In the golden age of comic books, fans chose a side and stuck to that side. DC made a name for itself in the world of comic books films by launching the "Superman" franchise. The same company then bounced back with "Batman" and other films, while Marvel experienced problems with its entertainment division. After the failures of "Batman Forever" and "Batman and Robin," Marvel knew that it needed to step up its game, so "Iron Man" was brought to life.

Universal Studios originally obtained the rights to the character in the early 1990s, but the film languished in production for years. It wasn't until 2006 that Jon Favreau signed on for the film and casting actually began. Robert Downey Jr. ("Kiss Kiss Bang Bang") wasn't the first choice for the role, but after talking to him, Favreau admitted that he couldn't imagine anyone else in the role. The film grossed more than $98 million in its opening weekend, making "Iron Man" a hit among fans. Fans also loved the end credits, which showed Samuel L. Jackson ("Snakes on a Plane"). Jackson portrayed Nick Fury and the scene gave fans hope for a sequel.

"Iron Man" eventually grossed more than $500 million around the world, and it was the first film of 2008 to make more than $300 million at the box office. Downey credits the film with giving him a second chance at an acting career, and he enjoyed the role so much that he came back for a long cameo role in "The Incredible Hulk." The release of those two films showed Hollywood that fans loved good comic book films and paved the way for more Marvel films.

Fans who aren't sure how "Iron Man 3" might fare at the box office should just look at "Iron Man 2" and "The Avengers." "Iron Man 2" brought back many of the same characters and actors from the first film, including Downey and Gwyneth Paltrow, who played as his love interest Pepper Potts. In its first weekend in theaters, the film grossed more than $128 million, making it even more successful than the first film in the franchise. "The Avengers" served as the first film to bring together some of the top stars in the Marvel universe. Iron Man, Thor, Hulk, Nick Fury, Black Widow, and Hawkeye all appeared in the film. "The Avengers" grossed more than $1.5 billion around the world, making it one of the highest-grossing films of all time.

Marvel did a smart job of connecting its superhero films, and fans flocked to theaters to see their favorite characters and stars. Every film in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, as fans call it, contains connections to past and future films. "The Avengers" showed a relationship forming between Bruce Banner and Tony Stark, which might carry over into the next film, and the film set things up for both "Iron Man 3" and the upcoming "Thor: The Dark World." If nothing else, fans will turn out to watch the ending scenes, which will likely show a hint of what happens in the sequel to "Thor" and the 2014 release "Captain America: The Winter Soldier."

Fans began eagerly awaiting the release of "Iron Man 3" back in 2012. The production company behind the film sent the newest Iron Man suit to the San Diego Comic-Con, and several of the film's stars showed up for a Q&A session with fans. The session ended with the group introducing a series of short scenes from the film, and fans instantly went online to discuss the new film. In March of 2013, fans got another chance to learn about the film on its official Facebook page. Several stills from the film appeared on the social networking page, giving fans their first look at "Iron Man 3."

Downey's contract officially ends with the release of "Iron Man 3," but the actor already announced plans to return for "The Avengers 2," which will arrive in theaters in 2015. He also made it clear that he hopes to return for additional films in the series. Early reviews of "Iron Man 3" point out that the film sets things up for additional films starring the superhero.

The buzz surrounding "Iron Man 3" started increasing in the days leading up to the film's official premier. Fans could watch a live stream of the red carpet, which showed the stars arriving and talking about their roles in the film. With "The Avengers" still on everyone's mind, no one should be surprised if "Iron Man 3" dominates the box office for the next few months.

    Length: 105 minutes

    Release date: 10 October, 2012

    Directed by: François Ozon

    Genre: Mystery/Thriller

    Stars: 3.5 out of 5

"In the House" is a 2012 film by director François Ozon that explores the mentor-student relationship between a young man and his French teacher. Fabrice Luchini plays Mr. Germaine, a French literature teacher who is resoundingly disappointed in the lackluster performance of his students. Germaine is disheartened by the way most students seem to be merely getting by on their writing assignments as opposed to truly engaging in the craft.

Ernst Umhauer plays Claude, a French literature student who serves as a breath of fresh air for the bedraggled Germaine. Claude submits an assignment that chronicles his unexpected foray into the life of a classmate's family. Claude is an impishly charming young man, one who is capable of manipulating his way into the heart of just about anyone. Germaine is fascinated by the boy's candid account of his exploits. Claude reminds him of the charming young antiheroes of the literature he adores, and he soon takes the boy under his wing, encouraging his writing efforts. Germaine encourages him to the point of enabling manipulative and unethical behavior that, as an educator, he should be discouraging.

As Claude's nearly sociopathic ability to charm and manipulate blurs the boundary of reality to the point where Germaine's very career is at stake, the French teacher must learn to separate the real from the unreal. "In the House" is an unusual take on the classic relationship between student and teacher. At times, it is unclear whether Germaine is the teacher or whether Claude is teaching him. Germaine sees the possibilities contained within all his novels and characters fully embodied and living in Claude. It is almost as if Claude is a beloved fictional character who has come to life, but Germaine soon realizes that what is good in fiction is often wicked in reality, especially when real people's emotions and lives are at stake.

Fabrice Luchini gives a solid performance as Mr. Germaine. The character is relatable to anyone who has ever been disillusioned with his or her profession, which seems to be especially true when it comes to an educator's job. All Mr. Germaine wants is to share his love of literature with his students, but he finds his class and assignments are more of a chore than a door held open to a world of imagination. He finds hope for the younger generation in Claude, and he is inspired to connect with writing and literature in a way that he hasn't been for many years.

Ernst Umhauer is a fledgling actor, but the viewer will never know it judging from the actor's performance in "In the House." Claude is a deep, multifaceted character who is as lovable as he is unsettling. Audiences will be warning the other characters on screen not to trust him at the same time as they are falling in love with him. The actor is just that convincing, and he brings the role of Claude alive. He carries himself with a certain old-world charm that is reminiscent of classic characters such as Dorian Gray and Heathcliff.

Kristin Scott Thomas is not to be forgotten as Germaine's wife, Jeanne. While Thomas plays a supporting role in the film, her character has all the charm and depth of a leading lady. Jeanne is elegant and refined while maintaining a playful air about her character, who acts as a perfect foil to her husband's rigidity.

Some viewers will find the film's atypical storytelling less than appealing; others will adore the film for it. "In the House" is an unusual look at the contrast between youth and age as well as between innocence and naiveté. Fans of nonlinear storytelling that blurs the line between reality and fantasy will enjoy this movie. It is often impossible to tell what is really happening and what is merely the fictitious invention of Claude's youthful imagination. Sometimes, even Claude himself finds it difficult to make the distinction, which is part of what makes his character so relatable.

While the unconventional storytelling format and plot might be unappealing to some, fans of other quirky dramas will likely enjoy "In the House." This film is not so much a coming-of-age story as it is an acceptance-of-age story. Germaine and Claude are each flawed and relatable characters in their own right. The relationship between teacher and student is stretched and bent to the point of breaking, giving a unique look at what it really means to learn. The acting is solid, and both main and supporting characters bring the script alive with charm. Anyone looking for a suspenseful yet melancholic take on academic life and literature in the modern age should give "In the House" a try.

Hollywood seems determined to expose audiences to lessons of the past, and it has been successful so far. First, there was the 2012 release of "Argo," which told the story of the 1980 efforts of the CIA to get American diplomats out of Iran, followed by the critically acclaimed biographical drama "Lincoln." The 2013 release of "42" follows those films' footsteps as it gives viewers a look into the life of Jackie Robinson, the first African-American athlete to smash professional baseball's color barrier.

In 1947 when Jackie Robinson (Chadwick Boseman) joined the Brooklyn Dodgers wearing number 42, there were few people on his side outside of Dodgers executive Branch Rickey (Harrison Ford), team manager Leo Durocher (Christopher Meloni) and his wife Rachel (Nicole Beharie). The first order of business was for his new teammates to sign a petition to have him fired for no other reason than his color, but they were unsuccessful. Unfortunately, Durocher is suspended shortly thereafter for a personal indiscretion, leaving the team without a manager and Jackie without a supporter.

Although he continued to play, his teammates and competing teams didn't let Robinson off easily, and they made it very clear he was not welcome on the field. He was subjected to ongoing racism on and off the field in a way that brings to life what African-Americans had to live with before the Civil Rights Movement. When Jackie stepped out onto the field, he was booed by the audiences. Pitchers seemed to take great pride in being able to hit him with the ball, and he was often subjected to hecklers and racial slurs being tossed at him from the opposing teams on the sidelines.

Jackie Robinson often had problems curbing his temper, but when he was playing, he usually managed to keep it at bay. In a game against the Philadelphia Phillies, Robinson became so incensed that he headed back to the dugout and took his frustration out by smashing his bat. He followed that by going up to bat and hitting a historic home run. Phillies manager Ben Chapman, who was one of the loudest hecklers, saw Jackie's home run and realized how talented he was. In the end, he asked to pose with Robinson so the reporters at the game could take pictures for their publications.

Jackie Robinson managed to take all of his anger and frustration and funnel it into something everyone could relate to-the game of baseball. His talent and athleticism transcended racial lines, and he wound up opening doors for African-American athletes across the country who wanted to achieve their goals.

Director Brian Helgeland did superb job with "42." Instead of trying to be too clever, he let the story unfold in a deliberate way that let the characters shine through and speak for themselves. Helgeland, who won an Oscar for his work on the 1997 smash hit "LA Confidential," also wrote the screenplay for "42" as well as other hit films, including "A Knight's Tale," "Conspiracy Theory" and "A Nightmare on Elm Street 4: The Dream Master." The movie "42" was only his sixth time directing a film, with earlier experience gained from films such as "The Order" and "Payback."

Chadwick Boseman was the perfect choice to play Jackie Robinson. Although he has close to ten years of experience under his belt on television shows such as "Persons Unknown" and "Lincoln Heights," he was a relative unknown until landing this role. Before "42," his only big-screen experience was on the set of the 2008 movie "The Express" and the 2012 film "The Kill Hole."

Harrison Ford brings big-name clout to the movie in his role as Branch Rickey. Ford, who has 22 awards and 24 nominations under his belt, has been one of America's favorite leading men since he played the role of Han Solo in the "Star Wars" and "Indiana Jones" franchises. He started his career in 1966 performing bit parts in movies and one-off appearances in television shows, but that changed quickly. He also starred in several other hit films, including "Witness," "Blade Runner," "Patriot Games" and "Clear and Present Danger" in the 1990s. He followed those up by playing Norm Spencer in "What Lies Beneath" in 2000 and Dr. Stonehill in the 2010 film "Extraordinary Measures."

In order to understand the racism that was rampant in our country during the 1940s and 1950s, everyone should put "42" on their must-see list of movies. Jackie Robinson was a hero who helped spur on the Civil Rights Movement, and although he did have a human side and was far from perfect, he managed to show grace in the face of adversity.

    *********************** ARTICLE START ***********************

Released in 1993, "A Bronx Tale" is a heartwarming tale of a boy growing up in the Bronx during the 1960s, the father who loves him, and the mobster who tries to show him a different way of life. The film takes audiences on a wild ride in which they go from tears to laughter to anger over and over again.

"A Bronx Tale" begins in 1960 on the gritty streets of the Bronx, where Lorenzo Anello (Robert De Niro) and his wife Rosina (Kathrine Narducci) are busy raising their son, Calogero (Francis Capra). During this era, the Mafia permeates the Bronx, and Calogero is fascinated by the colorful gangsters. One of the local chiefs, Sonny LoSpecchio (Chazz Palminteri), takes a special interest in the boy.

Much of the movie revolves around the relationship that Calogero develops with Sonny as Calogero grows into a young man, as well as around his father's struggle to keep him away from the mobsters. In the end, Sonny is murdered, and Lorenzo admits to his son that Sonny had always maintained a level of morality even in his criminal activity. The two patch up their relationship and walk off into the sunset sharing the lessons they have learned over the years.

"A Bronx Tale" is one of many gangster films to come out of Hollywood, and some consider it to be one of the best. The movie and its cast have some interesting backstories, however, that give fans a little glimpse behind the scenes.

    From Stage to Screen

Many people do not realize that the film was based on the early experiences of Chazz Palminteri, who grew up in the Bronx during the 1960s. Palminteri originally wrote "A Bronx Tale" as a one-man stage play that made its debut in Los Angeles in 1989 and subsequently made a successful off-Broadway run. The show's success was noticed in Hollywood, and offers poured in for the rights to the story. Palminteri knew what he wanted, though, and refused to sell the story's rights unless it was guaranteed that he would be cast in the role of Sonny and would also be tasked to write the screenplay. He was so adamant that he even turned down a viable $1 million offer when the prospective buyer would not meet his terms.

A New Role for De Niro

Despite De Niro's celebrity status and previous recognition, which included an Oscar for his 1975 portrayal of Vito Corleone in "The Godfather: Part II" and another for "Raging Bull" in 1980, "A Bronx Tale" marked De Niro's directorial debut. It all came about after the actor saw the stage show and was smitten with the story. He approached Palminteri and told him that if he was allowed to direct the film, he would also act in it and agree to all of Palminteri's stipulations. De Niro took things even further than that; he insisted on authenticity and remaining true to the story so much that he made sure that Palminteri was involved in almost every aspect of the making of the film, including casting, sound mixing, and selecting locations for the shoots.

    The Setting

Although the entire movie takes place in the Bronx, only a portion of the movie was actually filmed there. The Astoria neighborhood in Queens was the setting for the neighborhood where the Anellos live and where much of the movie was filmed. The African-American neighborhood where many important scenes take place was actually an area of Sheepshead Bay in Brooklyn. The scene that takes place on City Island, however, was shot on the actual location in the Bronx.

    De Niro Look-Alike

Lillo Brancato, who plays the teenage Calogero, was completely new to acting when the movie was filmed. It all started on a lazy summer day at Jones Beach when talent scouts, who were scouring New York looking for the perfect De Niro look-alike, discovered him. He was the right age for the film and had the right look, stature, and voice. An impersonation he did of De Niro from "Taxi Driver" sealed the deal, and he wound up landing the plum role despite his lack of experience.

    Casting Call

Like Lillo Brancato, Kathrine Narducci was a complete newcomer to acting when she was cast in the role of Lorenzo's wife and Calogero's mother. It all started when she brought her nine-year-old son to an open casting call hoping he would land the role of the young Calogero. When they got to the audition, she realized that the role of Rosina Anello had not yet been filled, and she asked if she could try out for the role. Although it worked out well for her, Francis Capra was eventually chosen to play the part her son had auditioned for.

Nearly everyone has a story about how the Internet has helped them in some way, be it meeting a spouse on a dating site, or perhaps finding that dream job. Unfortunately, lots of people also have horror stories about how the Internet nearly destroyed them through identity theft, bullying, or other crimes. "Disconnect" is a film that focuses on the more negative aspects of the digital age by telling three separate stories that are eventually woven together into one theme.

Lawyer Rich Boyd's (Jason Bateman) son Ben (Jonah Bobo) is a very artistic and intelligent young man who doesn't seem to have any friends. One day, his classmates Jason (Colin Ford) and Frye (Aviad Bernstein) decide to create a fake persona online to lure Ben into confiding things about himself. With all the information received, including some nude pictures of Ben, they post it for the whole world to see. Rich is heartbroken at his son's misery, so he takes it upon himself to find out who did this to Ben.

His investigation will eventually lead him to Jason, who confided quite a bit about his real life while disguised as Ben's fake friend. He confesses that he hates his father Mike (Frank Grillo), an ex-cop who has raised him alone since Jason's mother died. Mike is now in IT, where a man named Derek Hull (Alexander Skarsgård) has hired him to investigate how his identity was stolen from him. He and his wife are reeling from the death of their son and they are running out of money because of the thief. They get no help from the cops, who seem disinterested and ill-equipped to deal with a crime of this nature.

Meanwhile, Kyle (Max Thieriot) is a barely-legal teen who performs on webcam for paying clients, including Nina (Andrea Riseborough), who is actually a television reporter hoping to get Kyle to tell his story for her viewers. She soon discovers the website Kyle works for is under investigation for child pornography, a crime that Kyle has nothing to do with. The police try to get her to give up her source from the website, causing her to have a meeting with the station's lawyer, who just so happens to be Rich. With this, all three plot threads are united, which shows how the Web does bring people together, even if it is not under the best of circumstances.

Many a journalist and writer has espoused on how technology has made people lose touch with each other, even as the Internet has brought the world together. Look around in any restaurant, and there are likely to be tables of people who are all on their cell phones or iPads instead of communicating with each other. "Disconnect" expands upon this idea, using real-life situations to put a face to the disconnection that the Web can often cause. All three topics-cyber bullying, Internet-child-pornography rings, and identity theft are issues that could be ripped straight from the headlines. It's easy to read stories about all three crimes and not feel anything, but "Disconnect" doesn't allow viewers to do that because the actors emote enough to really get the audience's empathy.

Speaking of performances, there are quite a few good ones in this film. Bateman is widely known as a comedic actor, having taken turns in funny fare like "Horrible Bosses" and "Arrested Development" on television. It's nice to see him step out of his obvious comfort zone and deliver a performance with no levity to it whatsoever. His deep sorrow over his son's very public humiliation is written all over his face. As his scarred son, Bobo nearly steals the show, giving an emotional and riveting performance that may just have some audience members reaching for the tissues. Patton is another standout for her portrayal of a woman so crushed by her son's death that she can't connect with anyone in any meaningful way outside of an online chat room.

Many will likely compare "Disconnect" with "Crash," the 2006 Oscar winner for Best Picture. There are quite a few similarities, since both films have several stories that are strung together by a common thread that isn't revealed right away. Both films tackle hot-topic issues such as racism in "Crash" and cyber bullies in "Disconnect." The difference here is that the issues of racism and bigotry have been studied in film many times over the years, whereas cyber bullying and even identity theft are relatively new issues in comparison. This is all fresh territory, especially for a director like Henry Alex Rubin, who had only directed documentaries before this. He tackles his first scripted film with guts and flare, which will have viewers hoping he connects with more powerful scripts like this one in the future.

Some movies are simply feel-good entertainment and easily work their way into the collective hearts of filmgoers. "A Bronx Tale," released in 1993, is one such film, and it also furthered the careers of legendary Italian-American actors Robert De Niro and Chazz Palminteri. While both men had been acting for years, "A Bronx Tale" was Palminteri's debut as a screenwriter and De Niro's first directorial work. Lightweight acting and predictable dialogue don't stop this movie from leaving its mark. The plot is occasionally sprinkled with thoughtful moments that evaluate conflicting viewpoints about truthfulness, racism, social pressure, violence, and even religion.

True to its name, the movie takes place during the 1960s in an Italian-American neighborhood in the Bronx, where local mobster Sonny LoSpecchio (Palminteri) calls the shots. The movie is loosely inspired by Palminteri's one-act play by the same name, which was derived from the actor's personal experiences growing up in the Bronx. As a child, the main character, Calogero Anello (Francis Capra; played as a teenager by Lillo Brancato), sees Sonny committing a murder. When questioned by the police, Calogero insists he saw nothing, taking cues from his normally strait-laced father, Lorenzo (de Niro). This simple childhood act launches a friendship between Calogero and Sonny that Lorenzo continually opposes in hopes of keeping his son from pursuing a dangerous lifestyle.

After the murder, Calogero is overcome with guilt and questions his father about bending the rules of right and wrong. Since Lorenzo is considered the honorable influence throughout the story, this early conversation launches a major theme of compromising values and developing individual codes of conduct. When Calogero confesses his dishonesty to the local priest, the man encourages him not to fear anyone more than God. Without missing a beat, Calogero replies: "Your guy may be bigger than my guy up there, but my guy is bigger than your guy down here."

Despite his young age, Calogero soon recognizes how environmental factors can drastically outweigh morals and learns the necessity of following the status quo to protect family. Even the priest agrees with Calogero, adding to the idea that religion is sometimes forced to take a back seat to cultural expectations.

From the opening moments of the film, viewers observe a setting rife with contrast. In the early scenes, good times abound. Men are grilling food on the streets and shining their shoes. Children run about freely as impromptu baseball games take place. A group of women wearing identical cat-eye sunglasses stop their car to flirt with handsome pedestrians. At the same time, crime and debauchery are clearly present and are centered at the local bar where Sonny's gang convenes. Calogero travels between both worlds, and Lorenzo desperately tries to prevent his son from crossing too far into Sonny's dealings.

When Calogero refers to working men as suckers, Lorenzo responds: "It don't take much strength to pull a trigger, but try to get up every morning day after day and work for a living...The working man is the tough guy." Lorenzo and Sonny both serve as mentor figures and frequently fight over the correct way to guide Calogero. This ongoing conflict reshapes Calogero's growth throughout the movie, showing the flaws in each man's logic and how he expresses toughness. While Lorenzo exhibits a degree of fearfulness toward Sonny, he fearlessly confronts the mob boss when it comes to safeguarding his son. On the other hand, Sonny outwardly shows toughness and confidence but does so with a pack of thugs at his side to settle conflicts.

The dynamics of Sonny's power are further explored in a memorable quote derived from Machiavelli's famous treatise, "The Prince." When Calogero asks if it's better to be loved or feared, Sonny says: "Fear lasts longer than love...It's fear that keeps them loyal to me. But the trick is not to be hated." In an early voiceover, Calogero describes Sonny as being loved by everyone, and even Lorenzo attends the mobster's funeral at the film's end. Fear is what first inspires Calogero to lie about the murder, but love for Sonny eventually buries the negativity of that initial encounter. Although Sonny is wholeheartedly a criminal, he repeatedly shares valuable advice with Calogero that challenges viewers to ponder what makes a person good, evil, attractive, or repulsive.

One major lesson from Sonny occurs when Lorenzo discourages his son from dating an African-American girl. Sonny advises: "You're only allowed three great women in your lifetime. See this girl?...Maybe she's your first great one." While Sonny is considered lacking in morality, his resistance of social rules also makes him less prejudiced in matters of race. By contrast, Lorenzo represents a typical opinion for the setting and period. Again, the issue of virtue comes forward, questioning whether or not following the rules is the same as being a good person.

However, when Sonny suddenly accuses Calogero of an assassination attempt, Calogero catches a glimpse of the mob boss's underlying selfishness and paranoia. He gradually sees that Sonny's lifestyle is not as glamorous as it initially seemed, and the murder Sonny committed earlier results in his eventual death. In the movie's closing lines, Calogero notes: "The saddest thing in life is wasted talent. And the choices that you make will shape your life forever." As a young child, Calogero expresses disappointment that Sonny never notices him-a grim foreshadowing of the role Sonny plays in potentially pushing the teenaged boy towards a criminal existence. Ultimately, Calogero evaluates the beliefs of Lorenzo and Sonny to define his own moral code. He finally understands that a good life isn't purely about money or values but about making the most of individual abilities and being proud of personal decisions.

"To the Wonder" is a 2012 romantic drama. It was directed by Terrence Malick and stars Ben Affleck (Neil), Rachel McAdams (Jane), Olga Kurylenko (Marina), and Javier Bardem (Father Quintana). This film, like some others that have come to popular release, was first viewed at the 2012 Venice Film Festival. This film has become notable partially because it was the last film that Roger Ebert reviewed before his death on April 4, 2013.

The basic storyline of the movie follows an American man who begins to connect with a woman from his past and hometown. He becomes involved with a former girlfriend as his current relationship with a European woman has fallen apart.

At the beginning of the movie, Neil returns to Oklahoma City, his hometown, with his European partner, Marina, and her child. The woman settles into her new life in America, and Neil takes a job as an environmental inspector. Although they intended for this to be a romantic, new life, the relationship begins to cool and Marina begins speaking to Father Quintana, an immigrant who is struggling with his faith. At the same time, doubt and pressure from work begin to sour Neil's feelings, and he begins to reconnect with a friend, Jane, who was once a romantic interest. When Marina's visa expires, she returns home to France with her child.

This movie is sure to strike the hearts of moviegoers for a few reasons. First, it has some realistic moments that anyone who has struggled with a relationship is sure to understand. New jobs, new living areas, and children are all parts of a growing and changing relationship, and that's part of the plot that certainly is not lacking. The story realistically exposes how a relationship can be weakened over time by simple yet gradually increasing problems that aren't addressed.

The story draws audiences in with the idealistic grand notion that love conquers all, and Neil has the wonderful appearance of a man who wants to change a woman's and her daughter's lives. He takes responsibility and makes commitments to them, and they begin on the road to a new life.

However, the fact that old flames are reunited and that the immigrant may be struggling with her place in a new country is part of the way the relationship is undone. Small questions about faith, the health of the relationship, loyalty, and intentions work their way into the plot, eventually coming to a point where Neil is falling in love with Jane while Marina plans to return to her country.

This very realistic telling of a story is something that those with immigrant relatives might understand and relate to, and anyone who has been in a relationship that has been challenging will also understand the hardships the characters face. Although the story continues as Marina experiences hardships and struggles in her own country that Neil eventually has to address, the overall focus of the movie shows just how difficult a relationship can be when everything has to change to make it work.

The movie itself has a wonderful flow; there are few moments that audience members are left wondering or bored with a lack of dialog or interesting views. The addition of a child to the mix of the relationship may give audience members emotional and moral dilemmas. In general, the child's role is only to the advantage of the plot because it gives Marina a reason for wanting to leave. This one scene makes the audience understand the frustration, pain, and loss of seeing someone who is loved having to leave the place they are supposed to belong.

Audience members can expect to be moved to tears in some scenes while smiling at the simple gestures made in the name of love in others. While "To the Wonder" may have some people feeling bad for Marina or Neil, rooting for Jane, arguing the morality of the situation, or angered at the difficulties of the relationship, it's sure to strike a few chords with anyone who watches it.

Unfortunately for her, fate will put her on a collision course with Salem's seedy history as the plot to "The Lords of Salem" unfolds.

Heidi is the DJ for a late-night radio show along with Whitey (Jeffrey Daniel Phillips) and Herman (Ken Foree). They spin mostly hard rock music, so it comes as no surprise when Heidi finds a rock album on her doorstep one day that is by an unknown band called The Lords. She decides to listen to it and almost instantly begins to have a reaction to the sound. Embedded in the music is a series of triggers that sets her off and makes her head pound. It doesn't seem to have the same effect on Whitey or Herman, so everyone quietly thinks that maybe Heidi has started using again or has lost her mind.

When Heidi can't alleviate the pounding in her head and begins to have hallucinations, she confronts her landlady Lacy (Judy Geeson) about the apartment next to hers, which she thinks is a portal to hell. It is then that Lacy and her creepy sisters Megan (Patricia Quinn) and Sonny (Dee Wallace) admit that they belong to a coven of witches whose descendants include some of the biggest names in Salem's witchy past. They tell Heidi that she is also a descendant and that they put a spell inside the record in order to prepare her for her ultimate fate. As Heidi descends further into madness, local historian Francis Matthias (Bruce Davison) and his wife Alice (Maria Conchita Alonso) begin to investigate why so many women in Salem are undergoing the same psychological deterioration as Heidi. Can they figure out what is happening in time to help Heidi and the others, or will they die at the hands of Lacy and her coven?

Rob Zombie was known as the lead singer of band White Zombie and for his solo musical career. It wasn't until 2003 when he wrote and directed "House of 1000 Corpses" that people saw his movie ambitions come to fruition after a failed attempt to write and direct the sequel to "The Crow." It was quite a debut, with scenes so gory that Universal feared it would be given the dreaded NC-17 rating. The movie studio dropped the film, putting it in limbo for a time until it found distribution. It was heavily influenced by "The Texas Chainsaw Massacre," proving that Zombie is a real student of the horror genre. He shows his knowledge off in "The Lords of Salem," invoking some of the best cult horror films from the 1970s and 1980s, particularly "The Shining," while still serving up a fresh story.

Zombie has gotten better as a director in each of his four previous films, with "The Lords of Salem" being the best so far. With each film, he has tried several camera tricks that worked to create tense, scary atmospheres. In this film, all of his work and experimentation pay off with a visually stunning movie that combines imagery and violence to create something that is both shocking and fun to look at. Zombie served as both director and screenwriter of the film, which means he got to write each scene knowing exactly how he would frame each shot to achieve his visual mastery. The story comes together quickly, allowing him to begin the mayhem and action in earnest just a few minutes into the film. Zombie infused the script with lots of creepy plot points and jolts, which will likely delight casual and hardcore horror fans alike.

With a musician at the helm, it is no surprise that music plays a large part in the film. Zombie personally oversaw a lot of the music, choosing pieces and tracks that fit the mood he was trying to convey with each scene. The result is a rich audio backdrop that really enhances the film overall. Some of the chosen music is downright creepy, while other tracks have a soothing orchestral quality to them. The fact that he can pull off the use of both in the same film shows just how far Zombie has come as a director and how much potential he has should he continue down this career path.

"Iron Man 3" is a 2013 superhero film in the Marvel Cinematic Universe. It's the third film in the "Iron Man" series and the seventh film in this franchise. Jon Favreau directed the first two "Iron Man" films but decided not to direct the third installment. Favreau said that he wanted to concentrate on reprising his role of Happy Hogan, whom he also played in the first two films.

Shane Black was hired to direct "Iron Man 3" in 2011, and he also rewrote the script along with Drew Pearce. The film is based on the Extremis story arc, which comprises six issues in the "Iron Man" comic book series. This story reprises the character of Col. James "Rhodey" Rhodes (Don Cheadle), who appeared in the first two films. "Iron Man 3" also introduces three new characters: Aldrich Killian (Guy Pearce), Dr. Maya Hansen (Rebecca Hall), and the Mandarin (Ben Kingsley).

Rhodey is Tony Stark's (Robert Downey Jr.) best friend and liaison between the US Air Force and Stark Industries. He also operates the War Machine armor, which has been upgraded significantly since "Iron Man 2" and has a color scheme based on the American flag. Executive producer Kevin Feige stated in an interview that the red, white, and blue colors of this suit were intended to make a bold statement. He added that the character of Rhodey is a stable foil to the eccentric Tony.

The friendship and trust between these two characters is reminiscent of the relationship between the lead characters in a buddy-cop film. Feige has also said that the president will order Rhodey to become the government's superhero after the events in "The Avengers," a previous film in the Marvel Cinematic Universe. The president will assign the moniker "Iron Patriot" to Rhodey when he is wearing the suit.

Aldrich Killian is the founder of Advanced Idea Mechanics and the inventor of the Extremis virus, which becomes a worldwide threat in "Iron Man 3." Killian has several disabilities, which he has never been able to accept. He attempts to overcome these limitations with sheer determination. Many people find Killian to be irritating and obnoxious due to his single-minded tenacity. He is also highly intelligent, which provides him with the capacity for change.

Pearce stated that he took the role because he was interested in experimental roles and did not want to play a superhero. He added that filming "The Time Machine" was an extremely grueling experience for him because he was the star of that film. Pearce also said that small roles such as Aldrich Killian are a challenge because the actor playing them is not living with the character every day.

Dr. Maya Hansen is a botanist who also helped develop the Extremis virus. Hall stated that she took this role because it was a strong female character who was beyond her realm of experience. She added that "Iron Man 3" was her first major feature film and that the making of this film was new to her because it involved long periods of inactivity followed by frantic action. Hall contrasted this style of filmmaking with her previous experiences in independent films and small studio films, in which actors perform almost continuously.

Trevor Cassidy is a British actor recruited by Killian in "Iron Man 3" to play the Mandarin, an international terrorist who is the leader of The Ten Rings. The Mandarin is the most well-known villain in the "Iron Man" comics, primarily because he is the oldest. The Mandarin doesn't have a definitive story line in these comics, so the producers needed an original idea to introduce this character to the "Iron Man" films. Feige reported that they originally planned for the Mandarin to appear in the first film but later decided this story line would require too much time. Mandarin is Chinese in the comics but will be Caucasian in the film to avoid a stereotypical Asian villain, according to Black.

Mandarin will be a character obsessed with Sun Tzu, a warrior in ancient China who is renowned for his philosophy of warfare. Mandarin will also wear a cloak covered with symbols of Chinese culture, especially dragons. Colonel Kurtz from the 1979 war epic "Apocalypse Now" was also a strong influence on the character of Mandarin, according to Black. Kingsley said that he was cast for the role while he was filming "Ender's Game," a science-fiction film scheduled for release in 2013. Kingsley added that he was looking forward to joining the other crew members and discussing the direction in which to take Mandarin.

Rating: R (language, violence, some drug use)

    Length: 80 minutes

    Release Date: April 19, 2013

Directed by: Youssef Delara and Michael D. Olmos

    Genre: Drama/Music

    Stars: 2.5 out of 5

Majo Tonorio (Gina Rodriguez) deals with more problems than the average teenager on a daily basis. Her mother, Maria (Jenni Rivera), is thrown in jail on drug charges, leaving Majo to care for her siblings while her dad, Jose (Lou Diamond Phillips), struggles to earn an income. She escapes her somewhat gritty existence by writing poetry, expressing her political ideas on feminism in verse.

She sets her poetry to hip-hop beats, creating songs that her friend, DJ Santa (Braxton Miltz), features regularly on her online music show. Slowly but surely, Majo begins to build a cult following. She adopts the stage name Filly Brown to separate her music life from her real life. She's offered gigs that would alter her music, but she doesn't want to do compromise her sole source of emotional escape. While visiting her incarcerated mother, Majo learns that the testimony against her mom was revoked, meaning there could be a new trial. Ecstatic about her mother's possible release, Majo becomes determined to collect the legal fees and hire lawyer Leandro (Edward James Olmos) to defend her mother.

Majo makes the difficult decision and changes some of the more confrontational lyrics in her songs. Though DJ Santa disapproves of such compromise, she is willing to go along with it and they begin to enjoy the spoils of their success. Then, small-time producer Rayborn (Pete Herrera) offers Majo a record deal that may or may not be in Majo's best interest. He wants to mellow down her song lyrics and exploit her sexuality, giving her a pop star image. Majo has to decide how much she is willing to compromise to help her mother; moreover, Majo learns her mother may have exaggerated the likelihood of a new trial.

There are plenty of successful female music stars, but some genres are easier for women to break into than others. Hip-hop success proves more difficult for women because it's a genre dominated by men. "Filly Brown" realistically portrays the struggles of a young woman who achieves greatness without selling her soul. By most accounts, a person has to sell themselves or make change in order to make it big. The film doesn't tiptoe around this; instead, the film faces this dilemma head on so that Majo must decide how much of herself she is willing to compromise in order to get ahead. Screenwriter Youssef Delara, who also serves as co-director, developed a well-rounded and relatable character in Majo, keeping the audience wondering what she'll choose to do.

The cast of "Filly Brown" includes big time actors experienced in drama, like Phillips and Olmos. As always, they do an admirable job with their somewhat limited roles. However, Rodriguez steals the show with her portrayal of Majo, the tough girl who is wise beyond her years. Until now, she has been best known for her recurring roles on television shows like "The Bold and the Beautiful" and "Army Wives." That will all likely change though after "Filly Brown" is released. In fact, "The Hollywood Reporter" has already named her as one of the Top 35 Latinos under 35, a sign that she is already getting noticed by major movie industry players. Don't be surprised to see this actress trading her traditional small roles to take on more lead roles like this one.

Vocalist Jenni Rivera turned in a soulful performance in "Filly Brown", which was her first and only English-language role. Tragically, she died in December 2012 in a plane crash over Mexico, before the film was widely released in the US She demonstrated definite acting potential and could have made that rare and difficult transition from singer to actor. Rivera's death makes her portrayal of Majo's mom even more poignant. It is one of the emotional highlights of "Filly Brown," though it doesn't overshadow the heartfelt performance of Rodriguez; Rodriguez proves that she is ready to go beyond indie roles like this one and into the mainstream.

Article Title: What Makes "A Bronx Tale" A Classic Gangster Movie?

    *********************** ARTICLE START ***********************

"A Bronx Tale" was quite the spectacle amongst gangster movie aficionados when it came out. It marked the directorial debut of Robert De Niro, who was no stranger to crime movies, so everyone was looking forward to seeing what a movie with him at the helm would look like. He also decided to cast himself in the good guy role, allowing Chazz Palminteri to take the role of the antagonist. The film itself was a departure from the normal mafia fare, because it centered on a young boy who actually wasn't a member of the mafia as he grew up in a hardscrabble neighborhood. Despite this, "A Bronx Tale" still has many elements to it that make it a true classic gangster movie and one of the best in its genre.

    Huge Egos

A gangster film would not be the same without at least a few characters having huge egos. It is this ego that propels them forward and allows them to make the bloody power plays necessary for dominance in such a violent world. However, the problem with egos is that they can quickly cause problems if not kept in check, which is exactly what happens to more than one person in most mob movies.

In "A Bronx Tale," Sonny LoSpecchio (Palminteri) rules the neighborhood with an iron fist that is mostly relentless. He has few soft spots other than Calogero, a young boy who witnesses a mob hit but doesn't say anything to the police, gaining Sonny's trust. His ego blinds him to the danger of some of his actions, which is what ultimately leads to his inevitable downfall.

    Brotherhood

In gangster films, the henchman all have a fairly strict code that they abide by which swears them to secrecy about their actions. They also put this brotherhood before everything else, treating each other like family. If one of their own goes down, the rest won't hesitate to find out who took down their brother and make him pay. When Calogero (who Sonny would later nickname "C") witnesses the murder at the beginning of the film, it is in retaliation for a previous beating that left Carmine (Joe Pesci) with some serious scars. When Sonny found out what had happened to Carmine, he didn't think twice about killing the man who beat him. This, along with his inflated ego, would lead to his death.

    Violent Death

A mob movie without death is probably not really a mob movie at all. Many mob films show the downfall of the kingpin, and "A Bronx Tale" is no different. After years of ruling with an iron fist and calling for many hits, one would think that Sonny would be a little more careful about security. One evening, he enters a bar where a party is in full swing, only to find himself at the mercy of a gunman who would shoot him in the back of the head, ending his life. It's a violent end to a violent man, and it was a mix of his loyalty to the brotherhood and his ego that brought him down. His ego made him think he was invincible, and the gunman was the grown son of the man whom Sonny ordered to be killed at the very beginning of the movie. Had Sonny either had better security or let Carmine heal without finding his assailant, Sonny probably would have ruled the Bronx for quite a bit longer.

    Taking Advice

Advice is in large supply in gangster films, especially when older hitmen concern themselves with the development of their eventual replacements. In the film "Donnie Brasco," low-level hitman Al Pacino takes newbie Johnny Depp under his wing and gives him enough advice to fill a book. In "The Godfather," Clemenza wisely advises Paulie to "Leave the gun; take the cannoli" when they are sent on a murderous detour while getting the cannolis that Paulie's wife asks him to bring home.

In "A Bronx Tale," Sonny gives C various pieces of advice over the years, but the most important advice is when he tells a young C that his friends are wannabe gangsters who will get him in trouble. He is absolutely correct, because the boys later get C involved in a racial skirmish that quickly escalates to include Molotov cocktails, serious injury, and death. C's father Lorenzo (De Niro) had been advising him all along to stay away from Sonny, to no avail. There is a lot of advice given to the impressionable young boy, most of which he doesn't follow, that puts him in some very bad situations. Not taking advice is a tried-and-true gangster trope that helps elevate "A Bronx Tale" from crime film to a gangster classic.

Tony Stark, also known as Iron Man, has a rich history that is a big part of the Marvel comic book universe. Since his introduction in 1963, he has appeared in several comic book series, cartoons, and movies in his distinctive armor. Like all superheroes, he has an origin story that has made him a legend.

Marvel introduced the character in an ongoing comic book series called "Tales of Suspense" in issue number thirty-nine. It was the culmination of a lot of work by creator Stan Lee, who came up with the back story for the character. He then asked illustrators Stan Heck and Jack Kirby to help him figure out what the character would look like with and without the armor. Lee initially wanted to use the character as a way to tell tales of the Cold War.

After the successful introduction of the character over several issues of "Tales of Suspense," Iron Man was given a coveted spot as one of the founding Avengers in the comic book series "The Avengers." He then headlined his own single-issue comic book called "Iron Man and Sub-Mariner," which was released in 1968. Later that same year, he finally got his own series called "The Invincible Iron Man." This series has run for over 500 issues through the present day, although it was temporarily stopped in the mid-90s. Even as this solo title was selling like hot cakes, Marvel still used the character in several one-shot comic books and short, limited-edition series throughout the years.

As Iron Man's popularity was steadily increasing among comic book fans, the character took a leap off the comic pages and onto the small screen for a semi-animated series called "Marvel Superheroes," which only lasted for five episodes. After that, he wasn't in a television show again until 1981 in "Spider-Man and His Amazing Friends," where he appeared only as Tony Stark and not as Iron Man. The 1990s brought a partnership with the Fantastic Four in "Marvel Action Hour" for several episodes and a guest stint on "Fantastic Four: World's Greatest Heroes." Currently, the life of Tony Stark before he became Iron Man is being explored in a new cartoon called "Iron Man: Armored Adventures." The series focuses on Stark as a teenager before he inherited his father's company and became the billionaire playboy featured in the comic books and films.

During the 80s and 90s, Iron Man became a mainstay in many video game titles as the popularity of these games skyrocketed. He appeared in many games, including "Marvel Super Heroes," "Captain America and the Avengers," and a series of "Marvel vs. Capcom" titles. He wasn't always a featured player in all of the games in which he appeared. In a few titles, such as " X-Men Legends II: Rise of Apocalypse," he was only available after the player reached a certain level and unlocked the character for play.

In 2008, Marvel released "Iron Man," the first of several films where actor Robert Downey, Jr. played both Tony Stark and Iron Man. It was a huge success with critics and moviegoers alike, generating over half a billion dollars worldwide in ticket sales. A second film was quickly commissioned in 2010, titled simply "Iron Man 2." The character then transitioned into the superhero showcase known as "The Avengers" in 2012 before the upcoming 2013 release of a third film titled "Iron Man 3."

"Iron Man 3" marks the start of what Marvel calls "Phase Two" (Win the Entire Phase One Collection in MRR's May Giveaway) of their wildly successful film franchises, which will also include "Thor: The Dark World," "Captain America: The Winter Soldier," and "The Avengers 2" among other movies. Although Captain America is largely thought to be the leader of the Avengers, Iron Man has arguably surpassed all other Avengers in terms of popularity, due in no small part to the charismatic performance of Downey. Downey has not said whether he will sign on for "The Avengers 2" or any further Iron Man films, so the future of the character in cinema is a big question mark.

Both Tony Stark and Iron Man have changed quite a bit over the years in comic books and other media. From the bulky gray armor of the first issues of "Tales of Suspense" to the multicolored, multifunctional suits of the latest films, Iron Man has changed looks through the decades. What hasn't changed is his desire to help others, even if he does it with a smart quip or one-liner.

As long as there has been an army, there has been army surplus. Even during times of relative peace, it's never easy to judge how much demand there is going to be for a certain item of wartime wear and its attendant accoutrements, but such is the nature of warfare and its characteristic lack of warning that smart governments have always kept a good stock of clothing and equipment for any environment during any season, within reasonable levels of expectation, of course.

Military surplus stores have for decades been the outlet for this tough, warm, rugged clothing, to the point where now there's a vintage clothing angle to the garments, and an army nerds who can spot a 1969 Canadian autumn drab coat from 100 yards away.

Military jackets broadly fall into two categories: ceremonial coats and those to be worn on the battlefield or during everyday military life. Within those categories, coats and jackets can be subdivided into the different nations (who all have their own styles) and the various forces. British Army coats, for example, are generally green, brown, khaki or camouflaged; the Royal Navy opts for navy blue or black; and the Royal Air Force can sometimes be green but is usually a greyish blue. If we're going full-on World War Two vintage, the airmen would have worn leather, fleece-lined bomber jackets in black or brown.

Among the first adopters of surplus military clothing in civvy street were those who spent a lot of time out of doors, especially where they were likely to get dirty and wet. For anglers, farmers, builders, seamen and gardeners, a parka or a winter army jacket would have been an effective way to stay warm without splashing out on expensive clothing.

But the garb was to enter the mainstream through the gateway of various subcultures. Bikers adopted the warm, padded airmen's jackets as a practical and perhaps slightly menacing way of beating the wind chill (which was, after all, what they were designed for) and still looking the part. The Rocker's mortal adversary, the Mod, is well known for his Italian designer clothing and sharp, neat silhouette, but when he or she took to the road, it was the parka, a military jacket from the Tundra, that they chose. Punk and New Wave followed suit, the German military surplus coat being a particular favourite along with the obligatory army boots. And by the 80s and onwards, it would not have been unusual to see people not linked with any cultural group wearing army surplus jackets. Think Rodney Trotter or Jez off Peep Show.

Along the journey from quartermaster's store to high street, military coats and jackets became manufactured by civilian clothes makers entirely for fashion purposes, which gave style-conscious wearers the chance to keep the military vibe whilst following changing trends. But the genuine military surplus coat never went away, and although they are probably returning to their civilian roots, namely being worn by outdoor types, the stores' products remain to give adventurous fashionistas and wannabe rebels an outlet for their fatigue fantasies.

About The Author: Retro fashion items such as military coats are very popular and many vintage clothing stores like http://www.rokit.co.uk/ feature tunics and jackets from various periods in history, including ceremonial wear. Rosie follows this and other fashion trends explains why many love military fashion.

If you have not heard of juicing, you are absolutely missing out.

Juicing refers to the practice of drinking juice that is extracted from fresh fruits and vegetables be a juicing machine. You get a lot more health benefits from this fresh juice than you would from the sugar-laden and nutrient-stripped prepackaged juice that you would buy in bottles from the grocery store shelves.

I first discovered the joys of juicing last summer. My friend from work bought a juicer and actually brought it into work with her during the first week that she had it been set up in the break room.

All week long, she treated all of us in the office to delicious concoctions of fresh apple and pear juice, along with green juices that incorporated nutrient rich vegetables such as spinach and kale. Another popular addition to many of the glasses of juice was carrot juice which ended up being my favorite.

One of the things that surprised me about all of the lovely glasses of juice that she treated us to was that most of them were actually a combination of various fruits and vegetables. Possibly because I had been indoctrinated by the bottles of juice that you see on the store shelf, I always thought of juice as being from just one fruit or vegetable at a time.

For instance, I would think of apple juice on its own, or grape juice. It never occurred to me that one of the most delicious combinations would be a glass of apple-carrot-orange-kale juice, for example!

I couldn't believe how great I felt once I started drinking one or two glasses a day of the juice that my friend was whipping up for all of us around the office. My energy in particular went absolutely through the roof!

It didn't take much to convince myself that I needed to buy a juicer of my own to have on my kitchen counter and use all the time while I'm at home for breakfast and dinner.

I am now an avid juicer, and an advocate for this healthy activity, as well. Since beginning to juice, I am healthier, I have more energy, my skin is clearer and brighter, and I just have an overall sense of well-being every single day that I never had before I started drinking at least three glasses of nutrient rich fruit and vegetable juice each and every day.

Once I decided to share this new adventure with my friends they couldn't believe it. I wasn't know as being the healthy type, so the thought of me doing something such as juicing really blew their mind. Once I think about it, I blew my own mind! The closets I use to get to eating veggies was when they was on an hamburger or my favorite chicken wrap from Mc Donald's. Since I've started juicing my grocery shopping habits did a complete 360, I now buy things such as Kale, Cucumbers, Celery, Carrots, Spinach and etc.

Working from home tips are definitely a necessity for anyone who primarily works from a home office. Initially, working from home sounds like a dream come true.

You can work from your robe (or wearing whatever you want for that matter) and you make your own hours. There is no obligation to suck up to your boss and office politics simply are not an issue.

That being said, not everyone is initially cut out to be an efficient worker from home. These working from home tips should definitely give you a shove in the direction of productivity.

    Establishing a Good Work Environment

If you do not live alone, working from home can be quite a hassle. Working from home with a bunch of kids or roommates can be quite the distraction.

To avoid this, you simply need to be clear and honest with your co-inhabitants. Make it clear that your work environment/time needs to be respected and appreciated. If you can allow yourself 8 or so hours a day to be productive without distraction, you're well on your way to success.

    Create a Schedule

While working from home obviously allows for a lot of freedoms, it's very important that you don't lose track of time. Without creating, and sticking to, a schedule, you will definitely not be productive.

This is absolutely the case for those who are self-employed that work from home. By establishing a consistent work schedule, you can stay on task and time.

If you run your own business from home, it is vital that you take notes of anything you need to accomplish. While not having a boss is great, it also means that you have to hold yourself accountable. Make everything concrete by making a schedule and your production will undoubtedly become consistent.

    Give Yourself Breaks

As I said previously in the working from home tips, scheduling is very important when trying to maintain consistency and production. That being said, working yourself to insanity is not productive in the long run.

Be sure to give yourself short breaks throughout the day and leave enough to time to eat lunch. Along the same lines, be sure to eat healthy foods when working from home.

A big greasy lunch will just exhaust you. As you may know by now, naps are far too convenient when working from home. I know it seems kind of funny, but eating healthy is one of the best working from home tips I can give.

I genuinely hope these working from home tips help push you in the direction of productivity. Working from home can only be as rewarding as it seems if you are constantly working towards your end goals; money and freedom.

Tiny tweaks to your daily routine can do wonders for your overall production. If you are willing to adopt the working from home tips mentioned in this article, you will undoubtedly have time and financial freedom you so desire.

Article Title: Why Network Marketing? A Regularly Asked Question

    *********************** ARTICLE START ***********************

That is a crazy question – why network marketing? Simply because network marketers have the freedom to work from home, work whatever hours they pick, and have the potential of earning a very large income. Try and find a day job that enables you to do that!

You hear lots of naysayers who in no way have anything very good to say about the network marketing business. Probe a little deeper and you will most likely uncover that they tried it themselves or know somebody else that did with not good results. This was very likely because they did not take the time and effort that's required to start, run and establish a productive business.

Getting the proper mindset is crucial to success, as is possessing a plan – you know the saying, "fail to plan and you plan to fail". This cannot be a business for dreamers, it involves reaching out into the community and building relationships with hundreds of other people in order to become productive.

    Choosing the Right Company

It also means deciding on a company – one that's right for you. One that gives exceptional products at competitive costs – products that people want now and will nevertheless want in the next 50 years.

Network marketing does not work with products that appear to change each and every couple of weeks like electronics and cell phones. The most profitable network marketing businesses will have longevity and happen to be around for decades.

Their products are evergreen and incorporate products like make-up, jewellery, dietary supplements, cleaning products, cookware – and hundreds of other products or services that human beings will often want or require.

If you don't like building relationships or communicating with other people, then this is not the business for you. Network marketing is all about helping people and solving their troubles no matter whether those problems are monetary or they want a product or service to help make their lives far better or less complicated.

You'll be able to do this either off-line or on-line or by making use of a mixture of each strategies.

    Off-line Strategies

There has been a move away from off-line marketing strategies in recent years. This has left huge opportunities for people who appreciate working face-to-face with other people.

The personal computer age has left people isolated and craving for human interaction. You only have to have a look at the quantity of online dating services to understand how this problem has grown.

It's possible to develop a fantastic social life plus a very effective business with network marketing! Usually you'll be able to meet people who are looking for human interaction and friendships at church, at business meetings, in health clubs and on the golf course. They will very frequently welcome a new face.

These are ideal places to start networking and developing relationships with people. Do not go in there pitching your opportunity or your products – forget about them for now. At some point you are going to discover the correct time to tell others what you do for a living.

If you're in consumer service, retail or possess a productive sales background you'll recognize the principles of network marketing quickly. The idea would be to assist people with their issues. If they possess a need for the product that you are marketing then you can help them solve their problems. If they have to make some extra income each and every month, you'll be able to provide that opportunity too.

    Online Strategies

The most significant advantage of online network marketing for most people is it is a whole lot easier to produce leads. Leads are without a doubt the fuel that may run your business. Once you have outgrown your warm market, without having leads your business is going to grind to a halt.

Nonetheless online network marketing is fairly similar to off-line network marketing. It's all about creating relationships. This can be considerably tougher online simply because it can be so impersonal. Using the phone can be crucial when generating leads by way of the internet. A personal phone call will probably carry far greater meaning than words in an e-mail.

A combination of online and off-line marketing works best for most people and also the most profitable. The majority of people inside this area of business would probably agree with this. Those that have built effective network marketing businesses have done this by regularly helping other people obtain their dreams and ambitions as well as by helping them find solutions to their problems.

Network marketing gives any person the potential to create a substantial income if they are prepared to operate in difficult and sometimes trying circumstances for the first couple of years.

Working hard to achievement success is more likely if it's your personal business and you really like what you are doing – even if it's demanding. A lot of network marketers I know could have retired 10 years ago but it is in their blood and they enjoy it.

So why network marketing? – it delivers a potentially significant revenue along with a flexible way of life that can in the long-run offer great time-freedom.

Advocare International is a network marketing company that sells health and nutrition products. The company is based out of Plano; a Dallas, Texas suburb.

Advocare International was created in 1993 by an entrepreneur named Charles Ragus. Interestingly enough, Ragus was actually an independent distributor for Herbalife before starting his own company.

To this day, Herbalife and Advocare are rival companies. This is a pretty interesting way for a company to get started! Keep reading to learn more about Advocare products and the business model.

    The Network Marketing Model

Since its inception back in 1993, Advocare International has grown considerably. The network marketing company now has more than 100,000 global distributors.

If you are not familiar with the network marketing business model, distributors are independent marketers that are paid to promote a company, such as Advocare or Mary Kay, and their products.

Assuming a given company produces quality and marketable products, the network marketing business model can be very profitable. Advocare International certainly meets these requirements.

Perhaps that most appealing aspect of this model is that anyone can try to build their own business using it. Regardless of education, race, creed, or color, any motivated entrepreneurial minded individual can build an income in network marketing (also known as multi-level marketing.

    Marketable Product Line?

A Product line's marketability is definitely an aspect that needs to be researched an addressed before enrolling as an independent distributor with any MLM company. That being said, let's take a quick look at what exactly Advocare has to offer.

As I mentioned briefly, Advocare International distributes health promoting products. Are they marketable though?

It was recently reported that the health and wellness industry is actually one of the quickest expanding industries globally. Judging by product reviews and this statement alone, it is safe to say that Advocare distributors market an intriguing product line.

Advocare distributes products in the following categories: Trim (for weight loss), Active (athletes), wellness, performance elite, and definite difference. If you're reading this today because you are interested in the business opportunity, please keep reading.

    The Business Opportunity

You may be reading this today because you'd like to learn some more information about potentially earning a passive residual income with Advocare International. Advocare independent distributors earn an income in a few different ways.

First of all, distributors earn commission on any products they sell wholesale. It's essentially like owning your own online nutrition store.

Secondly, distributors can earn by recruiting new distributors. When you enroll a new distributor, you will then earn additional income based on that individual's production.

While many people have built massive streams of income using this model, most people fail because they don't learn to market or they simply put no effort in. If you'd genuinely like to make a living working with Advocare, you need to adopt some internet marketing skills.

This will allow you to expose your business to countless people worldwide. I hope this review answered any questions you may have about Advocare International.

    Plenty of Opportunities

You are reading this article today because you are actively searching for a real way to make money online. Sometimes it seems like making money on the internet is a scam or impossibility.

By the end of this article, you will have learned about multiple legitimate online money making opportunities that can be started with relative ease. You may be surprised at what you find out!

    Check Out these Options!

    1) Sell Stuff - Selling stuff that you own on the internet is definitely a real way to make money online. In fact, this is probably the most popular route.

Websites like Ebay and Craiglist are dedicated to helping sellers find buyers. Unfortunately, unless you have a crazy amount of stuff to sell, this is not a sustainable business model to pursue.

If you are looking to permanently replace your forty hour a week job and make some serious money, I highly recommend going a different route.

    2) Blogging – Believe it or not, blogging is a real way to make money online. Blogging can be profitable in a number of different ways.

Each of these money making routes depends on a blogger's ability to attract traffic and convert that traffic into buyers. Traffic is the number of viewers a blog has.

Once a consistent stream of viewership is established, you can monetize your blog content in a number of ways. In fact, companies and individuals will even pay you to host ads on your blog!

    3) Affiliate Marketing - affiliate marketing is probably the most promising and profitable of the opportunities I'm touching on today. If you use context clues, affiliate marketing is exactly what it sounds like.

Affiliate marketers receive a determined commission percentage for selling a company's products. For example. Amazon.com has an affiliate program.

You can actually earn an income by marketing any of their products online. Considering the massive amount of consumers who use the internet to buy the items they need and want.

Affiliate marketing is a very real way to make money online; especially if you use a blog to promote your products!

Read this Before Becoming an Affiliate Marketer

As I mentioned before, affiliate marketing is a promising and real way to make money online. By learning to drive traffic whether using search engine optimization or paid traffic methods, you can make a serious amount of money.

That being said, I find it important to address a specific issue; commission percentage. While some products may be easier to sell, it may not be as advantageous to do so.

Why is this the case? Not all affiliate products or programs pay out the same amount. So before enrolling with an affiliate, be sure to read their compensation plan carefully.

While some programs pay their affiliate marketers more than 50%, others pay as low as 4%. If you're really looking for a real way to make money online, be sure to align your marketing campaign with a marketable product that pays its affiliates well.

If you are looking to find out how to be an affiliate marketer you probably think you have to possess a website and earn commissions by promoting various products on your site. Well, that is certainly an effective method of doing things if you already have your own website. The next step is to find the right affiliate products to promote.

There are hundreds of reputable businesses that will offer you affiliate program and probably the first one that comes to mind is Amazon.com. The great thing about affiliate marketing online is that it's possible to pick precisely what you wish to promote. The amount of products offered by way of affiliate applications is just about endless.

    It's Straightforward!

In the event you currently possess a well established website becoming an affiliate only tends to make sense. What other business model do you know of where you can promote hundreds of different products but never ever have to manage them or be concerned about invoicing, taking payments and shipping the item? It's all done for you by the product/service owners.

Some companies have only a couple of restrictions on how you can promote their products while other big brand names are a whole lot far more fussy about exactly how and where you can market as an affiliate.

Some businesses will ask extensive details about your website, particularly the amount of traffic you get. A number of them will manually go and examine every web site whose owner has applied to become an affiliate.

If they feel that your site is sub-standard and not appropriate for advertising their products or services then you are going to be refused. Should you be desperate to promote that product than you can re-apply once you have increased visitors to your web site or amended any other thing theory found unacceptable.

If you are not accepted by one company and it would be difficult to meet the criteria they have set, just move on. You will find still thousands of relevant products you'll have the ability to promote even if website does not get a large amount of traffic.

Once you sign up you are going to have to give some fundamental private particulars and some information about your website. A number of companies do not even ask concerning the amount of targeted traffic you're getting. They assume that you're going to promote your site or get traffic to their sales page because you're eager to earn affiliate commissions.

    Lead Generation

You don't just want to know how to be an affiliate marketer – you want to become a successful affiliate marketer! This means working on your website and adding relevant, well-written content regularly along with other kinds of content such as video.

You may also benefit from promoting your website with in social media. If you have a website dedicated to a single particular product or service then it's a good idea to build a FaceBook business page.

Write articles for article directories and participate on other people's blogs and forums. That way people get to know who you are and that you know what you are talking about.

The added benefit is should you participate on Do-Follow blogs, you will be able to leave a link back to your own site and this has the potential of increasing visitors to your wbesite.

Getting visitors to your website is the key to any kind of internet marketing. Not everybody who comes to your site will click on an affiliate banner and purchase something. If you create some type of lead generation form on your site then you can capture the names and email addresses of visitors before they are sent to the affiliate offer.

In this way even if they do not purchase the affiliate product you are promoting at that time you can still market to then in the future – whether it be the same or different products and services.

That number of visitors that you get you to click on your affiliate links may be as low as one person in 100. That is why it's so vital that you learn as much as you can about internet marketing in general to try and increase the number of visitors that click on your affiliate offer.

    Market and Monitor

Monitoring how many clicks you get and sales that you are producing from your affiliate links and marketing materials is essential. Think of the space they take up on your web site as being valuable real estate.

If one banner is not paying its rent, try something else after a number of weeks until you discover the right affiliate banners and mother marketing materials that do produce regular income.

So it's not just a case of finding out how to be an affiliate marketer, it's knowing how to become a successful affiliate marketer that's important.

    *********************** ARTICLE START ***********************

Are you one of the man people interested in learning how to build an email list? If you are reading this article, I believe it is safe to say that you are!

A sizeable email list is useful for many things. Not only does it help you get your message across to tons of people quickly and conveniently, but a large email list can also be very profitable.

Let's be honest, most of you are probably here today because you are interested in making some money online. Before I ramble on and take any more of your time, let's take a look at how to build an email list.

    Do it the RIGHT Way

A consumer's contact information is very valuable. This information, such as physical address or email addresses, allows businesses to promote their product/service to interested parties. This targeted audience makes for a much easier sell. Which brings me to a vital point when discussing how to build an email list.

When accumulating email addresses for your business, it is important that you are targeting people that are interested in what you have to offer. Trying to sell something to someone who is not interested is obnoxious and spammy.

I mention this because tons of internet marketers offer to sell you email addresses. This is only effective if this list consists of people interested in the niche of product/service you are offering.

If you'd like to learn how to build an email list effectively, you need to attract potential consumers directly to you. But how do you do so?

    The Use of Blogging

As I mentioned before, an effective email list is built by attracting people to you. Generally this is done by offering something in return. In most cases, this offering is as simple as some information regarding your niche. Blogging is definitely one of the most effective ways to execute attraction marketing.

Let's say you are a network marketer that is trying to recruit new members for his/her downline. By blogging about home business opportunities, network marketing, and your specific MLM company, you can attract like-minded people to help you build a business.

Once these interested people read your blog post or watch an associated video, this is when you give them the option to share their contact information.

    Using Capture Pages

If you're going to learn how to build an email list by blogging, you're going to need some calls to action and capture pages. As I mentioned before, creating web content is an effective strategy.

This allows interested people to find your website by using popular search engines. Every time you post something, you should expect that it will receive traffic.

Therefore, you need to develop capture pages. In a nutshell, this is just a contact form that says something along the lines of, share your email address if you'd like to learn more. By learning to blog effectively, you'd be surprised how large a list you can build quickly.

If you continue to educate yourself about blogging, you'd be surprised at how quickly you can learn how to build an email list.

In some sense, those who have established passive residual income streams are living the dream. The ability to continue to earn money on work done in the past is really an ideal situation.

Anyone who has the luxury of multiple streams of income has effectively turned themselves from employee to entrepreneur. I'm not sure about you, but I classify this as success.

I could go on and on about how fantastic this sort of income is, but I doubt that's necessary. Of course you are aware of the freedoms this sort of income allows.

You're certainly more interested finding out HOW to build passive residual income streams. Let's take a quick look at a few prominent ways in which you can paid for work done in the past.

    Books and Music?

In case you aren't quite sure what residual income streams are, let's consider the most notable and simplest example; an author. An author writes a given book one time.

Although he only technically produces one unique product, he will continue to earn money on each copy sold in the future. Products that can be easily duplicated often result in residual income streams. For example; recording artists also have this income luxury because their music can be sold infinitely.

I know exactly what you are thinking right now. And the answer is "yes".

There are in fact many other ways in which passive residual income streams can be built that do not require you to be a world-renowned artist or author. In fact, the internet has created a vast amount of residual income opportunities.

Routes to Profitable Streams of Income for Everyone

    Affiliate Marketing

    Pay-Per-Click Advertisement

    Website Subscriptions

    An Investment Portfolio

    Selling Videos/Photographs Online

Building a Business and Hiring Others to Run it

    Network Marketing

Passive Residual Income Streams: Most Profitable?

When I look at this list of residual income streams possibilities, a few opportunities stand out and they all have something in common; they're web-based entrepreneurial opportunities. So why is this so appealing?

In the grand scheme of things, the internet really hasn't been around for very long. We, internet entrepreneurs as a whole, are still learning how to maximize the profits of this incredible technology.

The internet allows businesses to appeal to consumers world-wide. Although it is cliche, the possibilities truly are seemingly endless.

    Network Marketing in 2013

To many of you, the network marketing business model is familiar. For numerous decades, network marketing has been one of the most accessible routes to residual income streams.

Network marketers earn their pay by distributing products and enrolling new distributors. Although the success rate is low, there is a ton of money to be made by those entrepreneurs who are serious about their network marketing business.

These success stories are becoming more and more prevalent in the age of the internet. The world-wid- web essentially allows network marketers to promote their products/business opportunity to people globally.

This is obviously a marketing opportunity that would not be possible without going online. If you are truly interested in passive residual income streams, I hope you consider the previously mentioned opportunities.

Everybody will tell you that men are difficult to buy gifts for. Apart from opting for the odd power tool or item of clothing, we all have problems choosing an appropriate gift for men. That's probably the reason why they end up with so many socks and stockpiles of aftershave.

Well, funnily enough, the problem starts early in life. For instance, consider the Christening … nobody ever worries about what to get a little girl for her Christening. Little girls are easy. On top of all the traditional Christening gifts there are plenty of pretty little cross necklaces and pendants to choose from, or bracelets and bangles, charms for her memory box and mementos for her dressing table. Little boys on the other hand pose more of a problem, so here's a quick overview of five Christening gifts for little boys that cover a range of budgets, but that in every case have meaning and longevity.

In the same way that a Christening reflects the hopes of friends and family for a child's life, so too, a Christening gift should last a lifetime, always reminding the recipient of the day and the giver. So, the most popular gift is always a Christening Bible.

Christening Bibles come in many shapes and sizes from morocco-bound leather King James versions to illustrated Good News Bibles. One traditional preference is the King James Version of the Bible with a sterling silver front piece, or plaque, designed with a silver cross. Such an impressive gift will be read and treasured throughout life and quickly become an heirloom for future generations.

Silver has been associated with Christenings since Tudor times and is a recurring theme in many gifts. For this reason, a Silver St Christopher Pendant is a popular boy's Christening Gift that has similar resonance to a Bible whilst accommodating a smaller budget. St Christopher is not only the patron saint of travelers, he is also seen as an adult guide for a child, offering protection throughout life's journey. A silver St Christopher pendant is a great gift, full of meaning. It is often enhanced by engraving the reverse with initials and the date of the Christening.

Another traditional Christening gift for boys is a silver tankard, mug or cup. Since Victorian times these have often been given as miniature scaled down designs presented in hinged display boxes. In recent times, with the price of silver more than doubling in the last two years, full sized silver tankards have become prohibitively expensive and less and less common as Christening gifts, so the Victorian-style miniatures are increasingly popular.

More secular gifts for boys also include a set of silver cufflinks. Once again, this is a lasting gift that will be kept and used throughout life. Engraved with the owner's initials, this is a very personal gift. However, cufflinks can also carry a message or symbol, so a common gift is a set of cufflinks in the shape of the ICTHUS Christian fish or in the shape of the cross.

For anyone with a Celtic background or interested in symbolism, a Celtic Quaich is an unforgettable Christening gift. This two-handled bowl-shaped cup or quaich, pronounced "quake" as in "earthquake", is a lasting symbol of friendship. Passed from person to person in a toast – most likely of whisky – the quaich is used at most rites of passage from Christenings to weddings and even wakes. The Quaich is often engraved inside the bowl with the Christian name and date of the Christening.

No matter what gift you choose for the little man at his Christening, be sure it is something that will last and be treasured throughout life. And enjoy the shopping … the socks and aftershave aren't far away.

This article contains a brief guide to some different types of psychic ability. Also include various tools used to aid in psychic abilities. If you are looking for a psychic reading call 1-800-648-6256 and get a 10 minute psychic reading for $1.99 if you are looking for information on psychic ability then continue to read on and learn about different types of psychic phenomena and psychic abilities.

Although all psychic ability is often lumped into one category, there are several distinct types that a person might possess. Many people think of psychics as mind-readers, but in reality psychic ability tends to be much more subtle and varied. Generally, psychic ability is some kind of enhanced perception or intuition and does not literally involve reading the thoughts of others. Instead, each type of psychic ability draws on different senses to draw conclusions about the person or topic in questions. Here are some of the most common types of psychic ability:

    Clairvoyance

Clairvoyants interpret images in their heads to come to conclusions about their subject. These images may be literal or symbolic. For instance, if someone is asking a clairvoyant about job prospects and the clairvoyant sees an image of a skyscraper, this most likely means that the person should look in a large city. However, if the same image is seen when asking about love interests, the clairvoyant might interpret the image as symbolic of a strong person or someone particularly noticeable that stands out in a crowd.

    Clairaudience

Clairaudience is a relatively rare psychic ability that is very similar to clairvoyance. Just as a clairvoyant must interpret images, a clairaudient hears sounds and voices and uses these to make a prediction or conclusion. Clairaudients often disagree about where the voices and sounds they hear come from. Some consider the voices to be those of spirits or angels, while others simply see them as their own inner voices.

    Clairsentience

Clairsentience is one of the most well-known psychic abilities. Rather than seeing images or hearing sounds, a clairsentient simply feels information. Essentially, clairsentience is an extraordinary sense of intuition. If you ask a clairsentient a question about something, he or she will feel one way or the other without any visible or audible symbols.

Many psychics may have multiple kinds of psychic ability, each to varying degrees. For instance, a psychic may rely heavily on clairvoyance to make predictions but occasionally experience clairsentient-like feelings about a given subject. Psychic ability can manifest in any number of combinations and forms.

There are also various tools and techniques used to develop and focus psychic ability. These include:

Palmistry - The reading of creases in the hand to make psychic predictions.

Astrology - Divination based on star charts and the alignments of planets.

Oracles - Various tools used to help make predictions including Tarot cards, casting stones and runes.

Psychometry - The reading of energy emanating from physical objects. A psychic using psychometry will often draw conclusions about a person based on one of their possessions.

It's not hard to understand why Thailand has become such a hot name when tourism is the topic of discussion. After all, Thailand is very rich in terms of its culture as manifested by its various museums and temples. At the same time, Thailand has a lot to brag about with its natural resources. These are two large factors which bring tourists from all over the world into Thailand.

    1.) Bangkok's Canals

Bangkok, Thailand is known for its open canals. This is used for various open water activities, and you can find floating houses here, which will certainly make you wonder how do these houses remain floating? At the same time, you can also shop in Thailand's open canals, indeed a very bright and original way to do your shopping.

    2.) Tarutao Marine National Park

Thailand makes an effort to preserve its wildlife resources and its animal and plant species. While being ardent in protecting them, you can enjoy and relish their company through the Tarutao Marine National Park. You must not forget to visit here while you're in Thailand.

3.) Temple of Wat Arun in Bangkok, Thailand

There are 400 Buddhist temples in Bangkok, Thailand, but Wat Arun is one of those temples which are most notable. This is because of its modern architectural design, and at the same time, its unique distinction from others. A portion of the temple contains images of Buddha's life.

4.) Statue of Buddha in Ko Samui, Thailand

In the Island of Ko Samui, Thailand lays a world-famous statue of Buddha. This statue stands 12 m or 29 feet tall and is most notable for the bright colors with which it is portrayed. You must visit this religious place situated in an island not far from Thailand's capital.

    5.) Grand Palace, Bangkok

A world famous site is the Grand Palace, Bangkok. The Grand Palace is a complex of royal buildings where royalty in Thailand lives; however, only one complex, the Wat Phra Kaeo, is open to tourists. The Grand Palace is a place you must visit in Thailand.

    6.) Thai Boxing

As the people in Thai call the sport, "Muay Thai," it is something you definitely should not miss – whether by actual experience or by watching. Thai boxing is actually a very historic sport throughout the history of Thailand, even having royal and religious roots. Thai boxing in Thailand can never be the same as in other places.

    7.) Thailand's Theater and Arts

There are a variety of unique theater experiences you can have in Thailand. Two such examples are Khon and Nang Yai. Khon is a dramatization of Thailand's myths and ancient tales, while Nang Yai, on the other hand, is portrayed through puppets of shadows.

    8.) Suan Pakkad Palace

The palace is the perfect place for you to go if you want to have a look at traditional houses in Thailand. Also, in Suan Pakkad Palace, there are art collections which you might want to go to. This is a tourist destination that will suit an art lover's taste.

    9.) Vimameck Mansion

This mansion-turned-museum is graced for being the largest teakwood mansion in the world. What Thailand did was to turn Vimameck Mansion into a museum as well. Because of this, you not only get to see the mansion but you also get to see artifacts exhibited in the museum.

    10.) National Museum in Bangkok

A visit to Bangkok shall not be complete without going to the National Museum. Chronicled in the National Museum is practically the history of Bangkok presented through artifacts from before up to the modern pieces of contemporary art. You will surely get to have the feel of Thailand through the National Museum.

It's rare for people to look for jobs in India unless they actually live there. However, there may be many other reasons for you to be seeking employment there. Perhaps you would like to be near family, or you have simply been seduced by the richness and color of its culture. Whatever the case, it is a perfectly reasonable endeavor, but not the easiest one.

Jobs in India are not as high-paying as in other countries, especially the more progressive places such as the USA or some European countries. Five hundred US dollars a year is probably the standard rate you will be making if you work there. This can be frustrating especially if you work the regular work week and earn as little as this for your efforts.

The key is to find employment there that pays a little better than most, so that you can live comfortably. One way to do this is by applying as an English teacher online. This will earn you a higher rate because your employer will probably be from somewhere else, and you will be paid according to their country's higher rates.

But if you would prefer regular employment that goes with employee perks and benefits, you will have to look for a job the regular way. There are many such jobs- you just have to find the one that you fit best.

    Job-Hunting Tips

The job interview is inevitable, whether you are applying for an it or swe job, or something else. The prospect makes a lot of applicants anxious, but you can minimize this anxiety by preparing sufficiently for it. For example, you can condition yourself mentally and get a friend to practice with you, ask you common interview questions. See if you can sail through them smoothly and present yourself in the best light.

When you are scheduled for an interview or exam, be punctual. Employers assess not only your responses during the interview, but also your general attitude. If you are late, they will immediately assume that you are perpetually tardy and will think twice about hiring you. Remember, first impressions last. Make a good one.

Be as polite as you can. Courtesy is very important in India and speaks of a good upbringing. Also, your employer will always prefer someone who has pleasant manners and etiquette. Be courteous not only to your prospective employer but to all office staff you encounter. Even the receptionist or security guard may give feedback if you are rude to them.

Do not shoot your mouth off on unnecessary details. Keep your answers complete but concise. While it is tiring for the interviewer to keep asking follow up questions because you give too-brief responses, nobody really cares what you had for breakfast or what your pet's breed is, unless you are directly asked. Saying too much will only reflect nervousness or bore the interviewer. Also, it is unprofessional.

Be conscious of what your body is saying. A lot of interviewers are trained in psychology and in reading body language. Your posture and gestures say a lot about you. Sit up straight to project confidence. Look the interviewer in the eye. Avoid fidgeting, squirming, or staring at the floor.

After your application process is done, find out what requirements you ought to submit and comply with them punctually. Then don't be afraid to follow up your application status assertively. Remember, that you have the chance of getting high-paying jobs in India if you stand out as the best candidate.
