    *********************** ARTICLE START ***********************

The contrast between legal music downloads and illegal movie download websites is not as stark as most people believe it to be, even from the movie Vs music angle. That is because when you visit websites offering online free movies, they also offer music downloads, and in many cases such music can be legal to download.

This whole confusion comes about due to the fact that the same legal file sharing software is used to download both movies and music, and also games and the burning software needed to burn the music and movies onto DVD. CD can also be used for online music downloads, although most people stick to DVD these days.

P2P File Sharing Software is Not Illegal to Use

So why is there no difference between illegal movie download websites and those offering legal music downloads? Very simply because the file sharing software itself is not illegal to use - it is what such P2P software is used for that can be illegal. In short, it is illegal to download any material that is protected by copyright law, and file sharing is one of the most common methods used to download music and movies.

The difference lies in the fact that some artists and bands permit their music to be downloaded free, while very few movie studios will permit their movies to be downloaded unless paid for. New bands and singers may feel it to their benefit to allow their early work to be distributed to the general public without payment using P2P file sharing software, feeling that once they are better known online they may have a chance of reaching the charts - or at least of selling some tickets to their gigs or concerts.

    Both Use the Same Software

Naturally, this is not a viable option for movie makers other than very small private concerns, and so when people use file sharing software to download movies they are generally from illegal movie download websites. The confusing factor is that this is done using exactly the same software as is used for legal music downloads. So it would difficult to ban software that is providing a service to one section of the community just because illegal movie download websites are offering the same software.

Illegal Movie Downloads Difficult to Prove

Not only that, but it is also difficult to prove what are and what are not illegal movie download websites, and even which computers are using it to download bootleg movies. For example, if you connect to the internet via a router, then the IP address detected as connecting to a download site is the IP address of the router, not the individual computers attached to it.

If that is a wireless router, it has been proved and accepted in court that any bootleg movies downloaded using your router IP address need not have been downloaded by you, but by anybody that could have used your wireless router to access the internet - whether or not your system is password-protected.

Therefore, while it is not legal to download movies using illegal movie download websites, it is next to impossible to prove that was you if you had use a wireless internet router to do so. Because bootleg movie downloads are today of excellent quality, they are popular - almost as popular as the potentially legal music downloads made using the same file sharing software- and it is becoming difficult to prove which are the websites actually downloading the protected files.

Article Title: Factory OEM Rims Are Best

    *********************** ARTICLE START ***********************

Factory OEM rims are important to you and your car because they are the original wheels fitted to the vehicle. Not only do they offer the best airflow through your braking system and so help to maximize the efficiency of your braking, but they also look good because they are designed to be part of your car and will wear better than cheap generic alloys.

If you have a Chevy Tahoe, you want Chevy Tahoe rims, not something that will cost you a few bucks and will make your car look cheap by chipping and scratching so easily. Original equipment manufacturer replacements or OEM in short, are made by the original manufacturer of the rims as originally supplied with the vehicle. So you know you are buying rims that were made for your model and year, and your car will therefore look authentic.

    Original Rims are Best

In order for your car to look as it should, the original rims provided with the car when it rolled off the assembly line are the best replacements. Your factory OEM rims might not be stamped with the big name, but with the logo of the purchasing company that are marketing them, but they will otherwise be exactly the same.

That is one reason why they so inexpensive - because they don't carry the big brand logo. However, they are the same wheels. Don't be surprised to find original rims with various logos stamped on them, because the logo will be that of the retailer who purchased them from them from the original wheel-maker.

    Maintain a Good Trade-in Price

Another advantage of factory OEM rims is that used vehicles with OEM rims fitted will hold their price a lot better than those with cheap alloys, or with rims that obviously don't belong. Fit the wrong rims, such as cheap generic alloys, and the value of your car immediately drops. Fir the rims it came with, then it holds its price and you will get a good trade-in deal when you want to change.

Ordinary aftersales rims might look like your original wheels, but they are likely made of cheaper alloy and do not have the same resistance to corrosion and chips as the originals, and will not last as long. The more expensive aftersales may be manufactured by the original maker that supplied the wheels to the car manufacturer, but not necessarily so.

Alloy Rims are Stronger than Steel

Factory OEM rims come in both steel and alloy, although alloy is better because, not only is it lighter, but it is also stronger and less liable to bend than steel. Many people replace steel wheels with OEM alloys, both for strength, weight reduction and for looks. Alloy looks a lot better than steel on your wheels, and if you purchase original equipment manufacturer alloy rims you know they are going to fit. However, some keep steel rims for winter where alloys can get scratched and chipped, and then go back to alloys in spring.

Among other advantages of purchasing the correct rims for your vehicle is that they simply look right for the car. They look as if they belong, and as inferred earlier, because they are part of the overall design, they contribute to the aerodynamics, braking efficiency and speed in a way that ordinary generic alloys or aftersales rims could not.

There are no apparent negatives to purchasing factory OEM rims, unless perhaps they are only available in steel. If the original models were steel, and no alloy versions had been released, then you might have a problem there. However, that's about the only disadvantage there is in purchasing the original manufacturer's rims.

    Don't Buy Just for Looks

It is possible to buy rims made for one car and fit them to another. Sometimes this can be effective in giving your car a unique sleek look to it, but mostly they will just look out of place. Also, the handling might not feel right, although it's true that they are likely to look better. This is particularly the case if you bought the rims for their looks.

However, it is far better to purchase factory OEM rims made for the car you are driving, and that you don't try to fit a set that was not originally manufactured for your car. Your Jeep Grand Cherokee will look a lot better if you fit the correct factory rims. You get these OEM rims at amazing prices at auctions - a lot less than buying them from a Jeep dealer.

When purchasing any parts for your car, but particularly rims and other parts that can affect performance and safety, it is highly recommended that you purchase factory OEM rims and be certain that the replacements you are buying are the same as those that were originally fitted to the car. They will look right and your vehicle will drive right.

There are many websites out there that allow you to download PSP games. You can go and search the internet today and pages and pages of hits will come up. In order for you to pick the best ones then you have to have a little knowledge of what you are allowed to download for free and what you are not. Just as in movies and music there are copyright laws on games and some sites are illegally allowing you to download their games.

There are sites where you can download PSP games free - well, you generally have a lifetime membership fee to pay and you can then download as often as you want, or you could just have a monthly fee and download as many games as you want.

Or there are other sites which claim that you can download PSP games for free. Watch out for these sites, if the games are copyrighted then you will be downloading them illegally. You may also find viruses on some of games that you download if you are not careful, and download from an illegal site and you may find you have spyware installed on your computer with lots of annoying ads popping up.

There are websites which allow you to legally download older games for free. They may not have the latest flash graphics but if you have not played them and it is a free download then you have nothing to lose. Again search around look for recommendations because if you end up on a dodgy website and download a free game you just do not know what else you are downloading to your computer and maybe even the format is unreadable on your PSP, so what did you actually download?

There are many sites which give you recommendations as to the best sites to use to download free games for your PSP. However, the paid membership sites are the best way to download. You just pay once and then you can download your favorite games.

You do not have to pay for each time you download a game. With these legal sites you also get access to free PSP films and free PSP movies without paying extra and you benefit from no viruses, adware or spyware. For your own piece of mind research the best sites then at least you know that you will be legally downloading PSP games and you will not be trashing your computer or your PSP with inferior software.

It can be tempting to see all of the adverts out there for the latest games, why should you have to pay the full price when the games are so expensive, especially in this economic climate? Just beware of illegal downloads and make your own mind up about what is a safe download and what is not a safe download: it is as simple as that. There are many websites out there to tempt you as free PSP games are a popular pastime with PSP gamers.

    *********************** ARTICLE START ***********************

Many with man boobs, as they are called, are desperate find out how to decrease man breast tissue. Man breasts, colloquially known as moobs, are common in overweight men, but also in those that have an imbalance between the estrogen and testosterone hormones that can cause this sort of problem. In that respect, there are two distinctly different types on man boobs, and knowing how to decrease man breast tissue of one kind will likely not work the other.

The two different forms are fatty tissue and gynecomastia, which is genuine breast tissue attached to the nipple. The second type is pseudogynecomastia, which is no more than excessively fat breasts caused by fatty tissue lying over the pectoral muscles and giving the appearance of breasts. You can also suffer a mixture of both. Let's look at gynecomastia first.

    Man Breasts: Causes and Treatment

Gynecomastia is normally caused by hormonal changes, and an imbalance between the production of estrogen and testosterone by the adrenal glands and other areas where hormones are generated and balanced. This causes the generation of excessive breast tissue. In true gynecomastia, caused by such a hormonal imbalance, the tissue is true breast tissue attached to the nipple, and can only be removed by surgery.

You can detect the type of tissue you have by squeezing some of the excess breast tissue between your fingers and moving it around. If it seems to have a more solid consistency around the nipples, and appears to be attached to your nipple, then it is likely the true breast tissue indicative of gynecomastia. If is not rubbery, but just feels like fat that doesn't pull on the nipple then it is likely just fat.

Most cases of man boobs are no more than excessive fat deposits in the chest, and can be reduced or eliminated by diet and exercise. By ensuring that you eat fewer calories than you expend in energy, or simply by increasing your exercise program above its current level, you can reduce the amount of fat in your body in general.

If specifically exercise your pectoral muscles, or pecs, you can focus that fat loss in the right place and reduce the fat build-up in the relevant area. Knowing specifically how to decrease man breast tissue, however, will enable you to achieve this quicker. It has been found that by carrying out what are known as 'interval' exercises.

These involve alternating high and low intensity aerobic exercises. By alternating intervals of exercise in this way it has been found the best and quickest way to decrease man breasts. Diet is also important, because if you consume more calories than you expend, then you will not experience any overall loss of fatty tissue, and are more likely to add to it.

It is therefore important that you balance your calories, so that you have an overall calorie deficit that will manifest as loss of fat, and if that is combined with interval training, then it is believed that is how to decrease man breast tissue caused by fatty tissue in the pectoral region.

    Commercial Man Boob Reduction Programs

You will find several commercial programs showing you how to decrease man breast tissue. Most of these are worth trying if you have attempted to lose your man boobs yourself. Often you need professional health and these programs have been designed specifically for this problem.

Whether you use them, and which you try, are up to you, but it is often best to try more conventional dieting and exercise first. That sometimes works in reducing deposits of simple fatty tissue, but if yours are more enduring, and you have had man boobs for a long time, then this form of professional help may be of benefit.

Nobody really knows how to decrease man breast tissue permanently, other than perhaps by surgery, and even then if it principally due to fat then that is fairly easy to put back on and your boobs will begin to grow again. If that happens then you should get back onto your reduction program immediately, whether that involves interval training or a commercial program.

Once you have learned how to decrease man breast tissue once, you should find it fairly easy to apply the same principals again in the event of a recurrence. That is one of the benefits of learning to do so yourself rather than resort to plastic surgery.

When seeking cheap car rental, many people prefer to book holiday or business car rental in advance. Business car hire is usually a must for most business trips, unless you are being picked up at the airport. Driving a company car is fine for short trips, but when you have long distances to travel, or even overseas, then you have to hire a car and you want something appropriate for your needs.

Holiday car rental can be even more important to most people, particularly if they have large families involving two adults and three or four children. It's bad enough having two children in the back of a small car let alone three! You likely know what I mean!

On vacation you might need a 4x4 or even a people carrier (strange name) that can fit your whole family comfortably and without complaints the whole way! These are not always available at airports, so you could have a problem if you don't book in advance. The same is true of more prestigious business cars such as 7-Series BMW, Mercedes or similar, and for these you will almost certainly have to book your business car rental in advance.

That's fine if you are seeking cheap car rental in your own country, but you may have difficulty doing so when traveling abroad. It's difficult enough booking a car in Hawaii when you live in Colorado, but try making an advance booking in Kenya when you live in Australia! Wouldn't it be great if you could find a simple way to book business car rental or a car for your holidays from your own home? Or have your secretary do it for you without tearing her hair out?

Most people prefer to book their car in advance when going on vacation or for business trips. Cheap car rental is easier to get by booking early online, and by doing so they make sure they get the car they need, and not just 'what's available'. Others don't seem to bother about forward booking of hire cars: they will book air tickets and train tickets in advance but leave their cars to luck!

    Cost Advantage

There are several advantages of booking your holiday car rental in advance, not the least being cost. Most car hire firms will charge less for an advance booking than if you simply turn up at the desk, so booking your vacation or business car rental in advance will probably save you money - particularly if you book a car online. Sometimes that's not possible with business trips, but you should at least know when your flight is due to arrive at its destination. You can book your car online in advance for that time and likely get a better price than somebody walking off the plane and trying to get cheap car rental at the desk.

    Better Choice of Cars

There are other advantages though, not the least being the choice of cars you may be offered. Booking car hire in advance enables you choose the car you want - at least up to a point. If you hire a car from the airport you are restricted to what they have available: not just what is available for airport car rental, but to what is left, particularly if you are near the back of the queue!

It's not easy to find a car to suit you if you have five or six in your family, and lots of luggage. In fact, you might not find anything and have to pay for a couple of taxis to your hotel so that they can help you out with renting a car big enough for your needs. It is far better to have booked your holiday car rental in advance.

    Cheap Car Rental Price Comparisons

If you know the type of vehicle you need, you should be able to compare cheap car rental prices across car hire firms and also across models that meet your specifications. By hiring a car in advance you should be able to achieve that by entering your needs into a search engine and be offered a range of vehicles in order of price for any country you want.

Perhaps you have different collection and drop-off points, so how would that affect the cost of your car rental? Is it easy to search over a number of car hire firms or do you have to visit the web pages of each separately? How about searching over a range of countries? If you live in the USA and are traveling to Austria or Switzerland for some skiing, wouldn't you like to be able to book the car you want and be able to get the best price for it?

    3 Kids and a Mini!

These things are not easy to do and people generally settle for trying to get as near the head of the queue as possible at immigration and customs, and reach that car hire desk as quickly as they can. Then you have the problem of how many others have hired cars that day, and is the type of business car rental you need still available. It's all worry and stress you can do without. What if you can't get a car? It doesn't bear thinking about! 3 kids and a wife, and you failed to get anything but a mini! That might be taking cheap car rental a step too far!

    *********************** ARTICLE START ***********************

It is not difficult to lose weight and burn fat, but it is important that you do so and remain healthy. Many people try to lose too much weight too quickly, and their health usually suffers as a result. Why is that, and how can you become slimmer without endangering your health?

One quick way to lose weight is to fast, and while fasting in itself is not dangerous, to do so in an uncontrolled fashion can cause a large number of health problems that could easily be avoided. A one day fast, from sunrise to sunrise for example, is not unhealthy if carried out properly. You should first prepare for your fast by consuming essential vitamins and minerals the day before in the form of a good balanced meal that also contains the carbohydrates needed to maintain your metabolism: lots of rice or pasta for example.

During the fast you should drink water, or even fruit juices that provide some level of nutrition. Do not over-exercise and such a fast will not only detox your system, but also give your digestive system a rest. Doing this no more than twice each month will enable you to lose weight quicker without compromising your health.

In order to lose weight you must use up more calories than you consume, and this can be achieved two ways: by cutting down on the carbohydrate content of your diet or by exercising more. Typical carbohydrates are rice, pasta, cereal crops, sugars, starches and even proteins. Proteins consist of carbohydrates and amino acids, and when digested, the carbohydrates are released.

In fact, protein contains few carbohydrates for its bulk, so a diet of chicken, fish and colored fruits and vegetables will give you protein and also the antioxidants and anti-inflammatories your body needs without overdoing the carbohydrates. You also need some fat, because vitamins A, E and K are all fat-soluble, and a totally fat-free diet would leave you deficient in these essential vitamins. Suitable fats are oils, vegetable oil and even the fat in chicken legs would help. Ideally, your diet should contain 25% - 30% fat.

However, in order to lose weight and burn fat, if you stick to chicken and fish for your protein and fat (oily fish is excellent), and colored vegetables and fruits for your minerals and other phytochemicals, then you will be taking fewer calories than you were likely to have been taking previously. Add to that more exercise, such as walking short distances rather than driving, walking up stairs rather than taking an elevator or escalator, and getting of busses a couple of stops early and walking the rest, and you ought to be using up more calories than you eat.

Your body will first use up the carbohydrates in your diet for energy, and then start to burn its reserve energy store - your fat! You should lose weight and burn fat, and because most of the carbohydrate is coming from protein which is very inefficient in its carb content, you will still feel full after your meals.

When proteins break down in your digestive system to release carbohydrates, they also release amino acids, and if you exercise certain muscle groups then these will use the amino acids to form fresh muscle tissue. Your muscle bulk will increase and you will not only burn fat, but will develop more muscle.

This is achieved by aerobic or anaerobic exercise, although the anaerobic exercise involved in weight training, for example, will help to build strength and muscle bulk in those muscles you are using when exercising. Anaerobic respiration makes inefficient use of the bulk of the food you eat, because proteins contain less carbohydrate than the traditional carbohydrate foods in your diet. This means that a high protein diet will satisfy you, but without involving too many calories.

That means that when you work your muscles, not only will you lose weight through use of your fat reserves to make up for the calorie deficit, but that the increased blood flow through these muscles will carry the amino acids from the digested protein to generate more muscle tissue.

Since muscle tissue uses up more energy than fat cells do, this additional muscle bulk will increase your metabolic rate that in turn uses more energy, or burns more calories. Hence, the more you exercise and the more protein you eat, the faster you will burn off fat and lose weight.

A simple equation, and one that you could calculate if knew how. Weight loss theory can be used to predetermine weight loss and enable you to lose weight and burn fat the healthy way - every time.

About The Author: More information on how to lose weight and burn fat the healthy way is available on http://www.fatlosspermanently.com where you will also find out how to calculate your projected weight loss from the exercise you carry out.

Article Title: How to Sell and Design Custom T-Shirts Online

    Author: Peter Nisbet

    *********************** ARTICLE START ***********************

It is now possible to design custom t-shirts online and sell them from your own online t-shirt store. Are you an artist or designer that can design your own t-shirts? Do you think you can do better than most of the other t-shirt designs you see online or even people wearing? Then perhaps you want to try to make money from your own designs professionally, and run your own online store.

Lots of people make money online with a work from home business, the vast majority selling items that belong to other people for a commission, otherwise known as 'affiliate marketing". Some do very well, but they would do a lot better if the product was theirs to sell and they were not selling specific products in competition with thousands of others selling exactly the same thing! The winner is usually the person that knows most about marketing and getting traffic to their website.

However, let's say you could come up with your own unique design and then have it printed onto a t-shirt that you can sell online - then how cool would that be! Not just cool, but profitable, because you are the only person in the entire word selling that design on a t-shirt. You could even use it on other garments, or not even restricted to clothing: mugs and a variety of promotional items would be unique if printed with your personal design.

It sounds good, doesn't it, particularly if you are an artist? But is it possible for you to actually do this? To design your own t-shirt, get it printed and then have a website on which to sell it? All at an economical price so you can make money from it? And what about the up-front costs? Are you going to have to break the bank to take a chance like this?

Decide for yourself: here's how it works:

    1. Have your own unique design - or more than one.

    2. Think of a name for your own online shop: something like 'TShirtsRUs' or 'Unique Shirt Designs' - think of your own unique name for your store that will enable you to sell custom t-shirts online.

    3. You will need a PayPal account to get paid: that's not difficult to set up.

    4. Find a printing company that can support you in your dream, and you will quickly be the world's next entrepreneur: selling your garments printed with your own unique designs.

None of that is difficult to do, and consider the benefits: after your initial design, you can make money online with little effort. You will have to market your store where you will sell your custom t-shirts online, but there are many different effective ways to do that. There's not a lot more to do, because orders are taken automatically and invoices and receipts sent out without the need for any human intervention.

What that means is that rather sitting by a telephone all day taking orders, you can focus on new designs and increase your range of custom t-shirts online. The more designs you have the more you will sell. Perhaps some of the fashion houses will purchase your designs for their sole use, and that could be the start of something big as they say!

Your only problem is getting the blank unprinted shirts and paying a printer to print your unique design into them. That is fairly easy to get done actually - lot easier than you may believe. There are firms available that will take your designs and print them onto blanks. They will even take your orders, print the t-shirts and deliver them for you. Generally you would share the sales price of the garment 50-50 or thereabouts with the other firm.

That's pretty good considering all you have to do is design and advertise! Most online advertising can be carried out free of charge using techniques such as article marketing and search engine marketing. You could also arrange to have the designs printed yourself: there are a number of techniques, but sublimation printing can be done using a hot iron, or old-style trouser press. You can do it yourself if your design in printed onto paper in sublimation dyes.

The point is, that it's totally 100% possible for you to have an idea in your head for a design, draw it out on paper, send it to a printer, and have it printed onto a self-colored garment. That is how you can design custom t-shirts online and sell them from your very own online t-shirt store to make money.

You might not make a complete living doing this, but imagine how good it would be to have an extra few hundred bucks to spend each month on yourself? Just for one or two designs for custom t-shirts online. If you tried it full time, who knows how successful you could be, although nobody is recommended to give up the day job and go full time unless they have either retired, are unemployed or have a winning idea that has proved to work perfectly part time.

So if you are a bit of an artist, design custom t-shirts online and sell them from your own website. It's difficult to fail to make money, and is a fabulous way to spend your spare time - making money online!

About The Author: It is not as difficult to sell custom t-shirts online as you may think, and details of how to do this from a free website can be found on http://www.customyourshirt.com/open-a-tshop-pg-freeshop.html where you will not only find out how to do it, but a firm that will print and deliver what you sell.

Article Title: Wealthy Affiliate University: Is it Worth Trying?

    *********************** ARTICLE START ***********************

Knowing nothing about Wealthy Affiliate University I was drawn by its claimed benefits so decided to try it. Having been involved in affiliate marketing for only a short time when I read about it, my experience is an ideal one to test its claims that little previous knowledge is needed to make it work.

My review of this product is based upon the usual problems that newbies have with affiliate marketing, and internet marketing in general. I failed with few things I had previously, so what is special about Wealthy Affiliate University to make it worth you considering? Here are the salient points of which the beginner should take note, and also the reasons why Wealthy Affiliate University might work for you in teaching you where you have been going wrong in your affiliate marketing:

    1. A Structured Approach

Few internet marketing programs offer a step-by-step plan for newcomers to affiliate marketing. Too many assume that you understand what they are saying rather than walk you through it by the hand (which is what most noobs need!). The Wealthy Affiliate University is designed as an online training center for beginners, so assumes very little previous knowledge. Nevertheless, it is also very useful to those experienced in online marketing that have still to achieve true success.

It can also be used for experienced affiliate marketers of course, although does not assume the knowledge that the experienced may have. That is the major reason why it differs from most other affiliate training programs I have come across. The more advanced tier costs more, and beginners are not hit by the high price immediately for information that they cannot use.

    2. A Sensible Action Plan: Don't Plan to Fail!

Beginners are provided with an 8-week Action Plan that is very sensible and logical, and is also easy to follow. Make sure you take the time to follow this plan exactly as presented: don't skim over anything on the pretext that you might know it, or that it seems too simple for you. Follow the plan or don't complain if you fail. 'To fail to follow the plan is to plan to fail,' to paraphrase an old saying in a different way.

    3. Tools and Information

The Wealthy Affiliate University provides a research center with a number of tools that makes building your first website easy. These include a keyword research tool so you get the best keywords to build on, and a website builder (Site Rubix) which is an easy to use software package with a step-by-step guide to designing and constructing you own website. The program also offers web hosting to make it easier for you to get started without leaving the site.

Added to all this, there is a very large forum that is the hub for a massive amount of useful information for people at every stage in their affiliate marketing development - there are some very experienced veteran members that are more than willing to give newcomers advice.

    4. It's Up to You

All these resources do not necessarily mean that you are going to succeed in your online affiliate marketing business. It depends entirely on your mindset and your motivation. Keep at it with a degree of tenacity and you will have a very good chance of succeeding. Wealthy Affiliate University is designed to make it easy for you to tackle your niche in a structured fashion that can help breed success.

As a noob myself, who had previously had more that affair share of failures, I did not start using Wealthy Affiliate University with a high degree of optimism. However, it is working for me, and although that doesn't mean it will work for you, it can confidently be reviewed as being a very useful and worthwhile program if you have tried and failed - and let's face it: that describes just about all of us at one time or another.

About The Author: Perhaps you can be the next online success story. If you are interested in a Free online affiliate marketing course then check out the Wealthy Affiliate University at http://mytrubluproducts.com/wealthy-affiliate-review/ where you will find a program of instruction that you will find very easy to follow.

Anybody interested in finding out how to download free online movies should be aware of the fact that very little worth having online is free, and that movies are not included in that 'very little'. Sure, you can download movies online, but not free.

At the least you will have to pay a lifetime fee for use of the software that enables you to download movies, and in some cases this fee could be a monthly subscription or even just an annual fee. However, if you must pay then a lifetime fee is the best option. It means you can download free online movies for life.

It is generally illegal to do so however, unless the movies are free of copyright and in the public domain. At one time this was 50 years after release, but it has just been extended at the behest of the movie-makers to 60 years. So it is now legal to download movies made in from 1951 backwards.

The same is true of music. You can download free online music as long as it has been at least 60 years since the death of the writer of the music or song - after that period it is in the public domain.

It is also legal to download movies or music that is not protected by copyright, or for which the breach of copyright will not be pursued by the owner. This frequently occurs when young artists or movie makers want to distribute their work freely around the internet using p2p or file sharing software. This gets their name known, and enables them to get some great free advertising that could result in fans flocking to the music stores for their albums or queuing up to watch their movies.

In many instances the law is broken when people listen to a track in a specific album prior to deciding to buy it. They then go on to purchase the album, so where is the fault in that? None really, although there is a problem with those that make thousands upon thousands of copies of movies and music albums, burn them to DVD and then sell them from profit.

This is particularly rife in Asia, particularly China and Taiwan, and these are the people that the music and movie studios should be pursuing, not kids who are copying one or two files for their personal use. Nevertheless, it must be understood that to download free movies in any form that are copyright-protected is not legal, and you could be fined for doing so.

In fact, the movie companies have successfully taken a case against Limewire, one of the more commonly used file sharing systems that use the Gnutella open source peer to peer file sharing software system. There are many others of course, and there are also several legal downloading sites that sell downloads either of public domain movies or videos that have been pre-approved for general release by membership sites.

Some of these are hard video stores that operate online, but post the videos to you on a rental basis, while others allow online downloads of videos from a vast library of modern movies approved for this purpose. Still others enable you to download movies that have been shown on TV: what is the difference between downloading a movie from TV that is still copyright protected and downloading the same movie through file sharing? None that I can see. Answers on a postcard. . .

    *********************** ARTICLE START ***********************

TThe best car rental deals are not always easy to find, and without some tool to help you find them a search for the very best car hire prices can be almost impossible to find. When you are looking for car hire you generally don't want to spend a lot of time doing it, yet unless you visit lots of different websites it is often very difficult to find the best car rental service to meet your needs. How cool and helpful would it be to use a car rental tool that could find you the best deal available to meet your needs and that could also compare car hire with train prices for your journey.

    Advance Car Rental is Cheaper

You will usually get a cheaper price if you book your car in advance, and different car rental firms offer different discount packages for advance car rental bookings and also for specific reasons for renting the car. For example, the longer the rental period the less expensive your car rental price will be, and charges can vary significantly according to how clean your license is, if you are a family or just a couple and the type of insurance package you want.

Sure, there are car hire comparison sites, but these can be limited in what they are comparing, and are unlikely to help you find the best car rental deals for your specific needs. Maybe you want a family car that has to seat six, or luxury salon or even a small mini. Perhaps you must have GPS, and what if you want to collect your car from Miami Airport and drop it off 5 days later at La Guardia in New York?

    The Need for Price Comparisons

It would be extremely useful to be able to enter all of these variables, plus more, into a search engine and be provided with a list of suitable car rental vehicles. You could compare prices by changing the type of car and perhaps your collection and drop-off points need not be fixed - what different does that make to the car hire price?

How easy is it to hunt across a wide range of car hire networks? In more than one country? Wouldn't it be great to be able to arrange the best possible deal in advance and tailor your car and train journeys to exactly meet your needs anywhere in the world? Just imaging the benefit of being able to book your car rental in the USA or even South Africa for your vacation or business trip in the UK or Australia and get the best possible deal in that country!

It is not easy to achieve that, and most people either book their car rental in advance but pay high prices, or leave it till they arrive at the airport and pay the walk-in prices that even Budget charge, let alone Avis or Hertz - and still have no idea whether or not rail travel would be better for them in the long run.

Smart Traveling: Combine Car Rental and Rail Travel

Smart traveling involves keeping your transport costs to a minimum, either by getting the best car rental deals or by using alternative modes of transport where they are available and cheaper. Nobody likes using buses for vacation or business travel, but trains are perfectly acceptable, and being able to find the best and least expensive train prices is just as important as getting cheap car rental prices.

Why do more countries not offer a service that enables you to compare train prices with self-drive car rental? You can often be more comfortable in a train than facing the problems of driving in strange places and sometimes in terrible weather. You hardly feel relaxed at the end of your journey while a train can give all the rest you need - just like a plane on rails! You can relax, read or work, or even enjoy watching the countryside going past.

However, just as it is often difficult to find the best car rental deals, it is also frequently just as difficult to get the best train prices. Rail travel can be costly, just as car rental can be, and wouldn't it be good if you could compare the available car rental prices with each other and with the cost of alternative rail travel?

    The Best Travel Solution

By booking your car rental in advance and also your train tickets at the same time, you can combine the best of each mode of travel. By being able to compare each and find the best car rental deals and also the cheapest rail prices for your preferred class of travel, you would be able to make an informed decision and end up with the best possible travel solution for yourself and others, whether you are on business or vacation.

It is possible to do this, and by checking out a number of different car hire firms in your destination country you can get a reasonably good idea of what the best car rental deals may be. By calling up the rail network operators you may be able to make a comparison and likely end up with the best travel arrangements to suit your purpose.

About The Author: For information on how to get the best car rental deals worldwide check out http://www.global-car-rental.com for an easy to use car hire tool that offers a comparison of car hire options, and you can also book and compare car hire costs with rail travel throughout Europe using the Rail Europe tool on the same site.

Article Title: Bootleg Movies: Are Free Online Movies Legal Or Not?

    *********************** ARTICLE START ***********************

Bootleg movies are either waxing or waning in popularity depending upon who you believe. So what is the truth - are free online movies legal and are they increasing or decreasing in popularity? The answer is . . . (not 'wax on - wax off' - that's another movie). . .

It depends who you believe and who you want to believe! If you are a movie producer or own a recording studio, bootleg movies are on the wane, but if you are one of those that sail close to the wind where copyright law is concerned, then it is on the wax - a very slippery situation indeed! Do you even understand the meaning of these terms? Not wax and wane, but 'bootleg movies' and 'online movie downloads?'

Wane means to reduce and wax to put you on a slippery slope, but a bootleg movie is a bootleg movie - no getting away from it! But more - it is downright illegal, and illegal movie downloads attract a hefty punishment. More than a traffic offence, because you are upsetting the big guys! Also, since the file sharing software used for free online movies can also be used to download music online, then the music guys are also getting involved.

You are on a sticky wicket, as the Brits say, which means your red balls can get stuck in the mud so you are in a hazardous and potentially disastrous situation - particularly if you are caught downloading bootleg movies onto your hard disk. Or anywhere - your soft and floppy or wherever! It's just not cricket guys!

All copyright-protected material is legally protected against unauthorized use in any way unless by agreement with the originator - in the case of movies, generally the studio (eg MGM) and in the case of music, the recording studio and also the songwriter and artist. It's funny how many performers are also great artists! I wonder what Leonardo played?

So the answer to the question 'are free online movies legal or not': if they are protected by copyright they cannot be downloaded without authorization. Bootleg movies are illegal by the definition of the term! You needn't even ask the question! So ask another question: In spite of that, do people still download bootleg movies and get free music online from file sharing software?

Yes they do! And it cannot be condoned. You should try to avoid downloading music and movies that are protected by copyright. However, there is one teensy-weensy problem. How do you know if a track of music or a movie is copyright-protected and not in the public domain or being offered free by the owner?

The answer is that it is not easy to find that out - although if it has recently been in the charts - music or movie - then it is likely to be still protected. Recent means about 60 years in the music and movie industry, because rather than use technology to prevent unauthorized downloading, they have found it more lucrative to fine those that break the law in this way. Maybe also they don't have a clue how to copy-protect a media file! That wouldn't be too surprising.

What's the way they suggest you avoid breaking the law? Yep, you got it! Download nothing unless you pay for it. In fact, most download sites that offer realistic download speeds charge a membership fee - sometimes 1 year, sometimes 2 years and often a lifetime membership (a bit like the penalties for doing it!): meaning you can use the software for the rest of your life to download bootleg movies and illegal-to-download music tracks from your cell (the same software does both).

So don't do it: it is illegal, in fact highly illegal. I like that term - 'Highly Illegal' as if there were levels of illegality - not quite illegal, just about illegal, pretty illegal, definitely illegal, highly illegal and 'chop your head off' illegal. Alice and Wonderland stuff!

So here's the scoop guys - if it's illegal to download bootleg movies don't do it. Are free online movies legal or not? Stop asking that - yes they are, but just a bit, and quite a lot for the Chinese that copy more than you do! So stop it and pay through the nose for your legal bootleg movies.

About The Author: More information on the legality of downloading bootleg movies, which is pretty illegal, and free online movie which are sort of illegal, can be found on Pete's website http://www.online-free-movies.com where you will find them about average illegal.

Article Title: Legal Free Music Downloads and Bootleg Movie Download Sites

    Author: Peter Nisbet

    *********************** ARTICLE START ***********************

There are few legal free music download sites online in comparison to the number of bootleg movie download sites online, yet more people seem to download free music than download free online movies legally or otherwise. Why is this?

Is it because more people listen to music than watch movies? Perhaps it's because free music downloads are easier to find, legal or not. Or maybe most people believe that bootleg movie download sites are by definition illegal, even though the music they are downloading could be equally illegal due to copyright protection of the music tracks they are stealing.

It is likely a combination of all of these, and the relative costs may also be significant factor. Those downloading music free of charge might feel that their infringement is less than those that download free movies? In fact, any downloading of copyright protected files is illegal, and it makes no difference whether they originate from bootleg movie download sites or whether they are from websites purporting to offer legal free music downloads.

The only legal music downloads are those from paid sites: you pay your money and download the track or the album - or the movie - and any other form of downloading is generally illegal unless you know for certain that the music track or movie is in the public domain: ieit has been over 60 years since the death of the originator of the 'work', or that the originator has given his, her or their permission to copy the work free of charge.

Were it a very unusual occurrence, then this article would not have been written. In fact, it is not particularly unusual for a band or individual singer, or for the writer of a song or composer of a piece of music, to offer their work to the public domain. At one time it was common, and might even be so, for a new composer or artist to offer their work free online in order that they become better known.

Such legal free music downloads are not rare, but neither are they particularly commonplace. It is even less common for bootleg movie download sites to offer free movies that are protected by copyright. If you come across a song online or a movie that is being offered free of charge, then you can bet your bottom dollar that it is being offered illegally. So be careful!

It is possible for you to use bootleg movies sites inadvertently, or to take a few free music downloads without realizing it is illegal for you to do so. If you are caught doing so, should you be prosecuted and either be given a hefty fine or a prison sentence? Of course you shouldn't! It is those selling these movie and music downloads that should be targeted, not the guys downloading them, and certainly not their moms who are being pursued through the courts as this is written.

Nor should the file sharing software that enables such downloads to take place from one hard disk to another! Such P2P software may be declared illegal because of the illegal actions of those that are using it. This is nonsense: are cars declared illegal because some people use them illegally. They did that with guns in the UK! Are computers illegal because some people use them for phishing?

Nope - and nether should P2P file sharing software be illegal because some people are using it for free music downloads, many of which are LEGAL free music downloads. Bootleg movie download site, on the other hand, might be under scrutiny, although such sites are doing a good job in keeping the prices of genuine movie DVDs down. It is the high price of the genuine article that is driving the traffic in the illegally downloaded software.

So, yes, it is possible to find legal free music downloads online, but at a price, and yes, bootleg movie download are on the rise again because the regular prices of these movie and music tracks are becoming too expensive. Who is right: the movie and music moguls or the girl or guy in the street that has to pay for these things? Who knows, but hold this space!

About The Author: More information on legal free music downloads is available on Pete's website http://www.online-free-movies.com, where you will find more information on how file sharing software can be used legally to enable artists to advertise their talents and their work.

Article Title: Surveys For Money: Make Money From Online Surveys

Most people who read about surveys for money and how to make money from online surveys believe it is simply a matter of finding a survey site, signing on and then making money by completing lists of online surveys. It is nothing like that, and my purpose here is to give some advice about to make real money from surveys and not just the odd 50c or a dollar.

It is often asked that if somebody is making money from something, why tell everybody else about it? If it really works, why sell the idea and not just carry on making a mint yourself? That is very true, and when you buy these products it's sometimes pretty obvious that nobody could have made money from it other than by selling the eBook. Not so online surveys.

The more people that take part in surveys for money online then the more surveys are going to appear online - the more viable online surveys are going to be to marketing businesses and the manufacturing companies that employ them.

These surveys offer companies extremely useful information such as demographical analysis of which area of a city tend to purchase branded goods and which prefer the supermarket's own brand. Whether most people prefer to buy two for one offers or if money off is better. They then know how to stock their supermarkets in each area and what offers will work best.

There are many reasons for businesses carrying out surveys: political, economical or simply finding out if the Beatles still sell, if Bruce Springsteen is past his sell by date or if Lady Gaga is ready for knocking down or should be promoted. This is all potentially critical information for the future marketing strategy of businesses.

The more people that undertake surveys for money online, the more businesses will use the internet for their surveys. Therefore, it is to the benefit of those involved in online surveys for more people to undertake surveys, and that is why they tend to offer you free information on them.

So what benefits do you get by carrying out such surveys? Many in fact! You can win money in hard cash, you can get free entry into sweepstakes or raffles for cash or prizes, and you can also win fabulous vacations. What does it cost you? Nothing! Why? Because the survey companies get paid to have the surveys carried out, and they do that by using part of their payment to cover the cost of the prizes and the cash paid for undertaking the survey. Either that or the expense is paid by the business seeking the survey results.

You might find some websites offering you lists of survey sites for a price, but there is no need to pay any money - there are also websites offering these lists free of charge. Why pay for something that should be free?

Finding surveys for money is not difficult, but there is just the one catch. Making money from online surveys involves using more than one survey site, and if that is all you have you will complete two or three surveys that suit you and that's it. You will make next to nothing. You need lists of survey sites so that you can choose from hundreds and not just a dozen or so. That's not so easy, but worth it if you find them.

That apart, doing surveys for money is a great way to spend a couple of free hours in the afternoon and that should pay for your night out. Do it for a few months and that's your family vacation and the holidays already paid.

About The Author: More information on surveys for money is available from Pete's blog http://www.money-for-surveys.com where you will also find a free eBook containing over 240 survey sites - and you do to get it free is to complete one free survey!

Article Title: Using Professional Domestic Cleaning to Brighten Up Your Home

Sometimes domestic cleaning can get you down, or maybe you are just too busy with a hectic work schedule, and perhaps also trying to look after a family. A professional domestic cleaning service can give you a rest now and again without breaking the bank.

Perhaps you want a once-a-year spring clean, or maybe you've had a party and need some emergency cleaning up: particularly if your mum and dad are due back home shortly! In these situations professional domestic cleaners will get the house looking just as it was when they left, and they will never know you had a party while they were away.

Perhaps they will comment on how clean the place looks, and you can take the credit for that: "It took me ages mum, but I thought you would like it if you could just relax when you got home", kind of thing. That will buy you a few favours later on! Whether you are looking for domestic cleaning in Glasgow or anywhere else you are sure to find the house service you want online. There are a number of professional domestic cleaning services that you can choose from, and although you have to pay for it maybe that's preferable to them finding the mess?

There are many more reasons why you might be looking for a professional domestic cleaning service - in Glasgow people visit each other's homes on Hogmanay (New Year's Eve), and naturally they all have a close look at how clean each woman keeps her house. Professional domestic cleaners will certainly make sure that yours is best - so if you live in Glasgow or anywhere in else in Scotland keep that in mind. You may have enough to do getting ready for the big day without scrubbing your entire home out.

Maybe you are unwell or a working mother, and have no time for domestic work. You could set up a weekly or fortnightly contract with a local domestic cleaning firm. If it's domestic cleaning in Glasgow you want, then you will find a few very professional companies offering their services online for New Year domestic cleaning work and year-round contracts. Even if you have it done once a month, it will make a massive difference to the look of your house: you can have only specific rooms cleaned, such as the kitchen, lounge and bathroom - the rooms that guests or 'first-foots' will be likely to visit.

Maybe you have a specific problem, such as an oven you are finding it impossible to clean properly or these high windows and ceilings you can't reach. It's not always easy to get to high ceilings and knock off the cobwebs or to clean ornate friezes, but a professional can. A domestic cleaning service will bring all their own cleaning equipment and even ladders if they need them, and get up as high as you need.

Domestic cleaning in Glasgow and Edinburgh in particular, with their high Georgian ceilings and ornate friezes and ceiling roses are particularly difficult to keep clean and you could set up a monthly contract - or even 3-monthly, to give them a good clean.

If you do decide to hire a professional domestic cleaning service, then you have to make sure that you are not legally liable if they are injured or have an accident while in your home. You also have to make sure that they are insured should they break any of your valuables. Here are a few tips on what to look out for:

    a) Make sure each person involved in cleaning your home is fully insured - for their own injuries and for damage to your property. You shouldn't have to claim on your insurance for their errors.

    b) Make sure that proper pre-employment background checks have been carried out on all staff. You are trusting them when they enter your home, so you deserve as much security as possible,

    c) You should be sure that all the fluids they use in your home are either safe to you and your family, and also your pets, or that any substances that can cause harm will be thoroughly rinsed away after being used.

    d) Make sure you are given the full price from the start. Check that there are no hidden costs - no extras for special cleaning substances and that you are not signing up to any long-term obligation without knowing it. Check on possible extras such as for internal oven cleaning or window cleaning - these are not generally included, though mirrors should be.

    e) A professional domestic cleaning firm should provide all their own cleaning materials and equipment so you have no hidden charges.

    f) The work should be guaranteed - if you are unhappy it should be completed to your satisfaction at no extra charge.

If you cover the above points, then you should have no problems in hiring a good reliable firm for professional domestic cleaning in Glasgow or anywhere else. Your home will be kept sparkling clean and fresh, and if you are considering that party on Friday night - make sure you have the cleaners booked for Saturday morning!

Article Title: The Attraction of Oil Reed Diffusers

    *********************** ARTICLE START ***********************

Oil reed diffusers are very popular and many find them an attractive addition to their décor, irrespective of the other dimension that it brings to their home. That dimension is, of course, the fragrance that is the whole point of a diffuser, whether reed or electrical. So why oil reed diffusers rather than scented candles if the prime purpose is provide a room with a beautiful enchanting fragrance?

Scented candles have their place, and many people that love the idea of a live flame and enjoy relaxing while they watch it flickering would consider nothing else. However, to those that use reed diffusers, the fragrance is secondary to their looks, and people have been known to use them for their decorative accents only. Not only do they look good, but can be adapted to practically any type of décor. Electrical diffusers are functional only and do not have the looks of either a candle or a reed diffuser.

In saying that, oil reed diffusers tend to be most appropriate in homes decorated with modern, clean lines and little clutter; more in line with what many perceive to be an oriental style, more Japanese that normal European décor. Notwithstanding that, however, this type of functional yet decorative element is appropriate to many different decorative styles and is particularly preferred by those with an element of hesitancy regarding the safety of candles and their live flames.

    Safety of Candles

They may perhaps have read statistics that show over 1200 fires each year to be caused by candles, but candles come last in the list of top 5 causes of home fires in the UK. Top is cooking (65% - mainly chip pans left unattended), then come open fires, smoking then electrical faults with candles last.

Candles are therefore safer than most people may believe, and certainly a lot safer than in the days when real candles were attached to real Christmas trees with a candle holder attached to the tree with a spring clip. The fires that candles do cause are due to carelessness and a lack of awareness of the risks involved with open candles left close to combustibles.

    How Candles Work

Candles work because the wick absorbs the melted candle grease and evaporates it. The flame is fed by the evaporated gases from the heated candle wax. If you look at the flame of candle closely, you can see that it is not the wick that is burning: there is a gap between the wick and the flame, and it is actually the vapourised gases that are being burned. The heat of the flame melts and then vaporizes the candle wax and it is this vapour that is burning - exactly the same way as the oil of a diffuser is drawn up the reed and evaporated by the warmth of the room.

    How Reed Diffusers Work

There is no flame involved in the operation of reed diffusers of course, but there is heat nevertheless. Let's first discuss the construction of a reed diffuser. The container can be of any material, size or shape, but is generally glass containing an essential oil with a specific odour. There is a very wide range of fragrances available, including natural floral scents, such as rose, jasmine and honeysuckle, wood and resin fragrances such as sandalwood and pine, and also animal perfumes such as musk.

The oil can be coloured to add another dimension to its decorative properties, and the design of the container is another. Most tend to be clear or coloured tall slender glass or crystal vases, the clear versions used for essential oils coloured with oil-soluble dyes. Many oils are pure essential oils obtained from the flower, bark or resin of plants and trees, or from the scent glands of animals such as the civet from which musk is obtained. However, there are also a large number of synthetic fragrances used such as many of the 'orchid' scents.

The reeds absorb the oil and draw it up by the principle of capillary action or capillarity. The essential oil that is exposed to the air in the room is evaporated and provides the fragrance. Some oils evaporate more rapidly than others, and require lower or higher temperatures to evaporate. In general, however, the warmer the room then the faster the oil evaporates and the stronger the fragrance.

The lines of oil reed diffusers are clean and as previously stated, are suited to the angular design of traditional Japanese homes. Such diffusers are often used in themed rooms or as part of modern décor. Many prefer them to candles when they have pets or small children in the house, because they are safer if knocked over - in spite of the statistical evidence relating to the safety of candles.

Oil reed diffusers or candles? The choice is yours, and while a scented candle looks and smells really good when it is burning, a reed diffuser in a warm room on winter's evening offers a stronger fragrance but without the fascination of that flickering flame. Which do you prefer? Why not try both!

Article Title: Is a Bootleg Movie Download Legal or Illegal

    Author: Peter Nisbet

    *********************** ARTICLE START ***********************

Good question: is a bootleg movie download legal or illegal? The name itself should give a clue - 'bootleg'! The word first appeared in the Omaha Herald in 1889, and refers to 'moonshine' being hidden in the expansive volume of a cowboy's boot leg, where he would also keep a spare gun, tobacco and other things, moonshine, of course, being illicitly distilled whiskey. The term came more into common parlance during the Prohibition era and now means anything illegal or illicit.

So a bootleg movie download is definitely illegal, but in what way. In fact, because it is a copy of a movie that is protected by copyright law it is an illegal download in breach of copyright law. So what does the copyright law state? Who knows? It has been confused so often over the years. In 1998 the period of copyright extended from 50 to 70 years after the death of the original copyright holder - who does not have to be the originator of the movie.

What does that mean? The death of who? The producer? The screenwriter, the director? The movie studio? Confusing? You bet it is, and that's why so many people are confused today as to what is copyright and what isn't. However, these confusions refer only to movies made 70 - 100 years ago or more, although it's pretty obvious that the copyright extension is designed to enable people to keep making money by extending the time before it's a free for all for whoever wants to use the material.

Walt Disney made his fortune from public domain material (the name given when copyright expires). The fairy tales of the Brothers Grimm and others were the material behind most of his cartoons. He did it according to the law at the time.

What about now? A bootleg movie download is illegal by definition, but it is not illegal to download public domain movies or those that the originator is allowing to be downloaded. Of course, if you come across yesterday's blockbuster then that is going to be illegal to download, yet you are still able to do so using the same software you would use for the public domain movies.

Why is that? Why can't the movie moguls make it impossible by applying a block to downloading movies without a key offered to those that pay for the movie? Because they are lazy most likely, and expect us to know what is and is not out of copyright. So back to the software.

It is referred to as P2P software, or peer to peer file sharing, where members can download the movies and music stored on another member's hard disk. There is still a lot of such software available online: there are free versions and paid subscriptions. The paid version provides support, a better interface and a significantly faster turbo-charged download speed. A bootleg movie download takes a long time to download, and the accelerated download speed is worth paying for alone.

In addition to that you get burning software so you can burn the movie to a DVD and watch it on your 50" TV rather than your 17" computer. That is what a paid subscription gives you, and you can normally purchase a one year or a lifetime one-off subscription. The software enables to download any movie you want usually, and as much music as you want. All need make sure of is that it is not a bootleg movie download, but out of copyright and in the public domain. If not, then . . .

You take your chances of being caught, although very few are. However, I do not condone a bootleg movie download, and urge you to use the software available legally. Some have been caught and prosecuted, although that seems to have died down lately. The guys they should really be after are those doing it as a business.

They copy every movie and music track that is issued, burn them onto DVD or CD, make up a fancy case just like the original and sell them as originals. They are mostly from the Far East - no prizes for guessing where the up and coming entrepreneurs live these days! Only they don't hunt them down - they hunted down high school kids and their moms, but public opinion has reduced this lately.

There are websites available where you can download videos from site offering them form libraries of thousands of videos approved by the copyright holders for release to the public. They are therefore legal DVD downloads, and not strictly peer to peer. These are also available, but with them you have to distinguish between them: is this legal or is it a bootleg movie download. The choice is yours but I urge you only to download legal movies legally.

About The Author: More details on avoiding a bootleg movie download and focusing on the legal aspects of downloading movies and music using file sharing software are available from the legal pages of Pete's website http://www.online-free-movies.com where you will also find a number of sites that can be used legally to download movies and music.

Article Title: The HCG Diet: Is it a Diet?

    *********************** ARTICLE START ***********************

Is the HCG a diet or is it a treatment? The Human Chorionic Gonadotropin is a hormone produced by the developing placenta when women become pregnant. As the fetus develops it needs a lot of energy to grow as fast as it does, and the purpose of HCG is to promote the conversion of the mother's fat into energy for the fetus.

It figures, then, that if considered yourself too fat, then if you took a supplement of HCG it would help to burn your excess fat. But does it work that way? Well, luckily it does! It's not a diet as such, in that just as you eat foods to make you lose weight you take HCG diet pills to achieve the same. There are no HCG diet pills: you get shots. Or at least you used to.

You will normally get shots of HCG along with Vitamin B12, because the B12 helps to give your metabolism a boost and to help the HCG convert your fat into glucose and then to energy. Fat is just a form of carbohydrate - a wobbly one - and can be broken down into glucose just the same as cookies and bacon fat.

I mentioned shots above, and that HCG used to be injected along with Vitamin B12. That was in order to get it straight into your blood stream and avoid the digestive system that would destroy it. That is also why you cannot take HCG orally as such, for example in capsules, because it has to be inserted directly into your bloodstream missing out the gastrointestinal tract altogether, even in an enterically coated capsule that resists digestion.

Now, however, it can be taken sublingually. Under your tongue you have some blood vessels very close to the surface. Those with angina take potassium nitrite this way so that it gets to the heart immediately. HCG is now available in bottles so that you can take it under your tongue about 3 times daily.

Taking this with a low calorie diet and moderate exercise should result in fairly rapid weight loss due to effect of the HCG diet on your fat stores. As your fat disappears your weight goes down, and also you fail to replace that fat due to your diet. It is considered by some as being the fastest and safest way of losing weight rapidly. It should not be used routinely, however, but only if you are excessively fat and cannot seem to be able to lose weight. However, Madonna uses it!

The HCG diet offers a different approach to losing weight, though once your pounds have been shed you should try to keep yourself that way. You got fat or overweight for a reason, and unless you change your lifestyle and work top maintain your new low weight, you will simply put it back on again as happens with most people that initially lose eight using a diet.

The HCG diet is not a diet as such, and you should not use it to maintain your new-found figure. That should be done by means of a sensible diet.

Using alternative Facebook layouts can jazz up your Facebook Profile or Wall, and there are many of these online for to choose free of charge. Be careful in your selection, though because not all are free and you could find yourself faced with a bill.

There are large numbers of different designs of Facebook layouts available, ranging from animal themes, thru nature to music, abstract and science themes. Which you choose is up to you. The way they work is very simple: you simply log on to the site involved, choose your theme and download the activation software. Then all you need do is to choose your theme and then click to activate.

Hey presto! Next time you open your Facebook page you will find your theme already uploaded and already making your Facebook page a lot less boring than it was before. If you already have Facebook running when you activate the Facebook layout then either click 'refresh' or reload Facebook. If you can't see a refresh button, right click with the cursor anywhere on your Facebook page and look for 'refresh'.

The same procedure also works for Facebook backgrounds.

If you use Firefox, and have some Firefox windows running, you will likely be asked to close these before the activation button will operate. Once all your Firefox windows have been closed, simply click on 'Activate' and the Facebook layout you have downloaded will be applied to your Facebook page.

There is nothing else that you have to do. You can download a number of different layouts and change them whenever you feel like it simply by activating the new styles. The old one will be deactivated and the new Facebook layout will take its place. You may decide to use a nature theme one day and then change to a sci-fi theme of stars and space ships the next. If you like animals you could have a dog sitting up at each side of your Facebook page or a pair of cats or even penguins.

You can literally use a new design each day to project your mood or your personality. This is a great way achieving this. Such visual changes to your Facebook Profile makes your page stand out, and projects you as an independent soul that can project their own personality on their Facebook page. It is purely a psychological change but it can make a heck of a difference to your kids when they show off their new Facebook layouts to their friends. They will love you for it.

Not only that, but if you are using Facebook in your business as a promotional tool, it will be much more powerful if your page stands out from the rest through your imaginative use of Facebook layouts and Facebook backgrounds. You can even design your own - it is fairly simple to do so, again by means of templates, and then you will truly have a unique Facebook page or Profile that will enable you stand out from the crowd.

About The Author: More details on Facebook layouts are available from Pete's site on http://www.blogging-profit.com/facebook-layouts.html where you will also find information on other aspects of Facebook, Friendster and YouTube and many more social networking websites.

Article Title: Car Hire in Italy While on Vacation

    *********************** ARTICLE START ***********************

Car hire in Italy will be essential if you are on vacation in Italy, unless you are booked into a hotel for the duration of your holiday. Distances between points and cities of interest can be large, and while flying or buses are one option, the former can be expensive and the buses can take a long time to reach your destination.

That is the major reason for car hire in Italy being so important to people on holiday with limited schedules. Unlike other countries, except perhaps for Greece where the historical, art and cultural highlights tend to be located over a fairly small area, in Italy you may want to visit the uniqueness of the city of Venice in the north, the capital and ancient city of Rome in the middle and Mount Etna down in the South close to Sicily.

Italy also has the fashion houses of Milan and the artistic genius of Florence to attract you, and without a car you would not only be very restricted in traveling times, but would also need a huge budget to cover your traveling expenses using public transport. Car hire in Italy, on the other hand, is inexpensive in comparison and the need for car hire in this country is specific to Italy, and not comparable to any other.

Hiring a car in the USA, for example, is only useful for relatively local travel because the country is so vast and car hire is not a viable option for tourists. The same is true of the UK which is significantly smaller than Italy, but whose roads tend to be busier and slower running, while British trains and air travel are fairly inexpensive for the short distances involved. In Italy, the autostrade is the fifth-largest motorway network in the world with a speed limit of 81 MPH, 11 higher than the 70 in the UK.

These are just a few of the reasons why car hire in Italy is recommended for visitors to the country that want to visit as many attractions as they possibly can in the time available to them. Rail travel in Italy is also advanced, but by driving yourself you will be able to see a lot more along the way. Here is quick route from Venice in the north to Sicily in the south.

Venice is a beautiful city and a great place to hire your car. You can collect anything from a Ford Fiesta to a Mercedes SLK at Venice Airport, then spend two or three days in the beautiful canal city. Your car hire in Italy should be booked for the time it takes you to reach your departure airport.

Many people start in Venice and end up at Naples airport where they drop it off, but if you want to visit both Milan and Venice, fly to Milan first then drive to Venice. From there drive all the way down to Sicily and leave from Palermo Airport. A total of not far off 1,000 miles, but you can do this over a 7 or 10 day vacation: 100 - 145 miles/day which is not a great deal.

Make sure that your car hire in Italy has no mileage limit - you don't want to pay per mile here, because that could restrict your plans. For example, Venice - Milan - Florence is a total of 356 miles while Milan - Venice - Florence is 329 miles by road. So you save 27 miles if you fly to Milan airport and hire your car there.

Milan offers the best fashion in the world, and Florence some of the best art you will ever see in addition to its fabulous Chianti. You just have at least one glass here! From Florence drive down the 173 miles to Rome, and you could stop at Perugia and visit its art galleries and museums, or simply try its world-famous chocolate. MMmmm…divine! This is where you will be glad of your car hire in Italy, because From Perugia you can head off for Rome (119 miles) and all the wonderful things that this historic city has to offer, among them the wonderfully dry Frascati wine.

From Rome it's only 136 miles to romantic Naples where you can enjoy a candlelit dinner and a bottle of fine Lacryma Christi del Vesuvio, the fabulous wine fermented from the grapes grown on the terraced slopes of Mount Vesuvius - which leads us to the volcano and the remains of Pompeii that nobody driving to this region should miss This makes car hire in Italy worthwhile, just to visit this volcano and the three towns it destroyed. The others were Herculaneum as well as Stabiae and Oplontis that few know about.

From Naples, you then drive south to the Strait of Messina and cross to Messina in Sicily. Climb the active volcano Etna, enjoy some beautiful Marsala wine, and then head for Palermo from where you can fly to Rome, Milan or back to Venice after dropping off your car. Alternatively, you can fly to a number of European destination including the UK (Gatwick), and from there back to the USA or any other world destination. You can get from Gatwick to Heathrow by helicopter or the Heathrow Express bus service.

In order to see as much of Italy as possible on your vacation, car hire in Italy will enable you to use the route above or its reverse. You can visit Italy without hiring a car, although the trains and buses can be a pain if you have to lug all your luggage around with you, and you will not have half as much fun as car hire, where you can stop off wherever looks good.

About The Author: More information on visiting the attractions of Italy and car hire in Italy are available from http://www.holidaysresources.com/car-hire/europe/italy-car-rental.html where you will find more information on how to drive safely in Italy.

If you are having a bunch of friends around for Halloween, why not give them a Halloween Quiz? If you have a pub, bar or club, then advertise your Halloween Quiz and see the difference it makes to your visitors. Halloween is Fright Night and Monsters Inc. together, along with a bit of nostalgia and maybe a bit of Freddie - no, not Mercury, but Elm Street!

And that's what you get with a Halloween trivia quiz to make them happy, entertain them, but most of all to scare the pants off them! What better for a pub on October 31st than a great Halloween quiz - it's a Sunday night guys, and unless you offer something special you will lose them all to the discos and karaokes.

Give them something different with a Halloween quiz and offer some prizes. You can surely run to a bottle of spirits and one of wine for the winners and runners up, or maybe a few beers for the winning team. Also have a prize for the last team - the worst team - the booby. The booby prize could be a cake or a few packets of nuts each, but at least they something so everybody has an interest, even the dunces.

A Halloween quiz can save an otherwise quiet night, and while the youngsters are away to their Halloween parties and discos why not get their parents in for a great quiz night? There are few doubts that bar quizzes bring in customers. Many pubs survive because they have people coming in for their quizzes to make normal dead nights alive and earning money, and in this economic climate you have to try everything you can to get people through the door and buying drinks.

So don't make your quiz a short one. Make it last 2 - 3 hours, so you start around 7.30 -8.00 and finish around 1.000-11.00. That keeps the adults happy while the kids enjoy their parties. Of course, many kids love trivia quizzes, and you might find your bar absolutely chock full of people wanting to take part: make sure you have enough answer papers!

Seriously, you can thrill them with a Halloween quiz, and make it a really good night. That Sunday night on Halloween that you are dreading might turn out fabulous, or maybe you have no fears for Halloween night. Why should you? You likely have something organized. So why not add a quiz round or two every hour or so with prizes for the winners of each round.

There are loads of ideas you could come up with on Halloween, but a Halloween trivia quiz has always been extremely popular, and if you offer one this Halloween Sunday you are sure to have a whole bunch of people buying from you that you never seen in before.

That's the power of a great Halloween quiz. So get yourself organized for Sunday, 31st October and make sure you have your Halloween quiz night ready when they are all shouting for it.

    *********************** ARTICLE START ***********************

The HCG Diet is next in my weight loss tips articles. I am amazed at how gullible people are and how they will talk about 'diets' without really understanding what they are. The Atkins Diet is one: although it works in the short term, if you continue with a high carbohydrate diet over the longer term you will suffer bad breath (halitosis) due to ketosis, constipation due to a lack of fiber and potentially serious damage to your cardiovascular system due to a lack of phytochemicals and antioxidants.

In order to avoid these you must take the supplements recommended by Dr. Atkins: up to 63 of them if my mind is correct, and many that he marketed himself. That kind of throws the 'impartiality' aspect of his recommendations out the window.

However, the point I am making is that diets such as Atkins and HCG are rarely properly researched by their adherents before they use them. That would be one of my major weight loss tips: check out the diet before you blindly take it. Take HCG: it isn't even a diet!!

The HCG Diet: What is it?

The so-called 'HCG diet' is a series of injections introduced hypodermically directly into your muscles. HCG is correctly known as Human Chorionic Gonadotropin, a substance produced by the placenta of pregnant women. Its function is to convert fat stored in the mother's fat cells into energy for the growing fetus.

Fat is a carbohydrate, and can be used by your metabolism to generate energy once the carbohydrate in your diet has been used up. By injecting it directly into your muscle tissue, HCG can break down your fatty tissue into energy. Or so it was believed until recently.

It is now believed that HCG tells your brain that you are full, and need eat no more. In doing that, your metabolism will rapidly use up your carbohydrate stores, and when no more are available because you are not eating as much as normal, your metabolism turns to your fat stores for energy. In other words, the HCG diet is not a diet at all but a series of injections that work as an appetite suppressant.

Now you might think it doesn't matter how it works so long as you lose weight, and frequently this assertion is correct. In fact, as far as I know there have been no reported side effects of the HCG diet, as we refer to it for the meantime, and so there appear to be no reason why you should not use it. So should I include it among my weight loss tips? If not, what would be the reasons?

One I can think of is that by having your appetite suppressed, you may also be eating too few nutrients, not only reducing your carbohydrate content but you may also suffer problems associated with your cardiovascular system - a common result with poor nutrition and a low antioxidant content in your diet. Nevertheless, nothing appears to have been reported although it is early days yet.

Quite frankly, I would not take these injections myself because using a hypodermic needle to lose weight seems extreme to me. I could not realistically include hypodermic treatment as one of my weight loss tips.

It is said to enable you to lose up to 5 lb a day - this is an unhealthy rate of weight loss, and your weight is one example of fastest isn't best. 3 -4 pounds a week is OK, or even up to one pound a day, but 5 lb - that is equivalent to 20 sticks of margarine. Is it really healthy to lose that much every day - 140 a week?

Absolutely not, as far as I am concerned. However, while it appears to work it cannot be denied that the HCG diet should possibly be included in my range of slimming tips. It may be, but I do not recommend using HCG injections (or the so-called HCG diet) as a regular weight loss treatment. Decide for yourself.

For anyone who is looking to finance a construction project, one of the biggest challenges is finding a suitable company to work with. After all, the capability of the construction company is essential to the success of the project and the quality of the finished structure. However, finding a suitable company is a lot easier said than done. In addition to technical know-how and experience, you will also want to deal with a company run by people who you can work closely with and trust to do a good job.

Qualities to look for in a construction company

The first important qualification that you should look for is extensive experience in the industry, particularly with projects closely related to the structure you are planning to finance. If you are planning on putting up a building for example, it might not be a good idea to work with a company that is mostly experienced in building homes. Some companies may be capable of both (or more) types of projects of course, but in general, it would be best to go with a company that focuses primarily on the type of structure that you are building.

As with virtually every other aspect of the industry, referrals are still the safest and most effective methods for finding a suitable construction company. If you know someone that has just had a house or building done, you could ask the about the company that did the work for them. Even if it's someone you don't know, go ahead and ask anyway. Most people will be happy to give recommendations even to strangers, especially if they are happy about the job done for them.

If you don't know anyone who has recently had construction done or if there are no recently completed projects in your community, you can simply ask construction companies to provide you with examples of their work. Most companies will be glad to provide with examples especially if they are confident with their work.

In fact, it would probably be best to stay away from companies that cannot provide you with a list of completed projects. Such companies may not be confident in the quality of their work, or they may simply do not have a substantial track record in the business. Either way, these are probably not companies that you would want to deal with.

Aside from the technical qualifications, you will also want a company that you can work with comfortably. Set a meeting with the companies that you are considering and try to get a feel for how they conduct business. What you have to look for is a company that will be honest and forthcoming with you, and work closely with you toward the successful completion of the project. If the company you are considering does not seem to be eager to work with you, does not encourage communication, or has questionable business practices, it might be best to keep looking.

    Working with the construction contract

The contract is an essential part of any construction project. This document will help ensure the protection of both parties in the event of a dispute. Even if the company is one that have worked with in the past, or owned by a friend or family member, it is still important to have a contract that contains alcohol the details of the work to be done.

All contracts can be difficult for the layperson–that is, someone who is not a lawyer–to understand. Formal language is often used in contracts in order to avoid any confusion or misunderstanding arising from vague or ambiguous terms. In most cases however, construction contracts are written in way that will easily be understood by end clients. If you do have some difficulty understanding any part of the contract, you should consult with someone who can explain all the details to you thoroughly.

Some of the more important sections in the construction contract are those that deal with the type of work to be done, the materials that will be required, the personnel or manpower involved, the completion date, and the price. These are all essential aspects of the construction job, so you should make sure that you understand all the details completely.

Don't hesitate to dispute any part of the contract if you are not thoroughly satisfied with it. Remember that the contract isn't final until both parties sign it. Although you should ideally have discussed the details of the project before drawing up the contract, don't be pressured to sign just because "it is already on paper". The time to dispute the contract is before it is signed–not after–and doing so will reduce the chances of any later misunderstanding that would be costly and bothersome to rectify.

Teeth are very important. They help communicate your mood to others in the form of your smile. They are critical for being able to eat and speak. They are also important as biological structures in their own right. Some studies have shown that when you lose teeth, it may result in changes in your nervous system and even impact the cardiovascular system, which includes your heart.

Dental coverage, then, is very important to you and to the teeth!

There is another reason why dental coverage is a crucial thing to have available to you. When it comes to your teeth, they are constantly under assault by various microbes and chemicals that arise naturally when we eat and drink. It is very easy for these microbes to develop on the teeth and to begin weakening tooth enamel.

In fact, it happens on a daily basis, several times a day, in relationship to the meals that we eat.

Broadly speaking, the more sugar one eats, the more fierce the results of this natural process will be. Dental coverage can help you to eliminate the build up of plaques that can weaken the structure of exposed teeth and gums.

Some people manage to get by for a while without dental coverage, but in the long run, dental coverage is necessary for the vast majority of people to get the kind of oral health that they want.

Dental coverage is important not only for the cleaning of the teeth themselves and the prevention of cavities, but for ensuring that nothing goes wrong with the gums. The gums are crucial to your entire mouth. You massage them every day when you brush the teeth, but they can also run into numerous health issues that require a doctor's assistance.

If you are concerned about the health of a mouthful of teeth, it is a good idea to seek out dental coverage that is affordable, effective, and comprehensive enough to meet your needs. If your teeth are in relatively good shape, then you can seek out a coverage plan that will provide you with resources to maintain protection.

When teeth are in good, healthy condition, you will find that it is fairly easy to maintain that momentum as long as you engage in ordinary preventative care. This can allow you to go forward with coverage that will not require you to spend too much money.

If you have more advanced needs, then you might find that you have to spend a bit more time comparing the different options that may be available to you. It is always a good idea to compare various plans and coverage types to help ensure that you are getting the best deal possible.

You want to be sure that the plan you opt for will cover the types of procedures you anticipate needing and will allow you to seek out care from the dentist or dentists that you trust. There are many aspects to dental health, so make sure you are well equipped!

Article Title: HCG Diet Plan: HCG is a Treatment Not a Diet

    *********************** ARTICLE START ***********************

An HCG diet plan may not be so much of a diet as a medical treatment, and by explaining what is meant by this, and how HCG works, you can decide yourself whether or not the HCG diet plan benefits are worth the hassle involved.

    What is HCG

It is amazing how many people talk about HCG and have no real conception of what it is. Some talk about it as if it was some alternative to the Atkins Diet, and others as if it was a carbohydrate diet. Yet, the truth of it is that an HCG diet plan is not a diet at all, but a treatment provided with a hypodermic needle. Here is how.

HCG is Human Chorionic Gonadotropin. What do these various terms mean? Chorionic refers to the outer membrane enclosing the embryo in humans, reptiles and birds, and in humans it is involved in the development of the placenta. It is therefore a very important component of human reproduction, taking part in embryonic and placental development.

Gonadotropins are hormones that are secreted by the pituitary gland at the base of the brain. The two major gonadotropins in human biochemistry are luteinizing hormone and follicle-stimulating hormones that play an important part in the development and proper function of your body. A third, however, is human chorionic gonadotropin.

    What is the Theory?

A major function of HCG is to rapidly generate energy for the developing fetus from your body's store of fat. Every individual is born with a certain number of fat cells in their body, and when excess energy is stored as fat, the fats are stored in these fat cells that can be anything from empty to full. Normally the fat stores in these cells are not used unless your demand for energy exceeds that available from the carbohydrate content of your diet.

Carbohydrates undergo glycolysis to form glucose, which is then oxidized to ATP energy by means of cellular respiration in the mitochondria of your body cells. When your blood glucose stores run out, and your emergency energy stores in the form of creatine phosphate and glycogen are used up, your metabolism turns to your fat reserves for energy.

However, in the presence of HCG, this process is accelerated so that the developing fetus has no energy deficiency and can develop at a proper rate. The theory is then that if you took a supplement of HCG, you should be able to burn off that fat in the same way. That supplement would theoretically be the basis of an HCG diet plan.

    How Does HCG Work?

It is believed that the way HCG works is that it does not directly burn fat and convert it to energy, but that it suppresses your appetite and so enables you to more easily follow a low calorie diet. Normally, when your calorie intake is too low, your metabolism slows down and you don't feel so hungry, but at the same time you are burning less energy (fat). So you don't lose weight.

HCG enables your body to maintain its normal metabolic rate, and so continue to use up energy as normal, even with a low calorie diet, so that you eat less but do not feel hungry, and so you still use up energy. That means that your metabolism will turn to your fat reserves and burn these for the energy it needs just to keep you alive. What that means in layman's terms is that HCG is an appetite suppressant.

How is the HCG Diet Plan Taken

You cannot take HCG as a supplement. It must be taken hypodermically, and your HCG shots work even better if Vitamin B12 is included. That vitamin increases your metabolic rate and so helps you burn fat quicker. So the so-called HCG diet plan is a treatment, and not a diet. The injections are made directly into your muscle tissue where your body does most work. It does appear to work, and is particularly useful to those that must remain relatively inactive: physically handicapped, bedridden, and the excessively obese that cannot exercise without straining their heart.

However, before embarking on the so-called HCG diet plan, refer to your doctor or physician to make sure that your metabolism is suitable for that type of treatment.

About The Author: More details on the HCG diet plan as it is wrongly referred to are available from Pete's web page http://www.slimming-tips.com/hcg-diet.html where you will also find detailed information on a wide range of slimming tips and supplements.
