Bereavement is nothing but a part of life in which he suffers from a state of loss and grief is the reaction which is seen by him at that time. Bereavement mainly refers to the loss of a very close person but it also includes the losses of many other things like loss of employment, wealth, friend, etc… In case if we considered bereavement related to only death of a loved person then the feelings expressed by him will be known as grief.

In other words one can say that a person needs some other person to share his feelings and his emotions and thus bondage develops between them. And when this bondage breaks due to a universal disease known as death then they really can't control their emotions and there this state is known as bereavement grief. They try to understand that the world is still there even without them and now they will have to work without them only. These feelings are again seen when they miss them a lot and especially on the occasions of anniversary, or birthdays or some sort of major function. Grieves are also seen for the reasons like unfulfilled dreams and future.

Grief generally holds three stages in it which can be stated as follows. They need not be in sequence but they may be either first but generalizing it we can give following order. In the first step the person refuses to accept that the dear person is dead or goes into a shock. It may continue for some minutes or for weeks. The second stage tells that the person now thinks as the future without him would be difficult and goes into an acute anguish. And the final stage tells that the person now takes some resolutions that he would continue even without him and won't remember him. Many a time's grief and depression are not combined but a few times a person even gets depressed along with grief. A person who has gone through a little fear of death or a person with previous depression history is more prone to the depression feeling along with grief.

At such times the support of the family and the dear ones is most important. The bereaved person has a strong urge for discussing the deceased one and even gets sad by doing that but in fact by expressing himself he might feel good and relaxed. Not letting him do that will result in his mental pain and weakness. Sometimes the grief can grow to such extend that they feel as if they can see, hear and talk to their dear dead person.

Hypnosis is a therapy which can improve your mental, physical and emotional strength and can enable you to relax and enjoy properly. It may remove a person's grief by telling his subconscious mind that though a person close to you is dead but even then you need to continue normally. And thus you will overcome your grieves and get over the stage of bereavement. You can get started with hypnosis simply by downloading hypnosis MP3 from the net. You need to follow specified instructions and you'll soon find your way back to a normal life.

A valid drivers license is what you must have to be able to ride on the roads. For getting an official license one is supposed to pass in the driving tests conducted by the officials. Many people get through this test quite easily even though they are not the best when it comes to driving. The secret behind this is handling those test nerves that arise. But there are many people that cannot pass these examinations though they are good riders. The reason driving tests nerves. So it is very important for you to realize the need for controlling those nerves.

Tests are something that many of us fear it is something very common. But when it comes to giving a good test, this does not mean that you should be well prepared for it. Instead you should be able to handle the examination pressure. Driving test nerves can be devastating, as they will act as a very huge barrier for you to get a valid license. Driving test nerves are the ones similar to that of the ones that we get during the examination. Both of them have negative effects on us, you don't do well in examination you don't get good marks or even flunk, where as in the driving test you might have to part from the all important license that you want to acquire. Driving test nerves can be seen in a first timer, but controlling them is what it matters the most. If they were to take over, you might give up on the thought of getting that license. The good drivers also experience these driving test nerves, so it is not that you should be able to ride well but it is mentally preparing to handle the nerves in the pressure situation.

Driving test nerves are created due to the amount of pressure that you get, where you are supposed top pass it or else the opportunity to get the license is lost. This is where you start assuming that you might be unable to give the examination correctly. This is what adds to the nerves and before giving the shot you have already given up on getting through. Confidence, self-esteem, motivation is all that you require to handle these situations. A carefree mind is what you require to calm down those driving test nerves. So of you are looking for help in this regard then you can look ahead to get help from hypnosis. Hypnosis is not just a magic show, but it has a very important part to play in your problems. Your mind requires getting out of the mental block.

Self-hypnotizing is something that you will relish; in fact it is a very good idea to heal your mind with your own help. This treatment is available in the form of mp3, once downloaded you can conduct the sessions all by yourself and as per your convenience. Many people have already used this for getting rid of those nerves, so can you? All you require to get that license is to drive away those nerves, and mp3. This will surely help you.

Jealousy is common to everyone. At some stage of life, everyone has felt this emotion, some of us a little stronger than the rest. We basically indulge in jealousy when we covet or rather when we realize someone already has something that we've been wanting for a long time or just when we see someone having something we would love to have. Jealousy is small amounts is a very normal human tendency. We need to be concerned if our jealous fits go out of hand. Jealousy can often lead to rage or stealing or us hurting someone physically or emotionally in order to claim something we want which they have. Jealousy has often been the cause of many failed relationships. It often comes in the way of trust.

    Why do people feel jealous?

It is normal human tendency to want more. None of us are truly satisfies with what we have. We crave for more and more material things. We are never quenched of our thirst for more. When we see someone having something we don't, it makes it all the more appealing. Haven't you heard it being said, "The grass is always greener on the other side". Sadly this statement is true for every one of us, there is no exception. We are yet to learn what contentment is. If we are rich, we want more money, there is no end to what we want and if we are poor, we are pretty much in the same boat, we want to get rich. Jealousy boils down to dissatisfaction and the need for man to have more, be it material things or finance. What we have will never be enough, it can't. Jealousy is often the root of depression too. Wanting what we can't have or what others have often leads us into depression and we do not get to enjoy life. Our lives our lost in envy and jealousy.

    How to overcome jealousy?

We need to overcome jealousy in order to live our lives to the fullest. We need to learn to be happy and satisfied and grateful for all that we already have. Jealousy is a very strong emotion and we need to get rid of it. You can be free of this strong emotion through hypnosis. You do not need to leave your home and visit any clinics; juts get online and get a hypnosis MP3 downloaded on to your computer. Hypnosis deals with the root cause of your jealousy. It trains your mind to be content with all that you have and teaches your mind not to crave for more. Within just a few weeks of your jealousy hypnosis treatment, you will find a difference. You will have more self esteem and confidence. You will be able to exercise more trust with your partner in your relationship and you will gain much contentment. So if you have a jealousy problem, go ahead and try and heal your self through on line hypnosis.

Article Title: Self Help For Motivation

    *********************** ARTICLE START ***********************

Motivation is what keeps the world going. If there was no motivation we would still be in the Stone Age. In fact those people in the Stone Age had enough motivation to cut stones and make weapons out of it. They kept on exploring and tried getting better and better every day. All his wouldn't have been possible if there was no motivation.

Motivation adds spice to life and it helps in making mankind better. If Sir Albert Einstein didn't have the motivation we would still probably be using lamps in the night. Einstein had so much motivation that he kept on trying and trying to invent the electric bulb. Einstein succeeded in making the bulb in his 2001st attempt. Can you now imagine the amount of motivation the genius had?

But it's not possible to always get what you want even after applying all your efforts. Sometimes we have to taste failure and accept it. But in this process a few of us are not able to accept failure and lose interest, particularly in life. This is where motivation plays an important part and proves to be of a lot of help. How is it that after so many failures Einstein was still able to invent the electric bulb? Failures make us fall and we have to rise every time and continue our journey towards success. But after falling to a failure, we need motivation to rise and get back to working towards our goal.

There are different ways in which you can motivate yourself or anyone around you who is depressed and needs motivation. Motivation is needed everywhere in today's highly competitive world. This includes at work, at home, at school and even in sports. Suppose a child failed in his exams, he would be feeling low and depressed. Sometimes students take drastic steps if they are not able to cope with the failure. There are cases where children have committed suicide because they failed in a particular exam. In order to prevent such mishaps, parents and teachers should come forward and help the child by motivating him. They should encourage and help him get back to normal and give his best shot in the next exam.

One way of motivating, is using the science of hypnosis. When a person is depressed the first thing we need to find out is the reason behind his depression. But sometimes people going through depression are not comfortable in sharing the reason. Here hypnosis can help them. With the help of hypnosis the person needing motivation can be calmed and made to understand that this is not the end. Hypnosis can help people get peace of mind which in turn will help them see things more clearly and in an unbiased way. After undergoing hypnosis treatment the person will be able to think what lead to depression. He can then think of ways which will help him in getting better when he gets on with life.

You can get hypnosis treatment from the Internet media and learn it yourself. It's very easy. Either buy books or get the Mp3 from on line. Listen to it and learn. So start downloading and learn hypnosis which will help you in curing simple problems of life and live it beautifully.

    *********************** ARTICLE START ***********************

It is seen in 10 % of people in US, panic attacks if not controlled can overcome your life. A person experiencing severe anxiety will come across such a disastrous problem; however this can be a genetic problem. A person that is affected with one will always fear when another might erupt, the very fear will exclude you from taking part in any social activities. The quality of a person's life will come under constant bombarding.

A person might have a number of problems such as trembling, nausea, dizziness, vomiting, sweating and many more. All these problems will increase the effects of the panic attacks. These attacks last for less than 30 minutes; however this intense 30 minutes can suck the joy out of your life. So if at all you have this problem try overcoming it before it overcomes your life.

Anxiety is normal as we come across many situations in our daily life that leads to anxiety, however the anxiety level will reach a state where you will experience an anxiety attack. Many people who come across this try and come out of this with different possible help available. But there are some people who come to the conclusion that they will leave the problem behind by bothering the least about it. This is not a good idea, if you decide to leave this to time than it won't be long until you experience another one. This can completely change your life, as every time you want to go out in the back of your mind you will be always worried about when the next anxiety panic attack will strike.

Hypnosis can help reduce the anxiety level that has been caused so far. The root cause to the panic attacks is due to the extreme stress and anxiety that is leading to a poor lifestyle. However there is help available for you to come out of this disastrous situation, hypnosis can help you control those panic attacks. Wondering How? It reduces the amount of anxiety level. All this is done when your mind is allowed to relax deeply. Your mind is taken away from the daily stress and anxiety that had been causing the majority of the problem. A subconscious mind is then allowed to deplete all the negativity and is allowed to calm down.

Hypnosis treatment is normally conducted by the therapist; this is where you are supposed to take that appointment to undergo this treatment. Also these appointments are not convenient for you as you have to take out your all important time. But this can no longer be your problem. Yes a self hypnotizing treatment will come to your aid (mp3). The best part is that it is not costly and neither do you have to waste the time, you can use it repeatedly as per your convenience as once you have got this it becomes your asset. So if you require one, than all that you have to do is browse the web and download the mp3 contents. So start using it and make your all important life worthy again. Eradicate the problem before the best productive time passes away. Many people have already used this, so what are you waiting for?

In our world today relationships have become very fragile. People seem to be in and out of relationships. Relationships are not what they used to be. It is perfectly fine to date one person and hop onto another without even completing a year. It is almost scary to indulge in an adult relationship. Marriages work pretty much the same way. Nowadays a five year old marriage is equivalent to a 15 year marriage of the old days. The divorce rates are sky high and it doesn't seem to bother too many. Obviously if there are new relationships arising every few months, it means break-ups are happening. Even though relationships happen fast, break-ups are still painful. They are still heart breaking. Some people are affected more than others. People under going break-ups often tend to get depressed which further makes them go on an eating binge which later results in health problems. Of course sometimes they do not eat at all which again is not healthy. Some people tend to be emotional all the time after their break-ups and almost give up on love and relationships. They need a lot of reassuring before they can ever fall in love again. Most often break-ups leave you traumatized, with a low esteem and a lack of confidence.

    Why do people break-up?

Often intimate relationships tend to bring out underlying fears

    The fear of commitment

You bounced into this relationship even before you were over your past relationship

    You do not feel loved

You have many other priorities and your relationship is demanding too much from you

Your sex life is not what you want it to be

You feel like you are lost in the relationship and are in search of your own identity

How do you deal with relationship break-ups?

Break-ups are never easy. All relationships are emotional and break-ups are even more emotional. Time is usually the best healer of broken hearts. But sometimes even time doesn't seem to heal your wounds. Lack of love in your life can bring you down completely. It shatters your confidence, self esteem and just takes away your joy. Some people undergo terrible depression when they go through break-ups. For those who absolutely can't take break-ups, I reckon you should try treatment. I don't recommend going to therapists or doctors. I believe the easiest way to deal with your broken heart is through hypnosis. You do not have to visit a hypnotist, you need to only download hypnosis MP3s from the Internet and it helps you with self hypnosis. Hypnosis has the power to heal you of several strong emotions. The hypnosis sessions aims at reaching out to your unconscious mind. It convinces your mind that it is not worth getting emotional about a break-up. It teaches you what is important and directs you towards ways of healing from broken relationships. The hypnosis sessions help you build up your self esteem and self confidence. It also clears your mind of relationship fears and helps you to be open to welcoming new relationships.

OCD is a type of mental disorder in which the person affected has an excessive fear about himself, his loved ones and about his work. He gets an obsession ie fear, anxiety, worries, uncertainty of thoughts about every work. The doubt about the completion and correctness of their work gets to extremities and thus they react as an unusual person. These people are constantly under the threat of thoughts regarding the incompleteness or improperness of any act. What if I don't reach a particular expectation in time? These people are extremely possessive and reserved. These people are caught by many upsetting and disappointing thoughts in their mind. In the name of the disease, the word compulsory also has its own meaning. OCD people have a very strong urge of doing a particular thing repeatedly ie rituals or compulsion, thus the name of the disease includes compulsory in it. They repeat the things just to ensure themselves that the work is safe and protected.

The obsessions and compulsions sometimes may be related but sometimes they aren't and at such times the affected person seems to be going nuts. A person with higher level of OCD reflects a distressing feeling at all times and can move to extremes due to a lot of fear. The obsessions keep growing and these can result to a lot of time consumption for the person to complete any task because of their repetitive behavior. Resisting of compulsions is really very difficult for these people suffering from OCD.

It is believed that this disorder is related with the levels of a chemical known as serotonin present in the brain. Due to the improper flow of this chemical the alarm system overreacts and sends false signals to us prompting such people to believe that a job is undone or there is a problem due to which they overreact. It is also said that it is hereditary. It can affect a person of any age and just like diabetes and asthma it is also a disease which is not in one's control. Diagnosis of OCD cannot be in a lab by some chemical or physical test but its diagnosis is done but psychiatrists and that to by asking few questions related to your obsessions and compulsions.

Unlike other therapies the treatment of OCD can be done in a lot easier and effective way. CBT is a type of talk therapy for the OCD people, the methods like exposure and ritual prevention is used in this therapy. The other way to get rid of OCD is by hypnosis. Hypnosis is a treatment where an individual's brain is modelled and reshaped. Hypnosis works at both levels, conscious and unconscious levels. For undergoing the treatment for OCD you need not wait long for an appointment from a therapist. The treatment is available on the Internet itself, and with a few downloads you can get rid of OCD. The treatment is available in many formats such as mp3, Cd's and videos. You just have to pick one format and go through the sessions as instructed. So start downloading now.

Human beings are highly governed by emotions at times .This is because their emotions rule their intelligence and they blindly follow these emotions. The loss of success in life of many people is due to this over riding of emotions. They start finding refuge in certain habits that they declare as their hobbies. One such habit that comes as a result of depression is compulsive spending.

Compulsive spending can be identified in people who spend a lot without any major reason. These people always justify their needs and start spending a lot on their shopping. They themselves understand that there is no particular need of that shopping.

Compulsive spending comes as a habit in people when they are having some personal egos. They start taking something that can put them up in front of others. There are people who go for compulsive spending when they are really worried or are under depression.

When people realize that they have compulsive spending disorder, they will quarrel with others. This arises out of a guilty feeling. They shout at others when they start speaking about the bad effects of compulsive spending. They feel so much ashamed when they think that they don't have a credit card.

Compulsive spending disorder is mostly a refuge for people to shelter when they feel guilty of their mistakes. People go for a shopping when they feel that they have nothing to be proud of. They will continue the shopping till their money runs out.

In today's world all that matters is wealth. No one is satisfied with whatever he or she has. Not every person in the world is born with a golden spoon other than some exceptional cases where a person is born in a family that owns the lavish life such as castles, islands, the most expensive of restaurants and many more. But for common people like us it is just a dream that we think that it might come true some day. These are said to be just dreams of a person instead of his goals. Money doesn't come walking to a person asking to be taken away. It has to be created by working hard so don't waste it on compulsive shopping because you will be jeopardising your close ones well being too.

This disorder can be cured with the help of hypnosis. Hypnosis can bring noticeable changes in the people. The hypnosis cd will help people to understand the mistake in their character. They will give a relaxed thought to their mind.

Hypnosis Cd and mp3 will act on the nervous impulses and give them fresh thoughts. They will bring changes in the way people think and act. This can help them to get rid of the tendency to go for a shopping when they are in trouble.

Compulsive spending can be recognized as a disease rather than a habit. This will help the people to understand the importance of recovering from the compulsive spending disorder. The techniques implemented by hypnosis are easy to follow and the results are long lasting also.

Humans response to stimulus vary with each individual. The characteristics and the environment in which they are brought up greatly influence each person, in the way he portrays himself. The extend to which each person reacts to different situations vary greatly. There are many things that influence this response of people and it is mainly because of the inefficiency of man to control his emotions.

One of such reactions of man is called by the name, blushing. It is a way of response in which individual exhibits a psychological response characterized by a redness on the face. The intensity of this facial expression depends on the seriousness of the situation and the personality of the individual subjected to it.

Blushing symptoms are shown by people right from childhood. This is never an abnormal case or an unhealthy condition for everyone used to blush at times of embarrassment or shame. But when the amount or extend to which it lasts vary, the situation has to be considered with immense care. This can be an early symptom of rosacea.

In the field of medicine, blushing occurs due to the variation in the circulation of blood. It is a chemical phenomenon. The response of the facial veins is very tender and often come out more visibly. The capillaries and veins are in a stretchable position in the face and develop changes much faster than any other part of the body.

Blushing affects man when this character hinders him from doing any thing creative, especially in front of a public. Children used to blush when they are asked to perform in front of an audience. But this is a normal phenomenon. But when it is not vanished even after prolonged exposure, this stops the growth of the potentials in the individual. Even the thought of a performance in front of people, will make him blush and pulls him back from delivering it.

When he reaches the teens, his surroundings demand more from him and he hesitates to render when needed. When he realizes that he his having the habit of blushing, the situation becomes even worst. Self realization makes things in such a way that the person hesitates to give that which suits his ability. The professional in him stands static without any growth in career when his blushing overtakes his knowledge and thinking power. The career often wants more abilities and blushing never suits an individual who is skilled in profession.

Then he has to think seriously about how to stop blushing. When it is a disease, methods are available to overcome this using medicines and surgeries. But it is often advisable not to stop blushing using surgeries. This is because of the side effects that can come up. The best and the effective method are using hypnosis techniques. It helps him to understand the potentials and act according to what is expected from him. Relaxation techniques help him to get the confidence to control blushing, when it shoots up. He can stop blushing with self awareness and can recognize the hidden potentials in him.

Human emotions are under the sole control of each individual. If he can properly analyze the conditions of his mind, everything can be brought under his disposal. Thus, the problems of the mind never remain a mystery to him. Mind and its minute variations is complex and the techniques of hypnosis effectively handle these variations and bring them under control.

Some of you may think that this fear is odd but you will be very surprised to know that fear of public speaking is on power with the fear of death while a few studies claim that this fear supersedes the fear of death. It is said "it is far better to be in the grave than to conduct a eulogy". That means in this bold world of ours today there are tons of people who are scared to give a speech in public. Hard to imagine isn't it? Some of us are born speakers and we are aliens to this kind of phobia and unaware too. But this phobia is big and many people suffer from it. When forced or asked to speak in public, it makes them sweaty and nervous and scared. They often suffer anxiety and panic attacks. They are stressed out by just the thought of having to speak in public. They maybe great writers or even orators among their friends and even have excellent voices but they will still shy away from public speaking because of their fear.

Why do people face this fear?

    1. Some people have very low esteem and lack confidence

    2. Very often they are unprepared

    3. They are scared they will not meet others expectation and often they themselves have very high expectations.

    4. They have never experienced speaking to a large audience.

Is it possible to overcome the fear of public speaking?

Yes, it is indeed possible to overcome the fear of public speaking. If you really want to overcome this fear there are plenty of ways to do so. The simplest is to take deep breaths before beginning your speech. It is also recommended that you practice a lot before getting on to the dais to give your speech. Remember practice makes a man perfect. Drink a lot of water so that your throat does not get dry. If none of this works, you have a slightly more serious problem. For which treatment again is not impossible. All you have to do is find hypnosis downloads on line. Download it to your computer and do the session. Hypnosis will change your approach towards your fear of public speaking. After your hypnosis session, you will experience great self confidence and you will not find public speaking challenging. Hypnosis is the treatment in which the main target is your unconscious mind. Everything is mind related. In a hypnosis session, your unconscious mind is targeted, it is explained to your mind that there is no harm in public speaking and that it is fine to speak in public. It will cure the fear of public speaking within your unconscious mind, thus solving your fear in your conscious mind. After the session, you will not need any prep talk. There are many men around us who sometimes or I must say most of the time feel, if he would be a woman then it would be better. They hold lots of qualities of women. They think that if they are given a chance of breaking the barriers of this world then they will surely turn in to a woman. And believe me their thinking worked out to be effective and now we surely have a process known as Feminization Hypnosis through which one can develop womanly characteristics.

Now there comes the time when you need not suppress your emotions and feeling and sentiments of a woman only because of the misunderstanding world.

Feminization Hypnosis is a process in which your subconscious mind is stimulated and told that you are a woman instead of, you are like a woman.

It also cultivates every habit of a normal woman in you. It also brings about all the physical, mental and emotional changes in you. It also alters your voice, way of talking and also of walking. For all your happiness as a woman you will need no pills, no medicines, no daily treatments, nothing. This process is only going to act as a catalyst to your feelings.

For getting converted, you need not go to any doctor but it's something that you can do by yourself. Through hypnosis you can tell yourself to become a woman. This therapy is really very easy, safe and unbelievably powerful. This process is divided mainly into two type's Hypnotic relaxation and feminizing induction. Hypnotic relaxation includes self hypnosis but as much as 90% of the people fail to make it. Your subconscious mind needs a direct and proactive dealing. Now feminizing inductions are related to activating the specific energy in you.

The main factors that are remembered at the time of this process are body, mind, communication, sexual, eternal sexual Feminization. Your mind starts believing and obeying hypnosis very sincerely and results in changes in you. To get more and more improvement in you, you just need to relax your conscious mind and inform your subconscious mind repeatedly with a confident tone.

You will need to practice this hypnosis daily for at least 20 min for proper and permanent effects. Few of the physical changes might get permanent like breast enlargement.

For all your wishes to come true you really don't need to go to a doctor or wait for appointments of a hypnotist but you simply need to turn on your computer and download it from the Internet. Many of the MP3, Cd's, videos are available on the Internet. So download one right now and you'll see the wonders hypnosis can work for you. It's the one thing that has no physical side effects and you won't be put under the knife to bring about physical changes. Hypnosis will in fact make the process a lot simpler for you and your initiation into the feminization process will be smooth. It's self help and thus you can carry out your hypnosis sessions at your own convenience each day. The process is gradual and the effects long lasting ensuring that you benefit from every aspect.

A bankruptcy – though never pleasant – to many was a fresh start. Permitting those who got in over their heads, who may have managed finances unwisely, or who encountered sudden fiscal upsets to have a majority of their old debt eradicated and thus start anew on the road to good credit and the responsible management of funds. Yet after October of 2005 and blaming the courts, bankruptcy bound debtors found discharges heavily burdensome and instead of rejoicing at the newfound freedom and ability to once again start over, old debts were said to haunt those in dire financial straits.

While some of the changes were common sense changes for the better of the system, the limitation on the homestead exemption and the means test that would be a litmus test as to whether a family truly needed bankruptcy protection or just unload some assets – frequently at horrendous losses – were two of the most commonly cited reasons for a decline in filings. At the same time, the mandatory credit counseling before the bankruptcy filing was received as a self-serving move on behalf of the credit card industry that is heavily invested with the counseling agencies.

For this reason, though the number of bankruptcy filings have sharply declined, the number of Americans with bad credit and no hope for help in sight has just as sharply risen. In the same vein, a failure to provide quick and decisive discharge action has cost many families precious years of being mired in fiscal muck rather than having a fresh start that would eventually permit them to support their grown children's higher education. Even if there is very little that can be accomplished by blaming the courts, bankruptcy laws have not changed for the better.

When anyone files for bankruptcy, the proceedings will go through their local federal bankruptcy court as the entire process is governed by federal law. There are a few aspects of the bankruptcy proceeding that may be influenced by state laws, the overall rules and procedures covering the process is under federal jurisdiction.

Whether an individual filing for personal bankruptcy or a company or corporation filing for protection under bankruptcy all of the proceedings are handled in federal bankruptcy court. This is more beneficial to the debtors as some of their creditors may be from other parts of the country and not influenced by decisions of state courts. With all decisions coming at the federal level, it covers the individual or company regardless of the location of the creditors.

Additionally, many creditors are less likely to attempt illegal collection tactics sometimes used when a person initially files for bankruptcy, as they fear facing charges on the federal level. There can also be no misunderstanding of the rules if they would be different in other states. Creditors may make a case speaking to the court's trustee about the discharge of debt, but in the majority of bankruptcies, there are few times then holders of unsecured loans will appear in federal bankruptcy court.

Due to the procedure going through federal bankruptcy court, it is always best for individuals to find appropriate representation in bankruptcy proceedings. Experienced lawyers understand the process in the courtroom, but more importantly, they know the order in which everything related to the case must be completed to affect an efficient discharge of the case.

In many cases, there comes a time when many borrowers must seek bankruptcy protection from their creditors. While many people can access and utilize the help of debt credit counselors, others have no choice but to file Chapter 7 or Chapter 13 bankruptcy.

Most people who are in financially trouble prefer to seek protection under Chapter 13 bankruptcy. However the court must approve the plan and before they do so, it will have to be proven the borrower is in a situation where the plan will be consistently met within the borrower's current financial situation. The borrower must have a job to be able to pay back the plan. In addition, the plan must be of a reasonable amount, for it to work.

Many creditors may be reluctant to enter into a loan consolidation plan through a private specialist, but have little choice in bankruptcy courts. They don't always agree to erase all charges either. However, most often the bankruptcy courts will order them to do so. This allows protection to the borrower and gives the creditor no choice but to meet the orders of the court.

When a person finds them in a financial dilemma and believes their only way out is to seek the court's protection, it will be in their best interest to contact an attorney who can explain the bankruptcy rules to them. While there is nothing that says they cannot file their own petition for bankruptcy, the rules are quite complicated and an experienced attorney can make sure everything goes smoothly in court.

Additionally, there are some bankruptcy rules that may prevent them from keeping certain possessions or may preclude them from filing all together. If a person finds they are not able to file for bankruptcy Chapter 7, they may fall under the bankruptcy rules for a Chapter 13, enabling them to pay off their obligations and keep their possessions under the protection of the bankruptcy court.

Under new bankruptcy laws, certain rules have changed and there may be some confusion about what type of property and its value that is exempt from being confiscated by the government and sold to pay off some of the old debt. There are also bankruptcy rules that govern how certain types of lump sum income are handled if received by the petitioner within periods established by the court.

While the process of bankruptcy can be a daunting experience, meeting with an attorney that understands the bankruptcy rules can help the petitioner understand what will happen during their day in court and well as the type of bankruptcy for which they may be eligible to file.

    *********************** ARTICLE START ***********************

Student loans are extremely difficult to have discharged when filing bankruptcy. They have to be filed as an undue hardship in which you must be incapable of working now and in the future. If you would like to discharge your student loans under the undue hardship exception, you must file a separate motion with the bankruptcy court and then appear before the judge to explain your hardship. If filing chapter 7 bankruptcy this is the case. If in fact you are filing chapter 13, you can have your student loans consolidated into payments that are set up by the court. The student loans are not discharged and you do have to pay them off out of pocket. You are given a period of time to pay off your debts. This is often a basic time frame of five years.

It is complicated and nearly impossible to discharge student loans in bankruptcy. In order to understand what may be your best option in paying off your student loan, it is suggested to speak to a bankruptcy attorney. They may have other solutions entirely, that can keep you from filing bankruptcy all together. Another option for advice is to speak to a debt consolidation representative. They are trained and experienced in student loans and other forms of debt assistance. Once you do find the route in which you choose to pay off your loans you will be thankful to be free from the payments and debt.

Former students often wonder, when considering filing for bankruptcy, about their student loans. They want to know if their loans will be included in the bankruptcy or not. In 1998 there was a law passed that makes almost no student loans fall under a bankruptcy claim. So, ultimately even if you file for bankruptcy you'll be stuck with your student loans still.

The law was established because many students were taking out student loans for amounts much higher than what they actually needed. Then they'd graduate and file for bankruptcy to get their loans nullified. Today filing bankruptcy will not eliminate the need for repayment of college loans. However, the reduction of debt might make it easier and allow the former student to pay their loans without financial stress.

There are a few areas where student's loans can be forgotten in a bankruptcy. If the person filing for bankruptcy can show that paying their student loan would create an undue hardship, they can often include it in the bankruptcy. In addition, if the repayment would stretch over a long period of time, it may be included. Lastly, if it seems to the court that the student has really tried to pay off the loan over an extended period of time (usually between 3-5 years), and still can't make the payments without financial stress, the student loan may be included in the bankruptcy.

While some believe that Chapter 7 is the answer to all of their problems, the sad reality shows otherwise. Impaired credit, high interest credit cards, years of battling negative credit notations, and of course the temptation to run up all the credit one has just shed are but a few of the pitfalls bankruptcy discharges may unleash on the unwary debtor.

Bankruptcy advice that might scare you straight hopes to prevent you from filing for Chapter 7 if there is even the remotest chance of effecting debt repayment in any other way. It is painful, but it might just help you!

First and foremost, know what you are up against. Too many are lured into contemplating bankruptcy because they do not know exactly how much they owe to whom and when confronted with the actual numbers might realize that their situation is not nearly as dire as they thought.

If your debts are as bad as you thought – or worse – cut out of your budget anything and everything that is not vital to survival; this refers to your gym membership, cable TV, membership at the YMCA, and so forth. Once you trim the fat from your budget, see how much you have to allocate toward debt payments.

No bit of bankruptcy advice would be complete by suggesting that prior to even thinking of filing for bankruptcy you should liquidate whatever assets you can and then use the money to pay off or at least lessen your outstanding financial obligations. Even if it only makes a small dent in your overall debts, the fact that having gotten rid of some outstanding balances and thus allowed you to forego a bankruptcy filing altogether is perhaps the best bankruptcy advice of all

With a lot of myth and lore surrounding the debt discharge granted by the bankruptcy court, the potential filer will be wise to research the law and be prepared to answer honestly whether the benefits outweigh the liabilities. Will life after bankruptcy really be all you imagine or will you be sorely disappointed?

For example, if you imagine yourself completely debt free, you may be unpleasantly surprised to realize that domestic payments, court settlements, and government student aid debts cannot be discharged.

Although you know that getting credit will be harder, you also know that there are some companies that specialize in granting credits to those who have just emerged from bankruptcy. Yet are you prepared to face the steep costs of such credit? Car loans and credit card interest rates will skyrocket and finding that credit that costs others between five and seven percent will run you between 25 and 29 percent, seriously lowers your buying power.

In addition to the foregoing, make sure that you keep a watchful eye on your credit report. Life after bankruptcy may mean freedom from a plethora of outstanding debts, but it also requires you to clean up your credit profile and some creditors are notoriously slow in marking their accounts as having been discharged. While it may not have a huge impact now, when the dust has settled and you are moving on with your life, failure to have these items corrected will further prevent you from gradually rebuilding your damaged credit rating.

Before October of 2005, a simple and straightforward Chapter 7 bankruptcy filing meant that the debtor would soon have the ability to start over without being hounded by collection agencies, outstanding bills, a mountain of credit card debt, and also no more medical bills that may have led to an undue burden on the individual's budget.

Yet all this changed after October of that year and after bankruptcy filing, debtors still were not home free but instead had to next subject themselves to intrusive, painful scrutiny that sought to discover the last hidden penny and red cent that could be used to pay toward a debt. In particular the means assessment was the watershed that caused many a family with young children to not get the much needed relief from a bankruptcy discharge, but instead forced some to linger in a hard to maintain Chapter 13 repayment plan.

By raising the value associated with a debtor's possessions – never mind the fact that they could not be sold at that price on the open market – and thus effectively lowering the homestead exemption, the rise in Chapter 13 cases has led to families lingering on the brink of fiscal disaster in an effort to meet the court enforced and supervised repayment plan.

Those uncertain whether their filings will be accepted under Chapter 7, even if they passed the means test, need to understand that the odds are good that their claims will receive a much higher degree of scrutiny than prior to the changes in the law. Thus, anyone considering bankruptcy to be a backdoor option – if all else fails – will need to rethink their approach to fiscal health.

Preparing to file bankruptcy will require you getting your documentation and statements showing proof of income and expenses together. The bankruptcy judge will require this information before making his or her decision of which debts will be discharged. He'll also use the information to see what type of bankruptcy you'll be most qualified for and benefited from.

The paperwork will include required pay stubs which will show the amount of income you gross per month. You'll also be required to prove your monthly expenses, including rent, utilities and grocery costs. Your statements showing credit card expenses, loans, taxes and unpaid medical bills will also be part of your paperwork to gather. The judge will then look over your income. Most often your assets and debts will be compared against your state's median income. Some states have tougher standards for comparison than others. The comparison results will determine what type of bankruptcy you'll qualify for.

Each state has its own list of specific assets that are eligible for exemption. It's best to consult with a bankruptcy attorney when trying to figure out what you own that will qualify for exemption. Taking assistance from a bankruptcy attorney is a good move, so you can ensure you're doing everything you can to conclude your bankruptcy on the most positive note possible.

United States bankruptcy courts are the bankruptcy judges in active and regular service in each district. They hold the power to handle bankruptcy matters. There are ninety four federal judicial districts in the United States and each of them handles bankruptcy petitions. Bankruptcy petition can be described as Debtor's petition or Creditor's petition depending on who files the petition as can be implied.

Bankruptcy petitions cannot be filed in any court. The petition must be filed in a court with jurisdiction. In the United States, bankruptcy cases have to be filed in Bankruptcy courts which are usually the (Federal) courts with jurisdiction to handle such matters. Notwithstanding, district courts also have subject matter jurisdiction over bankruptcy matters and may refer petitions to the bankruptcy court at any point by order.

Bankruptcy laws are designed to protect financially distressed individuals or organizations and also to make provision for liquidation of any non-exempt assets for orderly distribution to creditors.

In the United States, judges who preside over bankruptcy matters, otherwise referred to as "bankruptcy judges" are appointed for a fourteen year term by the US court of appeal. They constitute a unit in the applicable district court in each judicial district.

A United States Bankruptcy Judge is the court official empowered to make decisions on bankruptcy issues in United States bankruptcy courts. He determines the eligibility of the debtor for the form of petition filed and also if the debtor should be discharged of his debt obligations.

Typically, a debtor who files for Chapter 7 bankruptcy has limited or no involvement with the bankruptcy judge and may not see him unless an objection is raised on the petition.

A typical United States Bankruptcy court will administer the federal bankruptcy law in order to meet congress goal for enacting the law which is to give debtors a "fresh start" while also protecting creditors from unfair exploitation.

If you are filing for bankruptcy, your attorney knows the courts with jurisdiction to handle your case. So you need not worry. If however, you are filing your application yourself, endeavor to research the appropriate bankruptcy court in your district before filling your forms. Online database are available for your use in case you are not sure.

Not many men can resist a woman in fishnet stockings, and if that woman turns out to be their wife, then the experience would be considered erotic if the couple had discussed the matter beforehand. Many couples are becoming adventurous in the things they do to spice up their marriage. No married couple wants their love life to go stale and some open-minded couples believe that a pound of effort will produce many more years of marriage that are sure to be more exciting and delightful than the first few years were.

Every evening at home can be spiced up when adult costumes are worn. Adult costumes entice married couples to exhibit spicy behavior because the costume allows couples to fantasize about busty women who are not afraid of showing off their best asset. Other costumes might allow a man to experience a lifelong dream. The man might dress as a Count who has fallen into a forbidden love triangle with a maid and a Queen. Only the man will know who the winner of his heart will be on any particular evening, but with the costumes hanging in the closet, the wife knows that she will not be disappointed very often.

A sexy woman can become very erotic when wearing adult costumes. Some women would never dare to bare their bodies in public but in the privacy of home, there are no set rules to follow. The scantily clad bodies of both parties might run rampant around the house in the hopes that one or the others fantasy will be fulfilled at some point during the night. Adult costumes can be elaborate and ornate as necessary and couples have great fun taking time out to dress for an evening of fun.

Some costume designs do not require much time to don them properly and husbands take little time to remove them promptly. The simple donning of a costume is enough to please some husbands because they appreciate the trust and respect that has been displayed by their most treasured lover. Couples will be inclined to dress up in adult costumes more often because the costumes are seen every time they open the bedroom closet. Some intimate costume parties might take the couple out to the pool, or the couple might think that a pirate costume deserves an intimate walk on a long and deserted beach.

The selection of adult costumes is truly a creative effort. Couples can search for these adult products through the internet and know exactly on which day they will be delivered. This simple ordering process allows couples to plan adventurous dates with unknown mysterious men and women who they know they have not met yet but look forward to the first opportunity they get. The anticipation of meeting an unknown love interest is enough to start the wheels of romance churning.

Adult costumes are constructed with slits in the fabric that are very subtle and unnoticeable to the untrained eye. Those couples that wear those adult costumes to festive parties have ample reasons to excuse themselves from the crowds for minutes at a time if necessary. The sated looks on the couples face might give hint that romance is in the air, and comments might be made that someone thinks that Romeo has finally found his Juliet. The smirk on the faces of these costumed lovers will be all the confirmation that friends need, and the adult costumes can be removed in the privacy of the bedroom when the couple returns home.

Article Title: A Safari With The Tanzanian Great Migration

    *********************** ARTICLE START ***********************

You have decided to take a safari and without hesitation I would advise a Serengeti Safari in Northern Tanzania. A Safari across the endless plains of the Serengeti to witness the last, great migration on earth is an unforgettable experience. The whole safari across the huge Serengeti is a package with an abundance of animals rivaled no where else in Africa. It is compounded with majestic landscapes and the fascinating tribes you meet. It is here you will realize that you are in Africa proper.

The great migration safari in the Serenegeti comprises of hundreds of thousands of wildebeest in a never ending cycle of movement, closely followed by the predators looking for an easy meal. The Wildebeest follow the rains and migration is therefore as unpredictable as these rains. It is the last remaining great migration on our planet, and as such, it is a must to take a safari to witness first hand this great event.

Many safari companies try to predict the whereabouts of the animals. The success of this is dependent on three main things. a. The rains being on time. b. The rains lasting long enough to influence the animal to move. c. The experience of the company organizing migration safaris in the Serengeti. The problem with these predictions is that in recent years the rains have not been on time or they have even failed, leaving some safari-makers with clients in the wrong lodges in the wrong area of the Serengeti. Recently many people on safari in Kenya [as the migration crosses the border and for a short time the migration is in Kenya] experienced the failure of the long rains and with this failure most of the animals remained in the Northern Serengeti, leaving many people on the safari not only in the wrong lodges but in the wrong country!

How to solve this problem involves a little work on your part, in researching your subject and booking your safari vacation with care. Below are a few simple steps as a basic guideline.

    1. If you are wanting your safari from late July through to the end of September/October then it is necessary to book well in advance. This time of year is so busy that most of the lodges will become full.

    2. Have you heard of overcrowding in the Serenegeti? If you have, the chances are the safari took place between these over crowded summer months and most probably the safari was in the Seronera Valley, in the central Serengeti. This area of the Serengeti has a good, reliable concentration of animals with a year round water supply. Many safari companies [especially the bargain priced safaris] are lazy and send their clients to this part of the Serengeti only. This ensures lower mileage, bigger profits and happy clients because of the abundance of animals. Do ensure your safari includes two areas of the Serengeti. One should be the south or the north of this huge park, depending on the time of year and where the migration is heading.

    3. If you have the luxury of booking when tourists are few in Tanzania, then try to leave the actual booking of the safari until a few weeks before your departure. If it is low season, March through to the end of June, then the safaris [that is the accommodation and to a lesser extent transport] are at bargain basement rates. Keep checking on the whereabouts of the migration and then book your accommodation through a quality operator accordingly. Safari operators should be able to get luxury accommodation cheaper than your booking directly - this is how the safari operators make their profit.

    4. Unfortunately the easiest way to a successful migration safari in the Serengeti is also the most expensive. Book a luxury safari in a semi permanent luxury tented lodge. They are semi permanent as they move several times per year as the migration moves. This almost guarantees you will be up close and personal with the great migration.

[Do not let the tent bit put you off. They are huge tents with double beds and furniture and even en-suite bathrooms. Some boast of private butlers for each tent. They are small camps and have an intimate relationship with the surroundings.]

How it is possible to keep a check on the whereabouts of the migration is easier said than done. There are many sites that claim to have regular updates but some I checked recently are almost two years past their sell by date. I would suggest keeping in touch with two or three of the small boutique tour operators in Tanzania – they have vehicles with drivers who are returning from the Serengeti every week and so know the movements of the animals. They will not mind keeping you well informed of what is happening in order to [hopefully] get a safari booked.

Take time and plan your safari carefully as the planning is a part of the adventure. Take time to research a little and make sure your ground operator in Tanzania is willing to make your safari special. Many of the safari operators are [rather sadly] only bothered about making a quick buck and the client's wishes are of no concern to them. Beware of such companies as they exist at the luxury end as well as the budget end of the spectrum. Tanzania and the Serengeti are amazing. Ensure that with careful planning your safari experience will be an exciting and memorable one.

A question often asked is, "what type of traditional food should we expect when we get to Zanzibar?" Below is a small selection of what you may be offered. These examples of local dishes are eaten by the local people of both Zanzibar and Tanzania.

The original inhabitants of the Zanzibar Islands were African fishermen, who lived in villages scattered throughout the fifty or so Islands that make up the archipelago of Zanzibar. They survived on a diet mainly consisting of fresh seafood gleaned from the warm waters of the Indian Ocean surrounding these islands.

The diet of the local people went through a fundamental change in the ninth century with the arrival of the Persian and Arab traders. These traders built settlements along the coast of Tanzania and on the Zanzibar islands. In time these settlers integrated themselves into the African societies and left a wonderful legacy with their food. These settlers brought coconut palms, mango trees, citrus fruits, rice and all the spices we now associate with Zanzibar. Spiced pilau rice, one of the island's most common and delicious dishes cooked with coconut, nuts, and spices, is of Arab origin.

Pilau rice is the most traditional dish in Zanzibar which I have eaten at weddings, funerals and holidays. Sometimes when I have ordered this dish at a local restaurant I am told the order must be placed by how many kilos of rice I wanted them to cook. This spicy rice comes in a giant copper hour-glass shaped pilau pan. The best way to enjoy this dish is to sit in a circle around a large platter piled high with pilau, remembering, always, to use the right hand, and eat communally from the pot. This togetherness makes the meal even more of a social occasion, since not only do you get to spend time with friends gossiping and eating, but no one has to wash up.

My favorite accompaniment with this dish is a salad of slice onions placed in a shallow dish and marinated, for at least one hour, in lime juice, sliced chilies and sugar. This is served with thinly sliced tomato and cucumber and topped with chopped, fresh coriander.

The stiff porridge made from maze flour has many names throughout Africa and here in Zanzibar it is named Ugali. The maze flour is cooked with water into a stiff porridge, which is hard work. This is a staple diet for many Tanzanian's. It is eaten with your right hand and squashed into a ball, then pushing your thumb into the middle of the ball you make a spoon of the ugali ball and eat it along with the food scooped into the hole. This is especially nice with Mchicha. (see below)

Another favorite dish is sorpotel. The first time I tried sorpotel the chef refused to tell me what it was until after I had eaten it. This is because it is a stew of beef tongue, heart, liver and pork. The meat was so tender it melted in my mouth. It has a spicy kick to it but also a complex flavor that is unique from any curry or masala. If you are ever in Zanzibar, be sure to stop in CHIT CHAT and order the Sorpotel

Chips-my-eye, [Chips ], is a traditional dish here in Tanzania. It is egg and chips, but not your north of England two fried eggs and a side order of chips. It is a chip omelet. Chips are placed into a shallow frying pan and as they sizzle away two beaten eggs are poured over the top. This is then cooked into a solid omelet, stuffed with chips, and very nice it is too. It is not so healthy but give it a try when you visit Tanzania. It is far nicer than it sounds.

Mchicha is the champagne of the many Tanzanian types of spinach. Some of them require a little longer to cook than the western varieties but they all have an excellent taste ranging from the very bitter to the sweet. Mchicha is one of the most popular spinaches and has small oval leaves and thin stems that are very good with Ugali.

Most hotels are now serving a selection of traditional dishes. However, if you find yourself on the coast of Tanzania or in Zanzibar – speak to the local people and see where they eat.

Since its creation in 2002, the "euro" ----a Frankenstein creation that replaced the former currencies of 12 European countries like France, Germany and Italy--- has beaten the socks off the American greenback. Back then, the euro limped out of the gate at a parity with the greenback. It quickly dropped to around 86 cents for every dollar.

That was then. As of November 11, 2007, Veteran's Day here in the US, the euro is worth 1.46 American dollars. A single euro now buys 46% more than its American peer.

We've scratched our heads in this column about the decline of the dollar. What's happening now is unprecedented.

The dollar has fallen to a 26-year low against the British pound. It has fallen to a 33-year low against the Canadian dollar.

What has happened to put the dollar in a free fall / Throughout the last century, every American President and every American Treasury Secretary has repeated the mantra that "a strong dollar is American policy". As recently as October 10, two weeks before the G-7 Summit, both the current President and the current Treasury Secretary recited the mantra by heart.

" I feel very strongly that a strong dollar is in our nation's interest," stated Treasury Secretary Henry Paulson, formerly Chairman of Goldman Sachs.

What's missing is the "and therefore". In the past, severe drops in dollar values have brought strong corrective actions, a buy back of the dollar in effect to prop up the value. No such cavalry charge is coming in the current climate. In fact, some have suggested that the current US policy is a smug contentment that the decline of the dollar has boosted US exports by about 15%, since our exports are now cheaper for foreigners.

Which leaves all of us to wonder aloud—what happens if the dollar's free fall continues? Is there any safety net down there?

Don't bet on it. Secretary Paulson ha started adding a caveat to that ol' strong-dollar mantra. "and we believe that currency values should be set in a competitive marketplace based on underlying economic fundamentals."

Those underlying fundamentals are weak now in the US A mortgage market meltdown, coupled with an economy strained by the $576 billion cost of war have all but tapped out the US economy for the time being. We are now in hock. We are the largest debtor nation on earth.

And what happens when we take out some of our retirement in the form of those weakened dollars? A hidden costs of letting the dollar sink is that the buying power of those retirement savings ---once they are converted to dollars –is getting pretty pitiful. Worsening the situation is that, unlike many citizens of foreign countries, Americans who desire to keep their cash in euros find very few US banks offering that flexibility. Some German banks (Deutsche Bank) and on-line banks (everbank) have begun offering accounts to Americans denominated in other currencies.

Brother, can you spare a euro?
