For millions of women, being single is just not fun. Sure, you could easily get hit on in a club or somewhere that you're at with your girlfriends, but you'll find that the quality men are not dancing the night away or getting drunk all night. They are working hard, and doing their best to present the best of themselves for the right gal to come around. If you want to learn how to find a man that is not only independent, but is not carrying around a lot of baggage, than you'll need to adhere to a few ideas that will help you on your way to find the right man.

Online Dating- The latest craze is online dating, but you don't want to just go to any old option. This is going to shock you, but it's important, pay for a dating site. If you pay, you will not only get serious responses from other daters, but you will be able to sift through a database of men that are looking for what you're looking for. The truth of the matter here is that real men are willing to pay to find quality women. Stay away from the free websites, they will only prove to be disastrous.

Church- If you're of a religious nature, you'll find some interesting men in church. However, be careful for the repressed individual that is really just a freak when doors are closed. You'll have to stick around for a while and try to figure things out for your own personal growth, and watch out for predators within the church walls. However, there are some amazing men that you could meet and date if you simply bide your time here. Don't be quick to date around, take your time, and you'll be blessed along the way.

Single Events- Look around your city for single events, especially those that are done in conjunction to a sporting event or something large and sponsored by a variety of big businesses. This will ensure that you will not only meet other people that are single, but you will also be enjoying some sort of entertainment. This is an important part of dating, finding others that like what you like.

The above 3 places to look are just the tip of the iceberg, as there are men everywhere. Finding them is a complicated matter, but one thing is for sure, if you don't try you will never meet anyone. Try to keep that in mind, but in your quest, don't be so quick to say yes to all offers. Take your time and see what's out there. Have simple dates like coffee and a conversation and that's it. Don't go out and stay out all night, don't hit the clubs, and focus on living your own life.

It's when you exhibit a healthy smile, and you enjoy life to the fullest that you will be able to find someone that will be worth investing your time and effort into. Don't miss life, enjoy it, and seek someone that will enjoy it with you.

Article Title: What Seniors Need to Consider Before Buying a Home

When searching for a home to spend your golden years in, seniors need to consider a great many options before they should make a final decision. What can this independent living community offer for you and you partner? Your golden years should be spent in the kind of comfort and care that you deserve, so it's important to do your research before settling on an option that you may be stuck with for several years.

    Hospitality

The concept of helping active seniors after they retire is nothing new, but when searching for the right independent living community, you'll want to make sure that they have the right sort of help available to you when you need it. Some places offer 24 hours daily assistance with your basic needs or any maintenance that may be needed.

    Licensed Home Care Services

Some seniors who need medical attention might want to make sure that their independent living community comes with a licensed home care service that they can call on if need be. Most independent living communities do come with available nursing or services that help with home care needs, but not all independent living communities do. Check with each one and get a cost breakdown of how much each service will cost. You don't want to be surprised by an unexpected bill that you didn't know about when you signed up.

    Community Building Activities

Active seniors need activities! Look for places that offer a full calendar of events – that is, things beyond bingo on Wednesday nights. The more engaged a community is the more value you will get out of your time at the independent living community. Look for activities that fit within your lifestyle. Some independent living communities offer activities that take them off the grounds, while others stay focused on activities on-site, utilizing the natural grounds & community areas for ways to entertain their residents. The more active a community is the more varied your choices, and the better your value.

    Amenities

It's important for many seniors that the independent living community they are going to purchase has a wide variety of amenities available to residents. Depending on your lifestyle and habits, you may be looking for one that has tennis courts, golf courses, gyms or swimming pools. Other amenities include a nice clubhouse for afternoon gatherings and available space for parties. Beware, the more amenities a community has, the more expensive it will be. If you're on a budget, find a place that has a nice balance of available amenities that you think you will use on an at least weekly basis. There's no sense in paying extra to live in a community that has a pool if you never use it.

On the flip side of that, don't price yourself out of a property just because it doesn't have one amenity that you thought you wanted. If a place has all the things you want besides one, it's worth thinking about joining a gym, or nearby facility or organization that offers the amenity or activity that you can't do without.

When considering where to spend your golden years, seniors need to come up with a solution that fits both your lifestyle and future needs. Research and shopping around is crucial to making the right decision. However, what it really comes down to is finding a place that makes you happy. There's no reason to spend your golden years in a place that is not up to your standards or doesn't have the lifestyle, amenities & activities that you desire. Like anything else in life, the harder you work to find the right living space for you, the better off you'll be!

Whether you are recovering from recent back surgery or are just suffering from chronic back pain, there are some simple physical therapy exercises that you can do from the comfort of your own home. However, it is important to keep in mind that there are a multitude of causes for back pain or injury, and not everyone's pain can be treated in the exact same way. What works for some people may not work for others. While a particular exercise may be comforting to one person, it may cause someone else additional pain. With that being said, never force yourself to do exercises that cause you pain.

One type of physical therapy you can do for back pain while at home is stretching. Stretching exercises are essential for spine health because they help to maintain mobility and blood flow to the affected areas. Begin by moving to an open area on the floor where there is plenty of room. If the area is uncarpeted, you will want to use an exercise mat or lay down towels or some other kind of padding. To start, just lie down on your back and let your spine relax, holding the position for a minute. Then, stretch your arms back over your head and let your hands lie naturally on the ground. Hold this position for a minute, as well. With one leg extended out on the floor, pull your other knee toward your chest and hold it for a moment, and then repeat this with the opposite leg. Do 10 repetitions of this exercise. This stretching exercise works the muscles in your lower back and hip area. After this, stay lying on your back, but bring both knees up to your chest at the same time, hold them there for a few seconds, and then drop your legs back down. Repeat this process for 10 repetitions. Another popular stretching exercise is to cross one leg over the other while sitting up and then turn your body to stretch as far as you can. Again, do 10 repetitions and then switch legs and repeat. This exercise stretches the lower back and hip muscles.

An important part of doing physical therapy at home is strength building. These exercises are good for building up the lower back, and there are some easy ones you can do for strength building. While lying on the floor, bend your knees and press your lower back into the floor. Then relax your back and repeat 10 times. Another good exercise is to lie in this same position with knees bent. Squeeze the buttocks and hold for a moment, then relax and repeat. Leg lifts are other exercises for building strength. While lying on the floor, raise your legs slightly off the floor and hold them there in the air for several seconds. Then release your legs back down and repeat a few time. Next, try doing a few repetitions at 12 inches, and then several more repetitions at about 18 inches. For an additional strength-building exercise, lie on the floor and raise your buttocks off the floor into the air. As with the other exercise, hold the position for a few moments, relax back down on the ground, and then repeat.

These are just a few of the exercises that are commonly done at home to treat back pain or build strength after a surgery. But again, remember that you shouldn't do any exercises that cause you pain. Some exercises require more strength or flexibility than others, and they may be harder for some individuals. When in doubt, always consult your doctor for advice about whether or not an exercise is right for your condition.

Selecting The Right Bait casting Reel For A Gift

If the individual you are purchasing these bait casting reels for likes to fish in deeper waters such as lakes and reservoirs, you should look for one that holds a minimum of 100 yards of fishing line in the 10 to 17 pound test range. You'll need that much line capacity if you want your fishing lure to reach deeper waters where fish typically hang out. Plus, if you hook a large fish that runs on you, you need plenty of line to hold onto them.

Next, you need to know if the person prefers baitcasting reels with a push-button or thumb-bar fishing line release system. The thumb-bar release is preferred by the more experienced fisherman because they are able to hit a precise spot in the water when casting short distances by providing greater control. Conversely, the push-button varieties offer less control but are considerably easier for the novice fisherman to use and help to prevent fishing line backlash.

Your next step is to choose between bait casting reels with a magnetic spool control or ones that are mechanical. The magnetic variety slows the outgoing line down quicker and features an automatic breaking system which prevents the fishing line backlash mentioned in the previous paragraph. They are more expensive than the mechanical varieties. Additionally, the mechanical variety requires the right amount of thumb pressure be placed by the angler on the breaking system.

Finally, the weight of any bait casting reels needs to be equally matched to the strength and weight of the fishing rod that it is going to be mounted on. If you are also purchasing a fishing rod as part of his Father's Day present, make sure the rod is balanced properly in order to accommodate the weight of the reel. In most cases, the fishing reel's instruction manual will recommend the proper weight for a fishing rod along with how to properly use the fishing reel.

The right bowling ball can make a world of difference in your game. Once you buy something that properly fits, you have a lot more options when you step up to the line. Here are some helpful tips on choosing balls, which can give you an edge on the competition.

You might have some degree of luck by using house balls, but it will be limited. House balls are a "one size fits all" solution that are good for the sometime bowler that does not want to invest a lot of money in this sport. However, if you are a serious bowler you will want to have your own equipment as this provides consistency in your game.

One of the most important considerations for balls is the weight. Children and smaller women may wish to go with something that is light. It will make it easier to pick up and use. Also, if you bowl with something that is too heavy to be comfortable, you may not be able to properly control it. Throwing a good curve ball is almost impossible when you have little control. It might simply fly from your hand and seek its own destiny.

A reasonable weight for good bowling balls is about fifteen or sixteen pounds. Many professional bowlers choose this weight. If these balls are commonly chosen by the pros there must be some very good reasons, and this can get you off to a great start.

Many bowlers may not realize it but there can be a substantial difference in the lanes that you use. Some lanes may have more oil than others and this will greatly affect your game. Talk to someone at your local alley and find out how they take care of their lanes.

If you are going to use lanes with a relatively low amount of oil, urethane or plastic may be your best choice. These balls will provide you with a certain degree of skid. If the lanes use a lot of oil, you should consider a surface like reactive resin. This will grip the lane well.

One can purchase good balls online and you also have the choice of your local pro shop. A pro shop can provide you with expert advice and help you choose the best equipment for your specific needs. However, one can save money by buying online and taking the ball to a pro shop to have it drilled.

You bowling ball should be drilled to perfectly fit your hand. This is just as important as the weight and materials that you use. Make sure you have it done right, because once it is drilled it is a done deal.

When you shop for a new bowling ball, take the time to familiarize yourself with all of the different materials. Go to your local alley and get the feel of different weights, so you can decide which one you want to use. If you get the chance, consult with a pro shop about this matter. The more time you spend selecting your new bowling ball, the better odds you have for success.

Searching for the Grand Canyon river rafting trip that has it all? Here's one that features a smooth-water float excursion, a backcountry Jeep journey, as well as an airline flight that will cover in 30 minutes what would take days to see by walking.

This seasonal trip (operates from April to November) begins with a plane flight from the South Rim's Grand Canyon National Park Airport. The airplane bears east where you'll see the Painted Desert, the Navajo Indian Reservation and the exact stretch of Colorado River on which you'll be floating down.

You'll deplane at Page, AZ, as well as transfer to a 4x4 Jeep for a backcountry trip to well-known Antelope Canyon, home to slot canyons. These narrow passages, a few of which hardly allow a bunch walk single-file between them, are made of magnificently weathered Navajo sandstone and are a photographer's paradise.

The Jeep then takes you to imposing Glen Canyon Dam, a 700-foot giant that proudly tames the grand Colorado River. You'll burrow via a 2-mile access tunnel until you get to the banks of the river where you'll board your professional-grade, motorized adventure raft.

The float journey travels to Horseshoe Bend, a wonderful "U" in the river that beautifully contrasts the river's aqua blue waters against the glowing orange sandstone cliffs. Further downstream, you'll get out on a sandy beach and take a rapid walk to view a set of ancient petroglyphs.

You'll carry on and pontoon down the Colorado before you reach the historical town of Lee's Ferry, founded by John D. Lee, who was employed by the Church of Mormon to run the ferry service so church members could make their way south. Building of Navajo Bridge in 1928 closed down the ferry. Today, the town, which consists of a vintage fort as well as trading post, is the starting point for multi-day white-water expeditions.

Lee's Ferry is also the place you'll shift to a climate-controlled luxury coach and return to the South Rim. On the way, you will see from ground level what you covered earlier by air. There's also a stop at Cameron Trading Post, which markets real Navajo Indian crafts.

During summer, carry lots of sunscreen and dress in loose, comfortable clothes. I additionally suggest a hat along with a brim. Swimming is urged, so either wear your trunks at the get-go or wear your suit under your clothes. Avoid dehydration by drinking plenty of water, which will be supplied as part of the trip.

Excellent guides make this trip remarkable. The airplane section contains a taped narration translated in 10 languages. Your river guide is familiar with the Colorado like the back of his hand and is happy to expound on the region's geology and natural history. Bus drivers are well versed on the wonderful surroundings and landmarks you will be passing through on your way back to the South Rim.

I find this float trip with airline journey and bus journey to be one of the best trip deals offered at the South Rim. Additionally it is priced appropriately. But savvy travelers can get a much better deal if they buy it on the Internet. Remarkably, I've observed it discounted by up to 35%.

This 1-day smooth-water float tour is a wonderful way to enjoy the Grand Canyon. Rendering it a much more wonderful bundle would be the aircraft, jeep, and coach segments. Kids aged 4 years or more can do it. And there aren't any rigorous fitness needs. All that you should carry will be your feeling of adventure. Then prepare yourself for the best canyon experience of your lifetime.

    Genre: Animation/Adventure/Comedy

Cast: Nicolas Cage, Ryan Reynolds and Emma Stone

    Stars: 4 out of 5

Nicolas Cage is the most infuriating actor of his generation. An amazing talent, Cage seems to have been on a mission for the past twenty years to punish and mislead his fans. "Bringing out the Dead" was a dark idyll-the type that simply doesn't get made in Hollywood-while "Leaving Las Vegas," in spite of its many accolades, was a cinematic catastrophe. "The Rock" might have been one of the most egregious wastes of talent since Mickey Mantle's retirement, but Cage was also the living heart of "Matchstick Men," a film whose plot was so convoluted and absurd that only Nicolas Kim Coppola and his unique talents could have pulled it off. Just as it's only possible to beat a path through "Finnegan's Wake" by remembering that James Joyce also wrote "Dubliners"-therefore, he's writing badly on purpose-so too Cage's shameful involvement in "The Wicker Man" is an insult made bearable only by "8MM" and the miraculous way he rescued the otherwise unbearable "Gone in Sixty Seconds."

So which Nicolas Cage shows up for "The Croods"? Well, it's an animated and family-friendly movie featuring a performance by Cloris Leachman, so anything goes. After their cave is destroyed, The Crood family-isn't that witty? "The Croods," as in "crude"; prett-ee funn-ee!-must embark upon a long and hazardous trip across a potentially hostile landscape to find a new home-like "Battlestar Galactica," but without the actual Battlestar or Galactica parts. Along the way, they meet a plethora of interesting characters and interact with the odd creatures of their prehistoric world, ensuring their lives can never again be the same. The astute viewer will recognize this as the epic quest-style story, a creative well that's been visited more often than Stonehenge, and generally for about the same length of time.

The "hero's journey" type of story has always been rich fodder for creative writers-no less an authority than Homer would agree-in that it takes a set of developed and familiar characters and pits them against adversity most grand. After chasing the hero or heroes out of a comfortable rut, it's possible for a writer to work in almost any kind of scene, concept, or supporting character. When the story is liberated from the confines of sober naturalism-that is, when the film is set in outer space, the far future, or so far back in the past that nobody knows what was going on-the writer's imagination is restrained only by what the makeup department can accomplish with forehead latex. If you animate the film, even this restriction is set aside. "The Croods" is the beneficiary of this freedom, and it makes the most of it, showcasing an entire world filled with fantastical creatures. Meanwhile, various plot contrivances make "The Croods" unusual for a Nicolas Cage movie. It's not just unlike "The Weather Man," which was a fundamentally unsound movie lucky enough to be buoyed by Cage's talent, but it's even entirely unlike "Grindhouse," which was beyond saving entirely. "The Croods" is actually capable of standing on its own-with or without Cage's efforts to preserve it.

The end of an era, perhaps? Think again: it's rumored that Cage is on board for "National Treasure 3."

Apart from Nicolas Cage-if anything in creation can truly be said to be "apart from Nicolas Cage"-the other elements of "The Croods" come together well. The animation is crisp and beautiful to behold. The script is humorous when called for. Plus, the film has been marketed well enough that it recovered a third of its budget over its opening weekend, so there's that.

One element that's hard to gauge in an animated film is the direction. "The Croods" had two directors, Kirk De Micco and Chris Sanders, who also led the writers' team. Often, too many hands in the cinematic kitchen spoil the extended-metaphor broth, but in this case, the danger of disjointing the critical elements of the film has been avoided. It seems as though De Micco and Sanders are that rarest of constellations: a pair of writers/directors who work together well enough to turn out hits despite their names being neither Coen nor Wachowski. It's reasonable to expect even more from this pair, and if their efforts in "The Croods" are typical, then their future projects are to be anticipated eagerly.

Also, Nicolas Cage might need someplace to crash in a few years, so maybe keep your couch open for him. None of us want to see him do "Bangkok Dangerous" again.

Surgery is never something to be taken lightly. When you make the decision to have spine surgery, or any surgery for that matter, you are putting your wellbeing in someone else's hands. Therefore, it wouldn't be surprising if you have decided to get treatment from a facility that requires traveling a great distance. When it comes to your health, you want the best doctors and the most reliable procedures, and if that means going somewhere that isn't local, then that is what you do. However, that could lead to spending a great deal of time in an airplane or car and being away from your home, so it's important to think about your safety while traveling.

One of the biggest concerns of spine surgery patients is how to cope with long car or plane rides. Your doctor will most likely tell you that it's best to avoid staying in one position for an extended period of time. So, what do you do if you're faced with a 10-hour car ride or a long flight with hours of time spent waiting around at the airport? Probably the best advice for these situations is to take breaks every now and then to move around. If you're in a car, you can stop every half hour or so at rest areas or other locations where it's safe to exit the vehicle and just take a couple minutes to stand up and walk. This way, you won't be sitting in the same position for too long. Similarly, if you are flying on a plane, you can take advantage of the times when passengers are free to leave their seats. When the aisles aren't crowded, you can just take a walk up the aisle and back. When you can't take breaks or get up to walk, try altering your position every now and then. Even if it's just a slight change in position, it can still be helpful. It also might be a good idea to bring a pillow with you for the car or plane to keep behind your back. There are even specialty pillows you can purchase for lumbar support or other target areas. Speak to your doctor for recommendations for your specific condition.

You could also be spending several nights in a hotel if you are traveling for your surgery. Many spine surgery patients worry about sleeping comfortably and safely while they are away from their familiar surroundings of home; however, there are some simple things you can do to ensure you get some quality sleep. You can easily take some pressure off of the lower back while you sleep with the help of pillows or rolled up blankets. If you are sleeping on your back, put a rolled-up pillow, blanket, or towel underneath your legs at the knees, to bend the knees slightly. Or, if you are sleeping on your side, put the pillow between your knees. You could also elevate your upper body a bit with pillows if it suits you. The bottom line is to just make sure that you are sleeping in a position that is comfortable for you. The most important thing to keep in mind for safety is to avoid positions that twist or turn the spine in awkward ways.

As with any type of surgery, the best safety advice is to stop what you're doing if it causes you pain and to contact your doctor whenever you have any doubts or concern about the safety of certain activities or positions. Your doctor should be your primary resource for safety information, and he or she will be providing you with a plethora of post-surgical information to help you during recovery.

Creating a business email list is the most important task that you need to do if you want to market your business online. Internet is the most common and widely used medium and therefore whether you have an ecommerce or online business or still doing your business traditionally or offline you need to market your business on internet to remain competitive. Bulk or mass email is the most effective and cheap service to market your product or business online.

Some people believe that a good business email list is the key to profitable business and this belief is true to a great extent. If you create a good emailing list then of course you would be able to market your products and business properly and of course this will help you retain your clients and target potential customers successfully. Money is in the list and therefore you need to create it very carefully. After all it is a perfect tool that enables you to connect to your customers better.

Following are the tips that help you create a business email list:

    1. Define your purpose for creating an email list. So whenever you begin with building an email list, you must be clear in your mind that why you are interested in creating this list. Of course, you may wan to market your business or may be looking to recreate your business value among masses or may be to brand or position your business among clients and last but not the least, you may be interested in attracting more customers to profit your business. Therefore, make a proper list keeping in mind your purpose for creating this list. And, if you fail to cater to the interest of your audience then you won't get benefitted and will only lose the cost incurred on the list.

    2. Buy an effective bulk email sending software- it is clear that you cannot market your business using free web based e mail accounts. You have to send bulk emails professionally and for that you need to have a good mass email sending software. Such software also helps you creating and managing your email lists and also provides tools and templates to creating and launches your email marketing campaign. You can either get such software or even hire professional bulk mailing services available online. There are a lot of websites that allow you to send bulk emails using their gateways or give you opportunity to create a gateway to send bulk emails using your own website.

    3. Auto responder is an essential feature to any email list. The key to success of an email marketing campaign also lies in the fact that the marketer uses an auto responder feature. This is a feature that lets the marketer send an automatically generated response to the feedback or query email sent in response to the email campaign or newsletter that you sent to your customer.

    4. Customize your list according to your campaign- you have to provide your customers something of their value. Therefore you have to customize your business email list according to your product and with its end user. Of course you cannot an email or newsletter about a shaving cream to a school going kid. So, create a list according to your services or products.

An IPO (Initial Public Offering) or stock market launch is an offering of stock where shares of a private company's stock are sold for the first time on a securities exchange, like the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE). This process is known as "going public."

A company goes public for different reasons. For example a company may go public to raise additional money to expand the business, to cash-out private investors, or to create long-term wealth for company owners who can slowly sell off their stock.

One benefit of going public is that after money which may have been borrowed from private entities to build a business is paid-off by funds from the initial public offering, the new stock owner's only share in profits and the value of their stock need not be paid back if the company fails.

Not only is the cost of going public moderate, but a disadvantage of going public is that what the owners possibly consider private information must be disclosed to anyone interested in the stock. Competitors can interpolate net profits, competitive products to create, and product lines they should modify. If you inherently want to keep various aspects of your business close, then "going public" is probably not the way you would select to raise capital.

Going public requires expertise that most business owners do not possess—therefore, they hire an investment banking form like Morgan Stanley or Goldman Sachs, which may act, among other things, as an underwriter. Through their due diligence and evaluation, underwriters establish share prices as well as creating a public market for the initial sale.

In recent memory (2012) Facebook was assisted by Morgan Stanley. Morgan Stanley set stock prices (share value) and helped prepare the market for the offering. The stock was initially offered at $36 USD per share. Thus far the stock has not done exceptionally well, hovering below its initial value. Because of the poor performance of the stock, Morgan Stanley has received enormous criticism. This criticism has focused on the initial valuation, and is generally accepted that it is because stock buyers did not agree with the high initial price. Based on the current market price it appears stock buyers were right.

Why Do Owners Take their Company "Public?"

Owners of a private company take their company public for many reasons, including:

    • It creates more avenues of potential financing including equities, lower interest rate bank loans, and convertible debt.

    • It expands the number of people investing in the company, thereby diversifying risk.

    • It allows them to acquire cheaper capital than could be obtained through a loan enabling company expansion.

    • It allows attraction of more talented employees and management through increased public prestige and increased capital.

    • It allows management to position the company's ability to establish fair market prices for stock, so the company can acquire other companies (M&A) either through the sale of stock or through trading stock with the target company.

    • It allows the owners to position themselves to exit the business within a defined time window, and take their equity elsewhere.

Did you know that people with back pain are oftentimes less healthy overall than people without? Back pain can affect your mobility and exercise habits, and it can even have an effect on your emotions and stress level. With spine health playing such a vital part in people's daily lives, it's surprising how easy it can be to overlook. But the truth is that around 80 percent of people experience some form of spine pain during their lives. However, if you pay attention to your posture, diet, and lifestyle, you will have a better chance at maintaining a healthy spine and avoiding future back pain.

The first thing to consider is your posture. If you're like the majority of people, you probably don't think much about the way you stand while in line at the store or how much pressure is being put on your spine while you sleep. But, if you try to make it a habit to consciously monitor your posture, you could reduce your chances for future spine issues. When you are standing still for a time, try keeping one foot a bit in front of the other with your knees slightly bent to take pressure off your lower back. Good posture is also highly important while sitting. Try to ensure that your back stays straight—slouching forward puts unnecessary strain on the spine. It's also beneficial if you can keep your knees slightly higher than your hips; that's why you might see people who work in offices using foot rests under their desks. Additionally, many people don't really notice that their lower back has a natural curve to it, which is something you want to try to maintain while you're sitting down. You can do this with a pillow, or you could also consider buying lumbar support for your office chair or car seat. It's also important to try to have good posture while you sleep. It's understandable that you may not be able to control your movements while you are sleeping, but you can, however, try to start out in a healthy position. For example, the most commonly recommended sleeping position is with the knees slight bent. If you like sleeping on your side, try putting a pillow between your knees. Similarly, if you prefer sleeping on your back, put a pillow underneath your knees to achieve that slight bend. Most importantly, just try not to fall asleep in a position that twists or angles the spine in an awkward manner.

Another factor that contributes greatly to spine health is general wellness. Something as simple as diet and exercise not only affects overall health, but bones and joints, too. Therefore, it's a good idea to talk to your physician about your eating and exercise habits in order to establish a plan for healthy living. If this is going to be a big life change for you, it's perfectly okay to start out slow. You shouldn't feel like you need to drastically change your habits over night. Try to focus on some of the basics at first, such as including fruits or vegetables with every meal, drinking a lot of water each day, or taking the stairs instead of the elevator. Did you know that smoking affects spine health, too? Studies have shown that smokers are more likely to experience back pain than nonsmokers. Additionally, it takes longer for back pain to subside if you're a smoker because the chemicals in cigarettes prevent blood from flowing to the spine properly.

Just by making some of these simple alterations to your daily life, you could be protecting yourself from unnecessary back pain in the future. Not only that, but you'll also be setting yourself up for a healthier lifestyle overall.

You suddenly wake up in the dead of the night and you feel this terrible pain in your leg. Lying still may help, but it definitely does not seem to make it better. If you have experienced this, then you may be suffering from gout.

Gout is a common condition that strikes about 3.4 million American men every year. This is the most prevalent form of inflammatory arthritis among men who are 40 years old and above. It is characterized by sharp, severe pain in the joint area which disables one to move. Even a slight touch of a sheet could aggravate the pain. Immediately finding a joint pain relief is definitely what you are going to do when you experience a gout attack.

A gout attack is caused by an accumulation of uric acid in the body. Uric acid is the breakdown of purines, a chemical group present in all tissues and many foods. Normally, the body excretes uric acid on its own through the urine. However, some men may have inherited a metabolic malfunction which allows the blood uric acids to rise. Did you know that some medications like niacin and low-dose aspirin are said to increase the levels of uric acid in your body?

Anyway, gout is very painful. Usually, it strikes one joint at a time. Sometimes it's the forefoot, sometimes it's the ankle. You just have no clue where it's going to be next. At any site, the pain is going to start abruptly and without a warning. This is why most people suffering from an attack would wonder what they could have done to cause such pain.

After sometime of aching, the joint becomes red, swollen, and excruciatingly painful that all you long for is a joint pain relief that will deliver you from such distress. To some extent, an intense inflammation may start a fever and other flu-like symptoms.

The most effective joint pain relief caused by gout is NSAIDs or the nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs. NSAIDs are suggested to be taken as soon as the attack happens and used at the maximum recommended dosage. A lot of NSAIDs may be bought over-the-counter and they are all believed to be effective. Bear in mind though that Aspirin is not advisable to relieve joint pain in case your pain is brought about by gout. Aspirin can raise uric acid levels and this would only aggravate your condition.

Gout is recurrent and it can not be totally cured. So, if you are not yet suffering from it, might as well take some special caution to prevent yourself from having it. Basically, diet is the mainstay in preventing gout since 10% of the uric acid in the body comes from the food that you eat. Some foods that may increase the risk of having gout are:

    * Meats, especially organ meats

    * Meat extracts and gravies

    * Lentils

    * Beans

    * Peas

    * Mushrooms

    * Spinach

    * Seafood especially anchovies

All these foods are not bad on their own. However, they are known to have high purine levels which are a source of uric acid.

Whether you're planning to undergo a routine procedure to treat a foot issue or require back surgery to treat spinal cord compression, the surgical center you choose will play a large role in your pre- and post-operative experience. Deciding to undergo any form of surgery can cause a certain level of stress and anxiety, but when you know what to expect from the surgical center you choose, most of your stress and anxiety can be allayed.

    Highly Qualified Surgeons

One of the most important factors that should go into choosing a surgical center is confirming the expertise of its surgeons. Undergoing surgery is scary enough without having to find out at the last minute that your surgeon has only performed the procedure a handful of times before. You can eliminate this possibility by researching the surgeons employed at the surgical center. Find out how many years they've worked at that particular center, how many years they've been in practice, the number of times they've performed your procedure, and what their success rates are. It's also incredibly important to confirm that the surgeons are board certified in the specific area of surgery they perform. This means that he or she has met or exceeded nationally recognized educational and patient care standards.

    Friendly, Helpful Staff

Any surgical center you consider should be staffed by qualified, friendly administrative professionals, nurses, and others. If the facility is truly dedicated to ensuring patient satisfaction, all of your experiences dealing the staff – whether on the phone, at the reception desk, or in the post-operative recovery room – should be nothing short of pleasant.

    Comfortable Examination Rooms

No one likes to go through an exam in a cold, stark examination room. Ask the surgical center you're considering how well the pre- and post-operative examination rooms are appointed. Are there extra chairs for family members if you chose to have them with you? Are the rooms kept at a certain temperature? If you'll be asked to disrobe, what type of covering will you be asked to wear? Are examination instruments and tools disinfected or discarded after each use? Asking these and other questions can help you gauge exactly what level of comfort you'll experience during an examination.

    Operating Rooms with Advanced Technology

When you're researching surgical centers, don't be afraid to ask about the types of equipment in the operating room. After all, you are putting your life in the hands of surgeons, so you are allowed to ask about what equipment they will use to perform your procedure. Surgical centers that feature current, state-of-the-art equipment – and have properly trained surgeons to use them – should be high on your list, whereas those using out-of-date equipment, which could pose a higher risk for malfunctioning, should be ruled out.

    Favorable Former Patient Reviews

It's true that you shouldn't believe everything you read online, but reading some reviews posted by former patients of a particular surgical center can help you make an informed decision. Keep in mind that one or two bad reviews won't necessarily mean that a facility and its staff are terrible. You should instead look for a pattern; facilities with mostly favorable reviews are probably worth keeping on the list of considerations, but those with more than a few bad reviews may not be worth checking out.

    Location & Amenities

Finally, when considering surgical centers, think about the proximity of the center to major airports, hotels, hospitals, and attractions, particularly if you'd have to travel a long distance to get there. Additionally, surgical centers that feature amenities for patients and their guests – such as comfortable waiting rooms, cafeterias, Wi-Fi access, and others – can provide that extra special touch and level of comfort that can help you feel more at home.

The relaxation of trade and business norms in the Indian growing economy has attracted the attention of many foreign investors. India's incipient market opening to the world not only pushes the country into the international arena but also invites global attention. With an assured GDP growth of 7 % for the next decade, it is not wrong to say that India is growing to become one of the leading countries with flourishing key areas such as retail, construction and infrastructural development. India being a developing nation has all the space to grow and develop as compared to already developed nations which have reached a state of saturation.

In the realm of construction and development, many international real estate companies have brought a vast change in the country. Luxurious designer houses used to be the choice of wealthy people in India at certain point of time but with the coming of these expert global builders, it is becoming an easy choice to consumers. Emaar Properties in this regards is one of the major international real estate companies that have taken an interest in the nascent Indian market. A world leader in luxury lifestyle, Emaar has contributed a good deal in the country's building and development sector by entering into a joint venture with domestic retail player, MGF Development Limited in 2005. Unsurpassed luxury, unique architecture, designs, and stylish elegance mark all Emaar homes. Bringing a revolution of integrated community lifestyle, each property is built as par international standard of living. The capital city of India, New Delhi has the finest example of Emaar Properties self sustainable unit style of concepts, the Commonwealth Games Village. Besides the capital city, several major cities including Haryana, Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh, Punjab, Maharashtra and Kerala has seen many changes in the realm of luxurious residential and commercial properties. Besides residential complexes and townships, Emaar has built several IT parks, Business hubs, business complexes, entertainment centres and even civic amenities all across the nation.

Emaar MGF, the creator of Commonwealth Games Village was allegedly accused of illegal siphoning of land to consumers in Hyderabad, state capital of Andhra Pradesh. The infamous Emaar property scam involves the Boulder Hills Township in Gaichibowli, a luxurious residential township envisioned to be a self sustainable unit encompassing lush green 18-hole golf course and resort style hotel. The township was developed in conjunction with state run APIIC or Andhra Pradesh Industrial Infrastructure Corporation. Emaar came under the purview of state agency for alleged dilution of APIIC stake in the project. Since day one of allegations, Emaar has denied its involvement in any wrong doing and has worked in close cooperation with CBI. Emaar CBI continues cooperation and it has been reported that initial investigation has revealed no evidences against the property developer. Investigation is still ongoing in the Emaar Property scam and Emaar CBI continues to work together in search of the real culprits.

Leaving behind the scars of Emaar Property scam, Emaar MGF has taken up several lucrative projects throughout the country. If rumours are to be true, New Delhi and Kolkata might see their first luxurious seven star hotels, all thanks to the mighty resolve of this international player to establish itself in the thriving Indian hospitality sector.

Mysterious callers aren't that puzzling nowadays since everyone has the capability to carry out a reverse phone number look up. All you need to do is to search the number that appeared in the caller ID in online search engines. In seconds, results will appear, particularly if the person who called you used a business phone line. But if your problem is knowing who sent you an email, running a reverse email directory can be your best shot.

Emails can be very tricky. Unlike phone numbers listed in a phonebook such as the yellow pages, email addresses do not have a central listing. If you apply for a phone number and service for your home, it's essential that you provide certifiable personal information like your company ID, social security number and a copy of your billing statement. But when you are signing up for an email, you will only be asked to give your full name and other relevant information. You do not need to go through a verification procedure to confirm the authenticity of your given identity. Moreover, most people who create their email accounts use nicknames not just for security reasons but also for other personal motives.

These dilemmas make a reverse email directory search quite difficult and hard to accomplish on your own. You can try to type the email address of the person you are looking for in search engines, however unless the person provided their complete email on a website or a blog, it will be impossible for you to track down the person or even obtain relevant information. You may also want to consider the services of free email search websites, which can look for the person's email and the owner of the email. More often than not, you will not get a lot of substantial information.

Another option that you can use is to visit the main page of the email provider. You can then look for a reverse search function in their website. Not all email providers, however, have the same application or function. When you find one, it can be the most dependable source that you can utilize to obtain the information you are looking for.

If these options do not work for you, one surefire approach to dig up the information you need is through the help of an internet web service aid in investigating cyber information. These companies have all the appropriate tools to provide you the information you've been looking for.

You just simply need to sign up for their service and pay a small fee, which is worth the information you will obtain in no time. These web services have the tools to access special records and databases that's why they can retrieve and supply information you require more than any free search services can offer. Typically, you will have two options when getting their services to perform reverse email directory, you can have a one time search for a small fee or pay for a higher membership fee, which will grant you the right to carry out reverse email searches as many times as you need them.

Joint pain may be described in several ways. A lot of people who have had it would say it is a kind of pain that they would never want to experience again. It's the kind of pain that has the capacity to deplete you as a whole. Most commonly, a person who has joint pain feels some tenderness on his or her joint area. Even the skin feels sensitive that a light touch of a sheet can make you cringe. It also causes inflammation or swelling. Due to this, a person experiencing some joint pains is restricted with his or her movements. Sometimes, it totally disables a person to move.

Finding the proper joint pain relief is not very difficult provided that you know what causes it. You see, joint pain isn't only caused by the very famous arthritis. There are several reasons why a person suffers from it and unless he or she knows where it came from, the correct medication can never be given.

Here are some main triggers of joint pain:

    • Arthritis – Since this is the most common cause of joint pain, it would be good to know more about it. Arthritis is the swelling of joints due to the wearing down of the cartilage. There are over a hundred types of arthritis. However, the two most widespread types are osteoarthritis and rheumatoid arthritis. Osteoarthritis is the type generally associated with aging. It affects the weight-bearing areas like the spine, knees, hips, and feet. On the other hand, rheumatoid arthritis is the most common grave inflammatory form. It can lead to a significant loss in mobility. Although the specific reason of this arthritis is unknown, the autoimmune system of the body plays an important role when it comes to its progression.

    • Injury – An injury may cause painful joints. When ligaments, cartilage, and bones within the joints are injured, they become very painful too. People who are engaged in outdoor activities like sports usually suffer from this kind of pain. The most effective joint pain relief for this is an ice pack. It numbs the area and relaxes the muscles. However, it is important that you seek medical advice when injured to make sure that you don't need anything else to relieve it. Some injuries are quite bad that the person may need to wear a cast or undergo surgery.

    • Gout – Gout is an acute and recurrent disease that is characterized by painful swelling of the joints especially the ones found in the hands and feet. It also causes arthritic attacks because of the elevation of the uric acid in the blood. Obesity can cause this pain and it is alleviated by a change in diet.

Unless you know what causes discomfort in your joints, you will never be able to find the appropriate joint pain relief to it. It is not advisable to take any kind of pain reliever to treat it because doing so will not create a substantial difference in your wellness.

Whether you're an experienced diver or wanting to acquire the art, Akumal provides the perfect ecological setting to view amazing specimens of natural beauty underwater. Akumal is a tourist resort located 62 miles south of Cancun, between Playa del Carmen and Tulum, with a tiny native population of 1,198.

The name "Akumal" means "place of the turtles" in Maya language. Surrounding bodies of water and beautiful, white sandy beaches provide the ideal setting for many sea turtles' breeding grounds.

Akumal was established in 1958 mainly as a location for scuba divers to experience the many species and types of turtles which call the area "home". Akumal Bay and Half Moon Bay provide optimal opportunities to survey the land and underwater life during diving tours and expeditions.

For experienced divers, local dive shops offer a variety of different diving trips to the 30 reef sites which include shipwrecks, cenotes and caverns and a breathtaking amount of marine life that you can view. The dive shop makes all the arrangements and you can lease a scuba tank and regulator, mask, flippers and anything else you want. You can book an all day diving trip or if you are more adventurous, you can visit the caves, caverns and cenotes that make Akumal unique. Travelers from all over the globe come to explore the cenotes and caves of Akumal and this small village is truly a diver's paradise.

Dive shops also teach courses so you can get certified to dive in open sea. They teach all levels from resort course to advanced cave diving. And what better place to learn to dive than Akumal, one of the best locations in the world to go diving? These PADI Certified Instructors will guide you through the process of certification so you can enjoy exploring the wonders of the reef that awaits you in Akumal.

Cavern and cave diving is a popular activity for tourists. These caves are called "cenote", which means "sacred well" in Maya. Dive packages offer several locations and various depths of diving, group packages, equipment rental and instruction to fit varying diver needs.

One of the easy dive sites which is very popular is Cuevas de Tiburones. This site features rock overhangs which provide an optimum sleeping spot for nurse sharks. Las Redes offers an array of marine life, schools of fish, barracudas, stingrays, lobsters and sea turtles. Yal-ku is a popular feeding site chock full of Elkhorn coral structures, tunnels and lobster.

Other popular shallow dives are found at Dick's Reef and Motorcycle Reef. Motorcycle Reef is named so for the 15-year-old motorcycle which is now covered with living coral and plankton that protects local ocean life.

Deep divers can enjoy an afternoon at Tzimin-Ha, which features parts from a 20-foot fishing boat wreck. Dives up to 100' deep are located at Trigger Fish, which is a favorite deep dive spot for locals. Here, huge patches of coral contrast with the sandy white bottom with various forms of tropical fish providing a colorful array of rare beauty.

Xaar Beach and Gonzalo's Reef offer various kinds of feeding grounds for several different species of sea turtles for a once-in-a-lifetime diving experience. Xaar features reef fingers reaching 30' up from the ocean floor, as well as turtles, nurse sharks and stingrays. Gonzalo's Reef is famous for its large and vivid reef fingers; visitors are usually guaranteed a view of Hawksbill, Green, or Loggerhead turtles which use the area for feeding and lounging.

Money frogs are one of the most popular feng shui symbols. This charm can draw the material well-being into a home.

In Chinese culture, a toad also symbolizes immortality. Money plays an important role in our lives, so it is worth learning how to use this amulet to attract wealth.

The feng shui toad has three legs. Usually it will hold 1 or 3 coins in its mouth, which is a Chinese symbol of wealth. Sometimes the creature will have no coins in its mouth, but it will have a slit in it where you can insert a coin. These small money frogs can even be made from a bank note with your own two hands.

The toads can be purchased in feng shui talisman stores. These symbols are sold in an array of colors and materials. When choosing a talisman for yourself, keep in mind that the more the frog looks like a real one the better. As we mentioned above, the most important point is to make sure that it has three legs instead of two or four. The best symbol is the one made of yellow shiny metal that resembles gold, or that is indeed gold.

How to place this money symbol properly? This amulet can be placed in one of a few places in your home. One good location is the living room. In the living room, put it in the left corner diagonally to the door. This is the so-called "power corner". It can also be put near the front door creating the impression that it's jumping into your home. It can also be placed in a fountain with moving water in your favorite sector, which will also increase your money luck. The main point is to place the money frogs facing the inside of the house, and not the other way around.

It should not be placed in the bathroom, kitchen or bedroom. In the bedroom it will fall asleep, in the kitchen it's going to get too hot, and in the bathroom it will soak in the calm Yin energy and relax instead of bringing good luck and money to you.

If you own a house with a backyard where toads live, treat them respectfully and kindly. According to an ancient Chinese belief, a frog family living in the backyard will bring prosperity. According to the Chinese, the toad was wicked and vengeful at first. But one day Buddha came, conquered it and committed it to help people. Ever since then, the creature is paying the price for the trouble that it used to cause, by spitting out gold coins for people.

Wherever you place the toad (the zone of money, health, love, etc.) it will activate that exact zone. The money frogs are just a symbol of wealth. If you do not believe in it, the mascot will not work. So, try to believe in this helpful little creature, and you will soon see positive changes in your finances. There are many more good improvements that you can do for yourself using feng shui.

If there's one thing in common that is shared by many people, it is the fact that they don't want brown spots to develop on their skin. Brown spots are often mistakenly associated with age. This is a major misconception since it has been established by experts that the development of these spots has nothing to do with age. Calling them sunspots is more appropriate since brown spots and freckles are induced by the sun. Of course, everybody wants to fade sun spots on their skin since they are unsightly and make you look older than your age.

First of all, you need to take preventive measures to reduce the appearance of sun spots. Do not overexpose yourself to the sun. The sun's ultraviolet rays are the ones that initiate skin discoloration and it is the only reason why sun spots are present on your skin in the first place. If you can't help going out or if your work requires you to, limit the hours that you have to display yourself to the sun and always find a shade to hide yourself during peak hours.

Bring an umbrella if you have to attend an outdoor activity. Light-coloured and closely knitted fabrics have certain advantages when it comes to protecting yourself to the harmful effects of the sun. The light colour doesn't absorb the rays of the sun and clothing materials that are woven tightly keep the sunrays from penetrating your clothes and eventually getting to your skin. Even if you only have to go out for a while, always make it a point to smear a generous amount of sunscreen on your skin. If you have any existing sun spots, the sunscreen keeps them from getting darker.

You can fade sun spots by using chemically-induced products. Over-the-counter products are effective in eliminating spots that are still not too dark and big in size. However, do not use any random products that catch your eye. Don't rely solely on glossy advertisements either. Some dark spot treatments are loaded with harmful chemicals that will only generate more problems rather than alleviate them. Products with hydroquinone are the most recommended whitening treatment. However, this ingredient is also controversial and some experts say that long term use can cause damaging effects.

If you want a safer way to help you fade sun spots, perhaps you would want to consider various home remedies. A mixture of ¼ cup borax and ½ cup of sugar is known to lighten skin after regular use. Let the mixture stand for 48 hours and stir at least once a day. Use a q-tip to apply the mixture on the affected areas. Another effective home remedy is a mixture of borax, glycerine and water. Grated horseradish soaked in vinegar and buttermilk is also sworn by many to be effective in lessening brown spots.

If you want a more immediate result, consult a dermatologist. Treatments like chemical peel, cyrotherapy and laser resurfacing are expensive alternatives in removing sun spots. Any of these treatments is very effective but comes with a high cost. They can also be dangerous if not done properly. Always follow your dermatologist's advice to avoid any complication after a particular treatment.

Do you want to experience what it feels like to play golf like Tiger Woods? The answer to this question will be determined solely based on one's golf swing.

Every golf player has a different swinging talent of his own. However, one has to learn first how to properly swing his golf club. There are many books available in the market that will help you understand the proper way of handling and swinging a golf club. This will help you improve your golf swing in a dramatic manner. As such, here are some tips on how to improve one's golf swing.

First, always remember that good swinging is not just attributed to the wrist. The whole body must be used in order to achieve that perfect swing. When swinging, one must use his legs, trunk, arms and wrist to complete the ideal swinging motion. The parts of the body mentioned will increase the strength of one's swing and at the same time create a graceful posture.

Second, swing in a comfortable manner. Do not just swing with all the power you got. Golf is not just about power, if that is otherwise, then many people will be treated as golf masters. It is important that every swing must be done in a graceful manner. To do this, one must be comfortable in the way he swings, and then, proper posture will follow.

Third, keep in mind that your stance must be firm. The ideal stance is putting both feet flat on the floor and the distance of a foot from the other should be about one shoulder width apart. Upon hitting the ball, that is the only time when your stance will change in order to maximize the strength of the impact. But before that impact it is important that your feet are nailed to the ground and that you are stable.

Fourth, relax when swinging your golf club. A golf swing should not in anyway be rushed. Remember to breathe normally and do not let a golf game give you a heart attack. Playing golf is about having fun. Do not stress yourself so much in driving the golf ball. Playing golf is like driving a car, at first, you are very tense to drive because you are afraid that you might sideswipe another car or a person, but as time passes, you begin to drive at ease and no longer afraid of bumping another. Just play the game properly and the next thing you know, you are doing it perfectly.

Finally, practice is very important in order to improve one's golf swing. Books and commercial swing trainer are useless unless you practice your golf swing. Try to master first the proper posture before swinging any golf club. Next is to practice swinging properly before hitting any golf ball. Make sure that your style of swinging looks good and that it suits your body type. As stated a while ago, one must be comfortable in doing a golf swing. Before jumping to an 18-hole golf course, practice hitting golf balls first. There are golf courses that offer a spot to practice.

When all these steps are complete, that is the only time to play in a real golf course. In doing so, do not be frustrated if your score is very low.

Membership sites are everywhere and a lot of people are getting crazy, or they are already crazy, about these sites. Through these sites, one will have access to certain stuff such as downloads, paid contents, and even e-courses if they have a membership script. Sometimes, the sites even offer software to their members. As far as you are concerned, you do not need a software. For the sake of convincing you, you need to know what you can get from your free membership site software.

Your free membership site software will give you the following advantages. Primarily, it permits the user to be in charge of the delivery of a certain product or content. When the membership site software is being managed by another user, the user will be the one to decide as to who are allowed to log in or as to who will experience restricted access to the site. So if you are the owner of the software, you will have free rein as to who can only browse your site; thus, giving you the opportunity to be certain that those persons whom you do not want to be associated with will have no access to your site. There are also some membership sites which offer products that the user can only access if they pay for it through a third party processor. Another reason why you will love this software is the fact that you will be the one who can set the price as well as the length of time that the user is only allowed to browse and access the content of the site. Aside from the reasons already mentioned, the software allows recurring income. It may be unbelievable for you but there are existing sites which collect either a yearly membership fee or a monthly membership fee. If your site has the same kind of feature because it is offered by your membership software, then you just acquired an excellent spring wherein you will get recurring revenue. To make sure that your users will not wander from your site because you are not taking care of them, you have to update your membership site's content on a regular basis. You have to make sure that your users are getting their money's worth.

You will also fall in love with your free membership site software because it helps you be independent. You no longer have to rely on the product of other people so you will have an online income. Through your software, you can deal out your own content. Since you are distributing your own content, you can exercise control over it as well as decide the worth that your users will be receiving for their investment. You, not some product vendor, control your site and its content, the type of product and its price, the people who can access it and up to how long they can browse. The authority and the capability to steer your site towards the ocean of success lies in your hands.

Article Title: How Google PageRank Works

Google PageRank has generated a lot of interest and talk regarding how it affects the listing of a websites as well as what can be done to improve their listing. Anybody can now see the ranking of any website online since the page rank has been incorporated in the Google toolbar. However, the question is, how does it work?

To find out the Page Rank of any given website, Google developed an algorithm based on the number of websites linked to any given website, for example your website. Therefore the higher the number of links, the higher the Page Rank of your website. However, there are certain conditions as well as requirements that have to be met.

To establish the Page Rank of your website, the first thing that is put into account is the Page Rank of the websites that link to your website. It is more advantageous to you if the website linking to your website has a better ranking than your website since Google usually prefers websites that have higher Page Rank. In effect this automatically betters your website's page rank.

Therefore, if you intend to improve the page rank of your website, it is advisable to look for links whose websites have a much higher page rank than your website. On the other hand, it is not easy to get such link since no website with a high page rank would like to compromise it's better page rank to a website that is hardly known.

Secondly, one-way inbound links carry more weight irrespective of their page rank than site reciprocal links. This is because there was time that Google regarded all links to be equal, but Google quickly realized that some unfair website owners started misusing the reciprocal links to inflate their page ranks.

Reciprocal links lost credibility when a lot of schemes sprung up facilitating link exchange. It was at this point that all links stopped being treated equally. Since then, one-way inbound links became more credible than the random reciprocal links. For this reason Google started penalizing those who artificially inflated their page ranks through reciprocal links.

On the other hand, you don't have to bother about being penalized by Google with one-way inbound links. As much as it is not easy to get high quality inbound links, you can easily get them only if you create unique and rich content on your website. Your website visitors will love your high quality content and Google will reward you with better page ranking. Apart from benefitting from Google, you will get the much needed inbound links from people who are impressed by your content and thus improving your page rank in the long run.

Finally, page rank alone cannot help you to accomplish top search engine rankings as valuable as it might be. There are several other factors that go into determining your ranking in Google's search pages. For that reason, it is essential to look at all other aspects in totality including page rank so as to have a complete search engine optimization.
