Poor financing is the number two reason small businesses fail, falling right behind poor management. Sufficient funding is paramount to the success of small businesses, and small business grants can be the answer to the problem. If business owners have the necessary knowledge about how to find and properly request grants, they have a better shot at creating a successful business that will be open longer and prosper.
There are over 300 different grants and loans available for small businesses that are just starting out. The grants range from $25,000 up to $1,000,000 depending on the size and projected success rate of the business. There are also grants available to help small businesses grow or expand. Grants are not the same as loans because they do not have to be repaid. A grant is considered free money, as well as an investment to promote the success of small businesses and the US economy. Money for grants comes from income taxes. Obtaining a small business grant does not require credit checks or deposits, even if the owners have experienced bankruptcy in the past.
There are a number of helpful websites that send small businesses government grant packages for free, excluding the cost of shipping. These packages include information on how to find grants, how to prepare a grant request, and how to apply for grants pertaining to a specific business. Some of the providers are Government Funding Solutions, Grant Master, and Grant Wizard.
It is important to be familiar with the Small Business Administration's (SBA) rules for receiving grants before beginning the process of obtaining one. Although the SBA does not provide grants to small businesses, they do provide helpful suggestions and resources on how to find grants.
In order to qualify for a small business grant, individuals must first become familiar with the 13 CFR 143 document that lists all of the requirements to be eligible for a grant. This document includes information on the pre-award and post-award periods and defines all aspects of applying for a grant and states who is eligible. The CFR is the primary source of rules and regulations for small business grants and must be read before starting the grant writing process.
After reviewing the requirements, prospective business owners must write a grant request. There are professionals who will write a grant proposal or the individuals may complete it themselves. The Catalog of Federal Domestic Assistance is a helpful site that links individuals to resources about federal grants for small businesses. Afterschool.gov gives helpful tips on how to write a small business grant and, although it is geared toward grants for after school programs, includes helpful information for grant writing in general.
Additionally, there are many well-established government and private organizations that provide grants to small businesses. The Department of Justice's Ten Grant document gives access to grant opportunities for those conducting research in support of law enforcement. The Department of Labor's Employment and Training Administration has several grant opportunities for small business owners. They offer about $125 million to businesses that are based in a community setting with special attention to training programs. The Department of Transportation is another organization that offers small business grants. They offer grants to any business willing to help resolve the growing problems with the federal-aid highway program. The Department of Education has a program called e-GRANTS that locates electronic grants online. They have a detailed list of grants available and the necessary applications to fill out. There are a variety of grants available for different groups, all of which have detailed descriptions and contact information. Other organizations that provide small business grants include the EPA, the National Cancer Institute, NOAA, the National Endowment for the Humanities, and the US Department of Health and Human Services.

Small businesses can often be beaten out by larger competitors simply because they have better practices than small businesses. The good news is that there are a number of practices that can translate to small businesses. These strategies and tactics are some of the best-kept secrets and can make a business much more successful in the long run.
The act of borrowing ideas from other companies is called "best practice benchmarking" and can lead to vast improvements in business structure if done properly. Since most small businesses have a much smaller budget than big businesses, the practices learned can save money and be even more beneficial for them than for the big companies. If a small business emulates another business's way of cutting costs, they will be able to do in a shorter period of time.
To begin borrowing practices from others, there needs to be a clear understanding of their methods. The best way to go about using successful practices is to do heavy research and ask questions to find out how others were able to achieve their goals. This step is important because if the practices are not studied well a small business will usually end up failing or wasting precious resources that they cannot afford to lose. A helpful tool for finding out better business practices is to send surveys to businesses that are successful in that job field.
Although emulating successful business practices is the goal, it is important for individuals to modify the practices to fit with their own business. Not everything will translate and there will be small, yet crucial modifications that need to be made.
Some of the most popular practices that small businesses borrow deal with communicating with others and saving money. One way business owners cut corners is by having a company meeting with their top employees to discuss strategies for conducting better business and the direction they want to see the company head. Individuals may also sponsor retreats or getaways for top executives, helping workers to bond and communicate better. This practice will also help get everyone on the same page as far as product development and business plans. Business owners can also poll and survey their employees, or the employees of other companies, in order to get their opinions on typical problems they face.
Many well-known businesses are now helping others research their successful practices in order to find the best methods for their companies. Some of these businesses are Home Depot, Wal-Mart, and Target. The research to be studied includes strategy models for how to run a successful partnership and real life examples of ways they saved money and cut costs. The research also includes access to popular certification programs and what those businesses learned from the courses. They also showcased the various rewards and recognition systems that they provided to their employees to encourage hard work and better communication.
The great thing about small business practices is that they rarely have to do the dirty work because big corporations have already done it. There are so many different business practices that translate from big corporations to small businesses, and small business owners can take advantage of the abundance of opportunities available to them. If small business owners can modify these popular practices in a way that will work with their company, they can save more money and have a more successful business with little effort.

With the demand for more accurate and easily read legal records on the rise, many individuals are looking to start a career in legal transcription because of the growing need for their services. Legal transcription is a great career choice due to the ease of getting started and the abundance of work available. The need for well-trained legal transcriptionists, however, is vast due to the numerous companies that hire employees who are unqualified and inexperienced in the legal field.
The majority of businesses do require some sort of basic training in order to be hired as a legal transcriptionist, and it is rare to find one that will hire someone with no transcription experience. Generally, businesses require their employees to have a strong working knowledge of legal terminology, the English language, and the use of correct grammar. It is also a good idea to become familiar with the fundamentals of law, the court systems and litigation and to know how a law office works in order to ensure success in the business. Legal transcriptionists are generally required to be masters at dictation because they will use it so frequently on the job. It is wise for individuals to do extensive research on legal transcription before choosing it as a career. Researching individual businesses requirements is of even greater importance because all businesses are entitled to set their own qualifications to be required of their employees.
Since some form of training will be preferred, it is good to know that there are many training options from which to choose. Training to be a legal transcriptionist is more flexible than ever before. Individuals wishing to pursue this career can choose to train in a school, at home, or online, with several of these options overlapping. This versatility allows more people to become well-trained legal transcriptionists because they now have the time and ability to find quality training programs, whereas before they may have had to travel long distances to study in a specific college that offered the transcription courses.
A good place to look for schools that provide legal transcription training is CollegeSurfing.com. This site links individuals to several schools that offer training for legal transcription. On the site, individuals can browse through many state and community colleges that offer associate degrees or certification courses in legal transcription. CollegeSurfing.com also provides access to many online colleges and programs that make training for legal transcription even easier.
MedWord is an online resource that provides training courses in all facets of transcription. They have most of the basic training that is common today but also have the added perk of giving specialized courses to teach valuable skills that are used nearly every day on the job. People who choose to take MedWord courses will enter the job field with valuable knowledge of the legal system in addition to transcription basics, helping to make them better and more desirable employees.
In addition to online and college courses, many employers will allow individuals to train on the job, so they can earn money and train at the same time. This option is more convenient for the transcriptionist but can be a hassle if it is a small company. With that said, most businesses that choose to allow for on the job training have several well-trained transcriptionists on staff who have the time and skill to train newcomers properly. Although this option can take more time, businesses that use it are able to personally mold individuals into the type of workers that their company needs and are more likely to keep employees longer.
There are many different training options for legal transcriptionists today. Individuals can choose from an endless number of courses and programs that teach them valuable skills for the field. Many transcriptionists further their careers into paralegal studies or even law. The availability and ease of the training process is leading more qualified individuals to work as legal transcriptionists and provide better legal records for organizations all over the US

Now, through online sites and databases, freelancers are able to find and keep work that pays well and satisfies their career desires.

BizLancers.com is another useful site that answers all of the tough questions concerning at home work. They have articles from the "Ten Best At-Home Jobs" to "Tips on How to Avoid Scams." The site also allows people to connect with others to chat and ask questions about their work. BizLancers has links to several different popular, legitimate sites that hire people and allow others to start businesses in their own home.
The most important thing for individuals to remember before committing to an at-home job is to do extensive research on jobs in the fields in which they express interest. Also, it is necessary to make sure the sites visited are legitimate and approved by the Better Business Bureau. If these simple precautions are taken, then it is likely that anyone will be able to start a successful at-home business venture in no time.

More and more people are choosing to work from home rather than in a traditional office setting. These individuals are reaping the benefits of more flexible hours and workloads, allowing them to spend more time with their families and doing what they enjoy. Today, there are several options on the Internet for those people interested in working from home in a variety of job fields and industries.
Some of the most popular and successful work-at-home jobs for unskilled and common workers are survey completion, research, price shopping, and responding to e-mails. For those individuals with more skills the jobs are even better and more plentiful. The most prevalent jobs are found in transcription, writing and design, computer programming, counseling, translating, and crafting. It is beneficial to obtain certification or career training in order to make more money and get better jobs.
One of the biggest concerns for individuals looking for work online is scam artists who try to get people to buy materials and other supplies with promises of better pay and good jobs. To avoid these types of scams, it is a good idea to never agree to pay for a service unless it is accredited by a well-known organization, preferably by the Better Business Bureau.
There are several helpful sites that offer work to individuals choosing to work from home. Jobsearch.about.com is an accredited site that lists jobs from various organizations that allow work to be completed from home. HEA Services offers over 2,500 work-at-home jobs listed on their database with over 1,000 new positions added annually. HEA allows people to submit their resumes for employers to look over and also lists specific jobs that individuals can browse to find the right one for them. HEA specializes in finding jobs in many different fields and allows users to search based on location and level of experience. JobBank USA is another helpful site allowing individuals to search for jobs and post their resumes. They have the added perk of including helpful resources that give examples of successful resumes and cover letters to help individuals get a job.
Some well-known companies are now allowing their employees to work from home and are providing work opportunities for individuals in need. The popular airline Jet Blue hires reservation specialists to book flights for customers online, right from their own homes, but requires at least two years experience in customer service. Another business is Key for Cash, who looks for experienced typists to enter data and other information for businesses that do not have the time or need for full-time employees. This type of work is easy, can usually be done on an individual's own time frame, and pays decent. Working Solutions is a company that hires agents with good communication skills to do work for their various clients. They also have specific needs for multi-lingual people to communicate with their diverse client base. LiveOps is a networking company that hires agents to call people to try and sell their services. They have a special group that specializes in processing food deliveries to ensure accurate food orders. They also have a need for bilingual agents to make a variety of different sales calls in order to get the best and most accurate responses.
With a vast majority of at-home workers being women or stay-at-home moms, there have been several sites started that are geared specifically to these women. WAHM is an online magazine specifically designed for stay-at-home moms who have a desire to work. They offer helpful articles that give tips and advice on how to find work at home. They have job listings and other business opportunities specifically geared toward moms, along with a fun column from WAHM creator Cheryl Demas. The site also has links to other helpful sites. MommyEnterprises.com shows job opportunities for work at home jobs. They also help moms find bargains online and sites that provide freebies to stay-at-home moms. The site also links users to other moms so they can talk about jobs and give advice to those in need. Bizymoms.com is another great site that offers job searching services free of charge. They have vast contacts with successful women who have secured good careers while working at home. They allow users to network and talk to others to get the best advice.

The field of medical transcription (MT) has been continuously growing since its start several decades ago. As the medical profession grows in importance and necessity, so does the MT job market. Today there are hundreds of companies, on both the local and national level, that offer jobs as an MT to individuals interested in jumping on board.
Due to huge time constraints and the lack of one-on-one contact between doctors and their patients, medical transcriptionists have been sought out to create and maintain patients' permanent files in order to decrease busy work for medical professionals and increase the quality of the documents. The profession is progressively growing and the job market is filled with open spots for skilled and well-trained MTs.
One of the foremost organizations for medical transcriptionists in the world is the Association for Healthcare Documentation Integrity (AHDI), formerly the American Association for Medical Transcriptionists (AAMT). AHDI was established in 1978 to obtain recognition for medical transcriptionists' contributions toward patient safety and more accurate medical records. The association feels that medical transcriptionists are a vital asset to the preservation and safety of all patients and that the profession will improve the quality of care. AHDI has been a large promoter for further legislation and regulation for healthcare documentation and information. The association feels the bar has been set for MT education and it follows the most modern trends in the ever-changing industry.
According to the AHDI web page, individuals who are interested in a career as an MT should research the profession fully and be able to understand all of the requirements before deciding on that career path. The organization offers several links that help answer any questions about medical transcription and choosing the right education program that is specific to the individual's needs. The AHDI is a great organization to join for validation and protection as an MT. The association offers many resources that are beneficial to those in the MT industry. AHDI also offers advice, networking, and job opportunities to anyone who joins the organization.Another organization that is hoping to aid in the advancement of medical transcription is the Medical Transcription Industry Association (MTIA). MTIA has been working in conjunction with AHDI to better the medical transcription industry and provide better health records for the world. The MTIA is a non-profit trade association that represents medical transcription companies, vendors, and health professionals. MTIA, according to the web page, is the largest MT organization in the world. The association offers several membership options, which range from "general" to "associate," and are said to employ over 12,000 MT professionals. Through MTIA, individuals will have access to thousands of vendor suppliers through a transcription service finder, which will give the added advantage of networking through the site. MTIA also sponsors events and conferences annually to keep current MTs up-to-date and in the know about the latest medical transcription trends.
There is an incredibly helpful website called MT Daily that lists all MT companies according to the state in which they are located. The providers consist of vendors, companies, and independent contractors who are looking for a skilled MT. Many of the companies offer both long- and short-term positions. The site also provides links to other popular search engines like Monster and NationJob. MT Daily allows easy access to several national companies like C and C Transcription, HealthScribe, MEDGARDE, and Transcription Solutions. Around thirty percent of MTs do work from home, so the site also gives listings of job opportunities that can be completed outside of the office. To take a look at the full list of companies, visit www.mtdaily.com/mtcos.html.
With the abundance of online resources, along with well-respected organizations like AHDI and MTIA, the medical transcription industry is steadily becoming a large presence in the medical field. Not only are there numerous jobs for MTs, but there are also many organizations that are advocating for the profession, which is earning more respect in the medical field year after year.

The medical transcription industry has become an important fixture in the medical field, helping to provide accurate files for medical patients. The job market for medical transcriptionists (MTs) is at an all-time high, yet many people are not aware of the proper training and courses that must be completed before starting a career as an MT. Luckily, there are many courses available that will train prospective MTs and even allows others to continue their education in order to further their work in the MT field.
One of the foremost experts in the medical transcription field is the Association for Healthcare Documentation Integrity (AHDI), formerly the American Association for Medical Transcriptionists (AAMT). The people at AHDI sponsor several different medical transcription courses that are all AHDI approved. They have also written several books that have become the go-to texts for many medical transcription courses. The Model Curriculum for Medical Transcription is one book that the AHDI has published and is used widely around the country to teach potential MTs all they need to know about the medical transcription industry. The association has also published the AAMT Book of Style for Medical Transcription, which has become the gold standard for use in the medical transcription field. This book shows MTs the right and wrong ways to word certain phrases and gives the correct terminology required to make all records as accurate as possible. The AHDI also offers CDs, audiotapes, and video-based texts for those students wishing to study independently or for classroom use.
Some of the AHDI approved schools that use these texts can be found all over the country and online. One school that has received rave reviews is the Penn Foster Career School, which teamed up with DANTES (a program in coordination with the US military) to help students pay their tuition to the school. Penn Foster prides itself on being one of the most affordable ways to study to be an MT, and it offers various payment plans to suite any needs.
Another good educational institute is Allied Schools, which not only trains individuals to be MTs but also teaches them valuable life skills to prepare them for the job market. Allied Schools offers courses on interview skills, teaches how to write a resume and cover letter, and also introduces students to contacts in the field. The school also offers a one year membership to the Medical Association of Billers (MAB) upon completion of the course.
Physically going to school is not the only way to take MT courses. There is a variety of courses offered online and at home so that anyone can choose the most convenient option for them. Online-Education.net is a great site that provides links to various schools that offer both one year certificates and two year associate degrees. The site claims to have a 93% placement rate for all students who search on it.
MedWord.com is another good site for those who want to train as an MT online. The program was designed by experienced transcriptionists currently working as MTs to teach valuable lessons from their vast experiences in the field. This environment sets MedWord.com apart from the others because people who visit the site will learn about real life experiences and what the medical transcription field really is like. MedWord.com offers CDs, practice tapes, medical dictionaries, and other great materials that can help provide a full view of the medical transcription industry.
Another great site is WorldWideLearn.com, which offers a unique take on educating potential medical transcriptionists. Not only does the site teach the basics of medical transcription, but it also goes further to help individuals learn all facets of the medical field in which they will work. The course teaches useful medical terms as well as the Greek and Latin roots of those terms in order to help identify terms more easily. Also, students will learn more about the medical field in general and gain a better understanding of the kind of environment in which MTs work. Other subjects that the course teaches are anatomy and physiology, overview of diseases, pharmacology, and lab work.
These options are just a few of the medical transcription courses available to anyone wishing to pursue a career as an MT. Many of the courses are readily available, and the online courses allow individuals to start right away.

Thanks to the ever-growing development of technology and the desire to work outside of an office, the data entry industry has become a popular job choice for individuals looking for a change. More and more people are being drawn to data entry for its abundance of jobs and flexible hours. One of the biggest perks of the job is the ability for employees to do their work from just about anywhere and, although many of these people work from home, there are still opportunities to work in a traditional office setting. This variety opens up more job opportunities and enables more people to get and maintain work.
There are some great online sites geared toward finding data entry work that can be done from the comforts of home. WorkDataEntryHome.com is a sponsored site that posts hundreds of jobs from various employers and businesses. The site is equipped with a helpful search bar that allows anyone to search all of the jobs and filter out the positions that do not pertain to their individual skills. Work-at-Home-King.com is another helpful site that matches individuals to the best jobs for them. The site separates the programs into different categories, including one special selection just for women and free services. The site also allows people to join several programs at once to increase their chances of finding a job.
Rather than working for a company at home, some people choose to work for online based companies or businesses that prefer to conduct business via the Internet. Blurtit.com is a well-designed and easy to use website that is filled with useful tools to make finding data entry work easier. The site takes cues from the Internet and has begun using the blog as a way to help others find work and post questions and concerns for experienced individuals to answer. Blurtit.com is split into various categories and is a great place to research and find out the most about data entry before entering the field.
Sologig.com is an online site that provides jobs in the data entry field as well as in other fields. The site separates the job listings by category, helping to ease the searching process. Also, another company called Aerotek provides a good place to look for online data entry jobs. The company has over 150 offices around the US and Canada, where they have experienced workers available to help find data entry jobs. Aerotek lists new jobs on the site regularly, and the staff strives to find the job that meets each individual's qualifications. Although the majority of the clients end up working online, the company also offers jobs in more traditional workplaces.
While many people enjoy the convenience of working from home or online, there are also some great job opportunities in an office environment. One online resource to take advantage of to find data entry work in an office setting is DiversityWorking.com. This site links users to tons of different employers all over the country who are looking for trained individuals to do their company's data entry work. The positions are in a variety of different fields and provide a lot of variety from which to choose. Each job also comes with a detailed job description, what would be expected of a potential employee, the type of training needed, and a description of the work place. The site shows some examples of wages and earnings that particular employers pay, giving a complete view of the job position. DiversityWorking also features certain jobs each week and gives a list of the hottest jobs available at that time.
Data entry is one of the most versatile jobs, allowing individuals to work at home, online, or in an office. Its growing popularity is no surprise, and more and more people are looking to data entry as a way to make extra money or start their careers.

Article Title: Layoffs And Downsizing In 2007

Many businesses are being forced to downsize their number of employees to cut costs or because the business feels it should operate with fewer employees. Downsizing is the act of reducing the number employees on a company's payroll and is considered different than layoffs. Downsizing is scaling down the number of employees permanently rather than temporarily like layoffs. Employees who are laid off usually have a good chance at being rehired, where as those who are victims of downsizing do not.
The majority of layoffs are due to a company's desire to lower costs. Usually there will be employees in positions that are unnecessary, thus allowing the company to do the same amount of work with fewer employees to pay. Other times when layoffs are high are when employees are simply not working to the standards of the company and their competition is much more successful. Sometimes this situation can be prevented if the employees get word of a possible layoff ahead of time, but many times businesses will still layoff employees even if they will lose profits in the end.
When downsizing occurs it is generally due to a much more serious situation than when employees are laid off. Downsizing is almost always a permanent decision, and most people will never get their jobs back. Most causes for downsizing are due to the economic market. For example, if companies' products are below the current market price, employees are no longer creating products for profit because the company has to put all of the profits toward employee wages. Therefore, companies will only keep workers if the products they are making are earning enough profit for their pay and for the company to profit.
As of April 2007, the unemployment rate in the US was 4.5 percent, with largest part of this number coming from the manufacturing sector. Over 230,000 jobs have been lost in this sector, which includes mining, construction, manufacturing, trade, and retail. Most of these layoffs were due to an increase in worker participation and advancements in technology that make many jobs obsolete because they can now be accomplished by a machine that can do more work in less time. The increase in the number of factories being established overseas is also adding to the number of layoffs in the US Many companies will take advantage of the lower wages in other countries and will close US factories down. However, not all layoffs are due to these circumstances. Since a layoff is determined when a worker is separated from a job for more than thirty days, some of the layoffs were due to seasonal breaks from jobs that have high and low seasons.
There are a number of key terms associated with layoffs and downsizing called reductions in force. These terms differentiate between the types of layoffs that are performed. An Involuntary Reduction in Force (IRIF) is when a company chooses to layoff employees without their consent. A Voluntary Reduction in Force (VRIF) is when the employees are active in the decision. A VRIF is usually due to resignation or retirement with promise of a nice payout. Also, if employees have been laid off they are entitled to file for unemployment benefits, depending on the state in which they live.
In today's job market it is becoming more uncertain who will have a job and who will be laid off. For many unskilled workers' jobs are being taken over by more cost efficient computers that do the same work while increasing the company's revenues and production of goods. These people are having a hard time finding quality work and will often resort to living off unemployment payouts or working a harder, lower paying job in less than desirable conditions. Although technology has led to the advancement of so many industries, it is posing a serious threat to the blue-collar workers in the US If the trends continue as they have over the last few years, many of these workers will be permanently out of jobs and unable to support their families. This trend in turn will likely lead to multiple jobs for all capable people in households and continue to support the fact that most American's spend nearly eighty-five percent of their time in the workplace.

As technology advances and businesses grow, there comes a need for companies and corporations to outsource work to individuals working through online and at home stations. One of the areas in which this trend is steadily growing is in the field of data entry, and many individuals are using the internet to find jobs with companies.
There are a variety of ways to go about looking for a job in data entry online. Several search engines have been developed in recent years to help people find jobs specifically for data entry that they can do from the comfort of their own homes. Many of these sites also allow people to post their resumes, enabling vendors to view the applicants and choose the employee that is right for them. Jobster.com is a helpful search engine that helps individuals find work as a data entry specialist. The site allows thousands of vendors to list data entry jobs, which anyone can browse to find the right job. Jobster.com also allows individuals to post their resumes and create profiles to increase their chances of finding employment. CareerBuilder.com is a site similar to Jobster but categorizes jobs according to location, company, and category. CareerBuilder.com's organization and variety allow many individuals to find the best job for them. The site also offers a free career test so potential clients can gauge what field of data entry will suit them best. Since it is one of the more popular job search sites, many companies post jobs on it. Another site that is successful at job placement is CareersFromHome.com, which allows employers and potential employees to post jobs and resumes free of charge. This site guarantees the legitimacy of all the jobs and does the dirty work of filtering through unaccredited suppliers so the clients can meet their career goals.
Although using a search engine to find employers is a quick and easy way to find work, there are other sites that support one specific sector or company rather than searching a whole list of companies for work. These sites are good for those who know a specific area they want to work in or a specific type of company for which they desire to work. To research this way, it is a good idea to check out corporate web sites located in a specific area first and find out if they hire for data entry. Keep in mind that companies generally refer to these positions as telecommuting rather than data entry. A good site that helps find these companies is alpineaccess.com, which looks for employees at online call centers. DataEntryCompany.com has over 20,000 members who have found data entry work from the website. The company's goal is to provide quality jobs to individuals while weeding out the scam artists and dishonest companies. The site boasts a useful support staff that is around anytime to address questions and concerns. DataEntryCompany.com does require a membership to Google Adwords in addition to a small membership fee, but the site provides many amenities to help find a legitimate job in data entry.
Despite the fact that these sites are easily available and help employ thousands of people each year, there are still some precautions that need to be taken. One thing to keep in mind is that if the site asks for money it is most likely not legitimate. No one should ever be required to pay extra for course materials or other literature. Make sure to select an accredited site. Many sites have some of the most successful and influential companies posting jobs and hiring hundreds of people for data entry jobs every day.

Many individuals are growing tired of working in a low-paying, unfulfilling job and are taking the necessary steps to advance their career. With the great number of resources now available, people can advance their careers and find better jobs in the field of their choice.
The US Department of Labor's Employment and Training Administration suggests helpful programs that will allow individuals to further their careers. They have a variety of suggestions on how to start a new career, how to build on an existing career, and how to research the best job opportunities. They provide access to worker's rights, showing employment laws and regulations that can help individuals find better work and establish proper working conditions. This section also gives details on the wages and benefits of various job fields, helping to give more information to those looking for a new career. The department also has a special section reserved to help individuals deal with unemployment while they search for new jobs and establish their new careers. They have links to different unemployment insurance providers and provide services through OneStop, which is an accredited organization that helps unemployed people find jobs and inspiration and encouragement. All of these resources can be found at www.doleta.gov/jobseekers.
For most people, a simple certification program or degree is all they need to further their career and find a better job. Nowadays, more and more well-known universities and colleges are providing courses online to help individuals earn a degree while still working, thus adding convenience and flexibility. The Directory of Online Colleges gives a listing of schools that provide various degrees and certificates for those wanting to further their careers. Some of the more popular schools are the University of Phoenix, DeVry University, AIU Online, and Kaplan University. Most of these schools give the option of earning an associates, bachelors, masters, or Ph. D. while studying online.
About.com offers several helpful suggestions to individuals interested in advancing their careers. They suggest making a good impression in current jobs even if they do not plan on staying at the company. This effort will lead to better recommendations and allow them to be hired somewhere else faster. The site also suggests utilizing the networks in their current jobs and making lasting connections. Most workers today are hired in part due to their professional relationships because most employers want workers they feel they already know. If people are able to make good connections then they will be able to meet more employers and have access to better jobs. The site's last suggestion is to have a mentor who will give advice and help make suggestions on good career moves. These mentors are great assets because they have already gained success in their industry and are usually willing to help newcomers in any way they can.
For those people who simple want to be promoted at their current company, there are several things they can do to better their chances of receiving a promotion. They should first have a good understanding of the goals they want to accomplish in the company. After they set these goals, they should find ways to accomplish the goals. Closely analyzing the company's prior strategies and finding ways to improve upon them is usually the most effective way to reach the established goals. The hardest part for these individuals is trying to find out where they fit in the equation and how they will be able to make a significant contribution to the company. Once they establish their position, then they can come up with a successful proposal to take to their superiors.
Whether individuals have the desire to be promoted or start a new career altogether, there are many valuable resources available to make the process easier. If people learn the proper networking skills or earn the proper certification, they will increase their chances to climb the corporate ladder. If individuals utilize their skills and improve upon them, they should have no problem advancing their career or starting a better job in no time.

If you're a Pisces, you probably have a lot of friends, as you have an accepting and malleable nature that makes it easy for other people to be around you. A Pisces is more likely to go with the flow rather than swim upstream to try to change people or their environment http://www.bookmarketings.info
They can be more emotional, rather than rational and analytical. They don't thrive in highly disciplined environments. Nine-to-five jobs are anathema to the Pisces nature. They are drawn to situations where they can use their artistic gifts and their appreciation of art and nature. They love luxury and pleasure. They can think on their feet and an enjoy new situations and change. They are happiest in the fields of music, literature or art.
Who's the ideal partner for the Pisces. Not the rugged, caveman type, for sure. A relationship with a Pisces will be meeting of the mind and spirit, less so than the body. Pisces are cerebral and not intensely sexual. The need to be courted gently. They are intensely loving and loyal and have a monogamous nature. Don't abuse this rare creature.
If you're a Pisces, you may find yourself occasionally being walked over or taken advantage of because of your fluid nature. You may need to find ways to assert yourself that's in harmony with your psyche. Because you tend to go with the flow and live in the moment, you might have a money-management style that can leave you short of funds at times. You may need to be stricter with yourself to ensure that doesn't happen. Next time you're drifting around a department store, just do a quick tally of everything before you get to the cashier. Put at least half of it back, if not more. Chances are it will still be there the next time you have money in your pocket!

Now remember, in Chinese astrology, the some of the signs have names that we in Western culture might not associate with positive human characteristics. Chief among these might be the sign of the Rat. If you were born in 1936, 1948, 1960, 1972, 1984 or 1996 then you are a Rat!
According to today's Chinese menu, you are ambitious yet honest,. Prone to spend freely. Seldom make lasting friendships. You are most compatible with Dragons and Monkeys and least compatible with Horses http://www.concertss.info
While in the West, we associate rats with sewers, vermin and disease, this animal is viewed a bit differently in the East. The Eastern rat is appreciated for its quick wits and ability to accumulate and hold on to wealth. Rats are a symbol of good luck in the East. It's a stylish and charming sign in Eastern astrology. It's sharp and funny will take good care of those it considers its good friends.
While rats are convivial types, they are also shameless promoters of their own agendas. This Sign's charm and powers of persuasion are often used to their best advantage. Rats are motivated by money and possessions. They're quick-witted and sharp-tongued and love a good debate.
Rats enjoy being on the outside looking in, as they like to learn by observing. They're forever observant, always tucking away information in their brains for use at some future time if they need it. Rats don't like to be bored and are always looking for challenges to keep their already-sharp wits even sharper.
The Rat's horoscope for today: You'll have a tendency to exaggerate the smallest difficulty; there'll be the need to see things with objectivity, and then you'll feel more relaxed and, therefore, more efficient. Beware of intoxications, notably by ingestion. Be very cautious and strict in the use of drugs. If your intestines are sensitive, don't let yourself be tempted by the vegetarianism fad; this diet is too rich in cellulose and consequently doesn't suit you. More than ever you'll aim high and you'll concentrate your life forces on the achievement of your professional ambitions.

Article Title: Grip, Footwork, And Strokes In Tennis.

Footwork is weight control. It is correct body position for strokes, and out of it all strokes should grow. In explaining the various forms of stroke and footwork I am writing as a right-hand player. Left-handers should simply reverse the feet.
Racquet grip is a very essential part of stroke, because a faulty grip will ruin the finest serving. It is a natural grip for a top forehand drive. It is inherently weak for the backhand, as the only natural shot is a chop stroke.
To acquire the forehand grip, hold the racquet with the edge of the frame towards the ground and the face perpendicular, the handle towards the body, and "shake hands" with it, just as if you were greeting a friend. The handle settled comfortably and naturally into the hand, the line of the arm, hand, and racquet are one. The swing brings the racquet head on a line with the arm, and the whole racquet is merely an extension of it http://www.promotion9.com
The backhand grip is a quarter circle turn of hand on the handle, bringing the hand on top of the handle and the knuckles directly up. The shot travels ACROSS the wrist.
This is the best basis for a grip. I do not advocate learning this grip exactly, but model your natural grip as closely as possible on these lines without sacrificing your own comfort or individuality.
Having once settled the racquet in the hand, the next question is the position of the body and the order of developing strokes.
All tennis strokes, should be made with the body' at right angles to the net, with the shoulders lined up parallel to the line of flight of the ball. The weight should always travel forward. It should pass from the back foot to the front foot at the moment of striking the ball. Never allow the weight to be going away from the stroke. It is weight that determines the "pace" of a stroke; swing that, decides the "speed."
Let me explain the definitions of "speed" and "pace." "Speed" is the actual rate with which a ball travels through the air. "Pace" is the momentum with which it comes off the ground. Pace is weight. It is the "sting" the ball carries when it comes off the ground, giving the inexperienced or unsuspecting player a shock of force which the stroke in no way showed.
A great many players have both "speed" and "pace." Some shots may carry both.
The order of learning strokes should be:
1. The Drive. Fore and backhand. This is the foundation of all tennis, for you cannot build up a net attack unless you have the ground stroke to open the way. Nor can you meet a net attack successfully unless you can drive, as that is the only successful passing shot.
2. The Service.
3. The Volley and Overhead Smash.
4. The Chop or Half Volley and other incidental and ornamental strokes.

To make money with articles that you place on websites, you will also need a variety of good affiliate links that will help to generate revenue. It is important that you know where to find affiliates and that you choose the best affiliates for you and your niche site.
When you pick an affiliate, it is important that you determine which companies you will profit best from based on the frequency that the product is likely to sell. There are several types of affiliates and some will offer you more money from a sale than others will. Before you get hazy-eyed by dollar signs, however, remember some products are bound to sell more than others. If you sell on product four times a year from a little known company that gives you $100 per sale or sell a well known product 3 times a week at the rate of $10 per sale, then you will make much more money with the $10 per sale product. Often times large well known companies will offer a very small profit per sale because they are established and know that their product is likely to sell well. Small, unknown companies, on the other hand, need all of the promotion they can get. Also, because they are unknown, their products are likely to sell less frequently.
The most important rule when picking affiliates to promote on your site is to pick products that would be of interest to those who would likely visit your niche site. Otherwise you will be promoting a product to a group of people who do not even want nor need it. If your niche site targets parents of young children, then promote baby products. If you niche site targets gardeners, then promote gardening products. If you promote baby products to gardeners, you are almost guaranteed to not make a profit no matter how much money the affiliate company offers for a sale.
Lastly, there are two main ways to find an affiliate company for your niche website. You can sign up with a company that manages the accounts of hundreds of companies, big and small, and apply for the products within these accounts or you can do a web search for companies that would match well with your niche, visit their websites, and see if they advertise an affiliate program.

Each day, millions of Americas board an airplane. Although many of those individuals do not have a problem, others do. One of those problems may involve the no-fly list. While the no-fly list was designed to make air travel safer, there are some instances when the wrong individuals have been targeted. These mistakes often include mistaken identities or misspelled names. Despite what you are told or may think, there are ways that you can get yourself off of the no-fly list.
Although you can get your name off the no-fly list, it is important to remember that it will not happen overnight. In fact, if you are notified that your name is on the no-fly list at the airport, it is almost a guarantee that you will not be able to board your plane. Since airport security cannot rely on your word, they will likely not allow you to proceed any further. In fact, you may even be detained a short period of time by airport security. Once you are released, you can begin taking the steps needed to have your name removed from the no-fly list.
The first step in getting your name off the no-fly list is to the contact the Transportation Security Administration (TSA). Once you are notified that your name is on the no-fly list, you should be provided with the contact information for the TSA. If you are not provided with this information, you can easily obtain the telephone number needed to directly contact the administration by visiting their online website. That online website can be found at http://www.tsa.gov. Once you have made contact with the Transportation Security Administration (TSA), you will be provided with instructions on what to do next. Those instructions will likely include filling out a form that should be mailed to you.
In addition to filling out the proper paperwork, you will also be asked to submit identification. In fact, you will need to submit more than one piece of identification Most travelers need three different items. Accepted items include a driver's license, a government identification card, a military card, a social security card, a voter registration card, a passport, a visa, or a birth certificate. Although only three pieces of identification are required, you may want to have additional identification documents on hand, just in case. After you have collected these items, they will need to be notarized by the proper officials.
After you have submitted all of the required documents, the process should begin, which will result in your name being removed from the no-fly list. This process could take as little as a few weeks, but it could take months. You are advised against making any travel plans until you receive confirmation that your name has officially been removed from the no-fly list. Once your name has been removed, all airlines will be notified of this removal. This should mean that you are now able to purchase airline tickets and make travel plans at http://review4.info .
In addition to actually having your name on no-fly list, namely due to a mistake, there is a chance that someone else with the same name as you could be on the no-fly list. Despite the fact that you are not the one on the no-fly list, you may experience some problems. For that reason, the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) has developed a traveler verification program. In the event that you are commonly mistaken for someone else, it may be a good idea to register for that program. Information on this helpful program can be found by visiting the Transportation Security Administration (TSA)'s online website. As previously mentioned, that website can be found at http://www.tsa.gov.
Although getting off the no-fly list may seem like a long and frustration task, it is something that you will want to do. Chances are your name will not magically disappear from the list. This means that if you are planning on traveling, now or in the near future, you will want to take the appropriate steps to ensure that you will make it to your intended destination.

The Delphi XM Roady Radio Receiver is the smallest radio receiver available on the market. It's the next generation of radio, not only for being America's most popular satellite radio service but for its power of choice, giving the listener the pleasure of choosing what kind of songs he wants to hear – wherever, whenever he wants. In short terms, you can listen to more than 170 digital channels, live concerts, daily news, live commentary on sports, etc. Plus, listening to music on your radio without any commercial is like a dream come true. The receiver is somehow smaller than SkiFi XM Receiver but it has a sharper look. Being able to use it with no major problems. The interface is user-friendly and the installation of additional accessories lie the Roady FM Modulator or the power adaptor is very easy. As for the price, where you can use it and on which system, you can take a look below:
Price: $119.95
Use: Car or Home
System: XM Satellite Radio
The features of the Delphi XM Roady Radio are plenty:
- plug and play: you can easily connect to your home kits, car or audio systems, whenever you want at http://www.review5.info
- you can search for channel, presets or category
- seven color displays
- smallest radio available on the market, together with the smallest antenna
- optional home audio
- the possibility of saving a total of 15 songs information
When buying a full kit, you will find in the box the following: receiver, micro-antenna, three faceplates, cigarette lighter power adaptor, cassette adaptor, universal mounting bracket and manual. It is told that the Delphi XM Roady is the direct competitor of Terk XM Commander, being slightly less expensive if you buy the Commander without the FM Modulator. As for the receiver, well.. how small can it be? It is very small. Like I said, it is the smallest receiver you can find out there to buy. The colors are quite brilliant, so that we could spoil our looks by watching red, green, sky blue, orange, night blue, purple and pink. If you're really a fashion maniac, you can combine the colors with the three colored faceplates for a dazzling look. A very nice option on the Delphi XM Radio is the TuneSelect, where you can save a total of 15 songs, with detailed information upon them.
As for accessories, you can buy an additional home kit (base, antenna, power adaptor, mini-stereo to RCA output cable), Power / FM Modulator (rebroadcasting on the following frequencies: 88.1, 88.3, 88.5, 88.7, 107.1, 107.3, 107.5, 107.7, being available on the market since December 2003), FM Modulator (which can be found at a price of $49.99) or Mini Stereo to dual RCA Cable (with that you can connect your Delphi XM Roady to your stereo CD, in case that you don't have a CD player).
As a conclusion, I can say that the Delphi XM Radio Receiver is a pretty good gadget to buy, the reviews being generally positive. That doesn't mean you can't buy something that won't work as you would expect, but, if you choose the right place to buy (where customer service is a really important thing to notice), you would be very pleased of the acquisition. Overall, for its price it is an extraordinary unit.

When it comes to air travel, many travelers are more concerned with their carryon luggage than they are with their bags that will be handed over to airport staff. These bags, commonly referred to as checked baggage, are just as important, if not more important, than your carryon luggage. For this reason, there are a number of different factors that you should take into consideration, when packing your bags for your next flight.
One mistake that many travelers make, when it comes to checked baggage, is including prohibited items in their bag. In addition to prohibited items, there have also been instances of travelers trying to hide illegal items in their checked luggage. Although it may seem like a good idea at the time, it isn't. In fact, with today's airport security screening, it is virtually impossible for you to get away with storing prohibited or illegal items inside your checked baggage more information http://www.review9.info . This is mostly due to the fact that the screening process has dramatically changed from what it was in the past, say ten years ago.
In the past, certain airlines only randomly searched checked baggage. Many times, these searches were only implemented if airline officials or airport security had probable cause. Today, all bags are checked, including your checked luggage. Most checks will quickly be done, but, in some cases, more extensive searches may be conducted. A quick check of your luggage may include rummaging through all of your belongings, looking for anything out of the ordinary. An extensive search could include searching all of your clothing pockets and baggage compartments. In the event that you are subject to one of those checks, it is likely that you will be caught if you are trying to conceal a cigarette lighter or other prohibited items.
Since your bags will be checked, all of them, you are advised against locking your baggage before heading to the airport. After your bags have been properly screened, some airlines will allow you to replace the locks on your checked baggage, but not all will. For this reason, you may want to reconsider storing expensive items, such as electronic equipment, in your bags. In addition to the possibility of theft, you will find that items packed inside your checked luggage are at a higher risk for being damaged then those that are in your carryon bags.
When packing your bags, which will be checked at the airport, it is also advised that you carefully pack them. There are a number of items, including sharp objects, which are prohibited from being stored in your carryon luggage, but those items can be placed in your checked baggage. As previously mentioned, airport security will likely examine those bags. Even during a quick examination, they will rummage through your belongings. For that reason, you are advised to properly package and secure all items that can be considered dangerous, such as those with sharp edges or points. This extra precaution may not only affect your safety, when you to go unpack your bags, but the safety of all airport security officials, especially those screening your luggage.
By taking the time to famialrize yourself with all travel rules, including the airport screening process, you should be able to pack your bags for your next flight, the right way. The wrong way, although you may not necessarily think about it at the time, could have serious consequences.

When it comes to air travel and clothing, we are all different. There are some travelers who are dressed in business suits, others in traditional jeans, and others who wear something as comfortable as possible, such as their pajamas or sweat pants. With the recent increase in airport security and the recent change in air travel rules, there are many individuals who wonder if the clothing they wear to the airport is important. If you are one of those individuals, you can rest assure because, in most cases, it is not.
It seems as if ever since airplanes became the popular way to travel, a focus has been placed on comfort. Regardless of whether or not you will be taking a long flight, you will want to be comfortable. There is nothing worse than wearing an itchy sweater or tight pair of pants up in the air. Unless you bring a chance of clothes with you and place them in your carryon bag, you are out of luck. That is why it is important that you think of what you will be wearing before you leave for the airport. Even if you are traveling for business, you should be able to change in to your business clothes as soon as you arrive at your destination, even in the airport bathrooms.
When it comes to comfort, as previously mentioned, many air travelers make the decision to wear sweat pants and a comfortable top. In addition to being comfortable, you will find, in most cases, that these types of clothes are the best for airport security, especially when entering airport screening checkpoints. This is because most sweat pants are not made with any metal items. Essentially, this means that you should be able to enter the security checkpoint and leave it quicker than most other travelers, such as the travelers who are decked out in accessories.
When it comes to clothing accessories, you will find that a number of different items set off airport metal detectors. That is why most airport security officers request that you remove all of your jewelry. Once your jewelry is removed, you will need to place it in a small bin, which will be scanned right along with your carryon luggage. Whether you have rings or a necklace, you are advised to remove them, if you can. For your convenience, you can leave your earrings on. If by chance, you earrings set the metal detectors off, you will likely be pulled a side and airport security should easily be able to tell whether or not your earring were what set off the alarms.
In addition to jewelry, you will find that your belt may even set off an airport's metal detector. For that reason, a large number of airports have requested that you remove your belts before entering the metal detectors. Since a large number of travelers wear belts, this is done to help speed up the process of checking each and every passenger. If you do not enjoy removing some of your jewelry or removing your belt, it is advised that you leave those items at home.
Recently, a number of new air travel rules have been implemented. One of those rules requires that all passengers remove their shoes. Your shoes, once removed, will be scanned by an x-ray machine, right along with the rest of your carryon luggage. In recent years, only random passengers were asked to remove their shoes, but now everyone is. For that reason, you will to wear simple shoes that you can easily remove and put back on.
Another air travel rule, recently implemented, is the ban of liquids. This means that adults are no longer allowed to bring a drink onboard, even bottle water. It also means that you are prohibited from placing liquid beauty supplies in your carryon luggage. One concern, made by many women is the allowance of gel or water filled bras. Currently, you are allowed to wear these types of bras onboard an airplane. Honestly, unless you mention it to airport security, there is a good chance that they would never even know.
Since there are really no rules or restrictions on the clothing that you can wear while flying the great skies, you need to choose for yourself. Whether you want to be fashionable or comfortable, it is all up to you.

When it comes to buying a second property it is essential that you gather together as much about second property mortgage information as you possibly can. Taking on a second property is a big commitment and of course as you want the best start and the best advice then you should go to a specialist broker.
A broker can deal with the mortgage for you to help you find the best available deal and along with this they will be able to give you the best advice when it comes to second property mortgage information. Finding a mortgage for a second property can be difficult; the options available to you for the second home will differ from those of the mortgage you took out for your first home and this is where expertise can really come into it. While of course you will have to pay for the specialist advice in the long run this can save you a great deal of money is you make the choice yourself.
Of course the choices you have when it comes to the mortgage depend totally on what you are buying the second property for, if you are buying just as a second home or holiday home then this will make a difference as opposed to purchasing the property to be used as a buy to let rental.

When it comes to getting a holiday buy to let loan then the first thing you have to make sure of is that the property you are buying as a holiday let meets the requirements to be classed as a holiday let. When it comes down to getting your mortgage then you are either looking for one for a holiday let or a holiday home, there is a difference.
The property will be classed as a business if it meets the rules set out for a holiday let. Any renting that you take for the property have to be made at full rental cost, this means that any freebies and half price renting to family and friends don't count. The property that you are renting as a holiday home must be fully furnished and the property must be available for letting for 140 days out of the year and you must actual let it for 70 days. You cannot have someone rent the property for longer than a period of 31 days during 7 months and when the property isn't available for let or if you use it yourself then you won't qualify for the tax breaks linked to the holiday let.
Once you have met these rules then you will be looking for a holiday buy to let loan and this can be the hardest part of the venture you are undertaking. Unless you know something about finance then you would be wise to take on the advice of a specialist broker, when it comes to holiday buy to loans a broker has the knowledge and the resources that can ensure you get the best deal on your holiday let loan.
There is much to know about holiday buy to let loans and lenders who are going to take the gamble of loaning you the money are going to want to make sure they are backing a winning venture. The majority of them will ask that you expect to make at least 130% of the mortgage from renting the property and you will of course have to put up a deposit which can be anywhere in the region of 15% to 30% of the cost. Of course if you have gone with a broker then they will do the looking around for you and secure the best deal possible.
Holiday buy to let loans can be a nightmare and one of the hardest parts of your new venture but it doesn't have to spoil your dreams, a broker can make all the difference and could save you thousands in the long run by avoiding a costly mistake.

The holiday buy to let business can be a very worthwhile investment and can bring in an income that maybe surpasses the earnings of your day time job, that is if you do it the right way. While there are many ways to go about getting holiday buy to let funding most of them should be considered the wrong way unless you are an expert when it comes to financial matters.
While you can get a very good deal when it comes to holiday buy to let funding you just have to know where to look and very few of us do know. If you want to get the cheapest funding for your loan then putting the matter into the hands of a specialist broker is the best way to go. The broker will be able to find the best and lowest rate of interest for you based on the information that you give them.
Holiday buy to let funding is a complex business and there are many differences to the application process when it comes to getting a loan for a holiday buy to let. Perhaps one of the biggest differences is that rather than the loan being based solely on your income the lender will want to know that you will be able to meet about roughly 130% of the loan from your renters. The annual income from renting the holiday let should be somewhere around 8% of the mortgage, you will also have to take into consideration your other monthly outgoings such as replacing furnishings and supplies, insurance cover for yourself and the property and any other expenses that are generally associated with owning and running a business.
With this in mind you should at the very beginning of the venture taken such things into account as the location of the property, the type of tenants that you are going to appeal to, whether you are going to offer long term or short term letting and of course make sure you meet the requirements set out that class the property as a holiday let.
Investing in property for a buy to let business can be a wise choice and it can be a great success but it is imperative that you do your homework well. However when thinking of capitol growth you should think in the long term rather than the short which is a period of around 5 to 15 years, getting off on the right footing is of course essential and choosing to go with a broker for your holiday buy to let funding is the wisest choice you can make.

Getting holiday home mortgages information can be hard, getting good holiday home mortgages information is even harder. If you bear this in mind then the best and only way to get the best information for your particular needs when it comes to your holiday home mortgage is to go with a specialist broker.
The biggest advantage to going with a broker is that they will be able to take a whole lot of stress away from you when it comes to something as important as you mortgage, as they will be able to gather together an understanding of your particular needs and then recommend the deal suited to you. However the biggest and most valuable reason for using a broker when it comes to getting holiday home mortgages information is that the broker will have access and be able to use their vast amount of resources which you couldn't possibly hope to match.
Mortgages which relate to a holiday home are very confusing and can vary considerably from the usual home mortgage you would take out. Of course the mortgage that your broker goes for will depend on what your intentions are for the holiday home, you might be buying the property solely for your own use as a holiday home or you might be buying it with the intentions of renting it out in order to earn extra income. This of course will need to be decided before as it makes a difference to the mortgage your broker will go for.
However if you decide to go for letting and the property is seen as a holiday home let then you will have to make sure that meet certain rules. Once you have done this then you will be able to take full advantage of the many tax breaks you could be entitled to receiving.
When it comes to defining whether or not the property is classed as a holiday home or a holiday let then it depends on the circumstances. A holiday home means that the property is going to be used for holidaying for you and your family and not renting it out to others; however a holiday let is property which you are buying with the sole intention of renting out to others. So when it comes to getting holiday home mortgages information it is essential that you decide which way you want to go.
A holiday home mortgage will be easier to get whereas a holiday let mortgage is harder, however whichever way you choose to go the best advice is to go with a specialist broker.
