The system of Indian classical music known as Raga Sangeet can be traced back nearly two thousand years to its origin in the Vedic hymns of the Hindu temples. Unlike Western classical music which has written scores, an Indian classical performance is based on improvisation, and anywhere from 10% to 90% of the performance could be extempore, depending on the creative imagination of the artist. The music is rendered orally to the disciple by his guru, popularly known as guru-shishya (teacher-student) parampara (tradition).
The very heart of Indian music is the raga, the melodic form upon which the artist improvises his performance. A raga is a scientific, precise, subtle and aesthetic melodic form with its own ascending and descending movement consisting of either a full seven-note octave or a series of six or five notes.
Every raga is characterized by its own particular mood. The acknowledged order of these nine sentiments, or emotions, is as follows: romantic and erotic, humorous, pathetic, anger, heroic, fearful, disgust, amazement and peaceful. Each raga, in addition to being associated with a particular mood, is also closely connected to a particular time of day or a season of the year. Thus through the rich melodies and rhythm of Indian music, every human emotion, every subtle feeling in man and nature, can be musically expressed and experienced.
In terms of aesthetics, a raga is the projection of the artist's inner spirit: a manifestation of his most profound feelings and sensibilities. The musician breathes life into each raga as he unfolds and expands it so that each note shimmers and pulsates with life and the raga is revealed vibrant and incandescent with beauty.
The tala, or rhythmic cycle of a raga, plays an equally important role in expressing the mood. There is a unique relationship between melody and rhythm. The intricacies depict the complexities and sophistication with which they are woven together. The division in a taal and the stress on the first beat, called sum, are the most important feature. The most exciting moment for a seasoned listener is when both the musicians, after their individual improvisations, come back together on the sum.
Today, Indian classical music is a permanent part of Western culture. Many composers and musicians have been influenced by our music. The openness, will to learn, and sincere enthusiasm of Western audiences are a continuing source of inspiration and delight. Indian music is one of the highest forms of music existing and nourished through its rich cultural heritage.

Even though it is more a nuisance than anything else, every eBay store owner should know how to properly deal with nonpaying bidders.
Once an eBay buyer has placed and won a bid on your item or clicked on the Buy It Now button and went through the checkout process, they have entered a legally binding transaction with you.
You are legally obligated to deliver the goods as advertised to them and they are legally obligated to fulfill their financial obligations in terms of the purchase transaction.
In rare cases some buyers take a long time to pay or do not pay you at all.
Often these are people who have been taken away by life circumstances such as dealing with a crisis. Sometimes people get buyer's remorse and do not want to go through with the transaction. Some people run into adverse financial circumstances that are outside their control. Lastly, some people are just jokers who troll around on eBay and frivolously bid on things they have no intention of buying.
None of these circumstances excuse bidders from their obligations to complete their financial transaction with you.
The first action you should take is to give the bidder the benefit of the doubt.
Malicious bidders are in such a small minority that you would alienate valuable customers if you treated every nonpaying bidder as a malicious bidder by default.
Contact the bidder by e-mail or telephone and politely remind them of the outstanding payment.
Remember, you are a business person, so always remain professional, courteous, and polite in your communication with the bidder, and always stick to the facts. Do not get emotional about the transaction and do not allow emotions to impair your judgment.
Give the person a reasonable amount of time to respond to your request for payment.
If the person simply forgot about the transaction then it is no big deal. Those people usually pay promptly once reminded.
If the bidder has buyer's remorse you need to use your best judgment. You could force a person to go through with the transaction, but they are likely to activate your refund policies or give you some grief in the future. Usually these people are willing to defray your costs and cancel the transaction.
For people who have run into financial circumstances that make it difficult for them to pay for the item, you could talk to them about payment terms or other arrangements that would be suitable to you both.
As a last resort for the people mentioned above, as well as for the frivolous bidders, you could follow the Non-Paying Buyer process that eBay has put at your disposal.
If a person gets three nonpaying strikes against their eBay ID they are automatically suspended from the eBay site.
Golden rule: Never send the merchandise to the buyer until you have received payment in full.

Owning an eBay store is in essence a business of marketing and promotion that is conducted by people who, by and large, know anywhere between nothing and very little about marketing and promotion.
The simple act of opening your eBay store in your eBay account, doing the basic layout with the Manage Your Store features, and creating item listings to populate the store inventory - that is the quick and easy part of owning an eBay store.
Once you have completed those steps, you might sit back feeling satisfied with your effort. You own an eBay store. People are going to flock to your store in droves. Or, are they?
The hard fact is, no, they are probably not going to flock to your eBay store in droves. If you do not market and promote your store, all you have done so far is create a piece of dead virtual real estate that will sit somewhere forgotten in a dark corner of electronic la-la land. The only visitor to the store will be you, when you check to see if something went wrong with your store and people perhaps cannot navigate to it, because your store inventory items are not selling at all.
Marketing and promoting your eBay store should start with you first acquiring some basic knowledge of marketing and promotion. Search your local bookstores or online stores like Amazon for titles that are targeted towards beginners in marketing and promotion. You need to understand what is important, what principles apply, and what works and what does not work.
Once you have acquired the basic knowledge then go through the promotional features that eBay has to offer. You will need to do a lot of reading and even more understanding. However, the features offered by eBay only reach as far as marketing and promoting your eBay store within eBay itself.
Unfortunately, that is often not enough to make a success of your eBay store.
It is very important that you market and promote your eBay store outside of eBay as well. To do this, you need to learn about, and apply many different techniques.
The following is a sample of the things you will need to do:
1) You must get your store pages into the major search engines so that people can find your store pages and item listings when they do their searches. This drives traffic to your eBay store and does not cost a penny.
2) You need to advertise your eBay store. You can accomplish this by advertising through one of the Pay per Click (PPC) services, such as Google AdWords and Yahoo Sponsored Search. Another method of advertising is offline through ads in the printed and broadcast media.
3) Person to person promotion is also important. For that you will need to use flyers, business cards, and other promotional material.
It is impossible to provide you with all the details in an article like this, but at least one can point you into the directions that you need to explore further.
Without vigorous marketing and promotion, your eBay store will probably just limp along at the very best. Without a basic understanding of marketing and promotion, you will not be able to market and promote your store.

Stress and Depression can wreak havoc on anyone including: college professors, doctors, housewives, laborers, and students. It is an illness that will affect every facet of your life; your physical, emotional and spiritual well-being. I know this first hand as I began my own recovery from drugs and steroids and the mind numbing depression that followed over nineteen years ago.
Exercise can play a vital role in relieving stress and depression. Often people go to group therapy or 12 step programs which is great. But as I found out the smoke filled meeting halls were full of people who drank endless cups of coffee and loaded up on donuts and cookies. I would use caffeine and sugar to take the place of drugs which lead to a sense of false comfort.
There is growing evidence that exercise can play a vital role in the recovery process as a way to alleviate the paralyzing effects of stress, depression and other emotional disorders. In Conquer Stress and Depression with Exercise (CF Publishing, 2006), J. Alexander Bodkin, MD, Chief of The Clinical Psychopharmacology at McLean Hospital, states "In my clinical work with people suffering from mood and anxiety problems, and the substance abuse that often follows from these, I have found time and time again that consistent, reasonably vigorous exercise is a great help. By the time people get to me as patients, exercise alone is no longer enough, but it remains a critical component of a total treatment program. Exercise will hasten recovery, improve well being, increase stress tolerance, relieve physical discomforts, improve physical health and appearance, and boost self-esteem and self-confidence."
An individual suffering from stress and depression can reap amazing benefits from a properly designed fitness program. Through exercise you get a feeling of accomplishment, increased energy (less fatigue), increased productivity, greater concentration, improved sleep, and an overall feeling of uplifted spirits.
The problem is, of course, getting started and motivated to stick with an exercise program. This is especially true for individuals in under emotional stress and depression. A lifetime of low self worth can prevent many people from improving their emotional and physical health. A health club, with all the spandex and beautiful people, is the last place you would want to be if you are you are already feeling lousy about yourself.
This fear is understandable, when I was first learning to live without drugs and going through a severe depression, I couldn't drag myself back to the gym, even though I knew how to exercise. The gym seemed like a nightclub to me. At that time I wished there was a health club, where someone could understand my predicament.
I responded to these feelings by turning my exercise knowledge into a tool for my own recovery. Since I couldn't bench press 400 pounds any more, I began to concentrate on the psychological benefits of my fitness routine. I started to focus on each and every movement - feeling the tightening, contraction and stretch of each muscle group. My mind and body were becoming one. In most people these are two separate entities, I wove them together to feel whole again.
This exercise program which helped me feel alive again, laid the foundation for my work. Today, I am the owner of Custom Fitness Personal Training in Boston, one-on-one personal training facility that specializes in working with individuals suffering from stress and depression. I also work with top executives who are under everyday stress and may be addicted to other things - like work, money and prestige.
I call my fitness program – 'Mindful Movements' - which uses exercise as a way to obtain peak mental and physical health.
There are several steps you should follow:
1) WARMUP-5 minutes riding a bike or walking in place.
2) EXERCISE LARGER MUSCLE FIRST- Start with an exercise for your legs, chest, back, shoulders, arms, and. stomach.
3) KEEP IT LIGHT. If the weight is too heavy you can't focus on the movement of the muscle and there's a real chance of injury.
4) MOVE SLOWLY, USE CORRECT FORM.
5) CONCENTRATE ON THE PARTICULAR MUSCLE GROUP YOU ARE EXERCISING. You want to focus on the mind/muscle connection. Feel the muscle tighten on the way up, feel the contraction at the top of the movement, and concentrate on the stretch on the way down.
6) BREATHE CORRECTLY. Exhale through your mouth when lifting and inhale through your nose when lowering the weight.
7) GO EASY AT FIRST, SET REALISTIC GOALS. Don't try to look like Mr. Muscles or a supermodel. Your appearance will come if you enjoy the exercise routine.
Good Luck!

*********************** ARTICLE START ***********************
Ultrametabolism, written by Mark Hyman, is an excellent book if you are trying to lose weight and keep it off. I have read it twice and each time I read it I learn a little more. The book discusses what foods you eat that will speed up your metabolism, helping you lose weight, and what foods you eat that slow everything down.
For years I have heard people discussing how this person has a fast, or high metabolism, and that is why it is so easy for them to stay thin. While there is some truth to this statement the fact is, we are also in control of our metabolism. I used to believe this concept as well. I was resigned to the fact I did not have one of those "fast" metabolisms. When I read this book I learned how I can speed up my metabolism. Maybe I wasn't born with the genetics of someone who is like my wife, who can't gain weight no matter what she does. But, it doesn't mean I can't improve the genetics I was born with.
Mark Hyman is a doctor who has spent his career helping people lose weight. In the book he uses case examples of patients he has helped. He uses a lot of science, but not in a boring way, to prove his theories. This is important for people like me, who need proof to understand concepts and also make me change the way I live. For me, it was an easy convincing because I had some of the medical problems his patients had in the examples he used.
For years I had high triglycerides, which is the fat content in your blood. The high range of a healthy level is in the 200-220 range. Prior to reading this book and changing my diet I was in the mid 800's and that is with the help of medicine. After roughly six months of eating healthy, with guidance from this book, my triglycerides were down to 337 with no medication. My next blood test is in two months and I am hoping to be back into the healthy range, again with no help from medicine.
Reading this book, and understanding how our bodies work, how our cells burn calories, what speeds this process up and what slows it down, really makes me aware of what I put in my mouth. If you view food as fuel for your body it can also change the way you eat. If you just eat because you are bored, depressed, or socializing, you are more likely to eat junk. Think of your metabolism as a fire. If you throw a nice, dry log on a fire that is burning good it will burn even quicker. The flames will get higher and higher. If you wait for the fire to burn down to just hot coals, the log will eventually catch fire and the flames will burn faster but it takes a few minutes. Now, if you throw a water soaked log on a fire, regardless of how high it is burning, that will not burn. The body works the same way. The dry log is good quality foods. It is fuel for the fire just as high quality foods are fuel for our body. The wet log is poor quality food for the fire just as junk food is poor quality fuel for our bodies. The example of the coals is what happens when you don't eat regularly enough. It slows down your metabolism, actually slowing down your metabolism.
My point here is, the way we eat in this country is making us unhealthy, sick, and overweight. This can all be changed with a little help from Dr. Hyman, and some common sense.

I do a lot of reading about health and nutrition since I decided a year ago to change my lifestyle. I had heard before that if the average person drinks just one can of soda a day they will gain 5 lbs in a year.
The reason behind this, according to the researchers, is because of all the sugar in the soda. I am also going to add some more thoughts on the subject as to why drinking soda should be an occasional treat as opposed to a regular part of your diet. When the researchers make their claim of 5 lbs gained over the course of a year they talk about the "average" person. By average person they are most likely referring to someone who is not very active. They eat a few meals at their favorite fast food establishment. So, it is easy to see why one can of soda could add 5 lbs of fat to a person's body over a year.
I have not actually done the research on this issue, but it does make sense to me so I believe it is true. But, I also suggest to you that drinking soda just doesn't make any sense for other reasons. Have you ever poured a can of Coke, or other dark colored soda, on pavement before? If you have, did you go back the next day, the next week, or next month to see if the stain was still there? In most cases, it is. Now, if a simple can of soda can stain a section of pavement, which is designed to stand up to cars driving on it, sun beating on it, or other weather elements than how good can it possibly be for your body?
In addition to the sugar in the soda, there are other chemicals that add toxins to your body. By adding toxins you are making it more difficult for your cells to work as they are designed, making it more difficult to lose weight. I have seen people, who just stopped drinking soda and nothing else, lose weight. What people do not realize is that soda, and many other kinds of foods, can become addicting. Soda does not serve any other purpose to us, other than a sugary treat. It doesn't satisfy our thirst, it actually makes us more thirsty. When you are more thirsty you go back and grab another soda. If you are not yet ready to commit to an exercise program, a gym membership (and actually going to the gym), or eating healthier just try eliminating soda for now. See what happens. If you stop soda for just 30 days when you finally do drink it again I would bet you will find the soda too sweet. It won't have the same effect it does now.
In summary, the can of soda just doesn't make sense to add to your diet if you are trying to live a healthy lifestyle. I haven't had any soda in over a year. I drink mostly water with an occasional glass of orange or apple juice. There is still a lot of sugar in those drinks as well but at least it is natural sugar as opposed to man-made high fructose corn syrup.

It is only at the human level that we make divisions
A desktop or laptop can connect us instantly to vast knowledge sources. A computer can link us to the news, stock reports, airline bookings, shopping, medical breakthroughs, and information in almost every other sphere of knowledge.
The information connectedness that we experience with computers is a small sample of the potent connections we can make with our empowered soul. The empowered soul experiences universal connection with all beings. Becoming aware of this unifying force can help us realize our essential unity. Walls of division separate people.
If we are born in one part of the world we say, "I am a citizen of this country, or that country". If we are born into a certain religion, we say, "I am a follower of such and such religion". Religions are man-made. There was no Buddhism before Buddha. There was no Christianity before Jesus.
It was the followers of the great saints, mystics, and prophets who organized their teachings into a religion. Most often, we become a member of a religion based on our parents' beliefs. A Hindu infant who is orphaned and who is later adopted by a Christian may become Christian.
Similarly, the way we live is dictated by the peculiarities of the region we live in. Many people worship God through prayer. But the way they pray is different. In some warm climates, it is customary to remove shoes before entering a holy place; in colder climates, going barefoot may be impractical.
Over time, customs that originate for climatic reasons become sanctified and become part of religious law. People tend to use those differences as a basis for prejudice and hatred. Another dividing factor is language.
When people in different religions use different words for the same concept, it becomes an excuse for thinking the other religion is not as good as one's own. Each religion has its own name for God, based on the language or culture in which the religion originated.
God is Allah to Muslims, Wahe Guru to Sikhs, Paramatma to Hindus, God to Christians. Whichever the language, the words refer to the same God. Yet we make these language differences a source of contention and separation.
We forget that God existed before language was created. By drawing boundaries we limit ourselves. The soul, however, is limitless. There is a unifying force beyond the physical plane, connecting all life. We are full of the love of God. It is only at the human level that we make divisions.
The soul is a part of the Creator. For us to be able to truly understand ourselves, we need to recognize all the divisions as walls that surround our true self. These walls keep us from truth.
Sant Darshan Singh spoke of Oneness: "What does it matter if I am called a man, In truth, I am the very soul of love. The entire earth is my home, And the universe my country".
Through lack of self-know-ledge, we create separation. Through our soul, we can experience connectedness and create more peace and har-mony among the inhabitants of this planet.

One of the easiest ways to retire early is to make more money. Easier said than done, right? Wrong. Most people do not use their biggest resource to its fullest advantage when it comes to making more money. What is that resource? The simple answer is, themselves.
The fact is, most people do not like their jobs or their "careers". They go to work because they have to, not because they want to. As a result of not wanting to go to work they do not put in the effort to help them make more money, which is understandable. I was one of those people for the first nine years of my career. I always talked about doing something I enjoyed but never did anything about it. I would come home from work mentally drained, after having spent ten hours committing to a job I hated. The last thing I wanted to think about once I got home was work. I understand the cycle most people go through.
How do you change it? The first thing you need to do is want to change it bad enough you are willing to take action. I talked about it for years and did nothing until I finally couldn't deal with my situation anymore. Now I am making three times more money than I made at my previous job. And, it isn't even all about the money, I am just happy to be doing something I love doing. It is not work for me to put in a few extra hours, like it was before. I no longer sit behind a gray cubicle wall. I no longer have to do things I do not believe in just because my boss told me I had to do it. I am no longer being accused of not being a team player because I didn't attend an after-hours work event.
Let me give you an analogy. Let's say a carpenter is starting to frame a house and he only has a screwdriver for tools. Sure, he will be able to bang in the nails with a screwdriver. It will take a lot more effort and be much less efficient but it will get done eventually. Once he picks up the hammer, or even better, an air hammer he will much more productive and happy. If you show up to your job (screwdriver) because that is all you have you may make a nice living, you may be able to pay your bills, and you may get to retire in the future but if you find your perfect job (hammer) you will be much happier in life, be more productive, and get much more out of life than if you stay where you are now.
What most people don't realize is the biggest roadblock to their success in most cases is their own mind. Many people have either grown-up with a lack of support from parents or they get mentally beaten up by bad managers at work, or whatever. Poor self-image is one of the major reasons people fail in life. They have been lead to believe they can't do something so they don't even try it. They just continue on with the "status quo" and hope for a 3% raise each year, and are happy when they get it.
If you are serious about improving your life I would recommend reading "Think and Grow Rich" by Napolean Hill, and "See You at the Top" by Zig Ziglar. These two books help show you reasons people fail and what you need to do to succeed. The best news is you have hope. You are a couple weeks away, if you read at least one of those books, to improving your life and your earning potential. Is it time for you to make a change yet?

Welcome to the second article of my series. This article is about paying yourself first. You could probably find hundreds of articles on the internet about this very topic. It is a common theory used by many financial advisors. It is an important theory that is worth discussing.
The reasons for paying yourself first are easy to figure out, you get to build a savings account, you get in the habit of saving, you build your emergency fund, and more. In my opinion, the most important reason to pay yourself first is to force yourself to live below your means.
If you get in the habit of saving a percentage of your check every week, or whenever you happen to get paid, you will be on a good path. Of course, don't put 10% of your check in the bank and then go spend $2000 on a credit card, that defeats the purpose. Anyone that reads about personal finance probably knows the average American not only has no savings account but they have a negative savings. That simply means they spend more than they make. If they got injured and were out of work they'd have trouble paying their bills for one month, never mind more. The average credit card debt in a household is nearing $10,000. The combination of no savings and increasing credit card debt is financial suicide.
When I used to work in an office people would come to me to discuss finances on occasion. Maybe they needed a new car and wanted to know if they should lease or buy, maybe they had questions about how to invest their 401(k) dollars. There were a number of reasons. But, we always got on the topic of their 401(k) regardless of the initial reason they came to me. I still can't believe how many people were not putting any money in their 401(k) or were putting the amount the company automatically set up for them, 3%. They had no idea what they were invested in, some didn't even know how to log into check their account and find out.
I would ask them how they didn't know these things or why they weren't putting in at least the 7% the company matched. Their response, "I can't afford it." I would then explain it didn't really change their check much because it was pre-tax, etc… The sad part is, if they couldn't afford putting money in their 401(k) you knew they weren't saving any money on their own. These people all made over $40,000 a year, most were above $50,000. They were not even paying themselves via their retirement savings.
I wonder what they will do in 30 years when they have a fraction of the retirement savings they could have had. The real question is, can they (or you) afford NOT TO save? If you live your life pay check to pay check when will you ever be able to retire? There will always be a nicer car to buy, a bigger house, better clothes, and fancier vacations. At some point you need to draw the line because if you don't you'll have a massive mortgage payment when you hit 65 and you will never be able to afford to retire. After all, you hardly saved any money for your retirement while you were spending all this money.
If you are one of these people that spend every penny you have then at least buy yourself an annuity. You can make monthly payments to it and when you retire you will at least have a guaranteed income for as long as you live. Unless you are over fifty years old you can't even count on Social Security anymore.

People see insurance as a negative thing, as an expense and this could hurt them financially in the long run. There are certain types of insurance that make people correct for feeling this way. Auto, home, and health insurance all give the term "insurance" a bad name.
There are types of insurance that can be good for a person's financial security as well as helping to reduce estate taxes in the event of a person's death. Some insurance products can be used in more than one way. Let me explain. Some people like to save money, although that group of people is getting smaller and smaller as time goes on, they still exist. Instead of putting your money in a savings account at a bank why not put it into a whole life insurance policy that gains cash value. There are so many types of insurance policies that you can get a larger return on your investment through an insurance policy than you can through your bank account. You can also grow the money tax-free.
Why is this a benefit for you? Well, you get to insure your life, giving your loved ones financial security in the event of your death and you get to grow cash value (savings) in your policy at the same time. You are getting more than one benefit for the use of this policy, unlike and auto policy that you get no benefit from really. With an auto policy you pay a premium for use of the policy. If you use the policy your premiums go up, if you never use it you don't get any money back.
Whole life policies are also a good investment for a parent with kids. If you buy a new-born child a whole life policy it is extremely cheap for a lot of coverage. By the time they reach the age of 18 there is a decent amount of cash value in the policy, which allows you to use the policy to help pay for college. When they graduate the policy continues to grow and by the time they get married you can use the policy to help them finance the wedding or put a down payment on a home. Maybe they are 40 years old and decide they want to start a business, the insurance policy could help them finance that as well. Then they can also use the money to finance retirement. Clearly this example is getting ahead of itself but it just shows the versatility of a life insurance policy. In most cases a loan taken against a whole life policy is tax-free. Another advantage to buying a whole life policy for a young child is they are guaranteed to be insurable after they are 18 years old. We don't like to think our kids will get sick but it does happen and it would be terrible if they got sick when they were young and this prevented them from being able to receive a life insurance policy in the future.
Another example of an insurance policy that works for you rather than against you is long-term care insurance. Just as the case with life insurance, the younger you buy this type of insurance the cheaper it is. The cost of caring for the elderly is rising quickly. If you have a parent and they need to go into an assisted living facility or a nursing home and they do not have the funds the government will pay. But, for this to happen all of their assets must first be exhausted, meaning their home is sold, bank accounts drained, retirement savings used, and anything else. Then the government kicks in. This can all be prevented with a long-term care policy.
It would be demoralizing for your parent to work all their life to save for retirement, in hopes of leaving something to the kids when they pass on. Then they find themselves in a nursing home, which is depressing enough, and in top of that they lose everything to pay for it. This can be prevented with the proper planning. While long-term care insurance can be seen as an expense it can save your estate when you are older and also give you more freedom to chose the facility you end up if you need that type of care. It certainly makes the remaining years of your life more comfortable if you have options.
It is important to contact a financial professional to help you begin the proper planning if you haven't already done so.

If you always wanted to own a medieval sword to hang on the wall, show to your friends, or bring with you to a Renaissance Festival this article will help you to make your sword buying much easier.
Sword buying can be a very confusing process. There are thousands of retailers, many different sword manufacturers, and a many different types of metals that swords are made from. If this is your first sword then you should make it a pleasurable experience by getting the sword that looks and feels right for you. If you stick with a reputable seller then the sword should be of a good quality that will give you many years of worry free enjoyment and maybe even start you on a sword collecting hobby.
The first decision you have to make is why you want a sword. This will greatly help you in choosing your first sword. There are two main reasons I will describe here. If you want a sword to hang on the wall as a display piece that you occasionally take down to show to friends then you should look for a sword that is made from stainless steel as it will require little or no maintenance. If your looking for a functional battle ready sword, make sure you realize these swords take care and maintanence as they are forged from high carbon steel that can rust over time when not taken care of properly.
If you want a sword to wear as part of a costume or as an accompaniment to Renaissance Festival and Role Playing events then you should get a sword that comes with a belt and scabbard. Again, because swords come in a tremendous variety of sizes, finding a scabbard can be a very difficult task.
Narrow your decision down to one of the three basic sword types.
Because there are thousands of different swords you should figure out which of the three main types of swords you want to get.
* Replicas of original swords– You may want to get a sword that is a replica of an authentic historical sword such as a Scottish claymore, medieval sword, or Spanish rapier.
* Movie Replicas: - You may want to get a sword that you have seen in a movie, such as the Lord of the Rings swords or Eragon movie swords that are very popular.
* Fantasy Swords – These swords can have a very different look, often times they have intricate handles and unique blade shapes and are primarily for display purposes.
So now you have narrowed you selection down to the use of the sword and the type of sword and you are ready to start looking at actually purchasing a sword. Here are some guidelines to help you make a good purchase.
It is recommended that you only purchase a new sword from a reputable retailer. Article Title: What Determines Someone's Perception

We've all heard the saying, "Perception is reality." Is that true? Is perception really reality? No, reality is unique to each individual. Many people have different experiences of the same event. So what determines someone's perception?
Perception is Projection!
What you perceive is a projection of what's going on in your subconscious mind.
Right now there are billions of bits of information surrounding your peripheral awareness. Your neurology or nervous system can't take all of that information in ~ it's just way too intense! So what we do all day long is delete, distort, and generalize reality. We only pick up a very small percentage of what's actually going on. What we pick up or perceive is that which harmonizes with our subconscious mind. Hence, our external world is always a reflection of our internal world.
Perception is Projection works on the premise that we tend to observe current events through filters. These filters work like camera lenses colored by previous experience, both negative and positive. Often in life, emotional memories remain entrenched on a subconscious level, and we're not aware of the underlying thought patterns affecting our perceptions.
So much of life is derivative of what we expect of ourselves and of others, a self-fulfilling prophecy of sorts. Controlled studies for new pharmaceutical drugs involve the use of a placebo, or sugar pill that commonly cures participants at better than 40%. These participants enter the study with a clean slate, believing that they will be receiving a promising new drug that will heal them of past ailments.
What if we could harness the power of the placebo in our everyday lives? What if we believed that certain things were going to work, and we weren't tied to the past? We can project positive beliefs into happening.
Perception is projection! If we perceive that something is aligned with what we want, or if we believe our dreams will come true, just based on the evidence of random drug studies we can surmise that our odds of success increase by at least 40%, even if it were otherwise impossible. But, how often are our dreams impossible?
The possibility that our dreams could manifest coupled with a belief that they will manifest surely increases our odds of success.
What's not possible? Is it possible to create abundant wealth doing what you love while serving others? Is it possible that the next person who walks into your life might be able to support you in materializing your vision? By opening yourself to the possibility that each person is capable of helping you, you are allowing those people to be of help, rather than limiting them with preconceived beliefs as to who they are and what they have to offer. They might even help in unexpected ways.
Is it possible that we might have dynamic, exciting and loving relationships? Again, we can allow for positive movement, or we can restrict the growth of these relationships by projecting our limiting, pessimistic or injured perceptions.
Is it possible that we might move past any ailments or injuries that we are currently suffering from and into a healthier mind, body and spirit? The next person we talk with might be able to help us move in that direction by facilitating the healing process.
Is it possible to wake up every day inspired and passionate about life?
Believe that what you desire is attainable. Most people go through life never awakened to the power of their own thinking. Get clear on what you want. Ask the universe for it and, here's the important part, expect it. Intend to manifest it. See it, hear it, feel it. Move in the direction of the reality you desire.
If you could flip a coin and perhaps have what you want or not flip the coin and stay with what you've got, what would you do? Really, we have everything to gain and nothing to lose by believing that life is, despite temporary obstacles or intrusions, always improving and everyone we interact with is in a position to help.
If we're capable of accepting this idea, then we'll begin to understand how our perceptions influence other people? Do we facilitate their dreams with our perceptions or do we project presumptive limitations onto them?

It's an uncanny phenomenon but it's true: The Universe has a way of supporting those who get crystal clear on what they want and then wholeheartedly go after it.
It may be a challenging concept to wrap the mind around, but like it or not, we are all the authors and architects of the results we experience in our own life. Every thought we have, word we speak (whether to ourselves or out loud), and action we take is a seed planted – a seed that will germinate and grow when the appropriate conditions are present. Like farmers carefully planting the next harvest, we reap the effects of having sewn the seeds of past thoughts and behaviors. There are no idle thoughts! Everything we see, everything we experience, has its origin and cause in the realm of thought. Understanding this phenomenon is the beginning of true wisdom.
The challenge is that most people are unaware of how they create their reality from moment to moment, because they are not sufficiently aware of their thoughts. Do you know someone who no matter what happens in their life, it's "not their fault," and so blames external factors for the circumstances of their life? This disempowering perception often leads to victim mentality and over time, victim mentality becomes a self fulfilling prophecy.
If we want to transform something in our environment - whether it's our career, finances, health, relationships, or physical body - we must first transform how we think. When we change our thoughts we automatically change our actions, thereby producing a shift in our environment. Why? Because the external world is a reflection of the internal world. When we understand this and take full responsibility for everything that happens in our lives then we are "at Cause." Mahatma Gandhi recognized this Universal Truth which is why he encouraged people to "be the change you wish to see in the world."
This cause and effect dynamic is the essence of the first Law of Supreme Influence. One important key to making this Law practical is the realization that, in any given moment, a person is either "at Cause" or "in Effect" – there is no middle area. Being "at Cause" means having the awareness to recognize how our moment-to-moment "causes" produce the conditions of our lives, even if the "effect" isn't experienced right away. In other words, when we're "at Cause" we get a result and we own it! Owning the result, desired or not, liberates the individual to make different choices. Conversely, anytime we blame or give an excuse, we're "in Effect." The more we take responsibility for the cause and effect in our lives, the better our results!
Remember, when you change your environment automatically changes!
Stay tuned for the next Law of Supreme Influence #2.
The people who get on in this world are the people who get up and look for the circumstances they want, and, if they can't find them, make them."
~ George Bernard Shaw

Fishing has always been an exciting and relaxing activity for enthusiasts and fish lovers. Though this is a profession for some, this has also become more of a leisure activity nowadays. To fish at your favorite spot of fishing is therefore a nice experience for such people. No matter if you are a novice or an expert, you can be equally enjoyable for both, as a sport and as a hobby. For people who love it, they can arrange for trips with their friends and family and make most of their vacation. There are fishing resorts to spend vacations and explore new dimensions of their favorite pastime. In fact, these resorts are quite cost-effective; you just need to bring your equipments like fishing gear.
There are different styles and types of fishing that can be tried. The foremost is the one that employs artificial bait known as fly that is made from hair or animal feather. Done in shallow and clear waters, this the one that reaches 1 foot deep. It uses the boats and graphite rods that are modified especially for shallow waters, lakes, sea, rivers and lagoons are most appropriate destinations for this kind of sport. Another type is deep sea fishing that employs several equipments along with some devices that will make possible to recognize the fish schools location, flexible rods and large line. Fishing lures used in this are the biggest of all types and are exhibited in the multiple hooks. At times, even real bait is employed rather than lures.
There are two kinds of techniques that are used in deep sea fishing - bottom and trolling. The technique to be used is chosen depending upon fish school location. Trolling technique means that the boat is kept constant at a speed of 6 fishing knots. This technique carries lines, though not deeply. On the other hand, bottom fishing refers when the boat gets stopped in the deep waters. Hooks have downriggers, and the lures that lead the line to go 200 feet down very quickly.
Conversely, trout fishing is quite different from other styles as tout fishes can be found only in small streams and rivers most of the times. Also, tout fishes are fount in clear and cold water, in which is a more challenging task. This type is just opposite to largemouth bass fishing. It's for many of us does mean simply going out to the pond and it can be done regularly, but even this kind of fishing has many options to explore.
Ice fishing is also a good option for anglers who love cold weather. Standing on frozen lake, staring through some hole in ice is all what it is all about. Last but not least, Alaska is undoubtedly the best destination worldwide for fishing. With various places, beautiful sceneries along with the zest to catch the fish halibut, there is a lot that Alaska fishing has to offer to its anglers. Then after reading this article, you will have more idea on which type you should go for, or even try the new challenge if you already have your own favourite ones.

This term may be the most frighten for every women. Among any other women disease, it seems that breast cancer is the one that happen very frequently and there are grater risk for them to dead or have to get an operation. Even though the current advanced medical technology helps a lot of women to safe from this disease but still it is the one that many of them do not want to get.
When the women who are age of 45 years old, they just start to aware of the disease and usually go to the doctor to get comprehensive check up. However, the trend of using preventive method to let them have minimal chance is now has become widely recognize and many of medical experts are also support on this treatment scheme. It is relevant to the course of action when the women have medical check up for breast cancer. In most case the result of the medical check up would tell them if they have risk of getting breast cancer or not. If they are like to have risk, then the doctor would suggest them to use preventive method first rather than advice on using medical treatment scheme or even immediately obtain the cancer operation. However, it is still depending on the characteristics of the risk, if the doctor can see the risk at the early stage of the cancer, he may advice the patient to obtain an operation.
And that's what happening in general. Now I would like to talk about the preventive treatment of breast cancer, which now seems to be the most practical way and desirable way for everyone. However, it seems that there is no specific indication in terms of the special method that people have to do to perform effective protection. The advice that we can find everywhere is to eat good food, having exercise and keep the mind fresh and relax.
If we can just look by these advice, it may not very interesting to us because they are very common methods that any one can perform. People tend to look forward to see kind of new alternative ways of treatment rather than these general advice. However, in fact, this general advice looks not interesting, but I believe many people still can not do very effectively, even for the patients who already got cancer but they are unable to follow such easy instruction.
Therefore, I want to repeat again that these simple advice still very important. Even though there are some kind of alternative medicine available and the manufacturers advertise that the medicine has proved by the authority and produced by using natural material, but the way to prevent cancer by following instructions still be the easiest and costless in my opinion.
So if you are the patient who already took a comprehensive medical check up and found the risk of breast cancer and the doctor advice that you should perform or change the way you live in order to minimize those risk for the cancer to expand, I would suggest you to follow those simple instruction very strictly.

You may find the following details useful in terms of the identification of major cause of skin cancer, and to consider whether you are the one who are in such environment and in order to prepare in case you found that you are in early stage of the disease.
We will have a look at the first condition that usually (and most of the time) is the major cause of skin cancer, the sunlight. According to the fact that sunlight extremely has benefit to human's health and the human body can not work functionally without sunlight. This is because the sunlight has Ultra Violet Radiations, which is really necessary to human body to generate important glucose and haemoglobin. However, in the same time, the ultraviolet radiation is also the major cause of skin cancer if there are exceed in the amount that the person take it. For example, considering the person who has to work in the condition such as golf caddy, these people is obviously have to face with very strong sunlight all the time. Some people in this job category may try to protect themselves by wearing cloth that prevent the skin to have direct contact with the sunlight, but in fact, the ultraviolet radiation still radiate to the skin even though it is not a direct contact. The only one way of protection is to wear thick cloth to prevent radiation or using anti-UV lotion apply on the skin.
When talk about the radiation, the other condition that may risk of skin cancer and quickly come into my mind is for the person who work in a hospital, in the x-ray room. Yes, it is one of the most risk condition for skin cancer. As same as the radiation of the UV sunlight, x-ray contain some radioactive substances that impact to the human skin and cause cancer if the person has direct contact too often.
Other condition that may risk of skin cancer, apart from those two major factors is to have direct contact with some kind of chemical substances such as hydrocarbons and arsenic. We can see these days as many kind of what we use in everyday life contains these kind of chemicals. In some case, for many women who have to use excessive cosmetic on daily basis could also risk to have skin cancer.

Gynecomastia is a known medical condition which causes men to have abnormal breast enlargement and growth - sometimes in just one breast and sometimes in both. The actual condition tends to affect young boys going through puberty, and elderly men - because hormones tend to be out of balance in both stages of life.
When true Gynecomastia is happening to boys or men, there is about one and a half inches of area just under the nipple that tends to swell. It's often tender in this area as well, and sometimes even milk can be secreted.
The problem often goes away unaided on it's own, within 1-3 years. Sometimes however, Gynecomastia is caused due to the man using certain drugs which can cause the problem. It's a rare side effect of the drugs, but men can usually get rid of Gynecomastia by simply changing the types of drugs they're taking, or using alternatives.
Recreational drugs such as marijuana and alcohol are known to cause Gynecomastia in rare cases for instance, so you can get rid of the condition sometimes by simply stopping use of these.
If you're taking certain prescription drugs however, such as anything which produces extra estrogen, steroids, certain Cardiovascular drugs, and ulcer treatments such as Tagamet, Prilosec, and Zantac - speak to your doctor or medical care provider about using alternatives. You can usually get rid of Gynecomastia problems by simply stopping the use of those medications, or changing to different kinds.
Now Gynecomastia is also referred to as "man boobs", and more often than not that particular problem is actually caused by weight gain and obesity. This is not true Gynecomastia though, instead this condition is known as Pseudogynecomastia: aka False Gynecomastia.
When a man has what appears to be "boobs" on his chest from simple weight gain, it's fairly quick and easy to get rid of if you're willing to put in a bit of work. You can't simply get rid of Gynecomastia or Pseudogynecomastia just by building up your chest muscles though. In fact, you can make the problem more evident by building up the muscles.
Since the fat and glands which are making your boobs appear large sit between the muscles and your skin, building up the underlying muscles will simply push the "boobs" out further.
When the Gynecomastia is actually the false variety caused by extra fat on the body, the best way to get rid of it is to start a fat burning routine. You will burn additional fat by toning up your muscles, but you'll need to choose a diet and exercise plan which is specifically designed to help burn excess fat from your body, then get started with it. With a bit of dedication and commitment, you'll find yourself easily able to get rid of the Gynecomastia within just three to six weeks.
It's not easy for most of us to simply burn the extra fat from our bodies though, so if this is something you've tried unsuccessfully -or you want a quicker way to solve the problem - there is one other option for getting rid of either Pseudo or Standard Gynecomastia: Cosmetic surgery.
A simple cosmetic surgery procedure from a qualified plastic surgeon can remove the extra fat and tissue on your chest area, effectively removing the "boobs" that are so embarrassing and bothersome.

Rubber galoshes with steel toe caps not only protect vital body parts but come with some safety features lost long ago with the demise of the original rubber galosh. Once a familiar sight around the home and office, rubber galoshes were de rigueur barely a generation ago. Back then; this unique piece of attire was used solely for protecting shoes. Fortunately, the rubber material also had some inherent safety features, much sought after today if not so highly valued then.
Slips account for a large percentage of accidents. Until the collection and reporting of data became a force in the medical field, many accidents were classified according to the injured area or body part. The cause of these accidents would in fact be due to a 'slip' and a subsequent 'fall'. This is why the rubber galoshes of yester-year were not viewed as items with safety features. Rather, they were considered pieces of clothing. The fact that the rubber gave good grip and helped create a solid footing went unappreciated.
The SLIPP-R brand of safety toes fit snuggly over the toe area of outer shoes. The galosh itself is made of a 100% rubber material and it has some other neat safety features. The concept and design were inspired by curlers on ice rinks who always need to sweep, stop, and sweep. But not all surfaces are icy and these steel toe overshoes also deliver good grip underfoot in snow, rain and mud.
SLIPP-Rs for toe protection should be of interest to any diabetic who is active around the house and garden. According to a recent survey, about 86,000 lower limbs are amputated annually due to complications from diabetes. To a diabetic, the big toe is an extremely vulnerable body part with some very unfortunate consequences if damaged. Advice recommending occasional toe protection should be included with suggestions to wear thick socks, to cut toenails straight across, to exercise and always get the best fitting comfortable shoes. Shoes are of supreme importance to diabetes sufferers because poorly fitted shoes are involved in as many as half of the problems that lead to amputations.
Our ability to use our feet safely, with ease and comfort, is vital if we are to remain active and efficient at work and play. Our customers report many uses for our SLIPP-Rs around the house and at the office. The sturdy steel toe cap is stylish and light. Both of which seem to encourage regular use - often cited as the main reason for not wearing safety devices.
SLIPP-R safety toes are direct descendants of the original rubber galosh. The original was invented by an African-American by the name of Alvin Longo Rickman, who received a patent for an overshoe in 1898. The move to vulcanized rubber was invented by Charles Goodyear in the 20th century.
So, keep the tradition and spread the word. Slips and falls are dangerous. SLIPP-R steel toe safety overshoes are good for you.
Protect your piggies!

Foreign exchange is one of the most profitable marketplaces to invest in as it deals with trillions of dollars everyday. Though many people are of the opinion that earning money in foreign exchange market is a child's play, it is not! It actually depends on your knowledge about the ins and outs of the market along with your observation regarding the changing trends that decide your success in foreign exchange transactions. It is important to keep in mind the specificity of market when dealing with foreign exchange. Central banks, large banks, multinational corporations, currency speculators, financial markets, governments, corporation and other such institutions are all involved in foreign exchange trade.
Retail traders make a small fraction of the foreign exchange market and participate indirectly with the help of banks or brokers. The average trade in the global foreign exchange market made daily is more than US$ 3 trillion. No commission is charged as such according to a particular transaction; conversely the profit is earned because of the speculation that occurs due to the difference in amount among the two varied currencies. This difference of prices among the two currencies is known as spread. The rates of all these currencies are inconstant and their prices keep on varying depending upon several factors like currency rate differentials, economic events, political events, terrorism acts, and weather conditions of different countries.
Initiating and making transactions in foreign exchange market is quite an easy task, provided you know the repercussions of the transactions you are making. There is mainly a single currency pair to quote the currencies such as EUR/USD. While the first currency is the base currency, the other currency is called as the counter currency. It would prove to be beneficial to purchase this pair of currency when you know that the prices for euros (base currency) are anticipated to soar higher than those of the US dollars (counter currency). Buying and selling are the two sides that every transaction has. In other words, it is unfeasible to make the purchase transaction of a currency pair like EUR/USD and further exchange it with another pair of currency say EUR/JPY without closing the first transaction.
Introduction of the Internet has been a great comfort in making foreign exchange dealings at the comfort of your home. However, it is better to make sure that the site where you are making for foreign exchange transactions is accredited so as to ensure the safety of the money being transferred and invested.
There is also a lot of information on the websites that you can go through to make sure that you are proceedings the right way and what are the precautions and essential points to get started in foreign exchange dealing. It is also better to have some knowledge about the timings of foreign exchange along with holidays. Learning from others helps a lot. In fact, in the present scenario, there are many courses that have been introduced that teach the basics of foreign exchange market and how to make transactions to make maximum profit possible.

*********************** ARTICLE START ***********************
Surely that business of all industry have to compete with each other. Each type of business or organisation must try as best as they can to gain competitive advantage and it seems that today, many of enterprises focus on customer service excellence rather than focus on other marketing toll like quality of products or price, which is very easy to define the marketing strategy. According to this reason, business will have to constantly change their marketing strategy in order to gain competitive advantage, which is about to make buyers or customers to satisfy with the service or products. For example a company who provide education consultancy service may use their branches as a counseling centre and/or having call centre as a point of contact for customers who may need assistance of the service in case students and parents do not want to come to counseling centre but just want to have consultation by phone.
Here is the role of SOA (Service-Oriented Architechture) become obvious. According to the information described above, there is still the problem that even though the business's core products or services can be performed by the corporate branches, but the resource and IT management system still have to be rely on central hub in order to provide the service to customers. Therefore, the usage of central computer have to be increased naturally in order to provide wider support to clients and at this point, SOA has to be involve because now we can see that using computer in business organisation is not limited with only using software applications.
So what the SOA means and how it effect to the business enterprise.
The major component of SOA consists of 1) Enterprise Service Bus which is a kind of network to perform links between software applications in the organisation. 2) Design-Time Governance; it is a database which contain information of all service throughout organisation and to distribute the service function to sub level of service to other organization's network. 3) Run-Time management, which is the function that monitor the workflow of all application within the entire network and to ensure that all function working properly.
In fact, SOA is not the new thing or have just emerged recently. The term SOA sometimes defined as one type of software application that helps on customer service function. But in fact it is wrong perception. SOA is actually a "Concept" of using smaller software package that helps small functions that breakdown for the central computer system, so it is not a software package. The organisation has to decide on which type of service that they are going to offer to clients. However, someone may define that SOA as a web service application but it is not. Web service application is just the tool that use within SOA concept. Therefore, just to re-emphasize about the meaning of SOA that it is the conceptual idea (intangible) it is not a kind of goods or products that you can buy in the software market, in stead, the organisation have to make their own SOA strategy to provide effective service to its clients.

Most of gamers who are addicted to their favourite games, I am quite sure that apart from other game like Warcraft, Starcraft etc. Ragnarok is one of the most popular game online among millions of gamers around the world. Ragnarok was first introduced in the year 2002 but at that time it was not popular as today. As it is just a normal online game just the same as million online games among them. However, not for a long time later on, Ragnaork has become widely recognized by gamers due to the concept of the game itself and online multi-player function.
The story behind the game's concept is about the war between various types of army with the theme of the game which derived from Asian tradition. It has become popular very quickly because of all player also build up large community worldwide and these community has to compete with each other in RPG online game format. Apart from that, It is the game that allows players use their imagination to build themes and scenario of the war and they also really be able to build up the army by gathering various type of game characters.
However, if we carefully consider about the influence of Ragnarok may not be as great as other type of online game such as Warcraft or Starcraft. If compare to those two online games, it seems that Ragnarok may not have large community like these two but as the report from online game magazine stated that it has made very significant change of game online community.
Just like any other popular online games, players of Ragnarok are able to choose the characteristics of the hero and his army. It can be said that it has very complicated scenario of the war and story than any other RPG games. The players will have to define the strategies to overcome their enemy which sometimes also get support from the alliances. One of the most interesting features of Ragnarok online is about different level of the job and different level of skill army. The level of player start from the beginning like "The Novice" up to the most advanced player skill like "Super Novice". Mean while the other type of job or game character still involve in the battle.
Also, there is one unique feature of the games is that Ragnarok player could buy items in order to increase the efficiency of the army and gain advantage in the battle field. And this has made significant change of online game community that players ask to buy those items from another player and actually pay the money for seller. This is one reason behind to demonstrate that why the game still so popular, because of it can make player to earn money as well. However, the game also has negative impact to players, especially to children who have become addicted to these games, and spend all of their time in front of the computer. Parents should pay a little bit more attention about this to ensure that there will be no risks of the children and effect to their leisure time.

Obviously that every employee need successful career path and career development, which is basically about job promotion and training. It is apparently that all of companies or organization has career development for their staff. In general, many of us think about the ways that the employer should take in consideration in order to let staff have opportunity to improve working skills. However, in many industries, the career development schemes are pretty much the same except several type of business that has different approach available to staffs.
Let me take you to the type of business, which is very important industry in the world, It and technology industries. As we can see that this industry is very different form others. Normally we can see that many types of business has clear picture of career promotion and training for employees. But for IT industry, they normally have more than what other business has. That is, they may have more attractive scheme for welfares and remunerations for staff who perform excellent job. The reason behind this because IT industry is very important to the company success as we can see now IT and technology has ruled the world, many traditional business has turned out to have IT function for their sell and service, and the consequence is employees in IT field are very expensive and many of IT company trying to keep the valuable staff to stay with them as long as they can, otherwise these staffs will be collected by other company which sometimes are major competitors.
However, career development in IT industry is not only concern to staff's benefit, but also include mentoring and training to ensure that the staffs are up to date and obtain the skills which will be beneficial to individual and to the company. Apart from that, job promotion is also very important. Every member of staff if they have very exceptional performance or has one-of project achievement should also deserve to get promotion in order for them to have success career path.
As IT is vary important, staff in the industry themselves seem want to keep learning all the time. Many large organization in IT such as IBM, Microsoft or Google have many kind of learning scheme available for employees in many forms. It could be self-learning approach, which allow their staff to learn by themselves as well as having mentor programmes available for whom want to get advice, especially for the new staff who want to kick of career with confidence. In terms of remuneration package, it is widely known that IT industry invest al lot of money on IT hardware and software technology, but the fact that pay much large amount of money to develop their human resources. This is a good indicator of what IT companies see important of human resource investment.
As mentioned earlier is IT career is somehow different from other industries, especially for remuneration package and self-development programme. May be the reason for this is they want to keep the staff as long as they can to ensure that they maintain confidentiality of business to the competitors.

Using hair shampoos may have some negative effects on hair, while a good hair conditioner can be a perfect choice to prevent and treat those effects. The idea is that our hair follicles produce natural oil called sebum which acts as a natural antiseptic and protects our hair. Our hair needs regular cleansing as grime and dirt stick to this sebum during the day, when we are out.
Ordinary soaps are not able to do this job, so we need a mild hair shampoo to cleanse the scalp, but in addition to dirt and grime, the shampoo also takes away some of our sebum. Here comes the need for a product that restores this balance of the oils and replaces them, thus moisturizing hair and giving them a shine.
There are various kinds of hair conditioners that we can choose from, depending upon the kind of our hair and the purpose of conditioning that we have in mind:
• Leave on hair conditioner- People suffering from damaged hair and who have non-manageable flying hair, the product is the perfect choice for them, as it adds shine to the hair and helps them to retain moisture.
• Homemade hair conditioner- In such conditioners, the ingredients such as olive oil and avocado act as the humectants. These conditioners trap the moisture inside and lock it up, so that hair continues to receive moisture that it needs. Avocado is an effective moisturizing element and is perfect for brittle and dry hair. While making a home made ones using avocado, the ingredients needed include ¼ avocado, mashed and peeled, ¼ mayonnaise, food processor or blender.
You need to combine mayonnaise and avocado in a food processor or blender until it becomes smooth and consistent. Apply this on the hair and cover it up with a shower cap for at least 15-20 minutes. After that, rinse it off using a gentle shampoo.
• Deep hair conditioners- Every body do not need deep treatment, but they are the ones for really unmanageable hair. In fact, it is a must for permed, curly, relaxed or straightened hair; otherwise, using it 2 times a month is more than sufficient.
• Natural hair conditioner- The ingredients of a natural products include milk, honey and plant extracts like henna. This can be used every day as it is harmless because it does not contain any chemicals, and is perfect for any type of hair including thick, thin, curly, straight, oily and dry hair.
• Conditioner for breaking hair- The formula of a conditioner for breaking hair helps the scalp in absorbing the benefits of cleansing action, and the conditioner includes agents of moisture giving the scalp a shiny lustrous and healthy hair, and also facilitates the growth of hair.
• Long hair conditioners- Long hair are difficult to manage and need extra care. It prevents damage of the scalp and hair, make the hair strong and moisturize the scalp.
• Solid hair conditioner- It is also good for scalp and hair, especially if the hair is excessively dirty and grimy.
Not only humans, but dogs also need to have healthy hair. After all, everybody likes to play with a beautiful and lustrous dog, which is actually the lustre of its hair. So, in order to make it more attractive and soft, the product for dogs with ingredients like chlorhexidine acetate cleanses and restores the lustre to hair coat of dogs.
