The phrase "vintage lingerie" usually elicits one of two responses: a faint cringe or a pricking up of the ears. The former response is, I suppose, understandable. We're not allowed to return worn underwear to shops unless it's defective, and that's strictly for hygiene reasons. So what's different about used lingerie that just happens to be rather old? goes the reasoning.

Well that's the rational position, although it's informed more by a gut instinct than by any sense of thinking it through. After all, these garments, if bought from a reputable vintage clothing store or even a charity shop, will have been thoroughly washed and prepared. It's likely that you couldn't say the same about the last train, bus or cinema seat you last parked yourself on for a few hours.

It's the ear-prickers we're really interested in, of course. Because lingerie is a type of clothing that has been through so much evolution over the years that it represents a rich mine of opportunities for the vintage clothing buff.

Corsetry might be associated with the nineteenth and early twentieth century, but it has never really left us, and made a strong comeback in the 1950s when it was a necessary form of underwear for the elaborate and glamorous styles of the day, not least the wedding dresses. If you ever get the chance to examine a top quality corset from one of these periods, get your magnifying glass out and marvel at the craftsmanship on display. It would probably have set its original owner back a fair amount of money at the time, and it's quite possible that it could have been worn only a few times.

The camisole is another timeless classic, and it's a little more difficult to identify the age of a vintage cami just by looking at it (although any labels can be a giveaway). Since they're designed to hang relatively loosely on the body and form a sensual barrier between the skin and the material of the dress, they're pretty much always of a satin or silk material and vary only in length and print. Some will have some modest bust support, but that's not really the point of the camisole, so don't be surprised if you find that most are quite simple in construction. The same applies to slips and slip skirts – there's not much you can do to improve or modify them, so they haven't changed all that much for a hundred years.

What you get from vintage lingerie is quality and style. Quality is proved by the fact that these light, delicate pieces are still intact after thirty, forty, fifty or more years of existence. And the style harks back to a time when women's underwear was in general more feminine and sensual. You won't find any three-for-£10 bras in a vintage clothing store (and you probably won't in thirty years' time either, so stock up!).

So don't purse your lips and scurry past the lingerie section of the vintage clothing store. Stop a while, have a look, have a feel, and prepare to dive into a new world of big time sensuality.

About The Author: Pre-owned clothing such as vintage lingerie is always interesting and the variety and volume held by vintage clothing stores like http://www.rokit.co.uk/ just proves the popularity. Rosie explains vintage fashion trends such as this and why many people prefer to shop retro rather than new.

    Recognizing Common Sciatica Causes

As just about anyone suffering from the condition knows all too well, sciatica causes a variety of extremely frustrating, and occasionally debilitating, symptoms. In order to effectively treat these symptoms, however, it is incredibly important that you turn to a medical professional to develop a comprehensive treatment plan that gives you the best chance of overcoming your condition. The wrong approach may prove completely ineffective and a waste of time, or worse, it might make your symptoms increase.

    What is Sciatica?

Before we can discuss how to manage sciatica, it is important to understand what this condition actually entails. For starters, sciatica isn't a condition itself, per se, but a collection of symptoms that may arise as a result of the compression of the sciatic nerve in the lower back (lumbar spine).

The sciatic nerve is the longest and thickest nerve in the body. This nerve horsetails off the spinal cord in the lower back and extends down through the buttocks, hips, and legs, before culminating near the toes. In short, the sciatic nerve is extremely important because it is instrumental in our ability to walk upright. The problem, however, is that sciatica is extremely common as a result of either damage or deterioration to the lumbar spinal anatomy.

    Causes of Sciatica

Over the years, the anatomical elements that support the spinal column gradually deteriorate. This wear and tear is extremely normal and an unavoidable part of the natural aging process. The vertebral joints that connect adjacent vertebrae can become arthritic; the intervertebral discs that cushion and support vertebrae may become worn and ruptured; muscle can weaken; ligaments could calcify, and other problems might arise. The lower back is one of the most common places for problems to develop because the lumbar spine is both highly flexible and also supports a significant portion of the body's weight. As a result, degenerative spine conditions are particularly common in the lower back, which can directly lead to the compression of the sciatic nerve and causes sciatica in the lower extremities.

Here are just a few of the conditions that can cause sciatica:

    • Herniated discs

    • Bulging discs

    • Facet disease

    • Spondylolisthesis

    • Spondylosis

    Initial Treatment Options

One piece of good news when it comes to sciatica is that in most cases, symptoms can normally be managed effectively with a tailored regimen of noninvasive techniques. These treatments are designed to alleviate strain on the lower back and allow the sciatic compression to gradually abate. The use of low-impact exercises, stretching techniques, heat packs, ice, and nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs are particularly popular. In some instances, lifestyle changes may also be recommended to complement treatment. For instance, losing weight can be an effective treatment method because the weight of carrying around excess body fat can put undue burden on the spine and exacerbate discomfort.

    Surgery

While conservative means are usually effective for most people, in the event that sciatica causes discomfort that does not respond to noninvasive treatment, surgical decompression may be considered. The goal of this type of treatment is to physically remove the source of the sciatic nerve constriction and also ensure that spinal stability is maintained. Historically, spinal fusion was the only real option in this instance. This type of procedure entails the opening of the spinal column in order to remove the intervertebral disc and fuse adjacent vertebrae together. The problem with open spine surgery, however, is that it is major surgery that requires hospitalization, extensive rehabilitation, and puts the patient at risk for post-operative complications, such as infection and scar tissue formation.

In recent years, advances in endoscopic technology have made minimally invasive spine procedures a new, compelling option for some patients. These procedures can usually be completed through a very small incision through which surgeons gently push aside soft tissue (rather than cutting it), which greatly shortens the recovery time. In fact, endoscopic procedures are normally conducted on an outpatient basis.

Each type of treatment has its own unique advantages and limitations, so it pays to explore your options, learn more about sciatica causes, and speak with several doctors before consenting to any one treatment.

    *********************** ARTICLE START ***********************

There are at least four ways in which an organic marketing company can go about treating organic marketing as a science, rather than an art. The first way would be to make rational decisions based on data and statistics rather than on instinct. Every day, the amount of data available for any organic marketing company to analyze grows exponentially. On top of that, the marketing tech innovations that gives data a meaning is only getting better every day. To hire an organic marketing company that disregards this wealth of information would be a dire decision for any business. At the same time, to hire an organic marketing company that relies only on this data would be a mistake as well. Data can be biased too, and there is a place for gut feeling in marketing as well. It takes the right combination of instinct and analytics for an organic marketing company to be successful, and this is exactly what MiklinSEO specializes in.

Organic marketing as a science also comes in the form of models which can do a number of things for marketing scientists. These models take into account past trends using the vast amount of data available, and this allows marketing scientists to forecast future trends. The models also allow marketers to identify different subdivisions of customers so the marketing can become more personalized. Again, as the amount of data available keeps expanding, the predictive models only get better.

The third, and perhaps the most obvious way an organic marketing company can use more of a scientific approach is to simply use the scientific method. The scientific method is the root of treating organic marketing as a science ; the process, for those that don't remember, consists of developing a hypothesis, testing the hypothesis, re-testing, and then drawing a conclusion. Based off of the conclusion, a new, more focused hypothesis can be formed, and so on. By making and testing a hypothesis, an organic marketing company can identify and refine business goals. MiklinSEO is an example of a company who thrives on experimentation and approaching organic marketing as a science because they believe that with experimentation comes experience.

The next way to approach organic marketing as a science is to not rely only on the curriculum from marketing classes to market. Instead, involve the other sciences that can relate to marketing in other ways, such as economics, psychology, and sociology. Doing so will lead to more questions, which can help develop more hypotheses to test. Once again, as the amount of tested hypotheses grow, the more focused a company's business goals can become. Those marketers who can think outside of the box will undoubtedly be the most successful.

When making a decision, there are two ways to arrive at a conclusion: you can either go with instinct, or you can use data and statistics and base your decision off of past results. You will come to the correct conclusion more often if data and statistics are used. Further, when making the decision to hire an organic marketing company, you clearly want to find one that treats organic marketing as a science, something which MiklinSEO takes pride in doing.

TORY REISS PART 1--Warning: This might get a bit existential and is a departure from what Adventures in Tech normally revolves around… Tech. So feel free to browse elsewhere. I apologize if this comes across as narcissistic, but it's a thought exercise I've been meaning to try for a while so thanks for the patience.

What is the Life of Tory Reiss? Life itself has often seemed a question without an answer. Something that runs quite contradictory to the curious, inquiring mind of man. He is raised with the constant encouragement to ask more questions only to realize that the answers run dry far before any thirst for knowledge can possibly be quenched.

"Dad, why is the sky blue?"

"Because God spilled some blueberries and was too busy to clean up the mess."

"Ohhhhh! I don't like to clean up my messes either. I like God, he's fun."

Ideas, both fantastic and mundane, come quickly to him when he is young, but the Lincoln logs of schooled thought pile up faster than even young arms and legs can climb. He is soon no longer surrounded by bean bags, Maypoles, and recorders but instead the ivory walls of education close in. At an early age he is given an empty label with the words, Tory Reiss, spelled out upon it. His experiences begin to lend those words context and with it comes slowly an idea of self. Yet society ensures he graduates to something grander, something more exciting, more engaging than even a newly formed pile of leaves in the back yard. A book requires nothing more than your undivided attention, the expanse of your imagination, and, perhaps most precious, your time. Yet for this modest fee, you can leave this blue-green marble for another of your choosing, if not leave it behind entirely. A textbook on the other hand demands much of your attention and time, yet asks little of your imagination for what use is that in memorizing the day in which King Louis XVI lost his head?

"Dad, want to know why the sky is blue?"

    "Let's hear it!"

"It has to do with the fact that light entering the atmosphere collides with molecules in the air, and Oxygen in particular has a diameter that scatters the radiation of slower moving blue-ish light while allowing the other wavelengths to pass through. This causes the sky to appear blue to our eyes… but to be honest, I think that's just god's way of spilling blueberries."

"Well Prof. Tory Reiss, I'm glad to hear they're not mutually exclusive. A little imagination will take you long way in this world."

Tory Reiss quickly began to fill his label with scribbles, dreams, and far-fetched notions. It was no longer empty, but filled to overflowing with life. If experience was the blueprint and the written word an infinite foundation, than what came next was the hodgepodge of contractors arguing over what neuronal pipe should be laid where. Friends, family, teachers, teammates, and girls. Suddenly, he had a lot more help expounding upon the Tory Reiss he thought he'd begun to understand. He found joy in helping others and being generous with his time; surrounding himself with laughter and mischief. This was the time of love, heartbreak, and part-time jobs. Standardized tests wrought standardized havoc and life raced forward, towards goals laid out by anxious parents. What came next for Tory Reiss? Nothing but the standard, change. New city, new life, and goodbye old problems was the plan. Of course like any well laid plan, it bore little to no resemblance to reality and many of the bad habits of trusting others carried over while few of the early life lessons could follow suit.

    College comes next.

Leonardo Wilhelm DiCaprio was born on November 11, 1974, in Hollywood, Los Angeles, to parents George and Irmelin. DiCaprio inherited Italian, German, and Russian ancestry through his parents and grandparents. Many people believe that DiCaprio was given his first name after his mother Irmelin first felt him kick while viewing a Leonardo Da Vinci painting in an Italian museum. When DiCaprio was only a year old, his parents got a divorce. Despite this, the pair had the foresight to sign DiCaprio up with a talent agent while he was in his early childhood years. After his parents split, DiCaprio mostly lived with his mother. The two moved around the city of Los Angeles frequently, living in many different neighborhoods. Due to difficult circumstances, DiCaprio's mother worked many jobs to provide an income for herself and her son.

DiCaprio's budding acting career began while he was still a student at Seeds Elementary School. Because of his parents' efforts, DiCaprio had many opportunities to act in commercial and short films. Throughout his early teenage years, DiCaprio featured in several more bit part roles in commercials and film, but it wasn't until the age of 16 that he really started to get noticed in the acting industry. DiCaprio appeared on several television shows, such as "Parenthood," "The New Lassie," "Roseanne," and "Santa Barbara," and picked up a couple of Young Artist Awards for Best Young Actor.

Following on from his television success, DiCaprio transferred his acting talent to the big screen. DiCaprio's first feature film, "Critters 3," was not shown in theaters and instead went direct to video. This initial setback forced the young actor to return to where he had success before: television sitcoms. DiCaprio played a young homeless boy on the sitcom "Growing Pains." This recurring role helped to propel him back into the spotlight, and the following year he was chosen by Robert De Niro to play the lead in "This Boy's Life." This success alongside a Hollywood icon resulted in further film roles, most notably costarring with Johnny Depp in "What's Eating Gilbert Grape." DiCaprio performance in this film was widely praised by film critics, and he picked up Academy Award and Golden Globe nominations for his efforts.

The next couple of years were relatively low key for DiCaprio, but he made a name for himself again in 1996 when he played Romeo in "Romeo and Juliet." However, his most famous acting role would be the following year when he played Jack Dawson in "Titanic." The film went onto become the highest-grossing film at that time, and DiCaprio was nominated for and won several major film awards.

Following the success of "Titanic" would prove to be very difficult, however, with DiCaprio unable to reach the same heights for a few years. It wasn't until 2002 that DiCaprio's acting star began to shine again in "Catch Me If You Can." The film was considered a worldwide success, and DiCaprio picked up his third Golden Globe nomination for his part in the movie. Although "Titanic" is the film instantly linked with DiCaprio, his most major success to date actually occurred in 2004 with "The Aviator." DiCaprio played the role of Howard Hughes, a film director and aviation pioneer. Not only did the film receive favorable reviews and prove to be a huge success at the box office, but DiCaprio finally won the Golden Globe Award for Best Actor.

The year 2006 was particularly busy for DiCaprio, as he starred in "Blood Diamond" and "The Departed." DiCaprio received rave reviews for his roles in these films. Although DiCaprio did not feature in many films during this period, he selectively chose roles that he knew he could do well in. With only handful of film roles in the late 2000s, DiCaprio once again hit it big time in the 2010 film "Inception."

After starring in the 2012 film "Django Unchained," as Calvin Candie, a role which earned DiCaprio eight Golden Globe nominations, he announced in January 2013 that he was taking a temporary break from acting to pursue other endeavors. Throughout his film career, DiCaprio has been an outspoken environmentalist who has attempted to bring real-world issues to light. He has donated millions of dollars to charitable causes close to his heart, and this has led him to receive many environmental awards. After the Haitian earthquake in early 2010, DiCaprio donated $1 million to the relief efforts. Later that year, DiCaprio donated the same amount to the Wildlife Conservation Society.

Although Leonardo DiCaprio fans may be sad to see him take time off from acting, he will appear in two films scheduled for release later in 2013, "The Great Gatsby" and "The Wolf of Wall Street." After these films are seen in theaters, no one is sure when DiCaprio's next film will be released, but it will likely not be too long before he is back doing what he does best.

A short time ago I saw the movie 'The Love Guru' with Mike Myers where they used a play on words for 'Intimacy' which really resonated for me. It said:

'Intimacy' translates as 'Into – Me – I – See'

And how true is this! I really sat with this for sometime afterwards and could really see how this is the case.

Intimacy in a relationship with a partner can take many forms, as indeed with any relationship we have. We traditionally think of it as making love with our partner but how about just hugging someone, looking a friend in the eyes as they cry through a painful experience, or sitting and enjoying some quality play time with your child or even pet.

As women we have so many gifts to give; to our children, our partners, our families and our friends. By our very nature we are nurturing, we love to listen and we love to laugh and cry together. Nothing is more important to us generally speaking than our close relationships. They keep us going and supply us with so many gifts of love and a real opportunity to be ourselves.

Intimacy is not only healthy for a relationship with our partner and friends in all its various forms, but it is also a doorway into ourselves.

It is indeed in times of intimacy, especially with our partner, that we discover our true selves.

When we are surrendered, vulnerable and open in the arms of our partners, feeling safe and loved, is the time we get to truly experience our true nature… we are truly ourselves. Our walls and protection can be down as there is trust and acceptance in this space.

For some of us this is indeed the only time we truly experience this… we run around all day, meeting the expectations of so many people and the world, and really taking on so many different roles and characters along the way, that we somehow lose ourselves. We lose touch with the truth of our authentic selves.

But our intimate time with our partner brings us back… brings us back home to our truth. No wonder we gravitate to this space so much and absolutely love it… we are naturally programmed for it as human beings, let alone as women.

A PURE REFLECTION OF LOVE BACK TO US

All of what we see around us is simply a reflection of what is going on for us inside. This is called the Universal 'Law of Refection', and stems from the principle that nothing exists outside of ourselves. We are all One, and All is 'Us'; All that we see outside of ourselves is only our reflection.

As two people coming together we have no better opportunity to really explore what is going on for us than through our wonderful partners. What comes up for you, through your intimate connections, is really a reflection of what is going on for you inside.

What you see in another is what you see in yourself. This can be great if you like what you see but a little harder to swallow if you don't!! But unfortunately this law holds true for both the good and the bad stuff!

So when you see something in your partner you don't like, it is really showing you what you have yet to love within yourself. That can be tough, but on the flipside look at it this way… it is the perfect time to love more of yourself. To really dive into that trait or feeling you are seeing in them, and find it within yourself… and see how it serves you and in turn love it.

Through conscious intimacy and opening up more of ourselves though becoming more aware, we have an awesome opportunity to dive into our hearts and leave our minds quiet for awhile. It is here we discover our true nature… one of openness, self-love, gratitude and complete presence.

So next time you are being intimate with your beautiful partner, take a moment to appreciate just how important intimacy is for you in really diving into your truth and awakening to the ever loving 'You'… even for just a moment.

See we always knew it was more than just sex!!

I recall a short time ago when I was struggling in my position as a business development manager for a company running training for police. Really with a 13 year background in the Australian Federal Police it should have been the easiest thing in the world. But the struggles persisted.

Since I first met my boss we had connected on a real heartfelt level. He pushed and questioned me, all in the name of bringing out the best in me… he just had that knack!

But I recall one day we met and I was feeling dejected. He saw the discomfort in my eyes. He took me by the hand and said 'All you have to do is be yourself. That's why I employed you. I brought you all the way to Dubai from Australia, having only met you once because I loved who YOU are. I want you to just be yourself and that will be enough.'

I freaked… it's like my whole world was shattering… and in many ways it was!

Instead of it feeling like a ticket to freedom of just being myself, I was imploding in my fear of what that looked like… who was I? I had done so many years of uncovering my true authentic self, but when I was faced with the possibility of being just that, I crumbled. My mind was racing about how I should be 'acting' now if I was just myself. It was really strange.

So I sat with it. I pondered the fear of being myself. Of truly not knowing what that looked like in the outside world and how that would be accepted.

Slowly I came to realise I am not the personas I put out to the world. Sure I have a perception of who I think I am… but if all of my roles and perceptions were taken away, who am I?? If all my material possession were taken away, who am I?? Am I still ME?

What if my legs and arms were cut off (extreme yes, but stay with me on this important point!) am I still me? What if my torso was cut in half and removed? Am I still Me?

Yes…. So where does 'ME' sit? I am obviously not this body then. So where am 'I'??

'I' am something more than all of those things.

Slowly I started to realise I am a feeling. That when I am myself I feel like life itself and I feel the life force flow through the body I simply occupy. It is like I detach from my identity and become something larger than that.

That when I strip out the labels and judgments of who I think I am, all I am left with is a feeling of truth sitting deep inside. That I am IN this world, but not OF this world.

Slowly I am uncovering the truth of who I really am. I see when I resonate at this truth level, I can do so much more than I thought possible; I do not get caught up in the thoughts of limitation on myself or my world.

I tap into the truth... I AM LOVE. And that feels amazing!!

Is there an absolute truth from which we must all speak?

It is true that we all have different perception and recollections of experiences.

One of the funniest and yet enlightening exercises in this I have ever directly experienced was when I was going through police college in Australia.

We were having a lecture one day, nothing out of the ordinary for police college, when suddenly someone burst through the door, wrestled the lecturer and kidnapped him out of the room. Well needless to say we were all sitting there in shock… yes note that I did not say that any of us budding police officers actually did anything to assist our poor lecturer… oops fail!

But what happened next was the most intriguing. Another lecturer came in and asked us 'without discussing it with anyone else, write down in as much detail as you can what you just witnessed'. It was to include the actions taken, clothing, what was said, distances and times etc.

So for the next 15 minutes we scribbled out what we observed, and then proceeded to exchange details.

All I can say is wow!! Just about everyone of us had written down something different. The kidnapper was wearing a blue shirt, or a red shirt… or was it purple? He said 'You're coming with me' or did he say 'Come with me you bastard'? The incident took place over 7 seconds or was it more like thirty? On and on it went with differences. And we were meant to be the next breed of super observant cops!!

It was amazing. But what it really went to show is that people take in information and recall that information differently. We all do.

The way we view our world is all just subjective according to our past, our values and our beliefs.

No one is right or wrong according to the way they perceive their world but what we do have to recognise is that we all view it differently, even things that appear as 'fact' such as in the above example.

So in truth, there is no absolute truth. Truth is 'our truth' based on how 'we' see our world. That is all we have. And that is all we can speak.

If we feel something is our truth it is up to us to speak it, from the heart. Not to make it absolute and shut down everyone's else's viewpoint, but to openly listen to another's truth and accept that, and then offer our own truth… the one we feel deep down inside.

Yes our truths maybe different but that's what colours our world. How boring would it be for all of us to have the same viewpoints on life!

When two people are communicating from the heart, their communication is pure. In fact the words do not matter. The true feeling is conveyed and that is the important point. From this position we can truly express our deepest emotions and feelings and they will be accepted. It is true that when you communicate from the heart your words will be accepted as you will automatically speak in terms of how you feel. After all no one can really deny or dispute how you feel! They may argue that you should not feel that way, but the feeling itself will hold true.

It is only when we come from a space of ego do we experience judgment and resistance from another. In fact resistance from another is your signpost that you are not speaking truly from the heart.

Think of a time when you shared your feelings from the heart with another. Can you recall their reaction… or should I say non-reaction. It was accepted, even if it was hurtful.

Despite your greatest fears of how someone will receive your truth, you can be assured that your highest inner self is always guiding you to this space and you will be looked after. It is up to us to step into this space and experience this for ourselves.

Heartfelt truth telling requires great courage at times, especially when you have to tell someone you feel hurt or angry because of them, but it can lead to the most intimate of communions with another.

It leads to openness and ultimately love. It leads you both to more truth… what a gift!

We blame children for it constantly... their lack of attention and focus. But what about the attention span of adults? Are we any better?

I mean, how often do we become completely bored with new stuff! Clothes, gadgets, games, houses, businesses, credit cards, gym memberships… the list goes on and on. We get something, it holds excitement for a short period then we almost forget about it, moving on yet another new thing to get that same excitement feeling. It is like an addiction that needs constant feeding.

We get a new phone, only to start throwing it around after a few months like it doesn't matter anymore.

We wash and polish our new car every week… for about 3 months! And then bit-by-bit it creeps in… the apathy for it. It gets abit dirty and we say next week we will wash it. And the next week goes by, and still no clean up of that precious car we worked so hard to make the money to buy.

The same goes for relationships. We have all heard about the 'honeymoon' period where our new partner can do no wrong, everything about them is exciting. We see all our similarities, 'he has two eyes, and oh my God so do I, we must be soulmates!'(ok an over exaggeration here, but you get my drift. But over time we start to see more of our differences and things we don't like in our partners. It's like we start to see a more balanced perspective of them (and one that is often far more realistic!).

So what is it inside us that make's us lose interest and become even careless about our things over time? It's like we get used to having it, and the bright shiny object it once was no longer holds the same excitement or value to us, nor continues to make us feel really good.

Well maybe our eventual indifference and addiction to new things is actually trying to show us something.

To me it is a purposeful internal mechanism that ensures we do not continue to place our attention on, and put all our value into, outside things.

By having this boredom feeling over time, we start to realise, hopefully, that it happens with everything around us. Every single thing we have been excited about throughout our life diminishes in excitement and value to us over time.

And I don't feel it is just our ego getting bored and wanting new things to play with to keep us amused. I believe that is only part of it.

What is really happening is that consciousness itself is trying to get us to wake up to this pattern playing out.

It is trying to get us to see that nothing in the outside world is permanent and nor can it keep us fulfilled for any great length of time. And it is not meant to. This is so we eventually wake up the fact that only ourselves can hold this eternal fulfillment for us.

Joy is an internal feeling that yes, can be sparked by outside things, but only for fleeting moments. It is your internal Joy that you awaken that stays with you. It is from knowing who you are and being the full expression of yourself that keeps that joy light burning feverishly inside you.

Ponder for a moment a time when you were just 'you', the full expression of you. Did you feel absolute joy for yourself in that moment? Can you notice that it was never about the outside world in that moment, that feeling came from inside you?

Joy is an internal feeling that must be found within… for you to feel it longer than that new car feeling.

Find it within, and it will always be there when you chose to feel it!

    *********************** ARTICLE START ***********************

We have all heard how important having the same core values in relationships are for them to be successful. But what about our own core values and what is important to us as individuals within a relationship? Just how important are these individual core values to making all our relationships work?

You see we all have a set of individual core values, that is, things that are the most important to us, and those that are least important to us.

Things of value to us might be for example our work, children, a particular area of study, cooking, writing, money… and so the list could go on and on.

Values are things that basically you value, things that you love and are inspired about. Things that don't require you to be motivated from the outside world to do, you just have that internal flame for it.

On the other hand we all have things that are low on our values. For me one is cooking. To be honest I cannot see the point of spending half hour in the kitchen preparing something that then gets eaten in 5 minutes. However, writing inspires me and I go for hours just flowing with material. This is a prime example of hierarchy of values.

My sister on the other hand loves cooking and is very good at it. She will not just make a dish, but will make it all from scratch. She will make the gnocchi pasta and spend an hour hand rolling it; she will make the full sauce from scratch. A far cry from my dismal 5-minute effort of packet pasta and jarred sauce before I get back into more exciting things!

But I am not wrong for my non-value of cooking and her right. And she is not wrong for her view of cooking and me right. We simply have different values on cooking. She loves the process of it, and her dishes are reflective of this great love of cooking. They are divine every time. They contain love and you can literally taste it.

    WE ALL HAVE DIFFERENT VALUES

In fact it has been said that no two people have the exact same hierarchy of values. So whilst this is great for variety and giving us the diverse world in which we live, it can be the very source of conflict and frustration with anyone we deal with.

We feel that we are just too different, we don't like doing the same things, we have different viewpoints, I have to compromise all the time, he always does what he wants to do, she is not interested in my stuff, he always watches sport, my dad was always at work… he never had time for me.

This potential conflict plays out for every relationship we have; from intimate partners to parents (both now and as a child) and friends and business associates. Even entities such as corportions and government agencies… all of them have values and agendas they want met.

HOW DO YOU KNOW YOURS OR SOMEONES VALUES?

You can see what your values are by what interests you the most… where you spend most of your time, where you spend your money and what you ensure you have around you in your home or office life.

For example for me, my highest value is my own consciousness and the awakening to the truth of who I am. I have been studying this, meditating and surrounding myself with conscious people for the past 9 years. I will do anything to learn more about myself.

A large chunk of my money has gone on courses, books, seminars, and material over the years that have assisted my consciousness. Now my money goes on creating products to share my wisdom and allow me to speak and write about consciousness.

So if someone looked at my life there would be absolutely no doubt that consciousness is my top value.

Others in your life have their own values too. If you want to see what your partner, family member or friends values are then look at what they demonstrate in their lives. It will usually be fairly obvious if you look.

BUT BEWARE WHAT YOU OR OTHER PEOPLE 'SAY' THEY VALUE

One of the traps of values is that it is so easy to fall into believing that you have one set of values, but demonstrate in life a totally different set.

So often we can live the values of someone else instead of what is true for us. We are influenced by what society says or what we believe will make us more accepted, more cool, more social, more money, and ultimately more loved… which is really what are always seeking!

Your life will demonstrate clearly what your true values are right now and your heart and associated resistances will tell you if these values are actually true for you… or if you have fallen into the trap of living someone else's.

LIVING 'YOUR' VALUES IN YOUR RELATIONSHIPS

It can be difficult at times to see, and more importantly admit, that you have slipped into living the values of your partner or those around you. It is subtle and it can creep up on you. But one day you wake up and realise you are not happy and you have not done anything that truly lights your fire in such a long time. Many call it the comfort zone, but maybe we have just so taken on the values of everyone around us, our work colleagues or partner more especially (we do spend a lot of time with them after all) that we have in effect lost 'ourselves' in the process.

The difficulty is that you will usually attract a mate that has the exact opposite values to you. Yes opposites do often attract! This is so you learn to love the other parts of what is presenting itself to you in life, and therefore in turn learn to love all parts of yourself. Your partner is reflective of this by having things in them you don't necessarily love... and to give you the opportunity to love these things through them!

And this is the very purpose of relationships.

Since at our greatest level of truth we are all things, we are naturally surrounded by parts of ourselves that we have yet to love within us. For example, if we have not learned to love greed, and accept that we are all greedy in different ways, we will attract someone into our lives that is overtly greedy so we can learn to see how greed serves us, and the people around us, and in turn accept our own greediness.

You will find that, if you have yet to accept many parts of yourself, you will be surrounded by people that have different value systems to you, to give you the opportunity to see where you have the same traits and learn to love those many parts of you.

There are no mistakes to the relationships you have in your life, including your intimate partner. They are all there to get you to wake up to the truth of who you really are.

However, as you open to loving yourself more, you will find that your relationships reflect a more aligned value system to yourself, as you do not require so many reflections of things you do not like, having already accepted these parts of yourself and integrated them. Or those differences simply don't affect you anymore. You see them but have no reaction to them. So I am saying that the more you love yourself, the more your partner and other relationships will reflect back to you the things you love.

YOUR RELATIONSHIPS ARE NOT THERE TO MAKE YOU FRUSTRATED!

You are walking down the street with your partner and you are noticing just so many shoes, bags and dresses that you absolutely love. You would love to go into the stores and explore… you know you would just get lost for hours. Then your friend calls and you start telling her about all the sales that are on and the new winter fashion that has just come out. You are both so excited.

Now your partner is quite obviously bored *&%$less with this. He is yawning, playing with his phone and doing everything to get out of being there with you.

Do you get angry with him and frustrated??

Now stop! He is not behaving this way as he is not supportive, not loving you enough or plotting against you to make your life purposely difficult.

He is behaving this way as it is simply not on his list of values to either shop at all, or shop for those things. Maybe he would just love to be in a bookstore or a computer shop instead.

He simply and innocently has a different set of values to you. We all do!

He does not watch sport to annoy you… it is a value of his. He likes sport and he wants to spend time with it, just like you want to do things that are of value to you.

The simple fact is we all have a hierarchy of values and our priority is to have these values met. We will do almost anything to satisfy the things that are important to us. And so will our partners and loved ones. Welcome to the truth of relationships!

    THE TRUTH CAN BE PAINFUL!

We are never committed to our partner more than we are committed to having our own values met. A bold statement yes!! True? Yes!

Just have a look at the reality of breakups. Reflect on your own and why you left a relationship… we were going in separate directions, we could not agree on things and argued all the time, we didn't like the same things and had nothing in common anymore, and the favourite for divorces… 'Irreconcilable differences'!

We all have different things that are important to us, different core values in relationships, and when those important things are no longer being met, provided we are being true to ourselves and not overcome with the fear of being without our partner, we will leave a relationship and find someone else that will support those interests more; whether because they are into those same things, or they are simply accepting of your love of them and are okay with you pursuing them within the relationship.

Values can be a hard pill to swallow for the ego. We all like to think that our partner is with us purely out of love. But sometimes the reality can be that you simply satisfy his or her values more than anyone else.

So what does that mean consciously?

The more you learn to accept your own values and live by them, doing what you love and filling your day and space with things that make you feel like 'You', then the more your will either attract or keep a partner that reflects that love back to you.

Additionally, the more you accept the things that are important to you, the more you will accept and respect your own partners values and their great loves of life; and it will not bother you if these things are different. You have what you love anyway!

In this way, you both become free to explore your own lives and loves, but still remain respectfully and lovingly together; as two independent people who share their lives, as that is what you choose and love to do; not from a 'need' to get something from each other.

You already have all you need to live as a whole individual inside you now. You do not 'need' your partner or another relationship. They are simply there to reflect back to you all that you are, the good and the ugly. When you fully open to this fact, you will have the opportunity to enjoy the differences of your values as much as the similarities.

It appears that there are different levels of Authenticity that you can live at. All as true and authentic as another, but different levels in which we can play our "authentic being" game here.

Some people are focused on living authentically as far as saying what they feel, doing things they love and are true for them, spending time with people they chose, and basically not putting on any front to different people, instead just being completely themselves in all situations.

However on another level, as I have observed, there is also authentic living from the infinite viewpoint… seeing that the human self is essentially the Egoic self, but underneath there also exists a 'Real Self'; the Self that is consciousness itself and upon recognition of this, you choose to live from this perspective.

From this perspective you are nothing more than the witnessing of life that takes place through the body. You realise you are not your body; You are the pure authentic consciousness that moves through it.

This is certainly my take and focus on authentic living in recent years. Not to discount the absolute importance of speaking your truth, doing what you love and having genuine connections with people; but I see this more as what I would naturally be drawn to doing when I really live my truth as consciousness itself moving through this human form.

When I live from my truth that I am consciousness and that the entire outside world is purely my reflection, then there is no possibility of feeling the fear of judgment from others about how I live. It is only when the ego kicks in that I can possibly get tripped up and start going back into my head, telling myself stories of what I 'think' is happening.

I am in the process of rereading 'A New Earth' by Eckhart Tolle. An incredible book that dives into the ego and how it manifests in the individual and collective mind of us all.

In it, Eckhart brilliantly describes that all your thoughts, emotions, judgments, illnesses and suffering in life, are not You. They are games the ego plays with you, pretending to be you.

He goes on to say that your 'true self' sits beyond all of the human and worldly form, and has simply been covered up by the egoic mind, and the sense of 'I' that exists within our world. He states that it is the 'I' - the desire to make everything about ourselves and take it all so personally, that causes every bit of our suffering here on earth.

This is certainly my finding in my own life experience over the past decade, and it certainly is the findings of many of the people I share my journey with; that by making everything that happens in this world personal, through the sense of 'I, me and mine' I suffer non stop. As soon as I recognise that I am just presence in this moment and that the sense of 'I' is simply my ego (my mind) wanting to gain control, the pain stops.

As soon as I see that the human game here is just that, a human game, and if I see that I am an infinite spiritual being come into form to have an experience here… to express myself, create and explore this wondrous world that I have created for myself, then suddenly my whole world opens up and I am free to be ME. Free of the mind that tells me I am limited, and free of my thoughts and judgments that my world is anything less than perfect.

Now there's some authenticity worth playing with!

The New World Encyclopedia defines authenticity as…

'A philosophical concept that denotes the genuine, true state of human existence. The concept arises from the insights that human beings generally live or exist in an inauthentic way and that the genuine sense of self and its relationship with others (including God and/or other people) has been lost. The authentic life is often described as a life of freedom, joy, meaning, value, and happiness'.

There has been much discussion, particularly in more recent times to the notion of the authentic self. To speak of an authentic self of course implies by default that there is the possibility or existence of an 'inauthentic' self.

So what is the authentic and inauthentic self?

Briefly, the authentic self is said to be the self that 'remembers' that you came from The Oneness and knows that you never left this Oneness. The self that 'knows' the truth of who you are, and why you have come here to planet Earth. The self that has no limitations, and knows no boundaries as far as what can be created. It is the Infinite self.

The inauthentic self is the human self and the identity with this self, that is to say The Egoic self. In some ways it probably abit harsh to call it inauthentic. My feeling more these days is that it is just unconscious. It is the part of you that has not remembered or become aware yet of all that you are, from where you came and to where you will return. It is the part that sees separation in everything and from everyone, the self that feels alone and fearful in a world that seems to be out of our control; rather than the Oneness of truth. The self that feels all the emotions possible to a human being and the self that uses the mind to navigate the world.

This self is the front you put out to the world; playing out roles and stories believing that you are in fact these roles; and that your stories, your relationships, your wealth, or your health actually define you. But this is the shallow surface version of who you are.

It is similar to looking in a mirror. You cannot change the reflection in the mirror no matter what you do to the mirror. The only option you have is to change what is being reflected in the first place.

This analogy becomes important when we take into account the Law of Reflection which states that what you see outside of you is only a pure reflection of what is going on for you inside. That being the case, it becomes futile to try and change your world (the refection) without first changing yourself (what is being reflected).

But on the flipside of this Law, it also shows you that the outside world and all it's perceived issues have no power to do anything other than reflect your inner world back to you.

When you really absorb this, you can start to get a feel that the outside world and all its opinions, judgments and perceptions actually have no power over you. They are in fact nothing; just the refection in the mirror of yourself. None of these things are actually you. As such, they cannot define you anymore than the power you give them to define you.

But oh how much power we give them!!

So many of us fall into the trap thinking we are our story and more importantly our roles: I am a mother, I am a business woman, I am a wife, I am a Christian, I am wealthy, I am unemployed, I am a depressed person, I am sick, I have bad luck, I am not good at love or relationships, and so it goes on.

But all of these, as well as the myriad of other roles we play every single day, are just that… roles. They are not us; no more than an actor who plays the role of a character in a movie. Johnny Depp is not Willie Wonka, that is a character he plays. You are not a wife or wealthy businessperson… this is a role you play in this life.

When we start to drop the labels of who we are as defined in the world and by ourselves, we start to go beyond the authenticity definition set up by humans, and instead feel the actual depth of who we are at the truth level; we start to see that it is simply our labels and judgments that separate us from feeling this depth and truth all the time, and keep us limited into being simply a role or story, instead of the true infinite power that we are already are, here playing the human game.

Really you have no idea of who you are, none of us do. At best all we can do is apply mere words to something that is infinite, which of course will never come close to capturing our essence. Our complete depth will never be fathomed in this realm through describing ourselves. But by letting go of labels and judgments and instead moving more into our hearts, the infinite realm, we can start to gain a glimpse and sense of our infinite authentic selves.

It is said that if you can let go of the 'need' to know who you are, then who you are will be revealed to you. The needing to know, which so many of us have taken on in recent times through the consciousness journey, is the very thing stopping you from actually remembering who you are. Remember, you are creating your reality so if you 'need' to know then that reality will create itself… the perpetual need to know, without ever truly experiencing the knowing at all.

By being content with not knowing who you are and instead seeing clearly who you are not, that is just your human self, your authentic self will be revealed to you.

By seeing that you are not your roles or stories, you are not your thoughts, you are not your emotions, you are not your judgments and opinions and perceptions on life; you will experience what you are beyond all of that.

So the question or choice then becomes… how to live?

Authentically through your heart and body feeling the sense of the aliveness that you are; or unconsciously, getting caught up in the story here in this world, playing victim and hero, trying to get something from life and everyone in it, feeling like the world owes you, or you have been hard done by? This is not your truth; it is simply the human game you play.

This self will never satisfy you. Have you ever noticed that? That when you play this game of defining and finding yourself in the world you always need more, nothing satisfies your need for more. No possession, job promotion, awesome relationship, crazy experience is ever enough…. May be for a fleeting moment but then reality sets in again and the party is over.

You do not have to play like this.

By tapping into your authentic self underneath your story here you will feel all the love, completeness and fulfillment that you constantly ache and yearn for. This is why you feel the ache in the first place… it is You wanting to wake up to your truth… that nothing in this world will ever be enough… it is not meant to be… it is only the reflection, not the authentic you.

Wake up and remember your truth. Be willing to see beyond the illusion of the human self and the outside world, and your authentic self will reveal itself as if by magic.

It is there right now… it never went away… you 'know' this don't you!? Remember??

A blog can be not only a great form of expression for yourself, but it can also help you earn some extra income. If you have your blog set up right and maintain it properly, it can quickly turn into a place making money for you. Sure, you have to put some time and effort into it writing your entries and doing some follow up, but that is all work that you were going to put into the blog anyway when you thought you were making nothing off of it, right? In order for you to get your blog off the ground properly, you want to make sure you choose the best blog site that is going to help you along the way.

While there are many blog sites and hosts out there today, finding the best blog site for you can take some investigative work. If you are hoping to monetize your blog at all, then you likely need to choose the best blog site from among those that are offering paid hosting. There are drawbacks to many of the free hosting sites available.

Most of the free hosting sites do not offer you the opportunity to advertise and market on your blog so that you can earn money on them. If you are hoping for any type of steady income, then you are going to have to make some kind of investment on your part and choose a paid host. The best blog site will have different plans and packages from you to choose from so that you can pick the best tier that fits not just into your budget but gives you the features and server space that you want to work with.

You also want to choose the best blog site that offers you the best tools to do work on your site. If you want your site to be attractive to readers, you need to have quality design and a good theme to have on the blog. The best blog site will give you countless designs and themes to choose from for your use. Again, some may require an additional payment, but think of this as an investment in something that is going to make money for you.

Once you have your design and theme laid out on the best blog site, you can then go about trying to earn some money. You can easily do some affiliate marketing where you advertise for certain products on other sites and then earn commissions on the sales of these items. You can also do some product reviews of products relevant to your niche and earn money for this.

As your blog continues to work and grow, you will find other ways that can help you to earn extra money. Make sure you use the best blog site to your advantage and examine all the data they provide and all the tools at your disposal. You may also want to check out the Best Blog Site so you can get maximum exposure for your own blog and really earn some good money by getting it seen by even more people.

    *********************** ARTICLE START ***********************

When you are first starting out with any type of blog, one of your main concerns should be the type of platform and host you choose to use for your blog. Blogging has boomed on the Internet, with millions of people getting involved in the practice whether strictly for pleasure or as part of a business venture. This means that there are many different platforms that you can choose from to use for your blog. But how do you know which one is often considered the best with so many out there? Based on the response from many and just the sheer numbers, there does seem to be one that can be called the best blog platform.

For millions of people, the best blog platform seems to be Wordpress. Whether it is simply because they have been at it for a long time and most people associate blogging with them or it is because they offer the best options when it comes to blogging can be somewhat of a personal choice. The fact is, however, that with millions using them as both a host and a platform for blogging, it is hard to argue that they are not the best around.

Why do so many people claim them to be the best blog platform? Many people choose them as the platform because the version that you can get that is one where you can self-host does not cost anything. This means that you can create the blog itself using their programs and then use that on another site where you pay to have the blog hosted.

There is some work involved in your part when you decide to set things up this way. Even the best blog platform will have a downside, and some people see the costs involved of setting up your own domain name as one of them with Wordpress. While it is just a nominal yearly fee, it is something you need to consider, particularly if you are only blogging for fun and not looking to make any money out of it. There are also other things to consider.

You are going to need to migrate everything over to where your hosted site is maintained. While it is not a very difficult or technical process, for some people who have never done anything of this nature before, it can be intimidating. For this reason some people choose Blogger as the best blog platform over Wordpress.

With Blogger, all you need to do to get started is choose a name for your blog and you can be on your way. As long as that name is not being used elsewhere, you can be all set up and start writing in no time at all. While you must use Blogger as part of your website name since they are hosting your site, you will not have any fees to pay. This alone can make it the best blog platform for some.

When you are looking for the best blog platform, you need to decide what the goal of your blog is going to be. That can help you make important decisions as to which platform you will use and whether or not you plan to invest any money into it in the hopes of making money back. If your final hopes are that your blog will be seen by a large group of people and make some money for you, then you may want to check out the Best Blog Site to help you decide what platform works best for you.

When I first Started to Blog

About a year ago I was interested in learning how to blog. I knew people wrote on the Internet, but I had no idea where to start. Fast forward to today and I enjoy blogging on a daily basis.

My favorite subject to blog about is helping other people.I really enjoy giving strategies on self improvement and stretching people out of their comfort zone to help make big life changes.

Ideas on What to Blog About

Let your imagination go wild! If you can imagine it you can blog about it. You can blog about your hobbies, interests, educational, are just a few.

I had a interest in aquaponics and I wrote a couple of blogs on the subject before I moved on to other subjects. It is OK to write about multiple subjects when blogging. When writing make your it is easy to read for all ages that will be visiting your site.

    Your Website Home Page

The home page is the first place many visitors see when checking out your site. Take some time to create an inviting and welcoming page.

Some blog sites have so many ads that you cannot find the subject matter that you came to see. Have your information organized so that what the person came to the site for is easy to find. If a person clicks on your site and is not comfortable they will leave very quickly.

What is in a Blog Title?

Use a keyword if possible in your Title and in the body of the post. But do not over use it. Have you ever had someone give a speech and keep saying um? If you over use your keyword people will notice and again probably leave your site. The title needs to be specific to what the audience is searching for when they do a keyword search. You want to lure them in to read your blog. You want to the title to be relevant to the subject.

Your Blog needs to Be Updated Frequently

If you write just a couple of times a month do not expect to have a lot of visitors to your site. If someone clicks on your site and you only have 3 posts they most likely will look elsewhere for their answers. Take the time to update your site as much as possible this will help get your rankings higher in the search engines.

    Give Your Blog Some Color

When going to a website you do not just want to see words. People enjoy some pictures when reading. Add some pictures to your blog that are relevant to what your are writing. Remember to name your pictures with keywords to help if someone is doing a search by pictures.

    The Comment Section

The comment section is important to have on your blog site. This is to allow people to be a part of the communication of the blog if they desire. If a person has some suggestions or additional questions the comment section is available.

    Have Fun!

Coveralls are indispensable pieces of workwear when hard work is involved. If you have a business that requires people to wear coverall uniforms, then you must remember that a big share of the productivity at your workplace will depend on the kind of uniforms that your employees will wear. Hence, you should be careful in selecting the coverall uniforms. Your main focus should be on ensuring that the coverall uniforms will provide to your workers all the comfort that they deserve when they are working so that they do not feel stressed out. The beauty of the coverall uniforms is important too, but that should come after the comfort.

The fit of the coverall uniforms should be designed so as to provide comfort to the wearer. Coveralls should be meant to be a bit loose, so you will need to measure the sizes your workers will require before placing orders. There should be enough room for the workers to perform their tasks, and the coverall should not make movement too cumbersome for them. For women employees, there are separate coverall designs, with more room in the hip area to fit their body shape. You must make sure you get separate pieces for the men and the women in your unit; coveralls are not unisex uniforms.

Coverall uniforms must, as the name suggests, cover the whole body when people are working. But there are some styles that can make allowances according to your workplace environment. You could make a choice between the long-sleeved or the short-sleeved coveralls. If you do not want the traditional jumpsuits, you could go for the bib overalls which are also very popular. The bib overalls do not have sleeves, and they are kept in place by suspender kind of attachments. There are also aprons that can be coordinated with trousers to make for good workwear uniforms.

The best material for making coverall uniforms is cotton, because it allows the uniform to be airier so that the worker does not feel unduly hot while working. But, there are a host of fabrics available that you can choose from. You will find several synthetic fabrics, or cottons blended with other materials like wool. Denim coveralls and bib overalls are very popular among workers who have to perform lot of physical tasks in their workplace. Denim coveralls also add a bit of stud fashion to the workwear.

If you are looking to dress up your employees in smart-looking coveralls, overalls or just aprons, you can find many retailers online and are just a few clicks away. Online retailers have a very large assortment of all kinds of coverall uniforms and the other kinds that are needed in workplaces all over. You will find some of the biggest workwear brands rubbing shoulders with each other online, including Dickies, the grandfather of all coverall manufacturers. What's better than the online range is the prices! The prices are priced right and you can select from the full range of sizes. Also, You can find online supplier that will customize the coveralls for your employees. You can get the company logo embroidered on the coverall uniforms, and decorate them with silk screening if you like. You can also get reflective tape attached to your coveralls for those especially hazardous environments.

Workwear is becoming more and more casual by the day. Gone are the days when one had to wear only ironed and starched shirts and trousers to work. Today, more people are reporting to their offices in casual work wear than you think. The reason behind the success of casual work wear today is that employers believe that people work their best only when they are dressed in the most relaxed way possible. That's the feeling casual work wear gives to them.

If you are buying casual work wear for yourself, you are already making a good choice, but let us guide you in the selection. After all, selecting clothes, and that too work clothes, is no laughing matter. Here's what you must look for in your casual clothes:-

    1. Look for the fit. That's the single factor that overrides any other consideration for selecting your casual work wear. Get clothes that are exactly your size. When you do that, you are making sure your clothes are not choking you or lagging you behind as you work, but that they are also moving with you in perfect resonance.

    2. Check up for styles. If you haven't checked the range lately, do so now. Shopping online is the best option here, since you will get to check out a large variety of clothes. Every season some or the other new styles are introduced, and there is also a lot of cycling of old fashions, such that the retro styles might come back again. When you are checking out casual workwear for yourself, make sure you are taking a pattern that is the in thing. Doing so will help you become more comfortable with your place of work.

    3. If you work in a hazardous environment, make sure that the casual work wear you are selecting will be safe enough for you. You also get flame-resistant work wear that looks quite good, and will not make you stick out like a sore thumb at your place of work.

    4. See that your casual work wear has all the features you want. One of the most important features that people hunt for in their casual workwear is pockets. If you have to carry around a lot of tools at your workplace, that helps. You have to also make sure that the pockets are large enough for your tools. Not just that; you must also make it a point of trying out the zippers, buttons and other fasteners so that they will not give away when you are engrossed in your work.

    5. Buy different sets and styles of workwear. This helps nowadays, because most people are becoming fashion-conscious with gusto. You must typically have at least two – and ideally three – sets of casual work wear. That will reduce the problems when you have to clean your workwear. It is a good idea to remain within the pattern, but slightly change something to avoid looking too repetitive.

Online retailers specialize in all kinds of casual workwear. Now that you know the important features of the casual workwear, you will be better placed to book your order with your online retailer.

There is no reason why you should wear the same old styles of uniforms to your workplace every day of the week, every week of the year, especially when there are so many custom work uniforms to choose from nowadays. People in every kind of work environment are trying to jazz up their workwear with something unique that will make them stand apart from the crowd. It could be a simple screening, or it could be something more elaborate as some embroidery work. Or they could spice up their workwear with different patterns and styles. Custom uniforms are the order of the day, and those who don't have something to wear that they themselves have designed, they are walking backwards.

The best way to customize your workwear is to go for embroidery. Custom embroidery workwear is becoming quite a rage everywhere. As you know, embroidery is the art where a pattern is reproduced onto a piece of cloth using threads. In making your custom work uniforms, you can give your own image through email or whatever and the custom uniform manufacturers will digitize the image into a pattern that can be made into threads and then sewn on. It is an elaborate bit of work, but when it is done, it will give you a custom uniform that others at your workplace might be ready to kill for!

The biggest benefit of getting custom embroidery patterns made on your uniform is that you really get to do with the workwear what you want. You can really project your personality. Get a picture of a bird, or of a motorbike, or even your work tools. Or, you can print your own name and designation on one side of your uniform. Some people like putting up logos of their companies. You can make the embroidery a beautiful or a serious pattern for your workplace, or you can add a touch of humor. Your custom uniform can be an extension of your own personality that you can take with you to your workplace.

But making custom uniforms is not just about custom embroidery! There are so many ways in which you can personalize your workwear. An alternative to custom embroidery is screening. You can screen any image onto the piece of uniform. Silk screening will add a very elegant kind of grace to your work uniform.

If you let your workwear providers know in advance, they will customize the entire structure of your uniform too. You can get uniforms customized in the shades and colors that you want, or you can change or add pockets, belt loops, zippers, buttons, etc. If you are a hirer and are looking for uniforms for your employees, making custom uniforms for them could be your best choice, because then you will be making your employees' uniforms different. You can also get custom work uniforms at cheaper rates if you order in bulk.

Some online retailers are specialists of both custom embroidery and silk screening techniques. Most online retailers also have a huge catalog of work uniforms from leading brands such as Carhartt, Dickies, Edwards, etc. that we can be customized according to your preferences. You can get extra pockets sewn on them, or additional buttons, or such other features. You can get them embroidered and silk screened in any way you choose. Your custom uniforms will underline your presence everywhere that you go in your workplace and set you apart from the crowd.

When you are in charge of purchasing scrubs or uniforms for your medical or healthcare facility, you may not always be aware of exactly how many of each gender are in the workplace. Purchasing unisex medical scrubs or uniforms insures that you have a large enough quantity of medical scrubs and medical uniforms to suit your workplace needs.

Just because unisex medical apparel have the word unisex in the description does not mean that you cannot find attractive, appealing, and fashionable designs for those unisex scrubs. In fact, you will find unisex medical uniforms coming in colors and styles that may be preferred by one gender over the other. However, but offering these gender preferred designs as unisex scrubs, every one in the wage and is an accounted for regardless of personal preference.

Unisex medical scrubs and uniforms are also beneficial because they negate gender based rules and the workplace. Once upon a time, physicians or surgeons were generally male; nurses and clerical workers were generally female. However, today nurses and clerical staff may be male or female, and physicians or surgeons may be female or male. Unisex scrubs blur the line between the genders.

It is not surprising that today the majority of medical uniforms are considered unisex scrubs. There are few scrubs except for specialty scrubs that are specifically for one gender over the other. Some designs may be preferred by one gender, but that does not mean that both genders cannot wear the same scrubs. Unisex scrubs are hotter than ever today, and the future looks extremely bright for the future of these unique and versatile medical scrubs and medical uniforms.

When the time comes by either necessity or choice to choose one or more scrub jackets for your professional career, custom scrub jackets may give you the freedom of choice you will appreciate for your workplace. Custom scrub jackets may be worn as part of a medical uniform requirement, or simply because they add a flare to the everyday medical attire.

No matter why you are purchasing custom scrub jackets, one thing is clear: customizable scrub jackets offer individuality while remaining professional.

In the medical industry, staying a unique individual is often a difficult task. Nametags are added to aid in letting the patient and the patient's family know your name, but custom scrub jackets can show more than a simple name.

While staying an individual not just a name is one reason for these customizable scrub jackets, there are more functional reasons why customizable scrub jackets are needed in the medical industry.

What other reasons could you have for finding custom scrub jackets a necessary part of your medical career?

    1. More and more medical professionals join forces together in a clinic. These medical professionals will have their own staff, and custom scrub jackets are an easy, affordable method of separating staff while remaining fashionable.

    2. Customizable scrub jackets offer a unique opportunity to change a jacket for special occasions, themed work days, or holidays without purchasing a whole new set of scrubs. Look fashionable while saving money and time – nothing could be easier!

    3. There are times when the location of where a medical professional works may vary: the clinic, the hospital, surgery, or a mobile unit. Simply using customizable scrub jackets allows you to quickly change from one location to the other with changing the entire scrub ensemble.

    4. If you work in a medical facility with various types of medical professionals such as physicians, nurses, nursing assistants, hygienists, or clerical staff, using custom scrub jackets can help in recognizing each position. This can be beneficial for the patient or clientèle as well as the medical staff.

    5. Custom scrub jackets can help keep the staff warm when the temperature gets slightly unbearable for the medical staff. Customizable scrub jackets offer a bit of warmth without touching the thermostat.

    6. Another benefit of custom scrub jackets is that it can save money. Instead of purchasing custom scrubs, purchasing customizable scrub jackets allow the name and/or other information to be placed on the jacket instead of on each scrub top.

No matter why you find custom scrub jackets necessary, there is no doubt that customizable scrub jackets offer versatility, reliability, and functionality to the workplace environment. Saving money is another popular benefit of choosing to purchase customizable scrubs or scrub jackets. Staying professional, looking fashionable, and maintaining a touch of individualism are just a few traits not easy to find in a simple piece of medical apparel.

When you purchase custom scrubs or scrub jackets, you are adding something special to your career. With help, you will find that your benefit comes at extremely affordable rates.

You can even customize your scrub jackets with your name and company logo with embroidery or silk screening, so the scrub jackets can truly be uniquely yours.
