For smokers who have been in that bad habit for so long, say a couple of years or so may have a hard time breaking the habit. Nicotine is a very powerful drug and anyone who gets addictive to it develops a certain kind of dependence to it. The decision to quit is the first step to have a life free from the awful spell cast on by nicotine. Follow these few tips to get you started:

Do you know that when you smoke, more than half of what you take in is fresh air? Taking deep breaths help. More oxygen is being aided in to your bloodstream and will help you let go of your old cravings because it makes you feel good almost instantly. So whenever you get the urge of smoking, vanquish them by taking in deeper breaths.

Think of all the good reasons why you should quit. You will be able to have a healthier way of living. You will be able to lower your chances of getting sick with emphysema, pulmonary diseases, stroke or worse, cancer! You will then be able to live longer and enjoy what matters more to life.

Also, try to think about the bad things you dislike about smoking. It could be that you experience shortness of breath. Or that you feel lousy or dirty with the way your clothes or even your breath smell. Or the concerned looks you get from the people who care about you and your health and so on. Write it down on a piece of paper. Feel free to look at it whenever you can to aid you in overcoming that itch to light that cigarette whenever it arises.

You could provide a healthier environment to your loved ones. Research shows that people who take in second degree smoke have a high risk of developing the same ailments a smoker can get. Also, if you're an expecting mother, quitting could increase the possibility of having a healthy baby.

Set a quit date and clear out everything that could be associated with smoking (eg lighters, ashtrays, etc.). Don't allow other people to smoke in your home or in your office.

Try to distract yourself with new things. Indulge yourself with outdoor activities with your loved ones. Plan something fun and productive each day.

Get social support. Remember the saying "No man is an island?" You can get a better chance of quitting if you solicit help. Talk to your peers and family about your plans to quit. Get professional help from doctors or health care providers in your area. Enroll yourself in individual, telephone or group counseling.

Motivate and reinforce yourself. Whenever you reach a certain mark, say, after a week or a month without a single puff, reward yourself. Recognize your efforts of trying to do something extraordinary.

If ever you failed in some way like when you were tempted to smoke and you did, don't feel discouraged and go right back on track. Only this time remind yourself of how bad or guilty you felt when you violated your own rules. Try even harder.

Indeed, quitting is not an easy job. It could be conceptualized but may be very difficult to do with just a flick of a finger. But just like any concept, it can be done!

Women love to wear fragrances on their body because they think that they smell good and the fragrances make them feel pretty at the same time. There are many fragrance choices that women can choose from because women are individuals who care about the image that they present to the rest of the world. Women seem to surround themselves with fragrance in all areas of life and the place that they live will get an abundant amount of fragrance added to it as well.

People use fragrances for all sorts of things and have their own opinion on what smells the best. Almost everything that people use throughout the day has a fragrance attached to it and people will use fragrance in the bath, in the living room and in the car that they drive to work. Fragrances have the capability of making everything enjoyable and nice to be around.

People use lotions with fragrances in them to help keep their skin soft but also to give their bodies a good smell. Women are prone to using fragrances in the home because they want to set a certain mood and people react to those fragrances in many ways. Some visitors might be totally offended by the fragrances released in a room by a room freshener or they are in total agreement about the fragrances applied to furniture cushions or the drapes that hang on the wall.

Fragrances are also used to eliminate orders around the house and in their vehicles. Smokers are big fans of car deodorizers that remove the smell of smoke from the interior of the car. People will use fragrances to mask the fact that they use tobacco but this ploy is generally very ineffective. The fragrance will create a smoke screen effect and at times, a fragrance might be used to rid the home of burnt food.

Women prefer to use household cleaners with a certain fragrance because they want the dwelling to emit a crisp and clean appearance at all times. Every visitor can enjoy the fragrance and feel that they are special because the homeowner took the time to make the home a pleasant area to be in. Some women get lots of compliments about the fragrance that they use on their bodies from the people that visit them.

Fragrant soaps leave a marvelous smell that lingers for hours in the bathroom and gives a woman the opportunity to leave a fragrant trail throughout the home. That fragrance can be transferred to the kitchen area or another fragrance can be used to make the kitchen sweet smelling and fun to use. Anyone can change fragrances by selecting another scent in the dish soaps that they choose to wash dishes with or in the soap selections that they use in the bath.

A woman can surround herself with fragrance throughout the day by using laundry detergents with fragrances of rain in them, or fabric softeners that transfer a fragrance onto clothes that is fresh and clean. The one identifying smell that a woman chooses as her signature scent will come from the fragrance counter in a department store or from the things that she surrounds herself with every day.

Shopping for Christmas presents is one therapeutic way to release stress and at the same time release some kind of imagination when choosing the perfect gift for a certain person. But the question is, have you mastered the art of purchasing Christmas gifts? It is really quite easy to master but you have to do it fast because Christmas is just around the corner. You don't want to be late in giving those gifts now do you?

In order for you to do that, compiled below is a list of tips that you will find useful in the long run.

    Budget

First and foremost, budget is major issue here. You will obviously be spending a lot of cash. So make sure that you set your priorities straight or else you will find yourself rushing to withdraw some money on your time deposit. Shopping budget is way different from food budget and decoration budget.

If you think that this friend is worthy of expensive gifts because he or she has been with you through thick and thin, then go on and buy something that he or she deserves. If he or she does not deserve anything from you, then you have no worries here.

    Lifestyle

The lifestyle of the recipient is of utmost concern. If you are giving him or her something that is of no use, then what's the use of giving that something at all? That is exactly the point. On the other hand, if he or she is a workaholic then giving him or her a spa voucher is a fine gift. It will give him or her the relaxation that he or she needs. Just hope that he or she can find the time to even open your gift, let alone celebrate Christmas.

    Attitude

You have to do some research and know if he or she is the high-maintenance type. What are the odds that he or she will be sad instead of happy upon receiving the gift?

Anyway, you will surely know his or her personality. After all you are friends and you should know each other's personality as well as likes and dislikes. If you have an artsy musician of a friend there, even unusual little knick-knacks can make his or her day.

    List Down

Now that you have read and hopefully considered the three tips listed above, you should be able to come up with gift ideas. That will make it easier for you to pick out which ones you will really buy.

    Incorporate Your Personality

The next step is to make it known that you are the giver by injecting a bit of your style to the gift. When choosing the gift, you should not only think of the recipient, but also of yourself as the giver. Try choosing the gift that comes in your favorite color. Just make sure that you yourself as the giver also like the gift.

    An Early Start

Do your Christmas shopping as early as possible which also means that you will need to save as soon as possible. This is to avoid the holiday rush and the hassles of going through long queues and later on finding out that the shop has ran out of stock of the item you are looking for.

Pimples are not only found on the face, but could also be anywhere and could likely be found at the back as well. When you find your back breaking out with pimples, you have back acne. They are the pimples or rashes that are spread all throughout your back and can even reach your buttocks. You will usually find it annoying only when you are planning to wear a tube top, a backless dress or your favorite summer bandeau bikini.

Back acne happens when the sebaceous glands overproduces oil which leads to clogging your pores and then attracting bacteria. The difference between facial acne with back acne is that back acne is a lot harder to get rid of. This is because the skin on your back is thicker than the skin on your face. That is why it is more impervious to medication.

If you have not seen a sign of back acne on your back yet, then well and good. However, prevention is still better than cure. So read on for some helpful tips on how to avoid them before your back follows the footsteps of your face and breakout.

    1. Ditch the tight clothes. Baby tees that are too body-hugging do not allow the skin to breathe thus trapping sweat. Opt for looser tops or ones made of 100 percent cotton.

    2. Shower frequently after a spending a lot of time under the sun. You should always get into the shower after going to the gym or doing strenuous and sweaty activities. Use a body wash that is not pore-clogging to avoid trapping dirt and grime found in sweat and instead wash them away.

    3. Switch sheets at least every other three days or once week at most. If you are living in a tropical country, you are sweating more and sweat from your body can breed bacteria into those sheets. Sleeping in dirty sheets won't help at all.

    4. Breakouts on your back could also result from allergic reactions to your laundry detergent or fabric softener. Stop using them if they contain too strong ingredients or smell.

On the other hand, if you are already a victim, start getting rid of them now! Don't wait for your case to worsen. You choose either one of the ways below to finally say good-bye to back acne.

    1. Paying a visit to a trusted dermatologist is the safest and most effective way to do away with back acne. At least then you are sure that sooner or later, you will have a clean, pimple-free back.

    2. Having money always has its benefits. Run down to the spa or better yet to your derma and treat yourself with a back facial done professionally.

    3. But if you are in a hurry, you could always opt for over-the-counter medications. Though they are not as promising as back facials, you could right away see the effects. Use ones that have salicylic acid. But be wary of dark spots and scars that these medications could leave on your back.

For busy women, leisure is already pre-packed. It could be found in a cup of coffee or in a designer carrier bag. But even with this kind of leisure, stress still seems to find its way into the body. This could lead to aging at an early age especially for young professionals. So even though your job pays very well, if it causes your skin to breakout and your eye bags to puff, then you should take into consideration a much needed break.

Chilling out is different for a lot of people. But for women, it usually boils down to one thing ā?? spa. The feeling of relaxation and rejuvenation is just amazing every time you get out of a spa salon. But do you know that with all the available products in the market, you can just grab some bottles of lotion or oils and have your spa at home.

So to help you snap out of the busy life that you are leading, here is a guide to have one heck of "me time" indulging in all the things that your skin needs.

    Exfoliant

    1. Body Scrubs come in a wide variety. They are usually milk salts, oatmeal or ground almonds. Whichever you choose, all of them promise one thing ā?? to scrub off dead skin cells. They are sometimes called body buffers or body polish. Most of the time, they look like creams mixed with slat or just about any kind of grainy substance. If you have sensitive skin use ones that have milder grains and don't overdo the scrubbing.

    Wash

    1. Gel body washes are used after scrubbing the body with exfoliants. You simply squeeze out ample amounts on a loofah or wash cloth and rub it all over your body. You are simply removing the dead skin cells that the exfoliant has scrubbed off.

    2. Some soaps are not mild as compared to gel washes. But still, some people choose to use them. Opt for ones that indicate moisturizing factors on their packing. Soaps that have lavender or chamomile scents are more relaxing than any other fragrance.

    Moisturize

    1. Creams are best used when you need intense moisturizing on your skin. Apply them on rough spots like elbows, knees and feet. Some creams don't last long, too, because of exposure to air so better throw them away after three months since you opened them.

    2. Lotions are best if you just want lots of moisturizing. There are lots of kinds available in the market. If you want to illuminate your skin, you can choose whitening lotions. There are also lotions that work overnight which you will have to apply before you go to bed.

    3. Oils are usually applied on still damp skin right after you go out of the shower. Most oils have a smell that could remind you of the beach, which is not exactly relaxing but still smells good. You may also put oil in your bath so that you are being moisturized while taking a bath.

    4. Body butters are a just a little bit less dense than creams. They feel luscious once they sink deep down into the skin.

Chinese fried rice, Paella, Japanese sushiâ?Ś many of our favorite dishes has rice in them. In fact, rice is a staple food in most if not all Asian countries. Rice is also popular in the western part of the world. The reason for the popularity of rice is that it is both healthy and versatile. There are numerous ways by which rice can be used in a dish. However, in order to cook rice, you must first have a rice cooker.

Choosing a rice cooker for your kitchen can be very overwhelming, with all the different kinds of rice cookers sold in the market today. You do not need a state-of-the-art rice cooker. An average-priced automatic rice cooker is sufficient. One of the factors you need to consider, other than the price, is the rice cooker's capacity. Rice cookers may hold around one to ten cups of rice. It is important for you to determine how much rice you and your family consumes, so that you can have an idea of the size of the rice cooker that you want to buy. Another factor to consider is the rice cooker's interior pan. Rice has the tendency to become sticky once it is cooked. Therefore, it is better to choose a rice cooker with a non-stick interior pan. Ordinary rice cookers come with only one setting for cooking rice. More advanced ones have settings for cooking different kinds of rice. Some rice cookers are more efficient than other rice cookers.

There are many types of rice cookers. Among them are: the basic rice cookers, the cook-and-keep-warm rice cookers, the fuzzy logic rice cookers, and the induction heating rice cookers. The basic rice cooker is cheaper compared to other types of rice cookers. It does not have many features. It only has an on/off button and it automatically turns off once the rice is cooked. It usually comes with an aluminum interior pan. The cook-and-keep-warm rice cooker does not automatically turn off once the rice is cooked, but switches to a lower temperature to keep the cooked rice warm. It comes with a steaming tray to cook other food, other than rice and some models have timers that can keep cooked rice warm for up to twelve hours. The fuzzy logic rice cooker has more features than the basic and the cook-and-keep-warm rice cooker. It has settings to cook rice in different ways, as well as produce cooked rice with different textures. Similar to a cook-and-keep warm rice cooker, it can also keep cooked rice warm and also comes with a timer and a steaming tray. The induction heating rice cooker is the most efficient of all rice cookers. It has heating coils that generate heat from the bottom of the interior pan, resulting in evenly cooked rice. Its efficiency lies in the fact that it does not use electricity to generate heat, but to cook the rice.

Rice cookers come in different models. They are made from different materials such as Teflon, aluminum, copper and stainless steel. They even come with their own safety features like fuse protectors and automatic cord reels. Depending on your needs and your budget, there is a perfect rice cooker just for you.

For most of us who have gone through the hallowed halls of learning aka the busy and sometimes bumpy corridors of a private or public school, home schooling may be a curious and bizarre choice. The idea of not being able to have classmates and interact with them during class or recess or not being able to participate in school organizations like sports and the glee club gives the impression that you are missing out on a lot of great things and experiences.

As a famous book title says "All I really need to know I learned in kindergarten". You might as well accept that you may have failed to take up these lessons as there is no such thing as kindergarten when you are home schooled all alone. But then again, there are reasons why children are home schooled.

The term home schooling generally refers to teaching and instruction done at home but under the regulation and administration of school associations also known as umbrella schools or correspondence schools. The home school movement was roused by John Caldwell Holt, a teacher, when he published "How Children Fail." The book raised controversy as it criticized school instruction stressing that the failure of children to learn was not due to the amount of effort and determination to learn but on the setting provided by the schools.

Mr. Holt believed that the home is the most appropriate base where the child can explore and learn where there is no interference, no regulation and no control. This view was shared by an education professional couple, Raymond and Dorothy Moore. The Moores advocated that children from 8 to 12 years old can learn more from home than at schools as there is an added advantage of the strengthening of the bonds and emotional development between the parent and the child during these formative years.

On some account, home schooling is typically an alternative that some parents opt to have for their children with the wish that the latter may dwell in a learning environment different from that of public or private schools. This does not seem too unreasonable considering the situation of some of our schools nowadays.

In this day and age, it is not surprising that we hear news of school bullies hitting on the timid and meek kid or of teen cliques who discriminate at those who do not belong to their group to the point of embarrassing them in front of people scaring them for life. These horror stories could haunt any parent who only wants the best for their child and who would anticipate that they never get a chance to live through these kind of experiences.

Some parents choose home schooling for practical reasons. It is apparent that enrolling in schools is expensive. One need not only consider the tuition fees but there is the concern on the costs of books, of school materials, of projects, of field trips, and even the bus fares and the lunch money. School expenses could take a toll on some underprivileged families. A number of school regulations also preempt kids to go to a regular school. For this reason, home schooling is the fall back option.

Chests have been in existence for a very long time. In the middle ages, they were used to transport people's belongings from one place to another. What used to be something transported from place to place in the past, now finds a permanent spot in many homes today. Chests have become family heirlooms, handed down from one generation to the next. The most popular of these chests are the hope chests which were handed down from mother to daughter on the occasion of the latter's wedding, or when they move out of the home either to work or to go to college.

There are many storage solutions in the market today. The most common are made of plastic. Aside from looking generic, these plastic storage materials do not last as long as wooden chests. They are susceptible to deterioration that may come with time. Wooden chests on the other hand, are durable. With proper care, they can last for hundreds of years. In fact, collectors will pay a very high price for antique wooden chests that have been around for hundreds of years.

Many affordable chests would make great storage solutions for the home. Wooden chests are great for storage since they are made from wood such as cedar, oak, cherry, walnut and pine, which are very resilient and remain the same for decades. The natural oils from the wood keep insects from the contents of the chest and give off a pleasing scent, eliminating the need for mothballs and other insect-repelling objects and deodorizers.

There are some wooden chests that come with a padded lid, which act as a seating area as well as a storage area. These types of chests work well as storage for shoes. A person can sit on the chest while putting on a pair of shoes after taking them from the chest, or taking off his or her shoes before placing them into the chest. In the bedroom, chests are used for storing bedding, linens, and clothes. Chests that come with drawers can be used as bedside tables or nightstands. Chests are also very functional in the living room, where they may be used to store extra throw pillows, remote controls, CDs, books and magazines. They can even be used as television stands, a storage area for stereo systems or components, or even an aquarium stand. Lamps and telephones can be placed on top of chests, making them work as tables. In fact, wooden chests would make perfect coffee tables. In the bathroom, chests can be used for storing extra toiletries, towels, and bathrobes. A chest of the right size might even be converted into a bathroom cabinet for the sink. A sturdy wooden chest is the perfect place to store gardening tools, crafting paraphernalia, dining utensils, glasses, plates, and even hammers, wrenches, and other handyman tools.

Most wooden chests in the market today are handmade. Skilled artisans embellish them with designs that make them works of art, worthy to be handed down from generation to generation. A wooden chest is no ordinary furniture. It is an investment that will last forever.

A professional hockey player will achieve many goals during their career, and if they stay in the game long enough, they might even earn several titles that they can look back on with fondness and pride many years after they have retired from the sport. One of those titles might be as a member of the over the hill gang, which old timers of hockey take in stride and carry with them with pride each time they get on the ice for a professional level game of hockey.

Some professional hockey players take this title very seriously because they have spent a number of years perfecting their game and enjoy being admired and respected by team players and the fans. The fans are what motivate them to play the best games of hockey in their life, because the number of games left to play might be very limited. When veteran hockey players take to the ice, they take with them an air of confidence and a grain of wisdom that many players will not possess.

Some hockey players might spend their entire life with skates on their feet and their parents might swear that they were born with them. Most hockey players must get accustomed to the bulky gear that comprises the team uniform because it can be quite cumbersome when they are moving at fast speeds on the ice. After a time though, the hockey player will take that additional weight of the uniform in stride.

The veterans of hockey teams across the United States find it hard to take certain shortfalls in stride but still manage to play the game of hockey every day of the week anyway. A Stanley Cup victory is an elusive dream at this point in the life of a veteran player who has pursued this championship title perhaps several times in their career and has never experienced the thrill of it.

Getting a playoff berth might relieve the ache somewhat that veteran hockey players feel but that pursuit is what makes playing hockey so thrilling. The pursuit of forming a championship team will also take players to the point where most of the tension in a hockey game would escalate to sheer agony if the team failed week after week to make the goals and assists that are needed to reach that championship status. The use of veterans during the training phases of each hockey season might be the smartest decision a hockey coach could make all year.

A veteran hockey player will take setbacks in stride and try to convey to hockey players in their rookie year, just how important teamwork each during each game. One player on the team might have an extraordinary game and achieve more goals and assists than anyone else on the team. If those goals are counted on their own merit, they will not usually be enough to qualify a win for the team, and the pursuit of the Stanley Cup could very well end when only a few games of hockey are played.

By the time a skateboarder has refined their techniques and styles to a level that meets all the requirements for competition, they have also had time to amass a whole new language that is understood by all skateboarders around them. As they perform various skateboarding tricks, there are certain terms that they will use to let others know that they bested their best score and feel ready to try something else.

A parent might be totally lost around youngsters as they begin their training, but by the time the adolescent reaches the competitive levels of skateboarding, they are sure to be well-versed in what is said and know enough about the sport to look favorable in the social circles that develop at these events. Some parents have learned to carry a skateboard trick glossary with them, and others simply prefer to keep a skateboard parts glossary in the glove compartment that they can use while shopping for parts to a skateboard.

These reference materials will be very helpful when parents need to find out what was said over the loudspeaker at an event. The strange word might deal with the name of a trick, or the term might be a simple word that skateboarders speak all the time. No parent wants to stand out in the crowd as the one that does not know what is going on, so these parents rely on the handy reference materials to keep them informed.

Some parents find that learning about the differences in wheels will help them when they must shop to replace some. If the skateboarder is kind enough, they might just provide the number which is on the wheel and take all the guess work out of getting the right wheel for the skateboard they use for street skating. Harder wheels stand up better when used on the streets and parents like them more because they do not have to be replaced as often. Some skateboarders will change wheels out just because they want a better grip even though they are using a longboard.

With some type of reference material on hand, it might be impossible for a parent to shop for an axle. They might get word from the skateboarder that the wheels are starting to slide, and they might believe that the wheels need to be replaced. If the parent knew that there were several reasons why this type of slippage could occur, then they might be able to negotiate their way around a sports shop and buy a new truck, or a new hangar if that is the cause of the slippage.

A skateboarder will know the difference between the bushings and the deck, and might even have a favorite brand of grip tape that they want to use. A seasoned skateboarder will be in tune with the sport enough to know when they need new trucks or need to replace the risers and the shock pads. All of these items will keep a skateboarder skating and they make it a point to know the terminology just so they can tell their parents what to pick up at the store.

Dieting has never been a new word to almost anybody who is, should we say, overweight. They may have even tried all sorts of dieting before. To some, it may be sort of upsetting to learn that they can go without food for a while only to find out that they would go back to their old habits of overeating as soon as the familiar urge comes back. Dieting is often associated with starving or fasting and oftentimes it does not do any permanent good at all. The only answer to this pressing problem is a completely renewed pattern of living. Here are a few simple steps to get you started:

Eat regularly but take in smaller quantities of food. Your meals should be smaller than the usual. Continue to take in a balanced diet but try to cut out on fat and sugar. Foods rich in fat and sugar are too high in calories. You can still enjoy food without them. At the same time, be sure to include whole-grain cereals, enriched breads and reasonable amounts of potatoes in your diet. These are essential to health. Avoid foods that are high in fat and sugar such as ice cream, pastries, rich desserts and candy. You can even replace them with healthier, low fat foods. For instance, instead of eating ice cream, try a low fat fruit yogurt, fruit ices or fruit whips made with egg whites instead. Try angel food cakes in place for rich desserts or pastries. Replace candy with fresh or dried fruits. Use low-calorie dressings for your salads.

Do not nibble in between meals. Train yourself to get along with less food. You will feel better once you overcome those urges and you will enjoy living on a reduced diet. Be careful about leftovers. This is common especially for housewives who hate to see their food to be thrown out. That is why they put on weight because they opt to eat the leftovers rather than throw them out. The solution? Prepare less food to control the problem of leftovers.

Do not go hungry for long. Do not starve yourself. Eat regularly but sparingly. Teach yourself to take in less food. Soon you will learn to enjoy your new way of living.

Sensible exercise should always come with dieting. It will help burn out those extra calories. The best exercise for starters is walking and gradually progressing to other exercise schemes.

Start your day right with a good breakfast. Have a hearty breakfast. It is the most important meal of the day as it will carry you through the day. With a good breakfast, you can be less tempted to nibble on snacks in between meals.

Use these foods freely - lettuce, greens, tomatoes, celery, and carrots. These foods are all low in calories but are rich in vitamins and minerals. If ever you get the urge of having something, try these foods instead to ward off hunger.

A final word - once you get to decide on losing weight, make sure you stay there! Maintain this new way of life and it is guaranteed that you will soon learn to accept and enjoy this new you.

Some baseball fans show their appreciation for the game by compiling a numerical record of every baseball game that was ever played and the location's name because they deem it is important for fans to know it many years from now because some stadiums are torn down . These fans are so devoted to the game of baseball that they will list all the games played by major and minor league baseball players.

Some baseball fans like to converse about baseball games that were played more than 20 or 30 years ago. It seems that holding on to the past is part of what makes baseball the sport it is today. The modern form of baseball chatter is conveyed through various sports commentaries that are carried out in blogs over the internet framework. This open forum discussion can get tempers to rise at times, especially when it is close to the end of the season.

The baseball fan gains great pleasure and insight from the various sources of information available to them through the internet. At times, it is possible for them to hear the latest information from the players through blogs, or through their own biographical information that is updated with interesting tidbits of information. A true baseball fan knows just where to find all the information that they need on a baseball team or a group of individuals that were chosen to play in an All-Star game.

Other things concerning baseball can be discussed through blogs that will bring all baseball fans closer. Some fans might have watched the baseball games closer than others and are able to share information such as the longest game by a Major League baseball team and relate to other fans just how many innings that specific baseball game ran. They might even gloat if it happens to be their favorite team, and they can bolster fan spirit by telling others exactly who was pitching in that game and make great fanfare on who the losing team's pitcher was.

A baseball fan will show their appreciation by purchasing season tickets for their favorite team and wearing MLB gear to all games they attend. This gear could be from the MLB store at the stadium, or from a retailer that is located on the internet. Fans will take good care of all of the baseball gear that they purchase throughout the years because it will most likely become a collectible that people will be willing to pay good money for in ten or twenty years.

Some fans will take a liking to several players in the game of baseball. They will go online and create fan websites where people across the country can share photographs and other mementos that they have come across through the years. A fan might own a life-size replica of a player that they have placed on the wall in their child's bedroom. This type of fan appreciates will most likely create another fan that will be inspired by baseball just like their parent before them.

Learning a new language is the trend nowadays. People who do it have a lot of reasons. And most of the time, their reason is to have that edge over competitors in the field of business. But even if you are not into business, it still gives you a lot of advantages. Think about it. When you are done convincing yourself, you can now start assessing on what kind of language suits you best. Here are the things that you might want to consider before choosing a certain language.

    Useful

Some people study a certain language because to them, it would be useful in the long run. Others use it for business. What about you? What do you do that makes you need to learn a new language? What kind of people do you usually encounter in your line of business? Would it help improve or even make your life easier? Answering these questions would greatly help you come up with a fewer selection of languages that you could use. Don't even think of studying two languages at the same time. To be able to fully understand and speak fluently a certain language, it would be better if you just focus on just one. Then you can proceed to another one later on. Of course, you can choose not to study another one. But if it is still useful, then you should also consider it.

    Want

You need to want it first in order to learn a new language. The willingness to learn a new language is the key to everything. It would make studying and everything else that comes along with it a whole lot easier. Just maintain that eagerness all throughout the studying period. And besides, even if you don't have to learn one, you will also have fun studying. That drive will take you places. And who knows, you might need that tongue sooner or later. So by all means, go for it.

    Time/Convenience

You know, you can always waste your free time on watching TV, listening to the radio or surfing the net. Of course, you will do all these and study at the same time. This is because, you can watch TV shows that use the language you want to study. Audiobooks are available, too. Last but not the least, many websites offer online tutorial and lessons. With all the new technologies that we have nowadays, having not enough time is no longer an excuse to not being able to do something or anything. Multi-tasking is definitely the word that best describes what everyone is doing. But if you don't think that you could take all the stress, then don't do it. Just take one baby step at a time. For example, you can study a new word per day and try using it in your daily conversations. On the other hand, if you have all the time in world, going to school that specializes in teaching a certain language is the way to go.

    Budget

If you have loads of money to burn, then you can always enroll in a good, if not prestigious, language school. There you can try speaking, comprehending, and engaging in conversations with people who talk with the same tongue to your heart's content. Teachers are also available for consultation. But if you can't do that because of lack of funds, there are always a lot of available cheaper alternatives. Like the ones mentioned above, you can try listening to audiobooks, which are available in some libraries for a rent or for free. This is best if you have chores to do around the house. But if you just sit in your little office cubicle, then spending your break time browsing for sites that offer online tutorials is a good idea. If you get lucky, you might come across one website that offers it for free.

You may walk into almost any office nowadays, big or small, hi-tech or low-tech, or even in some homes and find a fax machine. Fax (short term for facsimile, which in Latin means "make a copy") is a modern telecommunications technology which allows the transfer of copies of documents from one location to another via telephone lines. It usually consists of a scanner, a printer and a modem. When the original document is fed into the fax machine, the scanner converts the physical document into a digital image. It then sends the data into the modem which then sends it to another device using telephone lines. Lastly, the printer from the receiving end produces a printed copy of the transmitted data.

The fax machine was conceptualized by Alexander Bain, a Scottish mechanic, in 1843 using his knowledge of electric clock pendulums. He used this idea to create a back and forth, line by line scanning mechanism using a stylus mounted on a pendulum. This technique involves transcribing the document to be scanned into a metal plate. It was not until 1865 that the pantelegraphe, the world's first practical fax machine, was introduced in the world market. This was invented by an Italian physicist, Giovanni Caselli. But the forerunner of today's modern fax machine was the transoceanic radio facsimile which was invented by Richard H. Ranger in 1924. However, his invention was not put into commercial use not until after 2 years. The very first photo reproduced by the transoceanic facsimile was of President Calvin Coolidge transmitted from New York to London in November of 1924.

When you really think about it, a fax machine is a very convenient way of transmitting documents from one place to another. Even if we have Fed-Ex or any other high-speed mail delivery service option, it is often more economical to send and receive documents with just a few buttons to push. For some businesses, it is nearly impossible to operate without a fax machine. A modern housewife can have her pricelist of groceries for the home sent via fax. Let us look into the three common types of machines to receive fax:

    - Machines utilizing thermal paper. The thermal paper is coated with chemicals that react to heat. It is inexpensive and does not utilize a lot of supplies such as ribbons, ink or paper. However, you have to make another copy of it should you want to store it for a longer period of time because the paper discolors after some time. Since it also reacts to heat, should you store it in a hot place, the paper turns black completely.

    - Machines with Inkjet or Laser Printers. As it suggests, it uses inkjet or laser printers to print the received fax. An inkjet printer is any type of printer which places exceedingly tiny droplets of ink onto paper to produce an image. Similarly, a laser printer does the same job but it utilizes a highly focused beam of light or laser beam.

    - Computer Printer. A fax modem receives the fax and the data is stored into the computer's hard drive as a graphic file. You can then print it using you computer's default printer.

As college graduates, you deserve way better than working with a very low pay. In choosing a career, you need to consider a lot of things.

First, if you know that you are to stay permanently in your recent house, it is better to work in a company or a firm situated near you. This way, you can cut off your bus or train fare. Some families have to justify why they would need to buy new luggage for a family vacation. A certain amount of reasoning goes in to justifying everything that we do. Travelers will usually rely on cost saving measures to justify the purchase of a new set of luggage. The cost of getting clothes professionally pressed at each hotel along the way can make buying luggage a matter of necessity for a large family.

Families that have several children traveling might choose to buy new luggage after they see how hard it is for the children to get dressed everyday. If the children were at home, they would have their own rooms, with furniture that kept clothes separated into drawers until they were needed. If the parents chose to buy each child a piece of luggage, then they would be able to find things while on the road because their clothes would be in different compartments and get dressed faster.

Most people will buy a new piece of luggage because they need additional storage space. In the past, travel luggage was made with small interiors and fashionable exteriors. Travelers did not get any choice when it came to selecting luggage for storage capacity. A new piece of luggage could be purchased because it has a deep and roomy interior that would hold a lot of clothes without causing them to wrinkle.

With a new piece of luggage, a traveler would be able to have personalized luggage. A traveler would have a piece of luggage that distinctive among all others in the luggage turnstile and they would be able to claim their luggage and be on their way in a matter of minutes. The piece of luggage that they have carried around for years will blend in with the rest and travelers will have to take time to search for a baggage claim check to identify which piece of luggage is theirs.

Some people might prefer to buy a piece of luggage that is certain to fit in the overhead compartment on the aircraft. None of the pieces in their present luggage set were made for this purpose, and one additional piece would allow travelers to avoid the baggage claim area altogether. The carry-on luggage could include a compartment that would be perfectly suited for a laptop computer.

Some travelers are simply tired of carrying outdated luggage that shows signs of wear and tear that stem from many years of use. A new set of luggage would be a wise choice for any traveler because of the spacious interiors, custom exteriors and the additional storage capacity that it offers. This type of travel luggage could be personalized in many ways to make identification easier at the airport.

There are more actions involved in gardening than many people realize. Some people think that all they have to do is dig a hole in the ground, plant something in the hole that was dug and cover it up and water it regularly. Some people do not realize that plants are living things that require a certain amount of nutrients to be in the soil they are planted in and that these plants will need good quality air around them to stimulate growth and to allow the plants to pollinate.

Most people would never think that they would have to design a garden. They do not take the growth patterns of plants into consideration until they are faced with overcrowding in the flower bed and some shrubbery has not been able to grow to its full potential and is now considerably shorter than the height that the owner needed to create a privacy fence around the property.

A garden that is planned out will serve as a decorative accent to the home landscape. The garden can be planned to include irrigation which would allow the homeowner to water all of the plants and shrubs in the backyard on a regular basis with very little effort. Some areas of the property can be saved because the home garden was planned so that it would help keep top soil from eroding.

Most gardeners want to create beautiful landscapes around the shrubbery in the yard but do not know the first thing about preparing the soil. They might need to get guidance from a home and garden specialist when they learn that there is a big difference between mulch and topsoil. The home gardening specialist will most assuredly tell them that plants can not survive on topsoil alone.

The most cautious home gardener will stick to practicing container gardening because the rest of the gardening chores seem too complicated. These home gardeners have come to trust the soil content that is in the potted container and know that they can grow tomato plants this way and get good results. They also like the fact that containers can be moved around the home and used for decoration.

These home gardening enthusiasts might choose to visit a home and garden store and buy tomato plant food because they know that tomatoes need more than water to grow even if they are growing well in the container that they were planted in. They might take the time to check out some pesticides and consider which ones are good for indoor use and which insects are likely to migrate indoors because of the beautiful tomato plants in the kitchen are simply irresistible.

Lingerie has time in memorial been a significant part of any woman's wardrobe. A woman's lingerie collection requires delicate wash and care for it to last long.

It is very important that you read the label indicating the proper cleaning process appropriate for that lingerie. Some very delicate types of lingerie may even require dry cleaning. Most of the time, lingerie is best washed by hands because of the material these are usually made of such as laces, ribbons and fabrics that make it prone to easy tear. If you have to use the washing machine for it, you have to have it under easy cycle wash. One should bear in mind that lingerie that is harshly washed or very often machine washed will not last for a long time.

A mild detergent should be used when washing lingerie because it protects the color from fading or from bleeding away. The lingerie should be delicately rubbed and should be washed using lukewarm water. Those with ribbons and laces will tear if washed harshly. If your lingerie is padded or wired, it shouldn't stay too long in the washing machine should you machine wash it. There is a strong possibility for the pads to get destroyed as well as for the wires to be detangled rendering the lingerie practically unusable. Lingerie should never be put in a drying machine but instead left to hang dry in the open to help maintain the material's quality.

Cotton is one of the materials that are difficult to maintain. If a mild detergent is not used, the cotton shrinks, can sometimes get distorted and lose its shape. The color easily fades away in cotton. Lukewarm water and not hot water should be used in washing cotton for hot water can damage its material and color. It should also be dried hung or flat. There is a strong tendency for cotton to shrink when dried using drying machines so it suggested to iron cotton when you want to get rid of the creases and the wrinkles.

Satin, silk and synthetic materials are delicate so they need to be dry cleaned. Dry cleaning not only protects the material but it helps preserve the color as well. If you are daring enough to wash satin or silk at home, you should only use a very mild detergent. Cold water should only be used to protect the color and it should be soaked for about 20 minutes or so in the cold water with the mild detergent to remove the dirt. Rub gently the stains to remove them and it should be flat dried. Iron gently on minimal heat.

Often people go bargain hunting to buy items that are very low priced. While this is the usual objective for most shopping trips, there are some people who hunt for bargains on a professional level and the objectives for these shopping trips are viewed with a different perspective. These shoppers go bargain hunting to find items that other businesses need and these items might keep businesses in operation.

There are many industrial part vendors that go bargain hunting any place in the world because a client needs a repair part to keep a piece of machinery running. These machinery parts locators have access to a large network of repair parts providers and simply must find the correct part and deliver it to the business. The bargain hunting objective on these trips is to find parts are very low prices.

The savings will normally not be passed on to the client and this is why a bargain hunter remains in business. They are willing to do a lot of hard work to find a repair part and feel that the extra profit is simply a reward for a job well done when they eventually locate the part. Some bargain hunters will visit shipyards and other industrial areas where safety issues can occur at any moment.

The bargain hunting might require the shoppers to climb up scaffolding to gain access to a part. The parts locator will make a considerable profit if they can put their hands on a part that nobody else has been able to find and they are willing to go down into the hulls of ships to find a part that has not been made in forty years or more. Finding rare parts is part of the excitement that bargain hunters experience during a bargain hunting trip.

Some of the best bargain hunting objectives can be found with military contractors. The pricing on parts with the military is often open to suggestion but the military still has many locations for storing and selling parts to outside sources. Some parts locator services will bring shopping lists with them that contain a hundred items or more. The bargain hunters keep an objective tally on the number of parts that will fit on one truck to make sure that profits do not slip silently away.

Professional part vendors maintain an objective view on how they can sell the items in their inventories. They might create a repair parts website and allow other people to go bargain hunting for parts that they need for their tractor, truck or mobile home. The best bargain hunting objectives can work both ways and if shoppers and sellers will agree to great deals, then everybody will come out a winner on a bargain hunting shopping trip.

People may hate to admit this but you would have to agree that appearance is important for your career, your love life and your influence over other people. When you meet people for the first time, they will instantly have a first impression on you based on your physical appearance. While there are certain circumstances like your age, skin color and others that may be beyond your control, you can present yourself in the best image possible with the clothes you wear and how you carry it.

Men should never wear a tie on a short sleeved shirt. Most people perceive short sleeves as a lower class of apparel. You practically cannot do anything about it if it's part of the uniform like the case of managers who work at fast food chains but should you wish to display a professional image this is definitely a faux pas.

Your shoes are important as it complements your entire look. Always keep your shoes clean at all times, shined and wear one that is appropriate for the occasion. Lace-up shoes should be worn with a suit. As much as possible do not wear the same pair of shoes straight for a number of consecutive days. You can prolong the life of your shoes, if you would hang them on shoe trees when not in use.

Men's trousers should not be short and those that cover the socks are appropriate. Also, the socks that you wear should cover your legs all the way to the shin area so that no portion of your leg's skin will be exposed when you cross your legs. You will know that your trousers are long enough when the front forms a slight break.

Never wear at the same time a belt and suspenders.

The color of your socks should match with your trousers and your belt and shoes should as well match. Your tie should reach your belt line.

Single breasted suits can have only a single button and two or more. Jackets with two or three buttons are classic and suitable for social events. Only the top button is fastened for a jacket with two buttons. You can close the middle button or both the middle and lower button if the jacket has three buttons. For jackets with four or more buttons, all the buttons should be fastened.

Double breasted suits are more formal which will have four to six buttons. They are identified by a two number designation with the first number signifying the total number of front buttons and the second number representing the number of button holes. Not all buttons have to be fastened. Usually the middle or upper button is fastened.

Sports jackets and suits should properly fit and a quarter to half an inch of the shirt sleeve should show at the jacket sleeve.

The market for motorcycles is huge, and there are more and more motorcycles that are specialized and they are selling better than ever. The industry is taking advantage of all the new technologies that are available. You often hear a lot about these "dream" bikes, because that is what they should be for someone who is a beginner to the sport of motorcycling. You don't hear so much about motorcycles the beginner should be riding, until they have the skills to move on to a motorcycle with a little more muscle.

In the 60s and 70s a motorcycle that was considered small was one that had 50cc to 125cc; the intermediate motorcycles were the 150cc and 200cc. Motorcycles that have 250 through 500cc were considered midsize, and motorcycles whose engine was 600cc or more, was considered a big bike. Motorcycles come in 1400 through 1800cc these days and those are the big bikes. It is no wonder as these are heavyweight bikes.

It is true that the motorcycle world is mostly made up of experienced riders, but it has given new riders very little choice when it comes time to buy his or her first motorcycle. Motorcycle manufacturers are selling bikes with up to 800cc as beginner's bikes.

As an example a bike that was 800cc or more was considered a bike for an experienced rider, and now because larger and larger bikes are being manufactured, 800cc seems low compared to the monster motorcycles you will see at the dealership that has 1800cc. For dealers to recommend that a beginning rider purchases any 600cc or larger is like putting your kid in the car with the keys and saying, "Have at it."

Don't despair; there is a bike out there for you to learn safely on until you are ready for the bigger guns. Standards and cruisers are a much better for the beginner than a sport bike. Riding a standard or a cruiser is a much more versatile ride. You can drive them on the interstate, country lanes or city streets. You can use this kind of bike to commute to work, or take a ride in the country over the weekend. The novice rider will find that a standard or a cruiser handles easier when you are traveling at lower speeds. This is usually when a tip over is most likely to happen.

Experts in the world of motorcycling recommend that for your first bike a 125cc-250cc is the best choice. They are typically easier to maneuver, cheaper to repair should you have a mishap; they are lighter and easier to balance. In short, this type of bike will be less likely to cause the novice rider to get into any trouble.

You can find websites for more information about purchasing a good beginners bike before you go out and buy that fantasy bike. Once you learn proper riding methods and safety techniques, you will be ready to trade your old bike for something with a little more power and a bit more speed.

Gestalt psychology tells us the whole is more than the sum of the parts. Perhaps those early German theorists discovered this principal while out in the garage working on their motorcycle one day. No, probably not. But it does ring true that the experience of owning and riding a motorcycle is so much more fun and meaningful than the hundreds of individual parts that make it work. Still, when one of those parts isn't working or needs replacement, the whole motorcycle and biker suffer. Fortunately there are many online opportunities to buy parts and everything else to make to whole experience better.

    Parts and More Parts

Many online dealers and outlets are a great place to get OEM (Original Equipment Manufactured) parts. These parts replace the parts originally on your machine when it was manufactured. So if you want the exact part look for an online retailer with an OEM section of their website. You will need the part number along with the make and model year of your bike. Older parts are harder to request, particularly of they no longer make that type of bike. Many companies also sell Aftermarket Parts. These are parts that are not made by the original manufacturer of the motorcycle, but are designed to fit and work as well as original parts. They are frequently less expensive. Make sure you know which one you are ordering and check the part when it comes in to make sure it's either an OEM or Aftermarket part.

    It's All In The Details

More than an automobile, a motorcycle must fit the body of the person riding it in order for that person to have a safe and comfortable journey. A bonus of online shopping for motorcycle buyers is the ability to customize a bike to fit their needs. http://Bikebandit.com is one of many online retailers that sell things like seat extensions, knee and shin guards, or decals and stickers to customize your bike to look the way it should look for you. Each manufacturer has link on their site to the customization page where you can choose which accessories work best on your bike to ensure that it not only has the right feel but the right look as well. You want your motorcycle to say something about you, and online accessories stores are prepared to help you do that.

    Clothes Make The Rider

Motorcycle clothes aren't just a vanity worn to look a certain way. Most of them have a protective component important when speeding along in the open air. Riding suits can be purchased both from dealers and from online motorcycle clothing stores. Some of these also come with attachments to the suit for knee and elbow protection. A good helmet is essential and every rider has a preference to the type of helmet most comfortable. Some prefer a full-shield and others feel claustrophobic behind the full helmet and want the half helmet which doesn't seem to block their vision or enclose them too much. Make sure the website you purchase from has a return policy if you do buy a helmet or other specialty clothing so you can exchange something if the fit is not exactly perfect.

Motorcycles are a ton of fun to own and journey with. With some online extra's you can make sure your ride goes on for a long time to come.

Golfers like players of any other sport have their own language, outfit and skills to boot. They speak with a tongue only co-golfers understand. A professional golfer clad in a typical golfer's outfit will stand out amidst basketball and football players in their sweaty jerseys. Lastly, a good golfer should have mastered accuracy and precision more than a good scientist can calculate.

Now, if you are indeed new to this, read on and you will not have to worry of making a wrong move again. First you should learn the necessary stances and techniques in order to go about golfing. Right below are the basic positioning and some techniques you should be able to master after reading them.

    Playing the Game

First of all, grip the club properly. If you are right-handed, use you left hand to palm and finger-grip the club above the right hand. If you have small hands, try the interlocking grip. This is where the little finger of the right hand lies between the middle and forefingers of the left hand and is wrapped around the forefinger. You could try the baseball grip in which you merely touch the hand without overlapping or interlocking.

As for the feet, spread them far apart parallel to the shoulders' length for long shots. They are should move close as the distance from the green decreases and higher-numbered clubs are being used.

You should try to control the swing as much as you can. It should be deliberate and rhythmical as much as possible.

    The strokes include:

Address - this means standing by the ball, putting your club down and preparing to hit the ball

Backswing - wherein the hips turn from left to right accompanied by the shoulders and arms while the left arm remains straight

Downswing - wherein both arms should be straight at impact and continue into the follow-through while the weight will gradually shift to the left foot

Impact - when the club hits the golf ball

Follow-through - when your whole body turns after the impact, hips should turn and both arms should be balanced

    Personality during a Game

To speed up play, be prepared to take your turn. Don't go about the place and be out of focus. If you are playing slow, let the group behind you go ahead. Time should be spent wisely so be aware of the people around you. Count all of your strokes since you should make a hole in the fewest possible shots. Control your temper and do not throw your clubs, especially at anyone. Learn to respect the people you are playing with even if you are losing.

In 1989 a small company named Quantum Computer Services, changed its name to America Online (eventually becoming, AOL). The name change would be the beginning of a meteoric rise as an Internet service provider. By the mid-1990's America Online would surpass Genie, Prodigy and CompuServe to become the number one Internet service provider in the world. At one time America Online is said to have had 30 million customers.

However, nothing that gets that big can sustain its dominance forever. It declined as other service providers began to utilize the same technology and advance on the things that America Online brought into the computer room. With all the changes that have been made in the last 16 years AOL still has distinct advantages over other ISPs.

    Creating community

America Online was the first with Buddy and chat technology allowing people from across the world to have private space in order to share thoughts on topics ranging from political issues to personal hobbies. The success of the community provided by chat rooms soon led them to invest in instant messaging technology with separated them from many ISPs over a course of several years. Only when Yahoo and MSN messenger began to broadcast their instant message ability did AOL lose its hold on the community they created connecting strangers by topic and by room. AOL's current buddy list and AIM system is still one of the easiest for non-technical people to use quickly and has a number of amenities other chat sites do not. For being a part of an online community, nothing beats AOL.

    Interchangeable accounts

When AOL began its service, the basic fee was $19.95. As time went by, it rose to a high of $25.95. Many people continued to be willing to pay the high price for AOL, in part because of its ability to have interchangeable accounts. For people who want a private e-mail address, a business e-mail address or have six people in their family AOL is a great value. It offers several accounts, all for one price. Not only do they offer multiple screen names, they also give you the ability within their software to change from one account to the other and see if there is mail in one account from the other. This easy-to-use interchangeable system allows people to have privacy and flexibility when it comes to e-mail addresses. AOL has since reduced its fee back to $9.95 to keep up with the current Internet market but you still get seven e-mail accounts for that low price.

    Specialty services

AOL was a pioneer in parenting controls and helping monitor which web sites AOL can access. That specialty program has combined with others to create a unique community for every member of AOL. AOL has web sites that cater to gay and lesbian clientele, African-American clientele and in Spanish. They have AOL Red for kids, and specially design web pages by culture, topic and type. The specialty services allow people to create an individualized Web browser to meet their needs.

AOL is a company that will both rise and fall as the Internet service provider market changes. For value, individuality and flexibility it is still one of the best deals on the market.

From cars that float to New Coke bad ideas have permeated the marketplace for decades. The problem with bad ideas is that they always sound like good ideas until you actually get into them.

By that time it's too late to prohibit the fiasco from occurring. The National Basketball Association experienced a good idea that turned into a bad reality in the 2006-2007 season when they introduced their new microfiber ball. Commissioners and regulators in the corporate office of NBA headquarters thought the new ball would increase points, increase action on the court and would be better for basketball and its fans as a whole. Unfortunately three great mistakes led to its downfall.

    No player consultation

The first mistake made by the corporate office and commissioner the NBA was not to consult players on this decision. They were simply notified that in the 2006-2007 season a new ball would be in play. This led to the filing of a labor union lawsuit as players began to assert their right to have a say in their own sport. The lawsuit was never resolved because by the time it came to court the commissioner had pulled the ball and at the beginning of 2007 went back to the leather ball. This illustrated the problem of NBA officials and players not working together. The good outcome from this situation was that apparent lack of communication has been addressed and the league promises more player consultation on decisions from now on.

    Not enough time

Not only were players caught off guard with the new basketball coming into their season, but they were given almost no time to practice with it. They began using at the start of practice right before the season began and discovered immediately that the microfiber ball had distinct differences from the leather ball that they had played with through their childhoods and into their career. It bounced differently. It felt different. It didn't bounce off the rim in the same way and it cut their hands. Before they had time to really study the effects of the ball, the season began. Points did go up during the time the ball was used but so did turnovers and missed opportunities. Players simply were not ready to begin with a new ball.

    Missing the point entirely

Somehow, people in the conference were looking at TV ratings, endorsements, media controversies, player issues, trading, dress codes, violence and the future while forgetting to look at the one thing they probably should have considered first: the basketball. Basketball is about the ball. Professional basketball players have used a leather ball as kids, as student athletes, and as professionals. All of a sudden the center of their game had been changed.

The good news for the NBA is that they were willing to recognize their mistake and in midseason change the ball back to the leather ball players wanted. This move opened up the door for renewed communication on behalf of players and management, and will hopefully help both sides remember just what this sport is all about.
