    Article Title: Understanding Duplicate Content

Every Publisher, Webmaster, and Internet savvy individuals are aware of the duplicate content problem the Internet is facing. The ones who have the main problem are the search engines like Google and Yahoo. But the mains question is, does everybody understand the real score of duplicate content?

There are rumors and speculations about getting penalized or worst getting banned from search results specifically from Google for having duplicate content in your website. Well, to tell you the truth… You will really get penalized or banned if you have the same content in more than one URL of the same domain. For example, you have an article displayed all over your site identically or 70 to 90 percent duplicated in several URLs of your site like http://yoursite.com/a.html, http://yoursite.com/b.html, http://yoursite.com/c.html. You might say, "who would want to do that?" but trust me there are webmaster doing that. For sure you get penalized for that!

But what we are talking here is the issue of duplicate content as a result of syndicating your content for hopes of high returns in terms of traffic that could lead to sales or conversions.

Content syndication online is in many forms, few of examples are Press Release, Article Distribution, Nationwide and Worldwide Newswires. Do you see CNN or BBC news sites got banned or penalized because of their content duplicated all over the Internet? I would really and easily say, NO! Now, the question is WHY?

The answer is really very simple. Observe the sites that display or publish the contents of CNN and BBC, for example. You can see a link pointing to BBC or CNN as the "source" of the content. Which means Google, Yahoo, Live and other SEs know it is from CNN or BBC!

I would like to quote Matt Cutts as he writes in his blog (http://www.mattcutts.com/blog/duplicate-content-question/), "2) if you do syndicate content, make sure that you include a link to the original content". Now, I know Matt Cutts is blogging under his own opinions and not of his employer http://Google.com. However, knowing him as one of the seniors in Google, Matt really knows what he is doing.

Now, are you still afraid of syndicating your content for traffic? Now that you know what is best?

Obviously, content syndication especially article distribution is the most powerful methods of SEO and traffic generation. And the most affordable too with sites like http://www.isnare.com, http://ThePhantomWriters.com, http://SubmitYourArticle.com around.

Understanding duplicate content is as important as it can be for every website publisher. If you as a publisher just know that it can lead you to disaster but does not know that there are good exceptions, might just make you loose your chance of taking advantage of a powerful means of online promotion, Article Marketing!

I will not talk about Article Marketing in here but I am writing this article especially for content syndicators or otherwise known widely as "article marketers".

I hope this article will clear up a few troubled minds that make us afraid to distribute articles.

Again, there is no harm in distributing articles. As long as you make sure you include a link back to your site and your page where your article is published in your site, you'll be fine.

    *********************** ARTICLE START ***********************

Gynecomastia refers to a condition that occurs in males as a result of over-development of the breast tissue. It is estimated that 60% of males in the world have this condition.

It is mainly caused by an imbalance of the main sex hormones namely estrogen and testosterone. The effect is seen in both breasts and the severity can be uneven.

The main Gynecomastia symptoms include the growth of a small lump underneath the nipple commonly associated with some pain. Once the symptoms manifest, it is advisable to consult a physician for purposes of carrying out a medical diagnosis.

A common scenario is that it occurs across all ages in males but sometimes it resolves itself over time. During instances of hormonal change such as infancy, the adolescence stage and old age, it is likely for this condition to arise.

The increase in estrogen at the expense of androgens marks the onset of this condition. Another cause is the use of anabolic steroids. Anabolic steroids are mainly used by body builders who aim at enhancing their muscles.

Consuming an excessive amount of the steroids overwhelm the body hence a great proportion is not utilized and as a consequence the development of bigger breasts in men.

Some of the testosterone that was not utilized is sometimes converted to estrogen bringing out the same result. Genetics is another possible cause. A person's family history related to the condition often leads to development of the large breast size.

Other causes may include the use of marijuana, liver diseases, treatment of cancer, effect of medications and kidney failure.

There are psychological implications that arise among the people affected by this condition. Cases of low self esteem and confidence are a common phenomenon.

The large breast in men and puffy nipples make the affected to look for clothes which are baggy in order to hide or cover up the man boobs.

When wind blows towards their direction, they try as much to cover the breast area with their hands. Situations where a person undresses such as in swimming pools, people with gynecomastia symptoms are often shy to take their clothes off.

    The signs of Gynecomastia

The usual signs that are associated with gynecomastia are lumps under the nipple area, the breast developing in an abnormal way and also the breasts becoming tender. In chronic conditions, the affected normally experience pain, various degrees of skin ulceration and sometimes nipple discharge may be experienced.

This condition is seen as early as in neonates and in most cases it disappears as the child grows. The enlargement of the disk shaped glandular tissue just beneath the nipple may be felt by hand. Disturbance of this area often leads to itching due to discomfort.

The sensitivity of the breast area often varies in most men with some experiencing mild soreness and others severe and unbearable pain. It should be noted that not all affected men experience the same symptoms.

    Pseudogynecomastia

This is the condition whereby fat tissue develops abnormally in the breast areas of men. It highly resembles real gynecomastia and the only difference is that it is not related to any medical condition.

The main cause is as a result of a person being overweight. The deposition of excess fat in the adipose tissue of the breast area is as a result of lack of proper diet and to some extent failure to exercise regularly. The composition of the adipose is soft or hard fat.

The soft fat can be removed by carrying out liposuction unlike the hard fat. This fat tissue may spread to the arm pits and back.

    Gynecomastia Treatment

The mode of treatment is mainly determined by age, severity of the condition and the preference of the affected person. Surgery is often used to correct the condition whereby it removes the excess fat tissue.

Anesthesia is mostly used to facilitate the surgery. Marks are normally made to indicate the affected areas for subsequent removal.

    Gynecomastia Surgery

There are two types of surgery. Suction Lipectomy involves the incision of the breast area in order to carry out liposuction. A newer approach is the endoscopic surgery which uses a camera to monitor the breast area before carrying out incision.

One should take the initiative of monitoring gynecomastia symptoms in their body in order to seek professional help when this condition manifests itself.

With miles and miles of coastline just minutes away, Tampa locals and visitors can sometimes have a difficult time choosing which stretch of beach to visit. If you're scratching your head over differing recommendations from your friends, it might be time to think about what you're looking for in a beach. Are you looking for a stretch of sand that's ideal for a romantic stroll, or are you more concerned about keeping the kids entertained? Would you rather visit a relaxing beach with lower foot traffic, or a livelier, popular beach that makes an excellent backdrop to a party? No matter what you want, the Tampa Bay region has a location to suit you.

Perhaps the most well-known beach in the area is Clearwater Beach. Popular with the Spring Break crowds during March and April, the beach is often thronged with people looking to enjoy the sun and sand. The area can get very crowded from spring until the end of summer, but it's the perfect destination for beachgoers who don't mind striking up a conversation with the people on the blanket next to them.

If you're on the search for a less crowded, more picturesque beach, there are several that offer beautiful white sands and clear blue-green waters without the masses of people. You can try St. Petersburg or Pass-a-Grille Beaches, which tend to be all-but-empty during weekdays and during spring weekends. Much the same can be said about the beaches at Siesta Key and Caladesi Island, both of which have been hailed as some of the best beaches in the world. Any of these choices would be ideal for visiting honeymooners or anyone else looking for a relaxing place to spend the day.

For those who want more out of the beach than getting a tan or enjoying the waters of the Gulf of Mexico, there are several destinations around the area that provide the opportunity for something a little different. Many people head to Fort DeSoto Park to enjoy the highly rated beaches, but if you walk a few minutes from the sand dunes, you'll come across the remnants of the park's namesake fort, complete with cannons from the Spanish-American War and old magazine rooms to explore. The park also has quick access to barbecue grills and picnic pavilions, so it's easy to spend an entire day there having fun with the family.

If you have kids who might be more interested in sharks or digging up fossils than in old forts, you might choose to take them to Venice Beach. This beach has everything you'd expect out of a beach on Florida's West Coast – fine sand, balmy breezes, and refreshingly blue water – but it is also known worldwide for its abundance of prehistoric shark teeth. Finding teeth there is as simple as looking down when walking the beach or combing through the sand. If you do decide to visit, be sure to bring along a container to take home the fruits of your treasure hunting labor.

By just keeping in mind what you want out of your beach day, you can make the selection process as simple as possible.

Few cities can boast of a closer connection to important events in American history than Philadelphia. At the time of the American Revolution, Philadelphia was the largest, busiest port city within the entire British Empire, with the exception of London. The city became one of the centers of the Revolution, playing host to the group of men that would come to be known collectively as "the Founding Fathers." Even today, many of the city's most prominent landmarks reflect the nation-shaping events of the 18th century. If you plan to visit the city and its historical sites, here's a guide to some of the most popular destinations.

The Liberty Bell is one of the most familiar symbols of the city and of the American Revolution in general. Originally suspended in the steeple of Independence Hall (then, Pennsylvania State House), the bell now resides in a specially designed building near the Hall. In addition to providing you with an up-close look at the bell, the Liberty Bell Center gives background information on it through historical documents. The center even displays X-rays that document the bell's iconic crack, the feature that has cemented its image in so many American minds.

Next to the center is Independence Hall, home to two of the most important events in the nation's history – the signing of the Declaration of Independence and the signing of the Constitution. The building itself is admirable, as it is an excellent example of the Georgian architecture so popular in the 1700s, and the interior has been elevated to an almost hallowed status through many popular depictions of the aforementioned events of the Revolution. Visitors can take tours of the building for free, but the number of tickets is limited, so you may want to arrive early.

A mere block from Independence Hall, you can learn more about the US Constitution at the National Constitution Center. The building was opened to the public in 2003 with the purpose of communicating both the history and the ongoing effects of the Constitution to anyone who walks through its doors. Although a document that dates back a few hundred years might seem like a dry, academic subject, the center includes exhibits on how those four pages affect issues in the news today, such as the death penalty debate.

If you happen to visit Philly in the summer, and you'd rather hang out in Franklin Square than shuffle from monument to museum, you can always take a minute to learn something about the area's past from one of the 13 storytelling benches around the park. Simply listen for the bell that signifies a volunteer storyteller is about to begin his or her story. It's a perfect way to make a day full of fun a little more educational for all members of the family!

As you can see, when you're looking for a destination that combines the rich history of the colonial era as well as the appeal of a big city, Philadelphia should be at the top of your list.

If you've been planning to take a trip to Scottsdale, Arizona, you might have been enticed by the many highly praised spa resorts the area has to offer or the prospect of taking in a spring training game featuring your favorite baseball team. If you're going to be in town anyway, why not take the time to experience a bit of the local culture? One of the important influences on the area's modern personality is the Native American arts and cultures of the past and the present, and it's easy to appreciate them at two local museums, the famous Heard Museum and the Pueblo Grande Museum.

The Heard Museum was established in 1929 by a pioneer family that was dedicated to offering people moving west with an accurate glimpse into the lives and cultures of Native peoples. The museum's interior contains several galleries filled with Native American fine arts, such as sculptures, prints, paintings, and photography produced over the span of the past 150 years. Although the works of art are interesting and enlightening in and of themselves, the museum goes the extra mile and utilizes its outdoor areas and performance spaces to cast more light on the Southwestern cultures it is focused on. For example, the museum hosts concerts and dance performances to make Native cultures that much more tangible for visitors. Curators also host lectures within the performance spaces of the museum to provide more information on particular pieces or styles of art. Before you leave to visit the museum, be sure to check out the museum's website. Because the museum has two locations in different parts of Scottsdale, you'll need to decide which one has the exhibitions you find most interesting.

Continue your exploration of the area's Native American cultures with a visit to the Pueblo Grande Museum Archaeological Park, situated between Scottsdale and Phoenix. There, you can walk a ⅔-mile trail around a site that was once developed by the ancient Hohokam people who lived on Pueblo Grande until about 1450. The trail features the ruins of a ball court and a platform mound, in addition to many types of plants the Hohokam would have cultivated hundreds of years ago. One of the highlights of the trail is the reconstructed dwellings that you can walk in and explore. You can also look through the three galleries that detail the history of the people, the archaeological methods used to uncover the remnants of their culture, and a changing gallery with rotating presentations.

Of course, these locations are simply two places to start exploring the local history, but there are many other locations in Scottsdale and surrounding Phoenix where you can continue exploring. After all, the impact of the Native Americans of the Southwest can be seen all over, even referenced in the architecture of many buildings. If you'd like to learn more about all of the cultural and educational centers to visit in Scottsdale, or any of the other attractions the area has to offer, contact the Visitors Bureau today.

If you're planning to take a trip to Oklahoma City with the kids in tow, you might be wondering what activities the city has to offer. Fortunately, there a quite a few fun places that are perfect for visiting with kids of all ages and interests.

Let's start with some of the more obvious destinations, such as the city's zoo. As one of the most family-friendly zoos in the country, the Oklahoma City Zoo and Botanical Garden can provide the perfect backdrop for a day of fun and adventure. It has an array of top-notch habitats that were specially built to house the zoo's lions and other big cats, apes, elephants, and other creatures. Many kids will want to go a step beyond merely watching animals and directly interact with them. Although your child won't be allowed to walk among the lions any time soon, the zoo does have several areas set up specifically for interactions with lorikeets and barnyard animals.

If you think your family will be more interested in an adrenaline rush as opposed to visiting the zoo, turn to Frontier City, Oklahoma City's own theme park. With four roller coasters – including the Steel Lasso, the state's only suspended coaster – an expansive water play area, and several exciting shows, you and the little ones are sure to enjoy the park. Before you head to the park, be sure to check the hours of operation on the attraction's website because the park is only open seven days a week during the summer season, with limited weekend options throughout other months of the year.

Now, we'll move on to the less readily apparent options for family fun. Although museums might sound like the dullest destinations around for kids on vacation, Oklahoma City has a few that might appeal to your children. If your child is a fan of cowboys and the old Wild West, consider taking him or her to the National Cowboy and Western Heritage Museum. There you'll find galleries full of paintings and sculptures depicting Western scenes, as well as antique cowboy equipment and Native American arts. The family can also visit the museum's turn-of-the-century replica cattle town, complete with a church, school, and train depot.

For a quirkier yet educational museum, Oklahoma City offers the Museum of Osteology. The museum is dedicated to displaying the skeletons of all kinds of vertebrate creatures. Such an unusual and interesting subject is sure to grab the attention of many of the children who walk through the museum's doors. If you think your kids will enjoy a trip to this fun and educational museum, be sure to swing by while you're in Oklahoma City because this is the only US museum of its type.

These suggestions are only meant to get you started on planning your family-friendly trip. Oklahoma City has all kinds of other fun and interesting locations that adults and kids are sure to love, with everything from playing in expansive city parks to climbing rock walls at local gyms to tubing on near-by lakes.

If you're planning to visit Tampa, odds are that a trip to the beach is on the itinerary. Perhaps you're thinking about heading out to some of the other popular destinations in the area as well, such as Busch Gardens. But you might be looking for experiences that are unique to Tampa, and places that you will see nowhere else. If that's the case, be sure to make some time in your schedule to check out some of the relics of Tampa's past.

Many historic sites are located in the downtown area as well as in Ybor City, with one of the best known being Plant Hall on the University of Tampa campus. This building is much more than a component of one of the city's universities; it is also an emblem of the city itself. Originally completed in 1891 as a hotel fit for high-society guests, Plant Hall has a distinctive Moorish Revival theme as seen in its well-known minarets. Today, the south wing of the building has been changed into museum detailing the history of railroad magnate Henry B. Plant's jewel of a hotel, with furnishings and décor dating back to the Gilded Age. You can stop by during any season to take a trip into the past, but the museum is particularly popular in December, when it is festively decorated for its Victorian Christmas Stroll.

In the heart of Downtown Tampa, you'll find another historical gem that's tailor-made to please anyone with a love of the silver screen. The Tampa Theater has been showing films since it opened its doors in 1926, and today the film selection consists mostly of independent films, as well as the summertime showings of classic movies such as Gone with the Wind and Casablanca. The charm of the impressive Wurlitzer organ is hard to ignore as it combines with the beautiful interior architecture to whisk visitors away on a memorable journey, just as it has for decades.

Even with all of the beautiful architecture and monuments to Tampa's past that Downtown has to offer, the wise traveler will also venture north to explore Ybor City. Although widely known for its raucous nightlife, during daylight hours, this neighborhood provides a glimpse into the Tampa of the late 19th and early 20th centuries, when the city was dominated by the boxy brick edifices of the cigar factories. Many of these factories are still standing, with some converted into office buildings and others undergoing restoration. Throughout the area, you'll see brick streets, wrought-iron lamp posts, and row after row of old-fashioned rectangular houses originally built to house factory workers. More than a century ago, immigrants from Cuba, Spain, and Italy ended their trek here, and their imprint can be seen and heard throughout these streets. It can also be tasted, if you stop into a local restaurant and order up a Cuban sandwich or deviled crab, two of Tampa's most beloved foods.

These suggestions are just jumping-off points: There are so many unique sites to explore in and around Tampa. Happy travels!

Currently the game of paint ball has been getting wide popularity especially with the young crowd. Paint ball is a game in which a team of players plays against an opposing team, with the main aim being to shoot as many players as possible from the opposing team with a paint filled canister in order to stain their clothes and make them drop out of the game. In a game of this kind an artistic mask will set you apart from the rest of the players. It will surely get others talking about it and give the game a lively feel.

There is nothing as classy right now as a good intimidating paint ball masks. It has to be a frightening image and may even have some shocking pictures in vivid hues as well as writings that incite feelings of fear and intimidation in the opponents. This will make the other team playing look like mere rookies.

There is a whole world of mask and other paint ball apparel, most importantly the masks. There are hundreds of masks varying in shapes, sizes and designs. The image you choose must match your personality. Preferably have one custom made for you. Ensure that the masks you choose are quite comfortable.

Functionality of a paint ball image is quite important. It will prevent you from coming into contact with the harsh chemicals in the paint canisters. A good mask will keep the paint away from sensitive areas such as the eyes, ears, nose and the like. Ensure that it is waterproof so that it serves its purpose fully. Get one that is durable so that you can use it for as long as you desire.

The mask you choose will be more authentic if it has a modern pattern and theme to make you look as good as possible. Nowadays flame designs are the in thing so try and incorporate these as much as possible into your apparel collection. This will ensure that you are part of the cool crowd.

A BB gun is one that resembles a normal gun but has a safe attachment added to it to ensure that the risk of injury while using the gun is minimized. It is mainly used by children to shoot light canisters that resemble bullets. When playing pinball it will be used to shoot light paint canisters and splatter paint all over the opponents, somewhat similar to a normal gun without all the bloodiness.

The BB gun should be used as safely as possible to avoid injury and other losses. The gun should be kept far from reach of small children and infants. The children should be well trained on how to use it before they can begin doing so.

The BB gun is a lot of fun to use as long as there is proper use of it and it is well stored. It will shoot canisters and impossibly high speeds as well as last longer than expected. Ensure that you store it according to the stipulation of the manufacturers. A game is a time to flaunt skill and flair, so show off you best side in the trendiest stuff.

Just because you are a plus size woman does not mean you can not get a nice and flattering swimwear for your size. Designers and clothing manufacturers are putting a real effort to create special plus size swimwear styles and cuts suitable for plus size women. They also provide women with a variety of fabrics and colours to choose from. These days, you can not only find plus size women's swimwear easily in stores but online as well. You can find great designs at online stores too and they can be ordered from the convenience of your home with just a mouse click.

Women's plus size swimwear is available in a number of styles. However before going for a flattering one, you must look objectively in the mirror and ask yourself these two questions:

    - What are the parts of your body that you wish to conceal?

    - What are your best assets that you want to highlight?

Only after you give yourself an answer to these questions should you proceed further to buy a plus size women's swimwear.

Here are seven useful tips for you to keep in mind while selecting a plus size swimwear:

    1. A combination of different colours in vertical or cross patterns can help you to appear slim. Dark colours and cool backgrounds suit plus size women more than other patterns. Keep in mind when choosing a printed swimsuit that the print should not be too large. Solid coloured swimwear, with a touch of a striking impression, is a great idea for plus size women.

    2. Shy women can certainly cover more but must remember that too much fabric can add extra volume to your figure, making it appear larger than what it really is. But it also depends on your body shape and which body section you need to camouflage, for example, if you have a big tummy and big hips, a swimming dress with an empire waist would beautifully hide them.

    3. For women with big breasts, swimwear with wide straps, underwire or a halter top are recommended to achieve the effect of breast reduction. To make a large bust look smaller, choose U-neck or V-neck.

    4. In general, swimwear with skirts, boy-shorts and tankinis work well for plus size women.

    5. Women who wish to hide more can go for a one piece swimwear that carries a lace or has a mesh insert. If you are uncomfortable with your hips or thighs go for a flirty sarong styled swimwear that is both attractive and fashionable.

    6. Women who are not much worried about hips or thighs should consider mini-skirted swimwear which is hitting the fashion market these days. The style is not only smart but also offers the coverage you crave for while at the beach or pool. However, avoid wearing excess ruffles or tiny pieces. These not only look unappealing on plus size women but also draw interest away from your positive assets.

    7. You should avoid crochet swimsuits because they can add volume to your figure; and also when they get wet, they can become rigid and heavy.

Above all, choose a swimwear that you like and feel comfortable in rather than simply buying something to look stylish. It is always better to look for styles that are specific to your tastes and are comfortable to wear, therefore choose wisely!

So why delay? Armed with this knowledge, it is time to get ready to hit the nearest store or go searching on the internet for the right plus size swimwear that best suits you.
