pump purchased from a Hayward dealer comes with over 80 years experience in swimming pool pumps.

Established in the 1920s, Hayward Pool Supply provides the industries top pool equipment to this day. Filters, heat pumps, or any other circulation related items can be purchased from Hayward for Hayward products, so you know every item is designed as part of a systematic approach.

    Intex Pool Supplies

The Intex Recreational Corp. has been in the business of swimming pool recreation supplies for over 40 years. Anything having to do with water fun and sports can be had through Intex.

Intex makes terrific inflatable pool products, swimming gear, water toys, floating mats, and other fun accessories. In addition, they are well known for superior quality swimming pool pumps and sport a large array of pumps for every need your pool may have.

    In conclusion

The first step to swimming pool pump efficiency is to match the pump with the pool needs. Next is to setup the timer, regulator or other efficiency features to achieve the lowest possible power consumption while still getting the job done.

Most of the time those fat free snacks you nosh on taste so sweet because they're actually made with a lot of extra sugar. Fat free cakes, cookies, breakfast bars, power bars and cereals that claim to be healthy often contain incredible levels of sugar or high fructose corn syrup. When you shop for food, it is important to read the ingredients listed on the label carefully. Avoid buying those snacks that have extra sugar because it ultimately leads to fat – which is exactly what you don't want!

Excess sugar in your body that can't be burned off builds up in your blood and insulin is released to store it. Only a bit of the sugar that is not burned off is stored as glycogen in your liver and muscles. The rest of the accumulated sugar is stored in your body as saturated fat.

Increased insulin levels can cause serious health problems besides storing fat you don't need, such as insulin resistance, diabetes and osteoporosis. Also, too much sugar in your system causes sodium retention. Excess levels of sodium in your body can cause water retention. Retaining water will make you look and feel bloated. Further, water retention can lead to high blood pressure and congestive heart failure.

Sometimes people choose sugary snacks to give them a "boost". A "sugar rush" is an unnatural, temporary burst of energy that ultimately leaves you feeling sleepy, foggy, stressed, anxious and even depressed. Add to that the potential health problems that result from too much insulin in your body, and clearly sugar is not the answer to energizing yourself. Rather, you can realistically attain increased levels of energy through nutritious food, exercise and self-awareness.

Sugar is alluring because it tastes sweet, but eating too much is detrimental to your health and body. Choose what you eat carefully, read the labels on everything you buy and stick to wholesome foods with few additives.

By replacing those sugary snacks with nutritious alternatives, you will look better, feel healthier and have plenty of energy everyday.

No matter what your age or skin type, regular exfoliation will improve how your skin looks and feels. Exfoliating deeply cleanses to remove the dead skin cells that clog your pores and make your skin look dull.

The upper layer of your skin, called the epidermis, naturally renews itself every 28 days. If you are between the ages of 15 and 25 years old, your skin renews itself every 20 days. As a result, dead skin cell are left behind that make your skin look lusterless. If you have dry skin, it tries to correct the moisture imbalance by making more natural oil and those oils combine with dry skin flakes to clog your pores. If you skin is oily, excess oil and toxins build on the surface to clog your pores.

Exposure to elements such as pollution and UV rays can also cause your pores to get clogged. Exfoliation removes the dead skin cells and allows your skin to breathe naturally for a healthier complexion.

To exfoliate, first use a gentle cleanser and astringent to remove all traces of surface oil and makeup and dry your face thoroughly with a soft towel made from natural fibers. Now you are ready to exfoliate. One way to do it is to apply an exfoliating scrub with gentle beads and, using your fingers, make circular motions for about three minutes. There are also special exfoliating sponges, clothes and loofahs to help remove dead skin cells.

Exfoliation can also be achieved by using a peel-off or clay mask, which is usually left on for about ten minutes. After the designated time has passed, rinse or peel off the exfoliating agent thoroughly, dry your skin completely and make sure to apply a moisturizer.

You should gently exfoliate your face twice a week to keep it glowing and fresh. However, do not exfoliate your skin more frequently because it can result in cracked skin and broken capillaries under the surface. You can even use natural ingredients to exfoliate your skin. Witch hazel makes an excellent astringent and a combination of honey and oatmeal can be used to exfoliate dead skin cells away.

No matter what your skin type or age, exfoliation will noticeably improve the appearance of your skin.

We live in a busy world and sometimes we don't have enough time to completely address our skin care needs. Remember, those precious hours you sleep at night can also be used to rehydrate your skin without disrupting your daily routine.

When we think of night cream treatments, visions of grandma wearing rollers and thick, white cream may arise in our heads. However, modern evening beauty treatments are invisible, effective and look and smell great.

Night creams are beneficial because every day our bodies divide their biological processes into two phases - active and resting/repairing. The active phase occurs when we are awake and working. The resting/repairing phase happens while we sleep and our body renews itself for another day.

During the resting/repairing phase, our bodies experience the greatest water loss of the day through the skin. As a result, your skin is less capable of absorbing active ingredients. Using a night cream enriched with vitamins is ideal because it fights free radicals while you sleep and provides essential nutrients for your skin. For people with dry skin, night creams also help to prevent the loss of water during sleep, making it very helpful in hydrating extremely parched skin.

Basically, your day cream should protect your skin from the elements and your night cream should provide essential nutrients while you sleep. During the day, our skin is exposed to sun, wind and particles in the air and requires a barrier against the elements. On the other hand, the evening is an ideal time to use a night cream that offers a specialized treatment for your skin, such as anti-aging or exfoliating, because we are at rest and the skin is receptive to such treatments.

By including a night cream in your evening routine, you will enjoy a much more attractive complexion.

To coin an old phrase in an updated way, nobody wants a new wrinkle when it comes to their skin.

Aging skin and wrinkles occur because of intrinsic and extrinsic factors. Intrinsic factors are internal, hereditary and passed on through your genes. Further, once you turn thirty, your skin's connective fibers, elastin and collagen, begin to breakdown and signs of aging occur naturally. Extrinsic factors are external, environmental elements that can affect the condition of your skin. Examples of extrinsic factors that can cause wrinkles include pollution, smoking, sun exposure, poor diet and tanning.

There are several ways to control extrinsic factors to improve the appearance of your skin, cure wrinkles and slow the aging process:

    - Use a sunscreen and avoid staying out in the sun too long. Also, remember to use a sunscreen during all four seasons.

    - Avoid tanning salons because the UV rays are detrimental to your skin.

    - Make sure to user a cleanser and toner twice a day to remove all traces of pollution and makeup.

    - Using a mask once a week deep cleans pores to remove excess dirt and oils, revealing a healthier complexion.

    - Use warm water, not hot, when cleansing your skin. Hot water can rob your skin of essential natural oils.

    - Apply a moisturizer after cleansing your skin twice a day. Select a moisturizer that is suitable for your skin type. A moisturizer with antioxidant ingredients, such as aloe, helps to keep your skin even more youthful.

    - Try using a humidifier to keep your skin hydrated all day long.

    - Quit smoking because is is terrible for your skin and your health.

    - Drink six to eight glasses of water each day to hydrate yourself from the inside out.

    - Exercise for at least a half hour three times a week to improve circulation. Increasing the blood flow to your tissues will improve the elasticity of your skin.

    - Eat well-balanced meals and take a multivitamin supplement to ensure your body is getting all the nutrients needed for maximum health.

A few simple lifestyle changes can prevent and cure wrinkles and improve your skin along with your everyday health.

Article Title: How to Introduce Your Screenplay Characters

    *********************** ARTICLE START ***********************

Generally, screenwriters introduce their characters within the first ten pages of a screenplay, and the introduction of the character is directly linked with the introduction of your script. Your character will be the one traveling through the scenes, experiencing the unknown and that is precisely why it is so important to introduce your character correctly. Sometimes a monologue can do it, like the introduction of the lead character in "The Hitchhikers Guide to the Galaxy." The narrator speaks on counts of events that introduce the entire story; we are not alone. He eventually brings it down to the lead character by implementing the phrase "our story begins with a man, an earth man to be precise." The introduction of the character from that point shows you just how precisely boring his existence is and then follows an incident that creates a domino effect throughout the movie.

The main point of your character introduction must create a baseline for the audience to follow the story. The audience must be able to relate to the character in order to create a reliable emotional connection to your story, otherwise the screenplay will become flat and people will want to leave.

Other types of introductions happen in the middle of calamity, the character could be sitting in the middle of a burning building tied to a chair frantically trying to escape. There are no names, no characteristics and only the situation that will spark the interest of your audience. Mystery movies can implement a conversation between to people, not distinguishing that they are family, or lovers or so on making the audience want to know whom the characters are.

Character introduction does not have a solid base, or a standard way of being implemented, that is up to the creative genius of the writer to unfold. In the Green Hornet the main character was depicted as a child, chubby and always standing up for what is right. His father a wealthy businessman does not care for the child's actions and that gives the audience a sneak peak to why the main character would want to become a superhero.

Truly there are an endless amount of character introductions to be used as examples. In your own screenplay analyze what type of story it is. Is it a murder story, a comedy, a drama, sci-fi and so on? Then do yourself a favor and get your hands on as many movies of your genre as possible, and study how the character was introduced. See what you can do to effectively create a baseline for your audience to follow. Remember to not reveal too much about your character in the first introduction, the audience will want to learn more and that is what the rest of your movie will be about, revealing the character in all dimensions.

The character introduction is incredibly important and must be done with as much detail as necessary without spoiling the entire picture. It is easier said than done, but the creative writer will always find a way to make his character known to the world, especially in the first ten pages.

Lovely earrings, cute rings, and pretty women bracelets are just some of the accessories used by women to make their look classier and edgier. These jewelries are supposed to make women more beautiful. However, there are some bracelets that are made not only to make the user prettier but healthier as well. These particular bracelets are called magnetic bracelets. As what it is called, these bracelets are made in magnets that are said to heal different illnesses in the body if worn regularly.

Usage of magnets to reduce pain in the body is said to originate way back ancient civilizations. It has been reported that this type of medical treatment was written in old calligraphies and was practiced by old nations and cultures. However, it gained its modern recognition around 1800s. This treatment involves using a magnet close to the skin or to the body to improve the over-all health of the user. This particular treatment is termed as Magnetic Therapy, which uses strong magnets that have a measurement of 200 to 10,000 gauss. People who undergo Magnet Therapy use magnetic devices that they can wear all day such as women bracelets, metal rings or body wraps to heal their sicknesses.

People who undergo magnetic therapy claim to have a better feeling after prolonged wearing of magnetic bracelets. It has been said that magnetic bracelets improved their health because these particular bracelets minimize the body pains caused by general illnesses. Magnetic bracelets claim to treat severe foot ache, back pains, body injuries, post-surgical pains, headaches, and migraines. It also claims to decrease the pain caused by menstrual periods, diabetes, urinary tract infection, Parkinson's disease and others.

Magnetic therapy started with the idea that a human's body is composed of electromagnetic field. Thus, when a person wears a magnet close to his or her body, it can trigger transmission throughout the body system. This transmission has positive effect to the body, making the human body system function properly and efficiently. One report says that magnetic therapy has positive effect specifically in the nervous system. The effect is caused by the magnetic activity within the muscles and tissues of the nervous system, triggered by the magnetic device. This regulates the blood flow within the body, thus, making the person feel better and healthier.

Because of the healthy benefits of the magnetic therapy, productions of magnetic devices have expanded ever since it was discovered. Others use Magnetic Therapy as an alternative medicine to serious medical surgery and health conditions. Market has grown worldwide and magnetic woman bracelets, metal rings, and magnetic body wraps improved all throughout the years. It has been known in countries like Japan, Australia, India, and China. This therapy is also gaining popularity in modern European countries like Holland, Canada, United Kingdom, Germany and United States. One of the attributes of magnetic bracelet is its durability. It has been said that these bracelets can stand harsh conditions such as bad weather and rigorous activities. Because of its durability, these bracelets don't just wear off and can last for a very long time.

Some girls just love jewelries and accessories. Women's bracelet, beautiful rings or earrings are their weapons to make themselves more beautiful, presentable, and classy. What if these accessories do not only provide beauty but wellness as well? Isn't that a great deal?

Magnetic bracelets are edgy bracelets made of magnetic component that are said to reduce pain if worn close to the body. Just like ordinary women's bracelets, magnetic bracelets come in different stylish forms to suit the fashionable market all over the world. The only difference is that these bracelets are known to give healthy benefits to the wearer.

The production of magnetic bracelets started with the idea that magnetic fields can improve the flow of blood in the body. This alternative medicine is known as Magnet Therapy or Magnotherapy that specifically involves wearing a magnetic field device or accessory close to the body in a regular basis to improve health of the body and even heal minor and major sickness of the body.

It comes in different forms such as women's bracelets, rings, or body wraps to improve health, reduce body pains due to sicknesses, and heal body illnesses. Since most of the human's body is composed of magnetic fields, magnets can have a positive effect to the over-all well being of the body. Other reports say that it has a direct effect to the nervous system because contractions of the muscles are related to magnetic activity. Since human's heart is the largest of all the muscles of the body, magnets can improve its condition, making it healthier and more alive. Reports also say that the magnetic component of these bracelets reacts to the underlying tissues all over the body. The result of this reaction is improved body flow. This is the reason why wearing magnets can make the wearer feel more rejuvenated and in good health.

It has been said that magnetic bracelets have the ability to reduce the pain of its wearer. According to some research, magnetic bracelets, if worn closely to the body, can reduce pain in the hand, wrist, shoulder, and elbow. Some are using these bracelets in replacement to other medications and even surgery. Magnetic bracelets are also used to heal general body illnesses such as foot ache, back pains, sickness due to menstruation, nerve pains, and migraine. Some people wear these magnets to heal pain from arthritis, osteoarthritis, and diabetes.

Magnetic women's bracelets have many other benefits aside from better health condition and fashionable statement. These bracelets are also known to be very durable. Since these bracelets are made with metal, they could last a really long time even if worn every day. Magnets are said to be as strong as steel and compared to other metals, magnets can survive severe conditions such as harsh weather, outdoor and indoor physical activities. Most of these magnetic are very lightweight and can be worn without feeling too much pressure on the wrist. It can also be used as an alternative if the woman is allergic to other type of jewelries.

If a man uses a stainless steel men's bracelet as an accessory, it would not make him look less masculine. In fact, a stainless steel bracelet would enhance a masculine look. Stainless steel bracelets - magnetic or otherwise - can also be used by womenthough. Using a stainless steel bracelet can help increase blood circulation and accelerate healing. It can also help reduce pain. Magnetic bracelets are mostly used for wrist pain or hand pain, and shoulder pain or elbow pain. These stainless steel bracelets are stylish and they can also be acceptable alternatives to surgery or medication.

Why are magnets good for the health? Researchers and advocates of magnetic therapy believe that magnets oxygenate and energize the blood, increase blood circulation, and increased blood flow stimulates the natural healing process of the body. Magnets can be used for wound healing, arthritis, carpal tunnel syndrome, headaches, and nerve injury. There are also new applications that were announced at relatively recent conferences. These conditions are fibromyalgia and Attention Deficit Disorder (ADD). Magnets may also help in stress relief.

Magnetic therapy is relatively recent in the United States. However, advocates of magnetic therapy have been around since the time of the ancient Egyptians. By the 1700s, magnets are used in Europe. A priest named Maximilliam Hell tried to heal patients with magnets and succeeded. He recounted his successes in a treatise that was published in 1762.

A stainless steel men's magnetic bracelet is made of (#316) surgical stainless steel, which is the best in the world. Every magnet in every link is a 3000 Gauss neodymium magnet and all magnets face the North Pole for excellent results. The water-resistant bracelet has a layer (custom-sealed) on top of every magnet. The fold over clasp makes the bracelet stay in place and not slip off the wearer's wrist. As the bracelet has no nickel, it is safe for people with sensitive skin to use it. There are some stainless steel bracelets plated with 24K gold and it only adds to the elegance and masculinity of the bracelet.

A unique design by Magnet Giant is a stainless steel bracelet with two different types of links. The design of the longer link is a braided pattern and the design of the shorter link is in the shape of the letter "I." Two magnets are placed on the longer link. When fused together, the links form a funky masculine bracelet that is beneficial to the wearer's health. Another design is a bangle that identifies the medical condition of the wearer. At the two ends of the stainless steel bangle are the magnets. The outer center of the bangle is the name of the wearer's condition. The bangle may read "diabetic" or "heart patient." This way, it is easy to identify the condition of the wearer and the bangle is very useful in case of emergencies.

A stainless steel men's bracelet is not just a fashion symbol or accessory. The man wearing it would reap the health benefits of wearing a magnetic stainless steel bracelet. Moreover, the bracelet itself is very affordable.

Many people know what magnetic jewelry is all about; however, not a lot of people may be familiar with magnetic therapy products. Some of these products include gold and silver jewelry clasps, mattress and pillow pads, spot magnetic treatment dots, magnetic nose clips to stop snoring, acupuncture insoles, menstrual period pads, and magnetic mugs. Those people who are into magnet therapy to help ensure general health would surely love these products.

Aside from the perceived magnetic benefits, gold and silver magnetic clasps make sure necklace wearers do not have to struggle whenever they wear their jewelry again as connecting their necklaces is easy. The magnetic clasps attach easily to jewelry and give an instantaneous and strong magnetic hold. Why magnets? According to research, magnets aid in circulation.

Moreover, magnets aid in relieving headaches, carpal tunnel syndrome, nerve injury, and arthritis. Medical conditions that may be treated with magnets include fibromyalgia, arteriosclerosis, high cholesterol, memory, insomnia, asthma, chronic fatigue syndrome, ADD, osteoporosis, cerebral palsy, dysmenorrhea, infertility, sugar imbalance, and diabetes.

Magnets also aid people during sleep through the use of magnetic mattress/pillow pads. All one has do is place them on top of the mattress and on the pillow. The user only has to sleep directly on the pads. The pads improve blood flow, enhance relief of discomfort, promote the natural healing process of the body, and improve health.

Another product is the magnetic therapy dots set, which is believed to be effective in treating pain. The set can be applied to any part of the body. For deep penetration, the set has powerful 800 Gauss magnets. Another product, which is highly welcome for chronic snorers, is the magnetic snore-free clip. The clip, with two magnets, is attached to the nose. The clip stimulates magnetically the nose's sensory nerves, which clears the nasal passage and helps prevent snoring.

The magnets and massage nodules of the magnet acupuncture insoles can relax and stimulate one's feet. This product may reduce muscular pains and aches, headache, back distress, and fatigue. It also improves one's metabolism and keeps the body away from stress.

The magnetic period pad is very helpful to women during their monthly period. The pad helps minimize menstrual pain and alleviates the stress experienced during the menstrual period. The pad should be placed over the ovaries and between the skin and underwear. However, the pad should only be worn during menstruation and pregnant woman are not recommended to use this product.

The magnetic ceramic/stainless steel mug produces magnetized water, which has general therapeutic effects on the body, particularly in the urinary, nervous, and digestive systems. The mug also improves the taste of the water. Magnetized water also reduces excess bile and acidity in the digestive system. It also regulates the excretory system by excreting poisonous matter accumulations. It also dissolves accumulating particles in the blood vessels and helps prevent heart disease like arteriosclerosis.

For those who prefer not to use magnetic jewelry, magnetic therapy products are the go-to items for people who still want alternatives to conventional medical therapies.

Bracelets are said to be an ornament, mere accessories to the user. People use them to incorporate an edgy display of fashion; others use them to make a simple outfit edgier than it looks. Never did it happen that a bracelet has the ability to create a positive medical effect to one's body. However, there is a particular bracelet that can actually improve the over-all health of the user. This particular bracelet is what they call Magnetic Titanium Bracelets. These bracelets do not only make the user fashionable, they can also give healthy benefits to the user.

Historically, magnets are said to be used by ancient civilization to improve body conditions. It has been said that this type of alternative medicine was written in different ancient records. It was later termed as Magnetic Therapy. This therapy includes putting magnetic devices close to the body such as magnetic titanium bracelets to heal body illnesses. Around 1800s, production of magnetic devices improved from bracelets to rings to body wraps. It became popular in different Asian countries like China and Japan. It later gained momentum in European countries like Germany, United Kingdom, and America.

High-quality Magnetic Titanium Bracelets used in Magnetic Therapy consists of pure, nickel-free T1 grade Titanium. These bracelets are said to have magnetic power that can increase up to 3000 gauss. People who wear these bracelets are said to feel better because of their improved blood flow. This is because human's body contains electromagnetic field so if a person wears magnet, the body reacts to the magnet, making the body work more efficiently and feel better. The magnetic activity between the body and the magnet are mostly triggered in the muscles and underlying tissues of the body. That is why it has been said that magnetic therapy can specifically regulate the nervous system, which consists of different nerves muscles of the body. This is also the reason why Magnetic titanium bracelets can improve blood flow of the body because it targets the largest muscle in the body, which is basically the human heart.

Another medical benefit caused by magnetic bracelets is that it can minimize, if not over all remove, the body pains of the user. It has been said that it can reduce general body aches like back pain, foot ache, and headaches. Magnets are also said to lessen the pain caused by surgeries, medical operations, and even dysmenorrhea. Other diseases that titanium magnets can regulate are arthritis, diabetes, and Parkinson's disease.

Titanium bracelets are also known for its long-lasting characteristic. Because they are made with titanium, they are super durable product that can stand different rigorous situations like sports activities and bad weather. They are also known to be water resistant so even if worn underwater, they will not just fade or break. Since titanium is mostly used in different medical surgeries like bone implants, titanium bracelet is perfect for people who have sensitive skin because it doesn't trigger allergic reactions. Most bracelets have classic design with custom gold plating for edgy, fashionable style.

Article Title: How Much Money Will You Earn From Your Writing?

    Author: Ruth Barringham

    *********************** ARTICLE START ***********************

I often get asked the question "How much money can I earn from my writing?"

That question is as irritating as kids in the back seat of the car asking "Are we there yet?"

I'd answer both questions like this:

"I don't know how much money you're going to earn from your writing because I don't know what you're going to write or what you're going to do with it."

    And

"If we were there already we wouldn't still be driving."

Both answers are as obvious as each other, yet they asked so often.

Sometimes I'd like to say to someone "Really? You want to write and publish ebooks? Then you're guaranteed to earn a big fat $10,000 a month, guaranteed."

Wouldn't that be great to know that if you sat and wrote ebooks every day you'd rake in such a high amount of money every month?

But writing income isn't like that. You can never be sure how much money you're going to make even if you've been working as a writer for years, because it's not a 9 to 5 job with a guaranteed, hourly income.

So even though I can't tell you how much money you're going to earn from your writing, I can tell you ways you can improve your income and maybe make it as high as $10,000 a month.

    Research.

This is the first thing you need to do no matter what you are going to write about. If you're going to write for the internet then you need to do keyword research to find out what kind of information people are looking for online.

If you're going to do freelance writing then the research you do will depend on what topic you are going to be writing about. Research is a big part of a writers work.

    Marketing.

If you want people to find you online then you need to keep marketing. Whether you use blog posting, social media or article marketing to get your work known, you must keep marketing all the time (every day) and always look for more places to market.

    Shipping.

You can't make sales unless you ship your writing. And again it doesn't matter if you're freelance writing for clients or magazines or other websites or you're writing for your own website or writing ebooks. If you don't ship your work and get it out there, you won't earn money. And the more you ship the more you can make.

    Writing.

You can't ship if you don't write. You need to create a consistent writing habit which means you need to write every day. Making money from writing is often a numbers game which means the more writing you do the more money you can earn. No matter what you write, find a place to publish it.

And don't stop with any of these 4 things. Keep researching, writing, shipping and marketing. Together, these are the backbone to a successful career as a writer.

And be consistent. Don't work like crazy for a few days or weeks and then stop. If you stop, so will your money.

Look at it this way, if you write and publish 3 ebooks and start making a decent income from them, don't stop there. 3 ebooks may be nice but what if you had 20? How much would this increase your writing income?

And it's important to write as many ebooks as you can, if this is the way you want to earn money.

John Locke started with 5 ebooks and sold 1 million copies. He's now published around 15 ebooks. Can you imagine how much money he's making from these? But he didn't stop at 5. Kept on writing and shipping.

Amanda Hocking is another extremely successful ebook writer and publisher. She had written 17 unpublished novels before she took the plunge and self published them as ebooks. She became a millionaire but she didn't stop there and is still writing novels.

Joe Konrath also writes and publishes his own ebooks and earns over $100,000 a year from his work. His writing income has increased significantly every year for the past few years. And he too is still writing and still publishing. When he's not publishing ebooks he's publishing posts on his mega-successful blog.

And while I may not be in the same income league as some of these writers, I still earn a full-time income from my writing which increases every year. And from my own personal experience and by doing small experiments over the years, I know without a doubt that the more I write and the more I ship the more money I make.

So no matter what kind of writing you do, do more of it.

Being healthy does not necessarily mean being free from diseases or infirmities. A healthy person is defined as someone who is complete in his physical, mental and even social well being. There are many factors that would contribute to the health of an individual. The human body needs numerous vitamins and nutrients to sustain its growth. A common and very beneficial nutrient is protein. This article will discuss the importance of this nutrient on the body and its main sources.

Proteins are fundamental nutrients for the body of a human being. They are one of the body tissue's building blocks and are composed of amino acids linked by peptide bonds. Proteins are vital for the growth and development of the human body. Like water, their molecules are very abundant in the body and can be found in virtually all cells of the body. They are its major structural units. Through digestion, they are broken down into amino acids with the help of proteases.

Proteins play an important role in exercises. They are considered one of the secrets of an athlete's success in sports. As building blocks of proteins, amino acids are taken for muscle and tissue building and repair of damaged tissues. Usually, proteins provide only a little fuel source in exercising because they are only used when resources of carbohydrates and lipid are low.

There are a lot of sources of this nutrient in the market. The optimal combination of its sources however, will depend on the region, accessibility, type of amino acid and nutrition balance. Even so, the good thing is that they can be purchased easily today. The major sources of this nutrient will be detailed below.

A very obvious source of protein is seafood because of their low fat content. Seafood is known to have docosahexaenoic acid and omega-3's which have been proven to enhance the appearance of skin, hair, eyes, and nails. Also, omega-3's aid in the regulation of blood clotting, blood vessel dilation, heart disease prevention and alleviation of pains associated with arthritis. Fishes contain the least fat compared to other meats like pork, chicken, turkey and beef.

Another source is poultry meat. Both white-meat and dark-meat contain considerable amounts of protein good for the body. The white-meat, however, contains more calories than the dark-meat, making it more preferable by athletes or bodybuilders.

Dairy foods like cheese, milk and yogurt are also good source. Aside from the fact of being exceptional sources of the nutrient, they are also good sources of calcium and vitamin D.

Eggs can also be considered as not only excellent but practical sources of this nutrient. Anyone can purchase eggs with just a small amount of money yet still enjoy the benefits of proteins.

Another source is beans. A one-half cup of this source is already equal one ounce of broiler steak as far as protein content is concerned. Furthermore, beans are abundant in fiber so the individuals can stay healthy.

Last but definitely not the least is protein supplements. These sources are often used by athletes, bodybuilders, dieters and hardgainers. Compared to other sources, supplements may entail some cost but the results can be very rewarding. These supplements can be purchased at DNC Supplements in Tampa, FL.

This article only presents some of the many sources of proteins. Depending on the availability, an individual can choose sources that are within reach. Every individual should properly invest his resources for the well being of his body.

Health is the main concern for many people today. Adults are getting more and more conscious of their health such that they indulge in certain diet schemes and exercises. The purpose of diet is to maintain or improve the health of an individual by intake of a balanced food which contains vitamins, minerals, and fiber. Exercises, on the other hand, help in the prevention and treatment of diseases by increasing endurance and strength of the body systems. Regardless of the diet schemes and exercises, an individual has to consume certain nutritional supplements and health foods for support. These health aids can be found in health food stores. But what are the main benefits one can get from these health shops?

Health stores are also grocery stores but the difference is that the majority of their products include organic foods, health foods, and nutritional supplements. As far as these health foods and nutritional supplements are concerned, these stores offer a wider and more specific range compared to a conventional grocery store. This is an edge for these types of stores.

First and foremost, health food stores help the athletes and bodybuilders to stay health and fit by providing health food. Health foods are foods wherein benefits are beyond are beyond the normal diet of an individual. The foods that can be considered healthy are organic foods, natural foods, whole foods and even dietary supplements. All of these are offered in a health food store so one can just imagine the importance of health food stores in a place.

Also, a health food store offers health foods that are suitable for people who have food allergies (milk, peanuts and gluten). A health food store can also help individuals who are involved in a special diet because of certain medical conditions like heart disease, diabetes and digestive problems. The store provides the top disease-fighting health foods like berries, dairies, fatty fish, leafy greens, whole grains, tomatoes, beans, nuts, and eggs. All of the aforementioned health foods are very effective in preventing common health diseases today.

Lastly, these food stores are a good venue for vegetarians that follow a macrobiotic diet or macrobiotics. It is a dietary scheme where grains are the staple food and vegetables as supplementary foods. Highly processed foods are avoided in this dietary regimen. Also, macrobiotic diet applies the practice of chewing the food thoroughly before it is swallowed.

The existence of health food stores is indeed vital in a society. It addresses the health needs of people who desire to have or maintain a health body. One great health store is DNC Supplements in Tampa, FI. It caters so the health needs of an individual especially sports supplements.

A large number of people nowadays are investing in gyms for many reasons. Others would think that the sole purpose of a gym is the access to expensive machines. Aside from this, the other equally important purposes are training, education and socialization. The combination of these purposes is the motivating factor for people to be disciplined and go back to gyms. This article will discuss the important purposes of a gym to an individual.

The first and most important is awareness or education. Fitness benefits can be received even while at home. Application of simple weights, calisthenics and resistance bands at home can certainly enhance the endurance, strength and cardio functions of the body. However, education is not always available at home. An important function of the gym is to help individuals gain knowledge in new exercises, training methods for weight-loss, body building, and performance goals in sports. This knowledge can be acquired through asking tips from gym staff, hiring personal trainers, and asking advices from co-members. The education one can get from a gym is far more valuable than the physical activities done at home or any other place. There are many gyms or fitness centers today offering different classes which are being led by professional gym instructors. Some even provide nutritional counseling with a registered dietitian.

The second important function of a gym is motivation. By going in a gym, one can avail of fitness programs which will really offer the individual long-term health benefits compared to just conventional exercises at home. There are many motivations that can be developed by entering into a gym. First is applying for a gym membership. When one is enrolled in a membership, it is most likely that he will continue it because of the fees involved. Second is working out with a friend. Performing all the exercises will definitely not be boring because of the conversations. Third is the accommodation and encouragement given by the trainer. The gym instructor consistently encourages his students to maintain their diet and exercises.

Another important purpose of gyms is socialization. A gym allows an individual to meet new faces. Doing an activity together with a partner is truly a good experience for anyone. Also, learning new techniques together with a large group of people is a great benefit one can get from a gym. Others even go outside the house just to mingle with others. A gym can also be used as a venue of opportunity to see potential partners which have the same interest in fitness and health.

Lastly, gym enrollees can avail of the modern equipment and facilities on a gym. For a paid membership, there is usually no limit as to the duration of exercises for a specific machine or equipment. This gives the gym enrollees the freedom to try out modern equipment like weights, machines for cardio, swimming pool, basketball court and many more. Use of gyms will also entail use of supplements. Major supplements can be found at DNC Supplements in Tampa, FL too.

Gyms in Tampa, FL are not only a place of expensive equipment. It is a place where an individual can build self-esteem.

Maintaining health is of great importance today not only for athletes and bodybuilders but also for the general public. People have engaged in activities and nutritional diet schemes in order to keep the body healthy and sound. With this, the consumption of vitamins, minerals, and supplements have gradually become higher over time. This rise in demand has enabled health food stores to thrive and meet the needs of individuals who value health. GNC is a good example of a company that offers various health foods.

Originating in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, GNC or General Nutrition Centers is a large specialty retailer of health foods like vitamins, minerals, supplements, herbs, and many others. The business sprouted in 1935 when David Shakarian started a simple health food store named Lackzoom in Pittsburgh. The enthusiastic man only made $35 on the first day of operation but was able to launch another store within a period of only six months. After a year, a great flood wiped out Shakarian's two stores but he was able to open another five stores in the year 1941. After his death on 1984, GNC was then acquired by Numico who also sold it Apollo Management by 2003. By 2011, the company went public, and today, there are various stores such as the GNC in Tampa, FL.

GNC focuses on retail so prices may be higher compared to a wholesale supplement distributor like DNC Supplements.

The company has over 4,800 retail stores all throughout United States. It usually maintains a wide inventory of bodybuilding, weight loss, vitamins, natural remedies, nutritional supplements, and health products in its stores worldwide. Also, the stores sell books and magazines for health and fitness.

Aside from retailing, the company also offers its products to customers through the internet. The wide range of products that they offer can now be viewed and purchased over the world wide web. The company categorizes its products on the web for easy access. The main categories on its home page are vitamins and supplements, sports nutrition, protein, diet, cleansing and digestion, sexual health, herbs and natural remedies, energy and endurance, pets, beauty care, equipment and accessories. These categories are arranged in such a way that it will be easy for the customer to search and purchase the preferred product.

For vitamins and supplements, GNC offers multivitamins, fish oil and omegas, minerals, amino acids and antioxidants. For sports nutrition or bodybuilding, the business provides stocks for protein, bars, creatine, nitric oxide and amino acids. The different types proteins like whey, casein, soy, and egg are offered by the company. For body cleansing, the business offers aloe, detox, enzymes, flax, fiber, liver cleanse, probiotics and tea.

Another feature in their website is the ability to sort out the item by condition or goal, brand, and ingredients. This feature allows the customer to browse for health foods that hit the specific type of classification.

Health food stores are quite important in the community as it provides for the health of the public. However, regardless of the name of the health food store, the important thing is that customer health requirements fully met.
