Research and clinical practice has demonstrated that co-occurring disorders (addictions and mental health issues occurring together) are the rule, not the exception. This leaves many people who were trained as psychologists, mental health counselors and marriage and family therapists at a great disadvantage, both clinically and professionally. They are at a clinical disadvantage, because addictions counseling requires a very different counseling approach than most counselors use. Professionally they are at a disadvantage because many insurance companies, agencies and Medicaid are starting to require certification in addictions counseling to work with clients who have addictions.

So, what are the options? Most of us do not want to go back to school to get yet another degree. The good news is that getting your precertification training for addictions counseling is easy. You can take online courses such as those offered at http://www.allceus.com or http://www.last-homestudy.com, go to conferences or take college courses. In most states, any addictions certification is sufficient. The National Association for Alcohol and Drug Abuse Counselors (NAADAC) and the National Board for Certified Counselors (NBCC) both offer national addictions certifications. Your other option is to get certified in your home state. Many states now have boards that offer certification as an addictions professional. The down side to state certifications is that they do not transfer if you move out of state.

But I am doing addictions counseling now and am not certified. Why should I jump through all of those hoops? Well, there are several reasons: Ethics, effectiveness, earning potential. All professional codes of ethics state that you must be appropriately trained to provide services to your target population. Therefore, if you are licensed or certified in mental health or psychology, you are expected to gain the extra education necessary to effectively serve your population. As I stated earlier, addictions counseling is far different than traditional Rogerian "talk therapy." To be effective as an addictions counselor, you must understand the addiction, how it has become the person's best fiend, why they do not want to give it up and cognitive-behavioral and solution-focused strategies to help them make the change. Finally, earning potential. Addictions certifications open up a whole new set of employment opportunities. Additionally, many agencies will pay more for someone with an addictions certification, versus someone with only a mental health counseling license or no license at all.

In this age of addictive behavior: alcohol, drugs, eating disorders, gambling, the internet and sex, it is vitally important that clinicians can identify and treat addictive behaviors. In persons with co-occurring disorders, it is even more important, because alcohol or drug abuse and eating disorders all impact the dosage and effectiveness of psychotropic medications. Visit NAADAC at: http://naadac.org/documents/index.php?CategoryID=3 for more information.

They knocked out Brazil then France -- two teams who are technically far superior to the United States outfit. Next, in the final, they take on Japan -- a team of tiny little girls who are just as technically gifted as the French and the Brazilians.

The typically determined and ruthless display of raw 'woman power' of the Americans reminds me of soccer made in England. The US women are strong, big and run like horses -- just like the English have been doing for years. The Barclays Premier league is often a track meet smothered in hard leg-breaking tackles and long balls.

In the past, men's teams with limited technical ability still had a chance," notes Jonathan Clegg.

The big and typically European defenders are no longer needed because very few opposing teams still employ an intimidating colossus at center-forward, and at a time when bone-crunching slide tackles have effectively been outlawed, it's become the key to regaining possession. And it's a tactic that favors finesse over physique. The result: A sport that once favored often unskilled behemoths now favors waif-like wizards like Messi, Dutch playmaker Wesley Sneijder and Spanish duo David Villa and Xavi, adds Clegg.

Women's soccer has not evolved to that stage yet -- but, the Japanese, the French and the Brazilians are rapidly inching there. Meanwhile, the United States teams (both men and women) -- have adopted the same English style -- which will ultimately become a perennial failure -- as is already very evident in the US men's soccer team.

The 'Kick & Run' strategy worked for England in the 50's and 60's. They even managed to squeak in a World Cup win in 1966. Since then, England has barely won anything.

England has perennially been technically inept in the last forty five years. The incessant harping that the English "Premier League" is the "best league in the world," by sports marketers -- is patent falsehood and hopelessly absurd.

    The best managed -- perhaps.

But, on Sunday despite Japan's tactical discipline and sublime skills, I won't be surprised if big, tall Abby Wambach and the speedy US girls thump and out-muscle the tiny little Japanese women in the world cup final. This final will be a clash of styles -- as American power goes up against the slick passing and skill of the Japanese, but I am afraid brute strength will win over finesse.

Whether the US wins or not -- this might be the last time they reach a cup final in a long time, for other countries who really never took women's soccer seriously, allowing the US to "power" in two world-cups, have caught up -- and are developing the sport the right way -- "Barcelona style," where "little" Messi has more than proven that brute, unskilled and physical soccer is out while tactical finesse is in.

On the other hand, if the US can combine power and aggression with skill and finesse -- they will remain a power for a long time to come.

    [...Continued from Part 1]

Over the years, every wave of immigration into the United States has faced fear and hostility, especially during times of economic hardship, political turmoil, or war:

-- In 1882, Congress passed the Chinese Exclusion Act[1], one of America's first immigration laws, to keep out all people of Chinese origin.

-- During the "Red Scare"[2] of the 1920's, thousands of foreign-born people suspected of political radicalism were arrested and brutalized; many were deported without a hearing.

-- In 1942, 120,000 Americans of Japanese descent were interned in camps[3] until the end of World War II....Prompting the following: In 1988, President Ronald Reagan signed legislation which apologized for the internment on behalf of the US government. The legislation stated that government actions were based on "race prejudice, war hysteria, and a failure of political leadership," and beginning in 1990, the government paid reparations to surviving internees.

-- Today, immigrants especially those of Latino descent are being lambasted and labeled as thieves, crooks and illegal "disease carriers."

-- Even more disturbing is that some black Americans have joined the bandwagon of "Dixie White America" in incessantly using fear and misinformation, which instigates hate crimes against immigrants.

The "Immigrant" is almost as frightened as was the "Negro" during the peak years of racial segregation in America. Police raids are sending ripples of fear throughout immigrant communities all over the United States. Vigilantism by racist groups like the "Minutemen," is on the rise. Families are being torn apart haphazardly, and futures are being destroyed indiscriminately.

This anti-immigrant campaign is very similar to that conducted against Jews by Dr. Joseph Goebbels[4] — "Minister for Public Enlightenment & Propaganda in Nazi Germany."

    Consider the following scenarios:

    1. In Nazi Germany Jews were scapegoated as the source of Germany's economic woes. In the United States, Lou Dobbs has insinuated repeatedly that the economic troubles of the "middle class" is a direct result of US jobs being exported overseas and that immigrants are either stealing jobs from Americans and/or driving down wages. There is some truth in the "wage" element of this assertion, but without bothering to explain the "mechanics" of this claim, Lou's over simplification results in "uninformed" contempt by his viewers of immigrants in general.

    2. In Nazi Germany, audiences were continually reminded of the struggle of the Nazi Party and Germany against foreign enemies and internal enemies, especially Jews. In the present United States, Lou Dobbs always reminds his audience, that millions of foreigners and criminal illegal immigrants are running rampant in the United States, quite contrary to official statistics. He often invites "white-supremacists"[5] and demagogue politicians from racially intolerant constituencies, as analysts and commentators in his shows -- while denouncing civil rights groups such as the ACLU and the Southern Poverty Law Center as "despicable" and "reprehensible." The few pro-immigrant guests invited to Mr. Dobbs' shows are routinely scolded and lambasted for their stance. To stir the pot further, Mr. Dobbs' always ends his TV shows with un-scientific impromptu polls, that are always skewed and probably doctored -- maliciously presented as the view of the majority.

    3. Propagandists lauded Germany as the sole defender of what they called "Western European culture" against the "Bolshevist hordes(Russians)." In this town hall meeting and as in previous ones, the issue of English as an official language came up -- the fear that English will be "replaced," by the Spanish language [...a subliminal insinuation that the white Anglo-Saxon culture in being contaminated] has been used repeatedly by Lou Dobbs and co., to drive fear up the spines of Americans.

    4. Jews in Nazi Germany were branded as disease carriers, contaminants of the pure German race -- recently Lou Dobbs and despite being confronted with undisputed evidence to the contrary, maintained his claim that there have been 7,000 new cases of leprosy[6] in the US in recent years attributing the increase to "unscreened illegal immigrants." Such irresponsible utterances in mainstream media, only help to embolden hate groups -- who gather often to keep the 'Cradle of the Confederacy' safe from leprosy, pedophiles, Spanish and rampant godlessness[7].

In 2007, history is repeating itself.

Lou Dobbs together with a swarm of rabid right-wing pundits, buoyed by evil politicians like Congressman Tom Tancredo of Colorado and Duncan Hunter of California, are playing a major role in fomenting anti-immigrant hysteria -- stroking the fires of racist extremism and fueling a dramatic growth in hate groups.

This YouTube.com video[8] illustrates how inflammatory speech on public airwaves fosters hate and intolerance.

In the 1920's Nazi Science had just invented the "Magneto phone," the first tape recorder, which meant that their propaganda could be time-delayed, enabling them to tailor their message of hate for local consumption -- 87 years later, Lou Dobbs has access to CNN's state of art propaganda equipment -- I bet Dr. Goebbels is turning in his grave with admiration.

As far as I am concerned, any person who has lived in the United States for several years, has participated fully in the system, and has no felonious mis-deeds, belongs here and ought to be treated with some respect -- the firm stand -- "depot them all," "we are a nation of laws" -- is just a smokescreen for -- "we wish this good old USA was 100% lily white." ...a convenient tool for extortion. It is not only inhuman but also bigoted to the core.

The vicious and racist history of this country refers.

The US Constitution does not give foreigners the right to enter the US But once here, it protects them from discrimination based on race and national origin and from arbitrary treatment by the government.

Immigrants work and pay taxes; legal immigrants are subject to the military draft. Many immigrants have lived in this country for decades, married US citizens, and raised their US-citizen children. Laws that punish them violate their fundamental right to fair and equal treatment.

By "stroking and massaging" the dormant "hate genes" residing within the "nativists," Lou Dobbs and other right-wing demagogues are making the process of legislating the immigration issue immensely torturous, if not impossible.

It is therefore my opinion that, Lou Dobbs is a tactical propagandist worse than Dr. Joseph Goebbels[9] — "Minister for Public Enlightenment & Propaganda in Nazi Germany." There may be no ovens or death camps to completely cement my comparison -- but the several elements of Nazism are abundantly clear.

When Lou Dobbs totally ignores the "positives" and instead inflames and distorts the "negatives," he is criminally inciting the population -- some of who are ready to physically eliminate anybody they can categorize as an "illegal immigrant."

In a country where racism is held back in check by a cordon of laws (which are not always uniformly and fairly applied), I submit that this "distortionist" adventure which CNN and Lou Dobbs are engaged in, is not only very dangerous, but negates any progress this country has made in race relations, and diminishes America's status as a symbol of justice worldwide.

This "town hall" gathering as far as I am concerned, was a "sanctioned hate meeting" -- cleverly woven into the fabric of mainstream media for profit and to promote racial division -- a trend perfected by Fox News, the "UnFair and Totally UnBalanced" garbage news channel.

There is a need to look at this issue intelligently, humanely and with fairness, for no one wants to be hit by Osama Bin Laden and his cohorts -- secure the borders, but let all those who have been living in the shadows come out and be counted. You can bet the criminal ones will continue hiding, but the hard working immigrants who have roots in this country must be allowed to fulfill their dreams.

Getting immigrants who are here unlawfully into the open is an essential process in the war against Terrorism. Scare tactics will drive them further underground -- making it harder to find and track the hard-core criminal ones, who I submit do not belong in any society.

America is a nation of immigrants -- the flow of immigrants must be controlled and regulated, but we must not allow the issue to be hijacked and used to transport the racist agenda of the "propagandist extortionists" like Lou Dobbs, right wing political demagogues and dangerous Neo-Nazi bigots to whom Lou Dobbs has become a hero.

The United States Senate has taken a bold first step, and I applaud them. Hopefully a reasoned and lasting comprehensive solution will be arrived at in due course.

    *********************** ARTICLE START ***********************

Rap Artist Kanye West had this to say: "George Bush doesn't care about black people!" -- Said during a Hurricane Katrina telethon.

After the Katrina disaster many polls indicated that large majorities of blacks believed that the federal response to Hurricane Katrina would have been considerably speedier had those trapped in New Orleans been rich and white, and that the slow response was an indication of continuing racial inequity in this country.

    Most whites disagreed.

A poll average indicated that 72 percent of blacks thought Bush doesn't care, while only 26 percent of whites thought likewise, meaning a 74 percent majority of whites believe that Bush cares. Democratic National Committee Chairman Howard Dean, said: "I do not think that this president cares about everybody in America..."

Condoleezza Rice, the Secretary of State, as expected -- defended Bush. Condoleezza, like Colin Powell are examples of blacks who have allowed themselves to be used by the Republican Party "for an illusion of 'black' inclusion," -- a party which not only acts, but commits to things anti-black and anti-minority for good measure.

Usually, when a professional team performs dismally, the coach is the first to go, even if the failure is with the players -- hence, the blame on Bush. In this instance, I believe the blame should be spread across the "system," a system initially born of hypocrisy and nurtured in racism and oppression, and which still does not sufficiently address stark inequities across this great nation.

Now, pictures don't lie[6]. African Americans were hit hardest. These pictures portray "3rd world living" in a first world nation.

Lets turn to Africa and Africans.

Over the years most US presidents have not really cared about Africans, mainly Republican presidents, and I am not letting the Democrats off the rope either, for example Bill Clinton sat in the Oval office, busy "serenading" Monica Lewinsky, while Rwandans slit each others throats. Classified papers show Clinton was aware of "final solution"[1] to eliminate Tutsis, but buried the information to justify US inaction.

Africans are ultimately responsible for their fate, but for a Superpower, that has colluded with Africa's former colonial masters -- to plant seeds of discord[2] in the continent, and to rape it bare of it's natural resources [in concert with some African dictators],...to date, to sit back and watch, is in my view unequivocally detestable.

Perhaps the biggest culprit of them all is Ronald Reagan -- "A serial liar with a Heart of Darkness who made Americans feel good about themselves[3]." To Reagan, Africans, Black Americans and Homosexuals were expendable, as he ignored and mocked the onslaught of AIDS[4], and propped up the apartheid regime of South Africa, a country with vast deposits of industrial diamonds.

At the peak of apartheid, in 1985, Ronald Reagan had the gall to proclaim that the "reformist administration" of South Africa had "eliminated the segregation that we once had in our own country." In 1986, Reagan gave a speech where he said Mandela should be released but denounced sanctions with crocodile tears, claiming that they would "hurt black workers," who were already ridiculously impoverished.

Reagan's legacy was: "Immoral, evil, and totally un-Christian." -- These were the words of Bishop Desmond Tutu, spoken on Capitol Hill at a US committee hearing in late 1984. It was just after Reagan's easy re-election. Tutu had just been awarded the Nobel peace prize for his non-violent struggle against apartheid in South Africa.

Yet, American companies continued to do business with racist South Africa under the stewardship of the "president of sunny optimism."

Meanwhile, apartheid rained death on black Africans.

American governments do not care about Africa -- they never bothered about Rwanda [Clinton], and Bush has not bothered about Darfur until now, after hundreds of thousands have been killed by the despicable and moronic militia, the Janjaweed -- supported by an "Islamic Terrorist" government of the Sudan, that does "OIL" business with large US companies.

Now, that his legacy seems headed to the dustbin, and amidst intense pleading by the International community -- Bush suddenly cares?

Do I think Bush is a bigot. No. I think he is part of a predatory, lying, devious and hypocritical system, an elitist system of government that doesn't really care about the poor, and whenever they seem to do, it is always with debilitating strings attached.

Some may argue that the United States gives the third world millions of dollars in aid. That's a fallacy, for most US aid actually winds up subsidizing American corporations. So, US foreign aid serves not only as a coercive instrument of foreign policy but also to support private US contractors, universities, banks, consulting firms, lobbyists, and many others. Foreign aid is a lucrative business, and America always ends "repatriating more" back to the United States than what it "donates" as "foreign aid."

STOP! Wonder why illegal migrants are flocking into the United States?

Click here[5] to find out how greedy the "First World" is.

The world bank, whose leader is appointed by the sitting US president, is a monstrous arm-twisting tool used to "coordinate" American interests in the third world, and the sorry fact that some third world leaders are a bunch of heartless nincompoops, just worsens the situation. They steal the "Foreign Aid," profit from it and repatriate the proceeds back to western banks -- whose governments look the other way.

Bush's Darfur initiative -- is a little too late? Probably. As for AIDs -- Better late than never.

That said, the Sudanese government is guilty of "ethnic cleansing" and crimes against humanity, crimes against black Sudanese peasants, and the leaders of this regime must be brought to justice.

This is the war Bush should be fighting and not the bottomless pit in Iraq that reportedly has claimed close to a million Iraqi lives and thousands of US military men and women, not forgetting the millions who have been driven away from their homes.

But, guess what, because they have OIL, they got away with harbouring Osama bin Laden, and now they will get way with genocide -- courtesy the United States, China and all other predatory western nations, who have repeatedly used Africa like a disposable mistress.

The scene of this terrible accident -- Saint Anselm College in Manchester, NH [The third GOP presidential debate -- Tuesday, 5 2007].

My friend Paul Reyes likened them to a "convention of morticians," in their last debate. Mark Mellman, a pollster says these candidates make the Republican party look like "a front for the Flat Earth Society." I equate them with a congregation of angry, trembling middle-aged white men.

In fact, Rep. Tom Tancredo, the Congressman from Colorado might have injested a lethal concoction of "Viagra and Cialis" -- judging by his shrill, "blood cuddling" and discombobulated allocution.

They threatened nuking Iran with tactical nuclear weapons, kicking out all immigrants. John McCain even insinuated that Bill Clinton started the Kosovo war, comparing it to erroneously Bush's "illegal" Iraq war.

For the record: The Kosovo War was a conflict between Serbian and Yugoslav security forces and the Kosovo Liberation Army, an Albanian guerilla group seeking independence. Clinton came into the picture in 1999 -- when NATO attacked Yugoslav targets. Clinton and NATO intervened, they did not initiate this war by lying Bush-Cheney style.

With eyes darting uncontrollably, an angry and trembling Tancredo declared -- "We will not survive as a nation!" "We are testing our willingness to hold on to something known as the English language, the one thing that holds us glued together," adding -- "this is why I will go after any Republican Senator who supports this bill," -- The comprehensive immigration bill currently being debated in the Senate.

"We are becoming a bilingual country -- and that is not good!," wailed an emotional Tancredo, following this statement with a torrent of distorted attacks at immigrants, ranging from welfare benefits to school congestions, to English, ....!

"Bilingual countries don't survive!" ...., "We need 'that thing' to hold us together!" ....yelled Tancredo. Tancredo even suggested that ALL immigration should be stopped .....because America faces "death!"

"It's simply not fair to say those people get put ahead in the line of all the people who've been waiting legally to come to this country," the Master flip-flopper, Mitt Romney said. Lets enforce the current laws enacted in 1986 -- READ: Lets hunt down the immigrants, and suffocate them to submission.

The "communal braying" of the word "Amnesty" without any offer of a workable alternative was nauseating -- all they could furnish was a tired chorus: "Enforce the existing laws!" "Enforce the border!" "Build the fence!" ...."They will all self-deport!" ...as if 12 million immigrants will depart the United States at the wave of a Republican magical wand!

Shows how out of touch with reality these Republican candidates are.

Meanwhile, Gov. Romney is airing campaign ads in SPANISH, the language of the same group of people he is attacking, so relentlessly -- What a hypocrite!

Gov. Tommy Thompson proposed putting George Bush on a "lecture circuit" after his retirement -- Bush, a man who cannot pronounce anything right!

Asked how he would use George Bush if he becomes president, Rep. Tancredo recalled that White House aide Karl Rove had once told him to "never darken the door of the White House." With eyes bulging fiercely, Tancredo said he'd tell Bush the same thing.

Congressman Ron Paul provided the usual theatrics. Former Mayor Rudy Giuliani looked like a toothless bull-dog, Duncan Hunter was his usual "anti-immigrant self," Huckabee emphasized that God created man -- but didn't know how, yet he conveniently refuted Darwin's Theory of Evolution. As for flip-flopper Romney -- why would anyone believe anything said by someone whose "faith" didn't believe blacks were human until as recently as the the late seventies.

All in all, this was a sorry group of vicious and pandering pretenders. A bunch of middle-aged white-men immersed in "Gunsmoke Freakdom,".....as my friend Ike, quite correctly states: US Political campaigns become an orgy of prevarication . . . One rich guy tells one set of lies, the other rich guy tells a slightly different set of lies, and you get to base your vote on which set of lies you like the best. "I'll cut taxes!" . . . "I'll give you better schools!" . . . "I'll cut crime!" . . . "I'll cut welfare!" . . . "I'll build more jails!" . . . "I'll create more jobs!" . . . "I'll cut the deficit!" . . . "I'll end the war!" . . . "I'll start the war!" . . . "I'll put a chicken in every pot!" . . . "I'll keep those Immigrants in their place!".

    Pure PoliTRICKS!

The other Sunday, the Democrats looked more relaxed, more resourceful and much less angry -- compared to this Republican group who offered nothing substantive in terms of policy, other than fear-mongering and the usual empty and predatory rhetoric.

VERDICT: Senator McCain won this debate. Simply put -- he seems to be the wiser of this Fear-Mongering bunch -- his patriotic speech at the end of the debate, I think, was his strongest moment. But his immigration stance will definitely hurt him with the Republican base, a base that has stopped reasoning totally, when it comes to immigration -- "because America faces death," if 12 to 20 million immigrants are assimilated into the system.

If that's the case, then America should have died already, because these 20 million are already here, and some have been here for 20+ years.

So, what's Tancredo's REAL problem? Your guess is as good as mine.

The best reasoning that you can give yourself for a divorce is this – 'You and your spouse were both different people then (when you got married), and you have grown to be different people now.' You have outgrown one another, or you have fallen out of love. But before you see your lawyer, sit down on your favorite chair and think again.

Why do people get married in the first place? If you are like most people, it is to set up a family, have children and enjoy the sense of belonging. Nature intended children to be the joy that binds a couple together. Nothing brings greater joy than having a newly born child of your own. That is nature's way of keeping a family together. And nothing brings more devastation to a child's heart than seeing both his parents splitting up.

There are couples with high net worth that end up in divorce so very often, and there are couples that have zero net worth but stay happy together. So the lack of money is not really a factor that led to this. What binds two people together is respect, understanding and communication. People think they need to be in love in a marriage in order to stay together. They watch love stories like Titanic and Pearl Harbor and think that marriage should be like that. The truth is, there are phases in a marriage. People change, for better or for worse. And you need to get adjusted to these changes in order to stay on course, just like a sailboat that faces the strong currents and the shifting winds.

Unless the person that you married has turned into evil or a monster, than I say divorce is inevitable. But if you are just bored or fallen out of love, then there are ways to avoid the ultimatum.

Remove negative words out of your vocabulary. If you are not as much in love as you were when you first got married, at least you can try to be best friends. Be the right person, even when your spouse is not. Be educated on being the right person and the world today is so full of free information on how to do that. The fact that you got married in the first place says that there was something between the two of you that led to this union, and there is a possibility it can be rekindled. Go back into time and replay again your life moments on the day of your courtship, how beautiful it was. How you built that courtship that led to your marriage, and the beautiful wedding and the people that came and celebrated that joyous occasion. Replay that again and again. If it can make both of you feel good and laugh about it, then there is hope of saving that marriage.

But if that doesn't bring a bit of feelings for any of you, than I would say divorce could be the way out. It may not be a bad thing if it that is the only solution. But work on being good friends. Take out all your negative feelings and emotional baggage and put in a store room and lock it, so now you only see the good side. You will feel much lighter, and much happier.

In the law of attraction, like attracts like. You get what you asked for based on the clarity of your thoughts. This applies also to what is inside your wallet or purse. You need to be careful with the kind of money that you carry. If you carry dimes in your wallet, that is exactly what you are going to get more of – dimes. So get rid of those dimes and nickels because you don't want to be attracting that unconsciously.

If you want to attract hundred dollar bills, that is what you should carry more of in your wallet. If it is thousand dollar bills that you are after, than carry it. I am not suggesting that you spend that money. Just carry it in the wallet and the energy will resonate. Having a big dollar note will make you feel rich and that excitement and confidence will send strong emotional vibrations to the universe. The universe registers that as a request and will give exactly more of that feeling to you. You need to feel rich and that can be easily achieved if you know you are carrying a big dollar note. It is very difficult to walk with a rich attitude no matter how well dressed you are if consciously you know that your wallet only has five dollars in it.

Have you ever been in a situation where you did not have enough money with you, just a few dollars to last the whole day or week? How did that make you feel? Sad? Angry? Hopeless? Dejected? Having low self esteem? Afraid? And when you had those feelings, how did you think the universe reacted? It gave you more of those because that was what you produced in your thoughts and emotions. No wonder people in financial difficulties take a long time to get out of their situations, if ever. If only they knew that the trick was only to change their way of thinking and belief systems, and their whole situation would have improved for the better.

'Begin your journey with the end in mind'. Ever heard of that phrase? In many sales workshops, participants are required to imagine having arrived at the pinnacle of success. Some imagined living in a big house, driving a posh car or traveling in private jets, just to make them feel the excitement of becoming rich and wealthy. And then they are required to dress in their best suits the next day, pretending to 'have arrived' and mingling with the rest of the 'wealthy' participants. And once they have soaked in this excitement, they can craft the way from their current situation to this 'wealthy' state. This role playing is often so real that the participants not knowingly send strong emotions out of their minds into the universe. And many great sales gurus do produce very successful students through this process.

To be wealthy and successful, you need to carry a big dollar note in your wallet, feel rich and go to places where the rich and wealthy patronize. Sit in a fancy restaurant if it is just to drink coffee, hangout at hotel lobbies or country clubs or just window shopping at famous brand boutiques. You need to act rich and feel rich. By the law of attraction, where like attracts like, you will draw wealth to you through this strong vibrations.

The law of attraction is all about magnetizing your visualization so that whatever that you have asked the universe for, will be attracted to you. One of the most important practices to harness the powers of electro-magnetic energy in the body is to sleep with the head of the bed pointing North, parallel to the earth's magnetic poles. When all the molecules in the body are synchronized in one direction, they become magnetic, and will draw whatever you wish for from the universe.

Another important element in harnessing this magnetic energy is the practice of deep breathing. Oxygen is food for the brain and it has magnetic qualities. Practice deep breathing in an opened window where the air is fresh. Do not breathe the petrol-laden air of the streets, because they contain contaminants like carbon monoxide that poisons the body cells. If you can help it, breathe the morning air in the garden, where fresh oxygen has just been produced from the plants' photosynthesis. Or breathe the morning air on the hills or the salty breezy air of the sea. Oxygen makes you magnetic and causes your thoughts to attract whatever you are asking the universe.

The quality of the air and the oxygen in it is best in the morning, because the production of oxygen by the plants and trees is done at night. This is the reason why when we wake up in the morning to go to the office, we notice that the air is cool and fresh, because the oxygen has just been produced. We become more energetic and alert when we breathe in the morning air, as compared with the afternoon air.

If you can wake up at 5 am in the morning (I suggest you do because a lot of successful people wake up at this time as a matter of discipline), do your meditation, visualization and deep breathing at the same time by an opened window, provided it is not too cold. I enjoy the stillness of dawn in New England during the spring with the fresh crispy air in the garden. As I sit on the lawn chair I meditate, visualize and performed deep breathing and sent out my order to the universe. With the sound of birds chirping in the distance, it makes my meditation surreal and powerful. After spending about 20 minutes on this, I reward myself with a hot cup of tea. What a wonderful way to start the day.

The quality of the manifestations by the universe and the end result is dependant on the quality of your thought power. The signal that you send out has to have the power of electro-magnetic energy harnessed from the earth's magnetic poles and the fresh oxygen of the morning. When you are magnetic, the universe will hear you more clearly, because your thought waves are more powerful. You will begin to notice life starting to change for the better. Your wishes will come true, you become healthier and more energetic, and people find you more attractive.

    *********************** ARTICLE START ***********************

It is unfortunate fact of many people's lives that infertility strikes where and when it wants. The desire to have a child is a natural, normal progression in a couple's relationship. While there are certainly individuals and couples who choose to not become parents, an overwhelming majority are happier with the idea of starting and raising a family. The reasons for infertility are wide and numerous. Some are focused on health issues for the potential mother, while others strike the would-be dad. Despite all of the amazing strides made by the medical community to battle infertility, many couples give up after long, expensive treatments make their lives miserable. It doesn't have to be that way any longer. In addition to medical treatments, many couples are turning to Feng Shui and fertility suggestions to increase their odds of having a baby of their own.

The uninformed know that Feng Shui is related to decorating and arranging their homes. In actuality, this ancient practice is far more than that. It is a time honored Chinese philosophy that helps practitioners create an environment rich in harmony and balance in all areas of their lives. Modifying your home in this tradition may help you and your partner achieve your goal of becoming pregnant. Using Feng Shui and fertility friendly practices are less stressful ways improve your chances of having a baby.

As we have already mentioned, Feng Shui is intended to completely balance and regulate every aspect of existence. In terms of conception, this harmony is nothing short of a miracle. Doctors and other medical professionals will be the first to tell you that it is essential to be at peace and relaxed during the conception phase of creating life. Both potential parents will experience the positive influences of good chi if their environment is conducive to the Feng Shui philosophy. For this reason, if none other, Feng Shui and fertility are a powerful combination.

To begin using Feng Shui and fertility to improve your chances of having a child, start outside. Take a look at your front entrance. Is there anything blocking good energy from moving into your home? One couple struggled with infertility for years. When a Feng Shui consultant recommended removing the tree that blocked their front door, the couple finally experienced success and became parents. Make sure that the main entrance to your home is clear and open to the flow of positive energies.

With Feng Shui and fertility, the focus is a little different than what most of us are accustomed to. The focus is primarily on the man. All of you ladies out there can take a relaxing breath now. Feng Shui is guided by the Descendant's Luck principle. This luck determines the success of a husband or partner will have starting a family with his significant other. Learning the best ways to stimulate this luck is a beneficial practice for the man in the relationship to aid in the conception process.

This won't come as any surprise, but the bedroom is instrumental in combining the forces of Feng Shui and fertility. The first step in the master bedroom is to make sure it is free from unwanted and unneeded clutter. Clutter stands in the way of good energy and makes it difficult to achieve a harmonious flow. This means to throw away the receipts on the dresser, pick the clothes up off of the floor, and arrange things neatly. Don't forget about the closet either. It should be clear of any unused items.

Now that the bedroom is ready for Feng Shui and fertility, it's time to add some decorations and furniture placement that is perfect for encouraging the production of children. When you think about it, it makes sense. Elephants symbolize pregnancy in the Feng Shui tradition. A couple trying to conceive should consider displaying elephant figurines in their sleeping space. Another animal reference that will help with fertility is fish. The symbol of two fish represents marital unity. As a matter of fact, any decoration you use in this room should involve the number two. Throwing the color red around is helpful as well. Place two red paper lanterns on either side of the bed. These represent the positive yang influence and will help increase fertility. A single piece of hollow bamboo is useful as well. Once again focusing on the potential father put a dragon on his side of the bed to flame his passion and add potency to the union. These well placed items are a good way to encourage the flow of energy through the room.

With the correct use of Feng Shui and fertility energies, a couple struggling with infertility can give themselves an edge in the conception process. The creation of a relaxing, loving home environment will improve the couple's chance at starting a family of their own.

For some people their bathroom is just the room where they get ready for the day, eliminate waste, and store their hygiene products. Still others like to transform their bathroom into a personal spa. While no one likes to talk about it, the bathroom is a vital, necessary part of all homes. For those who practice, or want to practice, Feng Shui in their homes, this room absolutely can't be ignored. Certain decorating strategies are necessary to ensure that this room is in accord with the ancient Chinese philosophy. While bathrooms weren't part of the original Feng Shui tradition, since it was created before indoor plumbing, you can still arrange your bathroom to complete the benefits involved in Feng Shui. Feng Shui and bathroom design will further provide a calm, soothing home for all of the occupants.

The good news is that in Feng Shui and bathroom usage, the bathroom is closely related to the element of water. Let's face it; the majority of purposes in the bath are connected to water in one way or another. Water represents cash flow and prosperity in addition to the career aspect of life and prosperity. Ensuring that this room is designed in the Feng Shui tradition can help improve those areas of your life tremendously.

On the other hand, it can't be ignored that the bathroom is also used for elimination. Whether it is through the toilet or down the shower drain, this room is used for getting rid of toxins. Luckily when the proper Feng Shui and bathroom practices are followed, you can reduce the effects of negative chi, while increasing the helpful water element.

The first thing that needs to be done to Feng Shui friendly your bathroom is to give the room a thorough cleaning. Products sitting on the sink or the back of the toilet need to find a proper home if they are essential to your hygiene. If not, it's time to get rid of the unnecessary items. Clutter is counterproductive to a good chi flow, and especially in the bathroom it is vital to keep this space debris free. Don't forget to include under the sink and any linen closets in this process. They count too, and leaving them unorganized is not going to help you in combining good Feng Shui and bathroom décor.

Now that you have the bathroom clean and ready for its Feng Shui makeover, let's talk colors. There is no need to go overboard on elaborate color schemes. Bright colors are distracting and not beneficial to the Feng Shui and bathroom design. Your best bets are neutral colors like cream and light blue. If that isn't going to work for you, at least use a color that is relaxing and muted.

As far as the fixtures in the bathroom go, it is very important that they are all in excellent working order. Leaking facets represent your money and prosperity flowing down the drain. Be sure the sink and bath tub facets shut off effectively. Noisy drains are an issue as well. If you have a problem with any of these plumbing issues, and can't fix them yourself, don't hesitate to call in a professional to get you started on your way. Feng Shui and bathroom maintenance work best when all of the fixtures are working properly.

The non water element fixtures serve a purpose as well. For example the mirror should be as large as the space above the sink allows. Since you prepare for your day in the bathroom, it is important for you to have a clear, bright vision of yourself every day. The recent trend of placing a mirror split in two in the bathroom isn't in touch with good Feng Shui and bathroom design.

It is essential to make sure your bathroom is as pleasant as possible. This is one of the most effective ways to ensure that the negative aspects of the bathroom are controlled and don't cause any problems with the flow of positive chi. The use of crystals is helpful in creating and activating good energy.

Another thing to watch out for is if your bathroom is opposite your kitchen. It doesn't take a genius to determine why this is not good for the flow of chi. If you do find yourself in this type of situation, the easiest solution is to always keep the bathroom door closed. It is also beneficial to leave the toilet lid down when not in use. Anything you can do to keep the negative chi from escaping into the kitchen and the rest of the house is a step in the right direction.

Feng Shui and bathroom design and placement are an important part of providing your family with a harmonious environment. Color choices and fixture maintenance are essential in allowing a positive energy flow.

In the USA, UK, and all over Europe, a lot of people want to find out how to get SAP jobs. That is because the market for SAP jobs is growing. While smaller industries rise, the SAP businesses also rise as a result of direct correlation. Competitive companies seek to invest in software and human resources who have skills in this field. They consider these important investments in the success of their corporations.

This opens up opportunities for interested professionals. There are many vacant positions gradually becoming available, especially in financial or accounting firms. This is because they use SAP software. Jobs in smaller SAP companies don't seem to pay off at first, but if the professional is good at what he does, he can contribute to the growth and development of a company. Even if this does not happen, it is useful professional experience. The mention of this in an applicant's resume will broaden his prospects for the next employment and perhaps get him a better SAP job.

    Alternate Job Opportunities

Another employment prospect for professionals who have had some experience is to look for a job as an SAP trainer. There may be such openings in recruitment agencies, big corporations, and software companies. They can teach people who aim to work in these industries, students wishing to pick up that knowledge, or even other professionals who wish to be updated on information about certain software. This kind of position can help them use their knowledge creatively and for the benefit of other people. It also allows them to get acquainted with other people in the field.

But how to get SAP jobs without experience? For those who don't have any experience yet, some companies are actually willing to train fresh graduates. Large corporations usually do this, as well as banks and accounting firms. They are aware of the great supply of talented people without SAP experience and are willing to hone their talents into human resources that would be beneficial for the company. A lot of these people actually have a lot of SAP knowledge but require training in order to learn to utilize this knowledge in an actual corporate setting.

One way for an inexperienced applicant to be considered for such training is to go through a legitimate certification program.

Another way is to apply for a non-SAP position in a company that runs SAP. Once you are connected with them, you may have a greater chance of applying for an internal job post once one is available. Also, you will be given training in various areas, and one possible area is the one you want. You can start angling for unrelated functional jobs in the meantime. You may be given the chance of discussing your desired career directions with your boss or supervisor. If you can gain knowledge of the business processes involved, aside from the usual technical expertise, you will have an edge.

To make it short, the secret on how to get SAP jobs is to dare to take the long route. It is quite difficult to find a company that will hire you without experience, but as long as you take everything as stepping stones to your far-off goal without losing sight of it, you will soon find yourself in the position you've been clamoring for.

The Tamil people in India are well-known for their elaborate and colorful wedding rituals. These are done not just for entertainment value, but due to a strong sense of tradition and observance of their religion. Even so, it never fails to be full of festivity. All the boys and girls of the family gather and celebrate, and the mood is contagious, even to the non-relatives who witness the ceremony.

    Pre-Wedding Rituals

Before the marriage takes place, the Brahmins of Tamil Nadu practice fasting and fill their days with puja, or daily prayers. The bride receives the groom's family, and there is an exchange of gifts. There are a series of rituals performed, such as kasha yatra and oonjal. There is also a practice called kanyaadaan, wherein the bride sits on her father's lap. All the family members of both the bride and the groom are involved in these rituals and contribute to the numerous preparations.

One day before the wedding, the parents from both sides receive a blessing in a ritual called Panda Kaal Muhurtham.

One ritual is the Pallikai Thelichal, wherein the bride's family place grains in earthen pots. Women from both sides sprinkle them with water while wedding songs are sung and dances are danced. The grains sprout the next day, and are placed in the pond to be fish food, in order to win the blessing of the Fish God.

In the presence of the priest, the groom presents the bride with a sari, which she dons during the wedding ceremony. Her forehead is adorned with a tilak. Her sari is filled with cashew nuts. Then the priest reads the marriage invitation to all. This is called lagan patri.

    Wedding Rituals

The actual tamil matrimony ceremonies also involve a number of ceremonies. They usually take place in a large wedding hall, which is booked beforehand. The date of the wedding is set by consulting the Hindu Calendar. There are certain dates that are said to be not good for marriages. Couples usually avoid the times between July to August 15, September to October 15, and December to January 15.

In the morning of the wedding, the bride and groom take purifying baths called Mangala Snanam in their homes. Then, the groom takes a walking stick and in a Sadhus Dress, he totes along a few clothes and goes from one house to another, as if he were going on a pilgrimage. This is called the Kashi Yatra. In a role play, the bride's father approaches him, asking him to take on the responsibility of taking care of his daughter. The groom agrees and returns home to make the preparations.

The bride dresses in a red sari given by the groom, adorned by gold accessories such as rings and bangles. Floral ornaments decorate her forehead. The groom usually wears a dotti in plain white with a white shoulder patta.

The bride and groom meet and exchange garlands. They then sit on a swing, called a jhoola. They are given a spoonful of banana and milk by married women from both sides. These women then make rice balls in a counter-clockwise direction, to ward away evil.

Then, the bride's parents give their daughter's hand to the groom. The groom takes her right hand and leads her around the sacred fire seven times. This is called Saptapadi, and it solemnizes the ceremony.

    Post-Wedding Rituals

There are also post-wedding rituals. There is a venue prepared specifically for this purposes, where the feast take place. All the relatives contribute in the preparations for this feast. Both vegetarian and non-vegetarian Indian cuisine are served. Coffee is also a typical part of the feast, and various blends can be sampled. After the feast, gifts and sweets are presented to the couple.

After the matrimony tamil, the bride is taken to the groom's house to take up residence there permanently.

Tamil Brahmin is not just a language or a group of people, it is a culture on its own. The name "Tamil" derives from "Damila" which refers to an ancient non-Aryan people, as documented in early Buddhist records. Their roots come from Pakistan, western India, and other western areas. The culture itself started to form in the early centuries before Christ, out of a particular form of speech and set of cultural traits.

    Where They Can Be Found

A lot of the Tamil people were settlers of North Sri Lanka because of the British. When they took control of Ceylon and India, they moved a lot of these people to become workers in Ceylon, for the plantations. Ceylon, it must be noted, is the old name for Sri Lanka. A minority of them, about 18 percent, still take up residence there.

Some of them live in parts of Asia, Africa, Fiji, Europe, the USA and the West Indies. But the majority of them, about 67 million in total, live in India today.

    Language

The Tamil Brahmin language comes from the Dravidian family and can be subdivided into several dialects. Some of these are Kangu, Chola, and Pandya. In written form, there is the traditional script called Grantha, and the roundish Vattelluttu for daily use.

    Religion and Beliefs

The Hindu religion is dominant among the people. They worship Shiva, Vishnu, Vinayaka and a number of other major gods. They have minor deities too. They also worship the Mother Goddess traditionally and through honoring local or minor goddesses called ammans. They do this through daily prayer known as puja. They believe largely in superstitious practices. Only a minority are Christian or Muslim.

Sages are highly thought of among the people. Ancient folklore speaks of Agastya, the heaviest sage, who had to move south in order to balance the weight of the earth. It had been sinking due to the weight of wisdom of the gathered sages. During his travels, it is said that he brought water taken from the Ganges River, which is considered sacred. But a crow tipped over the pot of water that he was bringing and it formed the Kaveri River, which is now also considered sacred in India.

These Brahmin people also have a lot of superstitions that affect their daily lives and rites of passage. For example, pregnant women are not allowed to cross rivers or climb hills. They receive gifts of bangles from the family of their husband when they reach their seventh month of pregnancy. There are also elaborate ceremonies for shaving the head of and naming the baby, once he is born. Women at the point of puberty are celebrated through a fest.

When it comes to death, they also have a unique set of beliefs. They are not allowed to refer to dead people as dead. Instead, they are believed to have moved into Shiva's realm, or to wherever it is that they go when they die. Burial is not practiced among those of higher social standing. Instead, they prefer cremation. Before the funeral, a corpse is washed, perfumed and dressed in smart or brand-new clothes. Every anniversary of the death of a family member, the relatives are required to gather, feed the poor, and give gifts to priests.

    Community Life

Matrilineal ties are given importance. Marriage between cousins is permitted and often practiced. They marry within their caste, and the bride's family pays for a dowry and all the wedding expenses. Wedding rites usually included a sacred fire, throwing rice, blowing conch shells, and colored water.

Their hello and goodbye greetings are patterned after the Hindu namaskar. This involves joining palms. They are hospitable people who entertain guests with food and coffee and tell them to return once they say goodbye.

The Tamil Brahmin people today are typically behind-the-scenes folk, who have a sangfroid and non-descript manner. They are commonly characterized by a cynical sense of wit and have been said to be the "best second-rate men in the world".

If you are planning to stay in India temporarily, one of the first considerations will be to rent a house. Most people who do so are either students, young professionals from other places or who have just moved out of their own home, or young couples who don't have enough to buy their own place. Some are even locals who would simply like to find somewhere nearer their workplace. Because of the high demand for places to stay, there are also a lot of houses being set up for this purpose.

However, due to all the people looking for such a place, the market is subject to a lot of fluctuations. Knowing exactly what you want beforehand will help you in this endeavor. That is because once you find the ideal place, you can make the decision immediately if it meets your preferences.

Guidelines on Choosing a House to Rent

-First of all, conduct a search among various channels. The classified ads in newspapers in India will surely advertise a lot of such places. If not, you might be able to search among online postings, bulletin boards in school campuses and offices, and posters or flyers distributed in the specific locality.

-Ask your friends or relatives in the area. One of them might be moving out of their place or if not, their roommate might. Also, there may be vacancies in their building or in the neighboring area.

-Set a firm budget. Remember that this will not be a one time payment, but usually a monthly rate. You must be prepared to shelve out money for this purpose every month. That means, if taken out your monthly salary, there must still be enough for your basic necessities such as food and transportation. Thirty percent is about ideal. You must be able to live comfortably while paying the rent on time.

-If you still have a hard time searching, you can look up rental agents. A good one will be able to locate places that match your preferences and narrow it down to those that are within your budget.

-When you are visiting likely prospects, inspect the property and the area thoroughly. There could be damages or problems that need fixing. It's up to you whether you feel you're able to live with them or not.

-Consider your privacy needs. Some houses are so closely clustered together that the neighbors will be able to hear you breathe. You may also have a hard time sleeping if it is in a noisy, congested area. If it is part of a building, consider if there are common areas such as the living room, kitchen or bathroom, and if you are comfortable with it or if you would prefer your own facilities.

-If you have your own car, check if the place has its own garage. Other facilities or services such as laundry or housekeeping, a gym, pool, or sports area can also be taken into consideration if you feel the need for them.

After you check the rooms and facilities, it is time to haggle for the price. When you rent house, you will usually be required to make a deposit or initial down payment. Find out how much it is and if it is within your means. Then start packing up your things- it is always an adventure to move into a new home.

    *********************** ARTICLE START ***********************

Planning to buy India cars is an important decision, especially if it is the first time. It is a milestone in a young professional's life. This decision is also one that will inevitably cost money, so it has to be thoroughly thought out.

    Prior Considerations

First of all, think about what the car is going to be used for. Is it for business purposes, recreation, or a hobby such as racing? If you are planning to drive it on rough roads, it has to be the kind of car that can withstand it. If it is going to be used for parties and social gatherings, it should be of an elegant make. The car you buy should fit your lifestyle.

Consider who is going to use it. Will it be for a single person or for an entire family's consumption? This will determine the size and seating capacity of the car you are searching for. Also, there should be safety considerations for children and infants.

Think about how regularly the car is going to be used. This will affect the efficiency and sturdiness of the car you are looking for.

Consider your budget. Do you have enough for a brand-new model, or should you hit a store that sells second hand cars?

    Picking Out the Car

Once you have visualized the kind of car and corresponding features you need, look for a place in India that is likely to sell such a model. You don't have to instantly pick one from the first car shop you encounter. Do something akin to a market survey first.

-Before you enter the shop, you must have a strong idea of your budget and to what extent that can be flexible. You may get carried away by the gleaming new cars and forget to stay within budget.

-You might even be able to find out about other models you haven't considered that have the right features too, and are within the same price range or even lower. Research further on consumer reviews about different models. Look at the vehicle's specifications such as its benefits, engine power, mileage, and seating capacity.

-Research actual market surveys to get a realistic picture of the price range of your ideal car. Then, confirm these prices and meet with the car dealers.

-After going to different places and dealers, you can make a comparison between prices and offers. Apart from the regular prices, some dealers offer cars with discounts under certain conditions, incentives or rebates. Calculate the amount in total so that if you are planning to take a loan, you will be able to estimate how much you need.

-When confronted with the actual India cars, check if the various features advertised are indeed there and working, and your options for additional fittings.

-If possible, take the car out for a test drive. Get the feel of the ride, see how comfortable you are with it. Check if both the interior and exterior are in good condition, especially if you are looking at a used car.

-Check up also on the other services available with the package. Customer service and warranties are important. Check with the insurance companies regarding their rates. You must realize how important car insurance is for the car owner.

    Paying for the Vehicle

Make sure that the car is within your budget. If you are buying it on installation, make sure you have enough for the interest as well.

India cars will serve you well as long as you are able to find a serviceable one within your budget. Just don't forget to subject it to regular cleaning and maintenance so that you can use it to its maximum potential.

Whenever a new product comes on the market, the public must be convinced that this is a product that they cannot live without. The benefits and advantages of the new versus the old must be compelling if you are going to convince shoppers to switch to new fangled brands and items. This is most definitely the case when it comes to marketing hybrid cars. When such a new technology becomes available for the average Joe, he must be sold on the positives of becoming one of the first to own this new technology. This wasn't terribly difficult in the case of a fuel efficient car that was introduced at a time when gas prices were skyrocketing. In fact, the marketing of hybrid cars was so effective; it is hard to find any of these vehicles available for sale today.

The obvious benefits that were used in marketing hybrid cars were the fuel efficiency and the environmental friendliness of these vehicles. Fuel efficiency was the first advantage, since many of the cars will reap 20-30 more miles to the gallon than similar styles that are not hybrid vehicles. Marketing hybrid cars revolved primarily around getting this information out to the general public. Once people realized how much they could save in gasoline prices simply by switching to a hybrid vehicle, the sales began to boom. The reason for this amazing fuel efficiency is the combination of a small gasoline engine that works in tandem with an electric motor that can recharge itself with the help of the gasoline engine. Amazing technology that results in a car that needs less fuel to run.

The other benefit that was used in marketing hybrid cars was the environmental friendliness of these vehicles. First, burning less fuel is good for the environment for obvious reasons. These hybrid vehicles also have much cleaner emissions, meaning that their capacity for polluting the environment is much less. Since many folks today are very concerned about the state of our environment, marketing hybrid cars for their cleanliness and lack of pollution was smart marketing indeed. And certainly finding vehicles that are good for our environment will be a huge benefit to everyone, drivers and non-drivers alike.

These benefits were so desirable, and the marketing of hybrid cars so effective, you can hardly find one of these vehicles on car lots today. The entire first wave of these automobiles has been sold. The good news is that many auto makers are in the process of getting additional hybrid cars out to the consumers as soon as they possibly can. By next year, the marketing of hybrid cars will include a large number of vehicles of every make, model and size for our driving pleasure.

Hybrid Cars not only seek and help out the environment, but they can also save the consumer money through government incentives and other motives, all which add to the worthy reasons why consumers should be investing in this low fuel expenditure and unique car. The cars are being seen as a car of the future and certain states in America are giving advantages to owners of them.

In terms of tax savings, consumer reports testify that hybrid car owners can save up to $3,400 on taxes when they buy a hybrid car instead of a regular vehicle. There are also now incentives to having a hybrid car because of the insurance; many insurance companies have claimed that they will be offering a policy discount to customers who drive hybrid cars, in some cases up to ten percent. Hybrids can also save money because a $284 billion highway bill has been passed into law that contains a provision allowing states to open high occupancy vehicle lanes to all hybrid cars rated at least 45 miles per gallon, even if there is only one passenger. A few states in the Unites States such as California, have decided to give incentives to the owners of hybrid vehicles in the form of a cut in annual registration fees, excise duties and also free parking to the hybrid vehicles.

Hybrid cars provide reduced running costs because of their lower fuel expenditure which means that the consumer will save in gas costs throughout the year. Hybrid cars can go more than six hundred miles before the gas tank needs to be refueled, which saves both time and the money of the consumer. A study found that putting together the costs of financing, fuel, insurance, state taxes and license fees, repairs and upkeep, over five years a hybrid Prius, for example, will cost $13,408 fewer than a similar size non-hybrid sedan, which means that hybrids will save money for the consumer over a few years.

It is clear that while hybrid cars are playing their part to save the environment, hybrids also save the customer money, which is a key incentive when choosing to purchase one of the innovative hybrid vehicles on the road today. If more people choose to purchase the vehicle, more incentives may be offered by the government and individual states. Hybrid cars may well be the cars of the future years to come and benefit our environment, as well as saving the consumer money.

If you have been in the market for a new car recently, you may have seen advertisements and articles about the new hybrid cars. These automobiles sound quite attractive on the surface, since they can get up to 20-30 more miles to the gallon than their traditional counterparts. Many of the big auto manufacturers have jumped on the new hybrid car bandwagon, including Toyota, Honda, Lexus and Saturn. But what are these new hybrid cars and what can one of them do for you?

A new hybrid car combines two different power sources that work together to create an engine that is incredibly fuel efficient and much less polluting than the typical gasoline engines of today. A small gasoline engine is found in the new hybrid car that is designed for maximum fuel efficiency. In addition to the gasoline engine, there is an electric motor that is powered by batteries located inside of the car. These batteries are recharged through the running of the car, alleviating the need for an elaborate charging system at home and limited use of the car. The new hybrid cars combine the best of both worlds. You get the long-running, easy maintenance of a traditional gasoline engine. You also get the environmentally friendly, low fuel requirement of an electric motor. The result is a new hybrid car that will run efficiently and cleanly on gas and electricity. This concept has made these new hybrid cars a popular choice for many who are in the market for a new vehicle. However, the technology is still new, and the supply is still greatly limited.

Today, there are only a handful of the new hybrid cars on the market. They come in a variety of manufacturer names, and in a choice of styles, including SUV's and compact sedans. However, it is not easy to find these types of cars at many locations, since the supply was bought up rather quickly after they made their appearance on new car lots. The good news is that plans are in the works for even more car manufacturers to make even more models of these new hybrid cars in the months and years to come.It is possible that the new hybrid cars will gradually take their place as the most popular vehicles on the road. Keep your eyes open for the hybrid cars at the auto dealers in your town or city.

Global Warming is a considerable increase in the climate temperature of the earth in a short period of time due to human activity. Global warming could result in the arctic ice thinning which would increase the sea level, as well as other extreme weather such as floods, hurricanes etc. Climate change is a major problem in the twenty first century, and a lot has to be done in order to turn things around for future generations. Car producers have been forced to develop new technologies to reduce the level of gas emissions that go into the air. Vehicles on the road are responsible for nearly one quarter of yearly emission of carbon dioxide – the principal global warming gas – in the United States. With the exception of three other countries, the United States transportation sector emits more carbon dioxide than all other countries combined.

Hybrids innovative technology is an alternative energy solution which helps to reduce the risk of global warming. It is clear that excessive gas consumption causes problems to the environment. A gallon of gasoline weighs approximately six pounds, and when burned the carbon inside the gas combines with oxygen from the air to produce nearly twenty pounds of carbon dioxide. When a hybrid car is used instead of a car that devours gas to the extreme, the earth can be spared a lot of unnecessary greenhouse gas.

Hybrid cars reduce fuel emissions because the hybrid engine uses the battery and not gasoline when accelerating. Also hybrid motors shut off when the car is stopped and run off their electricity. Hybrid cars use an electric motor which assists the cars gasoline engine. The help of the motor lets the gasoline engine work less, which improves fuel economy and lowers emissions of pollution going into the air. Hybrid cars reduce smog by ninety percent and use far less gas than conventional cars do. Hybrid cars can clearly contribute to the prevention of global warming because they reduce gas consumption and limit gas emissions. These ways reduce carbon dioxide in the atmosphere which holds back the effects of global warming. While they may not be the complete answer to the problems that the world faces in terms of the climate changes and global warming, they are more than a small contribution, and if the majority of people chose them as an option, it would make a big difference to the problems we are facing.

Using hybrid cars and preventing pollution can potentially go hand in hand. A lot of time has been invested in the creation of hybrid cars and pollution prevention in order to develop a more economical option but there is more to it as the effects of pollution on the atmosphere have also been considered. Hybrid cars and pollution prevention can offer a valuable advantage; lower emissions and this can have an excellent effect on the amount of pollution distributed. Far lower emissions on pollution and the other benefits can be gained when using hybrid cars. Hybrid cars and pollution prevention are now acceptable forms of cars that lower these emissions.

Tailpipe emissions affect the environment and pollution levels but this can be significantly lowered when using hybrid cars. The gases released when gasoline is burned pollute the atmosphere and usually consist of gases including carbon dioxide, carbon monoxide, nitrogen oxide and hydrocarbons. These are known as greenhouse gases and have particularly detrimental affects on the atmosphere and the environment. These gases remain trapped in the atmosphere, affecting our climate and have an overall negative affect on pollution but taking measures such as recycling and using hybrid cars can lower pollution and other impurities that may be caused. Using a hybrid car is just one way to lower the problem but avoiding the use of cars altogether would eliminate the problem. There are many steps other than using hybrid cars that could be taken to preserve energy and avoid pollution.

There are a number of advantages of using hybrid cars on the economy and pollution levels. It is growing increasingly more important to make an effort to produce less gas emissions and airborne pollution. For a clean earth, pollution needs to be significantly lowered and hybrid cars release a lot less greenhouse gases compared to cars run with gasoline engine. Climate changes have also been put down to the severe amounts of pollutions that we have unleashed on the world and the growing environmental disasters are a nasty warning signal that time is running out. These significant reductions that are witnessed by owners of hybrid cars can be a big step on the way to improving the planet. Hybrid cars can save on fuel and even reward owners with a car tax rebate so there are numerous advantages to switching to these vehicles. Although they save money, the most important benefit is the effect of the gas emissions on pollution and the environment.

If you've been shopping for a new vehicle, chances are you've heard some discussion of hybrid cars and trucks. Unlike traditional vehicles, which rely solely on gasoline for fuel, hybrid cars and trucks combine gasoline with electric power. This allows them to maintain the benefits of gasoline cars, such as being able to travel long distances without having to stop to recharge a battery, with a lowered environmental impact typically associated with less practical electric cars.

How Do Hybrid Cars and Trucks Work?

Hybrid cars and trucks use both gasoline and a high powered battery to run the car while decreasing mileage. The car is run by a combination of gasoline and the electric power in the battery, which is recharged by the more traditional gasoline powered internal combustion energy when you hit the break. As your car slows down, the energy you would take to move is instead changed into electric energy which recharges the battery, preventing it from needing to be charged like more traditional electric cars.

The primary benefit of hybrid cars and trucks is in improved fuel efficiency over traditional gas powered cars. In general, hybrid cars and trucks can be expected to get between 28 mpg (for an SUV) and 60 mpg (for a two seat Honda Insight), thus far outperforming their traditional counterparts. This can save on operating costs of the vehicle, especially as fuel costs rise, and can make a positive environmental impact by reducing the depletion of fossil fuels. In addition, hybrid cars and trucks will often also have lower emissions than non hybrid cars, helping to prevent pollution, improve the smell of your garage and make the air you breathe healthier.Unlike traditional electric cars which needed to be plugged in to recharge, hybrid cars and trucks can drive long distances at high speeds just like regular cars can, making them suitable for the needs of most families and individuals.

The most famous hybrid cars are probably the Honda Insight and the Toyota Prius, which remain the most efficient of the group, but a large number of more practical hybrid cars and trucks have come on the market in the past few years. Honda now makes hybrid versions of its popular Civic and Accord styles, and Toyota makes a hybrid Camry. For those in need of a larger vehicle, Ford makes a hybrid Ford Escape SUV, which gets quite respectable mileage and helps to reduce the gas guzzling costs of that class of vehicle.

f you want to increase your website's rankings in the search engines, you will need to use inbound links, also known as backlinks, to create link popularity. To do this, you can use link building directory submission services or promote link building by submitting to article directories manually.

While there are pros and cons to each method of creating inbound links, you will find that using link building directory submission services is very different than promoting link building by submitting to article directories.

Whichever way you decide to do it, the necessity of creating inbound links cannot be ignored. Link popularity is crucial for search engine rankings. Search engine bots automatically assume that the more backlinks there are pointing to a particular website, the more popular and valuable the website is. While this idea works in theory, it allows for the system to be easily manipulated by savvy web developers who build their own link popularity using directory submission services or by taking the more hands on route of by submitting to article directories manually.

Pros and Cons of Using Link Building Directory Submission Services

Directories to build links are categorized lists of links from various places around the web. There are many different directories out there and they all offer different services at different prices.

There are several pros and cons to using these services to create backlinks.

    Pros

Link building directory submission services are easy to find. They are everywhere on the web.

Most submission services are free or no cost.

These services usually offer quality, traffic-building inbound links.

Smaller submission services may not be very beneficial.

    Cons

Link building directory submission services have very different processes.

Larger services sometimes charge significant fees and may be hard to get access to.

Free listings can take anywhere from a week to a month to get added to a directory, and may never be added at all.

Pros and Cons of Promoting Link Building by Submitting to Article Directories Manually

Submitting to article directories is another easy way to build links. Article directories contain informational articles for Internet readers. These directories can be a powerful method of getting quality inbound links.

If you decide to use this method, you will want to submit articles to as many different article directories as possible. In general, it is better to submit a different article to each directory, but if you have a really good piece, you can spread the same article to multiple sites.

Here are the pros and cons of building links by submitting to article directories.

    Pros

Most Internet marketers consider promoting link building by submitting to article directories one of the best Internet marketing strategies around.

Search engines love backlinks from content rich pages, such as article pages. Most article directories are free to submit to.

There are article submission services and software programs that can make the submissions for you.

    Cons

Link building by submitting to article directories can be time consuming if you write your own articles and make submissions manually.

Software programs can be inaccurate and aren't good at following article directory guidelines (for example, software programs can't choose appropriate categories, etc.).

Whether you decide to promote link building by submitting to article directories or by using link building directory submission services, there is no denying the importance of inbound links. If you want your site to be a success in the search engines, give one of these methods a try. You won't be disappointed.

    *********************** ARTICLE START ***********************

If you ever tried to keep track of your family tree, you know how difficult it can be to keep the names of children, grandchildren and their kids straight. Not to mention the branches that include cousins and the weird uncle that no one really knows. Several family tree software programs have been developed to help keep track of all members of the family.

Operating a multilevel marketing program can be very similar when it comes to keeping track of upline and downlines, especially when you add in commission structures and it can be really troublesome if the program uses a binary downline approach for every distributor selling the product or service. Fortunately, there is network marketing tracking software to help put everyone under the right mom or dad in the marketing family and keep track of everyone's sales.

This is an important part of operating a multilevel marketing program, especially the part about tracking sales and commission structure. You can be sure that the people working in the program know what their sales were, as well as the sales of those in their downline and exactly how much their commission check should be. They probably also have a good idea about how much the people in their upline are going to make off their sales and recruiting efforts so the operator of the multilevel marketing program has to make sure everyone gets paid what they have earned or face the risk of a shorter leg.

The biggest advantage of using network marketing tracking software is being able to make changes quickly. Many participants, especially in the lower tiers of a marketing program often leave for perceivably greener pastures and when that happens, the members under them have to be reassigned to another leader in the group. How the new leader is determined should be spelled out in the company's program operations guide, but actually making the change and making everyone aware of the change is done through the tracking software.

Additionally, if someone leaves and the first member in their downline takes their place in a downline, their commission structure will change. Being able to use the tracking software to make the change will make sure they receive the correct amount of commission on their sales as well as a little extra from those in their downline. Working their way to the top of a multilevel marketing program is a goal of most successful members, but usually unless someone in the top tier walks away, there is little chance for advancement. It is not likely that they offer promotional opportunities.

Any tracking software has to be able to track not only the members of the organization and their commission qualification, it will have to be able to keep track of orders and include customer names and addresses. This may seem irrelevant in calculating payments to distributors, but it provides a good back up system in the event there are concerns about the legitimacy of the sales being reported in a legitimate multilevel marketing program.
